Youtube daily report w Jul 29 2018

Hi I'm Mike.

It was Winston Churchill who said You have enemies?

Good.

That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.

Are the topics covered on our channel too controversial for the main stream?

Do people not want to put a face to their food?

Today, we get take a look at those questions, and the future of livestock ranching channels

like ours on our Wyoming life.

If you are a follower of Our Wyoming Life, then

you probably know what I am going to talk about this week, our issues with youtube and

how that effects what we do and how we are going to do it from here on out, and if you

are new, thanks for joining us, I would hope that you are going to subscribe but let me

warn you, this isn't going to be the normal type of episode for us here.

On any given week you can find us working our tails off.

Doing our best to keep ahead of the workload that seems to just flow from everywhere here

on the ranch.

Ranching and farming can sometimes seem like a never-ending battle.

Whether it's against weather, equipment, animals, and sometimes even yourself.

I can admit it, that sometimes I am my own worst enemy.

I get into my own head sometimes, psych myself out and this week has been one of those weeks.

I guess that's why I decided that this would be a good time to just sit down with you.

Talk about the week, explain the problems we have had and get it over with.

Put it to bed.

Move on.

So lets talk about the gorilla in the room.

On July 10th we posted a video to YouTube called Putting the bulls in with the cows.

For two weeks that video was up on youtube and it gain good traction and garnered a lot

of views from folks just like you.

In two weeks that video had 330,000 some odd views.

To be blunt, a lot of of those views probably didn't come from people just like you.

A lot of them came from people who saw the thumbnail of a bull on a cow and came to watch

that act and that act alone.

Which is a little weird.

As with all of our videos we put it out as an attempt to educate people on the farm and

ranch life.

To show people where their food came from and hopefully some where along the line, one,

two or 50 videos in they start to think about that.

On July 25th, somebody reported the video as inappropriate.

I don't know if they found the fact that we showed a bull up on a cow, mating as offensive

or if they just thought the whole video was rude and vulgar.

I don't know.

And I don't really care.

The video was reported to youtube, youtube said whoa! and the views on it basically stopped.

For this next part to make sense, I have to clue you into how YouTube works when it come

to promoting videos.

As videos gain views and become popular, Youtube then starts suggesting them to more people.

Just like if you watch this video to the end, there will be suggested videos for you.

It may lead you to another farm or ranch video, and that video can be from any channel.

As the bull video gained popularity, youtube started suggesting it to more and more people

and as long as those people were clicking on the video, youtube was happy.

Ads were playing, youtube was making money off the video and so were we.

Once the video was reported, like I said, all things stopped.

Erin actually came to me and told me that for some reason the bull video had went from

over 2000 views per hour to only 20, in minutes.

We didn't know what was going on, it was only later that day when we found out it was

reported as inappropriate.

You might think that we were upset over the fact that we no longer had those views creating

income for the channel.

But if you think that, then you don't know us well at all.

That's ok, I hope you take the time to get to know us but if you don't, that's fine

too.

Ya see, the money we make off of youtube isn't much, and in fact that video had only made

us.

In fact ill show you.

Out of those 332,259 views off that episode.

We made $184.55 that's it.

So if its not the money that made us upset that youtube , the very next day deemed our

video unsuitable for most advertisers than what was it.

Well I'll tell you.

That video had momentum, it was reaching a ton of people.

I'll give into the fact that a lot of those views were from people that just came to watch

something that maybe considered shocking or weird or whatever but a few of those people

that were watching the video were getting our message.

They were joining our community and becoming, just like you people that care about agriculture.

About 2% of new viewers to our channel were subscribing and joining the herd.

That may not seem like much but we gained almost 3000 subscribers from that one video

in those two weeks.

With youtubes decision, that was done.

They were no longer suggesting the video to new people and although the video is still

there to watch, that's all it is, its just there.

We aren't alone in this boat.

We did a little research, and countless channels have dealt with this issue, and a lot of them

farm and ranch channels dealing with livestock.

There are a lot of bull breeding videos online and you will be hard pressed to find one of

them that is monetized for the creator.

This is a problem we are going to deal with.

Even though our videos are presented in an educational manner.

We didn't just throw up 3 minutes of bulls doing it to shock and gain views the easy

way - its going to be an issue.

When it comes time to sell calves, is that going to be found inappropriate, we don't

know.

Youtube is a business and its there to make money.

If they feel that advertisers wont want to put their ad on a certain type of video, they

are not going to let that video make money.

Worse yet, they aren't going to promote that video.

We were told from youtube that monetization status has no effect on how a video is promoted

or suggested.

That is obviously false.

The moment our video was found to of inappropriate content, suggestions stopped and the good

things it was doing were stopped as well.

So that's where we sit with that.

Is there anything we can do about it?

Nope.

Not a thing, there is no appeal process but I can say that I am happy for what that video

did in the two weeks it was allowed to live a free life.

That video brought people to us that may never have found our channel, people we never would

have met or had the chance to talk to and people that we hope we help by spreading the

message of how important where our food comes from is.

Because it is important.

But you already know that.

By the way, we aren't even attempting to monetize this video.

There is no point.

The footage we have shown you would have gotten it dinged in a few weeks anyway for one reason

or another.

I want to thank every one for the support they have show us to this point over this

issue.

We've gotten emails and comments asking us if this is going to change the way we do

anything and the answer is no.

As the world becomes more sensitive to things and easily offended, I imagine it is going

to harder and harder for channels such as ours that show the real world of raising livestock

to it fairly.

Over the next five years, experts have told me that channels like ours may not even be

eligible to be monetized because of the sensitive nature of advertisers and people in general.

I get it, I worked in radio and advertising for many years.

Advertisers play to their customers and if you advertise on something your customers

don't like then they aren't going to buy from you, its that simple but who gets to

decide what is offensive and what is just nature.

That's a hard call but I can tell you that policies like that are limiting the reach

of channels like ours, through suggested videos and organic promotion.

Youtube isn't going to help us, we are too controversial, which is something I never

ever thought I would say about our channel in a million years but just by the pure nature

of our lives we are.

When it comes down to it, its up to us to spread our own message.

And when I say us, I don't mean me and Erin.

I mean all of us.

If you are still here, you care.

Share our videos, heck make your own.

If you share a post or a video and one person you share it to shares it, it doesn't take

long to reach thousands.

I'm not saying you have to share everything but share what you care about.

What you care about is important to others, even if they don't know it yet.

The question of the week has been, whats going to happen to our Wyoming life.

The answer.

We are going to live it.

And we are going to share it with you.

No matter what anybody says, bulls are still going to mate with cows all over the world

and eventually the product will end up feeding millions, if you don't want to see it, then

you have a choice, turn off the channel.

But we will still be here and we really do hope you will be too.

Coming up this week we start with a brand new breath of fresh air.

The project list is coming up on Tuesday with a major breakdown in haying that will slow

down the entire process but hopefully wont put us our of commission.

Erin and I will be livestreaming on Wednesday night this week, Thursday is our normal night

but its Graces birthday, she turns the big 5, so we will be changing the livestream date

for that and we have a brand new feature coming up in our livestream that I really hope you

are just going to love, I'm really excited for it.

We really hope to see you there.

Until then, remember to forgive you enemies, mostly because it annoys the hell out of them.

Have a great week and thanks for joining us in our Wyoming life.

The Best English School in Malta - AM Language - Duration: 6:23.

Let's start, all over again!

All in peace?

I'm Tiago Lopes.

I'll take you to travel the world with me,

Let's find out why this is Malta's coolest school?

At the corner is the office where you can go anytime.

Wait a second. To start this video, like this video!

Let's go to the school. I'm studying at the English language school AmLanguage.

When I entered school, I saw that there was a room, a place to wait/talk.

And right after the reception, I saw this.

There is all the leisure programming that the school offers you.

And I was lucky, because there is Tomorrowland.

During the days that I am here, I already enjoyed several things.

Every Monday is the new students' day.

Let's go to Welcome Party!

There were free drinks.

So, we took the bus and we go to somewhere.

These people are going to subscribe to my chanel.

Subscribe! Thank you :) Let's go!

We have been at the beach. Paradise places like Blue Lagoon.

Do you remember the movie?

We went in caves that we saw.

Oh... Amazing sunset we saw because of the school.

Look this wonderful place. Everyone who goes there is so happy!

People go so excited there.

As I was telling you, I'm going to show you the school.

I forgot, but I remembered.

A lot of buildings, but this is my school's place.

At my first day, at the reception, she checked my name, and I went to the auditorium.

There I met the director's school.

Welcome time!

Then came the person responsible for the leisure program.

She explained all the school floors.

She introduced the leaders!

The leaders are studying and working at the same time.

They are all very cool, available. Everyone is from some different country.

They're all the time with us in our leisure program.

We are now at the last floor. at the cafeteria, at the school roof top.

Here, is the same place that I'm filming this video now.

You can go upstairs, or if you are lazy, you can go by lift.

Olivier works here, he already knows that I,m looking for a chicken salad, after a need one espresso.

Study time! Lets go to the class?

That's my class.

The students sit side by side.

I started do make new friends.

I had classes with different teachers, some of then are British.

That nice accent to hear and to learn.

Much school matter comes from teachers.

Classes are dynamic.

The board is so cool.

It's like a big televison, but it isn't.

you can write, play videos, or whatever you want.

Now you understood how this school works.

So, I am going to explain all questions in the last video.

About school, about accomodation, and others things.

For you study at Am Language you need to undestand something.

First, you should decide how many classes you want.

You can saty for one week, 2 months, 3, 6, or year.

You can buy only classes. Or you can ask them for accomodation too.

It can be more cheaper! Because you book 2 things.

More time, more discount.

2 months! You already have discount.

3 months, more discount. 6 months, more!

It is also available for school classes and accommodation.

If you be in the school accommodation...

Are you over 18 years? Yes or no?

My passions - Duration: 5:07.

Dear So H, thank you for your interest

and for giving me the idea for that video.

My channel is a mirror of myself

and everything you see is just me.

My channel grows up and I grew up with him.

What I do since the moment I opened it

is simply showing my life in my videos.

Even though... who can be interested in that?

Everyone has his own life.

It all started with the timelapses series and

it allows me to show you one of my passions: long hair.

But like every person, like you, I'm a man

composed by different passions and I think that

the best way to know someone

is to know what they are interested in.

We built our community basing on our common interests

but this space without you, you, wouldn't be that special.

Your opinions and your suggestions make it unique.

My hope is to give you something that can

enrich your life like your messages and your comments enrich mine.

So, today I want to show you f... come on, say it.

Five!

Ghooper's passions.

This is one of my biggest passions and

my high school's exam was about it.

In particular I spoke about some studies made by Stephen Hawking,

a genius that unfortunately passed away not so long.

So, if you are hearing me, I can't do anything but say thank your for all your researches and discoveries.

I tried to make some photos at stars and planets even if I don't have right equipment yet.

But I was able to shoot the Moon and Saturn, I think.

My grandfather is an handyman and he's really good at this.

He has a passion for all the materials and for building stuff.

Maybe I'm not as good as him but I'm

trying to learn this wonderful art that is going to disappear.

Here, two wooden stuff that I made: a simply keychain and a wooden box for save my money.

At the moment I'm working on a really big project...

Spoiler.

And I won't tell you nothing 'cause probably you will see in a video.

Now guys, I'm going to tie my hair... stay here, don't move!

Stay here.

I'm here.

Technology is something that I bring with me since I was a young Ghooper.

In fact, at the age of 9 / 10 ten I usually spent lot of time learning how to

repair computers, to disassembly them and fix different problems.

This ability, is really useful 'cause I can count on myself when my devices don't work.

At this point you probably understood that I workout a lot even if always on my own.

I train my body because I think that is our sacred temple and if we treat

it well, we will be in peace with ourselves

Watching films and TV series plays a leading role nowadays that we often take

it for granted even though they influence constantly our lives.

How many of you have ever watched a film or TV series?

We spend hours watching them,

talking about them and also criticize them.

Since I work on YouTube, I pay more attention on the details

to learn and stole some little secrets.

So Mr. So H, if I have to answer you I really don't know where I'll be in 10

years because how you can see I have lots of fields in which I would like to

study and work so I'm trying everything that I can

to find my own place in the world.

Even if the most honest answer is that I would

like to answer you from the Fort Lauderdale's beaches, drinking my pineapple juice.

Greek Street Food Tour in Athens, Greece - Duration: 12:15.

So today's plan is to sample all the Greek Street Food.

We have come to Athens Flea Market and I know this seems like a bit of a strange place to

be having street food but they have a lot of little stands and shops where you can get

souvlaki, gyros, baklava.

So yeah, we're just planning to walk down the main road of the flea market and just

peruse have a look around and see what we can sniff out and have a fantastic meal on

the street.

And if you're interested in recreating this little food tour that we're about to embark

on the closest metro station is Monastiraki so there you go.

Let's chow down.

Let's go eat.

Alright guys so brought out the big guns right from the start.

Someone's alarm is going off.

Oh, 11:15.I don't know why.

No, 11:10am.

I don't know why.

That is the most random alarm to have set.

Anyways.

Can you turn it off for me?

How do you do that?

Just press no the other one.

Oh, you did it.

Okay.

Good enough.

There we go.

Now it is time for food.

So we ordered the Gyro and Souvlaki.

Both of them in pitas.

And I should probably explain the difference because I feel like back home gyro, souvlaki,

kebab it is all the same thing to us.

It is like meat and a piece of bread.

Yeah.

But no gyro means to turn.

Yep.

So that is the one where the meat spinning it is the shaved meat and being cooked at

the same time.

Yeah.

And then they shave it.

The souvlaki is the meat on the skewer.

Exactly.

And then the kebab is the ground meat it can be like pork and beef and lamb.

Like there is different varieties.

That is kind of like shaped into a sausage shape.

Yeah, exactly.

Like ground meat.

Um, so yeah we're having gyro we're having souvlaki and the ingredients in here look

amazing.

We have tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce.

So yeah this looks wonderful.

And that bread.

It does look wonderful.

He put it on the grill and it just is warm.

And the price was also wonderful.

They were 2 Euros each.

2 euros a piece.

So yeah can't wait to dig in.

So here we go.

The souvlaki.

Let's see if I can get a big bite of the meat here.

Urgh.

Oh man that looks so good.

Wow.

Wow.

It is so hard to film and not eat.

Mmmm.

Haha.

The meat is so juicy.

Is it?

Juicy and tender and it is like soaking the bread with its meaty juiciness.

And then all of the freshness of the vegetables right?

Mmmhmm.

Man.

We haven't even gotten to the vegetables yet.

That is like a completely different section.

So here we have Sam going in for the gyro.

It has been so hard to wait.

It has been so hard to wait.

And watch him eat mine.

I'm so excited for this one.

Woah.

Oh man.

Look at those colors.

Oh man.

That shaved meat is just something else.

It is just so good.

Mmmm.

And I love how they've put lots of sauce on there.

You've got it all over your lips my friend.

I know.

I could tell.

And I love just how spongy the bread is.

Mmmhmm.

It just soaks up all the juices and everything.

Oh my gosh this is such a good start to the day.

So we have moved on to a little something sweet now.

It didn't take us long let me tell you.

Well we got Greek Yogurt.

And this is not just any Greek yogurt.

This is this comes with some amazing toppings.

Yes.

It has got a super saturated amount of honey.

It has walnuts and we also ordered dates as well.

So there you go.

I'm so excited about this.

This just looks heavenly.

Mmmm.

Oh my gosh.

What a contrast between the sourness and creaminess of the Greek yogurt and then the sweetness

of the honey and the dates and crunchiness of the walnuts.

There is so many lovely things going on all at once.

Haha.

Oh my gosh that is so good.

I've got to go in for more.

Yeah.

And this was the smallest size they had.

Mmmhmm.

And we paid 4.20.

Right.

Because we added a few extra toppings in there.

Exactly.

I like can't even eat normal yogurt after this.

This is so good.

Third bite guys.

Third bite.

Haha.

Alright your turn.

My turn.

I didn't leave you much.

I've been eating a lot.

Haha.

I had some of this yesterday when we went to the museum by the Acropolis.

It was so good.

We sat down at the cafe on the second floor.

Oh my gosh.

And I saw Greek Yogurt on the menu and I was like yeah that is what I'm having for my dessert.

It is pretty much one of the worlds best breakfasts or even desserts.

Like we could have it either way.

Mmmm.

Or street food like we're doing now.

I just love Greek yogurt.

I know.

It is like real natural yogurt.

I know it just tastes so natural and so creamy.

And I love.

Sour.

The sourness of it.

It is just you can't beat it.

You can't beat it.

And they had so many different toppings.

Yeah.

Where we got this I mean you could get a little more modern and contemporary and put like

sprinkles and chocolate chips.

Alright guys so we found a man who was selling nuts.

Yes.

And he was very friendly and animated.

He was so friendly and passionate and also very generous allowing us to sample them.

Yeah, he let us try the nuts before we bought them.

What a nice guy.

We ended up getting a sweet one and a salty one.

And then because we bought two packs he gave me a whole bunch extra in my hand.

He was just like open your palm and he put a whole bunch of nuts.

So we got all this.

Um the sweet ones were 1.50 (Euro).

Yep.

And they look like this.

Yep.

It is basically peanuts and they are kind of coated in this caramelized brown sugar.

Yeah, exactly.

And then this looks like sesame seeds on the exterior.

Yep.

And then the salty ones.

You can actually see the big chunks of salt on them.

Yeah, you can.

It is course salt.

And the peanuts still have the skin.

Exactly.

So we'll start with the sweet ones.

And it is a windy day today.

Mmm.

It is windy.

The sweet ones are so good.

I know the sweet ones those are sesame seeds.

Are they?

Wow.

We've it is funny these are quite common all over the world.

We've had these in Buenos Aires.

We've had these when we lived in Korea.

Mmhmm.

Especially the sweet ones.

And now salty.

They are so good.

Nothing like a little sugar mixed with uh peanuts.

These are nice to like mix together.

Yeah.

It reminds me of that sweet and salty popcorn that you would have.

You know you just mix it together.

It tastes so much better because you're you know you are not indulging too much in either

way.

Haha.

Exciting moment over here.

Trying my first Greek coffee.

I somehow didn't manage to try Greek coffee the first time I was in Greece.

I don't think I was drinking a lot of coffee a few years ago.

No.

Yeah that is the only thing I can think of.

And yeah we've found a cute little cafe here in the heart of the flea market so we thought

let's sit down for a quick drink.

Oh, that is potent.

Yeah, strong coffee?

Potent, rich, strong.

Yeah.

It came with a little sweet treat.

Looks like lokum.

Turkish delight maybe.

A little nibble.

Mmm.

That is really sweet.

Cool.

That is more than enough sugar.

Haha.

Yeah.

That is all you need.

And yeah we're just having this little snack uh right out on the street as you can see.

Right on the market.

The flea market.

So the antiques market.

It is pretty cool.

And we have baklava on the way.

We do have baklava on the way.

On the way.

Well dessert is here.

Bubaba-Baklava.

Baklava.

Better believe it.

We've been having a lot of this here in Athens.

Oh yeah.

Look at all of that syrup just oozing out.

That honey.

I should say honey yeah.

Oh my.

Syrupy honey.

Oh, how is that?

I think I could just eat Baklava everyday and never get sick of it.

It is just so good.

So good.

So nutty.

So many layers of pastry.

Mmmhmm.

Oh.

And I should mention to that the uh the Greek Coffee was very similar to the Turkish and

Bosnian coffee we've had recently in the sense that the ground are at the bottom.

So that just shows you how strong and potent it is.

Yeah.

Yeah.

This has just been wonderful.

Like I am in my happy spot right now.

Beautiful weather, great dessert and really good coffee.

Greek food for the win.

What more can you ask for?

Traditional bread.

One of this.

Traditional this.

Uh huh.

Traditional please.

Koulouri.

Oh that looks delicious.

Thank you.

Have a nice day.

Thank you.

Bye.

Alright last but not least.

Last but not least.

We found some bread.

It is reminiscent of a pretzel I would say.

Yep.

Apparently this is called Koulouri.

Yeah and the lady said this was the most traditional of the ones that she was serving.

Yes.

It is a ring shaped piece of bread covered in toasted sesame seeds.

I am anticipating.

Okay hold it up again.

I just can't help myself but to go right through.

Of course.

Haha.

There we got.

There we go.

Okay try it.

What say you?

That is huge.

Salty?

It is kind of pretzel-y.

It is not salty no.

No?

No.

Sesame seeds on the outside?

No course grains of salt or anything like that.

Just sesame seeds.

Oh.

Bread and sesame seeds and she had a block of um feta cheese.

Yep.

So if you want cheese with it they can like slice it open I guess or just give you the

cheese on the side.

That would have been nice but we're getting kind of full.

Oh and before I forget how much was that one?

50 cents.

50 cents.

fifty cents of the Euro.

Now that is a deal.

Not bad.

Washington DC from a World Traveler's Perspective - Duration: 5:43.

I'm here with Mark from Wolters World and he is a world traveler who's going to tell you about some of the similarities

and differences that he's experienced when traveling in Washington DC.

Hello! Welcome to Trip Hacks DC.

My name is Rob and I am joined with Mark from Wolters World. Mark is a world traveler and he has an amazing YouTube

channel with about

1,500 travel videos right now, so I am just so happy to have him in Washington DC on one of my tours right now

so I can show him around and he's been gracious enough to come on to

the channel so that he can share some of his knowledge and we can give you some information for when you come to Washington DC.

So what is something about Washington DC that you think is similar to another US city that you've traveled to?

Well, I think one has to do with the tourism, because

New York, DC, it's crazy because they both have so many tourists going there; but people are actually going to work every day.

And probably the biggest similarity

I've seen between New York and DC is that

the locals kind of hate the tourists not because they're tourists, but because they get in the way. Like the tourists are walking and then all of a studden

Stop! "Oh, I got to take a picture of this famous thing" and then like the locals like "dude

I'm just trying to get to work man. Would you just stand to the side?" So that is one similarly

I have seen for another U.S. city. So that's a really good point

and that's actually why I

really recommend when people visit Washington DC that they try to plan their day so that they're not riding the Metro during rush hour, because

people here go to work and a lot of people work a nine-to-five job,

so if you're trying to get on the Metro at 7:00 in the morning or 4:00 in the afternoon

there's gonna be a lot of locals on there as well. Yeah and

another thing to mention on that point is that you don't want to treat Washington DC like it's Disney World or Las Vegas

or something like that where people just come to play and party, but there really are a lot of people who live here and have

a life here and work here. And so it's a good mix of that sort of thing.

And that reminds me of another similarity is you have a lot of memorials around town or a lot of museums that can be really

impactful like, I mean we've been to some here where you walk through it you do get goosebumps

and I've had that in other places we've gone around the world and that's one of the things is,

when it's a kind of a somber place

you know, be respectful when you're there, and that's one thing I've seen is you have people think people going for the 'gram in places

where they probably shouldn't be, so that is one thing I've seen that's similar all around the world. So that's another thing to look out for.

So some people say that Washington DC has a different feel than some other American cities, so Mark,

do you think that there's some things about Washington DC that you can compare to someplace outside the US?

Yeah, there's one thing about DC, it has a really different kind of setup than anywhere in the U.S.

like how the streets are set up how the with a roundabouts and things like that

I mean I know driving around here it has that you know, like UK kind of "oh

wait, roundabout, which way do I go?" kind of feel and the thing is those roundabouts,

it's not the only thing to kind of remind me of the UK and travel around there.

Actually, we were down at Mount Vernon, George Washington's place - you guys can check it out

it's really cool day trip - and we were coming back and I'm driving by and I'm like this reminds me of when

we were driving like through the villages and England because there's a lot of that

architectural style is there so you definitely have that so it has a completely different kind of architectural feel and for me

anywhere in the US, I mean, OK

the Capitol you see that the capitals around every place in the U.S., but the feel and the kind of setup is is totally different.

Okay, so let me ask you

what is something about Washington DC that is completely unique that you can't find in any other city in America?

Well, there's kind of two things. I kind of feel one

the museums are free, which is not a common thing, because you go to Chicago

It's you know, $16 or $20 to go to a museum, here

it's free to go in and that's one of the things that for me

it makes it a great family experience because you're not shelling out $100 to take your whole family to a museum,

so that's one thing it's awesome.

Also the Metro here. Look, if you're watching this from outside the US,

we're not big on public transportation in the U.S., but DC they've got it. I mean

I know the locals probably say it's not that great, it's not that's fantastic.

Look, for someone that doesn't have good public metros and good public transportation where I live, this place is awesome for it.

And yes, it's for me it's clean. For me it's efficient. It goes everywhere I want to go.

I'm sure, you're a local, right, you might not agree with me on the cleanliness side of it.

I think there might be some locals who would take issue with that

but I think as a visitor I definitely understand where you're coming from. And that's what I think

is really different.

Like I feel okay going on the Metro, exploring things, and the free nature the stuff

that's one thing that you just don't see it a lot of the U.S. which is really cool when you come here.

So one thing about everything being free that you kind of have to be careful about is to not try

overdo it. Yes. Because when there's over a dozen free museums you think "goodness

I need to go to every single one of them to get my money's worth"

but you don't have to. It's okay to skip some or pick the ones that you really want to do and maybe save some for

a future trip. Yeah, that's the thing especially if you have kids because we got kids with us

and my youngest one, we've gone through the Natural History Museum,

we've done a great tour with Rob here and he's just like "my feet hurt".

You probably see him running behind us somewhere and that is true

don't try to see everything because I really feel like museum burnout kind of thing can really happen here, but the thing is the museums are amazing!

So it's well worth going to but yeah you the burnout is legit here.

So it's something to think about. I've recommended in one of my previous videos that

seven days is actually a good amount of time to plan a trip to Washington DC, which you might think is really really long time,

but just because of the

hugeness of the museums and the various many many things to do many of which are free,

you could definitely fill up that amount of time if you really wanted to. Yeah, and Rob has some really good stuff for seeing stuff

that's not just on the National Mall, exploring out more,

there's all kinds of like like,

normal things to do that aren't just history and museum related which makes DC a really cool place to go. And I think that's it!

Thank you Mark for coming on the video,

I really appreciate you sharing some of your travel knowledge and like I said Mark is a world traveler. He has something like

1,500 travel videos on YouTube right now,

so you should check him out at Wolters World and I will leave a link to that in the video description.

And if you're coming to Washington DC and you want to sign up for a tour with me like Mark's family

did, you can head on over to my website www.triphacksdc.com to see all of the tours that I offer. Top-notch stuff.

Thanks for the compliment, I appreciate it. I can't say anything better. The guy's awesome. Thanks. OK bye from DC!

"EYE-KEE-AH" vs "EE-KAY-AH", Which is Correct? - Duration: 6:46.

I'm not that into computer games.

Art is more into them than I am.

But then when Art wants to go there with someone here,

I'm the first person that he can find.

He doesn't often go there with Sola, I think.

He used to ask me often but I wasn't that into it,

so I mostly refused to do it.

And now he sort of stopped asking...

going there.

From a certain point.

There's this story of his. I have got proofs as well !

Bhupender is a horny max guy.

He told me once that people make out near the OAT gates.

So he was like, let's go and find out!

So we went there to see. I realised what was happening,

But Bhupender didn't. So he kept going on.

And a couple was making out.

That couple suddenly heard him and ran away.

Man, he is a bloody politician.

Livestock, Youtube , and What the Bulls Taught Us For the Future - Duration: 11:09.

Joel Osteen - Keep Your Joy - Duration: 27:35.

god bless you thanks for letting us come into your homes today and their ever in

our area please stop by and be a part of one of our services these are the finest

people in all of Houston Texas right here at Lakewood we'd love to have you

come out I'd like to start with something funny and I heard about this

man he was taking a walk through the woods with his friend when they suddenly

encountered a huge grizzly bear about 20 yards in front of them they both froze

in their tracks as the bear intently stared them down they contemplated what

they should do finally the man said to his friend I think we should run his

friend said are you crazy can't outrun a grizzly bear man said I know that I

don't have to outrun him I just have to outrun you say it like you mean it

this is my Bible I am what it says I am I have what it says I had I can do what

it says I can do today I will be taught the Word of God I

boldly confess my mind is alert my heart is receptive I will never be the same in

Jesus name god bless you I want to talk to you today about keeping your joy we

all have opportunities to get upset and go around frustrated somebody was rude

to us traffic was backed up we can't find our car keys life is full of

inconveniences delays and people that don't do right we're never going to stop

these things from happening the key is how we handle them

the scripture says no man can take your joy that means you control your joy

nothing can take it from you you have to give it away next time someone cuts you

off in traffic ask yourself is this worth giving them my joy that person

that's rude to you on the phone that you've never met are you going to give

them your joy that delay that planned that didn't work out that negative

comment you're going to let that sour your day the reason some people are not

happy is they're constantly giving away their joy I was in a crowded parking lot

one time waiting for a parking spot the man was putting his groceries in his

car took him a couple of minutes I had my blinker on

patiently waiting when he finally backed out a car came from the wrong direction

and pulled in right in front of me they could clearly see that I was waiting my

first response was to honk my horn and tell them what I thought then I noticed

he was bigger than me I thought to myself I'll give you my

parking spot but I'm not going to give you my joy I didn't like it it wasn't

fair but I've learned to not let things I can't control Sauer my dad I've made

up my mind I'm gonna be happy today I'm gonna enjoy

my life you can't control what people do you can't control what they say but you

can control how you respond my message is very simple quit giving away your joy

quit letting the same people upset you quit letting the traffic the delays the

things that don't work out frustrates you you can't pray these things away

that person at the office that gets on your nerves I don't mean to be negative

but they may not change they may be that way for the next 20 years my challenge

is don't go 20 years giving them your joy they may not change but you can

change life is too short to live frustrated upset over things we have no

control people have a right to have their opinion you have the right to

ignore it people have the right to be rude you have the right to stay happy

quit letting their negative comments upset you they wouldn't be talking about

you if you weren't making a difference nobody talks about people that are not

doing anything they're talking about you because you go in places they can see

there's something special about you you have the favor of God you're blessed

you're talented you're anointed sometimes small minded people will try

to push you down and discredit you don't pay any attention to it that doesn't

carry anyway they say cannot keep you from your

destiny that is simply a distraction every person has negative chatter all

your family members unfortunately are not going to be for you George Burns

said happiness is having a loving caring close-knit family living in another city

some of your relatives you have to love them from a distance they're sitting by

you today don't say Amen now all of your co-workers are not going to celebrate

you all of your friends are not going to be loyal some people can't handle your

success they'll make remarks trying to bait you

into conflict trying to get you upset here's the key don't get involved in

battles that are not between you and your destiny most of the conflict we

engage in is a distraction the enemy would love to get you off course

offended trying to straighten people out trying to convince them that you're okay

your job is not to change people's mind about you your job is not to try to make

people like you your job is to run your race to be who God called you to be and

not worry about the critics and the naysayers God will cause the right

people to like you one of the best things I've learned is everybody is not

supposed to like you everybody is not supposed to approve you some people are

ordained by God not by the enemy but by God to not be for you you have to accept

that everyone is not going to accept you we see it in the scripture Joseph's

brothers weren't supposed to be for Joseph

they were ordained to betray him without their betrayal Joseph would have never

made it to the palace to help the Israelite during the famine quit being

sour because somebody betrayed you how do you know that's not leading you

to your palace how do you know that disappointment is not a part of God's

plan to take you to the next level of your destiny King Saul was ordained to

not like David if he would have celebrated David been happy for his

success David would have never taken the throne are you upset because someone is

not for you when the truth is God has ordained them to not be for you when

Nehemiah was rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem there were two men Sanballat

and Tobiah s' that didn't like what he was doing they stood at the bottom of

the mountain and constantly shouted insults at Nehemiah they were trying to

bait him into conflict get him upset frustrated

Nehemiah understood this principle he said no thanks I'm not giving you my joy

you may not like me but you not liking me has nothing to do with me fulfilling

my destiny I'm gonna stay focused on what God's called me to do

if Nehemiah would have come off the mountain got upset went down there to

straighten them out even if he won even if he shut them up he wouldn't have

finished the wall when he did all the chatter that comes against you is a

distraction it's to get you upset so you get involved in battles that don't

matter then you look up and you're not accomplishing what you should do

yourself a favor don't pay any attention to it

quit being upset by people who are not for you people that make negative

comments trying to marginalize you push you down what they say doesn't determine

your destiny they are simply a distraction that's just noise don't give

it the time of day see some people no matter what you do they're not going to

like you even if you changed and did everything they wanted they would still

find some reason why you don't measure up you have to be at peace with people

not being at peace with you you don't need their approval to fulfill your

purpose you don't have to have them before you

to become who God's created you to be but if you get distracted trying to win

them over spending your valuable time trying to convince them to be for you

then you will miss the fullness of your destiny don't take the bait don't let

them get you riled up Jesus said blessed are the meek they will inherit the earth

meek doesn't mean weak meekness means strength under control when you ignore

negative comments you don't pay attention to the sand ballots and

Tobias's of life you're not being weak you'll be in meek you have the power to

fight you have the strength to straighten them out to tell them what

you feel but your strength is under control you're not wasting time engaged

in battles that are not between you and your god-given destiny I've learned when

you stay on the high road God will take care of your enemies

God can defend you better than you can defend yourself in the scripture Elisha

was traveling from Jericho to Bethel along the way a group of young men came

out and started making fun of him because he was bald the scripture says

they were mocking him saying go Baldy go you didn't know that was in the Bible

did you you know Elijah was annoyed he could have gotten upset thought I'm

gonna go straighten him out I'll show you what I thought instead he remained

calm he understood this principle they couldn't take his joy they were baiting

him trying to get him distracted he just stayed focused and continued doing what

God called him to do while those young men were making fun of him

two bears came out of the woods and tore them to pieces that tells me two things

number one don't make fun of all people number two you don't have to straighten

people out God will be your Vindicator god knows how to take care of the

opposition he sees what they're doing he hears the disrespect if you'll stay in

peace God will fight your battles when God does it I can assure you it will be

better than anything you could have done but your feelings will want to pay

people back feelings will tell us go in there get even stand up for yourself if

you let feelings rule you'll get upset you'll end up giving away your joy don't

get on board with your feelings the psalmist said God has given us the power

to remain calm in times of adversity it doesn't say God will keep us from all

the adversity from the opposition the sand balance the negative chatter it

says they will come we'll have opportunities to get upset but God has

given us power to stay calm and quit telling yourself I can't help

it this person at the office they just get on my nerves you have the power to

stay calm that doesn't have to keep upsetting you that is a learned behavior

they say something negative I get offended traffic is bad I get upset the

clerk is rude I can't help it Joel I just go off I just let them have it the

problem is you have strength but it's not under control

you need to relearn how to respond you need to develop some new habits next

time something happens that you don't like pause for a moment and say father

thank you that you've given me the power to remain calm thank you that I have a

spirit of discipline and self-control you don't have to let the same things

keep upsetting you year after year change your approach I met a gentleman

in another state at a restaurant it was very windy outside and when he walked in

the door the person in front of him let the door slam right in his face this man

had been hot-tempered his whole life normally he would have confronted them

told them what he thought but he'd been listening to our programs just when he

was about to lose his fool he heard my voice saying stay calm

and let God fight your battles he paused for a moment and decided to let it go he

walked away like nothing happened we came in the restaurant and sat down I

was sitting a few tables away he came over into Joe if you had not been in my

head I would have let them have it like this man you may have been trained to

respond a certain way you grew up seeing people lose their cool get upset

offended why don't you try a different approach

when you let people upset you you are giving away your power you are letting

them control you if they push this button you get offended that button you

get upset this other button they baits you into conflict why don't you turn

those buttons off life is so much more freeing when you're not controlled by

what people say you're not offended when someone's upset you're not soured

because traffic was bad you have tapped in to the power to remain calm a friend

of mine named David poly wrote a book called the law of the garbage truck he

was in a taxicab in New York City headed to a meeting a car pulled out right in

front of them the taxi driver had to slam on his brakes swerved to the left

missing the car by inches the driver of the other car put his head out the

window started screaming and yelling he was so angry so upset shaking his fist

the funny thing it was his fall the taxi driver just smiled waved real big and

drove on didn't give it the time of day David was in the backseat he was so

impressed he said that man almost totaled your car almost sent us both to

the hospital I can't believe you didn't yell back at him how did you keep your

cool the taxi driver gave an insightful answer he said I found many people are

like garbage trucks they go around full of anger full of frustration full of

bitterness as their garbage piles up they need somewhere to dump it

sometimes they'll dump it on you but you can't take it personally

it has nothing to do with you just smile wish them well and move on here's the

key successful people don't let garbage trucks overtake their day

if someone dumps a load on you don't get upset if you make that mistake you'll

end up carrying around their garbage and eventually you'll dump it on someone

else you have to keep your lid on these days many people are dumping frustration

disrespect criticism bitterness we can't stop them from dumping yet but we can

keep them from affecting us years ago Victoria and I were at the airport we

were going through the security checkpoint we put our bags on the x-ray

machine the security officer sent them both back and said you have liquids in

there that you have to remove picked I said oh yeah

I forgot to take my water out well I thought he was only talking to Victoria

so I just stood there and didn't do anything you would have thought I had

committed a major crime he was like totally insulted he practically screamed

sir what are you doing standing there I told you to open the bag and do it now

top man he's got a big garbage truck and he was full of frustration full of

stress and full of a lot of other stuff but

I didn't say it you just thought it but I took care of it as I passed by missus

sorry about that I thought you were just talking to her have a good day didn't

mean it but at least I said it but I thought to myself I'm keeping my lid on

I don't need his garbage I don't need that poison we have enough things of our

own to deal with you don't need somebody else's

bitterness they're sour attitude their pressure keep your lid on tight let

those things bounce off of you your destiny is too great your time is too

important to go around weighed down with other people's garbage you can't keep it

from coming but you can keep it from getting in you the longer I live the

more I realize how valuable each day is we're not always going to be here it's

easy to live upset offended frustrated but most of the things that are

upsetting us in the big picture they don't really matter traffic was

backed-up took you an hour to get home should have taken you 30 minutes is that

worth losing your joy over you're alive you're healthy God's given your breath

to breathe he's given you a family to love somebody was rude to you they made

you look bad they said something negative is that worth going around

offended discouraged what if we found out we only had a month to live I wonder

how many things were allowing to upset us now if we found out our time was

limited we wouldn't even pay attention to it can I tell you our time is limited

the scripture says our life is like a mist we're here for a moment then we're

gone that little quirk your spouse does that gets on your nerves if we knew we

weren't going to be here in a month we wouldn't let it bother us we would focus

on all the things right not on the few things wrong

we wouldn't complain about driving in traffic we'd be happy to be in the

traffic we're alive we've got another day to enjoy life

well I've got to go to work not me I get to go to work some people don't have a

job some people are in the hospital some people aren't able to work I'm grateful

to be employed well it's Sunday I got to go to church again not me

I get to go to church God's been good to me I'm gonna go back and say thank you

not only that I get to go to Lakewood I get to listen to that good-looking

minister well Joel my boss is not fair he's hard to get along with this is not

the position that I want the truth is somebody would love to have your job

somebody would gladly trade places with you it may not be perfect but keep the

right perspective God's blessed you with the job don't let it sour your life if

you will pass the test of being happy where you are then God can open some new

doors but if you don't get happy there you probably won't get to where you want

to be and your boss may not be fair I'm not making excuses for him I'm asking

you to quit giving him your joy he doesn't control your happiness you

control your happiness but if you let a grouchy boss

grouchy neighbor a bitter relative steal your joy keep you from being happy it is

not their fault it is your fault you are as happy as you want to be you

have to put your foot down and say this is the day the Lord has made I am NOT

going to live sour defeated depressed I am NOT going to let what people do or

don't do what they say or don't say what I have or not have keep me from being

happy I've made up my mind I'm going to enjoy this day it dishonours God to go

through the day upset frustrated bitter God gave you breath to be here he could

have chosen anyone but he chose you and he chose me one way we honor God is by

being happy living grateful having a good attitude seeing the best in life

a couple of months ago I was driving to the office during the week to meet some

people and I was in a hurry I had left a little bit late but I knew I could still

make it on time if I didn't have any delays and I would driven this route a

thousand times I was almost here few blocks away stopped at the

intersection I was in the left turn lane this light is very short you have to

stay right behind the car in front of you to trigger it to stay green well I

was the third car back waiting the problem was the car in front of me left

about two car lengths between it and the first car there was this huge gap the

light turned green just like I thought the first car went through turned red

before the second car could make it I could feel myself starting to get

uptight I heard that voice end Joe keep your calm keep your joy I thought I

don't want to hear one of my messages right now I'm in a hurry we sat there

waiting for a couple of minutes and it seemed like an hour about that time the

lady in the car in front of me got out and started walking toward the back I

thought she's going to get something out of her trunk real quick she came over to

me I roll down the window she said are you Joel

I wanted to say no I'm Fred I said yes I am out of the corner of my eye saw the

light go green back to red we missed another one she said I love you I

watched you on television I have all your books would you sign one for me I

said you mean like now she said yeah I done in my car and get it real quick I

said I love to sign your book in the middle of an intersection by now people

were honking wasn't just me everybody had lost their joy I signed

her book made it to the office about 10 minutes late

problem is I forgot my key fob to get in I'm knocked on the door and knocked

nobody answered called a staff member it went to voicemail never goes to

voicemail called another one another one hot

outside ten minutes later when I finally got in I just dripping with sweat had my

meeting Oh went well later that night I went up to the hospital to visit a

friend that's fighting cancer too serious situation we had time to pray

together and on the way out I prayed with several other families where they

had loved ones didn't look good they were very concerned I left there with a

different perspective I had been frustrated that day by delays by traffic

but not having keys I realized those were small things that wasn't worth

losing my joy over I wasn't believing for a loved one to make it in the big

picture what was frustrating me really didn't matter I wonder if you're doing

like me letting insignificant things steal your joy traffic negative comments

you can't find something keep it in perspective that's not worth losing your

joy over don't let the small insignificant things keep you some from

seeing the gift of this day in the scripture Habakkuk said it this way

though the fig tree does not blossom and there be no fruit on the vine though my

olive crops fail and my fields producing over

though there are no sheep in the pen though there are no cattle in the stalls

what am I going to do get depressed complain feel sorry for myself he said

yet will I rejoice in the Lord I will be joyful in the God of my salvation he was

saying everything's come against me had bad brakes business is down my income is

low surely that's a reason to be discouraged surely I can go around sour

his attitude was now I'm not giving away my joy I'm going to rejoice in the God

of my salvation salvation means deliverance when you stay full of joy

despite what comes against you God is saying salvation is coming turnarounds

are coming Healing is coming increases coming victory is coming I'm asking you

to keep your joy life is going to throw us some curves there will be

disappointments things that are not fair that's when you have to say like him yet

will I rejoice in the Lord we should make this decision every morning I will

be joyful today decide ahead of time that you're going to enjoy the day when

somebody dumps a load on you when they're rude keep your lid on you

tempted to get upset remind yourself you have the power to remain calm if you'll

do this I believe and declare you're not only going to enjoy your life more but

you're going to be free from unnecessary frustration bitterness anger you're

going to rise high you're live happier and reach the fullness of your destiny

in Jesus name and if you receive it will you say Amen

today I'd like to give you an opportunity to

make Jesus the Lord of your life would you pray with me

10 Behaviors Successful Women Display without Realizing It.

Both men and women can be successful in life.

However, today we will only take a look at how women achieve their success.

Typically, successful women have special traits that they don't even realize.

They are actually very important for women because most women are usually limited in

their movement, ideas, and opportunities.

With this behavior though, your life as a woman can change dramatically.

Before we go down to the list, please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until

the end to know the complete information.

Here's the 10 behaviors successful women display without realizing it.

#1 - Educating themselves.

Education is important to all people.

It is not merely an education you get from school.

It is a matter of education towards practical things such as how to cook certain food, treat

wound, and many other things.

#2 - They have goals.

Successful women have realistic goals that they are going to achieve in specific time

period.

They don't want their life hanging and wandering around with no direction.

That's why they have plans and goals.

#3 - They stick with it.

Successful women are women with their words.

Once they stated they want to do something, they will do it.

If they have goals or plans, they will execute it no matter how hard or how challenging the

process it is, they will stick with the plan.

#4 - They have a list of goals that should be achieved.

Successful women have traits to list everything that they need to do today.

Keeping the list is important because they serve as a reminder.

They also don't want to miss a single thing, and that's why writing in the list is the

best thing they can do.

#5 - They are engaged socially.

Successful women don't live alone.

They live in community, enlighten it, and support it.

They don't want to be a burden in society, and they try to engage them instead.

#6 - They have schedule.

The next thing that you probably don't realize is that these women have a strict schedule.

They are very organized people and they want to do things in organized manner.

They will make sure to handle every checklists they have, and schedule is part of their life.

#7 - They like challenge.

Challenging themselves is a part of their habit.

These women want to constantly improve themselves, and they cannot achieve that by sitting behind

the desk.

They are in constant move and they like to try new things for challenging themselves.

#8 - They like new things.

Trying new things also part of their life.

They like experimenting and seeing the result.

They also don't lose hope quickly until they find the best way to do something.

After that, they will share to the world on how they solve their problems.

#9 - They don't compare to others.

Brilliant women don't care about what others do in terms of comparing the result.

They focus on developing their mind, soul, and creativity inspired by other people.

They believe that they can achieve something better than others just by doing more effort,

and they won't compare to others because it only make them jealous.

#10 - They are kind.

Successful women are kind.

They know that kindness is the key of a happy and good life.

They believe that by being kind, they can achieve their goals easier, and it is true

for the most part.

Well, those are the 10 behaviors successful women display without realizing it.

Don't stay. Forget our memories, Forget our possibilities. Take all your faithlessness with you. [Just give me myself back and...] Don't stay.

Jurgen Klopp's reaction to Xherdan Shaqiri's Liverpool debut in 4-1 win v Man Utd - Duration: 2:36.

Debuts don't come much better than Xherdan's Shaqiri for Liverpool. While it's only pre-season, the Swiss international really left his mark after a £13m move from Stoke City, scoring and assisting in the 4-1 win over Manchester United

Shaqiri setup Daniel Sturridge to make it 2-1, before executing a stunning bicycle kick late in the day to compile Jose Mourinho's misery

Doesn't get much better than that, does it? You can watch his personal highlights below

Shaqiri has even managed to do something that Mohamed Salah hasn't yet done at Liverpool, but don't bet against the Egyptian scoring a bicycle kick in 2018/19

The signing of the Swiss international really split opinion after criticism from high-profile pundits was directed at Shaqiri - namely Gary and Phil Neville

However, Jurgen Klopp has always taken a very positive stance on the deal and his comments on Shaqiri's debut after will only excite Liverpool fans further

"It was better than I would have expected, to be honest. We played over 90 minutes of really good football on a very difficult pitch for both teams

"We played simple and quick, kept them moving. That was good. After the Dortmund game [a 3-1 defeat] I didn't feel really good but I knew I don't have to make it bigger than it is

"It's a pre-season game so if you make mistakes you should lose.Today we don't make it bigger of course

" That's right, Klopp thinks Shaqiri's quick adjustment is not normal."He came back a few days ago and he was really excited

For him it was very good moment in his career, having already had a real experience at Bayern, at Stoke and at Inter

"Those were important moments in his career and now we have him and he can play together with a few really nice football players

NAVI PUBG at PGI Berlin: FPP Day 1 - Duration: 6:44.

Hey, Stas. Shake my hand, come on.

Cap, this is FPP Day 1. Now say the words.

We're gonna rock today.

If it lands upright, the circle will favour NAVI.

- Maybe we should do it for all 8 rounds? - Go ahead.

It's 11 a.m, +40 °C. That's some Egypt-like heat.

Lame dropped this stuff and now I can't figure out what's what.

Freaking awesome!

Well, you did the best you could.

No? You could've done better?

Driving?

You can't drive around it.

There were a lot of vehicles avaliable.

We've played so many vehicles on Miramar, so we are already experienced.

We were moving on foot the entire time.

OMG were here.

Who shot at us?

On the left.

- Gold approached you, you killed them. - How did they get there? - 4AM were shooting at you.

It was a tough one, I don't know what else we could've done.

Another great flight path right here.

You placed 3rd in the second round.

We should've tried better to get the top 2.

A slight miscommunication happened, but overall, we did fine.

We're gonna keep it up.

I think we played pretty well.

I hope it'll be a Primorsk plane now.

Will we get at least one decent plane route?

They'll realize it's 0nuq driving.

He headed uphill afterwards.

I got out of the car, while Keen stayed in the passenger's seat.

I opened the map and said, "We can drive over there",

and he was like, "0nuq's down!'

I switch to the driver's seat, turn around, drive right up and see him crawl.

We could've won 2 rounds today, actually.

I screwed up one, and you screwed up the second one, bro.

You messed up too so I wouldn't be alone to blame.

Other than that, the result's fine.

It was fair.

It sure was, you died at the very start of the second round.

It had to be done, if it hadn't been me, it would've been somebody else.

The last plane was okay, but the circles were bad.

I can't remember a single circle we could sit in and not having to move. Do you?

Neither do I.

Our moment will come.

Yeah, tomorrow.

The circle will pop in Primorsk right on top of a 3-storey building.

Zara Tindall reveals second miscarriage and why she chose not to share it with public - Duration: 3:08.

The Queen's granddaughter revealed the devastating news in an interview with the Mike Tindall – announced in 2016 that she had suffered her first miscarriage, said that the worst part was telling everyone

"For me, the worst bit was that we had to tell everyone - everyone knew," she said

"I had to go through having the baby because it was so far along. I then had another miscarriage really early on

"   The 37-year-old was giving a joint interview with her brother Peter Philips, and praised her family for their support after she lost her first baby

"It was a time when my family came to the fore and I needed them," she said, adding: "You need to go through a period where you don't talk about it because it's too raw, but, as with everything, time's a great healer

"  MORE: Zara Tindall makes first appearance since welcoming baby Lena  Zara and Mike are getting used to being parents of two young children, and Zara opened up about motherhood, and how she hadn't been very maternal until she welcomed her first daughter, Mia

Mike admitted that they hadn't resorted to the old trick of giving Mia a present from the new baby, but that instead other family members and close friends had been very thoughtful

"We are lucky that people that have sent Lena a present have also thought about Mia, so she is getting stuff to open as well," he told

MORE: How Zara and Mike Tindall's daughter Lena is dealing with the heatwave  Zara and Mike welcomed their second daughter to the world on 18 June and announced her name nine days later in a statement that read: "Zara and Mike Tindall have named their baby daughter Lena Elizabeth

Top 10 Fast Food Items That Are ACTUALLY HEALTHY! - Duration: 11:40.

When you think fast food you might think about pizza or a burger and fries.

Sometimes you hit the greasy spots to satisfy a naughty craving or to fill your hunger.

But do not give up hope in finding a healthy choice just yet, even if we are programmed

to just flock towards the golden arches, there are alternatives for folks who just want to

keep it healthy.

So open up wide and take a bite out of these 10 fast food items that are actually good

for you.

McDonald's (Asian grilled chicken sandwich)

McDonald's is no doubt the leading contender in the fast food world.

You tend to associate this chain with burgers and fries and you do not of going to McDonald's

after hitting the gym or when trying to lose weight.

McDonald's is definitely aware of this and does everything it can in order to keep it's

clientele happy.

To that effect, Mickey D's has introduced countless salads and wrap options and have

also included the amount of calories for each selection on their menu.

The Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich is an item that is all natural with no artificial

flavors and simple toppings - tomato slice, lettuce, grilled seasoning and an herb vinaigrette

sauce encompass the artisan roll and the chicken filet to complete the sandwich.

The entire sandwich comes out to 380 calories with 7 grams of fat, 44 grams total carbs

and 37 grams of protein.

McDonald's suggest pairings to go with the sandwich including a side salad, cup of coffee

or diet coke.

The sandwich is one of the healthier options you can choose from on the menu as long as

you don't pair it with another item that's gonna throw your healthy lifestyle choice

out the window.

McDonald's doesn't shy away from showing you that there are options to eating with

them and staying healthy.

Before we move on, hit that subscribe button and notification bell so you'll always know

when we have a new video.

With that out of the way, let's get back to these delicious healthy eats.

Pizza Hut (garden party thin crust pizza)

Pizza!

Who can resist a delicious slice of cheesy heaven?

Unfortunately when you are on a diet, pizza is something many try to stay far, far away

from.

What if I told you though that you can actually enjoy pizza and not feel like you have just

consumed a ton of grease, cheese and toppings to last you a year?!

Well, you are in luck because Pizza Hut has made this possible!

The restaurant chain has launched many new different varieties of pizza for you to try

and enjoy.

One of these is the thin crust garden party pizza.

It's a no-brainer.

First of all, choosing a thin crust option instead of a cheese stuffed or thick dough

pan pizza is a better choice and minimizes the calories.

Now to top off the thin dough option on the garden party, you have countless veggie options

to add on top.

Some popular picks include spinach, cherry peppers, mushrooms, onions and it's all

topped off with a balsamic sauce drizzle.

It has become insanely popular to diners and a big request from those who want to have

their pizza and to eat it too!

Keep up the good work Pizza Hut and let the healthy continue to heat things up!

Subway (Turkey breast sub)

Subway is known for being one of the first restaurants to go to for a healthy option

that won't add inches to your waist.

It was one of the first places to have a campaign and spokesperson to endorse their sandwiches

as a method of losing weight.

Remember Jared Foggle?

That guy?

Unfortunately, Subway had to drop him after some let's say negative information was

released damaging his reputation.

One of the best sandwiches to get at Subway though is the turkey breast option.

You gotta to be careful when selecting your topping options for your sandwiches.

Adding too many creamy sauces or olives, for example, can jack up the calorie count right

away and leave you not feeling you know, so hot.

The average 6-inch turkey sandwich option comes out to about 290 calories, depending

on the toppings you choose.

You are always left full and have many side options that you can choose from to complete

you meal.

Try to steer away from the chips and flock towards salads or soups to complete your combination.

There are different options of bread selections also, whole wheat being one of the most healthy

as opposed to honey and oats.

Keeping the cheese off the sandwich reduces calories too.

Remember, eat fresh!

Taco Bell (shredded chicken burrito)

Taco Bell is a chain that can be found all over, it is not as popular as some of the

other major restaurant chains, but it definitely has a following that is for sure.

It serves Mexican style food and people flock to it when they want a little spice or kick

to their meal option.

Think of a lot of cheese and flour when it comes to what Taco Bell is serving.

It really does not strike as the healthiest place to choose if you are trying to watch

your weight or cholesterol.

Taco Bell has included a shredded chicken burrito option that can be chosen that will

not burst your jean buttons open after consumption.

It is a mix of shredded chicken, seasoned rice, cheese and avocado and ranch sauce.

You have the option to upgrade and add guacamole, nacho cheese sauce or eliminate the meat altogether

and choose the vegetarian bean option as a filler instead.

It comes to a minimum of 420 calories depending on what else you put on it.

It is very popular because of the price tag too.

You can get the generic shredded chicken wrap for under $5, quite a steal!

Burger King (veggie burger)

It is very common this day and age for people to choose to be a vegetarian.

And more and more restaurants have begun accommodating these growing populations.

Burger King is definitely one of these places.

They introduced a long time ago a veggie burger option.

Even people who eat meat sometimes choose this option instead because it is just so

delicious.

It contains a patty that is made of real vegetables and grains and topped any way you would like.

It comes out to about 390 calories and 17 grams of fat.

Burger King lets the public know about every nutritional fact there is when it comes to

the ingredients in their food.

When compared to the other sandwich selections from Burger King, the veggie burger is definitely

a healthy lean conscious option and a wise choice from the menu.

Burger King teamed up with Morningstar Farms in order to provide the restaurants with the

vegetable patties.

Originally the burger was vegan but now includes soy-based patties that themselves include

dairy and mayonnaise.

The overall cost for the burger is roughly $3.29 and around $5.49 for the combination

including vegan fries.

Although the taste is completely different from that of a real hamburger, it is still

a great option that has been included into the chain's menu.

Starbucks (protein bistro box)

Now when you think of Starbucks you automatically think of delicious COFFEE right!?

This chain has branched out and begun to include more and more snacking and meal options to

go with your cup of Joe, not to mention Christmas CDs.

Recently protein boxes and bowls have been introduced to the variety of products sold

by the massive and widely popular chain.

There are multiple options to get your protein packed into your day.

They include: eggs and cheese, smoked turkey, chicken BLT, chicken wrap, peanut butter and

jelly, cheese and fruit, chicken and quinoa protein bowl and lentils, veggies and brown

rice.

You would never think that a coffee shop would branch into almost a kind of mini restaurant

that serves millions of clients per day on the go.

They guarantee a minimum of 20 grams of protein and a full cup of fruits and vegetables.

It's the perfect lunchtime meal or snack to satisfy any mid-day cravings and give you

back the energy that you need!

There is not an ounce of guilt that you can feel when choosing one of these options.

You can be sure that your gonna feel super full after opting for one of these protein-packed

snacks!

KFC (grilled chicken breast)

It is hard to think that a restaurant with the term fried in their name can serve up

anything remotely healthy, right?

Well, Kentucky Fried Chicken has managed to do so.

They've become aware of consumers wants and needs as more and more junk gets produced

in the fast food industry.

It is important to have options that include food that is not fried to a crisp and covered

in grease.

KFC decided to come out and release grilled chicken breast as a healthier option.

The breast only has 4 grams of fat and is actually placed on a grill inside an oven

as their cooking process.

There are roughly 210 calories in one chicken breast serving and 38 grams of protein.

Unlike the fried chicken, the skin is already removed which makes a massive difference in

calories and health when it comes to eating KFC.

In comparison to a fried chicken piece the calories range drastically, a crispy chicken

piece contains approximately 510 calories.

That is a few hundred more than the grilled chicken option.

When you really know the dangers and the facts about what you consume, you definitely can

start to take your menu options a bit more seriously!

Five Guys (veggie sandwich)

If you have ever eaten at Five Guys you know that it is the ultimate place to get any kind

of custom burger that you desire.

These guys are a chain that do burgers right so it is no surprise that they go the whole

mile when it comes to making veggie sandwiches delicious too.

Like many other burgers joints, a veggie option is available, but Five Guys goes the extra

mile with providing more than one option for a vegetarian sandwich.

They also make a veggie sandwich, cheese veggie sandwich and a grilled cheese.

At 280 calories the veggie sandwich includes: freshly grilled onions, mushrooms, and green

peppers, layered with lettuce and tomatoes, on a soft toasted bun.

You can even customize it yourself and put whatever toppings that you want in it.

If you want to add a little extra cheese to your veggie option, that's a possibility

also, but expect to add on more calories this way.

You can also go the all American route and opt for a grilled cheese sandwich.

They use the Kraft singles as the cheese and they put it on one of their signature buns.

Go ahead and add on all of the toppings you want to make it one grilled cheese that is

out of this world!

Shake Shack (chicken dog)

Shake Shack is a staple in America and is frequented by consumers daily.

You know what you're going to get when you go into a Shake Shack and they never disappoint.

With all of the calorie-packed milkshakes that tease the taste buds at every sip, find

comfort in knowing that there are some options that won't break the scale.

The chicken dog is a classic favorite at this restaurant and a not so unhealthy option.

It sets you back 320 calories and still leaves you satisfied.

What's so great about this item is that it is totally natural and GMO-free.

Do note that it is not just chicken in your hot dog, it is actually chicken, apple and

sausage dog giving it all of the flavors in the world.

It really is a unique menu item that you will not find anywhere else.

You can top your dog with tomatoes and pickles and make it into a full meal with your customized

topping options.

You can create a delicious combo with the dog including fries and of course, a milkshake.

A special thing about the dogs at Shake Shack is that the restaurant actually makes dog-friendly

food items to bring home to your pooch!

Wendy's (power Mediterranean chicken salad)

Everything about Wendy's seems innocent and fun and never a place that you would associate

with a negative thought right.

Unfortunately behind great advertising, is the brutal reality that Wendy's is not exactly

the healthiest of choices on the fast food map.

Fortunately, there are some choices on their wide-ranging menu that you can gravitate towards

that won't leave a few extra pounds on the hips.

Despite how much you want to dip your fries in your frosty, Wendy's carries an array of

awesome salads to choose from.

One of the most popular salad choices is the Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad.

This tasty salad includes feta cheese, tomatoes, onions, grilled chicken, hummus and a blend

of grains.

What's great about this salad is that you don't have to commit to a full size, you

can also opt for a half portion size.

The half portion size only comes down to 240 calories and still leaves you feeling full.

The full portion is 450 calories, but not necessarily the "bad" calories.

You'll be filled at the end of it with vegetables, proteins and plenty of grains.

These constitute as the "good" calories that you can consume.

Wendy's hit the ball out of the park with creating this delicious dish!

How Much Protein Can You Absorb Per Meal? - Duration: 4:49.

because hopefully you can Hemi it's very noisy and the sparse right now because

of the insects so a lot of people actually believe that the body can only

absorb a certain amount of protein every hour this is the logic behind many gurus

saying that you should be eating small meals frequently throughout the day with

20 to 25 grams of protein per meal so that your body can actually absorb it

all but the truth is that you can eat one meal and you can eat your entire

days worth of protein that you require and still basically get the same results

so here's why that is I'm going to talk about some studies which actually

validate this in a second but first I want you to just think about it from an

evolutionary perspective first and just use some common sense so in the past

what do you think is more likely as a more realistic scenario so scenario a

you find lots of small meals with protein or scenario B you don't eat for

a few days and then you and your tribe and your caveman friends finally catch a

mammoth or finally catch a cow a buffalo whatever animal you're trying to hunt

and you finally get a huge source of protein and because you've been fasted

for a few days you binge out on that and you eat all of it do you really think

that your body in that situation is going to be like sorry mate we're only

going to absorb 25 grams of the 250 grams of protein you just ate and leave

the rest to waste because that's the truth and that's what all these fitness

gurus have been saying no of course not your body wants to get the most out of

all nutrients that it gets because our body doesn't understand water fridges

we're still designed genetically to live in a world where food is scarce so your

body doesn't know that the next meal is coming even though in your mind you do

know that you're going to get Chinese food with your friends later this late

later today the body is very good at getting the nutrients out of the food

you give it whatever you put into the body chances are it's gonna get most of

that and get most of the nutrients of that food regardless of whether you eat

that gradually throughout the day or you eat it all at once so the biggest reason

why people want to know eating all your protein at once is bad

is because they're scared that if they do things like one meal a day or they do

intamin fasting and are eating less but bigger meals throughout the day then

this means they're going to lose more muscle because they're not utilizing

that extra protein that be eating that be getting from more frequent meals so

the best studies we could look at intamin fasting people versus normal

frequent meals and see if there's a difference over time when they're losing

weight at the amount of muscle and strength that they retain and the

researchers actually made it very clear that the people doing intamin fasting

retained just as much muscle as the people who would do more frequent meals

as long as calories and protein are controlled for so what this basically

implies is that you can eat six meals a day or you can eat one meal a day and as

long as you're having the same amount of protein in that 24 hour period you're

going to get the same amount of results in terms of muscle retention over time

and saying this there is actually some research that shows that more frequent

meals are going to be better more specifically a lot of the research

points towards four meals a day with your protein spread over four meals

tends to be ideal if we're talking about protein synthesis in the body if you

really look at that in a laboratory and also things like eating your protein at

night especially eating slow digesting protein like casein is going to elevate

blood amino acid levels throughout the night and it's going to prevent you

going into a catabolic state it's gonna increase protein synthesis while you

sleep so there are things like that to consider so in an ideal world you're

eating all five meals a day with protein and you're also eating protein with one

of those Mills before you sleep and preferably casein protein but in terms

of long term studies and long term results the difference that this would

make is going to be hardly anything so it's not worth stressing over and as

always like I always say just focus on your calories and your protein and

you're gonna be fine whether you have more frequent meals who do fasting is a

completely personal thing and it mostly just comes down to comfort your schedule

and not sustainable for you so it's a big myth that you can only absorb 25

grams of protein and you need to be eating frequent meals

to maximize muscle gain and muscle retention it's a myth but if you can do

that then you're better off doing that especially if your goal is you know

bulking and putting on as much muscle as possible but when it comes to losing fat

and retaining muscle it's just about what's sustainable for you

Not bad.

Alright guys that concludes our Greek Street Food Tour here in Athens, Greece.

We ate so many delicious street food items.

And we'd love to know what are some other Greek street food items that you can try.

We obviously didn't try them all just a very small component of them.

But everything was really good and that was just a lot of fun.

So ciao from Athens, Greece.

See you guys in the next video.

POWERFUL EARTHQUAKE HITS INDONESIA'S LOMBOK ISLAND. - Duration: 3:45.

Powerful quake hits Indonesia's Lombok, 10 killed, houses damaged

Updated July 29, 2018, 1:01 PM

SEMBALUN, Indonesia – A powerful 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck the popular tourist destination

of Lombok in Indonesia on Sunday, killing 10 people and damaging many buildings, authorities

said.

A damaged house is seen following an earthquake in Lombok, Indonesia, July 29, 2018, in this

picture obtained from social media.

The quake hit Lombok island early in the morning when many people were still sleeping.

Around 40 people were injured and many fled into open fields away from collapsed buildings.

"We jumped out of our beds to avoid anything falling on our heads," said Jean-Paul Volckaert

who was woken by the quake while sleeping in the Puncak Hotel near Senggigi on Lombok.

"I've been walking around but so far there is no damage.

We were very surprised as the water in the pools was swaying like a wild sea.

There were waves in the pools but only for 20 to 30 seconds," he told Reuters via telephone.

"The people in the villages may have damages.

It's still early morning here."

The quake was centered 50 km (31 miles) northeast of the city of Mataram on the northern part

of Lombok island, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.

A Malaysian tourist visiting the popular trekking destination of Mount Rinjani on Lombok was

among those killed, according to East Lombok police M. Eka Fathurrahman.

Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, the disaster mitigation agency spokesman, posted on Twitter pictures

of houses with collapsed roofs and walls.

"People are gathering on the streets and empty fields to avoid collapsing buildings,"

he said.

"The main focus now is evacuation and rescue.

Some of the injured are still being treated at clinics."

Around 66 quakes were recorded after the initial 6.4 magnitude tremor, with the largest aftershock

recorded at 5.7 magnitudes, said the disaster mitigation agency.

The major quake was felt on the neighboring island of Bali, Indonesia's top tourist

destination.

The quake forced authorities to close the Mount Rinjani national park.

"Rinjani mountain climbing is closed temporarily because there is an indication of landslide

around the mountain," Nugroho, said in a statement.

The earthquake struck at 6:47 a.m. on Sunday (2247 GMT on Saturday) and was only 4.35 miles

deep (7 km), a shallow depth that would have amplified its effect.

A magnitude 6.4 earthquake is considered strong and is capable of causing severe damage.

The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), the European quake agency, put the

magnitude at 6.5.

The earthquake was on land and did not trigger any waves or tsunami.

Lombok is the next island east of Bali.

Quakes are common in Indonesia, which is located on the seismically active "Ring of Fire"

that surrounds the shores of the Pacific Ocean.
