Youtube daily report Jul 31 2018

Do you walk shoes all the time?

While protecting your feet from the cold or from object that damages, there is a reason why

walking shoes is not beneficial: we do not receive the energy of the earth.

For those who do not know, we need to absorb the electrons from the soil in order to balance

every part of our body with the potential earth.

Ancient studies have already reported on the of this method, which is called "grounding".

The benefits of this practice are many, such as reduction of inflammation and chronic pain,

improvement in sleep, energy levels and until it relieves stress.

Here are some more benefits:

Greater circulation Walking barefoot also increases the flow of

blood for the legs.

This increase results in less pain, less varicose veins, besides keeping the feet warmer

In the winter.

Decrease in pressure At the same time that we improve circulation

walking barefoot, we can decrease the blood pressure and the action of cortisol on

body.

This also reflects stress and inflammation throughout the

body.

Greater balance When you feel the ground, people begin to wake up

the brain's balance system, stimulating their minds for greater balance.

For the elderly this is key.

Fewer problems for Feet wearing the wrong shoes is usually

the root cause of many foot problems like calluses, bunions, athlete's foot and ingrown nails.

As we walk barefoot, we more of this type of problem.

Even arthritis begins to improve slowly, as the feet develop stronger,

flexibility and blood flow.

Better posture When we walk shoes, we are forced

to project our hips back and forth the front, forcing our backs, shoulders

and neck to avoid possible falls.

When we walk barefoot, the opposite occurs: when feeling the ground, the nerve endings

feet start sending us information of balance.

This not only contributes to the posture and balance, as for stress reduction

and tension in the body.

Healthier Children The American Pediatric Association recommends

keep children barefoot the longest possible because the shoes weaken and

deform the feet.

According to Dr.

Merzenich, one of the largest neuroplastics of the United States, walking stimulation

barefoot helps to improve memory, attention, concentration and intelligence!

Greatest strength When walking barefoot we start

to stimulate new muscles, both for the balance and support.

Healthier legs Our body works with a principle well

interesting: if you use something, you keep it, if he does not, he atrophies.

When walking barefoot, they awaken and begin to strengthen again.

Reduces inflammation You've been shocked by touching an object

during the winter?

This is due to the polarity difference or load between your body and the object.

It is the way your body discharges this load unwanted.

Studies have shown that free radicals, act on those responsible for the inflammation

a positive charge.

Although these positively charged particles play an important role in our system

immune system, if we do not have a way of drain them, they accumulate in our bodies,

creating excess inflammation and damage in cells and tissues.

The earth, on the other hand, naturally possesses negative charge.

Direct contact with the soil also allows us to do this "unloading" of radicals

free, which can bring benefits to our health.

Introducing ML Services in Azure HDInsight - Duration: 13:42.

hey everyone we're coming back with data exposed and for the first episode here

we're going to talk about Machine Learning Services in Azure HDInsight.

Katherine is gonna tell us more about what we've introduced in this new release and what

are the various components that you can start leveraging right away with your

HDInsight clusters so join us for this video and we'd have a lot of fun talking

and demoing the capabilities welcome everybody

We're here reviving the 'Data Exposed' show and the first topic that we have today

on the Data Exposed show here is ML Services in Azure HDInsight.

We're doing a new announcement with Machine Learning Services 9.3. I'm Nishant Thacker. I'm a

Technical Product Manager for Analytics and AI at Microsoft and today as a guest

we have Katherine Kampf. Catherine why don't you introduce yourself. hello as

Nishant said my name is Katherine, I'm a Program Manager on the Azure HDInsight

team and I'm excited to be here introducing our latest release of ML

Services. Awesome! Thanks Katherine for joining us today.

So, we're talking about ML Services in HDInsight let's do a quick refresher

first on what HDInsight is for audiences. Yeah, so HDInsight as some of you

may know is a fully managed analytics service hosted on Azure so we have be

like you spin up clusters in just a few minutes and then it's got management

capabilities on our end and a 99.9 percent availability SLA and a bunch of

tooling built around it whether you want enhancing enhancements and monitoring or

different development environments we want to make it as easy as possible we

have a bunch of different cluster types whether you want to use Spark,

Hadoop, Hive, HBase or what we're talking about today, which is a previously named R

server and now our new introduction of ML Services cluster type in HDI. Perfect!

thanks Katherine. So, just just to understand HDInsight better and move on

to the ML Services offering, HDInsight is our, kind of, open

source offering for all the various cluster types if you want to do

streaming with Kafka and Storm, you want to do No-SQL with HBase, you want to

bring in Hadoop or Spark, all of that as a hosted cluster environment within the

Azure infrastructure over here and you can leverage any of these open source

tool kits and leverage them to your advantage.

Now, all this while with HDInsight we've had something called R server, and now

we expanding this R Server capability to be Machine Learning Services which is

really exciting. So now we're bringing Python in addition

to our... exactly!

tell me a little more about this Katherine. Yeah, so with R server we started

getting a lot of popularity in our community. R users really loved it but

we know data scientists don't just use R anymore data scientists love Python

as well and we didn't want to alienate that audience we wanted to expand as

many of our capabilities as possible it's a tailor to the Python community

as well and let you use both are both Python whatever you desire if you want

to use both all within the same cluster type on HDInsight now this is really

important as Katherine mentioned, Machine Learning services brings the best of R

and Python over here trying to bring it closer to what your comfort zone is as a

data scientist and you can play around with any of the tools, any of the

frameworks, any of the libraries in these languages and bring them to distribute

it across the Spark cluster in HDInsight. So tell me a little more about what the

differences with the ML Services and the R service/ R server in HDInsight is.

Yes, of course. Spark is a very exciting technology we see a lot of

usage for it in the open source community and we as Microsoft wanted to

be able to combine the power of that open source and the community around it

with some of our proprietary investments in the ML and AI space so with that

we've got a bunch of strong functions for parallelization and pleasingly

parallel workloads as well as some of our pre trained models that we've built

out that you can now use and take advantage of within the ML Services cluster.

This is great so in the addition to just the Revolution R that

is kind of imbibed so very natively inside of all of our assets now we're

taking Python and bring that closer over here as well with the help of like

creating some of these algorithms and pre-training them so that you don't have

to start from scratch exactly right let's dig deeper into ml services and

understand the individual components there Katherine. Yeah, so these are a few of

our major features of course we talked about the Python support which is very

exciting and as I was mentioning with this being a Microsoft investment we

have really easy simple operationalization, so if you want

to deploy in SQL Server if that's where your data lives we want to make

that easy for you to do or a Restful API we want to enhance all of those and

communicate with a bunch of different Azure data sources or on-premises data

sources to make sure that we can communicate with wherever your data

lives and we have a bunch of different parallel algorithms or if you want to

write your own or you know we'll know that data scientists want to use the

best algorithm for their current situation so if you want to try out

H2O if you want to use pure Spark with SparklyR or PySpark we want to let you

easily interoperates you can try out a bunch of different things as a data

scientist we know it's difficult process you want to try as many things as

possible and we want to make it easy for you to do that

perfect so you want to start with SQL Server or you have Machine Learning

Services in SQL Server, you want to move on to big data, you have Machine

Learning Services with HDInsight, and then if you want to use some third-party

libraries you can go ahead and bring about SparklyR and H20, and all of that

goodness of it inside of this environment over here. Yeah, so we want to

make it as flexible as possible for you to use your preferred libraries,

languages, frameworks etc.

Awesome, enough of talking it's actually dive into some

showing and tell you about that so let's see a demo on machine learning services

an easy answer so if we go so I have an hdinsight ml service is 9.3 cluster type

and this is my Jupyter hub, so I'm a big fan of Jupyter and if you're an R

user of course we ship our studio as well so our studio

in addition is available on the HDI edge node so easy for you to take advantage

of that as an AR user but I like Jupiter so here's a simple example of training a

model so we can start off and get our rx-spark connect so this will start off

our Spark session and we can immediately start taking advantage of some of the

pure Spark capabilities so we can use Spark read functionality and pull some

data from a CSV. So this is a standard flight and weather data set I'm sure

you've seen it before but we're going to be predicting airline delays whether or

not the a flight will be delayed on 15 minutes so you can see here we go

through some standard Spark data transformations and split into our test

and training data set and so this is where we get into some of the ml

services specific functionality with our rxLogit function and with this we can

train a logistic regression on those data frames we just built out so right

now we have a test data frame and a training data frame of built together of

that flights data set and the weather data set to pull together some

predictions on delays. Now, this is important to notice here because ideally

you would think that all of this is just part of Spark, but this is actually not part

of Spark. This is in addition to what the Spark functionality offers as part of

its Python capabilities inside of Spark and we are extending that with the

Machine Learning capabilities to take it even a step further by distributing

algorithms that Spark natively doesn't understand we pre-built them we brought

it to a stage where Spark can now distribute them natively inside and we

using specialized functions like rxlogit to go ahead and distribute them.

Exactly, yeah so we can train this model and pull out some of those key features

we want to use and then here we can see what our model looks like and then we

can pull in the help of another rx function our expert it to see our models

performing so we want to we just trained on our training data set now we want to

see what our testing looks like so we use our predict function to put together

our predictions based on our test data frame and then we can even pull in

Scikit-Learn to do some accuracy analysis so we can

look at the area under the curve and see where our models performing

and it's about 64% so it's a solid starting point and from there we could

play around with different algorithms or different features to try to build that

up or another good function that ml services comes with is rx exact buy and

what this lets you do is say you only care about certain carriers in this

flight scenario maybe you're looking for a new credit card want to see who has

the most delays where you should invest in getting your miles and so here you

can actually use that same logistic regression function you just set up

previously and split this up you can use this keys equals carrier and what this

will do is divide up your data and build a model for each of those individual or

Airlines which is really powerful and can be applicable in a lot of situations

so here obviously we get a bit more variability and what accuracies were

seeing so we've seen some a little or at 62 but you can see we get some as high

up as 68% which is really great for individual carriers yeah so that's an

introduction of some of the new exciting functions we're bringing to Python and

of course all of these are using the power of spark so they paralyze well and

they run incredibly fast. All right, so this also comes with all the goodness of

the open source engine that Spark is itself, so you don't have to learn a

new engine altogether, you can bring all of your knowledge from the Spark

perspective and extend it with newer algorithms, newer models, newer

capabilities inside of spark. Now Katherine, tell us a little more about

what the difference between these two? Is it like Spark has some Python and R

capabilities with SparkR and native Python support inside a spark with PySpark?

Yeah. And what's the difference between what Machine Learning Services

offers and what spark has natively? Yeah, so it's a lot of what I said the

integration with the Microsoft ecosystem and our investments in

ML. So, especially one of, I think, important thing to notice is the

pre-trained models so if you want to do image featureization or you want to do

sentiment analysis but you're a smaller company or startup and you don't have

access to that mass amounts of data to train those models we ship them with ML

Services you can easily start either using those directly or doing some

transfer learning so that's something that that's an exciting functionality I

think it brings pretty that's awesome all right let's take a little deeper

into what are the capabilities that machine learning services actually has

so we know it has a Jupyter Hub, we know we host, like an, R studio inside

an edge node, and that's important to understand like ML Services in HDInsight

actually come with the cluster and then it comes with an edge node which gets

the client tools installed and made available for users to tap into it. Yeah..

So tell us a little more and what the structure is, and what are the components

of.. Yeah so ML Services is... actually standard HDInsight clusters are driven

by a head node but with ML Services we utilize the edge node as well to drive

our Spark workloads and with that it makes it easier for us to continue to

ship different developer tools for you so particular R studio. When we were

first releasing our server we said we know users like this and we want to make

it as easy as possible for them we don't want them to have to do any additional

installation so we ship it right there once your HDI clusters ready to go you

can immediately log into our server and start training your models or

experimenting with your data science workloads and as well of course we have

for people who prefer vs code Visual Studio we're integrated with that

ecosystem as well this is awesome so with ml services now you're able to

bring in all the goodness of the tools of your choice all the goodness of the

frameworks and platform of your choice and still leverage the native

integration and the work that Microsoft has put in to extend those capabilities

even further and integrate it natively within the Azure ecosystem I think that

was a wonderful overview Katherine. I invite all our users to actually go

ahead and try this out. You can go to Azure,

sign up for a free trial, spin up a HDIsight cluster and choose ML Services

and with the 9.3 version you get both R Services as well as Python services

built natively inside the cluster capabilities itself. Please let us know

by tweeting @AzureHDInsight what do you think of this new release and we'd

be happy to take all the feedback that you may have to share with us. Thank you

Katherine.. Thanks..

and thank you everybody!! Thanks!

Cómo pronunciar la letra X - Ejercicios para la X - Duration: 7:13.

An exciting topic for today because we will be talking about the

particularly correct pronunciation of the letter X

This letter comes from Greek and it has also been used in many ways

different in different cultures, we will address here specifically for

our Spanish, where he has had a series of developments and today

It sounds the part and also ensure the contact that seems practically a

letter K and then a letter S. It is a combination of two sounds. The part

ensure we are talking about practically anything

is behind the palate, they can touch the hard palate, here, part of the

well above palate. Well look back, always taking into account the care,

slowly with fingers that may cause injury or even arcades.

Let's find the back of the mouth where your tongue will support

there to make the sound K and that the first part is locked

sound and then goes to the letters. Why are we doing this ? because when

you have to do dubbing, documentaries, advertising, reading texts, take a test,

the difference between express themselves properly before your exam table and

say "come to give consideration" to come to say hello to the "ESÄMEN" is

different, is different. I know this can be a little finicky and

There are even many professionals, teachers from various activities where

pronunciation is a little more lax, lhasa, see the difference between saying lax or

say tie. This case is crucial because the word loop

refers to something else completely different from lax. He speaks in

daily as they say homely in the neighborhood, in different contexts,

I answer, I'll answer, look at the amount of

confusion not to be talking properly. What is the technique?

Pronounce each and every one of the letters, articulate properly, exaggerate

Once you achieve the maximum exaggeration have to practice,

practice, practice. I have said it a thousand times this. Let's make a

reading that I will leave here to go repeating the form

very slow, exaggerated, articulated. We want to help is by

different reasons and without judgment have not had a good development of their points

articulation. Train slowly, confidently, do not judge and no matter what

it has happened before, go forward. We begin first of all by a

name as in the word xylophone for example, is a sound

moot, because the word Xylophone, I do not want to extend too much, but the

xylophone word or name that let's talk now is Xavier, we will

pronounce with an X Equis, highlighting the sound.

The X in the incio of the word can be pronounced as S, but we will

take the trouble to say it with a X X for

give greater strength and greater difficulty.

Xavier contextualized for the sixteenth time an inaccurate hexagon. Had a

rusty saxophone from his sexagenarian grandfather Felix.

Next to a flexible, hipertextual and heterodox axiom sought

detoxify monoxide breathing oxygen. I know this is very exaggerated.

Some may get them to look super easy, I hope so and those who

they seem very easy to look a little more complicated. seek some

another complex word and talk to medium and fast speeds. Who

They have very serious problems with the letter X that is to say "SABIER

constetualisaba by decimosesta both a heságono inesato, had a sasófono

osidado "for those people we are doing this video and we want

Quickly access the right to improve sound whenever you can

improving to do it. You can say the word HOME?

You can say House? It is difficult for someone to say handle (omitting the sound C) If you do not

You have a real and strong problem in the vocal apparatus or

your pronunciations, the word HOUSE is simple. What you have to do now

It is to imagine that sound that is very palatal, tongue stuck doing kkkkk

pretty much where it ends the palate and the soft palate begins Locking

tongue up there and makes kkkkk

and then immediately you are going to go to a letter S All we can reproduce the S

You can say, single, single not say OLO, OLA (well sometimes if decirmos HELLO OLA)

Let the letter K home alone home alone home alone alone alone. There we

then combining the letter K and S are now going directly to produce

the word OXYGEN example, well known. Casa ok?

ok ok oxygen oxygen oxygen oxygen Faster and faster adding

difficulty because we will always be a step.

No matter if that step is higher than that of someone else. You'll be here

up and there is another person who is up here and is also not to

compete but to say "gosh this is higher, because I can not go up?"

Let rise will improve. What is improvable does not mean it is for

compete or worse off than the other but that you also upload and invite

to those below to upload their next step. The first sound X

nothing is composed of a letter K sound. It is represented in a phonetic form

by K, although the sound that is present have either the C (in Spanish C followed by A, O, U) is

it is like saying HOUSE then immediately sticks to a

letter S have to combine the two. KS Axioms. And with this axiom subscribe to

Nacho Cabrera channel Newscaster Voice Talent, in training your voice, all you have to

do with the phrase, professional training, voices. This is your channel.

We're finding. Until next time

A Growing Need To Die -- A NoSleep Read - Duration: 15:01.

I fell in love with Margo the first time I tried to kill her.

I placed a gun to the crease in her forehead and pulled the trigger.

"Did it work?"

Margo asked me.

Clearly, her response told me that it did not.

I opened my eyes and found the bullet had flattened against her skull.

Margo Purifoy had a condition, one that I don't think any medical book known to man

can possibly explain.

She was immortal.

Of course before that moment, I doubted her.

For three months she had insisted that she could not die.

And for three months I was sure I was talking to a crazy woman.

Noose?

Tried that.

Knife?

All the time.

Pills?

Absolutely.

Nothing worked.

When Margo reached out to me, I was admittedly baffled by the matter.

I don't want to tell you what my trade is but people don't seek me out because I sell kittens.

Margo had found me in the deep recesses of the dark web and her message was desperate.

My first instinct was to assume that this was some kind of sting operation, an attempt

to lure me or one of my colleagues out so that we could be caught in the act and thrown

in jail.

But for that amount of money, it was too easy to say yes.

Especially whenever Margo made certain that my identity would be protected.

She provided me documents and money before even meeting me, all of which was legal tender.

I had the opportunity to leave, but this entire matter intrigued me to no end.

She had money apparently from the long life she had endured.

And she wired it to an account I had set up in the Cayman's.

Even after that first attempt she insisted I take it and run.

She didn't expect me to stick around and figure out her problems.

Margo fascinated me though.

The moment that bullet fell to the floor I found myself asking a hundred questions.

How long had she been like this?

Her whole life.

How long was that?

Margo claimed she had stopped counting after year 703.

Then I came to the question that probably mattered most.

Why did she want to die?

"When you've lived as long as I have, seen the things that I have seen... witnessed the

deaths of thousands.

Kingdoms and nations rise and fall.

Everything, and I mean everything becomes meaningless.

You're powerless.

You lose everything that means being human.

Death is the only thing you have any control over any more, and with that gone...

... what can you accomplish in life?"

She told me about how she had seen children die more times than I could count.

About events in history that no person living could ever get correctly.

I discovered as we connected that I was developing a liking for this woman.

She was the one thing in the world that was an anomaly.

A window into the soul of humanity.

So I made her a promise.

I would help her die.

We started small.

I bought a few fire crackers and had her try to set them off directly in her face.

She wasn't even mildly burnt.

Then we moved to the tub.

I had her undress and start the water then I brought in the toaster.

I made certain the water was almost completely covering her body before dropping it in.

She came out of the tub a few minutes later.

This went on for almost the next five weeks.

Each day a different test.

Car accident.

Nothing.

Jumping from a building.

Nothing.

Stabbing her in the face, the eyes, again it all seemed pointless.

At one point I got her to drink poison and she acted a little sick.

But then the next day she admitted she was faking.

"I'm sorry... it's just...

I felt like you were going to give up soon," Margo answered whenever I asked her why she pretended.

"I won't.

I can't.

This defies everything you can ever believe in.

It's beyond understanding," I told her.

After that, we developed a closer bond as we started looking into more extreme methods.

I managed to have her see one of my friends that works as an open heart surgeon in a shady

clinic for abortions.

I recommended trying to put her in a coma and then taking out vital organs.

The propofol did the trick to knock her out.

But any instrument to cut her only bended and broke.

I suggested placing an explosion in a tube down her throat.

The surgeons got to work on preparing the device and then sliding it straight down her

esophagus and into her stomach.

I lit the fuse and waited.

Her body jumped and rumbled a bit.

But nothing more.

Margo was a goddess.

Every extreme we tried only resulted in more failures.

Finally she admitted that she had decided to accept her fate.

"If I have to keep on living, then so be it.

At least I will be happy knowing that I have tried all possibilities," she said as we got

back home.

"I've wasted more of your time than ever necessary," she added as she passed me a briefcase with

well over two million dollars in it.

"This is everything I have.

I want you to take it.

You've been so kind.

So patient," she told me.

I tossed it aside and made love to her that night.

In the morning I told her I wasn't planning on leaving her.

That in the months we had spent together I grew to love her more than life itself.

More than death could ever separate us.

So we married.

We had a child.

I forgot my old life.

I made her smile again.

So did our son.

"Out of all the times I have been with anyone, you've been my favorite," she told me.

But still, I could tell behind all of this; her desire hadn't faded.

She was still curious.

Sometimes when I came home I found dozens of pill bottles scattered across the floor.

Other times she had ruined knives and caused house fires, desperate to end her life.

She wasn't happy.

I could see that now.

She knew that no matter what one day we would be gone and she would still remain.

On our one year anniversary I surprised her and took her paragliding.

I told her it might be the solution she was looking for.

I made certain that she didn't have the equipment necessary to prevent her from experiencing

the full brunt of the impact.

"I love you," she told me as our plane reached the proper altitude.

I promised her I would never tell our son and said my goodbyes.

Then watched as she plummeted to the ground below.

Once she was out of my line of vision I told the pilot to touch down and I ran to where

she had hit the pavement.

She was standing there waiting for me with tears in her eyes.

"This is torture!

I can't do this I can't!!

Why?

Why is this happening??" she screamed.

I held her close and looked up at the heavens.

Did god even have an answer for this?

I thought there was nothing else that could be done.

And I was certain that her depression would soon swallow me and my son whole.

I begged her to forget this dark dream.

"So what if we die?

At least you have us now!!"

I shouted one day.

"You don't know how many times I have heard that before," she moaned angrily.

That was when I knew there was nothing I could say that would stop her from trying.

I worried for our safety, my son and I. I knew that in her attempts to take her own

life she might hurt us, even if she didn't mean to.

One time she came close to drowning him in the tub while trying to end herself.

Another time it was a knife and he almost cut his finger off.

Something had to be done.

I reached out to my colleagues from the old days, when I was the one that was seeking

to exploit suicidal cashcows.

I told them everything and asked for advice.

Some took it as a joke.

But one man had a solution that I had never considered before.

take her out to sea and dump her with stone weights on her legs.

She may not die but she'll never bother you again

I showed Margo.

She said it was worth a try.

We got a babysitter and set out for the coast a few weeks after that.

As we moved toward the open ocean and I got things ready I asked her if she was sure this

was what she wanted.

"It's the only way, right?" she said as she hugged my neck.

We said our goodbyes and I watched her sink into the darkness below.

I thought that was the end of it.

That Margo was gone forever.

But then she came to my door again, sobbing like an infant.

She was covered in wet sea grass and moss, a tangled mess of barnacles covered her skin.

The current had swept her along and the ropes that had tied her down had eroded.

Water had filled her lungs for days on end.

By all accounts she should have been dead.

Margo felt everything though.

"It's hopeless, this is punishment, I just know it!!" she screamed.

I comforted her as our son watched on in wide eyed confusion.

I told her that we would think of something.

But years went by, and nothing came of it.

Our son grew up and learned of his mother's condition and the sadness that crept into

our lives because of it.

"Why does Mom not want us?

Why can't she just be happy?" he asked.

It wasn't something I could explain.

Margo isolated herself from us, going on trips for days to find doctors or get high on drugs

or even terrorists.

Absolutely nothing seemed to work though.

Then one day after dinner, she tried to choke on some food and our son jumped up and tried

to help her cough it up.

"Get away from me!!

Just get away!!" she screamed as he performed the Heimlich Maneuver.

She slapped him across the face.

I stared in shock as she sobbed and ran off to our bedroom.

My son only stormed out, angry and confused.

This had gone on too long.

I knew that if it continued her curse would destroy our lives altogether.

So I consulted the dark web again and looked into the mystic arts, spells and tomes that

no man dared read.

I found one that I felt would fit the bill and bought it during a Christmas sale.

When I showed Margo, she seemed hesitant to even give it a try.

But since it was the last resort, she eventually conceded.

We placed the goat's blood around our bed in a circle like the ritual implied.

Then chanted the phrase 6 times.

We walked around the bed counterclockwise.

Then I took her hand and we both fell asleep.

When I woke up the next day, I was staring at my wife and she at me.

But our souls had transferred into each other's bodies.

She was mortal and I was immune.

The spell had worked.

She reached into her drawer and pulled out a gun, meekly passing it to me.

"Do it.

I'm ready," she said.

I pressed it toward her skull, closed my eyes and finished the job.

As the life drained from my body I caressed her forehead and watched her breathe her last.

She said two words.

"Thank you..."

And then she was gone.

That was so long ago, when I watched my only body fall into a grave.

When I explained to my son that now the curse was upon me.

He will be on his death bed, and I will only watch in horror as he slips away.

Margo was right about this curse, and it's one I carry now.

One that holds a further curse upon me.

For the spell said one thing that I never told Margo.

That I could never go back to the way it had been or transfer again.

But... now that I have seen through her eyes what this hell is like, perhaps it is time

that I start to explore this world and discover exactly what it means to die.

And maybe along the way...

I can learn to live.

Welcome to the ✈️ CITY TOUR of Boston and Cambridge! :)

We are headed into the city and the Charles river is meandering its way down below!

Straight ahead is the Boston skyline and the Boston Harbor Islands dotting the Atlantic are in the distance.

My bad! This is the refection of the Sectional Chart (aviation maps) on the dashboard :P

Cambridge (Name copied from the one in UK, after all we are in New England) :P

The green playgrounds to the left of the river are the MIT playgrounds

and the entire campus stretches to the left of the river and along the wide portion of the river.

The long bridge spanning the river right ahead is the Harvard bridge connecting Cambridge (on the left) and Boston (on the right).

Who can spot a few runways at 11 O'clock and beyond the skyline! Welcome to the Boston Logan International Airport!

Adios for now!

and thanks for watching. Will keep you all posted with more pictures from the city tour! :)

My Hong Kong, Public Hospital, Birth Story | This Indulgent Life | This Parenting Life #birthstory - Duration: 13:00.

Do you feel that that just has to be a better way a better way to parent a better way to live a

Better way to learn just overall a better way

So did I?

I'm married and at this indulgent life, I'm here to help you navigate

parenting education and creating your extraordinary life

So I wrote this post on

Giving birth in Hong Kong Oh

Being an American giving birth in Hong Kong you just kind of keep going "but no, it's not how we do it!"

so that was pretty much my

Mantra for a few days

But there are a lot of good things that happen here in Hong Kong

But my story is up on the blog you can go and see it

lots of pictures and a lot of details

But I just want to give you a quick overview in case you don't have time to read the whole thing

Basically, I had to go in for induction because little man was not coming out no matter what I tried

I mean, I tried walking up Buddha steps and around town.

I tried everything. Okay. It wasn't working

So I had to be induced

However, what I didn't realize when I went in to be induced was it wasn't just like in America you say,

"Oh, I'm gonna be induced on this day" and then you get induced on that day

Being induced meant days in the hospital. In fact, it could have been up to a week in the hospital

But I was quite pushy it included the gel it included

lots of non-stress tests

I

walked

Up and down up and down over and over. I wanted that baby. It wasn't working

it included a

lot of

Aggravating moments of no communication

forcing communication and even the foley balloon,

You can read all about it again on the blog

but it was

Let's see, I went on a Wednesday,

Saturday I finally had the pitocin and the water breaking. That's the way they do it here

Automatically break your water and put you on the pitocin and I want you to get up to

three to five

Contraction every three to five minutes. I think it is

Four minutes exactly within 30 minutes.

They want you to be an active labor

immediately and I was

and I had pure back pain and it was

It was awful it

Was so bad

My husband would try to like knead my back

To the point where it kind of a bruise on my spine

I couldn't use the ball because I've got a tummy and the fetal monitor kept moving and they didn't like that

I couldn't walk around cuz again the fetal monitor would move and they didn't like that the room was so tiny

To go to the bathroom. I didn't sit on the chair kinda like this and with arms though. I had an armrest and

Sit on a bedpan because you were not allowed to go to bathroom

Even though going and sitting on the toilet has been known to help with dilation and moving down and all that stuff, but nope

But nope, couldn't go to the bathroom

So very very bad

But I fought the epidural I fought, and I fought, and I fought, and I fought. Especially because there was a woman

the anesthesiologist that I met before

getting induced who basically told me I would have to have an epidural because I'm fat, I'm white and

It was the other thing. I'm fat, I'm white,

And I'm a first-time mom, and so she said I basically have to have an epidural

And in the end I did it simply because I knew I wasn't progressing I spent

four hours

No progress four hours of active labor

zero progress

In fact, I had eight hours with I think one or two of those hours on the epidural was zero progress

That's quite scary because if I had not gotten to a three within 12 hours

I would have had an emergency c-section because that's the rule here

They break your waters and they give you and they give you the pitocin and they give you 12 hours

To get to a 3 if you're not a degree you go for emergency c-section

And if you don't have the baby within 24 hours after water breaking you go in for emergency c-section

There is a lot of pressure that comes with that

So I ended up getting the epidural

I had them turn down the pitocin because what I finally agreed to the epidural, I didn't even ask for it

They asked me to get it

which is unheard of in Hong Kong if you're a normal birth, you go into labor by yourself that kind of stuff they usually

Don't advocate for an epidural in a public hospital

private yes, public no.

But they they begged me quite often until I finally gave in

because I couldn't move, I couldn't do anything.

It was so hard! and I wanted to progress. I didn't want a c-section and I remembered from my research

that's for a very small percentage of women an

Epidural will actually help instead of hinder for most women an epidural could actually slow your labor down

But for a small percentage of women, they actually kind of need it in order to prevent a c-section. That was me.

So I got the epidural and it was so nice I finally slept I hadn't really slept in days and

I still had some pain... I had to like be on my side

And after a few hours, I would start to have one side

Not feeling anything and one I would start to have back labor again

So I'd have to switch and then it was only ever at 60% epidural was never full hundred-percent. He was always at 60

It was a drip

and

Then when I finally did progress

to four and then I

Kept progressing they wanted me to do a centimeter an hour

After that, and I did I kept it up. There was some scares in there. There was heart rates dropping

there was me getting chills and and

slight feverish and whatnot

But we made it through all of that. We were able to push through and then I finally got to

Right before I would have to start pushing

But I couldn't feel the need to push and so they asked me to stop the epidural altogether

Are the very least go to half dose?

The problem was even at the 60% I was still feeling the back pain

I guess becauseI have sciatica or he had moved. I'm not really sure exactly why but

I had major back pain

It literally felt like my spine was being split open so I could not

As much as I wanted to I couldn't just stop the epidural. I knew I wouldn't be able to make it

And so we cut down on half

And

They basically told me to push when I needed to push

And they told me even though I know I remember now. We were told let your body do its thing

Don't force the pushing all that stuff,

She just told me if I wanted the back pain to go away I had to push

Let me tell you what

you will do anything to get rid of that pain

So like pushed I even popped a blood vessel in my eye, and I still deal with to this day

It didn't tear a little bit, but not much

Yeah, you will get rid of that pain you'll do what you got to do

So I did I pushed he came out. Unfortunately there was meconium in the fluid and so they had to have the pediatrician on

Standby to make sure he was okay. He was lucky started crying on his own after a little bit was a little scary at first

They did have to kind of clean him up to make sure he was okay. I was completely out of it. I I

Was so out of it, I don't even kind of really remember most of that time. I just remember being like

I was I on a high and

I

Did luckily get my one hour?

Of skin to skin afterwards, so it's probably the calmest hour of the whole entire Hospital experience

just the three of us and

It was really

Odd so after that hour they took him to the NICU , you can hear him below,

And I

Got taken to the post labor board cuz there's a pre-labor ward and

then there's the labor award where you change into purple clothes in the pre labor ward you're in pink clothes post labor you're in purple clothes and then

post labor you're back in pink clothes and

All different sections of the hospital and you're in these tiny little cubicles

With curtains sharing a bigger room with lots of people

But they had to take the baby to the NICU and I came and they they wheeled me on on the bed

To the post ward post labor ward and then they showed me how to hand express

they had these little syringes

I had to use

And I had to like while I'm out of it

I had to learn how to hand express and fill this little syringe and then I took a nap and OH!

Such a nice nap. I felt so revived after that nap

unfortunately

There's nobody there to tell you when you need to

Feed your baby who's in the NICU?

Right. There's no one to tell you until the baby is already really really hungry

That they need you to hand express so,

unfortunately, that was a bit of a setback but luckily not a setback in my breastfeeding journey. It was just a little

Difficult with the nurse yelling at me, they like to yell at you. Um, but overall it

It was exhausting. It was frustrating. I ended up leaving after a day

In post labor. Luckily, he came back to me 12 hours later. I was able to go to feed him

you know that kind of stuff and we were all okay, but oh man if you have to have a

Baby in the public hospital system of Hong Kong bring a ton of snacks

Bring a portable charger or two

and headphones, an eye mask, and

Your own pillow definitely bring your own pillow,

and then get

Outside help like a lactation consultant a midwife to come and visit your home. I use Annerly to come and visit your home

So you can leave the hospital

You will not get sleep in the hospital

So you might as well if you have like a helper husband at home that can help you take care of your baby and whatnot

Go home. That's my biggest advice

They tried to get me to stay

Even Annerly tried to get me to stay because they couldn't come see me the next day and I was like "no!'

No, I would be better off at home a lot less stress at home. So that's my advice,

It's not everybody agrees because what it is

So if you have more questions about my my experience

I tried to get this short you can ask them down below and I'll try to make you another video

I Broke the Hay Rake in Half! - The Project List Repair - Duration: 10:41.

Hi I'm Mike.

Everyday has the potential to be one of those days on the ranch and when things break, it

can slow you down and even shut you down pretty quickly.

Especially when dealing with haying and the equipment we use.

With some problems there is no easy fix and sometimes you have to call in reinforcements

on our Wyoming life.

Welcome back to our Wyoming life.

All this month we have been haying, cutting the hay fields to make the winter hay for

the cows.

Cutting grass, raking it and baling it.

We have also been fighting with the weather, afternoon thunderstorms over the past few

weeks that will shut down haying faster than a 6-month-old with no diaper will shut down

a public pool.

You'd think that everyday around here would be pretty much the same this time of year

and for the most part it has.

This is how most of my days go lately, when it comes to haying.

Go out, cut grass for 4 hours, then rush to get it raked up.

If it doesn't rain I can usually bale the next day, but sometimes the weather has different

plans.

You know how mowing your lawn is a pain after it rains, or you forget that you were planning

to mow and you left the sprinklers on and now the wet grass clogs up your mower.

For us when you are basically mowing hundreds of acres the rain is just as much a pain but

for different reasons.

For us, using the sickle mower, wet grass isn't so much of a problem, this thing will

cut through just about anything and wet grass really doesn't bother it too much.

The nice thing about the sickle mower is that it lays the grass down right behind it and

in a nice sheet.

That grass, even if it is a little damp will dry out really quickly in the sun.

Sometimes it dries too fast and we have to use the rake to get in in a windrow, or a

pile so that it doesn't dry out too fast, before we get a chance to bale it.

When we bale, we want our grass to be less that 16% moisture.

We have a handy meter in the baling tractor that takes an average of the moisture level

of the grass in the baler and as you can see, its pretty dry.

This year with the rain, the rake has been getting a workout.

If the grass we cut gets rained on and is in a windrow we have to get it dry again.

The moisture will sit at the bottom of the windrow and if we baled it now that wet hay

would mold in the bale.

Mold and pregnant cows is a very bad combination.

It can cause cows to abort their fetus if its eaten at the wrong point of development

so we avoid it as much as we can.

When we have a wet windrow we roll it over to dry it out.

And for us it works great, the sun and wind will move through the windrow and dry it out

fast, sometimes too fast.

So the rake has been probably our most used implement this year, rolling windrows at least

twice and putting windrows together to make baling faster with less wear and tear on the

baler, but not on rake.

So not everyday starts out the same around same around here, sometimes life throws you

a curve and you either choose to hit it or let is go by and most times I swing, not because

I want to but because I have to.

This morning as we come out to get to rolling over another set of windrows after rain overnight,

I found the rake like this.

Just walking up to it you can see that something isn't quite right, the main support bar,

which is usually straight, well now its not.

This piece of 6 inch square tube steel that runs down the length of the rake and is basically

its main support has broken.

Here's the dilemma.

The way it sits now, we cant fold it up, which means that we cant move it out of the field

to fix it.

I don't have a welder on my truck, so fixing it in the field isn't an option.

So we need to figure out a way to move it back to the shop.

Short of a chinook helicopter, we are going to have to get it folded up and pulled out

of the field and the way to figure out how to do that, lies with figuring out how it

broke in the first place.

Not only is the tube steel holding up the frame of the rake, its assisted by a piece

of c channel that runs underneath it.

This channel bolts in to the back of the rake and takes a bunch of the load.

Obviously these bolts and broken, which then allowed the rake to only be supported by the

main channel.

Oddly enough, this is what the thing is made to do.

Break.

This channel is held on by what they call shear bolts, bolts that are made to break

off if they are put under too much stress.

This field we are working in is rough and my guess is that I hit a bump that broke off

those bolts.

The problem is that you cant see them from inside the tractor so I had no idea they broke.

Then a few miles or a few feet later, I hit another bump which put stress on the middle

of this beam and started the crack.

That crack grew overnight to the problem we have now.

Now that we know what happened we can look at how to fix it.

In order to move this thing, we need to get that C channel back in place and bolted up,

let it take the stress off the main beam long enough to get it folded up and back home.

To get things to match up we need a jack.

I have a floor jack with me and after some scrounging around we find a few pieces of

lumber and a log, that will help us get this thing back in place.

Worse case scenario the thing falls and the beam breaks completely in half, as long I

stay out of the way I should be safe if it does fall and with faith, we get to jacking

it up.

With it holding in place we use some extra bolts to secure the c channel back into its

place where hopefully it will support the weight it needs to.

Ranching is sometimes a lot of winging it, it is for me anyway and although I don't

know if this is going to work, I sure hope it is and when it comes time to let down the

jack we will find out.

Heres the nice thing, if I can get his folded up then the wing bars and wheels will help

support the middle beam for the trip home, so that's our next goal.

And away we go.

Back at the shop its time to formulate another plan, this one of how to fix this thing.

I have a welder in the shop, but this thing is not going to fit in the shop.

So its time to call for some help.

I could weld this myself, after all I am the worlds okayest welder but this is a pretty

big break and a piece of equipment that is essential to us haying.

If I weld it, there is a chance I could have to weld it again but If I call a pro out,

then I know its done right and with the other problem of not having a welding machine that

can reach out here, it seems like the thing to do.

We call in a few favors and end up with Rick a professional welder and mechanic with his

own service truck out to help us.

Our break isn't getting any better and with the help of Ricks truck and his crane we are

able to strap on to the rake and life the main beam back into place where it is supposed

to be.

Rick starts by cleaning off all the paint, grinding the seams clean, then gets to welding

the thing back together.

I lost track of how many passes of welds he put down but like any good welder he also

wants to brace the new joint and we do that with some scrap angle iron that I had laying

around.

Laying the iron over the edge of the beam and welding them in place, giving us a solid

bridge over our weld.

When the crane is released, nothing moves at all, which is a good sign.

After it cools a little paint makes it look pretty.

And then its back to work.

Folding the rake back up and headed back to the field.

Overall, this breakdown has cost me most of a day, but if the weather cooperates then

it's a day that I can make up pretty quickly.

The hay out in the field is still wet, the windrows still need to be rolled over to dry

and there is no better test than a working test.

Although we will have to keep an eye on it for the rest of this rakes life, the problem

looks fixed.

Around here no fix is permanent is seems but we will take it easy on the rake for bit.

Drive a little slower, watch out for bumps and hopefully we will get many years out of

this repair.

Everyday when I come outside, I really have no idea what to expect.

Cars can drive through fences, cows could be out, buildings can be on fire, equipment

can be broken that looked just fine the day before, its always an adventure and everyday

I learn something new.

I figured out pretty quick you have to embrace the things that happen, figure out how to

deal with them and get them fixed and I am here to tell you, if you need help.

Make that call.

Thanks for helping us out and joining us today.

We hope that you can subscribe because we have lots more on the way from the ranch and

I invite you to come and hang out with us, live, this Wednesday right here on YouTube

'I Think You're a Freeloader' Official Sneak Peek | Bar Rescue (Season 6) - Duration: 2:17.

You know, I think that you need to understand

that I'm, A, here to help you.

- Yes. - And I'm a voice of honesty.

-Absolutely. -I've been sitting with your wonderful wife

for an hour.

I asked her what was really important to her

two weeks before she married you.

- Stability. - Yeah.

Having a house.

- Having a family. - Yeah.

And then I asked her

how you did with regard to those things.

-Sure. -And she told me you've completely let her down.

I wouldn't--

Are you making enough of a living

that you don't have to say no to your wife every day...

-Absolutely not. -...to having your own place to live?

Where was she this morning?

What time did she leave the house?

- Seven. - Where were you?

At the house.

Getting ready to come here.

Was he?

Or was he in bed?

He was in bed.

-So she woke up this morning, went to work. -Yes.

Now this time be (bleep) honest with me.

Where were you this morning when she went to work?

Well, at that exact moment I was in bed.

You were in bed.

What about the day before where were you?

Where was he then?

I don't remember but...

- Where was he likely? - Probably in bed.

- I was-- - I think you're a freeloader.

- Wow! Really? - I do.

And so does she sometimes 'cause we talked about it.

Now it's time for you to come clean.

Are you disappointed in him?

Uh, yes.

- Did you know that? - I work my ass off.

-In the past six months-- -Did you know that she's

disappointed in you?

I did not know that.

- How come? - At times--

Well, one, she doesn't always tell me everything.

How she feels.

- Do you care? - Absolutely I care. Obviously.

So, your wife feels unstable...

-Sure. -...while she leaves with you in bed.

Two, she feels that she can't have a child

because of your shortcomings

and your lack of a desire to work.

- Correct? - Yes.

Three, she has no home because you're in bed.

Do you understand that your wife thinks less of you today

than the day she married you?

Do you understand that?

Homeschool HIGH SCHOOL Curriculum Choices 2018-2019 | Sonlight, Biology, Japanese, Art & More! - Duration: 8:46.

- Hi there, friends.

In the last vlog, I shared our 2018-2019

curriculum choices for the younger kiddos.

And today, I am sharing our homeschool high school

curriculum choices for this 2018-2019 year.

Zion just turned 15 and he is doing homeschool high school,

technically grade 10, and so what that means

is this year he is doing Sonlight Level 320,

which is 20th Century World History.

He is using this for history, literature, and the Bible.

We also have over there, gonna show you fully in a second,

we have all of his biology program goodies,

and way down at the end,

we have some art elective curriculum.

Now what is not shown here is,

he's doing Saxon Math this year.

I got a bunch of that and all kinds of extra add-ons

at the last used homeschool curriculum sale that I went to.

So, I don't have that laid out on the table,

'cause this is all the new stuff that just came in.

My new Sonlight order that I just opened

and pulled out of the box today.

So, he's doing that for math.

Also, in this Sonlight order,

I bought a 24-month subscription for Rosetta Stone.

So, for foreign language, he's still doing Japanese,

and he's going to be using Rosetta Stone for that.

So, of course, during the 20th century,

there were many achievements and advances.

But, as we all know, during the 20th century,

there were just so many dark times and wars

and conflicts and just very hard things to deal with.

So, this is just going to take him through a focused year.

I never mind talkin' about hard topics

with our children because, of course,

life is full of hard things to deal with.

Zion, at 15, has been exposed to many of these stories

that he's going to dig through even deeper this year.

So, this is a collection of the chapter books

that he'll be reading for history,

also for literature study, and then also for Bible study.

This looks excellent, When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit.

I read the back of that earlier,

and I thought, "Man I want to read that."

Then this is a book on Winston Churchill,

The History of the Modern World.

We have a book of poetry up there and American art.

Then down here we have some Ernest Hemingway,

and F. Scott Fitzgerald, many classics.

We've got The Tempest.

We are again getting ready to head out

on a huge 12-day road trip,

so I'm not going to assemble these guides right now.

You can see these are the binders that they go in.

But, I am going to just rip the plastic

and give you a glimpse of what the inside

of these guides look like.

So, in this guide, this is the 20th Century World History

level 320 and I just opened to, this is week 17, day one.

As an example, for Bible and apologetics,

he'll have pages 38 through 44 in Know Why You Believe.

He'll have Bible reading of Judges 21.

For Bible memorization this week, he'll have Isaiah 6:1-3.

Then, for history, he'll be working on the year 1954

in The Visual History of the Modern World,

which is up there.

For current events, he'll have three reports

to do for that week.

Biographies and historical fiction,

he'll have chapters 12 through 14

of When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit.

So, there's that book again.

Then, just turning the page,

if these were, of course, assembled in the nice binder,

you could see it better.

But, there's details to go through

for every assignment for every day

and additional information.

Then, this is the student guide

for the 20th Century Literature.

I just opened up to week 15 and we'll just say day two.

So, for Parallel Journeys, he'll have chapters 18 and 19.

Robert Frost poems.

He'll read In a Disused Graveyard

and then there's nothing else for that day.

However, there's more directions on the pages that follow.

There's a parent guide to also go along

with the 20th Century Literature.

A lot of Sonlight, from my experience

by the high school years,

is set up to where the parents, of course,

set the kids up for their work.

But, it's intended to be done as independently as possible

by the students with the parents overview

and then checking in and being there for support,

questions, answers, further discussion, et cetera.

So, I mentioned in my last video,

I got the Artistic Pursuits curriculum

for the elementary-aged kids.

I also, I was inspired and I thought,

"Oh, we can have an art time every week together."

So, this is high school grades nine through 12, book one.

Then, he also got this supply kit

that has drawing pencils and various types of charcoal

and stamps and just many, many, many goodies

in that kit for him.

Here's a look at the curriculum.

So, here we have a study of a particular artist.

Here, he has a lesson on drawing in charcoal.

This is the new microscope.

I just invested in for him.

We'll have it for other kids as well.

This is supposed to be a very nice microscope

that we can get, it's very heavy,

we can get a lot of use out of.

Here is the book of which one I bought

if that helps at all.

This is from Apologia, the biology that we're doing.

We have RNA and DNA, lots of good lessons in there.

It makes me feel like nursing school again.

So there's his biology textbook.

This is the CD that came with it.

This is the guide for his science lessons each day.

We can follow through it, he'd be done in a year.

This box, in here, look at this, in formaldehyde.

Yes, that is a real bull frog and a fish.

Let's see here if it says...

Yeah, there's a real bull frog and a fish.

Then, we have a worm.

We have some other little creatures in here,

in Formaldehyde, just waiting for Zion

to get to his experiments.

Then, over here, this is everything.

It has some microscope slides in it already.

It has what he needs to do more slides through there.

Now, here is some reality, though.

I knew when I did these homeschool Ikea shelves,

I would have to reorganize this

when all of our new curriculum came.

So, I've just been pulling things off.

Right now, with you guys in this video,

I'm going to get this reorganized,

get Zion's stuff on here and our curriculum we need.

When we get back from our road trip,

I'm gonna actually do a binder for each kiddo

with what they need for each day.

But, I'm going to set up a shelf

with all the curriculum we need

for each core for this year.

The organization continues.

Right now, I'm going through Zion's

Artistic Pursuit curriculum.

I was gonna use these book bins

to organize his art supplies and get those on a shelf, too.

So, here is how Zion's homeschool high school shelves

are shaping up.

We've got the core binders that aren't put together yet.

He's got a history book and science

and then his art supplies there

and then chapter books here.

I still need to grab his math and that notebook

and get that slid in as well.

So, I finished it up and I reorganized it all.

Somehow in my head, I feel like it looks better.

But, you know what?

Here, once we are back from our big two week trip,

I'm going to organize even deeper.

It's like I organize in layers.

Once we actually start using everything,

that'll be another layer of homeschool organization

based on what really meets our needs for the day.

So, to recap, top two shelves there

are Zion's high school shelves.

We have our reader shelf.

We have our elementary all the way up

until now middle school shelf.

And at the bottom, I have puzzles and games

that kind of go in that direction now.

I moved our writing books, Draw Write Now,

other elementary level materials in there.

There's our Math-U-See blocks and the individual notebooks

I'll make for the kids once school starts.

The elementary kiddos, that's their Artistic Pursuits

at the top.

So, there we go.

Those shelves are reorganized.

So, it was a high school curriculum haul

and a shelf reorganization haul.

So, I'm gonna go guys so I can find my words.

But, I'll see you next time

with another brand new video, bye-bye.

Stealth Cannabis Grow Intro: Gorilla Glue Autoflower Grow in Bedroom Closet - Duration: 24:27.

What up GreenBox Growers and welcome back to the most lit cannabis growing Channel!

Now today I am really stoked because I am going to be starting a brand-new grow series

and this one is going to be a stealth home-grow.

So if you are someone who really wants to grow cannabis at home but you need to be very

secretive or hidden about it, this is going to be the perfect groceries for you.

So I'm going to be growing inside of my closet over here with a two-by-four tent as well

as a small 2x2 seedling tent, but if you have an empty cabinet or cupboard or something

like that, that is also perfect place to have an indoor stealth grow.

Now over the course of this grow series I will cover all of the steps you need to cover

in order to make sure that your grow is extremely stealth and hidden from everybody but yourself.

But if you want to see more details about that right now just check out My video that

is listed on the intro to growing cannabis video page.

Now before I get started with the grow and want to give you guys a quick overview of

the products I will be using for this series.

So first off I will be growing some Gorilla Glue plants, and these genetics come from

Growers Choice seeds and these are going to be autoflowers.

So I've got five seeds in her that I started germinating already and then I'm going to

pick the four best ones to plant.

I will be growing in a 2 by 4 tent in my closet and then I also have a Seedling and cloning

tent in there for when they are earlier on in the germination and see the process.

For lights I'm going to be using a 600-watt Meihzi grow light and will  possibly be adding

a 900 watt viparspectra LED or some 300 watt Mars Hydro that I have a lot of those lying

around.

Now I want to give a huge shout-out and thank you to Meihzi for sponsoring this grow series

with one of their 600w LED grow lights.

So we will be using that over the course of this grow series and testing that out to show

you what kind of results you can get with their product.

And if you want to see more details about what they offer and they're LED grow lights,

just check them out on their Amazon page here at this link, or you can check it out the

description down below here.

Now for the soil I will be using some Fox Farm ocean forest and then for the nutrient

lineup I've got the advanced nutrients Trio right here.

So just  the basic line up so you guys can see what kind of results you can get from

as well, and then for the pots I've got three of the 3-gallon air route spots, and then

one of the one gallon air root pots.

And that will be cool because we can see the differences in blood results based on the

different pot sizes.

Finally I will be adding some CO2 bags to this grow, I have a couple of the exhale ones

so I will be adding those into the grow tent once they are in the vegetative state.

And I will also be using some LST on these plans so we can really maximize their yields

and get some really big buds growing on them.

Now this video is going to cover all the way up to the very start of the vegetative stage,

and then if you want to watch the rest of this grow series all you have to do is sign

up on this link on the screen right here and you will get a two-week free trial where you

will not have to pay anything.

And you can cancel at anytime.

Alright so now that you guys know what we are doing in today's video let's go check

out those Gorilla Glue seeds that I have germinating in a glass of water.

Alright so right now we are going to check out those Gorilla Glue seeds that I have soaking

in the glass of water over there, but first I just wanted to show you guys this is the

closet where I will have my stealth grow going.

So I have to tent set up in there and what is really cool with the tents in the closet

is you kind of have that double layer sound barrier so when you have the fans and things

going, you can't really hear outside of the tent.

So here we go, I've got my 5 Gorilla Glue seeds from Growers Choice soaking in here

and I will leave them in here for about 15 to 17 hours and then they will be going into

the paper towel for soaking.

So we will be back for that shot later once it is trying to transplant them.

But now let me just give you guys a quick shot of myself set up in here.

So first off we got The Little Seedling tent right over here, nice and hidden in the corner

and here is that 600 W Meizhi  LED I was talking about.

It has two switches on it, one for bloom sorry, one for veg and then one for flower. and then

there are those to Exhale bags I will be using, I believe they are the 360s which means it

will be good for a whole year, but we will just be doing an auto grow in here so that

will be a nice boost for bud growth as well as for vegetative growth, so it should really

help with increasing those yields.

So right here I've got that 900 watt viparspectra I was mentioning that I might also throw in

there to give more power, or I've got some of those Mars Hydro 300w lights over there.

So quick peek inside the seedling tent you will see I've got my little 45 watt LED in

there as well as my humidity Dome, and I've actually got a Little Seedling going in there

from another grow not related to this one.

But you can see the little set up in there, and then over here on the left you will see

I've got my nice 2 by 4 grow tent setup.

Just take a little peek in there we've already got the fan in there and little 45 watt light

for the early veg stage.

And then a couple of those, well I've got all three of the 3-gallon air route spots

in there and then I've got that one 1 gallon pot right there.

So we will be able to see if it makes much a difference in terms of yields in the bigger

pots, or if you can just use smaller pots to save on soil and other resources.

So that was pretty much it for the intro today, and I will be back here tomorrow and that

is when I will be back to put the seeds into the moist paper towel.

Alright peace guys!

Alright growers so we are back here 16 hours later after Those seeds had been soaking in

that glass of water, and I made sure that they sunk to the bottom of the glass.

Now that is important that you make sure to tap them after a few hours of soaking in the

cup to try and get them to sink to the bottom.

If they do not seem to the bottom it is not the end of the world but it is a good idea

to try and make sure they do it.

So try to make sure to check on them every few hours until they do so, now after that

16 hours was up I put them into the moist paper towel on this plate here.

So first of all you want the paper towel to be moist but you don't want it to be sopping

wet, so after you've got all of the seeds out on the paper towel and the paper towels

wet, just make sure to sort of fold that paper towel so the seeds are completely covered

and then you are going to want to turn the play completely sideways so no water or so

all of the extra water and excess drains off.

And then once it stops you will be good to go.

So you can see there's just a little bit dripping off their that is okay.

You just don't want it to be pouring off the plate like there is a puddle on there.

So now that we've got our damp paper towel with the seeds, it is a good idea to keep

it in a dark warm place.

So that is why I've got the heat mat turned on right here and then you'll see I've only

got the plate about halfway on there.

Because if I put it all the way on it gets a little too hot and you don't want to cook

those seeds.

And then I take the other plate right here and put it over The top just so that it is

dark for the seeds in it keeps them in the darkness.

So with the heat mat it is a good idea to check on the plate where the paper towel every

few hours or every 6 hours just so it doesn't dry out because that is something you want

to avoid at all cost.

If the paper towel dries out it is possible for the seeds to come back but it is very

hard on them and can kill them or start them right there.

So make sure the paper towel is always a little moist, you can always rewet it, if it does

start to dry out, and you want it to be in a dark but one place so that is what the heat

matters for.

so now the goal is to get a Taproot to sprout out of the seeds at about a half inch in length,

so that will probably take a day maybe 3 days max.

Some seeds take up to 7 days, but with this method and the way I've been doing it, I've

been noticing about 1 to 2 days max.

So I will be back here either tomorrow or the day after once we have some tap Roots

growing just to show you guys what that looks like.

what up Growers, so we are actually back here 24 hours later as the seeds have already sprouted

their taproots and most of them are pretty much a half inch or a little more over that

in length.

So I'm going to be planting these guys into some rockwool cubes that I have right here,

these are the 2-inch by 2-inch rockwool cubes.

So I'm going to soak them in water, plant the seeds into them root down and then I'm

going to get them into the closet in that stealth seedling tent.

So let me get them planted in those rockwool cubes and placed inside the humidity Dome

and then I will show you guys what that looks like.

And then explain the next steps that we will be following.

Alright so I just finished planting all of the seeds into the rockwool cubes, it is really

important to first soak those rockwool cubes and some plain pH water at about 5.5.

And then you want to do that for about 10 seconds just so they can fill up with that

water, when planting the seeds you want to do it Root Down of course.

And you want to be very gentle, and once it is in the whole of the rock will kill you

if you want To Close the top of that pull up so that no light is getting in.

So you will see I've got all five of those Gorilla Glue seeds in here, and then I have

the Gorilla Glue seedling that was in here a few days earlier.

You can see it is a little further ahead and it's even got some Roots growing out of the

top of the rockwool cube, a little strange.

But I marked that Gorilla Glue because it is also a gorilla glue so I marked it with

the X so we can tell which one is different.

So at this point all we are going to be  doing is trying to get the seeds to pop up above

ground, so I am going to have about a quarter inch of water or a little less and those slats

down below.

And then I'm just going to be misting daily while having the lights on for about 18 hours

each day.

And that is important you want the humidity Dome on with the vents closed as well and

you just want to keep high humidity and decently high temperature.

So humidity should be about 70-plus percent and then temperature  you want to be around

78 degrees Fahrenheit.

So I've got two lights in here going, 2 45 Watt lights.

So I will not need a heat mat as well because it is going to be warm enough with those two

lights but usually during the winter months or if I just have one light in there, I will

also have a Seedling heat mat under the tray here just to help keep them warm while they

are still in that early germination seedling phase.

So that's it for today's update and I will be back once these seedlings pop up above

ground, which hopefully they will start doing that by tomorrow or the next day at the latest.

But I will be back once that happens, probably about 24 hours.

Alright Growers, we are back here 24 hours later and actually all of the Gorilla Glue

Autos have popped up above ground, except for just one of them right here.

And I'm guessing that is the one that had the shorter Taproot when I planted them so

that is expected.

You can see when you look up close the head of the seed is just about to pop above the

ground for that one so probably by tomorrow we will see it above ground.

Now all four of the other ones are looking extremely healthy, you can see they  sprouted

there to Cotyledon leaves on all four of them, and they are nice and healthy and color standing

straight up and not stretching or anything like that.

So for today I'm just going to be misting them and I will  start cracking the humidity

vents on the Dome or I'm sorry the vents on the humidity down A little bit.

So they will probably be about a quarter of the way open today, and I'm going to add a

little bit more water to the tray below as it is starting to dry up.

Remember just to be misting several times throughout the day at this point so they stay

nice and healthy.

and I will probably be transplanting the guy this evening here that is a little further

ahead and probably in the next day or two here.

So that is really update, and I will be back here for tomorrow.

Alright peace guys!

What Up GreenBox Growers, we are back here 24 hours later and you can see even that last

seedling has popped up above ground.

She doesn't have her cotyledon leaves completely sprouted out just yet so she is going a little

slower than the rest.

So what I'm thinking is  these for that popped up right away these four are the ones I will

be growing in the stealth grow room here, and then this evening that was a little further

head and this weaker one I will just be taking out into a different grow room to finish out

for the rest of the grow.

So once they are taken out of the seedling tent you won't be seeing these 2 here any

further, but these four in the back here, which again these are all Gorilla Glue autoflowers.

These four are the ones that will be going into the big stuff tent over here.

So nothing different really for today, just going to be missing them, keeping the vent

a little bit further open on top of that humidity.

And checking now to see if or when does roots are going to start poking out through of the

rockwool cubes.

Because that is when we will be putting them into the Solo cups with some soil.

So at this point it looks like some of the ones that already did pop up or stretching

a little bit, you can see they are starting to get a little taller opposed to working

on Leaf growth.

So what I'm going to do is lower the lights just a few inches to help even that out.

And that will make sure that they stop stretching, now stretching of the plants is a very good

sign that you either have not enough wattage of light power in the grow room.

Or the lights are just a little too far away from the plant.

So I recommend with just an inch or two at a time lowering the lights, because you don't

want to lower them too much because I can also stress them or burn the plants if they

get too close.

And then another rule of thumb is to just put your hand right under the light at the

distance of the top of the plant just to see if it is too hot.

Because if it is too hot for your hand, then that means it is too hot for the plant.

So that is it for todays update, just going to continue misting them throughout the day

and then I will be back here in another 24 hours for the next update.

Alright peace guys!

Alright Growers, we are back here another day later again, and there has been some nice

progress with the Gorilla Glue seedlings.

Now you can see this guy in the front left here is kind of stretched up a little bit,

so that is why I lowered the light the other day and I've also been working on moving all

of these cubes so they are directly under the center of the light.

If you put them towards the outside the may not be getting enough, and that can cause

them to stretch and you can actually see here these two in the back left.

They've already gotten their second set of serrated I'm sorry their first set of serrated

leaves is going but it's a lot bigger and a lot more developed than the rest of them.

Or the two in the front here.

And you can see all three in the back here actually which are the ones that were directly

under that led.

So you can see instead of stretching they've done a lot more in terms of vegetative development

which means they are getting a little bit better light.

Now the one that is further ahead is doing a lot better than everyone as well just because

it has had some more time in the tent and has about three sets of fan leaves almost

going here so she's moving along nicely.

And these guys should be pretty much ready for, and these guys here should have roots

coming out of the bottoms pretty quickly here, which is when I went to transplant them into

a solo cup with soil just like this guy right here.

But just check them a little bit ago and no roots as of yet.

So just going to be missing them and keeping the humidity Dome on still as well, I just

had it off for this shot.

So that is it for today, and I will be back here in 24 hours for your next Gorilla Glue

Autoflower update.

All right folks, we are back here a day later at the stealth grow tent, and you can see

the growth in terms of vegetative growth on these little seedlings is going really well.

So just checked the bottom of these guys and they have roots coming out so they are ready

for transplant into their Solo cups just like the one that is already on there.

So let me just show you really quickly here is one that has a nice couple of roots coming

out of the bottom here.

And that's pretty much what they all look like so that is a good indicator that they

are ready to go into some Solo cups with some soil.

So I'm going to transplant them into some nice Solo cups that have a bunch of drainage

holes on the bottom and I will be using some Fox Farm ocean Forest.

Don't forget you will want to remove the rapper from those rockwool cubes, you don't want

to leave those on at this point.

And once I am done with that transplant I will be right back to show you guys what that

looks like.

All right now we are back right after finishing the transplant into the Solo Cup, so here

is a good look at that, they all did really well.

You can see the one that is further ahead is definitely growing a lot bigger than the

rest, but that is obviously just because it had some extra time to grow.

So at this point I'm still going to keep a little bit of water in the slats down below

of the tray, and then I will be missing still throughout the day.

I am going to raise up the light probably a couple inches now that they are a lot taller

and closer to it.

You don't want them to get too close to that light at this point and then I am also going

to be opening the vents to the humidity Dome so today I will open them a quarter of the

way, and I will be doing a little bit more each day as we go from here on out.

So just misting and making sure that humidity and temperature stay on point at this point

in time.

And then we are going to be keeping an eye out now for roots coming out of the bottom

of the Solo cups, because that will indicate when they are ready to go into their final

pots.

So that is it for today's update and I will be back in 24 hours for your next update!

What up GreenBox Growers, we are back here  and it has been about 24 hours since I planted

the rest of these Gorilla Glue Autos into those Solo cups with that Fox Farm soil.

So again it is the fox farm ocean forest, and all I did after I transplanted them was

give them a little water just some plain pH water here, just drizzled some of that on

the soil and gave them a good misting.

And you can see they're actually doing really well already, there has been a lot of growth

in terms of vegetative growth on all six of the plants.

Even the one that is further ahead, and actually I have been turning off this white light here,

this white LED once I am done filming just so that is not so hot in the grow tent.

Because this one light by itself is actually plenty of power for the six plants here at

the size.

So just having this light on at this point for filming purposes so it is not all purpley

while I am filming.

And that way you guys get a better view of the plants, but then once I am done I turn

that off, I put the humidity Dome back on, and now today I actually have the vents on

the Dome cracked halfway open.

So I open them about a quarter more of the way each day until they are fully opened,

and then at that point that is when we will start taking the Dome off four parts of the

day.

Until it is just completely off at all times.

So now like I said yesterday just letting these ladies get  their first set of leaves

growing so they can get a nice root system going as well.

And then once those roots start coming out of the bottom, that is when we are transplant

them into their final pot, and again I said that big guy here and then the smaller one

in the back middle there, those guys are actually not going to be part of this grow series as

I just have room for four of the autoflowers.

So I'm going to be choosing the for best out of those 5 last ones that I started.

So the one that is further ahead and then the weakest link out of the rest of those

five, they are going to be put into the normal stealth grow tent with these guys at first

just while I finish up some other grows in my other tents.

And then once I open up some space out in those grow tents, that is when those two will

be moved out there.

So in the beginning I will have all six plants in the stealth grow tent, that you buy for

here just because they will be small enough that it is okay and they will all be able

to fit.

But once I get enough room opened up and the other tents, that is when I will make the

switch.

So just continuing with the misting and like I was saying make sure that they don't dry

out at this point we're get too hot.

That is really important, and that is really all you have to be doing at this stage of

growth.

So I will be back here  or another update in about 24 hours, right piece guys!

Alright Growers, so another day has gone by here in the stealth grow room and vegetative

growth is continuing to go really well.

So you can see the big guy is really starting to get its fan leaves going and she is just

about ready actually to be transplanted.

So I will probably be doing that tomorrow, putting her into a 2 gallon smart pot actually.

You can see right there she's got some roots coming out of the bottom and you can see a

big one right there.

So she is just about ready, now the reason I'm not doing it today is because I am still

working on lowering the humidity in here.

you don't want to put them in shock from just taking them from a really high humidity environment

and then switching them out into a lower humidity.

So at this point with the humidity Dome I have all vents completely open and then what

I'm going to be doing, is using this rockwool cube right here as a little opener to keep

the lid cracked.

So I will have that between the lid right here on the plastic so it keeps it not completely

closed.

And then what I will do is tomorrow for about 24 hours of that she should be  good to go

in terms of transplants or then I will move her into that 2 gallon smart pot and put her

out into the bigger tent.

So the rest of the seedlings are doing really well even the smaller guy, but that is still

not going to be a part of this grow series.

As well as the big one, it looks like it's going to be these for right here, As they

are doing really well working on it looks like.

About to nice sense of serrated fan leaves and then more are coming in already.

Another thing is you shouldn't be using any nutrients at this point if you are growing

in the fox farm ocean forest or any sort of soil that does have nutrients in it already.

Probably not going to be until a few days after I transplant them into their final pots,

when I use that first nutrient feeding.

And this is especially important with autoflowers as you just want to go really light and slow

with the nutrients, and then slowly work as they really don't need that much.

Unless you are growing in a soilless medium or a hydro setup.

Just because they have such a short life span and especially at this stage they are so small,

they are already getting enough nutrients From the soil.

So we will be going over more details on what to mix up in the beginning there but like

I was just saying and stressing really important right now to hold back and only be misting

them and keeping some plain water in the tree below.

If the soil does dry out you can water a little bit from the top, but you don't want to soak

them at this point.

So just misting them today and keeping that lead crack to get them worked up to the lower

humidity.

And then again tomorrow is when I will be transplanting this guy into its final 2 gallon

smart pot.

All right I will be back here in 24 hours for your guyses next update on the stealth

grow room, peace!

Alright Growers, we are back here about 48 hours later since that last shot, and today

is finally the day where we will be transplanting the seedlings into their final pots.

So as you can see with the big guy right here, he's got a decent amount of roots coming out

of the bottom so I waited a little bit too long on that, but not going to be a issue

really.

Just going to be really gentle with the transplant process so that won't cause any damage.

But as you can see the rest of them have roots coming out of the bottom as well, you can

see one actually right there on that cup.

And except for this little guy right here that is still the one that's going to need

a few more days  in here, but I will be doing that with the humidity Dome completely off.

So once I am ready, I've got the pots  actually all set up and ready to go in the new grow

tent, so right now for actually got A 300 watt Mars Hydro LED.

That's just going to be for a few days or probably the first week of veg while they

are getting used to the new growth space and a stronger light.

And then I will bump them up to the 600 watt Meihzi right here.

So the two plants that aren't going to be in this gross series will be going into these

two gallon smart pots right here, I'm using ocean forest soil for all of them so I've

got most of them ready to go.

But basically all I am going to be doing is squeezing around the edges of that Solo Cup

to loosen up the soil, and then I will put my hand over the top of the soil, turn the

cup over and it will gently slide out, and that is how I will transplant into the or

all I am going to be doing is squeezing around the edges of that Solo Cup to loosen up the

soil, and then I will put my hand over the top of the soil, turn the cup over and it

will gently slide out, and that is how I will transplant into the ocean forest in here.

Now once you do that transplant you want to give them a little water so the soil is not

completely dry, and that will help with the roots growing out into the new soil and space.

No preconditions so first off I've got the light at about 3 and 1/2, 4 feet above where

the plants will be just cuz it is a 300 watt light.

They are used to a pretty low wattage light at this point, and then for temperature it

is going to be around a steady 75 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit with  around 65% humidity.

And I will lower that humidity once they start flowering, which will probably be within 2

to 3 weeks from this transplant.

So let me get the plants transplanted over here and then I will be back to show you what

that looks like.

One thing I almost forgot as I do have my exhale bag hanging up in here now, so we are

going to have a good amount of CO2 added into the grow room and help hopefully increase

the size of those buds.

So I'm going to do that transplant up about five of the plants right now and then I will

be back to show you what that looks like.

Alright Growers, the transplanting process is now completed and I actually went ahead

and transplanted all six of the plants.

I figured the small guy was actually ready and when I took it out of the Solo Cup it

did have a good root system going.

So that will work out just fine, not this point I just want to make sure that the plants

are all mostly under the light so they are all receiving enough and are not just sitting

in the shadows.

So like I was saying you I want to be misting these plans a couple times throughout each

day, until they start flowering.

And then also you will want to water them once the soil dries out.

Now I just gave them a light watering up some plain pH water, but you don't want to be using

any nutrients at this point and you don't want to over wet them.

So just enough to get that new soil slightly moist, so that the roots will grow out into

there.

Alright guys so that finalizes the seedling phase for the stealth grow series!

the basic slime recipe this one Clare added some fake snow into it and I think

she had some glitter it looks like this one it's also the same recipe like I

said and she did the floral foam block and added some little foam balls and

then she just did a bubble those are really cool here's the next one

What Happens to Your Body When You Start Walking Barefoot Every Day - Duration: 4:54.
