lack of motivation and other priorities just get in the way so, when times get
tough, how do you motivate yourself to get the reps in? "Just do it!" I'm Josiah
Prise from The Attractive Man and I'm gonna give you four motivational tools to help you
meet more women! My name is Josiah. Narrator: Josiah is a master at day game. Matt: we've
done all the testing. We know what works. Josiah: Alright, tip number one. And you guys
should have seen this coming; no fap. You know what I mean. No masturbation.
Although studies have actually shown masturbation has little to no effect on
your sex drive, it does affect your motivation to go out meet new women.
Think about it! If you go to visit your old friend "Hand Solo" and you get all the
chemical rush you need without ever leaving your man cave, then why go out at
all? Mentally, there becomes less of a reason for you to go out and hunt, but
it's the hunt that makes you strong! In fact, the failures that you face make
those sweet taste of success all the better! Every time you make a choice
you're building a habit so why not choose to go out and master something
that's gonna affect the other aspects of your life and something you could hold
on to forever? So instead of taking the road of instant gratification make a
rule for yourself - there'll be no release for you and so you go out and find a new
girl. Tip number 2: find yourself an accountability partner. So when I started
my journey to deal with my social anxiety and get better with women, I had
three guys around me, they're all in it for the exact same thing. We accomplished
going out every night for 90 nights in a row in Las Vegas. And on top of that we were
doing day game sessions on the weekend. And to be honest if it wasn't for them I
probably would have fallen off the wagon in the first month. See, we may have had
our moments of disbelief or frustration, but with four of us, those things never
happened at the same time, so there's always someone to back us up. And when it
came time to go out no man was ever left behind! Which leads me right into tip
number three: just take the first step. I remember a few times in that 90 day
marathon where I just didn't want to go out. I'd whine and complain to my
roommate about how I didn't want to go out or how tired I was but he was a pretty
crafty one! Matt: Come on man let's go out for like thirty minutes, we'll be back by
midnight. It'll be fun, let's go. And of course with it being a low investment to
me, I would always end up going out. But it never ended with "just midnight" because
once I got rolling out and started having fun, I just lost track of time. So
if you're having issues talking to women just start showing up in the places
where women are available to socialize. For working out,
they say showing up the gym is half the battle? Well the same is true when meeting
women. Alright guys tip number four: create a
reward system for your efforts, not your results. Look, maybe you're like me and
you love video games but look, we all know the likelihood of you finding a hot
girlfriend with some video game skills is little to none. But like cake, if you
indulge too much, you're gonna get fat. If you don't take some time to burn off the
calories. It doesn't mean that you can't have it but you need to use it as a
reward. So say for every night that you go out and approach at least five women,
you can get one hour of video games. So if video games aren't your thing just
substitute that for something that is, maybe get yourself a nice massage or
have a fancy spa day. The key to this tip is to reward yourself with effort. Think of
it as kind of one of those new age kids participation trophies, and it's like a
consolation prize for at least doing something. By the way, if you aren't

Well, I'm not really looking forward to back to school but I am looking forward to this
lookbook, so let's get started! For parent/teacher conference I want to look casual and comfortable

jeans are so classic but the leopard print tote adds that element of interest and makes
it on trend. The brown flats are a wardrobe staple and pull the look together. Meet & greet
the teacher is such a fun and exciting day for the kids. Of course I want to look pulled
together and make a good impression so this black shirtdress is a great option. Animal
print is huge for fall so these leopard print loafers are a perfect addition to keep this
looking fresh and current. And the circle cross body bag is perfect with this look.
I love the way the brown in the bag complements the brown leopard print. With a little cheerleader
in the family I'm sure I'll be attending quite a few pep rallies. This army green tee and
black jeans look feels very fall appropriate and these casual black sneakers make it easy
to wear. I love the idea of a backpack as a purse and this leopard print one seemed
like a fun addition to my wardrobe. When I'm wearing solid colors I always look for the
opportunity to add a fun print in a shoe or bag & leopard is one of my all time favorites.
I love this bold red blazer a a PTA meeting g is the perfect excuse to wear it. Paring
it with jeans and a classic white tee keeps it casual and comfortable. The leopard print
loafers pair perfectly with the bright red. Leopard print is one of those trends that
really never goes out of style and is especially hot for fall. These shoes are so versatile.
I can see myself wearing them with so many looks. I have to be hones, with the convenience
of the morning carline drop off, I'm usually in my pjs when I take the kids to school.
But for that first day I gotta get some pictures so this outfit would be great. I could literally
sleep in these comfy fleece joggers and white t-shirt but when I throw on the cute denim
jacket and stylish white sneakers, this transforms into a casual everyday outfit. Add i the super
trendy circle cross body bag and no one will know I just rolled out of bed. This outfit
would be perfect for hauling my kids all over town for their after school activities and
games. I can see myself cheering my kids on at their soccer games in these great dark
denim jeans and this cozy army jacket. And these great sneakers are so cute with the
white leather lace detail. The gray color makes them perfect for the outdoors because

But, Counting On fans may get a new look at the births, since they will reportedly be showcased.
On the premiere episode, Joseph and Kendra Duggar get time to themselves for the first time, on their honeymoon.
In an interview with TLC, Kendra revealed that, "The first time we were together alone was really different, we were like, 'Wow this is strange,' but I think after just a few days, we got used to it and it and it just became more of the norm and so, it wasn't very hard at all and we enjoyed it!" Joe also added that, "Before we were married, we never were alone together and we always had a chaperone.".
Kendra then added, "It's been great that we've been able to spend time together alone and be able to kiss and practice that and everything and not just hold hands and side hug.
We've got the whole kit and caboodle.".
When it comes to future children, in addition to their little boy, Kendra and Joe would like to add to their family, as would Joe's siblings.
It sounds like Counting On will have enough births and celebrations to keep the show running for more seasons to come.

Here's what's happened so far:.
8:08 – Reigns grabs the microphone and tries to get the crowd to cheer for him.
He talks about how Lesnar never shows up and that he doesn't respect the fans.
Lesnar's representative Paul Heyman comes out to defend him. Heyman says Lesnar is in the arena but that he won't come out until he feels like it.
Reigns insults both men before the segment ends.
8:04 – The episode opens with a pair of title cards that pay tribute to the late wrestlers Nikolai Volkoff and Brian Christopher.
We then cut to a shot of Brock Lesnar backstage before Roman Reigns comes out to the ring.

The biggest story heading into tonight's episode is the rivalry between Roman Reigns and Universal Champion Brock Lesnar.
After being denied Lesnar's title at WrestleMania and WWE Greatest Royal Rumble, Reigns has finally earned another opportunity to take him down at SummerSlam.
Lesnar's representative Paul Heyman has confirmed that the Champion will bring his his title to Cincinnati for RAW.
Recently, WrestleVotes reported there would change to one of the high profile bouts before SummerSlam: "Texting With A Source: don't be surprised to see one of the SummerSlam match ups already confirmed changed," they tweeted.
"Don't get your hopes up, it's not Reigns & Lesnar.
Hearing the IC title match may not end up being Rollins v Ziggler one on one.".
The other big news is that Ronda Rousey's suspension comes to an end tonight, and she will be able to intimidate Alexa Bliss for the first time in weeks.
Rousey and Bliss are scheduled to compete for the RAW Women's Championship at SummerSlam, and its likely that Rousey will spend the time leading up to her title match scaring Bliss silly.
Rousey featured in one of her best WWE segments yet when she powerbombed Bliss through a table last month.
We can only assume that Bliss will gain some credibility before SummerSlam courtesy of her friend Mickie James.
Last week, Seth Rollins & Finn Bálor defeated Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre, which earned Rollins a rematch for the title at SummerSlam.
That said, before he can compete for the title, he will have to take on McIntyre again tonight.
It remains to be seen whether Rollins has what it takes to keep the momentum or McIntyre will be able to put a stop to his Championship plans.
Another story to look out for is the growing rivalry between Constable Baron Corbin and Finn Bálor.
Corbin has made it no secret that he's bitter about Balor beating him at WWE Extreme Rules, and he's gone as far as to relocate Balor's dressing room to a children's playhouse to prove it.
Balor took the insult in stride last week, and the frustration on Corbin's face showed.
Tonight, Corbin and Balor will get a rematch of that Extreme Rules match, and time will tell which wrestler will be the victor.
Given the relative lack of popularity surrounding Corbin and Balor's feud, we can't imagine WWE would stretch it all the way out to SummerSlam.
The more likely scenario is that this feud wraps up quickly and sets up another, more popular one along the way.

hey guys it's Natasha and today the weather is a little more cooperative and
you know we've got sunny day so I'm getting ready to head over Lake Manassas
to the community and I just wanted to make a quick video before we heading out
so stay tuned and hey guys Natasha so I am on my way now to Lake
Manassas and just wanted to give you a quick overview of
the parts that I'd be covering I will be going to the
stone wall shopping center that's right next to it which is it's got the Wegmans
and Michaels and there's some nice restaurants and just want to kind of
give you guys an idea of the closest shopping center nearby
I also want to show the golf course and other amenities that
come along with it hopefully I can also show you guys
playgrounds and all the terrific things Lake Manassas has to offer
stay tuned alright so I'm on Lee highway right now heading towards Lake Manassas
drive and at this upcoming light you will find Bultusrol Boulevard which if
you make a left on you will be led to a turtle point drive so there is a gate if
you make a left up Bultusrol Boulevard boulevard on your left right here you'll
see the Gainesville post office and so this is the light bolts astral Boulevard
if you make a left here right before you reach the entry gate you will see the
lake Manassas Academy and it's a private Early Learning Center and they are
academically focused to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old so that's always
great to have nearby and we are about to head over to the gate right now
one thing I do like about the gate though is that at the gate all of the
guards first of all there's 24-hour surveillance there and there's guards
there's a guard at every single gate and they don't just let anybody in you know
when you're going there as a visitor they want to see your driver's license
they want your name they want the exact house that you're going to and they do a
very detailed and thorough check as far as you know calling the homeowner and
seeing if they're expecting you so I really love the amount of security that
they have to offer with it being a gated community just to
give you guys a little bit of a you know better understanding for Lake Manassas
for those of you that are unfamiliar with the area its it's a gated community
and like I said it's you know the security is very very careful of who
they let in this community was developed in the early 2000s and the Lots range
anywhere between quarter of an acre to one acre and I do believe that this
community stands out with its unique homes compared to other neighborhoods in
Gainesville and most of their homes are based on Southern Southern Living home
designs you know you'll see a homey Cape Cod with a wide welcoming porch it's
right next to a you know striking stone house reminiscent of a mini castle which
is you know what makes this community standout and I I just loved the amount
of contrast and you know that but there isn't this
neighborhood and you can see as I'm driving through the variety of
custom-built homes and the overall appearance is one of one of elegance
individuality in my opinion but it's definitely not for everyone so it's
really a matter of preference you know there are some people that absolutely
love lake Manassas because of its you know different because of all the
different style homes they're all custom built but you know there are some people
that prefer to have their houses look like their neighbors so it's really a
matter of preference there is also the shop the Stonewall shops the shopping
center which I'll get to in a little bit and it's within walking distance so stay
tuned and I will get over there once I'm done touring
now we are heading over to the new construction side lake Manassas where
they have been building these townhouses that are absolutely gorgeous and the
builders are Basheer and Edgemoore and just to kind of give you a little
overview the main the community is called at Lake Manassas so the good
thing is is that you are still within the gate it's you know it's just they're
just townhouses and you can also click on the link below and visit my blog post
to find photos of the Interior and the different types of models that they have
so the homes at Turtle Point will future optional elevators gourmet kitchens
luxurious owner suites Ultra salon baths as well as private gardens so you'll see
here they are
you know have the residents have moved in however they are still building they
have same amenities that you know Lake Manassas has to offer formal living room
dining rooms spacious family room and kitchen breakfast area spacious kitchen
and his and her wardrobe so they really are beautiful
and some of the the retailer
in the Stonewall shopping center are bed, bath & beyond, Michaels
behind me is Dick's Sporting Goods, Staples
there's the Michael's in front of me there's Wegmans
and some of the restaurants include Dunkin Donuts Bertucci's which is Lake
Manassass' voted favorite and there's also Moe's Southwest Grill
tropical smoothie cafe and
so they've also got dentist of Gainesville
there's also an I know the clinic i just opened which is ready on my right
as I make a left out of the shopping center I just want to show you how to
get back into the community from the back way and you make a left here go
down the ramp once you go down the ramp the gate is on
your right

Scott Walker Polls: Wisconsin Governor Trails Tony Evers | Heavy.com
Is Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker in trouble? As the cliche goes, a month is a lifetime in politics, and Democrats haven't even picked their nominee yet.
However, two recent polls show Walker trailing one of the Democratic contenders, state Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Evers.
There have only been three polls measuring an Evers/Walker contest since June 2018, according to RealClearPolitics.
Walker led in the first, but he's trailing in the more recent two.
That gives Evers an average lead of +5.4% in the RCP polling average for Wisconsin governor.
Evers, of course, still needs to prevail against his many Democratic primary opponents for a chance to face Walker in the general election.
The first poll to raise eyebrows in the Wisconsin governor's race came from NBC News/Marist on July 26, 2018.
However, Evers' lead over Walker in that poll was so large it caused some to wonder if that poll was an outlier.
On July 30, 2018, though, a new poll by Emerson College showed Evers with a smaller, but still significant, lead over Walker, who previously warned of a possible looming "blue wave" in the state.
Also causing Republican concern: A closely-watched and hotly contested state Supreme Court race went to the liberal-backed candidate in spring 2018, reversing the trend of past elections.
Democrats also flipped two legislative seats.
Walker is a two-term governor who survived a heated recall over his collective bargaining reforms and who staged a failed bid for president in 2016 during the Republican primary.
Of course, polls are not always accurate.
A declining number of reliable political polls across the country was one reason given for the widespread polling error in predicting the Donald Trump victory in 2016; the presidential polls were wrong on Trump in Wisconsin too, although whether that sort of polling error would carry over into a gubernatorial race is unclear due to the wildcard nature of the Trump candidacy and personality.
In 2014, the RCP polling average correctly predicted that Walker would prevail over Democrat Mary Burke.
Evers is just one of multiple candidates seeking the Democratic nomination in the August 14, 2018 primary.
However, he's polled at the head of that pack in all three polls, and as a statewide elected officeholder, he has more name recognition than some of his other primary challengers.
However, the earliest poll showed that Evers remained fairly unknown in the state, with 45 percent not having heard enough about him to form an opinion.
That presents an opportunity for both sides if he's the nominee, whereas opinions on Walker are hardened in the polarized state due to his years in office and controversial measures on issues like collective bargaining.
Here's what the recent polls in the Wisconsin governor's race show:.
Emerson College [7/26/18 to 7/28/18].
Tony Evers 48% Scott Walker 41% Someone else 5% Unsure 7%.
The Emerson College poll, which was released on July 30, 2018, has a margin of error of +/-4.2 percent.
It measured the attitudes of registered voters.

In addition to showing Evers leading Walker in a hypothetical match-up, the poll found that most Democrats support Evers to be their nominee, but more than one-third of Democratic primary voters remain undecided.
"The Democratic Primary for Governor appears to be breaking in the direction of State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Evers with 30% of the vote.
Only State Senator Kathleen Vinehout is the only other candidate in double digits at 10%, 33% of Democratic primary voters are still undecided (n=282,+/-6.3%)," the poll found.
As for an Evers-Walker match-up, the poll found that independents were breaking for Evers: "Evers appears in a strong position for a General Election run against incumbent Governor Scott Walker.
Evers leads 48% to 41%, with 7% undecided.
One variable that could factor in to the Evers lead is Governor Walker's popularity in the state is underwater, with a 40% approval and 46% disapproval.
Independents disapprove of Walker 47% to 36%, and break for Evers over Walker 47% to 34%," the poll found.
Attitudes toward education spending might be playing a role in Evers' lead, the poll indicates, as more than half of Democrats and Independents felt there was not enough spending on education in the state.
In the U.S.
Senate race, the Emerson poll found Republicans Leah Vukmir and Kevin Nicholson running neck-and-neck at 35 percent each but with 27 percent undecided, but incumbent U.S.
Senator Tammy Baldwin, a Democrat, has a strong lead over either (although Nicholson comes closer).

This poll showed a very different result in the U.S.
Senate Republican primary than Emerson; it showed Nicholson leading Vukmir by a large margin (38% to 28%) with Baldwin defeating either Republican candidate.
The poll found that 61 percent of those polled felt that a new person should be given a chance as Wisconsin governor.
Marquette University [6/13/18 to 6/17/18].
Scott Walker 48% Tony Evers 44% Neither 3% Don't know 5%.
The Marquette poll also showed Evers leading his primary challengers, but by smaller margins.

The poll also found that, at that stage, a lot of people didn't know enough about the Democratic candidates to have an opinion of them.
The Marquette poll correctly predicted that Walker would defeat his 2014 Democratic challenger Mary Burke in its last pre-election poll that year.

It's too early to be drafting your roster (unless you're in #SFB8), but training camp is the time to dig for September's hidden gems.
Before the rankings, before the mock drafts, we've got a handful of players worth keeping an eye on for the later rounds in your fantasy drafts.

Fantasy Sleepers For July:.
QB: Jameis Winston.
Winston has fallen hard in drafts this summer, after the NFL handed him a three-game suspension for violating the league's personal conduct policy.
On top of that, Bucs coach Dirk Koetter would not confirm that Jameis would regain his starting role for Week 4.
That's hogwash.
Winston is a former first overall pick, and Ryan Fitzpatrick will turn 36 this season.
Winston had a solid finish to 2017, throwing either multiple TDs or 350-plus yards and a score in each of his final five games.
The Bucs offense got a boost when they drafted Ronald Jones in April, but the team is still projected to finish at the bottom of the NFC South.
Winston has been all but forgotten in fantasy leagues, but could be the best player taken in the final round of your draft this year.
Alternate option: Blake Bortles.
RB: Matt Breida.
Jerrick McKinnon is the darling of the fantasy offseason, after signing a huge new contract to be the 49er's new feature back.
Experts are taking McKinnon as early as the second round, as the former Viking figures to play a large role in Kyle Shanahan's system.
But McKinnon has never been the feature back at any point in his career, and there is value in an offense that is bursting with hype in 2018.
This is not to knock McKinnon.
He has looked blazing fast in camp, and is sure to be a fantasy force this season.
But Matt Breida is still on the team, and is still going to produce in this offense.
He has tremendous upside for a back with 100+ touches last year going in the 13th round of drafts.
Alternate option: Frank Gore.
WR: Jordan Matthews.
Can you name a wide receiver on the Patriots? Nope, Danny Amendola is on the Dolphins.
Nope, Brandin Cooks was traded to the Rams.
Well, Edelman is suspended for the first four games of the season.
See what I'm getting at?.
If Matthews can finish the preseason healthy, he'll be in line for lots of snaps in Tom Brady's offense.
That's good news for any fantasy target.
Matthews is a big target, and could be a second red zone option after Gronk.
Unfortunately, Matthews is already injured.
If he can bounce back and gain a meaningful role in this offense, he could stumble into eight touchdowns this season.
Another guy with tremendous upside going in the final rounds of drafts.
Alternate option: Anthony Miller.
You can't win your fantasy league at the draft, but you can certainly lose it.
Keep stashing names like these above, and dominate your friends in the later rounds this season.
