so i'm getting ready for work so if you guys would love to see how I get this simple
look how I did my face for work every day, and yes I'm wearing foundation so if you
want to see how I get this done keep watching
what's up everybody so I'm just trying to concentrate on something else other
than my hair so I'm just gonna show you guys what I do to get ready fast for work
everyday just to cover up my scars and the marks on my face I'm going to apply my
foundation so before I do so I'm gonna use my Mac prep and prime smoother it's
a skin smoother and I'm going to apply that all over my face now this has a
silky touch so when I apply it it's going to make the application process
for my foundation much easier so I'm going to use my Iman stick foundation
but of course I'm in the color clay 4 and that's what this looks like
so because it's a stick foundation and it's for oily skin I use the skin
smoother so that the application process glides on to my face so what I do I buff
that in and I make sure I buff it in for a good while to buff away the excess
because I don't want to look too made up for work okay so that's what I do on an
on a daily basis I don't use too much just enough just to cover up my
blemishes okay I'm just gonna set that with the
studio Mac fix and press powder and I'm in the NW 44 and I'm just going to apply
it with the sponge that came with it okay so now that is finished I'm going
to buff some of the excess away with a huge brush and I'm gonna prep my lips
with a lip moisturizer and this is the EOS lip-balm and that's what I'm gonna
use okay so while my lips are being motorized I'm just gonna frame my face
with a little bit of bra blush and I'm not gonna use a lot of a brush I'm just
gonna use enough just to frame my face just to put some color and light back up
on my face and that's about it now if you're one of those girls who have to
use lashes to leave the house I'm not one of those I just use my mascara
and that's it for work okay a lot of girls have to use these lashes but I'm
not a lash girl okay so for my eyebrows I don't do anything special I just brush
them up and I use a comb and that's about it now if you are all about the
glamour for work then you can go ahead and shape them in or fill them in as
they say and do your thing but for me I just like to keep it simple for work
okay so I'm gonna apply my number 62 Milani blissful matte lipstick to my
lips sorry I'm out of frame and I'm gonna work that in then I'm gonna use
this random pencil to just shape my lips and that's about it some facts okay so
now I'm just gonna be taming this cat my husband always say you always put in the
dead cat on your head and that's how that looks I like it I like using these
a really simple bun and before I leave to work I normally
blott my face with this invisible blocking powder from black April is
almost finished and I put it in the areas that my face is gonna produce a
lot of oil I don't always do it this way but for work I don't need anything too
special so I hope you guys enjoyed this video and this is what my overall look

How To Tackle A Problem - Duration: 9:58.
Hello my friend I'm Reverend Walker with Alpha Church. Listen please to Acts
chapter 6 verses one through four. 'Now during those days when the disciples
were increasing in number, the Helenists complained against the Hebrews because
their widows were being neglected in the daily distribution of food. And the
twelve called together the whole community of the disciples and said it
is not right that we should neglect the Word of God in order to wait on tables.
Therefore friends, select from among yourselves seven men of good standing,
full of the Spirit and of wisdom whom we may appoint to this task while we for
our part will devote ourselves to prayer and to serving the Word.'
God bless the reading and hearing of the Scripture today. The Good News that I
offer to you today is that when things are at their worst God is at His best.
The Good News is that when we've done all that we can do God does all that He
can do. We receive all from God when things are at their worst and sometimes
we struggle with situations and problems and dilemmas and we just don't know what
to do. We don't know what to do and what direction to take and perhaps it can
become unbearable. Now this is the time when the early church has some lessons
to give to you. And look, open your Bible to Acts chapter 6 and look for yourself
there and see these two lessons. The first is that there's great potential in
a problem. God, because the power of the Holy Spirit, puts unusual potential into
every problem and our response is to expectantly look for that. Look for God.
Look for the Holy Spirit. We do that through thinking and through prayer.
Prayer is most important here. Ask God to show you potential in your problem. Now
the early church had a problem. The Hellenistic Jews and the regular Jews
couldn't get together. Now that's not so unusual. Every Church has
diversity and sometimes groups arise that have strong opinions, but their
diversity was intense because they thought at that time the Christian faith
was really to be only a group within the Jews and so the Jews were meeting the in
the temple ,in the synagogue, where the Christian Jews were. And in the church we
know that we all bring things out of our past that we cherish and it takes time
to blend the body of Christ into harmony.
They did all things in common. And so the Hellenistic Jews were made up of
those that went from one place to another because they'd lost their jobs.
And the people who made up the other Jews, the Jews of the wall, they
spoke only Hebrew which is more like Aramaic. Now the Hellenistic Jews spoke that
and they spoke more Greek as well. And so there's differences between them as well
language differences, culture differences, and the Jews were strict but the Helenists
wanted to debate everything .They wanted to strongly discuss things and so you
see later in Acts when Paul goes into the city he always goes right into the
synagogue. He's a Hellenistic Jew. They love to
debate and that's probably why at first they throw them out and that's what's
going on in Acts chapter 15 16 and 17 of Acts. Now there are a lot of differences
between these two groups. So what's new? Today we find that some like
contemporary music and then others prefer more traditional. Some are
evangelical and raising hands and praise and there are others that are more
social activists some greenies. And some like lots of ritual during worship and
others are just freestyling in the Spirit. There are differences in the
Christian Church and yet we are one in Jesus
Christ. And the problem that stresses the these Hellenistic Jews the most is that
the widows and the orphans are not being taken care of when the general funds are
distributed. And so following the Holy Spirit's lead they say select from
within yourselves seven special men. That's unusual. Now they're going to have
just Hellenistic Jews represented and not the others. So they choose seven.
Seven people filled with the Spirit, having wisdom and that's a gift of the
Spirit. And that was the answer. They selected these persons who had good
training, they're full of the Spirit, and their wills are committed to God. These
Jews not only take care of the widows and the orphans but they also can preach
and they can teach and they can lead in prayer. They do marvelous things for
Christ. And what happens as a result of this the whole Christian community in
that early church grew in Jerusalem. It extended itself throughout the area and
more and more people were reached for Christ because of the original stressful
problem at the beginning. So let's go one step further. Not only is it true that
within every problem there's a fantastic potential with God but it's also true
that no matter what your problem is you're not deserted by Jesus Christ. Now
others may desert you but not Jesus Christ.
Stephen was one of those seven men that were chosen. Verse eight says Stephen
full of grace and power did great wonders and signs among the people. God
gave him everything that he needed. Now Stephen's about to encountered the
greatest stress of his life and Jesus Christ does not desert him. They accused
him of having blasphemy in the temple and so they arranged for false witnesses
and they call him before the council and they speak to him and ask him, asked by
the high priest, are these charges true about blasphemy. And Steven, empowered by
the Holy Spirit responds. Well you'll find his whole whole response in Acts
chapter 7-- he does a marvelous job with the whole history of the Hebrew nation.
Now an alpha Church we've got a Bible study on the book of Acts and before
that on the book of John and you'll find that at our site AtMyFathersDesk.com
because I sit at my father's desk and write the commentary there. The Bible
Study for our Church. And so these people are curious as Steven talked about their
movement of history coming right up to Jesus Christ. And then they become angry.
Of Christ and the Resurrection. And then they bring these false charges, these
false witnesses against Steven, and Steven stands in his faith in Jesus
Christ. Now as he is standing there and he's being greatly persecuted Saul of
Tarsus (Paul) is off to the side, he's holding the coats of those that are accusing and
hurting Steven by stoning him. Now Steven says during this stoning, "Heaven is opened
up and Jesus is standing at the right hand of God the Heavenly Father." And it's
what Steven says at his stoning-- that Christ's seeds are planted in Saul's
heart .Saul who later becomes Paul, as he's knocked off his high horse and his
eyes are blinded and he has the revelation of Jesus Christ through this
experience. He's one of the greatest witnesses for Christ in history. Let me
wrap it up this way: ONE DAY every knee will bow and every tongue will CONFESS
Jesus Christ as Lord .God will work through your problems in Jesus Christ.
The Son of the Living God doesn't ever desert you. Look for the potential in the
problem. Expect Jesus's best through the Holy Spirit and he's
energetically alive in this that you are praying about. Let's pray together: Dear
Heavenly Father, Thank You for this opportunity to worship here in Alpha
Church. Thank You that we're here where the Holy Spirit is contagious. We bring
our hurts to you and we're grateful that you are there to comfort us. Thank You
Lord for renewing our souls in this place. Thank You for the blessing of the
Holy Spirit within our hearts and our minds. Use us Lord that through us
other adults and children may know you. In Christ's name, Amen.

Okay, so it comes with these two bags inside and we're gonna go ahead and open up this one in the first bag we had
The actual school which is actually really really nice. It's got a little slide a little shelf. The window is actually

So this is the front of the school but the back of the playset so the door does open and close

All right, so first things first we get what looks to be a giant checklist, oh it's so Bank I
Can't even get it all on my camera. So Taj you the Banff crystal clear glitter edition and also rare ones and
I'm not sure. Oh, that's the glitter edition. There we go
So those are all the different ones that we can collect so we'll have to check those off and our stickers actually are
What you place over them? So we have our little soccer ball go go MIT goal
So we'll stick our sticker there so we can tell when we crack them up or found them all they are not Pokemon
All right. So let's do it else is in this bag. It looks like we get a lot of little desks. Oh
My goodness, okay, so this is super super clever
I don't know if you can see but they have this little hook on the top of that chair
So you can put the little charm
And make the term go to school that is a neat way to display those. All right, so we get one

Dress, I'm not 100% on that one. All right, so we're gonna set that up right there and we're gonna open up our

So that's a little bit different and then I thought that I was missing the other three

So not sure why this one didn't have its name, but they are super cute little toys. I
Definitely think that they're good if you like collecting them or if you want to wear them as
far as actually playing with them in the playset this actually took a long time to put them all onto their little
tiny hooks
and
They still don't necessarily sit very well in their little chairs
so what I would recommend if you get this is to wear your charms and
then
Actually use the playset with something like Squinkies or shopkins. Oh no, it's a really cute set though, and I do really like them
I have to say my favorite is gonna be our little pink elephant over here big bitsy

a skin smoother and I'm going to apply that all over my face now this has a
silky touch so when I apply it it's going to make the application process
for my foundation much easier so I'm going to use my Iman stick foundation
but of course I'm in the color clay 4 and that's what this looks like
so because it's a stick foundation and it's for oily skin I use the skin
smoother so that the application process glides on to my face so what I do I buff
that in and I make sure I buff it in for a good while to buff away the excess
because I don't want to look too made up for work okay so that's what I do on an
on a daily basis I don't use too much just enough just to cover up my
blemishes okay I'm just gonna set that with the
studio Mac fix and press powder and I'm in the NW 44 and I'm just going to apply
it with the sponge that came with it okay so now that is finished I'm going
to buff some of the excess away with a huge brush and I'm gonna prep my lips
with a lip moisturizer and this is the EOS lip-balm and that's what I'm gonna
use okay so while my lips are being motorized I'm just gonna frame my face
with a little bit of bra blush and I'm not gonna use a lot of a brush I'm just
gonna use enough just to frame my face just to put some color and light back up
on my face and that's about it now if you're one of those girls who have to
use lashes to leave the house I'm not one of those I just use my mascara
and that's it for work okay a lot of girls have to use these lashes but I'm
not a lash girl okay so for my eyebrows I don't do anything special I just brush
them up and I use a comb and that's about it now if you are all about the
glamour for work then you can go ahead and shape them in or fill them in as
they say and do your thing but for me I just like to keep it simple for work
okay so I'm gonna apply my number 62 Milani blissful matte lipstick to my
lips sorry I'm out of frame and I'm gonna work that in then I'm gonna use
this random pencil to just shape my lips and that's about it some facts okay so
now I'm just gonna be taming this cat my husband always say you always put in the
dead cat on your head and that's how that looks I like it I like using these
a really simple bun and before I leave to work I normally
blott my face with this invisible blocking powder from black April is
almost finished and I put it in the areas that my face is gonna produce a
lot of oil I don't always do it this way but for work I don't need anything too

💪 How To Gain A Ton Of Muscular Weight & Bulk Up - Best Diet - Duration: 8:24.
Hi, I'm Dr Sam Robbins,
Of course, most people are always trying to lose weight.
However, there are lots of people, especially guys (younger ones) who desperately want to
GAIN weight.
Not fat, but to gain muscular weight and some fat too is okay.
They want to "bulk up" and fill out.
So they feel more "manly" or stronger or more simply more confident.
And trust me, I know a LOT about this topic - so I'm going to give you the REAL formula
for gaining muscular weight - no matter what you've tried.
You see, when I first started working out.
I was 6'1 and 145 lbs.
After 6 months, I actually LOST weight and weighed only 130 lbs.
I looked like I had cancer.
I was so skinny.
I did all the wrong things because of the stupid bodybuilding magazines.
After years of making mistakes, testing and learning, I've finally gotten to my current
body weight of about 205 lbs, lean, year round.
I'm 6'3" … So, I'm not "big".
I just don't have the genetics.
Even Arnold said if he never worked out, he would have weighed 225 lbs.
He has big bones, I have small ones.
Anyway, I've gained about 70 lbs of muscle, naturally.
And it took a while, but now I can keep it year round with a lot less effort.
And so can you!
So with that said, let's get start with part 1 - which is your diet.
And part 2 will be about your workouts.
From Skinny to Brawny
The "skinny" guy typically has a somatotype of an Ectomorph.
Whatever they do, they can't ever seem to gain weight.
Some are "skinny FAT" and some are "skinny LEAN" -- but either way, they're "skinny"
and will feel and look better with some extra muscular weight.
The "skinny" Ectomorph has a very fast metabolism.
Typically they have an increase in thyroid hormones (hyperthyroidism).
They tend to have a lot of "nervous" energy.
They can't ever seem to just relax.
They also tend to have higher levels of adrenal stimulation and stress hormones, such as cortisol.
Thus, they are in a constant state of "catabolism" - this means "break down" of tissue (both
muscle and fat).
This is why they can't gain weight.
This in turn actually LOWERS their primary "anabolic" hormone, which is testosterone.
So, they have a hard time "building" muscle.
So let's start with the most anabolic substance on the planet - FOOD!
DIET
You "skinny" guys are always telling me "I eat everything in sight" and for some
of you, that's true.
However, doing so for 1 or 2 or even 3 meals does NOT count.
You need to eat more, a LOT more.
ALL day long.
This mean 6, 7, 8 and sometimes 9 "meals" daily.
You have to FORCE FEED yourself.
I suggest 4 solid meals and 4 liquid meals.
YES, that's a total of 8 meals.
And yes, you do this every day, every week, every month, year after year.
Start low and build up.
Every week, add in more calories or another meal.
Here's the breakdown:
CARBS - 60% This is going to be the majority of your calories,
at least 60% of your diet.
I could say "eat whatever you want", but let's try to at least keep it healthy.
Eat lots of rice, potatoes, pasta and healthy breads.
Forget vegetables, they take up too much space in your stomach, too low in calories.
It's okay to drink your calories.
Have fruit juice.
But not soda or anything with high fructose corn syrup.
That converts the food more towards fat than energy and muscle.
Or lots of dried fruit because they're very calorie dense.
PROTEINS - 25% Because you're having so many carb calories,
you don't need as much protein.
Carbs spare protein.
Besides, protein is hard to digest and you want fast digesting food, so you can keep
eating all day long.
Eat whatever protein you like.
I'm not a fan of chicken, but it's easy to digest, so go ahead.
But have more thigh, instead of breast - it's higher in fat and calories.
Eat meat (beef, bison, etc), whole eggs and salmon.
You can also eat lots of protein powder.
Whey isolate is the best.
Fast digesting, no sugar or lactose.
FATS - 15% Fat is good because it's very dense and high
in calories.
The only problem is that it SLOWS digestion, so it makes it harder to eat 6-9 times daily.
However, you should still get some from fattier meats, whole eggs, nuts, seeds and healthy
oils such as Udo's flaxseed, Macadamia, Olive and Coconut oil.
You can just put the fat on your meals or if you want to cook with it, do so with the
macadamia or coconut oil.
I typically suggest having more fats later in the day, before bed.
SInce you won't be eating for a few hours anyway.
You can also put fat in your shakes
SHAKES Shakes are great because they're fast to digest
and easy to prepare.
You'll get tired of cooking, eating, chewing and digesting all of that food.
So, have shakes often.
Throw in some juice, fruit, oats, nuts, almond butter, whey isolate, oils and whatever else
you want.
Make it tasty and have 3-4 of these daily.
I prefer you do NOT have dairy (milk or ice cream) because for most people it's just
hard to digest and causes stomach discomfort.
Whey isolate is best.
Just EAT More
So, there you have it.
The basic idea with all of this is you need to eat more.
You'll need to force it.
You should feel almost nauseated at times because you're so full.
Do NOT go by how you feel or by "hunger".
Plan it and eat every 2-3 hours, NO MATTER WHAT!
Bring food with you wherever you go.
I would pack a bunch of meals with me when going to school.
And, I would also have a pre-made shake in the fridge and when I'd get up in the middle
of the night, I'd drink it and go back to sleep.
And there are supplements you can take, but I suggest you stick to REAL food and a good
whey isolate.
If you want, I'd add in some digestive enzymes and that's it.
Assuming your testosterone levels are optimal, you'll have no problem gaining weight, as
long as you stay patient and persistent.

Paul's pantry in Mission Viejo hosts a cinnamon roll contest every 4th of July
last year in 2017, I set a record with 9 big rolls eaten in 12 minutes
this year the owners here the owners have up 2 steaks with some big cash
prizes will I be able to defend my title or will I get iced by the competition no
fanfare no BS no Stalin it's time for some cinnamon 12 minutes 12 minutes to
see how many cinnamon rolls they can put away 12 minutes after they eat the up
assume you're gonna stack the plates you guys have to stack your place blubber on
change is now part of the Lakers here in LA great to have LeBron hair there's no
dunking allowed no sorry no dunking allowed in the water you can't throw
water on your floor no voicing it or anything like that you
gotta eat it just as it is
welcome back to another freak eating challenge this is one of my favorite
eating contests of the year and I'm grateful to say that I won the contest
in 2017 going in as the defending champion was a big chore because this
year we had a stacked field gunning for the big cash prize of $1,000 the obvious
favorite was Molly Schuyler ranked number one in the world according to
all-pro eating and off-screen to the right but there were other credible
eaters at the table to my immediate right on screen is Tom chin and Edward
chin Edward and I have had several close finishes at contest in the past to my
left is Kevin Ross longtime friend and rival since my earliest days of
competitive eating he's a danger to me in any length of contest to the left end
of the table is Raina Wang whom you probably know as Raina is crazy if
you're familiar with YouTube this was our first time competing together at the
same contest she saw it at speed eating and was a favorite to finish in the
money also off camera our ryan el contra and kevin dana two guys who'd like to
participate in eating challenges and who actually legitimately trained for this
contest it was really cool to be able to hang out with everyone and meet some new
people who have a legitimate interest in the sport the cinnamon rolls themselves
were very tough to eat the sweetness they bring is almost overwhelming
they're served warm and are simply delicious for any lover of desserts and
doughnuts they're on the large side and they're actually one of the signature
dishes of Paul's pantry lots of dough lots of icing and most of us struggled
to get them down quickly all of us except Molly who seemed to nearly
them hole I ate that much more neatly when I did this contest last year but
this year I pushed hard and mashed them up and use hot coffee to force them down
I also kept warm water handy so I wouldn't get too caffeinated my personal
goal was to break my old record of nine rolls and if possible to hold back the
field and take second place defeating Mali and cinnamon rolls was highly
unlikely in my description section below I have links to both Molly's and rayna's
version of this contest so you can see it from their vantage points if you're
interested unfortunately all three of us do not have footage of the whole table
so it's hard to appreciate how wild and crazy the contest was I tried to put my
camera as far back as possible but there was a crowd watching and I didn't want
to block anyone's view also staff members were continuously walking in
front of the table so at moments you won't be able to keep up with the action
anyway they needed to refill our cinnamon rolls and beverages and that
was the easiest way to do it quickly next year's contest is going to be even
bigger with more cash prizes and paying positions so I expect even more big-time
eaters to show up

man somebody's gonna throw their sandals somebody do not eat look at you
no time to rip their dry buns I'm gonna go pee pee and still have a mouthful
we need to interview you if you cannot then I talk it's not a good thing
and here are your official results while I improve the 12 cinnamon rolls up from
nine that was only good enough for second place Molly Schuyler crushed the
field with 19 there's a reason she's number one and she showed it side note
this was rayna's first contest with a full field of competitive eaters and it
was definitely a big learning experience I expect her to do better next year
