first, put a support

for 5 minutes

After let the solution dry,

and I start cleaning the entire shoe,

Beetroot Foogath/Poriyal II चुकंदर फुगाथ/पोरियल II Beetroot Recipe By Chef Garima Gupta II - Duration: 3:53.

Hello

You have seen Beans Foogath & Cabbage Foogath recipe on GG's platter.

Today we've brought an another foogath recipe for you and i.e Beetroot Foogath

Which is also known as Beetroot Poriyal

Method of preparation is absolutely same like the previous one.

So, if you remember that well and good else today we'll tell you here to how to make this recipe.

Take little bit of oil and let it heat up.

Till the time oil heat up, let me tell you we have taken beetroot and boiled it well

We have cooked it for about 3-4 whistles or around 10 mins in pressure cooker.

Once its down, peeled it and then chop into fine pieces

This is a veggie and a side dish which can be served along with chapati

This can also be served with any lentil-rice or sambhar-rice .

Oil is heat up

Adding little bit of mustard seeds in it

Once the mustard seeds crackles, we'll add curry leaves in it

And green chillies

Let it crackle

Now we'll add boiled and chopped beetroot in it

Beetroot has a speciality, when it gets boiled it becomes more sweet

As soon its heat up we'll add little bit of salt in it

Little bit of red chilli powder

Little bit of coriander powder

Mix it well as in beetroot is boiled so it doesn't require to cook much.

Once its heated up, once all the spices are mixed together

The dish is done but we'll add the grated coconut in it

Once again that is the major ingredients, in any foogath or poriyal the tempering & coconut is common.

We'll be making an another poriyal / foogath but for that you have to keep watching gg's platter

So now its done and we'll add grated coconut.

Mix it well, as in beetroot leaves colour so the grated coconut will also turn little bit of red.

But the coconut has its own flavour and now its ready to serve

It has spiciness of chillies and sweetness of beetroot

Salt is also there, so its a very tangy kind of vegetable

It is colourful too because of the greens of curry leaves and green chillies and little bit of white

i don't think it requires any other decoration but just for our satisfaction I'll just add 1 green chilly.

This is a pretty new song for me.

It was inspired by being in bed for a few weeks with the flu that was going around before.

In retrospect, I think you kind of have to be over 50 or 60 to write something like this.

I think there's enough people in here to appreciate this.

I'm scared what she might say

I know I must be dying 'cause I never felt this way.

I'm having trouble breathing I got shortness of breath.

I don't want to go to the doctor

to hear about my impending death!

I don't want to go to the doctor I got a pain here in my cheek

I know this must be cancer and my energy's real weak

My ankles and toes are burnin' the pain goes on and on

I don't want to go to the doctor

to hear my foots as good as gone!!

So I ran away and whistled that happy tune!

I did everything to look every way

Head in the sand, clouds and the moon

Ate a little cookie, drank a little beer took a little toke, told a little joke

I knew it was all gonna be okay if I just avoid the plow

when suddenly in my dome Ram Dass was home saying "Be Here Now"

I don't wanna go to the doctor, so I ran to the IRS.

I told them "I am dying and I just have to confess"

I paid all my back taxes and those phony deductions as well

I don't want to create any bad karma here I don't wanna live in hell

And I ran away and whistled that happy tune

I did everything to look every way

head in the sand, clouds and the moon

Ate another cookie, drank another beer took another toke, told another joke

I knew it was all gonna be okay if I just avoid the plow

Still in my dome Ram Dass was home shouting "Be Here Now"!!

Well --

they dragged me to the doctor with a hood over my head

I told her "this must be voodoo that's keeping me in bed"

She said --

"we read the pulse of your meridians, we tested you for dope

we checked your blood tested your stool

tested your urine even called up your school

checked your chakras analyzed your hair

looked at your iris to see what was there

tested you for AIDS tested you for cancer

looked inside out, everywhere for the answer"

Good afternoon.

Rain will fall on-and-off throughout the day while clouds will remain, easing the heat

wave.

Seoul, Daejeon and Gwangju will get up to 28 degrees Celsius.

Daegu will hit 27 degrees.

We won't experience a severe heat wave this week but we will see frequent sporadic rain.

As the nation will see frequent rain during monsoon season, it can be a challenge to keep

your clothes clean and fresh.

Many recommend adding white vinegar to your wash load to remove moldy patches and musty

smells.

With that in mind, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the

world.

While a mix of clouds and rain is expected for most regions in South Korea, many regions

in North Korea will also see rainfall along with thunder and lightning.

As for major cities in Asia, sunny skies are expected in Beijing while Tokyo will be rainy.

Meanwhile, those in Wellington will need a jacket and rain gear before heading out.

Heading to North America, Vancouver and Montreal will have similar weather conditions under

a good amount of sunshine.

As for South America, Bogota and Santiago will be rainy all day with highs of 18 and

11 degrees.

Taking you to Europe, Madrid and Rome will be sunny with scorching highs.

Lastly to Africa, Addis Ababa will have unstable weather conditions along with a cool high

of 23 degrees.

Homemade tarragon lemonade (vegan) - Duration: 1:19.

Tarragon lemonade

Tarragon, sugar, lemon

Separate leaves from stems, grind the leaves

Chop the leaves coarsely

Lemon zest

Lemon juice

Sugar

Water

Boil until sugar dissolves

Leave to infuse for a couple of hours

Strain

Dilute with water (still or sparkling)

Another round of confirmation hearings for President Moon Jae-in's picks for top government

posts kick off today at the National Assembly.

An assembly committee is hold a hearing for Han Seung-hee,... who has been tapped to head

the National Tax Service.

The afternoon session of hearing will get underway at 2PM,... where rival parties are

expected to continue throwing a range of questions to check whether he is fit for the job.

Five more ministerial picks will be in the hot seat over the course of the week.

This comes after rival parties agreed to get the confirmation hearings going,... after

an impasse last week,... over the government's multi-billion dollar extra budget bill...

aimed at creating more jobs.

The ruling Democratic Party of Korea wants to start deliberating the bill for swift passage,...

but opposition parties say it doesn't meet legal requirements.

Korea's finance minister met with opposition parties this morning... in a bid to try and

persuade them,... stressing the need for the budget at this current time.

First cargo of U.S. shale gas to arrive next month: KOGAS - Duration: 0:39.

The first shipment of U.S. shale gas is expected to arrive in Korea's southern port of Tongyeong

next month... a move aimed at diversifying Korea's gas imports, which currently come

mainly from the Middle East.

The state-run Korea Gas Corporation says the country will be importing more than two-point-eight-million

tons of gas annually for nearly 20 years until 2036... following a 2012 deal struck with

a U.S.-based energy firm.

Korea can also sell any leftover U.S. gas to a third country, something that they aren't

able to do with gas imports from the Middle East.

Speakers from 25 Eurasian countries' parliaments meeting in Seoul - Duration: 0:43.

Parliamentary leaders from 25 Asian and European countries are gathered in Seoul for a three-day

conference.

At the annual meeting of Speakers of Eurasian Countries' Parliaments,… representatives

are set to discuss ways to boost economic, cultural and environmental cooperation.

And the participants are also expected to adopt a joint declaration on working together

for shared prosperity across the Eurasian continent.

National Assembly Speaker Chung Sye-kyun had previously invited members from North Korea,…

but officials say such efforts didn't work out.

Visiting participants will also sit down with President Moon for lunch on Tuesday, and take

a tour of the Demilitarized Zone the following day.
