Compartir CARACAS.- Varios grupos de venezolanos bloquearon hoy calles y avenidas de Caracas en protesta por las recurrentes fallas en el suministro de agua y por la crisis del transporte público que afecta al país, al tiempo que advirtieron con nuevas manifestaciones si no se restablecen con prontitud estos servicios

Vecinos de la comunidad La Candelaria y San Bernardino, en el oeste de la capital venezolana, denunciaron que en algunos sectores de estas zonas el agua no llega desde hace dos meses y cerraron por tres horas vías del centro de la capital venezolana, sede de los poderes públicos

"Nosotros exigimos el restablecimiento del agua o si no vamos a seguir protestando", dijo a Efe el líder vecinal Carlos Julio Rojas

Rojas señaló que un representante de la estatal Hidrológica de la Región Capital (Hidrocapital, adscrita al recién creado Ministerio de Atención de las Aguas) se reunió con los manifestantes y "solo ofreció excusas"

"No es posible que ministros se bañen en piscinas y estén disfrutando mientras que los ciudadanos no tenemos ni un poquito de agua para cocinar, no somos camellos, queremos agua", añadió

En tanto que en Baruta (este) otro grupo de ciudadanos cortó calles y esparció obstáculos en la vía para exigir un suministro regular de agua y un mejor servicio de transporte público

Hidrocapital informó el domingo que "tras la ejecución de labores correctivas" el servicio de agua potable en Baruta y el municipio Libertador de Caracas se normalizaría de forma "progresiva" de acuerdo con el "plan de abastecimiento" en marcha

Además de estas protestas, los caraqueños demandaron este lunes un mejor y más económico servicio de transporte público

En Chacaito (este) cortaron calles por el aumento del pasaje urbano, que se ubica entre 15 mily 20 mil bolívares

Estas protestas se suman a las que han venido desarrollando desde la semana pasada los gremios de enfermeros y docentes universitarios del país, quienes reclaman mejoras salariales y de condiciones de trabajo

Venezuela, el país con las mayores reservas de petróleo en el planeta, padece una severa crisis económica que se traduce en escasez de casi todo e hiperinflación, lo que hace aún más difícil el acceso a la cada vez menor oferta de productos

El mes pasado un gremio de transportistas de Caracas, el Comando Intergremial de Transporte, dijo a Efe que al menos el 90 % de las 300 mil unidades que cubrían las diversas rutas del país están en "paro técnico" debido a los elevados costos de algunos repuestos y a la falta de otros

El Gobierno venezolano respondió con la creación de varias líneas de transporte y el uso de camiones de carga para movilizar pasajeros, que en el país se conocen como "perreras"

In this video we shall see the technique for short rows, known as "Wrap and Turn"

W & T is the symbol used for Wrap and Turn

This round bag is made by Short rows technique, we have seen this in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldKfINB1nQ4

If we use simple short rows technique in Stockinette stitch then there will be small holes, from where we turn the work.

But instead if we use wrap and turn method then the work looks smooth and there is no hole at all.

W&T this technique is mostly used in hand gloves or in socks.

There are two steps for this W&T technique.

1. Wrap the next stitch by the yarn from where we have to turn our work

The wrapped yarn appears just as horizontal st so in order to hide it,

2. To pick up the wrap yarn and work K2tog in order to hide the wrapped yarn.

For sample there are 15 sts. Suppose we have to turn after 4 sts.

That is for short row of 4 sts. Knit 4 sts, then ....

W&T can be done on both RS and WS. Here we shall see only on RS.

Take the yarn forward and slip next stitch.

Now take the yarn on back side and again take the slipped st on left needle.

That is yarn is wrapped around the fifth st. Now turn the work.

Work those 4 sts as purl (Because it is Stockinette st)

Thus we work short row by W&T technique.

But look that this wrapped stitch is appearing on RS, which we want to hide.

For hiding that wrapped yarn we have to knit previous stitches, then

Pick up the wrapped stitch on right needle and put it on the left needle.

Now insert right needle as if to knit K2tog from back stitch and work K2tog

See: Thus we hide the wrapped stitch.

See once again how to W&T after 4 more sts.

See hoe smooth it looks! No where is hole.

تثار العديد من التساؤلات حول تصريحات وزير الخارجية في الحكومة اليمنية الشرعية، خالد اليماني، من محاولة إحياء مبادرة "كيري"، التي تنص على نزع صلاحيات الرئيس عبدربه منصور هادي، وأسباب عودة الحديث عن الخطة، التي وصفها بـ"المدفونة"، إلى الواجهة من جديد

وكان الوزير اليماني حذر من إعادة إحياء مبادرة وزير الخارجية الأمريكي الأسبق، جون كيري، التي وصفها بـ"المدفونة"، وذلك استباقا لتحركات أممية في ملف المحادثات اليمنية

اللافت في الأمر، أن تصريحات وزير خارجية اليمن، السبت، أعقبها في اليوم التالي، الأحد، إعلان وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية الإماراتي، أنور قرقاش، عن وقف حملة بلاده على مدينة الحديدة مؤقتا، لإتاحة الوقت الكافي للمبعوث الأممي "مارتن غريفيث"؛ للوصول إلى انسحاب غير مشروط للحوثيين من المدينة والميناء

وهذا ما يقود للتساؤل أيضا عن سر تزامن تحذير اليماني مع إعلان قرقاش، وعن علاقة "أبوظبي" بمبادرة "كيري"، التي أطلقها في تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 2016 من أراضيها، وحظيت بتأييدها

خطة كيري قائمة من جهته، قال الكاتب والمحلل السياسي اليمني، عبد الرقيب الهدياني، إن الأمم المتحدة ظهرت في الحديدة بشكل واضح وجلي بأنها تدعم سلطة الحوثي، وبشكل سافر

حسب قوله. وأضاف في حديث لـ"عربي21" أن معركة الحديدة ستتكرر في صنعاء؛ ولذلك سارعت المنظمة الدولية إلى الضغط القوي، وإدراج التحالف الذي تقوده السعودية في "القائمة السوداء"، الذي كان بمثابة هراوة أو عصا غليظة في وجهه، وكذا الشرعية، في آن واحد

ووفقا للهدياني، فإن المقترحات التي تجري الآن طرحها تعيد "إحياء خطة كيري"، و"ابقاء الحوثي كجزء من المعادلة"، مشيرا إلى أن تحركات المبعوث الدولي تصب في هذا الاتجاه، وخطة وزير خارجية أمريكا الأسبق، ما زالت الوصفة القائمة حتى اللحظة، والمتاحة أمام المجتمع الدولي"

ولفت إلى أن الحكومة اليمنية استشعرت ملامح التحركات؛ لذلك حاول هادي التقارب مع الإمارات، والمسارعة بالعودة إلى عدن، ودعوته المسؤولين التابعين له للعودة إلى مدينة مأرب (شمال شرق)، وإلى عدن، المدينة التي يقيم فيها

وهذا النشاط من قبل حكومة هادي هو محاولة لتدارك الأمر، والصمود في المناطق المحررة؛ للتأكيد على شرعيتها

بحسب السياسي الهدياني. وفيما يخص إعلان قرقاش توقيف المعارك في الساحل الغربي والحديدة، قال الكاتب الهدياني: "أن يأتي الإعلان من هناك (أبوظبي) يعكس أن لا جديد في علاقتها مع الحكومة الشرعية، بل تكشف عن حقيقة وجهة النظر الإماراتية بأن هادي لم يعد محل إجماع، ولا بد من البحث عن صيغة أخرى"

ولذلك عملت "أبوظبي" على تلميع بعض رموز النظام السابق، كطارق صالح، الذي ظهر بالأمس يستعرض بقواته في المخا، وأنه يقاتل لاستعادة الجمهورية، وسبق ذلك صناعة سلطات موازية للحكومة في المناطق المحررة؛ لإعاقتها

حسبما ذكره الهدياني. تنفيذ عملي لخطة كيري من جانبه، يرى الكاتب والصحفي اليمني، محمد اللطيفي، أن تصريحات وزير الخارجية اليمني تأتي في سياق أن الشرعية تدرك مرامي الإمارات، وتحذر من استثمار التوافق الأخير معها، لتمرير خطط سبق أن رفضت

وقال في حديث لـ"عربي21" إن إعلان قرقاش محاولة لإبراز أن معركة الحديدة تحت عهدة الإمارات، وأن قرار حسم أو وقف العمليات القتالية فيها مرهون بموافقة بلاده من عدمه

ووفقا للطيفي، فإن التوقيف المؤقت للمعارك في الحديدة من قبل "أبوظبي" يؤكد أن الحديدة هي من ضمن أوراقها في فرض أطماعها في اليمن، وهي أطماع مصدر خلاف مع الشرعية

وأكد أن هناك تباينا واضحا في التصريحات بين أبوظبي والشرعية فيما يخص الحديدة يكشف أن التفاهمات الأخيرة، بين هادي ومحمد بن زايد، أشبه بهدنة مؤقتة حصلت بموجبها الإمارات على غطاء شرعي لعملياتها في الحديدة، وأعطيت للشرعية سماحا للعودة لعدن

ويمكن القول إن تحكّم الإمارات بالملف العسكري للحديدة هو نتيجة طبيعية لتحكمها بملف الموانئ والمناطق المحررة، وهذا يأتي بالطبع ضمن غطاء سعودي وتفاهمات أمريكية

وأوضح الصحفي اليمني أن الإمارات تريد إدارة عملية الحديدة ضمن شروط تحقق لها إخضاع الحوثي، وفي الوقت ذاته إضعاف الشرعية؛ لذا نلحظ تعمدها في الظهور بصورة أنها المتحكمة، وأن الشرعية لا حول لها ولا قوة

لافتا إلى أن هذا الموقف تنفيذ عملي لروح مبادرة كيري، التي تعمل على إفراغ الشرعية من قوتها، وجعل هادي بلا صلاحيات حقيقية، ولذلك فتصريحات وزير خارجية هادي تصب في هذا الاتجاه

وذكر اللطيفي أن التقارب الإماراتي مع الشرعية لم يكن رغبة حقيقية لطي صفحة الصراع مع هادي بقدر ما كان مكرا منها؛ لتمرير أجندة فشلت في تنفيذها دون غطاء الشرعية

وتنص مبادرة "كيري"، التي أعلنها أواخر العام 2016، على نقل الرئيس هادي صلاحياته إلى شخصية توافقية، وتشكيل حكومة وحدة وطنية يشارك فيها الحوثيون، وتسليم السلاح الذي بحوزتهم إلى طرف ثالث وصف بـ"المحايد"، قبلت بها جماعة الحوثي ورفضتها الحكومة الشرعية اليمنية

The documentary – for those unfamiliar with the story – follows the case of Kathleen Peterson, whose husband Michael was convicted of her murder and later freed after it became apparent there had been misleading evidence during his trial

He's not the only major player in the series – but where are all the other people – from Caitlin Atwater to Duane Deaver – who became caught up in the events of the case? Here's what happened to them all… Michael Peterson Author Michael Peterson was freed from prison in 2014 after originally being handed a life sentence for the murder of his wife Kathleen

Peterson was later advised to get a second trial using an Alford Plea. This is when someone pleads innocence, but maintains that the prosecution could find them guilty due to the evidence available

After the second hearing, he was released from prison, having served less than eight years. Nowadays he reportedly lives a quiet life in North Carolina, where he is said to be working on a new book

Caitlin Atwater Michael's stepdaughter was a key figure in the documentary, initially standing by her stepfather but switching her allegiance to become a witness for the prosecution

She later filed a wrongful death lawsuit against him following his conviction, and was awarded $25m in damages in 2008. Nowadays Caitlin – who is now Caitlin Clark after marrying Christopher Clark in 2012 – lives outside Durham where she grew up (having spent a few years living in London with her husband) and is a mother to twins

Duane Deaver State Bureau Of Investigations worker Duane Deaver was a key figure in the original trial, after saying that the blood patterns found in the case proved Kathleen had been beaten to death

This was called into question as he was fired from the Bureau for alleged reporting of false evidence in trials. Deaver argued against his firing and was later awarded back pay when the State Human Resources Commission determined he had been wrongly terminated – however a judge upheld the decision to fire him

Since then Deaver has remained out of the public eye, with his name only once again coming to the fore with the release of The Staircase on Netflix

David Rudolf David Rudolf was Peterson's lawyer in his trial, and returned when he entered the Alford Plea in his second

He is still a practising lawyer with his company Rudolf Widenhouse Law Firm, which is based in North Carolina. Margaret and Martha Ratliff Margaret and Martha, Michael's two adopted daughters, both feature in the documentary series revealing the impact the case had on their lives

Margaret. now 36, is married (and is now Margaret Blakemore), and reportedly lives in California with her husband. Martha, who is now 35, began suffering panic attacks as a result of the case and its effect on her

She attended university in San Francisco and now lives in Colorado. Todd and Clayton Peterson Clayton and Todd, Michael's two sons, both feature fairly prominently in the series – with Clayton taking his son to visit Michael in prison and Todd protesting his father's innocence

Costretti a diventare indipendenti: per dieci anni ci siamo prodotti, solo fortunati nell' individuare un bravo distributore; da lì è partito un tour infinito, e nonostante ce lo sconsigliassero: "Vi inflazionate"

Ma un cavolo! Nessuno ha mai avuto una tessera di partito, però quella è la nostra storia, ci abbiamo creduto, le feste dell' Unità ci chiamavano e andavamo

A Roma nel 1983, l' anno precedente la sua morte. Ci fermò prima di salire sul palco e con dei modi quasi timidi: "Le nostre figlie sono vostre fan, mi potete lasciare un autografo per Bianca?"

Berlinguer era un colosso, anche se piccolo di statura aveva un' aura impressionante, incuteva un rispetto particolare, non timore, direi ammirazione

E poi quella fu l' occasione in cui Benigni lo prese in braccio. Pezzo dimenticato per anni e anni, il pubblico non lo chiedeva, e noi avevamo smesso di cantarlo, fino a quando l' ha riscoperto Fiorello con il Karaoke: grazie a lui è di nuovo esploso

Luciano un giorno arriva, mi porta una cassetta per proporci i suoi pezzi. Torna il giorno dopo, lo ringrazio, "ma sono canzoni perfette per te, le devi cantare tu"

È andata bene così. Veniva ai concerti accompagnato dal padre; piano piano ci siamo conosciuti, quando ha deciso di diventare musicista l' ho mandato dai responsabili della mia casa discografica spacciandolo per un cugino

Ma non aveva le forze, la voce non era la sua e dal pubblico partirono fischi, proteste, urla

Augusto mortificato. Qualche giorno dopo ne avevamo un altro, ma prima di salire sul palco gli venne una crisi epilettica e finì tutto

Nell' ultimo mese siamo stati sempre insieme, tutti gli amici più cari raccolti la sera intorno a lui per bere, parlare, magari canticchiare

Ci ha lasciato all' alba, ero appena andato via da casa, in bicicletta: quel giorno mi ha voluto risparmiare l' ultimo respiro
