hey guys it's Leigh and today i have a quick Brandless haul for you i've been
seeing a lot of ads for brand lists on youtube so i thought i would give them a
try. this video is not sponsored by the way I
paid for all this stuff myself but I do have a referral link in the description
box below so if you go through that link you'll get six dollars off your first
$39 order I believe it is and then I will get six dollars off of my next $39
order I believe that's how it works but I'm not 100% sure so Brandis says that
their products are organic gluten-free non-gmo vegan kosher just better for you
products without a major brand label on them so they're able to bring you the
products for three dollars or less this box has been sitting in my office for a
few weeks and quite honestly I can't remember everything I've bought but I
did try to pick things from different categories just to kind of get an idea
of what their products are like so this is as far as I've gotten
I just opened it because my address is on the underside of one of those flaps
so let's take loops that come out yeah let's take that out and the packaging
everything looks pretty good this is a bit dented but it's just tea so it's
fine this is fruit tea and herbal sampler and
what are the flavors so in here sorry for the glare it has okay organic
blueberry flavored green tea with other natural flavors flavors organic
pomegranate flavored white tea with other natural flavors Organic caffeine
free chamomile herb tea and organic caffeine free peppermint herbal tea
which I'm not sure how I feel about peppermint tea but I'll try it there are
20 teabags in here to buy the tea my son likes at Target it's like for 19 and
that's not actually organic tea it's just a I can't remember the name of it
now but it's a green tea with blueberry flavoring but anyway I'm excited to try
some of these out I won't drink all of them I'm
I'm really thinking I'm not going to be drinking that peppermint tea but
somebody might next I got these black beans and these were actually three cans
for a dollar they say organic low sodium gluten free and brand bliss and I really
like that they are low sodium because we really try to cut down on the sodium or
keep the sodium levels low the only people who can eat these are the kids
though my husband and I can't eat these but I just wanted to you know try to get
some like I said some stuff from different categories this next item is
multi-surface cleaner and it is 30 ounces which is really good
it says EPA safer choice certified non-toxic formula
removes dirt and grime and of course brand less
and let's see no GMO no dyes no chemical residue and biodegradable and no animal
testing I cannot speak today gluten free and brand tax free so okay so and here
let's see what it smells like it's nice it's nice it doesn't really smell like
much of anything which I like I don't like heavily scented products I just
sprayed it into my trash can to try it out anyway so there we go I think this
is pretty nice obviously I'll have to see how it works the next item I picked
up is gel hand soap if you watch my channel you know that I love hand soaps
and one thing I think is interesting is they put the products in these bags but
they don't seal the bag so I'm not quite sure what they use but the what they why
they are using the bags anyway this is soothing ginger or maple ginger I
couldn't remember what scent I picked let's see oh my gosh smells
like a gingerbread cookie oh that's so good
this is going in my bathroom definitely not sharing this one oh my gosh that's
nice I like it don't remember what else I bought oh I
think I know I know I think I know again bag wasn't sealed
I got maple syrup now I forgot to read how big of a bottle it was for three
dollars so I was thinking later and I didn't go
back and check that it was probably extra extra teeny but this is bigger
than I was expecting for three bucks it is six point seven fluid ounces of grade
a maple syrup the kids prefer this over just regular pancake syrup of course
they do because it's usually really expensive right but um so yeah this is a
good place to get it then that's a good deal I almost dropped it on the floor
next I have body wash this is soothing oatmeal extract sulfate free no animal testing and brand list but see
moisturizing tea tree extract gluten free okay
let's see what it smells like the important part is if I don't like it
cuz if I don't like it I'll have to give it to someone else
actually again hardly any sense at all which is really awesome
so this oh I forgot to mention is a ten fluid ounce bottle for three dollars I
don't know if it's the best deal in the world but you know it's not bad the next
thing I got in here is digestive and immune biotic dietary supplement non-gmo
probiotic blend brand list and for three dollars how many do you only get 14
capsules but that's not really I think it's that bad this stuff is really
expensive normally I figure I'll give this a shot and see if I like it see
what it does if anything like I said just trying different things from
different categories and the last item in the box which I was most excited to
try and the box has already been opened so I hope it's okay
is a three dollar nice this is a chef's
knife for three dollars it's very heavy that's nice I like the handle the handle
is really comfortable Wow I mean as long as the blade stays sharp I'm actually
pretty impressed with this knife for three dollars
that's a heavy knife I mean not heavy heavy mind you but it's better than I
expected for three dollars the only thing is didn't really come with a cover
or sheets whatever you call them that's fine I just have to be really careful
where I store it so here are all the products that picked up at brainless
calm I really like this door will I shop there again probably I think that the
organic black beans that's a good price for those the maple syrup if the
multi-surface cleaner works well that'll be nice too and maybe some more knives I
definitely want to try a few more products on their site and if I do like
the ones I picked up already then I will definitely reorder those so like I said
in the beginning there will be a referral link in the description box if
you're interested in buying anything from Brandless you'll get six dollars
off a $39 order and I'll get six dollars off of something I don't know if there's
a minimum or not just just trying to be open and honest here so if you're new to

you get notified whenever I upload a new video and also if you like this video go

Tara - Short Film | Film Psyche - Duration: 18:56.
That guy is calling again!
Why are you calling everyday, kid?!
What? Good morning?!
Hmm. What is your father doing?
Uh alright. If you ever call again, I'd have to come and see your father.
Okay. Just focus on your studies.
Damn! Awesome, man.
You told me he likes you so much, yet he doesn't know that dad's no more.
Duh. What am I supposed to do?
I just thought if he's that into you, he'd have known about all these things
Let's not give a damn about him.
You will come at 6:30 right?
No. I won't come.
What will you do?
Bye.
Hello?
Uhmm. Tara...Tara will be there.
And in the terrace...someone will see.
Hey...
Hey, wait!
I thought so. Open the door
Huh, it's open
What's this? How could you leave the door open?
What's the matter?
Do you know what day it is today?
Well, it's not your birthday.
Uhmm...anniversary?
No! NOT our anniversary!
Today's my drama show
You know a play right? That's it.
Uhh! Give me two minutes, I'll get ready.
It's over, Siddharth.
What?!
You guys do it in the afternoon and then again in the evening, right?
And it's just 4:30
But you were the one who asked me for the afternoon show's tickets.
It's not like your shows are going to be house...housefull right? We'll go.
Others have people who care for them
So it's housefull.
SADLY FOR YOU!
Okay, I'm sorry. It's just this one time, forgive me
What happened to you?!
I know it's tough for you.
But can't you try leaving your habits.
I'll support you in every way I can.
But you're not trying.
I try, okay? But...
Its...
...too good.
Damn! You're just a selfish prick.
Selfish prick? Me?
What do you know about MY life?
I should go to college, study well, take care of Tara
And if that's not enough, I should bear your scoldings for not coming to your play.
HAVE YOU EVER CARED ABOUT ME?
No.
But I should behave according to your expectations, right?
You know?!
I smoke up
And you know why?!
Because I LOVE IT
But...I care about you.
You didn't.You only cared about how much happiness I gave you.
If I had thought about that, I would've left you long back.
Go.
Leave. You'll get someone better than me...go.
I came to take my note.
I heard some shouting from the outside.
Nobody heard it, except me.
Tara...my weed issue...
You seriously think nobody cares about you?!
Hey! I just said it out of anger.
So?!
You'll scream anything you want to?!
You have your duties, I'm not saying you don't.
But most of the things you think are your own imagination!
No! They're not my imaginations.
So you really think neither me nor mom cares about you?!
That's it, right?!
I didn't mean you...Only the others.
People care about you, Siddharth.
They won't keep telling it to you every now and then.
You don't understand! Just go to your class.
Why?
You'll go to the terrace to smoke up.
I NEED IT TARA!
Dammit, do whatever you want!
Vicky?!
Hey! It's been some time...
What happened over there?!
Oh,that? Some bike accident.
Oh...okay.
What? Just an "okay"!
No no,...
It's nothing.
Uhh...
Tara?!
My birthday's coming up this sunday.
Can you...?
Uhh...yeah...okay
Bring Siddharth along too.
Sure!
Siddharth?!
Hey! It's not how you think it is.
I got it long back, from my friend
I never thought I'd touch it.
You lied to Ayesha, right?
Do you really like that?
Tara, I don't want to lie to you...
But I can't say the truth either.
What REALLY is your problem, man?!
You don't know?
Mom has to go to her work, right? Or else, what would we do?!
We're doing well, right?
Why can't she find a job nearby?!
You're talking like a baby now.
And on top of this, Ayesha.
She never loved me.
You're just saying it out of blind anger.
She doesn't look like that kind of a person.
Tara...
I'm...
feeling alone.
I'm so sorry.
I've been with you for so many years, yet I couldn't see this.
Hey! What can you do?
School, tuition...
Hmm?
You're not wasting time like me.
Giving an excuse is easy.
Okay, it's alright.
Promise me.
That you won't take drugs again.
Tara, it's not ...
For me?
Hey! Dude!
Hey man.
So...that's your house,huh?
Which floor?
Dude, the money you owe me?
Oh! Yeah...wait!
Okay?
Hey! Where are you going so quickly?!
Uhmm...to my house.
I have something new now,man.
But dude, I don't want it man.
I don't force anyone, but you don't seem to be alright.
But man, I don't want it.
It's alright dude. It's free.Keep it
Dude! I don't want it.
Tara?
* soft mumbling *
What's the occasion? Inviting me to your house and all.
Well, no big reason.
I get bored.
And mom has started to...
...going to work again.
Again?
Yeah,like, she spent a year...
...I don't know.
To be with me.
Sit down,dude.
You drink coffee, right?
Yeah.
Heyyy!
Thank you.
Usually, my brother prepares the coffee.
And it's surprisingly good.
He's not here, right now?
He would've probably gone out somewhere.
What happened?!
No, it's nothing.
Hey! Do you have any sense?!
Damn! There's no point in talking to you.
What's the problem with you?
Nothing.
WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?!
No problem.
I don't have any problem.
It's alright. Tell me.
When did His Majesty start to think about my problems?!
Uhh. Let's go to the hospital?
If we go to the hospital, they'll think you're a flu patient.
Ahh! For real, this is only for a thrill.
Enough!
You don't need to promise me anything anymore.
Grrr! I WANT IT!
Hey, chill.
What?
You didn't mean it?
Right?
This is how mom stopped talking to you.
You have any idea about how much I begged her?!
FOR YOU!
She looks at my like I'm a psycho, man!
GET OUT!
You can go outside and do whatever nonsense you like.
But I shouldn't see you.
Tara?!
Tara?!
Tara! Wake up!
Are you okay?
Akshara?
How did you come here?
Didn't we have college, today? College got over dude!
The time is 5 o clock now.
I came to get my phone. But I saw you lying on the floor.
Last thing I remember,like...
Last night before I went to sleep, my brother promised me...
He'd quit everything.
What are you blabbering dude?!
I was standing outside, and you were shouting like crazy.
Really?
My brother might've done something.
Did you him?
I saw someone on the way. But I don't know.
Hey first! Are you okay?
Yeah, I'm fine.
Can you just give me some water?
Shall I inform your mother?
No no no!
I'm fine. Just forgot my tablets.
Hey dad, I left my phone at my friend's house. That's why.
Uhhh! It's nothing.I'll call you later.
Uhh! Tara's brother?
No? I'n not Tara's brother.
I live upstairs.
Oh...I'm sorry.
Wait!
You asked if I'm Tara's brother?
Uhh. Yes.
He...
died 2 years ago.
Tara?!
Tara?!
Siddharth?
Hey! Retry.
In this game, we don't have retries?
I thought I could win.
Me too.

Selfie ! - S&R Ep 6 - Duration: 5:27.
Sarah is on top form today.
It's been a bit of a difficult night.
Especially because we were in the tent,
Sarah ate something that probably wasn't great on the stomach,
I'll spare the details.
There's an aspect we often forget to mention in bike touring,
the hardest isn't the actual journey, it's often in these times when you're not feeling at your best,
when you're in the tent you don't have access to running water or toilets,
and yesterday, Sarah experienced this first-hand.
Today's mission is to reach a small town to rest.
- Right now we're really in the middle of nowhere. - We're out in the sticks.
-It's very pretty -True.
- Are you able to appreciate the surroundings? - Ummmmmm.
We have to pedal 30 kilometres to reach the hostel,
well, a hostel that potentially exists.
That's reassuring isn't it?
At least the landscape is flat.
We've arrived in a small hotel,
It was very timely, the last 3kms were a struggle.
We've been here half an hour or so, let's see if she's feeling any better.
Oh hey!
- How's it going? - Blissfully, what about you?
You doing a little tour around our VIP room?
With a wall operated remote,
and an air freshener that doesn't stifle the delightful smell of humidity.
And now for the main attraction...
- For Sarah especially - Oh stop it!
It's the room for reflecting.
Fine, fine, I'll stop winding you up.
- Oh but what's this? We're at the airport in Pontianak! - Crazy times. Wild.
Robin!
I present to you, the dismantling of the trike.
It's the last day in Kalimantan,
it's the last day in Indonesia,
it's the last day on Borneo!
-And why's that? - Because we're flying.
We're taking a plane!
- Looking forward to putting it all back together again? - Yup!
- How much does it weigh?$ - 22.3 kgs
- Guess it means that... - We can fit everything in.
It's been going well so far, for once.
Here is the trike, and here is the seat.
Terima kasih!
We're taking a flight to... *beep*,
- Aaah no, I wasn't supposed to say anything. I'll have to bleep it. - Nice one!
Any last thoughts on Kalimantan, Robin?
Really positive, great landscapes,
very diverse: mountains, valleys, rice fields, the ocean.
And temperatures were more manageable.
Because we were complaining about the heat a lot, as you probably noticed.
-What about the people? - Everyone was pretty nice.
They love photos, especially selfies.
This is what happens every time,
and it's never-ending.
And so, another round begins.
We're going, we're going.
The big difference is that in Kalimantan, we probably saw two other foreigners.
So people's reaction to us was more animated.
Foreigners!
We've spotted other foreigners.
They're over there!
You're not being discreet at all!
So I guess that's it, see you guys in Seoul.
Oops, you did it again!

Tanki Online V-LOG: Episode 179 - Duration: 8:01.
WARNING: This video may potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Viewer discretion is advised.
In today's episode,
as the start of the War approaches,
we'll be talking about the event in details,
we'll be also sharing with you plans for the nearest updates
and showing the skin that will be released next.
Hello tankers!
Juggernaut has finally been released!
Now everyone can play as the Juggernaut, of course,
if you can destroy the super tank first.
Lots of armor, tons of damage,
insane speed, almost no cooldown on the Overdrive…
and even with all of that it's very hard to survive.
One mistake and you're surrounded, and that's it.
So choose Juggernaut in the list of game modes,
press Play, and tell us in the comments what you think about the new mode!
In the last V-LOG we announced War: Domination,
and during the following week discussed all aspects of the War
on the community stream.
Today, with the soon approaching start of the event,
we'll once again tell you about the major points of the War 2.
So let's see:
First you need to buy the Distributor paint for 1000 crystals.
The paint will automatically choose a faction for you,
and after that you do the following, step by step:
Open the War site, choose regions to attack and defend,
confirm your choice and go straight into the game.
For each finished battle you will earn stars,
which will determine your daily bonus and
the overall success of your faction in the War.
Also, Top 10 tankers that earn the most stars in each faction
will become the owners of the exclusive Viking-Thunder Legacy set
-- a super unique set of skins.
Now onto your questions:
From which rank can I participate in the War?
From Master Corporal.
Will the faction paints remain after the War ends?
No. Only participants of the winning faction which complete 6 turns or more
will get the animated version of their faction paint,
and it will remain in their Garages until the start of the new War.
How to earn stars?
Aside from the crystals at the end of each battle you will earn:
3 stars for the 1st place, 2 stars for the second place
and 1 star for the remaining players in the battle.
In team battles, you will earn 2 stars for the 1st place
if your team has lost the battle.
Can I earn stars in PRO battles?
No. Only in standard, Matchmaking battles.
How many territories can be captured per turn?
Any number of territories connected to your own.
Each player decides where their stars will be counted.
Your faction can capture from 5 to 10 regions --
this is good for capturing neutral territories,
and from 1 to 2 regions in battles for important territories
with a higher chance of success.
Will Legacy skins remain in the Garages of the top 30 players forever?
YES.
And more than that, the skins will be found ONLY in the Garages
of these players until the moment they are available for sale in the Shop.
When this will happen is not determined yet,
but until that time, those tankers will be the coolest players in the game.
Read the full rules of the event on the official Tanki website,
and if you have questions even after that, post them on the Forum!
The War starts July 30th, meaning it begins next Monday!
Good luck to all Bears, Wolves and Lions!
In the last couple of months we have released many big updates
-- Drones with batteries, skins, Juggernaut and the new War.
For the near future we're preparing updates that are not as global,
but that are still important and needed.
Let's discuss them:
It will be easier to report battle violators than by using the VOTE command.
Choose in the TAB menu a nickname, click on it and pick report a player.
While creating a Battle Group you will see the rank limits for
who can be invited into the group.
The limits are placed based on the rank of the creator.
Battle results screen.
Now it's shown for 15 seconds.
We will extend this period to 30 seconds,
so you can have enough time for a screenshot of that glorious battle score.
We'll also add the waiting timer for standard battles.
If the Matchmaking wait reaches the limit,
the system will suggest pressing the Play button again.
One more small change:
you will be able to send gifts ONLY to Friends and fellow Clan members.
We researched the situation,
and concluded that NON Friends will usually get pretty questionable messages
And 2 more updates.
Both are bigger and both are PRO:
When creating a battle you will be able to name it.
Of course there will be names like "containers for all", "Admin golds here"
or even Tanki Weddings!
Battle names will be moderated and especially "clever" authors will get chat bans.
And, as known by everybody, when you get banned you can't create battles.
And the last thing: All standard maps will be added to PRO.
They will NOT replace the regular PRO versions,
and will become an option for everyone who wants to play just like in Matchmaking,
but in PRO.
Assault and Rugby will be available for those maps.
So these are the plans.
These updates may be released at once or separately.
Let's wait!
Tankers, the time is near when all known XT skins
-- and there's 8 of them --
will be out and it'll be time to release something completely new.
In the future, the skins may be released not in pairs, like now,
but one at a time.
And the next one will be…
pause the video and guess which skin is coming next in the comments…
Done?
Ready?
It's gonna be Smoky!
The decal on the sides looks like a sabertooth tiger or even a snake,
very cool.
The skin will become available for purchase soon,
and it will be added to containers at the same time.
Later, as we said previously, more skins will be added for the remaining hulls and turrets.
And now information for hardcore parkour players.
Back at the beginning of June,
when we converted all XT turrets and hulls into skins,
parkour players swarmed us with requests to get back their Wasp M0s and M1s,
which were converted into Wasp M3s.
We offer you a one time chance:
we will accept your requests to exchange your Wasp M3.
After the return, you will have the same modification of Wasp
as before the XT conversion.
Here are the steps you should take to give back your Wasp M3:
On your account you need to have Wasp M3 with Wasp XT skin.
Before August 6th send a PM on the Forum to the account called "Goodbye_Wasp_M3"
with the text "I want to exchange Wasp M3".
The link to the Forum profile will be in the description.
Next, within a few days we will perform the recovery.
Important!
The exchange campaign is a one time chance, don't miss it.
Wasp M3 will be removed from your Garage, with all of the MicroUpgrades.
And, most importantly -- think 10 times before sending the PM.
You will NOT be able to revert your decision,
and if later you will want Wasp M3 back, you'll have to buy it.
And now many viewers are thinking
"WHAT?
Why would you want to replace M3 hull with M0???".
Don't worry about it, parkour players know what's up.
Video of the Week!
In the last episode we tasked you with a cool video about Magnum shots,
let's see the best video:
For the next episode, of course,
record a video in Juggernaut mode as the super tank,
and don't forget to wear the Red paint.
That's it for today's episode!
Enter TOF: Thunder Solo while registration is still open
and get ready for the War.
Bye!
In the previous V-LOG Wasp and Thunder spun on the Space Sandbox.
You had to guess, who would explode the second
And the right answer is..
Viking, option B.
Let's welcome the winners and here's the new question:
How many flips will Wasp do?

Carl Sagan's Message to Mars - Duration: 2:09.
Hi, I'm Carl Sagan. This is a place where I often work in Ithaca New York near
Cornell University. Maybe you can hear in the background a 200-foot waterfall
which is probably, I guess, a rarity on Mars.
I don't know why you're on Mars. Maybe you're there because we've
recognized we have to carefully move small asteroids around to avert the
possibility of one impacting the earth with catastrophic consequences and while
we're up in near-earth space it's only a hop skip and a jump to Mars.
Maybe we're on Mars because we recognize that if there are human
communities on many worlds the chances of us being rendered extinct by some
catastrophe on one world is much less.
Or maybe we're on Mars because we have to be. Because there is a deep pneumatic
impulse built into us by the evolutionary process. We come, after all,
from hunter-gatherers and through 99.9% of our tenure on Earth we've been
wanderers and the next place to wander to is Mars.
But whatever the reason you're on Mars is, I'm glad you're there.
And I wish I was with you.

Does Back Surgery Prevent You From Doing Sports? Myrtle Beach Chiro Answers - Duration: 11:41.
Hey guys Dr. Ray Marquez here local chiropractor Back Pain Relief Center
coming to you from our Myrtle Beach office today Monday the 23rd and it's
about quarter after 1:00 or so so one today's topic is does back surgery
prevent you from doing jiu-jitsu so the reason I came up with this is because I
got a question on YouTube on my youtube channel Dr. Ray TV on YouTube from
someone who had one or possibly two back surgeries and he was interested in doing
some jiu-jitsu but wasn't sure if he could or not so really when we talking
about doing a sport it doesn't even really just pertain to jiu-jitsu it's
really being active in anything and and here's my answer in short no it doesn't
prevent you from doing it I actually think it will help so let's first talk
about why we get back pain when we have back pain and we're at the point
where they're doing surgery that means that the joint has degenerated enough
where it's compressing on the disc and the disc is most likely herniated and is
pushing up against one of the nerves or the spinal cord or something along those
lines typically when they do back surgeries
it's because they've tried everything else they've tried therapy they've tried
medication injections and nothing's working they most likely have some
neurological deficit and they need to go in there and fix it so how does all of
it start well we have all these joints in our spine there's 26 of them and we
have that many for a reason it's meant for mobility it's meant so we can move
around and do the things that we do now things in life can make that joint
dysfunctional meaning it doesn't quite move right it's really a pretty
intricate joint and there's a bunch of working parts to it and when they miss a
line or part of it to generate they don't work quite right how does that
happen it could be from lifestyle like bad posture it could be from car
accidents it can be from repetitiveness of our job there's some genetic factors
it could happen years ago we didn't know what we did to make it happen so the
joint becomes dysfunctional the problem with a dysfunctional spinal
joint it doesn't always cause us problems when we may not even know that
we have it and it takes years to generate and the time that we figure out
that we have pain it's already degenerated a whole bunch so a
dysfunctional joint will begin to compress the disk
okay compression that's what's the biggest thing with back pain is
compression we're fighting gravity all day long just
being human human beings on earth we fight gravity our posture doesn't help
our jobs don't help how we sit how we sleep all these other factors come in to
come into play although it's compression so what happens it gets like that you've
tried a bunch of things nothing worked and they had to do surgery now without
saying this particular man's a surgical case I'm assuming they infuse a joint
together so when they fuse it together the orthopedics do a great job at what
they say they're going to do so they say hey we're gonna need a shave part of
that disk off or we're gonna take the disc out we're gonna fuse it together
whatever they need to do and they do a great job at it they have it down very
well they're taking the pressure off those nerves and that spinal cord and
they're making that joint not be a factor in your pain anymore the problem
with these older types of surgeries and again they're getting better and better
with all this stuff but with these older surgeries they don't take an account the
biomechanics of the lumbar spine and what typically happens when you have
surgery on one joint let's say l5 s1 the ones above it begin to go bad or if you
had one a little higher the joint above it and below it begin to go bad and
degenerate themselves because the the biomechanics or the compressive forces
on that spine are always altered and they begin to generate that's why you
always hear oh I had back surgery and five years later I had to have it again
and it typically seems to me that what patients are reporting 5 to 10 years
after the first surgery they need another one now without going off on a
tangent here they're getting better and better if these surgeries every year and
there's some new techniques out there that I've heard of that they can restore
some of the biomechanics so we don't run into these problems of
and to have a surgery so with this particular fella he had a surgery and I
believe he had a second one and he wanted to do some jiu-jitsu so a lot of
you know I've been involved in judo and jiu-jitsu my entire life I actually
owned a club in Myrtle Beach here where we teach some people and I'm around it
and being a chiropractor I'm around both sides so here's the thing after you have
back surgery can you be active whether it's jiu-jitsu or playing softball or
golf or doing Zumba or resume it's not even popular CrossFit can you do those
absolutely but you need to manage the other joints that weren't that you
didn't have surgery on the days of not doing things to make your back feel
better or to prevent problems from happening or long-gone once you have
that surgery you always need to maintain good spinal health I guess were a better
word meaning what do you have to do well I get to keep my mobility up so I have
to increase my range of motion how do I do that well I go see a chiropractor
once in a while chiropractic is a number one way to to realign the spine take the
dysfunctional part of the joint out and get things working correctly not to say
that you need to go every week but you need to go at least and want them once a
month and continue to make the joints that weren't working right to work right
stretching some type of stretching mobility whether you do yoga whether you
stretch at home whether you stretch at the gym got a stretch all the time and
we can get more specific with that stuff in another talk you got to keep
inflammation down how do we do that well ice number one I ice my back three
or four times a week whether it hurts or not taking a lot of some supplements
like tumeric is really good willow bark um there's a bunch of other things out
there that are good also you have to stop you have to slow down the
degeneration of the the joints and you have to prevent further problems so BJJ
or Jiu Jitsu is great for increase in flexibility and
keeping mobility and getting your body stronger and keeping things tight now
look as a beginner going in jiu-jitsu all that's difficult so first thing you
got to find a good school with good instructors and
and there's plenty of them out there but there are some that maybe aren't as good
find someone that has good credentials that has a good long track record of
teaching people and someone who's gonna keep an eye on things and what I mean by
that you know there's different type of clubs
some clubs roll really hard and they've got a bunch of young guys and everyone
some really taking it to each other and for better words beating each other up a
little bit if you have had some back surgeries maybe that's not the best club
for you I would find some that has you know someone who's watching over it and
making it more of a learning experience than a fighting experience for you so do
something try different clubs out and you'll figure it out and you'll know
what I mean if you roll and when I say roll that means you're practicing with
people if everyone's out there to kind of take it hard on you then that may not
be the best fit for you find someone who has either some middle-aged guys who
don't want to get hurt set to work like our club we have a bunch of guys over 40
and we all have kids and we got to work the next day so no one wants to hurt
anybody so good you just to school there's
plenty of them out there you know and just Google some and if you have any
questions contact me and I'll kind of point you in the right direction so
finding the right school and then taking your time with it taking your time
you know Jiu Jitsu is a learning experience and it's a lifetime event
adventure and taking your time slow dejen learning the moves practicing the
moves preventing injury there's no reason to push it hard
to where you would injure yourself now being very specific about the surgeries
in jiu-jitsu man once they do the surgery on those joints those joints are
solid you know nothing's gonna happen there that you it's very difficult to
injure that joint you have a much bigger chance of injuring a different joint
your body than that joint so as long as you stay on top of your spinal health by
getting adjusted or stretching or going to physical therapy or something you
don't have to worry about those joints getting any worse and the joints that
you had had surgery on there's no chance that you're gonna hurt those alright I
know plenty of guys who have had surgeries on their spine and continue to
excel in jiu-jitsu and in judo so if you're interested in it don't let
back surgery stop you from doing it you just have to make sure that you stay on
top of your back pain by doing things regularly to prevent prompts from
happening so I know I kind of went off on a tangent there a little bit all this
stuff is always just kind of off the top of my head what can you do at home or in
your jiu-jitsu class to prevent for injury at class make sure you thoroughly
warm up I almost got a light sweat going before
you go when you're done class maybe it's prudent to ice your back for 20 minutes
and you know if you're only going twice a week than ice it twice a week at home
inversion tables I'm a big fan of introversion tables or hanging upside
down if buying an inversion table is not in your budget just hang on your door
hang straight not upside down hang straight and that'll tracks in your
spine out so inversion tables are big yoga huge fan of it now you don't have
to go to a yoga class or join a new club or anything just get an app on your
phone or on your iPad do 10 or 15 minutes of yoga each day to keep your
mobility or do some type of stretching supplementation you know find something
that works well I'm not a nutritionist I'm not a wellness doctor so I'm I don't
know about all the vitamins I'd take tumeric myself I take a multivitamin I
take t3 and a bunch of other things so I'll talk to maybe someone at the
nutrition store or your doctor and find some things that work well for
inflammation and take those a bunch again and adjust it you know people a
lot of times when you've had back surgery are scared to go to the
chiropractor when we're probably the exact doctors you should see being will
stop those other joints from degenerating or will slow the
progression down and we'll stop problems from happening whether it's once a week
or once a month and once every six weeks whatever works well for you chiropractic
has been proven to help people and it can help someone even if you had surgery
alright I hope I touched everything there I hope that answers your question
yes just because you're at surgery doesn't stop you from having or stop you
from taking a jiu-jitsu class big fan of it or really any other martial art for
that fact alright if you have any questions or comments please message me
or come comment on this video this will be out on YouTube also you can
comment on there can go to one of our websites MyrtleBeachwalkinchiro.com
again it's MyrtleBeachwalkinchiro.com or backpainrc.com that's backpainrc.com

World Hepatitis Day: Five Tips for a Healthy Liver - Duration: 5:38.
Welcome to Dr. David Eifrig's Health & Wealth Bulletin, a publication of Stansberry Research.
This is Weekly Update.
Around here, we like to keep up with national and worldwide days dedicated to health and
wellness.
That's why this week we're focusing on liver health.
July 28th is World Hepatitis Day.
Hepatitis is a disease where your liver gets inflamed.
It's responsible for about 1.34 million deaths each year and about 300 million folks live
with hepatitis without realizing it.
So today, we're going to give you our 5 in 5 – five tips for a healthy liver in just
five minutes.
So let's get started.
Tip number one: Get tested for hepatitis.
There are three types of hepatitis, but we're going to focus on Hepatitis C. It's spread
through sex, sharing needles, and direct contact with infected bodily fluids like blood.
It can last your entire life.
Now, hep C affects about 3.5 million Americans, but 80% of those folks were born between 1945
and 1965.
Doctors believe it's because of hospital errors and the practice of reusing needles until
the early 1960s.
Worse, this type of hepatitis rarely has symptoms, but can lead to chronic liver disease and
potentially liver failure and death.
So if you're between the ages of 53 and 73, ask your doctor about a simple test to see
if you have this treatable disease.
Tip number two is to lose weight.
Now, I know, this one sounds pretty standard for our health in general, and it is.
But extra weight puts us at higher risk of something called non-alcoholic fatty liver
disease.
Now, this liver disease is expected to become the biggest cause of liver failure in the
coming years.
Worse, sometimes it also leads to scarring and liver cancer.
Now, only about 10% to 15% of people of normal weight get this non-alcoholic fatty liver
disease, but 70% of obese folks will get it.
So to curb this disease, maintain a healthy weight.
Get plenty of exercise and cut back on processed foods.
Not only will getting rid of these foods help you with weight, it will also cut inflammation,
which also damages organs like your liver.
Tip number three: Don't waste time on a "liver detox."
Your liver is already well-equipped to detox your body.
It filters out harmful chemicals like alcohol and keeps our bodies healthy on its own.
But buying into these so-called cleanses will just waste your money.
Antioxidants like those found in turmeric help detox our bodies naturally.
That's why we recommend adding the spice to your diet.
It's also a good reason to enjoy plenty of antioxidant rich foods like fruits and vegetables.
Even better, the most commonly consumed antioxidants come from coffee.
And the World Cancer Organization added coffee to its list of ways to prevent liver cancer.
Tip number four: Take medications carefully.
Your liver also detoxes our bodies from medications that we take.
But our livers can only take so much.
For instance, according to the FDA, nearly 50% of liver failure cases in the U.S. are
related to acetaminophen, the popular pain reliever.
And far too many people ignore the dosing instructions on over the counter medications
like acetaminophen.
That leads to overdosing and causing potential damage to your liver.
Always follow the dosing guidelines.
And don't take any over the counter medicine for more than two weeks unless your doctor
advises you to do so.
And finally, don't take any medication with alcohol.
Which brings us to tip number five: Cut back on your boozing.
Too much alcohol is still one of the top causes for liver disease.
That's because too much booze damages our liver cells.
It leads to build-up of fat (alcoholic fatty liver disease) or scarring called cirrhosis.
Now cirrhosis can lead to serious issues like liver failure and even liver cancer, which
is one of the deadliest cancers out there.
You can also get alcohol-related hepatitis.
And it's not just a lifetime of abuse.
According to a recent report from the BMJ, the group with rising rates of folks dying
from cirrhosis is actually adults 24 to 35.
In fact, all age groups saw more deaths from liver disease during the study period of 1999
to 2016.
But these young adults had the largest increase in cirrhosis death rate, at 10.5%.
Now we always say to drink in moderation.
That typically means no more than one drink for women or two drinks for men per day, though
limiting yourself to just a few a week is a good choice.
These five tips will help keep a healthy, happy liver in your body.
And again, if you're a Baby Boomer and haven't been tested for Hep C, we urge you to get
tested today.
That's it for now.
Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe – and we'll see you next week.

Why Not to Put Wheel Spacers on Your Car | Scotty Kilmer - Duration: 5:16.
rev up your engines, today I'm gonna talk about why not to use wheel spacers on
your car, now lately quite a few people have been asking me, Scotty is it
alright if I'm gonna get bigger wheels to put wheel spacers in my car and some
guys say, hey I'm gonna get a wider traction so I want to put wheel spacers
so my tires are out further, well it's not a good idea and here's why
using spaces is basically just a rig, you get the spacers they go over the hub and
bolts on over that, it's just a cheap way to get bigger rims to fit on a car or to
make your wheels go out further, these are really cheap ones here
they make ones that actually have in sets, where they bolt to your hub and
then they have new studs sticking out that the wheel goes on, but they all do
the same thing, they push the wheel out further, it's basically a cheap way of
modifying the suspension system on your car, guys do it because maybe they got a
wheel that doesn't fit right, so they'll put spacers to make it fit or
they want to have their tires out further, so that it handles differently
or has more acceleration with bigger tires, but it's just kind of a cheap way
of ringing things and it's not a smart idea, in that sense it's just like the
video I made a while back about why not to change the muffler on your car to
one that makes more noise, the engineers have designed these things, they spent
decades perfecting suspension systems, they created them so the tire rides
perfectly and will wear evenly but still can corner are really well and
accelerate in corners without skipping, and guess what, when your tire is bolted
onto the stock hub, all that geometry is correct, from the angles of the top to
the bottom, to where the tread contacts the road, this was all carefully designed
so if you get a spacer and stick it on here, it's gonna make the wheel sit out
further and the theory is, a wider track you're gonna get better grip, but really
from what I've read from the engineers, the most you're going to get better
doing that is one two maybe two, which isn't much and since doing this
moves the tire out further, that changes the entire geometry of the suspension
system, which often leads to more tire wear, it can make your steering effort
harder, it can make your steering somewhat unresponsive under harsh
braking because of the change in this geometry, and lets face it, if you modified
your car to go faster, the last thing you want is unresponsive steering when
you're braking hard, and because it's changed the way that the tire sits, it
also can wear your wheel bearings out faster, they're loaded differently and
they weren't designed for that load they were designed for a load that was closer
to the center of the wheel bearing, so the wheel bearings can wear out faster
now you have to use your head when it comes to trying to modify your car, come
on, these engineers have been designing these things and they started with basic
wagon technology in the stagecoach days and got into the sophisticated cars that
can break handle and be a nice ride, you start modifying it by sticking your
wheels out further, hey it's just a dumb idea really, now big wide tires are
fantastic for drag strips, because you want the most contact you can, to get all that
power to the ground, so that it takes off and doesn't just sit there spinning
skinnier wheels, but hey we don't drive quarter mile races, we drive all
over the place in our cars and you're gonna ruin all other aspects of it just
to get one thing of, going in a straight line a quarter of a mile faster, now I do
admit that spaces are better made than they used to be, these are the cheap ones, the
actual expensive ones look like this, they are quality made, they bolt on and
then they got their own studs and nuts to hold your wheel in, it's not like
they're gonna fall off if you put them on correctly, because again decades ago when
I was a young mechanic, some of these kids I actually saw the wheels fly off
because they were just using cheap ones and not bolting them on right or they were
so thick that there wasn't enough for the nut to go onto the stud
so it wasn't holding it much and they would just fly off when they took off
fast, that's not a problem with modern vehicles with these well-made hub
centric really quality products, but still it's
ruining the original design of the vehicle, and sure guys are always gonna
do those kind of mods on jeeps and stuff especially ones that they take off-road
I mean if you've ever been in a Jeep, they ride like crap anyway if you're
gonna put these giant wheels and you're going rock crawling, it's a specialist vehicle
that you're having fun with, it's not something that you drive every day on
the road, because if you do all the fillings in your teeth are gonna fall
out, so now you know the truth about wheel spacers and why you should really
stay away from them, unless you're going to the drag strip or rock crawling, so if
you never want to miss another one of my new car repair videos, remember to ring
that Bell!

$3 EVERYTHING HAUL! | Brandless Haul - Duration: 8:21.
hey guys it's Leigh and today i have a quick Brandless haul for you i've been
seeing a lot of ads for brand lists on youtube so i thought i would give them a
try. this video is not sponsored by the way I
paid for all this stuff myself but I do have a referral link in the description
box below so if you go through that link you'll get six dollars off your first
$39 order I believe it is and then I will get six dollars off of my next $39
order I believe that's how it works but I'm not 100% sure so Brandis says that
their products are organic gluten-free non-gmo vegan kosher just better for you
products without a major brand label on them so they're able to bring you the
products for three dollars or less this box has been sitting in my office for a
few weeks and quite honestly I can't remember everything I've bought but I
did try to pick things from different categories just to kind of get an idea
of what their products are like so this is as far as I've gotten
I got maple syrup now I forgot to read how big of a bottle it was for three
dollars so I was thinking later and I didn't go
back and check that it was probably extra extra teeny but this is bigger
than I was expecting for three bucks it is six point seven fluid ounces of grade
a maple syrup the kids prefer this over just regular pancake syrup of course
they do because it's usually really expensive right but um so yeah this is a
good place to get it then that's a good deal I almost dropped it on the floor
next I have body wash this is soothing oatmeal extract sulfate free no animal testing and brand list but see
moisturizing tea tree extract gluten free okay
let's see what it smells like the important part is if I don't like it
cuz if I don't like it I'll have to give it to someone else
actually again hardly any sense at all which is really awesome
so this oh I forgot to mention is a ten fluid ounce bottle for three dollars I
don't know if it's the best deal in the world but you know it's not bad the next
thing I got in here is digestive and immune biotic dietary supplement non-gmo
probiotic blend brand list and for three dollars how many do you only get 14
capsules but that's not really I think it's that bad this stuff is really
expensive normally I figure I'll give this a shot and see if I like it see
what it does if anything like I said just trying different things from
different categories and the last item in the box which I was most excited to
try and the box has already been opened so I hope it's okay
is a three dollar nice this is a chef's
knife for three dollars it's very heavy that's nice I like the handle the handle
is really comfortable Wow I mean as long as the blade stays sharp I'm actually
pretty impressed with this knife for three dollars
that's a heavy knife I mean not heavy heavy mind you but it's better than I
expected for three dollars the only thing is didn't really come with a cover
or sheets whatever you call them that's fine I just have to be really careful
where I store it so here are all the products that picked up at brainless
calm I really like this door will I shop there again probably I think that the
organic black beans that's a good price for those the maple syrup if the
multi-surface cleaner works well that'll be nice too and maybe some more knives I
definitely want to try a few more products on their site and if I do like
the ones I picked up already then I will definitely reorder those so like I said
in the beginning there will be a referral link in the description box if
you're interested in buying anything from Brandless you'll get six dollars
off a $39 order and I'll get six dollars off of something I don't know if there's
a minimum or not just just trying to be open and honest here so if you're new to
my channel please consider hitting the subscribe button and the little Bell so
you get notified whenever I upload a new video and also if you like this video go
ahead and give it a thumbs up for me you can also find me on Instagram Twitter

Tara?
* soft mumbling *

- Oh, 48.
- Hi, my name is Mari.
- Oh, I see, okay.
I'm very sensitive about people's accent
because I'm from foreign country.
I travel around the United States too,
so I'm very familiar with southern accent too.
Just like hey, y'all, how you doing?
(laughs) Like this.
- Oh yes, I can tell. (giggles)
- Okay.
- [Man] Hi, how are you?
- Good, how are you?
- [Man] I'm doing well, thanks.
- [Mari] Well, what do you do for a living?
- [Man] I am in the property management business.
- Oh, that's nice.
- [Man] Hm, it sounds probably sexier than it is.
- I don't know about your job,
but you definitely have a sexy voice.
I like it.
- I'll take that, thank you. - Uh-huh.
- So what body do you think goes with this voice?
- Okay, this is a African-American male,
kind of natural curly hair but not too much curly.
- And what about facial hair?
Do you think I have a beard? - Ah, facial hair, no.
No, no, no, no, no, never.
- All right.

It ain't very long.
Toodle-dum, toodle dum.
Now it's all gone.
- Huh?
- [Woman] It's a good song, huh?

- Could you say something nice to me?
Whisper for me.
- You look beautiful.
- Ah, melting. (laughs)
May I describe him already?
Is it okay?
- Okay, you have dark hair, dark skin tone.
Tall, medium body, exactly my type.
However, I think you are gay.
- Why do you think I'm gay?
- Oh, because you have so soft spoken,
- Did you say I'm black?
- No, no, no, you not African-American type of black,
but dark skin like a Hispanic, or,
- Yeah. - Like a southern Asian.
- They speak like me.
- No, you don't have accent, but just a tone of your voice.
Thank you. (giggles)
- (laughs) It's so fun.
- [Woman] Hello.
- [Mari] Hello.
- [Woman] Anyway, back to English.
- Okay, great.
She has dark brown hair, very skinny,
about 19 years old.
You still live with your parents.
- What ethnicity do you think I am?
- Greek or Italian.
- Do you think I have an accent?
- No, no, mm-mm.
- No accent.
- I think you were born in the United States.
Thank you.
- Thank you.

Ah, you smell so good.
- [Woman] Thank you.
It's Black Opium.
- Oh. - Which, it's from Sephora.
- Your voice and attitude is perfect for the salesperson.
- [Woman] Yeah.
- You are white, and I think you like to show off your body.
You like to wear the skimpy dress or high heel shoes.
I can tell you have a beautiful body, you know.
Do you know supermodel Cindy Crawford back in '90s?
- Yeah.
- [Mari] Just like her.
- Thank you so much, Mari. - Okay, thank you so much.
- Hello. - Hi.
- [Man] I like your dress.
- Oh, thank you so much.
- Ah, I think you are African-American male,

(crew members laughing) Uh-huh.
Are you a bar owner or a restaurant owner?
- I could be.
How old do you think I am?
- Oh, 48.

- Bye-bye. - Bye.
- [Woman] Yo, how you doing, today?
- Good, how are you?
- [Woman] Oh, wow, I just love that dress.
- Oh, thank you.
I think you are the type of person
who likes to spend time watching the NASCAR
on Sunday afternoon.
She's a white lady and a little bit chubby and short.
She is doing like a labor work.
Thank you.
- Thank you, bye. - Bye-bye.
- Is it okay?
- I kind of sense a lot of people
if even they don't talk, you know?
- Yeah.
Didn't I tell you that you were working at Sephora?
Ah, okay. - Yeah, that was me.
- Okay, yes, your hair is like Cindy Crawford.
- Oh, okay. (laughs)
- So who has black man no facial hair?
- That was me.
- Oh, that was you? (laughs)
- I wasn't mad at you.
- Bartender?
- No, bartender was him.
- Bartender was him?
- I was the bar owner.
You thought I looked like Lionel Richie.
- You thought I was a teenager living
at home with my parents. - Mm-hm.
- I'm 28, and I have two kids of my own.
You thought I was mediterranean,
like from Greece or Italy. - Oh yeah.
- I'm Australian.
- Oh, okay.
- You couldn't have been,
first of all, NASCAR, not.
And hello, I work out.
I'm like super fit.
So, that was kind of, I was just laughing.

NAVI PUBG at PGI Berlin: TPP Day 2 - Duration: 7:59.
Here's the plane's route in scrims, it's even less than a square away from Primorsk.
But once the official matches start, it'll go this way.
I'm tired of it.
We only got a plane like this once.
The problem is not about circles, the problem is that the plane flies over here and it takes us 3 minutes to get to our spot.
However, in scrims, it's a totally different story.
Nice one!
The first match of the day was quite a poor showing, you placed top 20.
Walk us through what happened exactly. Vanya got taken out at the very start.
People were hanging out outside of the zone and shoot Vanya out of the car.
Then the circle switched, we took position we always played in FPP,
there have never been any problems with it, this is our set piece.
I don't know, other squads spotted us and we got shut down by crossfire from 3 buildings.
Well, now we know we can't do something like that in TPP again.
It's just that some things that work in FPP, don't work the same way in TPP.
Awesome, now it pops in Mylta Power.
Top 2, yeah.
We finally did it.
I can say that Koreans are really good in TPP.
All those teams are a threat.
We're slowly getting used to TPP.
If there are more PGI events in the future, we'll definitely put it a lot of effort into practicing this mode.
Vadim, you finished PGI TPP in 10th place.
There's a show match scheduled for tomorrow, and after that, you'll have to readjust your mindset to FPP.
How would you sum up your TPP performance?
Those weren't our days, something was always going wrong.
Rotations were good, but still, something was off.
We'll analyze our mistakes, if, of course, we ever have to play TPP again.
I hope we don't though.
As for the matches, we didn't even have a single proper 4v4 firefight.
Unfavorable plane flight paths, and also circles were north and two in the middle.
We still could something with two middle circles, but the north ones were rough.
We were just getting killed and there was nothing we could do.
Speaking of tomorrow, Vanya and I are going to play a bit of FPP.
We won't try hard, just play for fun and relax.
And then we'll put all our focus on the FPP tournament.
We'll try our best to show what we're capable of there.
It's not TPP, where people always go prone, it's a totally different play style.
We'll do our best.
We're going to recover from today's and yesterday's matches and approach the next days with all seriousness.
I want to apologize for poor results in TPP,
and thank you to everyone who still supports and cheers for us, we highly appreciate it.
A lot of people came to the arena to cheer for us and AVANGAR, it's awesome, thank you.

The Science Behind Why Old Heads Hate New Music | Genius News - Duration: 4:10.
MERO: We wouldn't ask you like what's your favorite Rakim album because it's like bruh...
YACHTY: I don't know any.
JACQUES: The generational divide over what is and what isn't good hip-hop did not begin with
Lil Xan's controversial thoughts on 2Pac.
JACQUES: Or when Joe Budden went off on Lil Yachty…
JOE: WE DON'T LIKE WHAT HE REPRESENTS.
JACQUES: Or even in 2008 when Ice-T beefed with Soulja Boy.
ICE-T: Fuck Soulja Boy.
Eat a dick.
This nigga single-handedly killed hip-hop.
JACQUES: Every generation of fans has its own thoughts and influences on what is considered 'good.'
But how does this happen?
DR. ROUSSY: Music becomes truly important to us in our teens.
Teenagers use music mainly for socialization to make friends and to belong with a group
of people of their age.
JACQUES: That's Dr. Arielle Bonneville-Roussy. She is a senior lecturer at the University of Cambridge,
and a co-author of the 2013 study, Music Through the Ages.
ROUSSY: We looked at information from over 250,000 people and found that the taste in
music of those people differed dramatically with age.
JACQUES: The researchers split their findings into 5 categories called the MUSIC model.
DR. ROUSSY: Mellow for danceable and atmospheric sounds.
Unpretentious for music that is more reflective and speaks to real life experiences.
Sophisticated for more intricate and complex pieces.
Intense for harsh sounds that veer from the mainstream.
And contemporary for the Top 40 chart.
JACQUES: Although the initial study separates the groupings by types of music,
Arielle tells us that these categories can still apply to variations in an individual genre.
DR. ROUSSY: Adults and young adults prefer intense music, contemporary music,
and mellow music.
Because it's a period of their life where they try to carve out an identity to find
new groups of friends and also more importantly to find a lover.
DAUGHTER: Simon and Garfunkel is poetry.
MOM: Yes, it's poetry, it is the poetry of drugs and promiscuous sex.
Honey, they're on pot.
DR. ROUSSY: Older adults they tended to prefer unpretentious and sophisticated music.
This is simply because as we age and now and when we're older we do tend to listen to the
music that speaks to our own experiences.
DAD: Now something that really rocks.
This is called good music.
DAD: From somebody's heart.
DAUGHTER: This is bumming me out.
This isn't fun.
DAD: Just listen to these words, okay?
Just listen to the words.
JACQUES: But, how do we explain the pushback older folks have towards new music?
Well, a New York Times analysis of Spotify data found that people are nostalgic for the
music that they loved in their early teens. It says quote,
JACQUES: This is why a 40 year old who grew up listening to hip-hop
could lament the music dropping now.
It sounds different from what they loved in their teens.
And this has remained a point of contention for years.
SNOOP: I don't know who created it, if it was Future or Migos but all them niggas sound the same.
[mumbling]
JACQUES: But like musical trends, a person's taste can also change with time.
DR. ROUSSY: Don't take music listening for granted.
It's not because you like something at the age of 20 that you will still like it the age of 65.
N.O.R.E.: Hip-hop is...it should be a history lesson.
There shouldn't be kids that don't know who DJ Premier is.
But if you ignore the present, if you ignore what's going on right now,
that is the definition of what makes you old.
JACQUES: So it's not that the youth doesn't get it, or that the old heads are stuck, it's
it's just that our taste and experiences with music change as we age.
That's how one person could believe 2Pac is boring, while another thinks that Lil Yachty
is ruining rap.
JACQUES: I'm Jacques Morel with Genius News, bringing you the meaning and the knowledge
behind the music.
Peace!
BART: Dad!
No one cares about any of your stupid dinosaur bands!
You have the worst, lamest taste in music ever!

13 Lists to Make When You Feel Like Everything Is Falling Apart - Duration: 6:16.
13 Lists to Make When You Feel Like Everything Is Falling Apart.
When life gives you a bitter lesson, you usually feel like everything is against you.
This is the point when you need a boost of help.
The rain will eventually stop, and you need to be positive.
Meanwhile, you can do many other things to prepare when the sun eventually comes out.
In this video, I'm going to share with you some useful lists to consider when you feel
like everything is falling apart.
But before that, please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until the end to
know the complete information.
So, here is the 13 things you can do in the time of need.
#1 - Be mindful.
Being mindful is a state in which you are highly aware of your thoughts and feeling.
You do this by concentrating, and it is essential to be mindful when things get rough.
You concentrate on something concrete and you should keep doing that until eventually
the moment of devastation fades away without you realizing.
#2 - Keep yourself grounded.
This will help you to face a problematic life since it keeps you organized and scheduled.
Since you have obvious things to do in the future, you will not stuck in the moment of
desperation.
Additionally, you also can try mentioning things you can see, smell, hear, and feel
followed by one positive adjective that describes you the most.
This will help you moving forward easily.
#3 - Breathe easy.
In order to practice breathe easy, you should try the following.
First, you can drink cold water which helps you a lot to minimize stress and pressure
on your brain.
Additionally, you need to cool yourself by wearing loose and soft shirts with low collar.
#4 - Focus on breathing.
Another trick to keep yourself grounded is by focusing on breathing.
You can start it by inhaling the fresh air for 4 seconds.
Followed by holding your breath for 7 seconds.
Exhale it for 8 seconds.
This is a relaxing breath method which will help yourself when you're down.
#5 - Find a pet.
If you have one, you definitely know where to run when you are panicking at your home.
However, when you are away, you should find a furry pet of your friend or other places
where you can cuddle and hug.
They are really a stress-reliever.
#6 - Deal with it.
Some people are strong or accurately ignorant enough when it comes to anxiety and depression.
If you have the capability, then it is absolutely fine to let everything flow because eventually
it will end anyway.
#7 - Consume magnesium.
This is probably the only supplement you need to fight against your anxiety.
Research shows that stress is influenced by magnesium level, and this supplementation
is definitely worth trying.
#8 - Find different perspective.
You cannot escape the nightmare because it is really close to you, in your mind.
However, the problem is external to you, and is far away.
Your problem can be solved but your mind always creates a difficult mental imagination, making
you depressed unnecessarily.
#9 - Find square-shaped item.
This is probably the weirdest, but you can try this to fill your mind with a task that
will distract you from anxiety.
After you find something rectangular, what you need to do is simply meet the corner,
breathe, and count to 4 for each edge until your anxiety or depression fades away.
#10 - Look at its bright side.
Your mind is cluttered by negativity, and it is just impossible to think clearly.
However, you should at least try to find the good thing for what happened.
It helps you to be more positive.
#11 - Take a cold shower.
This can be challenging for some people especially when they are in a panic attack.
Thus, by taking cold shower helps you cleanse your depression as it forces you to focus
on the coldness.
Additionally, it also makes you feel refreshed which is a good thing.
#12 - Get a massage.
Massage is always great as it puts you in a super relaxed state.
When your blood flows and your muscle relaxed, you will feel the freshness in life, this
is necessary to make you calm and ready to face the world once again.
You can get your body massaged by professional, and they usually add some more services to
keep you energized.
#13 - Play some music.
Take a different approach though, which is not on your computer or smartphone.
You should try playing instruments yourself.

10 Ways to Stay Happy on Social Media - Duration: 5:07.
10 Ways to Stay Happy on Social Media
Social media is the easiest and the most modern way of communicating with each other no matter
the distance and time.
It has made our social interactions much easier compared to the old times where we had to
write letters and post picture cards to keep in touch.
But this technological achievement did come with a cost of privacy, happiness and sometimes
your very own family relationships.
No matter what, you do not have to post everything about yourself on social media since that
is an unnecessary step towards sharing your data with the whole world.
This is the very most important thing about social media.
Keeping your personal information to yourself will always keep you away from almost all
the problems that can occur to you through social media.
To dive deep into this topic, let us see who uses this social media platform around the world.
By April 2018 according to Statista, there are 2.2 billion active users on Facebook and
1.5 billion each on YouTube and Whatsapp.
Instagram has emerged to become a giant with 813 million active users and Tumblr with 794
million active users.
Out of these users, you are not alone.
68% of women across the United States use social media compared to 62% of men.
According to research data from the United States, 90% of the population between the
age of 18 and 29 uses social media, 77% of the Internet population of the age group 30
to 49 uses the Internet, and 51% of the population group between the ages of 50 to 64 uses the Internet.
According to the current day statistics our seniors above the age of 65, around 35% of
them uses the social media.
The usage frequencies somehow vary and are lower by how senior you are.
Number one in our list.
Make more friends.
Know someone from work and school, perhaps your neighbor?
Go ahead and friend them.
A research study by Indiana University showed that people with more real social media connections
are happier compared to those with lesser connections.
Number two of all.
Limit your social media.
Only pick two or three times a day to check your social media accounts and your emails.
Do not check all the time as soon as you get a notification, else that will prove you are
addicted to it.
Number three in our list.
A day off from social media.
Have a day off from social media, at least once a week.
Use that day to be with your family of the closest friend in real life.
Number four.
Make good friends.
Make friends or follow people with positive ideas and those who inspire you.
Never be with those who drag you down through cyber bullying or those who respond with negative
feedback to your posts.
Number Five.
Stick to few platforms.
Limit your social media platforms to two or three; managing all the social media accounts
from all the platforms will sure be hassle and trouble.
Number six.
Social media influence.
Moods expressed over social media are contagious among users.
According to several research studies, social networks can spread positive and negative
both emotions.
So it is essential to unfriend or unfollow feeds that make you feel uncomfortable or
those people who make you feel bad.
Number seven in our list.
Keep it Real.
One of the most important things to do in social media is to behave true to yourself.
Faking your life to live as an influencer with unrealistic or billionaire lifestyles
will be a problem or embarrass you one day.
There have been many backfires with a lot of social media influencers lately, especially
those who share photos of other people's vehicles pretending to be a "Baller."
Number eight.
Embrace the positivity.
Use your feeds and updates to share your photos and statuses from your vacations and sharable
moments in life.
Do not try to compare your events with others.
Number nine.
Come back to reality.
Others might post all the fancy posts according to what they get to experience in life, but
that doesn't mean you cant experience better things in life as well.
Do not assess your relationship based on what others post, they might be sponsored or someone
looking for attention as a career.
Final tip in our list.
Just be yourself.
Do not be ashamed to share your nice ideas and show off your talents on social media.
Be yourself and be proud of the uniqueness you possess, and always try to influence people
towards positivity through your self.
People will like you more and will actively engage with you more due to that reason.

How ANCIENT Egyptians Influenced The World TODAY! - Duration: 10:01.
From door locks to advanced surgical manuals, here are 9 ways the Ancient Egyptians have
influenced modern life!
9.
Bowling We're not the only ones who like throwing
a ball down a lane to hit pins!!
Turns out, the Ancient Egyptians liked it too!
And actually invented the game!
How do we know?
Archaeologists found a child's grave with pin-like objects and marbles that appeared
to be used to take down the pins, kind of like bowling.
But, it was hardly conclusive.
Later on, a home from the 2nd century AD was found, built in the Roman style.
Archaeologists found evidence of a spacious room with a long lane and two stone balls!!
Furthermore, there was a hole in the middle of the lane that seemed to collect certain
sized bowling balls that were also found in the residence.
They have even found hieroglyphics that depict an Egyptian holding a ball just like we would
when we bowl.
So yeah...Egyptians helped create bowling.
It may not be their biggest contribution to modern society but they need to have fun too!
Bowling has had a major impact on the world.
There are tons of people who love to bowl, it's a sport that's pretty easy to get into
and play with others with only minimal skill required!
And do you remember Wii Sports?
Bowling was the best part about that game!
I rest my case.
8.
Door Locks When you leave your house for the day, the
last thing you do, is lock your doors!!
And if you want to thank someone for that door lock, you can start with the Egyptians.
Actually, I take that back, you can start with the Assyrians, since they were the ones
who actually invented it.
But some have said that Egypt pulled a Steve Jobs, and took the basic design, improved
it, and made it super popular with everyone!
The earliest device was created around 4,000 BC. and was a pin-tumbler lock.
The biggest ones were up to 2 feet long!!
They had wooden pegs and wooden keys and then later were made out of various metals.
This was quite the advancement at the time, and it was the beginning of home security
that didn't require a hired guard or an animal.
Which we can all appreciate!
Eventually, not unlike wigs, the idea of the door lock caught on with other nations and
cultures, and it soon became an accepted part of (at the time) modern society!
While the Romans developed their own locks made out of metal, they were much easier to
pick than those used by the Egyptians!
And now for number 7 but first if you are a returning subscriber welcome back!!

7.
Toothpaste Even back in the ancient world, dental hygiene
was very important.
The Egyptians weren't the first to come up with solutions to fix their teeth, but it
seems like they were the first to create a substance to use on teeth to improve their
health.
The first toothpaste!
In fact, certain Egyptian tombs actually had toothbrushes inside, and documents were found
that revealed the recipe for their toothpaste.
Want to know what they used?
They would crush rock salt, mint, dried iris flower, and some pepper to create a powder.
By the writers account, his gums actually bleed after using it, but his mouth and breath
felt fresher.
Hopefully his gums stopped bleeding over time!!
Even though they had this nice concoction, Egyptians still had a lot of tooth problems.
Their teeth were all worn down from eating hard, non-organic matter found in their bread,
like sand and grit that would break down their enamel.
Egyptians also had a kind of mouthwash that they would chew up and spit out.
There is even evidence of early forms of braces!
6.
Glass Making While we don't really know who the first
humans were to make glass, the Egyptians were some of the first to use it in their art and
culture.
The Mesopotamians were making and selling glass beads as far back as 2500 BC out of
silica-sand, lime, and soda.
Then, Egypt started using the same methods and improving on them.
They began to make vases with glass, and dedicated them to the Pharaohs at the time.
They even learned how to master the art of Red Glass, which is one of the most challenging
colors because you needed a place without oxygen to make it.
1000 years later they were making pure, translucent glass during the New Kingdom, once they expanded
in the Middle East.
Full scale glass making started when Thutmose II (1479-1425 BC) captured some expert glass
makers and forced them create things for him.
Between Egypt and Mesopotamia, the use of glass as an artform expanded and glass was
considered a semi-precious stone, often controlled by royalty and given as gifts.
5.
Wigs If there's one thing we can all agree, it's
that no matter the place or time period, we human beings can get very vain at times.
We often pride ourselves on our looks, and when we're not looking our best we do what
we have to in order to "make ourselves look better".
So it may be a surprise that the concept of wigs actually came from Egypt.
But here's the twist, wigs from Egypt weren't meant to be just a fashion statement, or a
way to make themselves prettier.
It was, in fact, a way to save themselves from head lice!
Many people would shave their head to prevent lice and then wear wigs instead.
It was much more practical, and they could be fashionable too.
Another reason was to protect them from the sun.
A shaved head outside all day would pretty much just roast, but you could also protect
your head from the sun by wearing a wig!
There were many different kinds of wigs, and the upper class of Egypt had wigs made out
of their own hair!
Or someone else's should they feel the need.
The more money, the more choices!
4.
Paper Here's another one that needs clarification.
True paper was made by the Chinese in 100 B.C.
However, the true ancestor to paper was papyrus, and that was made by the Egyptians in 3000
B.C. Funnily enough, this was the first true evolution of writing in terms of what material
was actually written on.
Earlier civilizations would carve things into stone which was very time consuming.
Eventually, the Egyptians came up with papyrus, and the world was never the same again.
Lightweight, easy to write on (via a Reed Pen that they also invented), and just plain
workable, papyrus became instrumental in Egypt's culture.
Not to mention, it became one of their biggest exports.
They carefully guarded the secrets of papyrus so that Europe and China would continue to
purchase it.
Eventually, Europe made vellum and parchment, and China made paper.
The world was never the same!
3.
The Alphabet It's one of the first things that we learn!
It's the building block of language in many ways, and it's instrumental in the learning
process.
But that begs the question, where did the concept of the Alphabet come from?
Ta da!!
Egypt!
You might be thinking, "wait a minute, didn't the Egyptians write everything down in symbols?
Like Hieroglyphs?"
And you're right, the Egyptians are famous for their Hieroglyphs, however, because of
how complicated it was to use the Hieroglyph system, the Egyptians came up with a 22-letter
Alphabet.
One that relied on sounds instead of full words.
This would later become known as the Proto-Sinaitic Alphabet, and it acted just like our own.
These 22 letters would be put together to form longer words or phrases.
And each one had their own unique sound.
The method of the Alphabet caught on, and it began to spread from nation to nation.
First with Egypt's neighbors, and then all the way to Greece.
And if you recall, the Greeks helped spread a lot of things throughout the world, including
their own language, which became influenced by the Alphabet.
So without the Egyptians, one of the most basic things we learn as children might not
even be around and learning languages would've been a whole lot harder!
Especially if we are drawing all kinds of symbols!!
2.
Mathematics It's hard to think about the ancient world
in terms of what we have now and what they didn't have then.
It may seem odd that "math" was a thing in the Ancient World, but the Egyptians were
happy to use it in many aspects of their lives.
They even had dedicated math specialists called "arpedonapti" who were incredibly adept
at Geometry.
In fact, the earliest records of someone using Geometry, is from Egypt.
They used ropes to help calculate the area of something, which of course is useful when
you are building pyramids and other gigantic monuments.
The oldest mathematical text discovered so far is the Moscow Papyrus, which dates back
to around 1800 BC!
Furthermore, the Egyptians knew how to do both multiplication and division.
Even though we don't do it the same way, many of their methods do still apply.
As if that weren't enough, the way they did it was actually a bit more user-friendly,
and some even used styles that are commonly found in computer coding today.
Still not impressed?
Well the Egyptians also invented Fractions!
There's tons of proof showing that Egyptians knew and used the basic concept of fractions,
even creating complex fractions to help in more difficult situations.
Without it their success in engineering, astronomy, and administration wouldn't have been possible.
1.
Medical Literature While medicine was clearly not invented by
the Egyptians, the Egyptians were the first, or at the very least one of the first, to
actually document how they treated people.
The first known medical manual is the Edwin Smith papyrus of Ancient Egypt.
Early medical traditions were recorded in Babylon, China, Egypt, and India but they
were mostly recipes or explanations rather than a comprehensive manual.
The detail that was put into these ancient recorded logs is what makes them special.
And the fact that they have survived for so long!
The Edwin Smith papyrus was discovered in 1862 and is a copy of an earlier text from
around 3000 BC.
The Papyrus is divided into 48 cases describing traumatic injuries and the process of analytical
thinking for the physician.
These logs were the first medical documents to not rely on supernatural aspects of life
or magic.
They did it purely on what they knew would work, or based on trial and error.
Logic and deductive reasoning began to take over the medical field.

The one thrilling activity Prince William and Kate Middleton love to do whilst in Mustique - Duration: 4:42.
Wish we were there! Prince William and Kate are living the life in Mustique, enjoying a sun-soaked holiday with their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis
The couple first visited the Caribbean island in 2008 long before their wedding, and while their current trip as a family of five will look rather different to their past kid-free holidays, they'll still be able to enjoy some of their favourite summer activities
Scuba diving, snorkelling and playing tennis are just some of the ways the Cambridges can keep themselves occupied
On previous trips to Mustique, the athletic couple have impressed fellow holidaymakers with their diving ability in particular
Martin Katz, a famed Beverly Hills jeweller, and his wife Kelly met the royals in 2008, and speaking exclusively to in 2015, Kelly revealed: "They're quite the sportsmen
We went diving and they went very deep, more than 90ft. Our instructor said Martin and I weren't qualified to go on the shark dives they went on
" Given the complete privacy of the small island, it comes as no surprise that William and Kate, both 36, take the opportunity to dress down and blend in with other tourists
"Kate looked very casual, she wasn't particularly wearing make-up, she looked lovely," said Martin
"She just couldn't be more gracious and talked to everybody who would talk to her
It wasn't like she was working the room, but if someone wanted to speak to her, she was happy to speak
I think what struck me was that they were human like everybody else, dressing to fit in like everybody else
" MORE: Dani Dyer's mum shares never-before-seen photos of the Love Island star Martin and Kelly met the couple at a cocktail party at the five-star Cotton House resort
"I was at the bar ordering drinks and Kate came over and chatted for a bit," said Martin
"I told Kelly, 'Kate's been chatting me up, you have to be careful!' Then she invited us to come and meet William
" It's not known where the Cambridges are staying this time around, but on past visits, the Duke and Duchess have picked some of the most luxurious accommodation
They usually travel with Kate's side of the family and have been guests at Villa Hibiscus, owned by the Duchess' family friends John and Belle Robinson, now separated, who are owners of the Jigsaw fashion chain
William and Kate have also stayed at Villa Aurora, a luxury holiday home owned by the Middletons' hedge fund millionaire friend Mark Cecil
And in 2015, the royals were invited to Villa Rocina, a house owned by another of the Middletons' friends, Violera Alvarez
Wherever they have chosen to stay, the royals can count on a truly luxurious experience, having a butler, driver, private chef and staff on 24-hour call
They'll be able to enjoy days out at the beach or relax in their private pool, which likely has a shallower children's pool – perfect for five-year-old Prince George, three-year-old Princess Charlotte and newborn Prince Louis
MORE: Strictly's Anton du Beke and Erin Boag reveal exciting news On previous trips, Kate has taken her nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo to help care for the children, so it wouldn't be a surprise if Maria joined again this summer
William and Kate would also be able to have some much-deserved date nights and time alone
With its quiet beaches, no-fly zone and exclusivity, it's easy to see why Mustique is the royals' go-to destination

Arsenal transfer news: Emery asked about future signings - will he complete more deals? - Duration: 3:15.
The Gunners boss has already brought in five new arrivals after replacing Arsene Wenger in May, adding Bernd Leno, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Stephan Lichtsteiner, Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi to his ranks
Emery ensured Arsenal moved quickly to land their targets, giving him more time to implement his style of play on his new group
And speaking at a press conference this morning, the Spaniard seemed to suggest that signing more players wasn't top of his priority list at present
"I believe in these players," he said. "Now I am very happy with the players. "On Monday other players come with us after the World Cup
"If there is a possibility to sign a player, it isn't very important now, but while the window is open, we can
" After enjoying a summer of intense training drills under their new boss, Arsenal drew with Atletico Madrid on Thursday thanks to a goal from youngster Emile Smith-Rowe
And Emery admits he is happy with how the pre-season tour is going so far. "For us it's about continuing our preparation," he added
"We don't lose our focus. Our focus is about giving chances to every players and working tactically with the players
" Arsenal next take on Emery's former club PSG in the International Champions Cup
ARSENAL - PRE-SEASON SO FAR Manager: Unai Emery Position last season: 6th Nickname: The Gunners Ground: Emirates Stadium Capacity: 60,432 Players In: Stephan Lichtsteiner (Juventus, free), Bernd Leno (Bayer Leverkeusen, undisclosed), Sokratis Papastathopoulos (Borussia Dortmund, undisclosed), Matteo Guendouzi (Lorient, undisclosed), Lucas Torreira (Sampdoria, undisclosed) Players Out: Per Mertesacker (retired), Santi Cazorla (released), Jack Wilshere (West Ham, free), Marc Bola (Blackpool, free), Kelechi Nwakali (Porto, loan) Key Man: Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Chances: New head coach Unai Emery has plenty of work on his hands
Arsenal started life after Arsene Wenger with a busy summer window to bolster the defence, but also still need to find a way to get the best out of playmaker Mesut Ozil and frontman Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
Spaniard Emery could well target another Europa League success, rather than a full-blown title tilt
