BACK TO SCHOOL GIVEAWAY 2018 - SCHOOL SUPPLIES, MAKEUP & MORE! - Duration: 13:52.

Hi everyone welcome back to my second back to school giveaway this

back to school season, if you haven't entered my first back to school giveaway

don't forget to look in the description box or the cards at the end of this

video so you can enter that one and have more chances to win

so this back to school giveaway as my second back-to-school giveaway of the

season I polled you and I asked what would you rather have more of more

school supplies or more back to school makeup and overwhelmingly the popular

vote was actually makeup I was a little bit concerned until I realized you know

when I was going back to school I remember feeling if I looked my best I

would feel more confident so I want you all to feel that way and if you want

makeup you've got it. If you want more school supplies you might want to just

focus on my other giveaway because that giveaway focuses on a lot of back to

school supplies and less back to school makeup. I'm Kimbyrleigha by the way if

you've never been to my channel before, thank you for being here! So not only is

this a back to school giveaway but it's a makeup giveaway and it is also a tech

accessories giveaway but wait just like I said in my first video do not go and

enter just yet please take a minute to hear the rules there are rules to every

giveaway as I'm sure you know and you have to know these and like I said in my

other video don't you want to know what you're winning I mean this time I could

be giving away I used shoe yeah which would go great with the dirty sock that

I was saying I might give away in my last video like always all the rules

will be listed in my description box and make sure to open that make sure to

check the rules there are age requirements location requirements I do

not make the law like I said before I just have to follow it I've been seeing

a lot of youtubers like Madison Miller and Danielle Rae doing back to school

giveaways and I love it. I love when youtubers support their subscribers and

especially with back to school season. I think it's so important that all of you

feel ready and comfortable and confident going back to school so if you haven't

checked out the Madison Miller back to school giveaway or the Danielle

Rae back to school giveaway I suggest you do because they have some really

amazing prizes. Speaking of youtubers that I really love

and respect I am collaborating with two of my friends in this video so have two

more chances to win amazing prizes I am collaborating with my friend Shelly

who you probably already know and of course my friend Paris who I know you

guys will absolutely love and adore Paris is really awesome her channel is

so adorable and so informative she does videos about college lifestyle

specifically UCLA, Japanese language and culture which is totally unique and

she's actually going to Japan in a few days so I'm super jealous of that and of

course she also does Beauty videos so I know you will absolutely love her I've

known her for awhile when we've been wanting to collaborate for so long so

I'm excited so please don't forget to look below for Shelley's giveaway and

Paris's giveaway I'm pretty much reiterating the rules from my last

giveaway but I personally do not pick the winner just so you know so there's

no need to beg me and especially don't email me or my business please a lot of

people have been doing that in the last giveaway I do not manage my inbox so

you're not gonna get me anyway and even if you do I'm gonna be upset because

that is designated for business inquiries only so if you made it purchase on

my website feel free to email us if you have any questions. I'm just gonna insert

the clip from the first video showing you how the winner is actually chosen so

I use a system because that's fair and it automatically and randomly picks a

winner of its choice so this is really governed by a robot like many things are

going to be so get used to it but before it picks the winner it asked me if I

would like to delete the invalid entries and what that means is it just weeds out

anyone who tried to skip an action or pretend they were entering yeah it's a

smart system because it's fair speaking of fair I want to tell you guys what

you've been doing the past few years and we are onto you me and the robot we're

friends we are like this and some of you have tried to get really sneaky in past

years it hasn't worked but you've tried by creating fake profiles yeah you just

log out of this one that you're active on log into the fake one and then enter

giveaways and you're not active on these social media accounts that's not fair I

take this very seriously I do this for my subscribers I do it for people that I

want to interact with and you can't interact with me if your profile is fake

so please don't fake it there is no point doing all this work for nothing

after the invalid entries are deleted the system will pick a winner at random

but after it picks a winner I go ahead and look at the actions that that person

did for the giveaway if they have a fake profile and I can tell if they have

accounts of no activity except entering giveaways if they've never been active

on YouTube before I disqualify and revoke the win and then it re-picks a

winner and the win is revoked from a person who tried to cheat this system so

there is really not much to entering this back to school giveaway like I said

in my last video you literally only need to push a button and you are

automatically entered however of course I want you to subscribe to my channel

especially if you like my content I'm always doing giveaways on my channel

they're usually random and they're not announced but if you watch through my videos

there are chances to win things and I don't do it in every video but I try to

do it as much as I can. When you do subscribe don't forget to turn the

notifications on because I will be announcing the winner of this giveaway

in my community tab if you don't know where to find it it is right here on my

main YouTube page you just click community there will be a feed there

with lots of stuff that I'm announcing so don't forget notification bell turned

on so you do not miss out on that post don't worry though I always email my

winner so don't forget to give a valid email address please so many people put

in the wrong email address and then I won't have a way to contact you so now

let's get into a what you will be winning if you win this back to school

giveaway. Because I'm a tech accessories channel which means I do phone fashion

PopSockets and the like it wouldn't be my giveaway if i didn't give away some

tech accessories so first and foremost you will be getting a one hundred dollar

gift card to my store I'm the founder and CEO of Kimbyr.com it is a cell

phone case company so you will be gifted with a hundred dollar gift card that you

can use on anything you want and I always have new Styles new models and

new cases every month you will also be getting five PopSockets of your choice

that's right and you can look at the wide variety I have here so you will

definitely find something you like you're also going to get a couple other

phone grips just you can those out you may prefer them over pop

sockets it's all personal preference you're also gonna get these two tech

accessories this is a little charging poof from BuQu it is so cool it lights

up and color changes and it's it's the most awesome thing I have is and I wear

it so much it works with iPhone and Android. Just as a little peek there it is

I'm not sure if the winner of this giveaway is going to have a car but if

they don't they could always give this to their parent it is a really cute car

charger it has sort of the shape of a little flower and super cute and again

works with Android and iPhone. Couple grips that I talked about a for your

phone and now let's get into my favorite well makeup could be my favorite too but let's start with

the school supplies first and foremost everybody wants to

know if they were getting a backpack a book bag whatever you want to call it

you can hold all of your nice back-to-school supplies in this because

it is a very large and it's super cute I went with more of I don't want to say

mature theme for these back to school supplies but I did go with more of a

floral I don't know marble type theme so I hope you enjoy. This

backpack is awesome first of all it's sort of a denim material which I think

is really in style right now I love love the flowers they're so pretty and I

never actually heard of Laura Ashley but I looked it up and it's a really really

nice brand it has pockets for your drinks on the side I really like that it

has a huge pocket in the front I haven't even ever seen a book about large I

think there's a place for your cell phone change and things like that so I

really like it we even have a pocket up here in the front which I think it's

pretty cool you could put your cell phone in there anything that you want to

get out really quickly and of course let's talk about how much space you have

inside this backpack so spacious and I notice there are some pockets back here

it looks like you might be able to put your laptop in here I like how its

cushioned in the back you can't tell it's cushioned but it definitely is and

I like that there's also cushioning this drops which always comes in handy so

here we go into all of the other supplies. I'm gonna go as quickly as

possible and then I'm also gonna pan over a lot of things especially the

makeup because I am NOT going every single thing I assure you there is a ton

of really cool stuff in this giveaway. I got this really cute notebook it has a

marble on it and is actually a student planner for the 2018-2019

school season and then this little calendar goes with it and matches

perfectly and it's sort of a weekly list of things you can do and then you can

just sort of peel it off just like a post-it

sticking with the marble theme I did get you a little pencil bag pen bag and it's

black marble and shiny I really like that. Okay I saw these folders and I

couldn't resist because I just love love love this idea they're clear that's kind

of cool I've never seen anything like that and they have flowers on them and

they also have pockets inside. You need paper who doesn't assorted box of

colored pencils cute little flowered clipboard I love it

two little cork boards. Some more really cute folders you can write the subject

on I love this marble one right here and a really really cute flower binder it's

three ring binder with pockets on both sides now one of my favorite things and

I said this in my last video I don't think I've ever even been gifted or

bought sharpies for myself but you have an assortment of sharpies amazing so

many colors! Pencils, post-it notes, two packs of my favorite gourmet gum we have

a rainbow ice and champagne dreams. A really cute little notebook that says

girl boss more gum for that fresh breath Kleenex and I have two of these to give

you, I dunno where the other pack is which again two of these a pencil

sharpener a little portable stapler and staples

post it page markers for studying, little doughnut erasers for your pencils

speaking of pencils these are not pencils these are pens and they're so

adorable I cannot resist going with a flower theme and getting these cute pens

okay this is something really important but is to be taken seriously I said this

in my last video I feel like I'm repeating myself but I am going to gift

you this item if you are old enough so if you're not please disregard this if

you are this is for your safety I think every woman especially should have one

of these in their possession or anyone who is traveling alone or going to and

from in their car their vehicle whatever the case may be this is a purse charm

but it's also a pepper spray so it is for self-defense it's very very pretty

this is a bling stain and I think it's great but it is to be taken seriously

like ice so it is definitely not a toy okay now

we're getting into this this is all the makeup that I'm giving away it's pretty

crazy and ridiculous we have these amazing luxie mini detail

brushes I use these everyday an entire set of really nice brushes little

impressions vanity mirror that says slay the Jouer skinny dip highlight, this is

brand new it just came out there's the other packet issues a few other makeup

show you what you're gonna get purifying peeling gel, purifying charcoal

Chelsea news: Gianfranco Zola opens up about cult hero status and aims for the new season - Duration: 4:27.

Zola, confirmed last week as Sarri's new assistant, and the former Napoli manager face their second pre-season test on Saturday night as Chelsea take on Inter Milan in the International Champions Cup in Nice

Sarri's first outing in charge was a 1-0 victory over Perth Glory 1-0 in Australia on Monday

During his time as a Chelsea player Zola became a cult hero at the club, helping them win the European Cup Winners' Cup, two FA Cups and one League Cup after being signed by Ruud Gullitt from Parma in 1996

He left six years later, and last night he said: "We are talking about a long, long time ago

Of course, the club is not the same, but it seems to me as though it is certainly going in the right direction

"Chelsea is certainly a much bigger club than it was when I was here. I'm pleased about that because it means the whole place is improving

"We are here, myself and Maurizio, to help the club improve and keep growing." Sarri's recruitment from Napoli, where he had already been replaced by former Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti, took weeks to finalise, and it now means that with several players still not back on duty after being given time off after the World Cup, he has only three weeks to get the squad in shape for the new season

Sarri has brought in Italy midfielder Jorginho, who made his debut in Perth, as the first new signing, and there are expected to be several more arrivals with Juventus defender Daniele Rugani and striker Gonzalo Higuain, and former Shakhtar Donetsk winger Bernard all targets

Sarri and Zola have around 40 players to assess before deciding on their final squad, with the transfer window to close in just 12 days' time

Zola admitted that time was short. "It's a problem for us and many other teams so we have to make the best of it," he said

"The players are really going into the new regime with a lot of attention, a lot of enthusiasm, and this is very encouraging

" Sarri, whose Napoli team were noted for their high-intensity, short-passing, attacking style, has been putting his troops through double daily sessions of tough work-outs in order to drill his methods into them

"Pre-season is the base of everything and it always has been rated as the most important part of the season," added Zola, who had spells as a manager at West Ham, Watford, Cagliari, Al Arabi and Birmingham

And he admitted the pull of returning to Stamford Bridge was one he could no resist

"The bond with the fans here is still very strong," said the 52-year-old. "I realise it's a big challenge for me personally; I feel this, I know this and I'm ready

"As I said when I came many years ago as a player, I don't know what the outcome is going to be but I will have the same attitude, to work hard and do the best I can for the cause

" Sarri is likely to give some of his younger players another run-out against Inter tonight, with Ethan Ampadu and Callum Hudson-Odoi again likely to figure

Ross Barkely is also expected to play. He will not see some of his World Cup players, such as England's Gary Cahill and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Belgium's Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois and Michy Batshuayi, and France's N'Golo Kante and Olivier Giroud, for another week

How to Instant Respawn Mobs in WOW Easy to Farm Gold, Rares, Mounts, etc in BFA PrePatch! - Duration: 3:24.

hey guys how's it going welcome BaROFIST into another video

since blizzard has fixed phasing and server hop addon now it's pretty hard

to deal with competition when you're farming right? well not really, because

your BROchacherino Umren here, got your back! I will tell you exactly how

how to transfer service or basically instantly respawn stuffs around using

two accounts or if you have a friend that has like 30 seconds and it's

willing to help in this video so let's do this for the sake of the video and

the example of telehealth it can do this for Vail but you can use this for any

area basically following the same same example so how can you do this you're

probably wondering right well this is what you do log into your second account

or ask your friend to do that if you don't have a second account click create

class trial mage because it has portal to storming or organized by default in

the spellbook disable all the elements of course when you're logging so don't

have you know messed up screen login to the char use teleport to storming tour

or gamar try to find mage to give you portal to veil in the city by typing

slash who mage or gamer or storming whatever you are if there is no mage

then find the portal to Pandora which is marked on the map as you can see fly to

veil with the trial when you are in there invite your farmer voila you get

transferred all the mobs are instantly respond that's basically how we can do

this now again I will repeat if you don't have second account just ask your

friend to do the stuff that they just said and it he invites you and you get

transferred as well instantly anyway transfer back however

doesn't work same as before like if you leave the group you will not get

transferred back so what you need to do is just log off from the boat charts for

couple minutes or get invited to another server by trial or by anyone else

basically you get you get back to your server so you might ask yourself the

question how can this be used like what what's use of this stuff right well if

you know how to farm Vale for example and you have a lot of competition

airserver you can do this you know just transfer

yourself in farming server or low population server or something I have

done video about Vale farming can click on the card above and you can see how

that that is done farm some other spot with a large quantity of mobs how I can

do that create class trials and couple servers invite yourself clear the mobs

reload on the trials while clearing on main account leave group from main

get invited in the other trial server and repeat basically that's how we can

actually just farm constantly the same amount of moles basically you can also

camp prayers from multiple servers you can sell a lot if it's done on your

server you can just you know transfer yourself to another server check if it's

alive on that server if not create another trial check on another server or

something like that that's how I can sell it I mean you can use this for many

many things you know I don't want to go into all examples what you can do with

this but use your imagination and you're gonna figure it out now this book that

was all for this but before I close the video guys want to say sorry for not

uploading videos regularly I had some serious issues with the hardware

recently as mentioned in my community post on this channel but slowly I'm

getting them sorted so hopefully before BFA we're gonna get back to full power

alright and thanks guys for watching if been amazing support you in patreon this

Court which and all that stuff and I'm really really eternally grateful for

that like the video if it helped of course and subscribe if you like to

follow along with other things that coming up for BFA and all that stuff and

of course guys listen to your parents be good boys stay cool battle fists and

until the next time much love no homo and lumo off

The CFA Adds Crypto to Exams! - Duration: 4:35.

Future financiers get schooled in Bitcoin!

Hey guys, it's Ken. Thanks for watching G4B TV. For all the latest news related

to cryptocurrencies be sure to hit subscribe and make sure to follow me on

Twitter at G4B underscore TV. Well, I'm back and you probably noticed the shiny

new set behind me. Spoiler Alert, it's a green screen and I know its been a

while or at least a few months since my last upload so I really want to thank

all my subscribers for staying subscribed. Your faith in this channel means the

world to me and I have a lot of plans for cool types of videos in the future.

Now onto the topic at hand. For all current and aspiring Wall Streeters, it might be

the time to wipe the dust off your JP Morgan "Bitcoin Bible" that's because

the world renowned, CFA Institute has put its stamp of approval over crypto

currencies as an investment. The CFA program famous for its intense 3-

level exam structure, is the world leading credential for aspiring finance

professionals pursuing a career on Wall Street. Money of which go onto become top

paid analysts and portfolio managers for large bulge bracket firms. The company

reported to Bloomberg that they'll be adding topics on cryptocurrencies and

blockchain to its levels 1 and 2 curriculums for the first time next year.

It'll apparently be part of a new reading called FinTech in Investment Management,

and appear alongside subjects such as AI, machine learning, big data, and automated

trading. That's not all they also said that more crypto topics such as the

intersection of virtual currencies and economics may eventually be added. Maybe

they can consult my boy Vitalik Buterin who recently was interviewed about

his take on crypto economics. This past June a record two hundred and twenty

seven thousand and thirty one people in 91 countries and territories registered

to take see the exam. For a little perspective on that number and the rigor

of the exam process there are currently only about one hundred and fifty four

thousand CFA's in the world. Not to mention that the level of difficulty has

increased as measured by exam pass rates. which have been trending downward

since its inception. Now the majority of the recent batch of test takers reside

in Asia which also happens to be where much of the world's cryptocurrency trading

takes place. The Institute said that the decision was driven by industry

participants showing "surging interest" in surveys and focus groups. To quote A CF A

managing director for general education and curriculum, "we saw the field

advancing more quickly than other fields and we also saw it as more durable, it's

not a passing fad." And what is all too welcome news the crypto related topics

will also make appearances on the readings over professional ethics.

Perhaps to help target the scrupulous ICO market. [Billy Madison clip plays.]

[Billy Madison clip plays.]

I've got to say this news was actually pretty sweet vindication for me at least,

I've been telling people since last year that it's just a matter of time until the

CFA adds crypto to their exams. This should really come as no surprise though

as Bitcoin has been growing rapidly or at least growing its influence rapidly

over a greed driven Wall Street since the approval of Bitcoin futures late last

year. What was actually pretty interesting is that the AICPA actually beat the CFA

to the punch by already having added cryptocurrencies and blockchain

terminology to their CPA exams for accountants. The CPA exams are actually a

big reason why I've been absent on this channel for the past months and by the

time the level 2 CFA exam comes around in say June will also be a large

detracter of my time from this channel so I apologize for that in advance. To close

Bloomberg had the perfect quote by writing, "It might be the definitive sign

that cryptocurrencies have arrived on Wall Street." That's all for now, let me

know your thoughts down below and if you haven't already subscribed to the G4B

TV channel, definitely do so, so you can stay up-to-date with the latest in crypto

currency. And with that, I'll see you next

time

Reaction towards Disabled Characters in Movies & TV Shows - Duration: 20:48.

Hi everyone it's Sarah and welcome back to my channel!

as you know or if you're new to my channel

then you would know that I am profoundly deaf in both ears

and I have a cochlear implant on my right ear

because I do have a disability or to put it in a nicer way I am NOT able to hear out of my ears I have different

ways of getting by rather than a hearing person before some people explode and

get offended the by the word of disability I wanted to clear up

something "Dis" means no and "ability" means processing of skills or means of

something disability for me is I am not able to hear with my own ears so I am

fine with the term disability to speak is up it just says I am not able to do

this small certain action of my life so I am NOT able to hear with my own ears

and that's fine I think that's alright because I accepted that

disabled to people require a little bit more assistance rather than abled bodied

people and that's fine we all humans need a little bit assistance in some

areas than some others I like to think that we're not broken but rather wired

differently we disabled people we're wired differently than abled bodied

people just like how I'm wired differently for my sister but we don't

have the same brain, neuron paths we all are different and we need to accept

that that my sister her brains wired a little bit different cause she's ADHD

and my brain's wired a little bit differently from hers we all have

different life experiences and each person that you see they're not going

they don't look like you they don't walk like you they don't talk like you

everyone's wired differently and some of us just need a little bit more help to

get by than some others nothing that's alright although my disability is more

of an invisible one it's still there and it's not going to go away. I love it when

I see actors or dancers or anyone in the entertainment industry that looks like

me or have same disabilities it's me because it feels like we're being

represented and such a huge area of business where am I going with this

again? Oh that's right! today I am reacting to disabled characters played by both

able-bodied people and disabled people. Essentially what I'm getting at

is that movies and TV shows they haven't had a greatest past using disabled

characters they're slowly getting better but I just wanted to do this because I

was inspired to by BuzzFeed the video of the disabled people reacting to disabled

characters and I thought it would be fun for me to do this Hollywood is slowly

getting better with the representation of disabled characters and actors on the

screen sure they're far from perfect but know what? it's okay to make mistakes here and

there but they're getting a lot better and I do have to admit that I think it's

important for able-bodied people to understand that misrepresentation of the

disabled community does really put the distorted idea about us and who we are

we're just side characters or we're just someone's who storyline doesn't really

develop or we're broken and we can never be fixed it makes it a lot harder for

younger audiences who have a disability to accept themselves for who they are

because they see an able-bodied person play a character that looks like them

and they act like they're broken and they

can never be fixed or they're fixed through oh look I'm healed I can walk

again or look I don't have a disability anymore it doesn't work like that

and I think Hollywood needs to realize. this get the show on the road!

Eddie Redmayne as Stephen Hawking in the Theory of Everything. I thought this

movie was brilliantly done it was so perfect ha ha ha

Eddie Redmayne is so good! Steven Hawking was a real man who suffered from motor

neuron disease or ALS lets me know so he was not able to move but his brain was

still functioning most people with ALS only survived from two to five years

from diagnosis but Stephen Hawking lived for 55 years after that which is

incredible he is an incredible man he's intelligent and it was beautifully done

Eddie Redmayne got all the characteristics of Stephen Hawking's

perfect, perfect. It was just well done on his job it's understandable that Eddie Redmayne

able-bodied person was to play Stephen Hawking a person with ALS because no

movie industry or any person in real life who gets diagnosed with ALS would

want a movie set following them around for what 2 to 5 years before they die

and make them pretend they're Stephen Hawking for their last years of their

lives that just won't work and Eddie Redmayne

I love you!

Kevin McHale who played Artie from Glee okay let's get this straight I

love the show I love the show oh my god I love all their music I love the show

Oh such a huge fan my mom my sister and I would sit at home and we would watch

Glee together it was our family night kind of thing

We would love the music they play I've discovered music just because we sang

some of the stuff it was a fun show to watch

so we met Artie who was played by Kevin McHale a guy who's paralyzed waist-down

and who uses a wheelchair going through high school. The most iconic thing about

the actor and his character is that kevin himself is such an amazing dancer

and to put him in a wheelchair for the entire show was crazy because well why

wouldn't you want to take advantage of a really good dancer for yourself. I get it

that later in the show they wanted him to stand up and you know dance and sing

a song in his dreams or his daydreams but it's just hard to understand why

they wouldn't want to cast someone who was actually in the wheelchair for the

show since there's multiple people out there who are in wheelchairs who are

paralyzed on waist down and can sing! at the time they didn't realize how

impactful and empowering it had been for the disabled audience to see someone

like them on the screen doing that and be successful. Another thing that kind of

sucked especially for his character is that we never got to see him fully

accept who he is as a person in the wheelchair.

Jacob Tremblay as Auggie in Wonder.

Jacob Tremblay you are such an amazing actor you are beautiful you are

incredible you're so mature and to take on a role like this you are amazing and

I love you now I must admit my mom cried watching this movie we'd watch it twice

and she cried both times almost the entire movie at first I admit

I didn't want to see the movie I read the book years before and it's always

been on my shelf and I always loved the book because it showed the depth of Auggie's

character and how much he matured and his struggle

going through school having a disability and how isolating it is and I was afraid

that the movie would screw that up I was afraid they were gonna make it

cheesy and not watchable the thing I loved about this movie is how they

validated the struggle of having a disability especially a very visible one

and how isolating it can be to have a disability we see Augie get bullied get

teased be isolated from all his peers and I relate to that because I was

bullied and isolated from my peers for being different

I loved how we see the struggle of this character and accepting who he is in

front of strangers. yeah it was easy for him at home to accept who he is, and play

as an astronaut and whatnot but going outside it was so much harder because he

knew that everyone was judging him because they didn't know him and I loved

how they validated a struggle with that. The only thing I kind of struggled with

in this film is that they gave Augie the character reward. The conflict to me is

that are they giving him the award because of his disability or are they

giving him the award because he actually deserved it and I really do hope it's

second option but I don't know. All of us disabled or able-bodied we all go

through struggles and we all have character growth in ourselves and we

all have struggles we all just struggle in life so that's why I was kind of iffy

on were they giving it to him because he had a disability or were they given

it to him because he had courage in the face of diversity

Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister from the Game of Thrones.

I am obsessed but the Game of Thrones. oh my god it is my favorite show ever

Peter Dinklage is such an amazing actor he's just brilliant

ah love him have loved the show I love him I'm obsessed I'm obsessed my god oh

my god! His character Tyrion is one of the best round characters ever

he's so dynamic he's a drunk but he's brilliant oh I love him I love the

struggle I love everything I just want the show and I love his character Game

of Thrones you're doing it right you're doing perfectly! I love how they didn't

give him like the comedy role, not the "oh he's a dwarf

you should be funny!" no they keep him his characters witty and sarcastic and

really intelligent and witty witty oh my gosh yes witty but he's not just there

for comedy he has a real good story behind him and his characters growth

amazing he's beautiful he's a really good dynamic character that everyone

loves no one can hate him Game of Thrones I

love you I just I can't stop gushing about Peter and Game of Thrones in this

character huh I need to stop before I go on forever cuz I can!

Millicent Simmons from A Quiet Place.

when this movie came out I got super excited I am totally into horror, I am totally into thriller I do have that

kind of movie I was really excited! I was also really excited because they had ASL

and I knew they were signing so I was like oh cool

finally I'm moving that to sign yay also the fact that it was a big screen

and people would be going to a movie theater to see this and it's

international I was like yeah that's real good what I didn't expect was the

first scene I mean you know the boys running and whatnot but there's a scene

there's a shot of Millicent's head and all you can see is a cochlear implant and I

literally I died I died my heart stopped. My heart went out off my chest, it came

back and I came back to life I was shocked I did not expect that at all I

did not expect to see anything about cochlear implants on the screen I I

didn't expect that I didn't know the actress herself was deaf until I did

more research on her and John Krasinski, yeah that's what we needed

that's what I really needed to see as someone who is using who's using a

cochlear implant on-screen that's why it really needed to see and I thank you for

that Millicent, thank you for being an amazing actress thank you thank you John

Krasinski, thank you for having a deaf person in their cast thank you for

actually taking your time to go and find a deaf actress to be in your movie thank

you thank you thank you for I really liked was the fact that her deafness

wasn't pushed to the side it actually really contributed to the storyline

especially the cochlear black really contributed to the storyline and it was

amazing for me to see that on screen and see not just one small aspect of the

deaf community but the deaf community is a whole. so you guys are really good! quiet

place really good so good!

Leclerc as Daphne in Switched at Birth

okay I admit I couldn't watch the show I actually got really bored watching the

show I tried okay I'm sorry I'm sorry I tried I'll give it another go I promise

all right tried, I really tried but I really liked how they use a deaf actress

Katie to be in the show and how they actually got deaf people to be in the

show and signing and whatnot I thought that was beautiful

thank you they did a really good job at the cast I'll just give another

Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye in the Marvel Universe Marvel please hire me I'll do

anything for you I love you I love you so much I have a very unhealthy

obsession with Marvel I cannot get enough with Marvel I just love Marvel oh

my god oh my god they are oh thank god for Stan Lee and the Russell brothers

because Marvel would never been the same without them. they're beautiful

character Clint Barton also known as Hawkeye was first featured in the comic

book in 1964 alongside with the Black Widow aka Scarlett Johansson his

character is deaf in the comics and we all see that especially when deadpool

signs to Clint and lifts off his mask so we all knew that Clinton was deaf in

the book Clint Barton is really witty and sarcastic and yes perfect one-liners

and we don't really get to see that in the film but we mainly see his character

in the book so I'm really excited if they do a Hawkeye film and I want a

Black Widow film please besides the actor focusing on the

character Hawkeye is supposed to be deaf in the films they did not make him

deaf and that was disappointing especially watching the Avengers and

getting to see Jeremy Renner play Hawkeye I was kind of disappointed

because I was excited to see Hawkeye and him sign a bit or make a note that oh

yeah I'm deaf like I was kind of excited for that but you know Marvel, didn't pull

that off I was really shocked because Stan Lee did create him and Stanley is the

producer of Marvel and he didn't really put that into the storyline and I was kind

of disappointed but that's nothing on Jeremy Renner Jeremy Renner is beautiful

you're an amazing actor I love you I want to meet you I want to meet the

entire cast I want to be in the cast oh my god I'm gonna be an Avenger so bad

Marvel is doing a lot better now especially with diversity we got to see

that especially in black panther it's a diverse cast of the african-american

community in there and that was amazing and they're slowly getting there who ever

seen more diverse people join the cast and I'm really excited about that

so Marvel, please let me join... I just wished they worked more with Jeremy Renner in developing his

character hawkeye and kind of including more of his comic book character but I

still love The Avengers I still love Marvel I still love everyone in the show

and

this is nothing on Renner but if they wanted a deaf character and

Marvel's Avengers and whatnot they should have got a deaf person to play

them I don't know, Question Mark? I think that have been cool to see one of us on

the screen Oh No but Marvel's getting there is getting better and hopefully

they'll have more inclusive diverse cast other than just able-bodied people...

Thank you so much for watching my video I wanted to clarify that I do not hate or

dislike anything I don't dislike the actors actresses film

producers directors no hate for them I love how they're expressing their art

through film and I congratulate you guys on that but producers and directors do

need to be more culturally aware that can that they just can't throw in a disabled

character and make a static character just no involvement no development they

can't just have them on the side just to please the audience but they need them

in part of the storyline that helps develop a storyline and that so we

there's so many of us that we could look at those characters we can be inspired

by them and we can be inspired by the disabled actors are playing those roles

rather than just able-bodied actors are just faking it it's a very complicated

thing if they were planning for a character to have a disability I think

it would be great they took some time in to actually find

a person with that disability out there because there's so many of us and I

think they just don't search hard enough or they don't want to put in the effort

they're like oh we'll just get an able-bodied person and then we'll just

do some research and then they can go off of that like maybe if you can get

someone who is disabled to play that to claim their disability who actually have

full-on experience with the disability the film would be a lot different the

film industry would be a lot different I in special cases like ALS it's so

understandable to have able-bodied person to play it out the role just

because yeah you understand so please don't forget to Like and subscribe to my

youtube channel and comment below if you like this video

what do you disagree with what do you agree with? any comments any tips for my

videos post below what you want to see too because I need inspiration and I

can't get that without you guys so have a nice day and I'll see you later

Battle of the Ports - Air Buster / Aero Blasters (エアバスター / エアロブラスターズ) Show #229 - 60fps - Duration: 10:37.

Air Buster is a horizontally scrolling shoot 'em up produced by Kaneko in 1990.

In the year 2021, a mysterious orbital space weapon appears and assaults the nations of

the Earth.

You take to the skies in your Raid Unit Fighter Jet in order to stop the invasion through

6 stages of hectic firepower..

The fighter jet can equip one of seven weapons which are obtained by blasting open weapon

pods.

There is also the Border item which surrounds the front of the ship, keeping it from crashing

into foreground objects.

As an Arcade game, Air Buster was quite nice however it never really received much attention.

Thankfully it did receive a few ports under the name of Aero Blasters.

The first of the two ports of Aero Blasters was for the PC Engine and just like the Mega

Drive port this is 4 Mega Bit in size however it doesn't use any compression techniques

unlike the Mega Drive game.

The first thing that surprised me about the PC Engine port was the amount of parallax

scrolling it features.

It's pretty nice although it is also missing an awful lot that the Mega Drive and arcade

feature.

Graphics are a little less detailed here and kind of look slightly more cartoony in away.

The use of colour could have been better too I think.

The PC Engine has vastly superior colour capabilities than the Mega Drive after all.

Something else that I found odd about this port was the rearranged music and stage design

to level 2.

Actually I quite dig the music it's pretty nice although the redesigned stage kind of sucks.

Talking of sucking, the music.

Well, okay, it isn't terrible but it does sound weak and tinny compared to the Mega

Drive and even the arcade original.

Still, that won't matter to some people and what's important is that this port like

the other two versions allows for two play simultaneous action.

The second home port of Air Buster (known as Aero Blasters on consoles) came to the

Mega Drive in January 1991 following the PC Engine port that was released in November

1990.

What's unique about the Mega Drive port is that it's one if not the first Mega Drive

game to feature data decompression.

You see, the game was released on a 4 Mega Bit cartridge however the game data is much

larger than that.

Between each stage we actually get a loading screen as the Mega Drive decompresses the

graphics data for the level.

The loading time is only about 5 seconds or so and we do get a nice bit of character art

to look at.

I'm actually glad Kaneko went this rout because as a result we have a port that may

be even better than the arcade original.

Graphics are extremely close and even more detailed in some areas.

The audio is far beefier with a fantastic stereo separation and we still get the 2 play

simultaneous action.

There's not much to complain about.

In fact if I had to make a complaint it would be that the Mega Drive port isn't as busy

as the arcade game but in all honesty that's actually a blessing.

WHAT'S NEW IN MY WARDROBE -- July 2018 // Lauren Dumonceau - Duration: 15:07.

Hi everyone, welcome back! Thank you so much for joining me!

Today's video is going to be a 'What's new in my wardrobe' video.

What's new in my wardrobe video's are a great way to see

some of things that I'm absolutely loving. Things that I have kept from my hauls-- so my very favorite pieces, and

pieces that I've just acquired throughout the past month in to my collection.

if you like these types of videos and want to see more fashion based content from me, then make sure you give this video a

thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe because I would absolutely love to have you! So jumping straight in,

I'm going to get started with the dress that I actually have on. So, this is a chambray style

maxi dress that I picked up from surprise, surprise, from Zara and I absolutely love this dress and I have been wearing it

so so much. It has these gorgeous white tortoise shell buttons down the front of the dress, and they're actually alternating in size.

So, there's a larger sized one and then a small sized one and they alternate down with the dress and the dress completely

unbuttons. I think the white tortoiseshell is really unique.

It's different than the typical tortoise shell buttons that we've been seeing on a lot of pieces this summer.

They kind of make me think of what an albino turtle might look like. So, maybe that's just me,

that might be a little bit strange, but that's sort of what they would remind me of and I think they're kind of

really gorgeous, and definitely make a statement on this dress.

The dress also has a v-neck line, which is really flattering,

but it's not too low-cut, and then it has this really nice belt across the front of the dress

which really cinches you in and gives you a really flattering silhouette.

It also has smocking detail at the back and more of a squared off neckline, which is really, really nice.

I really like smocking. It really cinches you in and just really gives you a nice fit and feel to the dress.

The dress is a really nice soft material. So if you haven't worn chambray before, chambray is a lightweight denim.

It's perfect for late spring, summer and early into fall. It's typically in a lighter wash.

I'm wearing the dress in an extra-small and

I'm not sure if it's still available just because I did pick it up a few weeks ago.

I did pay full price with the dress. I believe, I want to say it was under $50 or even under $40.

I'm not sure if it made it into the sale. I don't think it did,

but if it's available, I'll definitely link it below. The next dress I have to show you is another denim dress. Now,

this is a white denim dress. Again, this one is from Zara. It's a much thicker denim. So, it's quite a heavy dress,

so I more recommend wearing this in the mornings or in the evenings, or just on a cooler summer day,

and it's definitely a piece you can wear into fall.

It has this gorgeous squared off neckline, which is very on trend this season,

and has these really nice wide straps. Again,

this dress has the, these are much smaller tortoise shell buttoned down details in kind of that darker brown colour,

which is a really nice touch. The dress completely unbuttons.

it's squared off at the back and has this really nice

belted detail at the front, which kind of really cinches in the small of your waist creating a really nice silhouette.

It is more of a midi length on me. The buttons don't go completely down to the bottom,

so there is a bit of a slit and then the bottom is actually

unfinished, so it's a raw hem. I picked it up in a size small.

I wish I would have got it in an extra small just because it is a little bit big on the sides here for me. It

also has pockets which is also a bonus. Who doesn't love a dress with pockets!

Moving in to a couple of pieces that I picked up at the Zara sale. So we'll start things off with this gorgeous,

jt's more of an off-white,

ruffled top. Now, honestly, I wasn't completely in love with it when I just saw hanging on the rack,

but I felt like it did have a little bit of potential.

it's a really nice, soft fabric and it's really comfortable and easy to wear. One of the reasons why I

gravitated towards this piece is, I think it's almost a piece that you can wear all year round, and can be styled so many different

ways. You can pair it with a pair of shorts, a skirt, a

midi-length skirt, a pair of trousers, a pair of jeans, so many different ways, and I'm always looking for pieces like this.

It has a really nice smoking detail on the shoulders and then smoking detail just kind of on the cuffs. Now this is

more of a three-quarter length sleeve, and I know that sounds a little bit weird, kind of is a little bit of a throwback.

How I've actually been wearing it is

off the shoulder as more of like, kind of a Bardot style top, and then pushing the sleeves up a bit more kind of towards

my elbows. It honestly reminds me of a high-end designer piece. It looks something like would come from the brand Zimmerman.

The smocking is really that kind of attention to detail that gives it more of a designer kind of look and feel,

makes the piece look a little bit more expensive.

I picked this top up in an extra small and it was marked down to under $30.

I believe it was either $45 or $50 marked down to $30 as part of the sale. These trousers, okay,

these are definitely going to be a love or hate piece,

I completely realize that. Now I saw them in store when they were full price and in my size and they were originally

$99.90, so just under $100, and I really wasn't willing to pay that, just because they're such a

statement trouser. So these are a gorgeous

ruffle, they're literally ruffled all the way down the legs, again, very statement.

It has this beautiful floral pattern on it, which is, you know,

very subtle, but still very much make a statement, and it's almost in kind of like a beige off-white background.

So I've been styling these actually, with just a white top to add a little bit of

contrast and interest with the trousers. Now, they are very high waisted. They are so ruffly and so fun,

but again, what I really liked about them is they're definitely designer inspired. Something like this is such a great alternative.

I would consider these to be a designer dupe. So,

it's a great way to kind of get those expensive looking high-end pieces into your wardrobe without having to pay the

designer price tag. So these ones are actually marked down 50% off and that's when I managed to get my hands on them.

This is more of a rose pink or dark blush

suede leather jacket that I picked up from the brand Blank NYC,

and I actually purchased it on Nordstrom Rack. Now I did see this piece, I

can't remember where I saw it. It must have been on the Nordstrom website.

I think that's where I originally saw it. When I went to go buy it, it was not in my size,

so oddly enough it made it to Nordstrom Rack.

So a lot of pieces that go from Nordstrom,

that are going to go on sale or they're not really in season anymore,

then they head over to the rack, where they are marked down substantially and oddly enough, I found this one in my size. Now

I probably could have done with an extra small. I ordered this one in a small, It was the only size that was available,

however, I do want to be able to wear this jacket in the spring and fall

months as well, and I want to be able to pair a warm sweater underneath it.

So, if you sized down to an extra-small, then you won't be able to fit a nice warm chunky knit underneath,

but I will with the size small. If you haven't heard of the brand Blank NYC, then definitely check them out.

I will link this below for you, but I love this, and this was such a steal.

I literally got this for$ 78 US dollars for a real suede leather jacket. So moving into a few accessories,

I picked up these absolutely gorgeous rose gold cubic zirconia huggy style earrings.

So they're quite small and dainty, but I think that they're absolutely

gorgeous. They look almost kind of like, vintage feel. I think it's like filigree that they have on the edge here,

I can't remember the exact name for it,

but I just think that they're absolutely stunning and they just really kind of make a nice statement to your outfit.

They're super dainty and elegant and I just really like that huggy style. I also have a similar pair in right now.

These ones are slightly a little bit bigger. These ones out are sterling silver and so are the rose gold actually.

So these are sterling silver.

I don't know how they make it rose gold with sterling silver, but that's what they've done with these ones,

and then these ones are just straight-up sterling silver with the cubic zirconia as well.

They're just really dainty and again had a nice statement to your outfit, and dainty accessories

always kind of elevate your outfit and make you look a little bit more expensive.

so that definitely always helps and these are super affordable.

I believe I picked them up from TJ Maxx and I probably paid under $20 US dollars for them.

So, that's a really great way to add some

nice pieces of accessories in it to your wardrobe that are very affordable. Moving in it to handbags, now straw,

wooden and woven bags have really been a trend for this summer,

And they're a trend that I think are going to continue to come back year after year,

They just have a really kind of nice, beachy feel and summery vibe about them. I picked up this wooden style bag from

Topshop and I immediately fell in love with it when I saw it.

It is definitely designer inspired and I think it makes a really great designer dupe.

It's definitely reminiscent and very similar to the Cult Gaia bags in its wooden structure.

However, the Cult Gaia bags are more of an arc shape, whereas this bag is more of a rectangular or square shape.

I like that it's really kind of it's own bag in it's own right. It's not a complete knockoff.

It's just a really good kind of designer dupe, and a way to get the look for a lot less.

Now Topshop has taken things a step further, and they've added this really nice strap. Now, this is a faux leather,

removable strap so it can be worn off your shoulder or slung over as a crossbody, as well.

Because it's detachable, you can just have it as a top handle bag,

which I think actually makes the bag look a little bit more high-end and expensive,

if worn without the strap. If the strap wasn't enough, they've taken things even further and added this really nice linen pouch

inside the bag. Now this material kind of reminds me of like what a drop sheet for painting looks like, but you know,

that's just my opinion, but I do really like that. It has a drawstring closure,

so all of my valuables are really secure inside and I don't have to worry about anything slipping out through the wooden panels.

This one I believe is under $70 Canadian. If it's still available, I will link it.

However, there are a lot of similar bags on the market right now, a lot of brands are doing this style bag.

I think I'll be able to find the exact one from a different retailer,

so, I will definitely link that below. Now on the theme of straw bags or woven bags or even like wooden bags,

this one is more of a plastic

woven style bag. Now, this one I actually found while I was on layover in

Mexico, so it's quite authentic.

It was made in Mexico actually,

but I really think it's a few trends in one, which is what I love so much about it. So, it definitely has that

summery beach bag feel to it. It's kind of a squared off shape, kind of like a bucket bag style bag,

but then it also has this gorgeous kind of rainbow print going for it. Now,

it's not a complete rainbow,

but I've picked it up in a lilac, a peach and more of like a coral pink colour,

which I think is really fun. It just really like, makes your outfit pop.

It's always nice to have a fun pop of colour in the summer and it contrasts with kind of white paneling behind it, and then it

has a beige strap. Now this bag surprisingly fits a lot.

So, I'm just going to open it up and I can actually stick a whole lot inside.

So, I think it even fits my iPad, my phone, wallet, you can even stick another whole bag in here, sunscreen,

probably a magazine. It's really a great bag. So, it's always kind of fun to pick up pieces like this on holiday,

ghat way you know it's authentic, not everyone's going to have it, pretty much no one is going to have it.

So, it's really kind of special to you. Now

I'll be honest with you wasn't 100% sure how I felt about the

belt bag or a fanny pack trend. I never thought that fanny packs would really have a

moment again, I didn't really think they'd resurface as a huge trend like we are seeing right now.

This is a way that I felt very comfortable wearing the trend and I just really like kind of the summery beachy feel to this.

Surprisingly, this is so handy to have and I didn't actually

realize how convenient a fanny pack or belt bag is, its so nice to be hands-free.

So, it actually flattens right down which makes it really nice for packing. It is attached to the belt,

so it's not a detachable bag,

but it wraps right around you and you can actually wear it quite high waisted which I like. The grommets quite,

extend quite far, and I mean they are a nice gold hardware grommet, like for Topshop,

that's really nice. It's lined with kind of like a linen feel material behind.

So, it's just a really, actually,

well-made bag for what it is ,and it surprisingly fits a decent amount. So I can fit my card holder inside,

I can fit my cellphone and a lip gloss, which, you know,

there really isn't too much more I need. when I'm just on the go, or quickly running out. So, I like the pretty

contrasting floral pattern on it and I think this is just a really fun piece, and it's a really fun way to

incorporate the belt bag trend,

but also to incorporate some straw accessories into your summer wardrobe. The last piece that is new to my wardrobe

but I haven't actually had the opportunity to use yet, is this gorgeous camera style bag from Ted Baker.

It still has like the plastic bits on it, just because I haven't used it yet.

I did recently purchase this bag, but I picked this one out more kind of with autumn and winter in mind.

However, this bag I think came in about four or five different colours and I opted for

the lighter gray colour just because I felt like it would be a really versatile piece for all year round. It has the gorgeous, iconic

Ted Baker rose gold details on, around the pearl detail, and then on the zipper and on the side.

It's just a really nice, well-made bag. Then it has these gorgeous pearls on it,

which is super feminine and girly, and really fits in with my personal style. Ted Baker makes really nice bags

and this one was actually purchased on sale.

I don't do a ton of sale shopping in the summer,

but if I'm going to do a little bit of sale shopping

I definitely look for pieces that I'm going to be able to get a lot of use out of and aren't just like a

trendy piece specific to that summer and that season. So, I want to find pieces that are

practical, that I can use everyday.

This one has a detachable crossbody strap so I can use it as a clutch bag or hanging off the shoulder, or as a crossbody.

Then it has the leather on the top of the ros gold across body strap just for added comfort on your shoulder,

which is a really nice touch. As a tip for shopping sales, pieces like this that you're going get a lot of wear and use

out of, that's definitely what you want to look for in the sale.

So, look for kind of more neutral items or things that you don't think are going to go out of style,

or are going to date that quickly because that makes shopping sales so much more worthwhile.

So, that's everything that is new to my wardrobe for July.

I have placed an order for a few pieces from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale,

So I will probably be showing that to you in my 'What's new in my wardrobe' for August.

Arsenal defender Sokratis reveals Unai Emery is focusing on fixing Gunners' defence - Duration: 2:14.

New Arsenal centre-back Sokratis Papastathopoulos has revealed that Unai Emery is paying particular attention to the Gunners' much maligned defence during pre-season training

Arsenal conceded more goals in the Premier League than Burnley and Newcastle last season, and went on a run of 12 games without keeping a clean sheet in all competitions

Predecessor Arsene Wenger was often criticised for failing to solve Arsenal's deficiencies at the back, but Sokratis has revealed that Emery is working extremely hard on making the side more solid

In an interview with the Daily Mail, the Greek centre-back was asked if Emery has been focusing on the defence and replied: 'Of course

On the first day, the coach worked on this.  'All the players work on tactics with him

We look a lot of times at videos, what was wrong, what we have to do better.  'With the new coach we work also on the situations when we don't have the ball and this is very important

I think and hope that this year things at the back will be much better.'  With Laurent Koscielny sidelined until next year and Per Mertesacker having retired, Sokratis will marshal the back-line and he is excited about playing in a more defence-first Arsenal side

'In football, the defender is there to defend,' he continued. 'Of course, you have to know how to play with the ball, but in the last five or six years football has changed a lot

'A lot of coaches and a lot of teams now look only how to play, not how to defend

I am here to show that I am, first of all, a defender.'

7 Tips to Better Sleep - Duration: 6:24.

We need quality sleep to be at our best.

In this video I'll give you seven tips that you can use to sleep better.

Hi, it's Matt from Greatness EveryDay and the seven tips that I'll share with you

here aren't tips that I've come up with on my own, but they come from this book "The

Ripple Effect" written by Dr. Greg Wells which gives you simple changes you can make

to help you sleep better, eat better, move better, and think better.

So, if you find these tips useful and want to learn more, click the link in the description

below to get a copy of the book.

We are really enjoying going through it now in the Greatness EveryDay Book Club and I'm

sure you will find a lot of valuable information in it if you get your hands on it.

Let's begin.

The first tip is to "SAVE YOUR CAFFEINE FOR THE MORNING" Caffeine is a pretty powerful

substance - some people use it to help them wake up, some people use it to increase their

mental or physical performance, and many people probably don't know exactly why they use

it.

I can think of when I was in Melbourne, Australia and coffee was largely consumed as a social

thing after a meal, rather than for it's "wake me up" dependency for many people

I know.

There is nothing wrong with caffeine in moderation, but be careful to avoid caffeine after 2 or

3 o'clock in the afternoon.

The second tip is to "DEFEND YOUR LAST HOUR" No matter what happens in your day, whether

those are really good things or really bad things, you need to be able to have a good

quality sleep so that tomorrow can be even better and that can't happen if you don't

have a nightly routine.

The closer you get to going to sleep, you should start winding down and decreasing your

cortisol levels.

Some things that I find help is to stop using my devices between an hour or two before I

go to sleep, stop doing any sort of "work", brushing my teeth, using the washroom and

trying to read a little before I turn the lights off, which is the next tip.

The third tip is to "KEEP YOUR SLEEP CAVE DARK" Dr. Wells talks about reclaiming your

bedroom as a "sleep cave" a place where you go to rest, recover, and regenerate.

Your room should be dark, without phone screens, have curtains that block all of the light.

I can think back to just this week when I spent the night at a friend's house and

I had a really bad sleep - part of that was because the blinds didn't block the street

light outside from shining in the room the whole night and I didn't have a way to cover

it up.

Having a dark bedroom without distractions is key to better sleep.

The fourth tip is to "BE COOL" That same night I just told you about when I had a bad

sleep was also very hot.

I didn't have a fan or A/C and for some reason I didn't open the window, so I woke

up in the night sweating.

At nightime your bedroom should be kept at a cool temperature like 19 degrees celsius

or 66 degrees Fahrenheit and the temperature should be adjusted slightly over time to find

the optimal temperature for your best sleep.

A simple way to cool yourself down is to have a cold shower right before you get into bed.

The fifth tip is that adults need to "SLEEP 7 TO 8 HOURS EACH NIGHT" A lack of sleep

and too much sleep can be linked to serious health conditions, so experts suggest to sleep

7 to 8 hours every night.

This comes down to the fact that as we sleep, we sleep in 90 minute cycles and 5 complete

cycles is 7 and a half hours.

This is a great goal to aim for and is easy to schedule your bedtime for when you want

to wake up.

The sixth tip is to "NAP GUILT-FREE" taking a short nap can actually help boost your focus

and productivity and there are many highly successful people who swear by taking naps.

I don't do this often, but when I do I try to keep my naps no longer than 20 minutes.

And the seventh and final tip is to "WAKE UP NATURALLY" I can speak to this tip with

experience because I know when I'm out of my regular sleep routine and I get woken up

by my alarm blasting in my ear it scares me.

I don't wake up peacefully and it takes me awhile to figure out what's going on.

On other hand, when I wake up naturally at the end of a complete sleep cycle, I feel

way more rested, mentally I feel much more aware and I start my day anticipating great

things to happen.

Getting better sleep is something most of us can probably improve on.

Be sure to let me know in the comments below how these 7 tips are helping you sleep better

and if you want to get a copy of "The Ripple Effect" you can find a link in the video

description to help you sleep better, eat better, move better, and think better.

I'm Bruce Nelson, and I'm here today at Prairie Public

with the Friends of Al Siegle Band.

It's kind of a little bit of a story.

Many of the people in the Pelican area knew Al Siegle.

He was an educator and just well-loved by everybody.

He started a group called Al Siegle and Friends,

but then a year ago August, he passed away on us,

so we kind of keep his name going,

and now it becomes the Friends of Al Siegle Band.

I was fortunate enough, Al asked me to come and sing with him

when he started having a little trouble singing,

and I've been with him ever since.

The group that we have here today is basically from

the Erhard, Pelican Rapids area.

We have with us Renee Fuchs on the bass guitar,

we have Lee Bauman on the rhythm guitar and singing,

and we have Dennis Bauman playing the violin for us,

and we have Richard Jenson playing the banjo for us.

Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon

Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder- 0.5 teaspoon

240 ml coconut milk (one cup)

mustard seeds

Curry leaves and Dry red chilly - 2

cooking oil as required

salt to taste

these are the ingredients required for potato curry

let us see how to cook

to the pressure cooker - add cut potatoes

onions

Ginger, garlic and green chilli

turmeric powder and one teaspoon salt

mix well

pour 240 ml of water (one cup)

mix well

when pouring water please

don't add excess water because

at the later stage we will be adding coconut milk

add only required water

close the lid and place it on flame

install whistle

wait until four whistle

[after four whistle]

let us wait until the steam escapes

steam has gone, let us open

potatoes are cooked properly

move aside and place a pan on flame

pan is hot add little cooking oil

oil is hot now

let us add half teaspoon mustard and two dry red chilli

mustard is sizzling add curry leaves

now add coriander powder

red chilli powder

masala powder

mix all together

keep the flame low, sauted well

now add cooked potato to the pan [as shown]

mix well

I have not added water again

only added when potatoes were cooked

we need to add coconut milk, but let the water in this pan dry a bit

If you don't like coconut milk, then you can have potato curry at this stage.

but coconut milk gives that extra taste to this recipe

now it is looking dry

let us add coconut milk

mix

adjust the quantity of coconut milk as required for eg. more gravy .. more coconut milk

have it with anything like chapati, paratta, dosa idli or appam

this curry is a good match for all

very tasty recipe

let me check the salt

i need half teaspoon more

when the stuff starts boiling

we need to turn of stove

let us add some coriander leaves

potato curry is ready!

Fot. Materiały prasowe Showmax  Monika Brodka to w polskim show biznesie jeden z nielicznych przykładów na to, że udział w programie rozrywkowym naprawdę może być furtką do wielkiej kariery

Wokalistka miała zaledwie 16 lat, gdy wygrała trzecią edycję Idola i długo walczyła o to, by móc tworzyć muzykę o mniej komercyjnym brzmieniu i na własnych warunkach
