A Day of Eating on Intermittent Fasting - Duration: 4:46.
Hello guys, today I'd like to show you what I eat in a day on intermittent fasting.
I started IF about 3 weeks ago just to experiment
and see how it's gonna work out for me and as for now I like it a lot.
I start eating at about 12 p.m. and usually I'm already after a workout.
At this point I'm pretty hungry, so I like to start with a sweet, juicy fruits
that are now in season, such as nectarines,
watermelons or a honeydew melon which I had that day.
That's the quickest way to replenish the glucose in your muscles.
Right after I finish the fruit, I prepare a protein shake.
I'm using three nice and ripe bananas
with 60 grams of pea and hemp protein in 2:1 proportions.
This shake satisfies my hunger for a while, but not for long.
After about one and a half hours I'm having my first solid, big meal.
I used to have oatmeal, but recently swapped it for millet.
It goes well with raisins or other dried fruit, but it digests better in my case.
I had it with prunes, cacao powder and ground flexseed.
Recently I have bought a pressure cooker and it is such a great appliance.
Everything cooks 3 times faster and has better texture, then cooked regularly.
So I just cook the millet for 5 or 6 minutes,
then let it cool off and mix it with other ingredients.
Quick and simple, just as everything I eat.
I like to use the time while eating for reading
or watching something on the internet. Multitasking for the win.
Next meal is about 2 hours later.
It's my usual snack – apples with peanut butter.
If you've watched any of my last few food videos then you probably know this combination by now.
It's just so simple and tasty.
The last meal of the day is my biggest one, as I'm not gonna eat anything for the next 18 hours or so.
There's quite a few ingredients to this dinner, but as simple as always.
I just cook sweet potatoes in pressure cooker
and quinoa in a regular pot to be able to put a metal strainer with kale on top of it.
I put green olives, black sesame seed and walnuts on top of it and done.
Nutritious and simple, that's the main goal of my diet.
I love good tasting food, but it's not my priority.
Besides, it's not like what I eat doesn't taste good.
Obviously I like the pizza or cookies more, but you gotta do what you gotta do to stay in shape.
I have just finished my last meal of the day
and it's about 6:20 pm so that's exactly
six hours since I had breakfast.
I have a hard time eating enough in 6 hours
and I think I'd like to go even further to 5 or 4 hours.
If there's anyone experienced in intermittent fasting, then please tell me how do you get all this food into you.
I've noticed that I don't have a problem with not eating,
but I do have a problem with eating enough in such a small window.
I try to eat as much as possible, but I already lost a few kilos of weight.

5 Texts To Make A Man Fall In Love With You - Duration: 14:42.
When it comes to love, you probably have the same set of ideas in mind.
Flowers, candle lit dinners, holding hands and planning your happily ever after with
the man of your dreams.
Well that's all cute and charming, before you can share those experiences with a guy,
you need to make him fall in love with you… which is exactly what I'm going to teach
you today.
Hey ladies, Amy North here.
For those of you who don't know me I'm a relationship coach from the west coast of
Canada and author of The Devotion System, a program I've designed to help women around
the world find and lock down the love they want and deserve.

Either way though, sit tight because you're in for a real treat today!
What's that you ask?
Well, today I'm going to share with you the text messages you can send a man to make
him fall in love with you.
Now before you get all worked up or start panicking that this is a HUGE, seemingly impossible
challenge, don't.
Stay calm, and believe me, this isn't as hard as it seems.
Better yet, in this video I'm going to give you text messages that you can use yourself.
That means that all you have to do is listen to what I tell you here, and plug in these
messages into your phone.
That said, there are of course going to be situations or circumstances where these messages
will be adapting — I mean, you're not going to text a man about a trip to Cuba if
you've never left the country — but again, don't worry.
I'll give you the templates then all you'll have to do is personalize these messages.
Before I get ahead of myself though, I do have to mention that there are some super
important "rules" to keep in mind.
Now, I say rules because you should never do otherwise, but really they're just tips.
Let's use RULES as an acronym to help you remember these pointers though.
R - Re-read your message
Before you hit send on your phone it's important that you read the text message you've typed
up.
Check it for clarity, spelling and tone.
Read it at least five times; you'd be surprised how easy it is to overlook the simplest mistakes.
Besides, if you send him a powerful message that then has to be followed up with a spelling
correction or explanation, the original message you've sent is going to lose it's bite.
So don't sell yourself short, read your messages before sending.
U - Use visual language
Now, when it comes to text messaging men and women are quite different from one another
in terms of the types of messages they best respond to.
See, while us ladies like getting messages that are descriptive and evoke her feelings,
men on the other hand, are visual creatures that respond best to descriptive messages
that will let him easily imagine and feel the messages you're sending.
This means that you'll want to use visual language.
Let me give you an example.
Instead of texting him, "I really want to kiss you right now," you'd want to say
something like "I …."
See the difference between the two?
Take the time to add those details, they make all the difference.
L - Leave him wanting more
This one is pretty self explanatory so simply put, it just means don't over do it.
If you blow up your man's phone with pointless messages, then he isn't going to look forward
to hearing from you.
However, if you only send him well thought out, cleverly crafted messages, well those
are the ones that are going to keep him hanging off your every word….
Or text rather.
;)
E - Excite him (avoid boring messages)
I don't know about you ladies, but there are few things that bother me more than the
one or even two-word text message.
You know the ones I'm talking about.
"Hi" or "What's up?"
They make my skin crawl!
Maybe it's because they come across as lazy or give the impression that the sender is
bored and only texting for their own entertainment, or maybe it's because they don't make
me feel, well, anything really… asides from irritated.
Anyways, enough about my feelings, the point I'm making is that every message you send
your man should be exciting.
Now, I know this can be tough, especially if you have the kind of relationship where
you communicate daily through texts, and share those little mundane thoughts and updates,
but seriously, believe me when I say it's time to stop.
From here on out you want to make sure that every text message you send is captivating
and exciting!
I'll touch more on this later.
Now last but certainly not least, "S"...
S - Stay positive
Again, this one seems self-explanatory but it's definitely important enough to mention.
If you want to make a man fall in love with you by texting him, then the absolute last
thing you want to do is send him anything that's negative or depressing.
Sure, you'll have your not-so-great days, but even when those strike, keep your messages
pleasant.
While there's a time and place for opening up and letting your guy in on those vulnerable
thoughts and feelings, texting isn't it.
So, from now on, think of text messaging as your positive pocket sized device, and only
send messages that express feel good thoughts.
So, those are the RULES, and as I go through this video you'll want to keep those in
mind.

1.
The "Thinking About You" Text
If you're looking to make a man fall in love with you then this is a great text to
start out with.
Now, when I say start out I'm assuming that you've already met the man and have been
seeing him for at least a little while.
If you're looking to find out what kinds of texts to send a man to initially get his
attention and make him interested in you then check out my channel, because I do have other
videos that are better suited to that sort of scenario.
So, again, this kind of text (and the other ones I'm going to share with you in this
video) are intended for it you're already in a relationship with a man.
Now that that's established, let's get to the nitty-gritty of this kind of text message.
Simple put, the purpose of this type of text message is to do exactly as it's name implies:
to let your man know that you're thinking about him.
But, as simple as it sounds, the effect it will have on your guy will be profound!
Since it's so easy for us to get beat down by the to-do's of everyday life, and there's
no denying that even something as small as an unpleasant or demanding text message can
make you want to pull your hair out or crawl under a rock.
So then, if you can be the reason your man smiles when he looks at his phone, then slowly
but surely you're going to bound his heart to you.
To be the positive boost or ball or sunshine in his life, consider sending a text like
the following.
"Hey, I was driving to work this morning and I heard the Beatles' song that was playing
the first night we met.
It made me think of you."
Or, another example could be something like "You've been on my mind all morning, I
can't wait to see you later."
Yes, both of these are pretty simple, but Thinking Of Your text messages are a perfect
instance of when less is more.
That said, the next few texts I'm going to share with you are bit more complex.
2.
The "Drive Me Wild" Text
If you're looking to make a man fall in love with you it's important that you give
him what every man desires: sex.
Now that's not to say you have to send him nude or dirty pictures of yourself, or write
out the kama sutra for him, but rather it's about turning up the heat a bit to create
sexual tension between the two of you via text messaging.
The reason why "Drive Me Wild" texts are so important is because it creates a digital
fantasy world for you and your man to explore together.
It's a space to say the things that you might not be brave enough to voice out loud,
and the chance to tell him all the things that turn you on.
For example, let's say that you really love when he kisses a certain part of your body,
but anytime you even think about telling him you feel yourself blush or get awkward.
This is exactly the kind of stuff you can text him.
Just be sure that when you do, you make your message is as detailed and descriptive as
possible.
As I already mentioned, men are visual creatures so you're going to want to really paint
him a picture with your words.
Sending him "Your kisses drive me wild" is okayyyy, but a text like "I cannot wait
to feel your lips graze my body tonight.
You know the spots that turn me on."
THAT's the kind of message that is going to get him going.
Best of all, you don't even have to live out the fantasies you describe here, but that
said, just be careful not to explicitly agree to do anything that you have no intention
of doing.
If you do then he'll think that you're just all talk… or in this case, all text,
which as you can imagine, is a bit of a turn off.
3.
The "I Love Your…"
Text
Now, this kind of text message can be as PG or R rated as you like, it's completely
up to you.
And yes, I will give you examples of both.
Before I do though, it's important to explain why these kind of messages make men fall head
over heels for the women sending them.
Here's the thing; so many men feel like they don't get enough compliments from their
women.
Now, as much as this is yes, our fault, don't beat yourself up too much about it.
After all, society's designed this sort of perspective where women are the ones who
long and look for compliments, not men.
But, that is far from true.
By taking the time to recognize something about your man, be it his physical self, emotional
being, spiritual beliefs, or even his personality in general, it will make him fall in love
with you.
That said, you'll want to avoid texting the obvious here.
I mean, if your man has stunning blue eyes then chances are he's heard it all his life
so reading those same words from you isn't going to send him over the moon.
Though if you spiced it up and said something like, "I love staring into your sapphire
eyes.
They make me feel as deep as the ocean blue when I'm standing next to you," well those
descriptive words are a huge improvement.
Again though, try to choose something about your guy that he isn't used to hearing.
For example, let's say he has a fiery passion for social justice, you could say something
like, "You carry yourself with such conviction.
Just being around makes me a better person."
Or, again, if you want to stay physical then blast off a "You are so breathtakingly handsome,
and that's the least interesting thing about you " Or "I love the dip in your hip.
Running my fingers along it gets me hot and bothered."
I cannot stress enough that detail is key here, because while it's one thing to tell
a man he's good looking, telling him specifically what makes him so attractive will stroke his
ego and get his heart racing.
And remember, guys like to feel like the warrior in a relationship, so keep his manhood in
mind when sending these messages.
The last thing you want to do is send him something that's going to make him feel
emasculated.

The "Recognition Reminder" Text
If there's one thing I talk about a lot in my Devotion System program, it's making
a man feel appreciated.
Without getting into too much detail here, it's this kind of recognition that keeps
him working to win you over — I mean, he's not going to put in a continuous effort with
you if you don't take the time to recognize the things he does for you.
Sure, we're all busy, and yes, it can be hard to find the time to properly show your
guy how much you love the things he does for you, but the good news is you can do this
in an extremely powerful and quick way.
You can text him.
So, what is a Recognition Reminder text message?
Well, it's a series of well-thought out words that you should send your man to let
him know that you do notice all the things he does for you.
Again, this is a message that you're going to want to make your own, so take some time
to really think about something amazing your man has done for you.
Of course you're going to want whatever you choose to be time-sensitive because texting
him about something that he did a year ago isn't going to be as moving as something
he did last night.
Sure, you can play on the past a bit, but if you're going to go this route, then be
sure to reference something more recent as well.
Here are some examples of Recognition Reminder text messages:
"I just wanted to thank you for all the things you for me.
Even though I might not always show it, you mean the world to me."
Or "I'm so lucky to have you in my life" Or "I know I can be stubborn sometimes,
but thank you for being so patient with me.
You make life so much sweeter."
Or "I love the way you love me.
Thanks for being my number one fan."
Any combination of these will make your guy feel like he's struck gold.
5.
The "Memory Mover" Text
I intentionally saved this text message for last on my list for the simple reason that
it's unlike all other ones I've covered today.
Where the previous four types of messages focused moreso on your man, the Memory Mover
is about the two of you, as a couple.
So, how does it work.
Well, for starters you're going to recall a powerful memory you shared together.
Next, make a list of how it played out and include every single aspect of it.
If it helps, pretend you're a journalist reporting on a big story and fill in the who,
what, where, when, why and hows.
Leave no detail undescribed.
When reading this text message you guy should be able to see the memory flash before his
eyes like an old-time silent film.
This means that you're going to want to use vivid, descriptive language that will
let him easily imagine the memory you're reminiscing about, in a way that's so powerful
he'll feel like he's reliving it in your words.
Also do your best to recall the memory in a present tense, it gives him the chance to
really feel like he's reliving the moment.
To help you out, here's an example:
"Remember the first time you took me back to your house?
Sitting inches from each other on your couch, I struggle to keep my hands to myself.
When we finally crawl into your bed the sun is rising and you wrap your arms around me
and deeply kiss the back of my neck.
Your lips on my skin is electrifying and I can't control what happens next...."
Now, this example isn't one you can just plug in because, well, if you haven't shared
that moment together then he's going to think you meant to send the message to someone
else and that's going to be incredibly awkward.
So, while what I just said gives you a taste of the type of text to send, your's is going
to be totally different.
That said, to get you started some good intros could be:
"Remember that time…"
"Imagine we are back in…"
"The time we went to..."
You're setting the scene, so really spell it out for him and tell a story that will
show your fiery feelings of love, passion and desire.
Oh, and don't forget to use words like:
Feel, touch, taste, lick, quiver, shiver, graze, grope, run, smooth, gentle, sweet,
wet, stroke and any other adjectives or descriptive words that will really help bring your text
message to life.
Believe me, you'll be glad you did.

DJI Spark vs Mavic Pro Comparison and Buyer's Guide - Duration: 11:07.
hi and welcome back a lot of you guys asked me whether you should get the
spark or you should get the Mavic today I'm going to show you the core
differences of the two and I'm giving you advice which is the best suiting
for your needs oh and before we get into all the droning don't forget to check
out all my other content and go to my home page and check out all the written
articles I have there Atti-Bear.com and if you like my content don't forget
to subscribe to my channel so let's get to it first off let's talk about
dimension if you're traveling a lot you have to carry all the stuff around so
weight is one of the key components when it comes to considering which one of
those two you should get the controller of the Mavic is throwing 319 grams in the
ring the Mavic itself weighs around 759 grams that's a total of 1.079 grams
so if you carry around additional batteries which I guess you will it will
even get more heavy so consider that if you're going for the Mavic on the other
hand the spark is a pretty light weight compared to the map as I told you in the
unboxing the controller of the spark felt way lighter than the one from the
Mavic and I was right the controller of the spark only weighs 275 grams that's
about 45 grams less to carry around when it comes to the spark it only weighs 306
grams that's not even half of the Mavic so in total if you carry around the spark
with you you only come up to 582 grams that's almost nothing if it comes to
weight the spark definitely wins this challenge even with the additional
batteries of the spark it's way lighter than the mavic when it comes to
dimensions you also should consider the physical dimension of the drone the
Mavic reaches about 52 centimeters in diameter that's huge
the spark on the other hand only reaches 27 centimeters that's almost nothing
compared to the Mavic but if you Fold the Mavic the Mavic won't take as much
space as the spark does so this is something you have to consider if it
comes to packing space even if you consider the prop guards of the spark
it's still smaller than the Mavic unfolded so considering the dimensions
of the two drones the Mavic is definitely a drone that you want
to use outside or in wide open spaces with the spark on the other hand if you
use the prop guards you can use it indoors if you don't want a mad
blender on the floor of your living room you will definitely don't want to use
the Mavic indoors also to me the spark seems a bit more stable when it comes to
hovering the mavic always drifts a bit left to right so I guess it's more safe
to use spark indoors if you have to I'm not a big fan of using drones indoors
anymore because of this now let's talk about the brains of the drone sure the
spark has more smart features with the quick shots and everything but the spark
is focusing a completely different kind of user since the mavic is bigger than the
spark it also needs more object avoidance intelligent the spark does not
have that amount of Intelligent object avoidance like the Mavic does so if you
take a look at the menu of both drones you have both obstacle avoidance and it
can go backwards while it is tracking you what only the Mavic can do is the
obstacle avoidance in tap fly and an active track so that means if the Mavic
is tracking you actively while you're running around or driving around it will
automatically avoid any obstacles that are coming its way also the Mavic is
able to compare the ground it took off from and it will compare it to the one
it's going to land on so with this it will be more precise when it's returning
home the spark on the other hand is unfortunately missing those nifty
features out of experience if you use the return to home feature of the Mavic
the mavic almost hits the same spot where it took off also a key component when it
comes to deciding which one to go with is the picture quality since there is no
way to let both fly the same way points let's build something to make the
footage more comparable
with this contraption I am able to give you a side-by-side comparison of both
pictures and I'm also going to show you how the picture stabilization is
affecting the picture of both Drones because the Mavic here has a 3 axis
gimbal on the other hand the spark only has a 2 axis gimbal so when it comes to
movement both drones can stabilize this direction and also this direction but
what only the Mavic can do is to compensate for a sideways movement while
flying so let's see where we can see it in the footage this is the raw
unedited footage of both drones the Mavic was going with 4k and the spark with
full HD the exposure settings were set to auto and the picture style was set to
normal here is a good example on how the third axis is affecting the footage so
as I'm turning sideways on the Mavic's picture it looks like the picture moves
slower but actually this is how it stabilizes the picture if you compare
the 4k footage from the Mavic to the full HD footage from the spark you will
see that the full HD footage is surprisingly good the colors of the
spark are really good but the contrast is not as good as the one from the Mavic
so if I take a scene where I'm just walking forward you will notice that the
stabilization of the Mavic is way smoother than the one from the spark
this is caused by the third axis so now you've seen how the stabilization is
affecting the picture but another very important thing is resolution the core
difference of the two Drones is the footage quality and the resolution in it
when it comes to video the spark is doing 1980 x 1080 the Mavic on the other
hand is doing 4k that means 4096 x 2160 when we are
talking about pictures the spark is doing 1440 x 1080 so that means you
don't get a full HD resolution picture why they did it I don't know the Mavic
on the other hand is doing with a 16:9 format 3990 x 2242
a weird resolution but the picture quality is great you're also
able to do a 4:3 scale so then you end up with a 4000 x 3000
resolution so with all the tech stuff what does that mean to you so the
spark is your choice if you're not too much into tech and you don't want to get
in all the details and you don't want to fiddle around with all the camera
settings cuz with the spark you don't have too much camera settings in there
so basically you can snap some cool pictures and you can take some really
cool-looking videos with the spark but you won't get out that amount of quality
that you would get out of the Mavic so if you're not focused on resolution and
you don't want to edit your footage and post the Mavic is definitely a cool
drone for you and it's half the price of the Mavic also the spark is unbeatable
when it comes to packing light and since the spark is not focusing on too much
range you won't need that amount of intelligent obstacle avoidance that the
Mavic has with the Mavic you can go out up to 7.5
kilometers with the spark and the controller you can go up to 2.5
kilometers but on the other hand I wouldn't recommend that with the spark
because the battery time will definitely be an issue there and since you are
talking about flight time the estimated flight time with the spark is about 18
minutes while on the other hand with the Mavic to get up to 28 minutes and with
both drones this is under optimal circumstances so
if you had a lot of wind or you're going into sport mode you will definitely not
have that amount of flight time if you want to edit your footage in post the
Mavic will be definitely your choice because the mavic gives you a D-LOG so a flat
picture style and it also gives you raw pictures the spark does only give you
JPEG and that's it so no more options there and if you take a look at the
resolutions the picture quality on the Mavic will also be always better than on
the spark personally I think if DJI would have gone with a 4k resolution for
the spark it kind of could have killed the Mavic so I guess that's one of the
reasons why they decided to only go full HD when it comes to maneuverability
also spark is more agile than the Mavic you just have to considered the
dimensions of the spark compared to the Mavic so sure the Mavic can go faster it
can go up to 75 kilometres but the spark only has to brake for half of the weight

controls on both drones are really reactive so that means that you don't
have any input log or whatsoever at least none you would be aware about my
conclusion at the end if you want to pack light and you don't care too much
about resolutions the spark will be definitely your pick and you will have a
lot of fun with it if you're going to take a more serious approach you will
definitely will go for the Mavic because you'll have more options you can edit your
footage way better than on the spark and you have the raw material to go with
also you will have more flexibility when it comes to range and in creative

5 Texts To Make A Man Fall In Love With You - Duration: 14:42.When it comes to love, you probably have the same set of ideas in mind.
Flowers, candle lit dinners, holding hands and planning your happily ever after with
the man of your dreams.
Well that's all cute and charming, before you can share those experiences with a guy,
you need to make him fall in love with you… which is exactly what I'm going to teach
you today.
Hey ladies, Amy North here.
For those of you who don't know me I'm a relationship coach from the west coast of
Canada and author of The Devotion System, a program I've designed to help women around
the world find and lock down the love they want and deserve.

Either way though, sit tight because you're in for a real treat today!
What's that you ask?
Well, today I'm going to share with you the text messages you can send a man to make
him fall in love with you.
Now before you get all worked up or start panicking that this is a HUGE, seemingly impossible
challenge, don't.
Stay calm, and believe me, this isn't as hard as it seems.
Better yet, in this video I'm going to give you text messages that you can use yourself.
That means that all you have to do is listen to what I tell you here, and plug in these
messages into your phone.
That said, there are of course going to be situations or circumstances where these messages
will be adapting — I mean, you're not going to text a man about a trip to Cuba if
you've never left the country — but again, don't worry.
I'll give you the templates then all you'll have to do is personalize these messages.
Before I get ahead of myself though, I do have to mention that there are some super
important "rules" to keep in mind.
Now, I say rules because you should never do otherwise, but really they're just tips.
Let's use RULES as an acronym to help you remember these pointers though.
R - Re-read your message
Before you hit send on your phone it's important that you read the text message you've typed
up.
Check it for clarity, spelling and tone.
Read it at least five times; you'd be surprised how easy it is to overlook the simplest mistakes.
Besides, if you send him a powerful message that then has to be followed up with a spelling
correction or explanation, the original message you've sent is going to lose it's bite.
So don't sell yourself short, read your messages before sending.
U - Use visual language
Now, when it comes to text messaging men and women are quite different from one another
in terms of the types of messages they best respond to.
See, while us ladies like getting messages that are descriptive and evoke her feelings,
men on the other hand, are visual creatures that respond best to descriptive messages
that will let him easily imagine and feel the messages you're sending.
This means that you'll want to use visual language.
Let me give you an example.
Instead of texting him, "I really want to kiss you right now," you'd want to say
something like "I …."
See the difference between the two?
Take the time to add those details, they make all the difference.
L - Leave him wanting more
This one is pretty self explanatory so simply put, it just means don't over do it.
If you blow up your man's phone with pointless messages, then he isn't going to look forward
to hearing from you.
However, if you only send him well thought out, cleverly crafted messages, well those
are the ones that are going to keep him hanging off your every word….
Or text rather.
;)
E - Excite him (avoid boring messages)
I don't know about you ladies, but there are few things that bother me more than the
one or even two-word text message.
You know the ones I'm talking about.
"Hi" or "What's up?"
They make my skin crawl!
Maybe it's because they come across as lazy or give the impression that the sender is
bored and only texting for their own entertainment, or maybe it's because they don't make
me feel, well, anything really… asides from irritated.
Anyways, enough about my feelings, the point I'm making is that every message you send
your man should be exciting.
Now, I know this can be tough, especially if you have the kind of relationship where
you communicate daily through texts, and share those little mundane thoughts and updates,
but seriously, believe me when I say it's time to stop.
From here on out you want to make sure that every text message you send is captivating
and exciting!
I'll touch more on this later.
Now last but certainly not least, "S"...
S - Stay positive
Again, this one seems self-explanatory but it's definitely important enough to mention.
If you want to make a man fall in love with you by texting him, then the absolute last
thing you want to do is send him anything that's negative or depressing.
Sure, you'll have your not-so-great days, but even when those strike, keep your messages
pleasant.
While there's a time and place for opening up and letting your guy in on those vulnerable
thoughts and feelings, texting isn't it.
So, from now on, think of text messaging as your positive pocket sized device, and only
send messages that express feel good thoughts.
So, those are the RULES, and as I go through this video you'll want to keep those in
mind.

1.
The "Thinking About You" Text
If you're looking to make a man fall in love with you then this is a great text to
start out with.
Now, when I say start out I'm assuming that you've already met the man and have been
seeing him for at least a little while.
If you're looking to find out what kinds of texts to send a man to initially get his
attention and make him interested in you then check out my channel, because I do have other
videos that are better suited to that sort of scenario.
So, again, this kind of text (and the other ones I'm going to share with you in this
video) are intended for it you're already in a relationship with a man.
Now that that's established, let's get to the nitty-gritty of this kind of text message.
Simple put, the purpose of this type of text message is to do exactly as it's name implies:
to let your man know that you're thinking about him.
But, as simple as it sounds, the effect it will have on your guy will be profound!
Since it's so easy for us to get beat down by the to-do's of everyday life, and there's
no denying that even something as small as an unpleasant or demanding text message can
make you want to pull your hair out or crawl under a rock.
So then, if you can be the reason your man smiles when he looks at his phone, then slowly
but surely you're going to bound his heart to you.
To be the positive boost or ball or sunshine in his life, consider sending a text like
the following.
"Hey, I was driving to work this morning and I heard the Beatles' song that was playing
the first night we met.
It made me think of you."
Or, another example could be something like "You've been on my mind all morning, I
can't wait to see you later."
Yes, both of these are pretty simple, but Thinking Of Your text messages are a perfect
instance of when less is more.
That said, the next few texts I'm going to share with you are bit more complex.
2.
The "Drive Me Wild" Text
If you're looking to make a man fall in love with you it's important that you give
him what every man desires: sex.
Now that's not to say you have to send him nude or dirty pictures of yourself, or write
out the kama sutra for him, but rather it's about turning up the heat a bit to create
sexual tension between the two of you via text messaging.
The reason why "Drive Me Wild" texts are so important is because it creates a digital
fantasy world for you and your man to explore together.
It's a space to say the things that you might not be brave enough to voice out loud,
and the chance to tell him all the things that turn you on.
For example, let's say that you really love when he kisses a certain part of your body,
but anytime you even think about telling him you feel yourself blush or get awkward.
This is exactly the kind of stuff you can text him.
Just be sure that when you do, you make your message is as detailed and descriptive as
possible.
As I already mentioned, men are visual creatures so you're going to want to really paint
him a picture with your words.
Sending him "Your kisses drive me wild" is okayyyy, but a text like "I cannot wait
to feel your lips graze my body tonight.
You know the spots that turn me on."
THAT's the kind of message that is going to get him going.
Best of all, you don't even have to live out the fantasies you describe here, but that
said, just be careful not to explicitly agree to do anything that you have no intention
of doing.
If you do then he'll think that you're just all talk… or in this case, all text,
which as you can imagine, is a bit of a turn off.
3.
The "I Love Your…"
Text
Now, this kind of text message can be as PG or R rated as you like, it's completely
up to you.
And yes, I will give you examples of both.
Before I do though, it's important to explain why these kind of messages make men fall head
over heels for the women sending them.
Here's the thing; so many men feel like they don't get enough compliments from their
women.
Now, as much as this is yes, our fault, don't beat yourself up too much about it.
After all, society's designed this sort of perspective where women are the ones who
long and look for compliments, not men.
But, that is far from true.
By taking the time to recognize something about your man, be it his physical self, emotional
being, spiritual beliefs, or even his personality in general, it will make him fall in love
with you.
That said, you'll want to avoid texting the obvious here.
I mean, if your man has stunning blue eyes then chances are he's heard it all his life
so reading those same words from you isn't going to send him over the moon.
Though if you spiced it up and said something like, "I love staring into your sapphire
eyes.
They make me feel as deep as the ocean blue when I'm standing next to you," well those
descriptive words are a huge improvement.
Again though, try to choose something about your guy that he isn't used to hearing.
For example, let's say he has a fiery passion for social justice, you could say something
like, "You carry yourself with such conviction.
Just being around makes me a better person."
Or, again, if you want to stay physical then blast off a "You are so breathtakingly handsome,
and that's the least interesting thing about you " Or "I love the dip in your hip.
Running my fingers along it gets me hot and bothered."
I cannot stress enough that detail is key here, because while it's one thing to tell
a man he's good looking, telling him specifically what makes him so attractive will stroke his
ego and get his heart racing.
And remember, guys like to feel like the warrior in a relationship, so keep his manhood in
mind when sending these messages.
The last thing you want to do is send him something that's going to make him feel
emasculated.

The "Recognition Reminder" Text
If there's one thing I talk about a lot in my Devotion System program, it's making
a man feel appreciated.
Without getting into too much detail here, it's this kind of recognition that keeps
him working to win you over — I mean, he's not going to put in a continuous effort with
you if you don't take the time to recognize the things he does for you.
Sure, we're all busy, and yes, it can be hard to find the time to properly show your
guy how much you love the things he does for you, but the good news is you can do this
in an extremely powerful and quick way.
You can text him.
So, what is a Recognition Reminder text message?
Well, it's a series of well-thought out words that you should send your man to let
him know that you do notice all the things he does for you.
Again, this is a message that you're going to want to make your own, so take some time
to really think about something amazing your man has done for you.
Of course you're going to want whatever you choose to be time-sensitive because texting
him about something that he did a year ago isn't going to be as moving as something
he did last night.
Sure, you can play on the past a bit, but if you're going to go this route, then be
sure to reference something more recent as well.
Here are some examples of Recognition Reminder text messages:
"I just wanted to thank you for all the things you for me.
Even though I might not always show it, you mean the world to me."
Or "I'm so lucky to have you in my life" Or "I know I can be stubborn sometimes,
but thank you for being so patient with me.
You make life so much sweeter."
Or "I love the way you love me.
Thanks for being my number one fan."
Any combination of these will make your guy feel like he's struck gold.
5.
The "Memory Mover" Text
I intentionally saved this text message for last on my list for the simple reason that
it's unlike all other ones I've covered today.
Where the previous four types of messages focused moreso on your man, the Memory Mover
is about the two of you, as a couple.
So, how does it work.
Well, for starters you're going to recall a powerful memory you shared together.
Next, make a list of how it played out and include every single aspect of it.
If it helps, pretend you're a journalist reporting on a big story and fill in the who,
what, where, when, why and hows.
Leave no detail undescribed.
When reading this text message you guy should be able to see the memory flash before his
eyes like an old-time silent film.
This means that you're going to want to use vivid, descriptive language that will
let him easily imagine the memory you're reminiscing about, in a way that's so powerful
he'll feel like he's reliving it in your words.
Also do your best to recall the memory in a present tense, it gives him the chance to
really feel like he's reliving the moment.
To help you out, here's an example:
"Remember the first time you took me back to your house?
Sitting inches from each other on your couch, I struggle to keep my hands to myself.
When we finally crawl into your bed the sun is rising and you wrap your arms around me
and deeply kiss the back of my neck.
Your lips on my skin is electrifying and I can't control what happens next...."
Now, this example isn't one you can just plug in because, well, if you haven't shared
that moment together then he's going to think you meant to send the message to someone
else and that's going to be incredibly awkward.
So, while what I just said gives you a taste of the type of text to send, your's is going
to be totally different.
That said, to get you started some good intros could be:
"Remember that time…"
"Imagine we are back in…"
"The time we went to..."
You're setting the scene, so really spell it out for him and tell a story that will
show your fiery feelings of love, passion and desire.
Oh, and don't forget to use words like:
Feel, touch, taste, lick, quiver, shiver, graze, grope, run, smooth, gentle, sweet,
wet, stroke and any other adjectives or descriptive words that will really help bring your text
message to life.
Believe me, you'll be glad you did.

they work so well because I've been breaking out horribly recently well okay
so like a few months

horrible. I was just breaking out so bad and it took. that was about two three
three four months ago and I'm still recovering right now so but here I'll
show you what they look like. It's great. it's just great so they're very sanitary
just comes in any sanitary package

sizes so you just pick one of these and you put it on your pimple and then the next
day it's like gone. Amazing. I love it. So these are my life savers. I ran out
like a few weeks ago so I've been breaking out more and more

we're gonna go get some food, because we're going to make dinner together, right?

'One English Tip in One Minute for
Spanish Speakers' where each week I talk
about, in some detail, one common English
mistake made by those who speak Spanish
as a mother tongue...and this is the 35th
video, so video number 35.
Yet again, I just wanted to say that
I appreciate the fact that you are
working to improve your English, and that
you speak two languages in the first
place. It is an impressive thing. You
shouldn't underestimate it even though
there are many English as a second
language learners in the world. It's
still very impressive. In these videos
I show you a slide, and on the slide
there are two sentences: One is the
correct way a native English speaker
would say it, the other is the wrong way
that a native Spanish speaker would say
it. Your task is to decide which one
is correct. Please do that now. Read
the sentences, listen to me read the
sentences, pause the video, think about
your answer and I will talk about the
answer in the slide that follows this slide.
How did it go? Did you get
this without any major problems? Were you
confident of your answer? If so, good for
you. It just means you don't have to
think about this very much. If you
got it wrong -- or you took a wild guess
and got it right, and you don't know why
you got it right -- well hopefully now you
know why you got it right. Still you
should study. To help you on that
learning path I've given you three
sentences to study from. Memorize
these sentences in their entirety, review
them -- really hardwire them into your
brain -- and put into practice what you've
learned through speaking or writing or
both. You'll make mistakes -- everyone
does -- but eventually if you keep this
process up, you'll get it. Then the bad
English will leave your head, and the
good English will come in.

It has been quite some time since I released my last video, but I am back with good news!
The day I recorded Ennio Morricones Love Theme, I had an idea...
I realised that I wanted to try to create something bigger, more meaningful and with more facettes.
My vision is to bring people together, that normally wouldn't have been in the same place -
people that wouldn't have gone to a concert, and many that probably would have never visited an art gallery.
Everyone is different, but still - in the pure sense we're the same..
The feeling of love is universal, everyone can understand the message of music and art.
Especially in these times I think we need more of this, more similarities and to search for them is the first step to get closer again.

In-depth Tutorial for Kugane Tower - FFXIV Stormblood [EXPLANATIONS IN CLOSED CAPTIONS] - Duration: 5:21.
Hello everyone, welcome to my guide on climbing Kugane tower!
If you've been in Kugane recently, you might have noticed a lot of people talking about climbing.
This is Kugane Tower, offically called "Kugane Hostelry" on the mini map and when entering the area.
I like to think of the tower as having three separate sections.
Each section is somewhat self-contained: in section one, if you fall, you will fall to the bottom.
In section two, if you fall you will probably be caught by some part of the tower and can keep climbing!
And in section three, it's all or nothing. If you fall here, you're more than likely starting back from the beginning.
Falling here isn't too bad, just run around to the porch and climb back in!
Although we haven't made it far yet, the roof acts as a sort of net, keeping you from falling too far.
These first few jumps are relatively simple.
Try to do short hops from one beam to another.
The corner can look intimidating, but just ignore it.
We want to angle diagonally here, or else our character's head will hit the roof and we will fall when we jump.
Now it's just a simple run to the right for our next section!
This part can be a little tricky. There are two ways to do this jump...
Risky...
(see how I almost went over the edge there?)
And safe!
(See how there was almost no chance to fall?)
From here, it's a simple hop up to the next roof!
Congratulations! You've made it to the second part of the tower!
From here until the third section, any missteps you make will likely land you no further down than here. :)
For most of these jumps so far, we've been doing hops (barely pressing jump and forward)
Now, we'll have to do a mixture.
This third jump is a normal long jump.
As is this one.
Make sure you're aiming for just left of the beam
Otherwise you'll collide with the roof and fall.
Back up so you're a bit off the beam, and...
Jump!
Channel your inner wall runner and hop, hop, hop!
Don't worry about visibility here. As long as you're running straight and jump, you can't miss. :)
This roof has invisible walls, so jump your way over like I do.
Line yourself up with the top part of the third row of shingles on the edge.
If you normal jump from here, you'll never miss. :)
Some more hopping...
And a normal jump, here!
Don't be afraid of falling off here.
You'll probably hit this roof, and you can repeat the steps over again until you're back on the beam!
Do a normal jump here
(Again, don't worry about falling. The corner piece will catch you!)
This looks scary, but come at it straight on. :)
Stand off the side, and hop forward!
Now aim for the corner piece...
This part can be confusing when you first reach this part of the tower.
If you look, this way, you can see the banner isn't a real object, and you can jump right through. :)
I normally keep my camera overhead, but angle it however helps you! :)
This is probably the trickiest jump in the tower.
We want to activate sprint, but also jump longer than a hop but shorter than a full run.
It is also very easy to overshoot, and is one of the few places in the second part where you can fall to the bottom if you aren't careful.
Line yourself up so you have a triangle between your character's right foot and the beam.
Then hit sprint, back up, run forward, and....
Whew!!! :)
Don't make the next jump without canceling sprint. You can click to deactivate it, or wait for it to run out (like me).
If you wait, look around! The view is gorgeous. :)
Okay! Just a few little hops before you get to the third section!
Congratulations!!! You've now made it to the third part of the tower!
This is the do or die part, as any misstep here will likely send you tumbling down to the bottom.
But if you do fall, don't worry! You've made it here once, and you can do it again! :)
I like to line myself up so I'm right next to the corner of this pole.
Take your time, this is the third jump from the end! There's no rush!
When you feel like you're lined up, take a step back, and do a full running jump!
Only two jumps left! Like before, don't worry about this being diagonal. Just jump straight on. :)
Alright, now comes the trickiest jump in the whole tower!
Notice how my camera is moving in? That means if I jump there, I'll hit my head on the roof and fall all the way down.
Back up a tiny bit and keep jumping until your character clears the roof.
Now, back off of the beam until your character is off completely.
Get ready to do a full running jump!
Congratulations!!!!! You've beaten Kugane Tower! :D
Just in time for the sunset, too!
If you haven't climbed to the top before, there will be a vista in the center on the very top.
Right about here. :)
Get ready for one final jump...
And enjoy the view!! Don't forget to take lots of screenshots!
