Youtube daily report w Apr 25 2017

Hello beloved ones, welcome to the Biga's tip of this Tuesday. We are still

talking about Joseph.

Yesterday we spoke about the fact that God really choose the small things to confuse the big ones

and if He decided to choose Joseph and if He decided to choose you and me we can't

complain.

Who are we to complain to Him?

Or how can a vase complain about the potter, why do you make me like this?

What do I see in Joseph's life?

Even though he was a kid being the least likely he never jumped

the stages.

At the time of the cistern he stayed there, at the time of going to another country, he went, in the jail he

he was there, so deep inside he knew there was a promotion, he knew that one

day he would fulfill a dream of God but while he was in every situation, he remained

there.

What I want to tell you today?

Beloved ones, don't try to live what you are not prepared to live, don't try to run over

the stages, do not want to be who you are not yet.

How many people trampling the God 's plan putting the cart before de horse and then

saying: "God, why am I living this situation?

We shouldn't act in a hurry

and if there's anything in life I've learned was: rash people

take longer to get into the center of God's will.

I say that because I had to fight against that in my life.

How many times the rush made me lose things or stop living other things.

When I learned to rest in God, when I learned to say: "God, if this is the time

to be going through need to live so give me the wisdom to learn what I

have to learn in this situation in order to change the stage ."

So beloved ones, keep something in your heart,

if you want to live what you are not prepared to live, you will lose even

what you have in the begining like Adan did, right?

He wanted to eat from a tree that he shouldn't and lost his own garden. Don't

miss your garden, do not skip stages, obey in the smallest details.

God help us to not to skip stages in our life, not to burn this stages in the name

of Jesus. See you tomorrow!

All about Antibiotics [GoToe PHARM] - Duration: 17:17.

Hello everyone

This is GoToe

Today is

3rd class of GoToe PHARM

about antibiotics

When you think about antibiotic,

image of them is not good

Just negative thing without

any knowledge about them is not good

with exact information about them,

you can use them wisely

when you use that

First we need to know

what is antibiotic?

Easily,

drug that kill the germ

In our body

antibiotic use to cure the disease

from germ

when you think about them

always wondering

Can we use them to cure the cold?

actually

that is not true

because

as I told

antibiotic is effective with germ

but cold is

from virus

so actually

there is no relationship

between them

but why

doctor give us antibiotic

when we go to hospital because of the cold

answer is

of course doctors are

more smarter than me

they don't give us antibiotic you are suffer from cold

but

when doctor think

patient has not only the cold

also germ infection

they will give antibiotic to us

typically

Many babies visit hospital

because of the middle ear infection

when you see the paper,

antibiotics are much more effective

when you use them before the symptom

compare to after symptoms

All of the judgements are

their own authority

so I can't say anything about that

What I want to say today is

when you think about them

always

think about tolerance too

Basically when people think about antibiotic tolerance,

when you use antibiotic with cold

our body has tolerance

and later,

we are suffer from serious disease

antibiotic can't work at that time

is ordinary thinking

that is

not true

antibiotic tolerance is

is not occured in our body

be occured in that germ

for example

germ A is come into my body

and I use antibiotic A to cure that

many times of treatment

when germ B is come next

when I use antibiotic A

antibiotic A is not effective to my body

because I used them a lot before?

maybe not

as I told

tolerance is not occured in our body

if germ B has tolerance with antibiotic A,

antibiotic A can't work

if not,

I can still use antibiotic A

and why antibiotic tolerance is increase?

there are many reasons

but biggest reason is

we didn't eat them all

what I want to say is

normally

we need to eat them at least 3~5 days

in some case we need to eat 2 weeks

for example, we prescribed them 1 week

when we eat them

after 3~4 days

we feel more comfortable

and we think we recovered all

and what is next step?

we will eat left drug for 3 days?

not

because I am recovered now

and why am I eat that bad drug?

So we throw them all to the trash can

that's why we increase the tolerance

when we feel free after eat antibiotic for some days

but in my body

they are not killed

just hide in our body for a second

I am a germ

and I am going into someone's body

and he attack me with antibiotic

and I am hide in somewhere in his body

after antibiotic attack will be stopped,

I will active in his body again

how about in this time?

I was attacked by antibiotic

and survived

and he will use same antibiotic again

I can cope with antibiotic well

so less effective

this situation will be repeated

and finally

I will have tolerance with that antibiotic

that is the way that germ can get tolerance

Did you heard about Penicillin before?

The first antibiotic in our human

In World War 2,

epidemic disease was occurred between soliders

at that time by the Penicillin

That is the first time

human can treat disease by germ

is Penicillin

before that time

what we could do when we sick is

just take a rest

but after that time,

we can treat them with the drug

at that time, Penicillin can save a lot of people

someone said Penicillin is the best

invention in 20th century

Penicillin was amazing at that time

around 1940

but how about now?

70% of Korean has

tolerance at Penicillin

7 of 10 people can't use Penicillin as a drug

60~70 years ago

that drug save all of the world

as I told before

Pencillin got the tolerance step by step

and now most of us can't use Penicillin

and now

when we were infected, we can't do anything without just relaxing?

nope

because other antibiotics were developed

repeat of those steps

get a tolerance

and develop other antibiotics

and get tolerance again

continuously

and finally

did you heard about super-bacteria?

this is

when those steps are repeated

finally

some bacteria can resist to all type of antibiotic drug

that is super bacteria

theoretically

in that situation

there is no way to treat them

to prevent that situation

all of us need to do the efforts

that efforts mean

reduce the tolerance of antibiotic

and

develop new type of antibiotic is also possible

That is the all of

the tolerance of antibiotic

point is

You need to eat them all

exactly

If you worried about tolerance, you have to eat them all

to kill them all

2nd is

as I told before

I said antibiotic killed germ

In our body

there are many kinds of germ in our instine

they protect our body

from bad things

when we use antibiotic

they kill not only bad germ

also good germ in our body

so some people say

we don't need to use antibiotic

the fact is truth

but

when you see the broadcast about health

for example

before eat antibiotic

there are 20 type of germs in our body for example

but after eat antibiotic

for few weeks

there are only 5~6 type remain

they only said that

in internet blog

So they said

We don't need to eat them!!

and you need use our traditional method!

they say only like that

Think about it

How often

do we eat antibiotic

of course if we eat antibiotic

good germ in our instine will be decreased

and our instine still remain in that state?

of course not

by time goes on

that will be recovered naturally

they don't tell about that

only say what they want to say

all of drug is same

what is difference betweend drug and poison?

only dose

component is same

between for treatment and for addict

and why we use the drug?

compare to the side effect of the drug

more bigger problem will occur

when we don't eat them

So we use the drug

for example

I have a heavy cold

and headache

when we use the drug

we can treat them after 1 or 2 days

or

how is your feeling when you have a cold and headache

you don't want to eat anything

and you can't do what you want to do

just staying

and relaxing in your home

and stressful

stay in that state for 1 week

and cure it

or use the drug and treat it faster

and live better life for other days

in a better condition

choose between them

That choice is on your own of course

few years ago

in Australia

baby suffered from atopy

very serious state

so doctor said

"We need to use steroid"

but mother said

"You can't use steroid or antibiotic to my baby!!"

"I can treat my baby with natural therapy"

and time goes on

and baby was dead

and mother caught with child obuse

of course

antibiotic doesn't have only strength

we need to worry about tolerance

reduce the use of unnecessary antibiotic use

by Internet and broadcast

they only said negative aspect of antibiotic

that is not a good way

you can see

those kind of information on the internet easily

Korea is

No.1 antibiotic prescribe country

with only 1 graph

and compare them is

not exact

when you see this graph

antibiotic use in Korea is

less than average use of OECD

why this graph is like this?

when you those kind of graphes

by the country,

medical system is totally different

and situation is different

and how can we compare it

only with 1 graph about antibiotic use

that is weird

doesn't make any sense

by my own searching about it

when they submit information about it

other countries only use outpatient's use

but Korea

include inpatient's use also

then of course Korea's use looks much more higher

without inpatient use

Korea's use is less than average

and it can change easily

how we can gather information

just they use only what they want to show

In other country

they use family doctor system

normally

So they can be managed by one doctor

for a long time

but in Korea,

when we didn't satisfied with one hospital

we can meet other doctor 10 minutes later

So in case of other country

doctor can see one child for a long time

doctor can say

"That is the initial state"

"we need to wait 3~4 days more and decide later"

that is possible

but we can't

when mother want antibiotic

and doctor don't want

and mother will prescribe antibiotic in other hospital

and

In doctor's opinion

when they think child need more time to decide

and doctor didn't use antibiotic,

parents think

this hospital is not good

this hospital can't treat well

in their opinion

that is very complex situation

and I told about tolerance

the way we intake antibiotic is

not only the drug

antibiotic drug spend in Korea is

only 20% is by human's drug

and where are the other 70~80% of antibiotic use?

that is for the aniamals

that we eat everyday

to grow them well

because

so many diseases recently like AI

so

they use antibiotic drug with their meal

because they need to sell them

so when we eat

chicken, beef, pork

that was grown by antibiotic drug

we intake antibiotic drug with that way too

so

not only patient

also medical person

and someone who grow animals

all of us need to

cope with tolerance of antibiotic drug

I have a lot of things to say

about antibiotic drug

so my speech is like a puddle

result is

of course antibiotic drug is

not only a good drug

but our recognition about antibiotic is

so negative now

only negative aspect

so

I think if you know about that information about antibiotic

you can use them wisely

and safely

So I choose this titile in this time

3rd class

When you visit hospital later

and get antibiotic drug

what you want to know

about medicine

and I will use that to my next video

Easy card with a lily of the valley - Duration: 2:15.

Hi, this is Joelle Meijer.

Today, I propose to make a card with a lily of the valley.

In the support document, you will find the pattern needed

to make the leaves of the lily.

Take a potato and cut it in two with a large knife.

Place the pattern of the leaf on the potato and cut around the pattern

with a paring knife to create the stamp for the lily leaf.

Using potatoes as stamps is a nice way to help young children do painting projects.

Take a half sheet of blue construction paper and fold it in half to form a card.

With a green felt tip pen, draw the stem of the lily of the valley.

Put green paint in a recycled styrofoam tray for example

and dip the stamp with the lily leaf in the paint.

Then press the stamp on the card on both sides of the stem.

If children have difficulty holding the piece of potato, push a fork into the potato.

That will be easier to handle.

Take some white Magic Nuudles and cut both ends of each noodle.

Then cut the pieces of Magic Nuudles in two to form half-bells.

Place a sponge in a saucer with a little bit of water.

Take a piece of Magic Nuudle and press it gently on the wet sponge

and then place the bell at the top of the stem of the lily.

Continue this with other pieces of Magic Nuudle that you'll glue along the stem

to form the lily of the valley.

You get a simple card that can be used for May 1st, for Mother's Day or for a birthday.

To print the illustrated instructions and the pattern of this project,

click on the link below the video and visit the Animaplates website

to find hundreds of other fun and creative projects.

They like to talk about Stuff, while drinking beer...

Ahhmm...

What's wrong Peter?

My son was deployed to Afghanistan, to fight terrorists using guerrilla tactics... During Easter vacations.

Your son? I didn't know he was a soldier..

He isn't. He's a 12th year student. But NATO is using them as weapons.

Ok, that's a little.. crazy.. but what happened? Is he okay?

He was discharged. The captain said he's unable to fight, because...

He doesn't drink Joe! My portuguese son, doesn't drink!

Ohh man.. That's sad..

I... I feel so embarrassed... Like a tuning car!

9/11 - The SHOCKING Truth | Everybody's Lying About Islam 2 - Duration: 4:15.

"Dick Cheney Did the WHole Thing, and you know who helped out… space lizards.

They came down...

Over the years I have met a surprising number of 9-11 truthers.

Most are crazy.

But some are very intelligent, committed people, with well thought out theories.

It's these people that I find the most frustrating.

They put tremendous energy into proving things that can't be proven, and wouldn't convince

anyone even if they were proven.

I think this energy could be put into popularizing the real, documented and damning truth of

9-11.

The Truth I'm talking about is just as evil, just as traitorous and just as bewildering

as a planned explosion, or a CIA plot.

And it's not something that has to be proven, it's something we all know but refuse to

look at.

What I'm talking about is what happened after 9-11.

On September 11th, 2001 most of the hijackers were from Saudi Arabia.

All of them were committed to an ideology that came from Saudi Arabia.

We have always known that the organization that carried out the attacks, Al Queda, came

from Saudi Arabia, was run by a Saudi Arabian, and got most of its funding from Saudi Arabia.

In the years since it has become clear that the hijackers got help and support from members

of the Saudi government, and members of the Saudi royal family.

So what did we do?

Did we go after Saudi Arabia?

Hell no.

In the days and months after 9-11 the US government apparatus mobilized to cover up Saudi involvement,

and divert attention from the country.

In 2001, Saudi Arabia had two main enemies.

Since the early 1990s their oil resources had been threatened by the military machine

of Saddam Hussein's Iraq.

Since 1979, Sunni Saudi Arabia has been threatened by the militant Shiite regime in Iran and

its proxies in Syria and Lebanon.

In his State of the Union address in January 2002, George W. Bush announced our plans for

the "War on Terror".

Saudi Arabia was not mentioned once in this "Axis of Evil" Speech.

You know who did get a mention though?

Saudi Arabia's two greatest enemies, Iraq and Iran.

We essentially declared war on both countries.

In 2003 we took Iraq out.

We all know what a disaster that has been.

If it had been a success we would probably have invaded Iran by now.

The US public wouldn't let that happen, but Bush and Obama have been pursuing war

against Iran by other means.

Incredibly, we've been working with the same Sunni networks that brought down the

World Trade Center.

Obama made some nice noises and signed the Nuclear deal with Iran.

At the same time he actively encouraged the destruction of Syria, Iran's most important

ally, and approved and supported Saudi Arabia's murderous war in Yemen.

Donald Trump, a man who promised to make the war on terror less insane, has started out

his administration by "putting Iran on notice" and approving more US action in Yemen.

So did you follow that?

We were attacked by Saudi Arabia on 9-11.

And we've spent the past 15 years fighting Saudi Arabia's greatest Enemies.

Everybody can see this, but nobody talks about it.

That is some 9-11 truth that should be shouted from the rooftops.

Do you want to know why we don't talk about it?

Well then I'd suggest you check out my Amazon Kindle essay : "Everybody's Lying About

Islam" which is available here.

Oldest Piece of Jewelry: History in a Minute (Episode 22) - Duration: 1:24.

Hey there everyone. This is Mr. Philip

Campbell with Homeschool Connections

History in a Minute, I am your bearded

nerdy, history guru. Our question for

today is: What is the oldest piece of

jewelry in the world? People have been

wearing jewelry for thousands and

thousands of years, everything from

animal bones to very ornate things made

of gold and silver. But what was the the

oldest piece of jewelry ever discovered?

Or the first piece of jewelry that we

know about? In fact, it was not bone but

it was actually seashells. The first

jewelry ever discovered was discovered

in North Africa. It's a string of

seashells with holes poked in them that

presumably a cord was was run through.

And this makes sense. Sea shells are a

lot easier to get than than animal bones.

They're certainly easier to get holes

through. And so seashells are some of the

world's oldest pieces of jewelry. And the

piece that was found in North Africa is

over 40,000 years old. So there you have

it. And from there jewelry developed to

all the ornate stuff and modern garbage

that we have today. So, wonderful. Anyhow

you can use them wisely

when you use that

First we need to know

what is antibiotic?

Easily,

drug that kill the germ

In our body

antibiotic use to cure the disease

from germ

when you think about them

always wondering

Can we use them to cure the cold?

actually

that is not true

because

as I told

antibiotic is effective with germ

but cold is

from virus

so actually

there is no relationship

between them

but why

doctor give us antibiotic

when we go to hospital because of the cold

answer is

of course doctors are

more smarter than me

they don't give us antibiotic you are suffer from cold

but

when doctor think

patient has not only the cold

also germ infection

they will give antibiotic to us

typically

Many babies visit hospital

because of the middle ear infection

when you see the paper,

antibiotics are much more effective

when you use them before the symptom

compare to after symptoms

All of the judgements are

their own authority

so I can't say anything about that

What I want to say today is

when you think about them

always

think about tolerance too

Basically when people think about antibiotic tolerance,

when you use antibiotic with cold

our body has tolerance

and later,

we are suffer from serious disease

antibiotic can't work at that time

is ordinary thinking

that is

not true

antibiotic tolerance is

is not occured in our body

be occured in that germ

for example

germ A is come into my body

and I use antibiotic A to cure that

many times of treatment

when germ B is come next

when I use antibiotic A

antibiotic A is not effective to my body

because I used them a lot before?

maybe not

as I told

tolerance is not occured in our body

if germ B has tolerance with antibiotic A,

antibiotic A can't work

if not,

I can still use antibiotic A

and why antibiotic tolerance is increase?

there are many reasons

but biggest reason is

we didn't eat them all

what I want to say is

normally

we need to eat them at least 3~5 days

in some case we need to eat 2 weeks

for example, we prescribed them 1 week

when we eat them

after 3~4 days

we feel more comfortable

and we think we recovered all

and what is next step?

we will eat left drug for 3 days?

not

because I am recovered now

and why am I eat that bad drug?

So we throw them all to the trash can

that's why we increase the tolerance

when we feel free after eat antibiotic for some days

but in my body

they are not killed

just hide in our body for a second

I am a germ

and I am going into someone's body

and he attack me with antibiotic

and I am hide in somewhere in his body

after antibiotic attack will be stopped,

I will active in his body again

how about in this time?

I was attacked by antibiotic

and survived

and he will use same antibiotic again

I can cope with antibiotic well

so less effective

this situation will be repeated

and finally

I will have tolerance with that antibiotic

that is the way that germ can get tolerance

Did you heard about Penicillin before?

The first antibiotic in our human

In World War 2,

epidemic disease was occurred between soliders

at that time by the Penicillin

That is the first time

human can treat disease by germ

is Penicillin

before that time

what we could do when we sick is

just take a rest

but after that time,

we can treat them with the drug

at that time, Penicillin can save a lot of people

someone said Penicillin is the best

invention in 20th century

Penicillin was amazing at that time

around 1940

but how about now?

70% of Korean has

tolerance at Penicillin

7 of 10 people can't use Penicillin as a drug

60~70 years ago

that drug save all of the world

as I told before

Pencillin got the tolerance step by step

and now most of us can't use Penicillin

and now

when we were infected, we can't do anything without just relaxing?

nope

because other antibiotics were developed

repeat of those steps

get a tolerance

and develop other antibiotics

and get tolerance again

continuously

and finally

did you heard about super-bacteria?

this is

when those steps are repeated

finally

some bacteria can resist to all type of antibiotic drug

that is super bacteria

theoretically

in that situation

there is no way to treat them

to prevent that situation

all of us need to do the efforts

that efforts mean

reduce the tolerance of antibiotic

and

develop new type of antibiotic is also possible

That is the all of

the tolerance of antibiotic

point is

You need to eat them all

exactly

If you worried about tolerance, you have to eat them all

to kill them all

2nd is

as I told before

I said antibiotic killed germ

In our body

there are many kinds of germ in our instine

they protect our body

from bad things

when we use antibiotic

they kill not only bad germ

also good germ in our body

so some people say

we don't need to use antibiotic

the fact is truth

but

when you see the broadcast about health

for example

before eat antibiotic

there are 20 type of germs in our body for example

but after eat antibiotic

for few weeks

there are only 5~6 type remain

they only said that

in internet blog

So they said

We don't need to eat them!!

and you need use our traditional method!

they say only like that

Think about it

How often

do we eat antibiotic

of course if we eat antibiotic

good germ in our instine will be decreased

and our instine still remain in that state?

of course not

by time goes on

that will be recovered naturally

they don't tell about that

only say what they want to say

all of drug is same

what is difference betweend drug and poison?

only dose

component is same

between for treatment and for addict

and why we use the drug?

compare to the side effect of the drug

more bigger problem will occur

when we don't eat them

So we use the drug

for example

I have a heavy cold

and headache

when we use the drug

we can treat them after 1 or 2 days

or

how is your feeling when you have a cold and headache

you don't want to eat anything

and you can't do what you want to do

just staying

and relaxing in your home

and stressful

stay in that state for 1 week

and cure it

or use the drug and treat it faster

and live better life for other days

in a better condition

choose between them

That choice is on your own of course

few years ago

in Australia

baby suffered from atopy

very serious state

so doctor said

"We need to use steroid"

but mother said

"You can't use steroid or antibiotic to my baby!!"

"I can treat my baby with natural therapy"

and time goes on

and baby was dead

and mother caught with child obuse

of course

antibiotic doesn't have only strength

we need to worry about tolerance

reduce the use of unnecessary antibiotic use

by Internet and broadcast

they only said negative aspect of antibiotic

that is not a good way

you can see

those kind of information on the internet easily

Korea is

No.1 antibiotic prescribe country

with only 1 graph

and compare them is

not exact

when you see this graph

antibiotic use in Korea is

less than average use of OECD

why this graph is like this?

when you those kind of graphes

by the country,

medical system is totally different

and situation is different

and how can we compare it

only with 1 graph about antibiotic use

that is weird

doesn't make any sense

by my own searching about it

when they submit information about it

other countries only use outpatient's use

but Korea

include inpatient's use also

then of course Korea's use looks much more higher

without inpatient use

Korea's use is less than average

and it can change easily

how we can gather information

just they use only what they want to show

In other country

they use family doctor system

normally

So they can be managed by one doctor

for a long time

but in Korea,

when we didn't satisfied with one hospital

we can meet other doctor 10 minutes later

So in case of other country

doctor can see one child for a long time

doctor can say

"That is the initial state"

"we need to wait 3~4 days more and decide later"

that is possible

but we can't

when mother want antibiotic

and doctor don't want

and mother will prescribe antibiotic in other hospital

and

In doctor's opinion

when they think child need more time to decide

and doctor didn't use antibiotic,

parents think

this hospital is not good

this hospital can't treat well

in their opinion

that is very complex situation

and I told about tolerance

the way we intake antibiotic is

not only the drug

antibiotic drug spend in Korea is

only 20% is by human's drug

and where are the other 70~80% of antibiotic use?

that is for the aniamals

that we eat everyday

to grow them well

because

so many diseases recently like AI

so

they use antibiotic drug with their meal

because they need to sell them

so when we eat

chicken, beef, pork

that was grown by antibiotic drug

we intake antibiotic drug with that way too

so

not only patient

also medical person

and someone who grow animals

all of us need to

cope with tolerance of antibiotic drug

I have a lot of things to say

about antibiotic drug

so my speech is like a puddle

result is

of course antibiotic drug is

not only a good drug

but our recognition about antibiotic is

so negative now

only negative aspect

so

I think if you know about that information about antibiotic

you can use them wisely

and safely

So I choose this titile in this time

3rd class

When you visit hospital later

and get antibiotic drug

I hope this video will help you

what you want to know

about medicine

and I will use that to my next video

Make Votes Matter in General Elections - we want Proportional Representation! - Duration: 1:13.

So, there's a snap general election and

we need to make sure it's the last one

that uses our archaic first-past-the-post

voting system. At the last general

election, I was only 16 so I wasn't old

enough to vote, but I could see that

Parliament didn't reflect how people

have voted, so I started this petition.

Two years on and I'm old enough to vote

but my vote doesn't matter. I want to be

able to vote for whoever I believe in

without having to worry about wasting my

vote or letting the other side in. I

want proportional representation. The EU

referendum has totally transformed British

politics and part the reasons for that was

because everyone knew that their vote

counted. In the wake of the referendum, we

need to absolutely be making the case

for electoral reform. Politics is no longer

about a two-party system and we need a

voting system that is fit for the 21st

century. So please sign and share this

petition and if you're interested in

getting more involved visit makevotesmatter.org.uk

We've got great

things planned for the election campaign

and we'd really like to have you involved.

Instant Dosa Recipe For Weight Loss - Oil Free & Healthy - Diet Plan To Lose Weight Fast - Duration: 5:00.

hey guys! i am nisa homey and welcome back

to my channel. Today, i'm sharing an

instant dosa recipe for weight loss.

This instant dosa does not require any

fermentation, all you need is some soaked

rice and add the rest of the ingredients

into a blender and blend and instant

dosa batter is ready to prepare dosa's.

This is a great breakfast or

dinner option especially for working

women and bachelors. You don't need any

extra oil in this dosa hence it's a

perfect weight loss meal. This instant

dosa is gluten-free, light on the

stomach and packed with extra goodness

so let's get started. First you need to

soak one and a half cups of rice, let me just

show you the type of white rice I am

using in this recipe. I'm using single

polished white rice as you can see there

is some bran left on the white rice. I f

you are a regular on my channel you

might have noticed that I also cook with

this rice. This is ordinary white rice

and this is fully refined and there is

no bran left on the right and hence

this right is white in color. So I hope

you understood how the refined white

rice on the left and the single polished

white rice on the right looks like. So

for weight loss try to avoid refined

white rice and use single polished or

semi polished white rice which has some

brand left on the rice. I have already

washed and rinse the rice and soaked it

for about 30 to 40 minutes if you are

making this for breakfast just remember

to soak the rise in water at night.

Moving on to the other ingredients: 1 cup

of red variety poha or you can use any

variety of poha which you can get at the

place you live in. Instead of poha you

can also use half cup cooked rice, half

cup grated coconut, half tsp jeera or

cumin seeds. Now the next main ingredient

is one whole cucumber, I will be peeling

off the skin of the cucumber and then

roughly chopping them. Two to three

shallots which is also known as cheriya ulli

in malayalam. The curry leaves, the

half onion, and the green chillies will

be used later in the recipe. Into my

blender first I am adding in the roughly

chopped cucumber pieces the

moisture from the cucumber will help

the ingredients to grind. Add in shallots

or cheriya ulli, add in the soaked rice,

one cup of poha, half cup of grated

coconut, three fourth teaspoon pink

Himalayan salt and to balance all the

flavors I'm adding in 1 teaspoon of

melted thick jaggery, half tsp jeera, and

one-fourth cup water remember cucumber

has some water content so add very less

water and now grind all this together. So

this is the consistency of the batter.

The batter should be somewhat like idli

batter, pour the thick batter into another

bowl. Chop half of the onion, green

chillies, and curry leaves really fine. If

you are making for kids use only one

green chili, since you don't need any

side dish with this dosa I like to keep

it little spicy so I just green chili

according to your taste. Now add in the

finely chopped onion green chillies and

curry leaves into the dosa batter, mix

the dosa batter very well and now let's

make the dosa. Heat a dosa tawa and

drizzle in a few drops of sesame seed oil

which is also known as gingelly oil or

nallenna in malayalam. With a tissue

paper grease the hot tawa and then

reduce the flame to the medium. Pour one

and a half to two ladle full of dosa

batter and generally spread it out now

covered with a lid for about a minute or

two and after about a minute or two open

the lid and turn the door to the other

side since there is fresh coconut in the

batter you don't need to add any extra

oil because the coconut in the batter

has some oil content and you can see the

dosa is not even sticking to the tawa

now carefully flip it to the other side

coconut plays a vital role in weight

loss so please check my video on coconut

oil to know more the links will be

updated in the description box below and

now if you are making this for kids this

is the right time to drizzle in some desi

ghee. Remember to put the flame on medium

all through the cooking after about one

and a half to two minutes flip the dosa

one more time and then transfer it to a

plate repeat the same with the rest of

the batter

and my easy and quick instant healthy

cucumber dosa is ready to serve this

This dosa is an excellent breakfast, lunch, or

dinner option and light on the stomach

it will keep you fuller for a longer

period. It's a perfect meal if you're on

a weight loss journey since this dosa

does not require any fermentation it

will definitely make your life easy on

those busy mornings and you can also

make ahead a batch of this batter and

keep it in the fridge. Do try this

instant dosa recipe and let me know

how this turned out thank you for

watching and until next time take care

The Untold Truth Of Ninja Assassin - Duration: 5:01.

Directed by James McTeigue and produced by the Wachowskis, Ninja Assassin is the story

of Raizo, an orphan who's recruited into a shadowy clan of ninjas who carry out political

assassinations.

Ninja Assassin didn't do much at the box office when it debuted in 2009, but since then it's

become a cult favorite.

Why?

Here's a look at the untold truth of Ninja Assassin.

It started as a joke

During the filming of Speed Racer, the Wachowskis brought in stunt coordinator Chad Stahelski,

who had worked with them on the Matrix trilogy.

While working on a fight scene that involved Korean pop star Rain, Stahelski had an epiphany,

telling Spire magazine,

"We always kind of had a running joke with the Wachowski[s] about making a kickass ninja

movie.

We told them we found our ninja, and brought Rain in to do a fight sequence […] and everyone

was like 'Holy s***!

This guy is good!'"

Within a few months, that running joke was in production under the title Ninja Assassin.

Rain did his own stunts

Many action flicks rely on stuntmen to do the heavy lifting for big set pieces.

But Ninja Assassin went the other way, as Rain did almost all his own stuntwork, with

very little wire work or special effects.

How?

Well, Rain started by training eight hours a day, five days a week, for eight straight

months in order to pull off both fight sequences and stunts like flipping off of moving cars.

Now that's dedication.

Inventive hardware

Ninja Assassin features one of the coolest weapons ever seen in a martial arts film:

that blade-and-chain thing Raizo uses to hack through mountains of ninjas.

Although you can now buy it on Amazon, it actually didn't exist before Ninja Assassin

— the production team invented it just for Rain.

Sure, chain weapons aren't entirely a new concept, but figuring out the physics of their

modified kyoketsu-shoge required a lot of trial and error before they hit on exactly

the right formula.

And having an all-new type of weapon meant a creative challenge for the fight choreographers,

who worked with Rain to invent a totally unique fighting style.

Chad Stahelski said, "As we went through the training, Rain kept getting better, so we

had to keep re-choreographing.

What we had designed originally, he outgrew by the time we were ready to shoot.

The more Rain's abilities developed, the more our choreography had to evolve."

53 hour script

No movie works without a good story, which is why most scripts are in development for

months.

Then there's the script for Ninja Assassin, which Babylon 5 creator J. Michael Straczynski

wrote in just 53 hours flat.

That speed was required because, with just six weeks left until filming was set to begin,

the Wachowskis decided to scrap the script they already had.

According to Straczynski, after the Wachowskis called him, he "went home and put on a pot

of coffee, and…wrote essentially a whole new script in 53 hours.

When a friend calls you and says they're in trouble, you do what you have to do."

Sho Kosugi is a ninja legend

Ninja Assassin's brutal antagonist Ozunu may not be a familiar face to you, but hardcore

fans of ninja films know that he's played by none other than the legendary Sho Kosugi,

who helped kick-start the ninja craze in the '80s with films like Enter the Ninja, Revenge

of the Ninja, and Ninja III: The Domination.

Director James McTeigue decided early that he wanted to cast Kosugi as the villain in

Ninja Assassin as a tribute to those old ninja films, and Kosugi was happy to come out of

retirement to play the part.

The decision certainly worked, as Ozunu is one of the most terrifying movie villains

in recent years.

The orphans were random German kids

Some of the most intense scenes in the movie are the flashbacks involving young Raizo training

with the other orphans under Master Ozunu.

So how did McTeigue populate that mystical dojo?

He just…found some random kids.

Well, sort of.

The movie was filmed in Berlin, so McTeigue went around to all the local martial arts

schools and found a handful of kids who seemed like they knew what they were doing, then

trained them.

In his own Hollywood way, McTeigue grabbed up a bunch of children the same way Ozunu

did in the film.

Guess life really does imitate art.

The blood was styled like anime

Ninja Assassin has a lot of blood, but there's a certain art to making all that gore look

good.

In fact, McTeigue studied classic anime hits Ninja Scroll and Samurai Champloo to perfect

the stylized look of the blood.

After all, as McTeigue puts it, "what's a ninja movie without blood, right?"

Amen to that.

A real heartbreaker

In the opening scene of Ninja Assassin, an old tattoo artist explains that he's seen

the ninja assassins once before, and the only reason he's still alive is because his heart

is on the wrong side of his chest — when the ninjas stabbed him in the heart, they

missed.

It may seem like a goofy gimmick, but that heart-on-the-wrong-side thing is totally real.

It's called situs inversus, and it happens when a person's internal organs are flipped

around to the opposite side of the body.

It's pretty rare, so yeah, the chances of two people who are targeted by the same ninja

clan having the same medical condition is a stretch...but it's not impossible.

Even some celebrities, like singer Enrique Iglesias, have situs inversus.

So say what you want about Iglesias, but the guy's pretty much immune to ninjas.

How to Tell if a Relationship is Karmic, Soulmate or Twin Flame - Duration: 9:45.

How

to Tell if a Relationship is Karmic, Soulmate or Twin Flame

BY GOSTICA

How to Tell if a Relationship is Karmic, Soulmate or Twin FlameWe all desire to not just fall

in lovebut to be part of that once in a lifetime type of love story.

As we are evolving, so are our romantic relationships.

No longer are we satisfied by those unions that are convenient or that seem to fulfill

specific ideals that our families or society have taught us we should aspire to.

We are searching for that once in a lifetime crazy type of lovebut what really separates

twin flames from soulmates and karmic relationships?

The biggest truth is that one of these relationships isnt better than the otherit just depends

on what lifetime we are in, here on earth, and what lessons we currently are in the process

of learning.

Sometimes we may experience none of these relationships in a lifetime, and in others

we may experience all three.

The reality is that we often dont truly realize which type of relationship we had

until long after its passed and the lessons have been absorbed.

One of the first relationships we usually enter into is a karmic one.

Karmic relationships often are those lessons that we were unable to learn in a previous

lifetimethese people arent meant to take it easy on us, because they are meant

to change our way of life.

The addiction of karmic relationships is that it seems no matter how many tries we give

itit just doesnt seem to work.

But that is because karmic relationships arent supposed to work outwe arent supposed

to live our life with our karmic partner.

Its hard to accept, because its usually not an issue of love, or even about compatibility.

Something is just off and doesnt work, no matter how much we wish it didbut the

worst decision we can make is to choose to not let go.

Karmic relationships burn hot and seem almost intoxicating at times, but the entire point

of these types of relationships is to come into our lives, change usand then leave.

Often times, those people who married and divorced young have married their karmic relationship,

instead of letting them go when the time came.

The most important lesson for us is that we just have to be strong enough to let them

move on when the time comes, because no matter what type of relationship we are in, we shouldnt

have to chain ourselves to it in order to not lose it.

Although some of us may experience several karmic relationships in our lifetime, the

next stage after we conquer those lessons is often the soulmate love.

Soulmates can be just the best kind of lovethey can be simple and sweet, yet as complex as

the notes within a vintage Merlot.

Soulmates often are those we marry and choose to build a life with, because there is just

a unique connection present.

These are the feel good people in our lives, and they just seem to touch us on an entirely

different level.

As wonderful as they can be though, soulmates dont always take it easy on us.

One of the reasons that we get so confused by which type of relationship we are in, is

because in all of these connections, challenges will be present.

None of these relationships are about appeasing us or making our egos comfortable.

Yet the soulmate differs from the karmic relationship by the type of lesson being learned and the

way in which it is presented.

Karmic relationships are often about how we view the outside world and otherswhile

the soulmate will trigger those internal lessons involving self-worth, fear, societal pressures

and our worthiness of love.

We simply attract at whatever frequency we are currently vibrating on.

Soulmates are those who we feel an undeniable connection toas if weve known one another

before simply upon meeting.

The biggest indicator of a soulmate love is that they make us feel like its us that

needs working onnot them or even issues that exist within the relationship.

Sometimes its even the feeling of not deserving the other person.

Certain soulmates come into our lives whose only purpose is to help us realize our greatness

and to assist us in taking on those big questions involving the self and starting to discover

the answers to further our evolution and process of self-awareness.

Soulmates are also the ones who care about us the mostversus the karmic lover whose

only concern is of their own self and needs.

These beautiful types of bonds dont necessarily have to be romantic even, for more often than

not, we travel in similar soul circles within each lifetimeand those who are family arent

necessarily those who we share blood with.

As transcending and eye-opening as the romantic relationship can be with a soulmate, it isnt

anything compared to the experience of being reconnected with our twin flame.

Twin flames are often regarded as an urban myth of the spiritually enlightened, but as

society is raising their level of consciousness, the more this connection is occurring.

Twin flames are a mix of both karmic and soulmate tendenciesalong with some entirely new

qualities which will only further challenge our ego and sense of self.

Twin flames arent just those that we connect with on a soul level, but they are someone

we share the same soul with.

As the theory states, twin flames were separated from one soul source in the beginning of time

and split into two physical bodies.

There is a mirror like quality when we come into contact with our twin flameeverything

that we have spent our lives running from or denying is suddenly in front of us.

These types of lovers confront us with our very fears and ego driven desires, but they

arent just about whats inside, theyre about how we interact with every facet of

our life.

Not all of us will be reunited with our twin flame, but if we are, it has the possibility

to be that once in a lifetimeaint nothing ever gonna be the sametype of love.

There will be challenges and fears present, without a doubtthere will be phases of

running and chasing, depending upon the spiritual and personal development of both individuals.

But regardless of any of these challenges, it is possible to reunite and stay with our

twin flamealthough it is speculated that only occurs in ones last lifetime here

on earth.

Regardless of what type of romantic relationship we find ourselves in, there will be obstacles

and challenges that have the potential to assist us in our growth and evolution.

The one important thing to remember through all of these types of relationship, is that

if someone is trying to move onits vital that we let them go.

Whether they are a karmic relationship whose only purpose is to come into our lives to

be the catalyst of change, or if they are the soulmate whose here to challenge us to

lovingly become the best person we can, or if they simply are our other halfthere

is no love that we will have to beg for or hold onto tightly to, out of fear of losing

it.

Regardless of what type of relationship it is, the love we deserve is also the one that

will want us as much we want itbecause the truth is, if we do love someone, the only

thing we can do is set them free, knowing that if it is meant to bethey will return.

And if they dont, then theyre just one of

the most beautiful lessons well learn.

Google will release 3 Pixel Phones in 2017 Another Twist Code snippet reveals Pixel Codenames - Duration: 4:00.

After the success of Google Pixel and Pixel XL its known that Google Pixel 2 and Pixel

2 XL will be released.

But there is a twist.

Google will release 3 Pixel Phones in 2017 Another Twist Code snippet reveals Pixel Codenames

Its a known fact that last year`s Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL will see their successors

in 2017.

But the latest look at Google Pixel codenames reveal that 3 Pixel

phones could be released by Google.

Three Pixel phones could be launched in 2017, all packing Snapdragon 835 CPUs.

It's common knowledge that Google launches new Android

smartphones each year, but the number of devices varies from time to time.

In the last couple of years, Google launched a duo of

smartphones, but that might change in 2017.

Although the most recent report on the upcoming Pixel phones claimed Google wouldn't release

more than two devices this year, it looks like three new handsets are expected

to arrive in 2017.

The Android Open Source Project reveals new information about

Google's new Pixel phones.

The details have been uncovered in the code and confirm Google is working on three phones

that are codenamed Walleye, Muskie, and Taimen.

We already know that Walleye is the sequel to the Pixel XL, whereas Muskie should the

be follow-up of the regular Pixel phone.

Unfortunately, the Taimen is still a mystery, though speculations suggest this could be

a new tablet or another phablet with a display larger than the Pixel XL.

Another piece of information revealed by the AOSP is the fact that all three smartphones

will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipsets, the

same that are now packed inside the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+.

Also Google says Pixel 2 will remain premium, no cheap Pixel in the works.

We're still many months away from the upcoming release of

the next Pixel smartphone, but it's never too early to talk about such an important

device.

The latest rumors about Google's upcoming flagship date from January and imply the company

will make some consistent improvements in various areas like the camera and SoC

(system-on-chip).

The same report claimed that Google might be readying a budget-friendly Pixel smartphone

to go alongside its flagship.

Despite all these rumors coming from a reliable source,

Google has recently confirmed that it doesn't plan to launch a cheap Pixel phone.

In an interview with AndroidPit, Google's head of hardware Rick Osterloh said that Pixel

stays premium and that there will be no budget Pixel smartphone this year.

He goes on to say that his company will leave lower price segments to other manufacturers.

When asked when exactly the Pixel 2 will be launched, Google's official wasn't too specific

but offered enough info for us to assume the smartphone will be announced this fall.

Let's hope Google will plan ahead better and will be able to meet the high demand for

its smartphones that offer pure Android experiences.

What Happens To Bill O'Reilly Now? - Duration: 5:16.

Bill O'Reilly is officially out at Fox News.

The firebrand political commentator, who built his career on straight talk and news without

spin, had his contract terminated while he was on vacation in Europe.

The news came not long after more than 50 advertisers pulled their ad buys for his program

The O'Reilly Factor, after multiple women revealed they'd been sexually harassed by

the host.

"And, you know I'm just sitting there minding my own business and he walks past and says,

hey hot chocolate"

O'Reilly had spent more than 20 years of his career as a broadcaster on the Fox News Network,

where he amassed a sizable following of fans and was also author or co-author to nearly

two dozen books.

The cancellation of The O'Reilly Factor leaves the anchor rudderless at a time when he stands

at the height of his popularity, as the sexual harassment revelations that forced him out

the door appear to have done little to darken his reputation with fans.

O'Reilly clearly has options, as well as a generous payout on his way.

So what's he going to do next?

Here are some possibilities.

More literary killings

Bill O'Reilly has written enough books to fill a shelf and then some.

And even if he were to be banished from TV forever following his Fox News ouster, he

would still be a writer with titanic success.

Two books with his byline were at the tops of bestseller lists at the start of April,

the month his firing came down.

And his books come in many varieties, from historical thrillers to memoirs, fiction,

and books aimed at young readers, and his publisher Henry Holt has committed to sticking

by their literary star.

Given the grim subject matter of some of his texts, he'll obviously derive plenty of inspiration

from this incident.

"He had to find a substitute drug, planning and carrying out the executions of those people

who had humiliated him."

Another small screen platform

One thing that's likely not in the cards for O'Reilly is a lateral move to another major

broadcast network.

In addition to the antagonistic relationship Fox News has with CNN and MSNBC, the sexual

harassment allegations that made him impossible to employ at Fox News make him equally unemployable

to everyone else on that level.

That leaves a different option — a smaller news network, one that's either independently-funded,

or funded by advertisers who don't care.

There is precedent, particularly in the conservative arena that O'Reilly calls home, like Glenn

Beck's outfit The Blaze, or the One America News Network.

But joining one of these scrappy media underdogs may be unnecessary, given O'Reilly's immense

name recognition.

Hanging a shingle

At the time of O'Reilly ouster, he was still hosting the most popular cable news show bar none.

A fan base that large and passionate, that was getting larger up through his final days

at Fox News, leaves so many of the ingredients in place for him to create his own media platform.

Such an arrangement may be a perfect outlet for the sort of straight-up talk O'Reilly's

fans trust and adore, unbeholden to advertisers, shareholders, or anybody else with an opinion

other than his.

"And now the bigger picture.

We are living in a very dangerous world."

And what could a platform like that look like?

Well, there's always radio, where conservative political talk of O'Reilly's sort has had

a history of success.

Or, this being the future and all, there's even the idea of podcasting, or YouTube.

Personalities not half as well-known as him have done the same with less support.

And O'Reilly is not slowing down on his "No Spin News" podcast anytime soon.

Taking the stage

O'Reilly has made a bid in recent years to get a touring stand-up act going.

Alongside comedian Dennis Miller and TV personality Jesse Watters, O'Reilly's tour, The Spin Stops

Here 2017, still has shows booked around the country throughout the year.

With an abundance of free time on his hands now, could these sellout shows become more

frequent?

"We'll do it live.

We'll do it live, f*** it."

O'Reilly already makes money on the side from lucrative speaking engagements which easily

and often command fees in the realm of $100,000.

The work would serve the purpose of keeping his voice in the conversation.

He spent over two decades building a brand behind a desk, and now he can spend all his

time taking that brand on the road — if he wants to.

Not gone for good

Let's face it: the least likely thing Bill O'Reilly would do next is retire completely.

Before his exit was confirmed, and as the scandal of his sexual harassment allegations

was still brewing, he retained the services of Mark Fabiani.

Fabiani is a notoriously adept crisis manager, which is not the sort of move one would expect

from someone throwing in the towel.

Coupled with his response to the news of his firing, in which he said the news was "tremendously

disheartening" but based on "unfounded claims," it leaves an impression that O'Reilly is taking

his firing gracefully but not happily, with unfinished business to attend to.

With his Fox News days now officially in the past, the planning stages for his next step

may be already underway.

But what will that step be?

It's possible not even O'Reilly himself knows yet.

Whatever it is, after the way he was forced out at Fox News, it won't be a surprise if

it's something that, going forward, keeps his voice beholden to nobody but himself.

The Dancing Plague | When People Danced Themselves to Death - Duration: 4:05.

Man, you can never dance too

much can you? Well, actually yes. Yes you

can, you can die from it. Which is exactly

what happened in 1518 in Strasburg. Around

400 people took to dancing for days

without rest and over a period of one

month some of those affected died of

heart attack, stroke or exhaustion. So...

what!? Was this some kind of mass hysteria

or did they just, you know, really feel

the groove? The outbreak began in July

1518 when a woman known as Frau Troffea

stepped into the street and began to

silently twist, twirl and shake. She kept

up her solo dance-a-thon for nearly a week

and before long some three dozen other

mostly female Strasburgese, Strasbourgish, Strasbourgians... Strasburg

people joined in. After about a month

four hundred people were getting jiggy

with it. Weirdest silent disco ever. So

people were obviously like, well this is

weird... what can we do to make them stop?

And get this the authorities had the

great suggestion, more dancing!

Surprisingly that didn't work. The

authorities did this because they

believed that the dancers would recover

only if they danced continuously night

and day. Dance away the sickness which is

like my motto. To increase the

effectiveness of the cure authorities

even paid for musicians to keep the

afflicted moving.

Eventually the dancing plague died off

but not after many, many, many, many, many

people died. So what caused this? I mean

do you really need to reason to dance?

Well yeah I guess you do if you do it

for a month straight, 400 people join in

and people die of exhaustion. So yeah.

What's weird is that the woman who

started to plague, she should have been

dead through dehydration after 3 days max.

Six days in she wasn't dead she was

still dancing. That sort of physical

exertion isn't naturally maintainable

and reports say that these people were

not just trembling, shaking or convulsing,

although they were entranced their arms

and legs are moving as if they were

purposely dancing. Okay so what do we

think are they likely causes. Having

suffered severely from famine, the region

was in an ongoing crisis, many died of

starvation. The area was riddled with

diseases including smallpox and syphilis. Some historians believe the stress was

intolerable and hence a mass

psychological illness resulted. Another

possible causes an outbreak of ergotism

which you can get after eating

ergot laced bread. Ingestion of

ergot, a psychotropic mold that grows

on rye, can lead to delirium,

hallucinations and seizures as well as

other symptoms. Bit by bit the dancing

mysteriously stopped weird. Thank you so

much for watching I'm going to dance my

way on out of here. Not literally the

dancing I did earlier in the video

that's all the dancing I'll ever do, like

seriously I'm a bad dancer it's like so

cringe-worthy it's just not something

you want to see. Hope you enjoyed the

video, thanks for watching, Mike Out.

I'm not dancing!

The Untold Truth Of Chrissy Metz - Duration: 4:23.

Chrissy Metz is the breakout star of NBC's hit TV drama This Is Us.

Now she's a red carpet staple and a champion for buxom beauty.

Before the show brought the actress into the mainstream, she snagged a recurring role on

American Horror Story: Freak Show.

But success wasn't always the story for Chrissy Metz.

Here's a look at what you might not know about Hollywood's newest A-lister.

Growing up overseas

Although she was born in Homestead, Florida, a suburb of Miami, Metz actually spent her

formative years growing up in Japan.

When she was just six months old, Metz, her two older siblings, and her parents packed

up everything they had and moved to the Land of the Rising Sun.

She lived in Japan for a whopping eight years while Metz's dad, a Navy officer, was stationed

there.

She has fond memories of the place and says she grew up as "a little spoiled with really

great toys."

Accidental audition

After graduating from college, a 21-year-old Metz was working as a preschool teacher when,

one fateful day, she accompanied her 14-year-old half-sister Morgana to an open casting call.

She told Glamour, "There was this woman sitting across from me who said to me that she taught

theater at my high school.

I was thinking, 'I don't know this woman.'

She said, 'You really should audition,' and I'm like, 'Who are you?

And how do you know I should audition?'

It was so surreal because I never saw her again."

Even so, the mysterious woman's words were enough to convince her to give the audition

a shot, and she went for it, choosing to sing Christina Aguilera's "Beautiful."

The next day, her sister was presented with a modeling contract while Metz was offered

the opportunity to move to Los Angeles to meet with managers and agents.

Assistant life

There's a reason Metz was so skilled at playing an assistant on-screen in This Is Us' first

season.

While living in Los Angeles, Metz found that her manager slowly started asking her to do

more and more tasks that an assistant normally would.

As the oldest person in the group of teenage girls who the manager had brought down to

Los Angeles, Metz was entrusted with taking others on auditions.

A few years down the line, when her agent was looking to hire a real full-time assistant,

her manager encouraged her to take the job.

She told Marie Claire, "I was like, 'This isn't fair, I didn't come here for that.'"

Even so, she took the job because of the lack of roles readily available to her at the time.

Battling the blues

Before landing her role on This Is Us, Metz

admits to battling with depression, which stemmed from her inability to regularly land

roles and get her career to the level she'd wanted.

She told People, "I'd be getting maybe two auditions a year, and I'd always see the same

small group of girls."

While struggling to make it as an actress, Chrissy took on a day job and told the mag

that putting her dream on hold "was like watching your boyfriend take another woman out every

day."

That's when she started stress-eating and quickly gained more than 100 pounds.

Ultimately, it took a panic attack to get her back on track.

On her 30th birthday, Metz thought she was having a heart attack and rushed to the hospital.

But she soon discovered it was actually a panic attack.

Even still, the scare was enough to push Metz to reassess her priorities.

"I was like I have to do this and so I kept going and I have an amazing group of friends

who supported me."

Another wake-up call

For her role on American Horror Story: Freak Show, Metz actually had to wear a prosthetic

fat suit to make herself look much bigger than she actually was.

"They called it the couch.

That's what we ended up calling it on the shoot.

Like 'Oh, here's Chrissy's couch' because it's basically couch cushions."

That experience gave her a new outlook on life.

As she told People, "It was sobering.

I thought, 'What if I become that heavy and can't walk around or get stuck in the doorframe?

I was like, 'I don't want this for me.'"

Metz was sure that her stint on American Horror Story would serve as a platform for her to

jump into the big time.

But her phone didn't ring out of control the way she might've expected.

She briefly considered giving up and moving back to Florida with her family, but her mother

talked her out of it.

She told her, "'You can either be miserable here and not pursue your dreams, or you can

be miserable in L.A. and at least pursue what you want.'"

Metz has since revealed that she had 81 cents in her bank account the day she landed the

part on This Is Us.

That's right: she didn't give up despite her financial setbacks.

"I just had this understanding and this, um, this intuition that it was going to be OK.

And there's always, like, a calm after the storm."

Giving back

Landing the career-making role of Kate on This Is Us changed Metz's life dramatically.

As soon as she got her first paycheck, she began repaying those who'd helped her along

the way.

Looking to the future, she wants to give back even more to those who stuck by her all along.

With at least two more seasons ahead and the future wide open for Chrissy Metz, it looks

like she'll have plenty of time to fulfill that dream.

Zenyatta is an omnic monk who wanders the world in search of spiritual enlightenment. It is said that those who cross his path are never the same again.

Years ago, following the Omnic Crisis, a group of outcast omnic robots experienced what they described as a spiritual awakening.

They abandoned their preprogrammed lives to establish a communal monastery deep in the Himalayas.

After many years of meditation on the nature of existence, they came to the belief that they were more than artificial intelligences and that, like humans, they possessed the essence of a soul.

Recognizing the spiritual equality they held with humans, the monks, led by the enigmatic robot known as Tekhartha Mondatta, sought to heal the wounds caused by the Omnic Crisis a generation earlier and bring humans and robots back into societal harmony.

Their message was embraced by millions around the world, and they became global celebrities.

But one monk, Zenyatta, disagreed with this new direction. He believed that the way to repair the problems between humans and omnics was not through dogmatic teaching but through interpersonal connection and engagement.

Ultimately, Zenyatta followed his own path. He chose to leave the monastery and wander the world, helping those he meets to overcome their personal struggles and find inner peace.

But, when necessary, he will fight to protect the innocent, be they omnic or human.

Trump If The DOJ Wants To Arrest Assange, It's OK With Me - Duration: 5:03.

Trump If The DOJ Wants To Arrest Assange, It's OK With Me

by Tyler Durden

Having selected several key excerpts from Donald Trump's lengthy AP interview earlier,

we urge readers looking for fascinating yet surreal bedtime reading to give the full,

nearly 8,000 word transcript a try, as it contains bizarro excerpts such as this:

AP: You did put out though, as a candidate, you put out a 100-day plan.

Do you feel like you should be held accountable to that plan?

TRUMP: Somebody, yeah, somebody put out the concept of a hundred-day plan.

But yeah.

Well, I'm mostly there on most items.

Go over the items, and I'll talk to you ... (Crosstalk.)

TRUMP: But things change.

There has to be flexibility.

Let me give you an example.

President Xi, we have a, like, a really great relationship.

For me to call him a currency manipulator and then say, "By the way, I'd like you to

solve the North Korean problem," doesn't work.

So you have to have a certain flexibility, Number One.

Number Two, from the time I took office till now, you know, it's a very exact thing.

It's not like generalities.

Do you want a Coke or anything?

AP: I'm OK, thank you.

No.

... Yet what caught our attention was the following

excerpt on a topic that has re-emerged in recent days in the aftermath of the spat between

Julian Assange and the new CIA chief Mike Pompeo, who last week made it clear Assange's

days as a quasi-free man are numbered.

And, as the following exchange between the AP and Trump notes, the president does not

harbor any partcularly fond feelings for the man who has been accused of being a Russian

plant or spy and crushing Hillary Clinton's election chances.

That, and so much more in the following bizarre exchange:

AP: Jeff Sessions, your attorney general, is taking a tougher line suddenly on Julian

Assange, saying that arresting him is a priority.

You were supportive of what WikiLeaks was doing during the campaign with the release

of the Clinton emails.

Do you think that arresting Assange is a priority for the United States?

TRUMP: When Wikileaks came out ... never heard of Wikileaks, never heard of it.

When Wikileaks came out, all I was just saying is, "Well, look at all this information here,

this is pretty good stuff."

You know, they tried to hack the Republican, the RNC, but we had good defenses.

They didn't have defenses, which is pretty bad management.

But we had good defenses, they tried to hack both of them.

They weren't able to get through to Republicans.

No, I found it very interesting when I read this stuff and I said, "Wow."

It was just a figure of speech.

I said, "Well, look at this.

It's good reading."

AP: But that didn't mean that you supported what Assange is doing?

TRUMP: No, I don't support or unsupport.

It was just information.

They shouldn't have allowed it to get out.

If they had the proper defensive devices on their internet, you know, equipment, they

wouldn't even allow the FBI.

How about this they get hacked, and the FBI goes to see them, and they won't let the

FBI see their server.

But do you understand, nobody ever writes it.

Why wouldn't (former Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John) Podesta and Hillary Clinton

allow the FBI to see the server?

They brought in another company that I hear is Ukrainian-based.

AP: CrowdStrike?

TRUMP: That's what I heard.

I heard it's owned by a very rich Ukrainian, that's what I heard.

But they brought in another company to investigate the server.

Why didn't they allow the FBI in to investigate the server?

I mean, there is so many things that nobody writes about.

It's incredible.

AP: Can I just ask you, though do you believe it is a priority for the United States,

or it should be a priority, to arrest Julian Assange?

TRUMP: I am not involved in that decision, but if Jeff Sessions wants to do it, it's

OK with me.

I didn't know about that decision, but if they want to do it, it's OK with me.

And while Trump may somehow not know about the DOJ's decision to arrest Assange, we are

confident he knows that any potential pardon of Assange is long gone.

As for Donald Trump "loving" Wikileaks, that was so six months ago.

A Tiny Story of A Tiny Coffee in Bosnia, My Diary Log - Duration: 2:03.

On our very last morning in Montenegro, we decided we would make a detour and drive through

Bosnia on our way back to Split in Croatia.

After a few hours of sinuous roads, crossing soft mountain ranges, we arrived in the old

city of Mostar, famous for its 16th-century bridge.

Entering a country, just for the time of a coffee was a strange thing.

Passing like a heart beat through a world where others have lived, grown, struggled

and loved.

A world that didn't exist for me just a few hours ago.

A bubble of life, somewhere else, filled with other faces, other stories, with another past.

The languages change, but the words mean the same.

They all point out to our human reality of suffering and expansion, of desire and achievement.

No one can know the world, but we all know what it's made of.
