Tips On Overcoming Sleep Problems During Pregnancy

As the body changes, a pregnant woman may suddenly find a handful of reasons she can't

get to sleep at night.

Try these tips for an uninterrupted night's sleep.

A common complaint among pregnant women, particularly those in their third trimester, is the inability

to fall (and stay) asleep at night.

Many factors are often to blame, making it difficult to know exactly how to address the

issue.

From growing size to frequent urination, there seems to be no break for a rest.

But some very basic techniques can help pregnant women get the sleep they need

Why Can't I Sleep?

As the body changes throughout the first and second trimesters, some women may notice changes

in their sleeping pattern.

Most, however, aren't too affected until they reach month seven or so.

As the body rapidly adapts to the growing baby, some issues may arise:

• Frequent urination can be a huge annoyance.

As the kidneys do double-duty to filter the increased blood volume (about 40% more than

normal), the body produces more urine.

At the same time, the baby's growth has increased pressure on the bladder, making

the time between bathroom trips very short.

Babies active at night may also increase the number of trips for some mothers.

• A rapid heartbeat is needed to pump that extra blood throughout the body, but some

women find it difficult to relax in these circumstances.

• Shortness of breath, due to pressure on the lungs and the release of certain hormones,

can make it a challenge to fall asleep at night.

As the fetus grows, the diaphragm will compress more and more, increasing the pressure on

the lungs.

Aches and pains are quite common, since a pregnant woman's center of balance shifts

and places extra pressure on new areas.

Leg cramps and lower back pain are a typical night-time complaint since the hormone relaxin

is working to stretch out and loosen the ligaments to prepare for delivery.

Injuries and strains become more likely later in pregnancy.

• Digestive problems, like heartburn and constipation, abound as the process of digestion

slows down.

Food backs up in the digestive tract, taking longer to break down, and the result is mom's

discomfort.

Get Comfortable Doctors recommend that pregnant women lay

on their side at night to allow proper blood flow throughout the body.

For stomach- and back-sleepers this might be difficult, but it's important.

Choosing a comfortable mattress and pillows is a must as they will help make a pregnant

woman more comfortable at night.

Use pillows under the belly, behind the back, and between the legs.

Try experimenting with different pillows (body pillows, wedges, etc.) and different positions.

Get Prepared When it's almost time to get to sleep, start

preparing the body for bedtime.

Take a relaxing bath, have a glass of warm mylk, or a night-time massage.

Putting the mind at ease can help make the transition to sleep easier.

For some, foods high in carbohydrates, like a snack of bread or crackers, will help with

sleep troubles.

And to limit bathroom trips, be sure to avoid drinking fluids too close to bedtime!

Get Healthy The right nutrition and exercise can go a

long way, especially during pregnancy.

Certain things should be avoided and added to optimize sleep:

• Adding calcium to the diet will help to curb those painful leg cramps.

• Protein-rich diets can ward off those unpleasant pregnancy nightmares.

• Skipping caffeine, or limiting it as much as possible, can have a dramatic effect.

Many pregnant women's bodies cannot break down caffeine, so it remains in the system

much longer than usual.

• Avoid foods that trigger heartburn.

• Get enough fibre to reduce constipation.

• Try yoga for relaxation, walks to keep joints limber and moderate activity to help

promote sleep.

Adding exercise every day might be the key to getting to bed at night.

Paying attention to the body, staying relaxed, and getting the right nutrition is essential

to quieting the mind and getting a good night's sleep during pregnancy.

Follow these tips and try to stay positive; only a few more months (or weeks) to go!

What's the A Spot? - Duration: 4:09.

I'm Dr. Lindsey Doe, a clinical sexologist and sex enthusiast. This episode of Sexplanations

[WHIP CRACKING, COUGH]

There are erogenous zones designated by the following letters: G, P, A, F, U, C, K.

G is the most well-known, on the anterior wall of the vagina. It stimulates the same

embryonic tissue as a prostate in people assigned male at birth.

P is the posterior fornix, the fleshy part behind the cervix.

A is the anterior fornix the flesh part in front of it.

F is for the frenulum where the foreskin of the penis was or is attached to the head.

U is just above the urethra between the urethra and the clitoris.

C refers to the cervix.

And K is at the top of the butt crack -- which is an external way to stimulate the prostate.

The two I want to focus on are G and A.

First, G, named after Dr. Ernst Grafenberg.

Doctors John Perry and Beverly Whipple who identified the tissue in the 1970s named it

after Grafenberg for his research on how the urethra relates to orgasm and the general

awesomeness of him inventing the IUD birth control method.

The g-spot is not noticeable in all bodies. Some think it's not anatomically different

than any of the tissue around it. There are people who think it's not real. And others

who swear by it.

I treat it like a constellation. A way to understand and locate celestial objects.

In terms of the g-spot that's the Skene's gland now referred to as the female prostate,

the front wall of the vagina, the urethra, blood vessels, nerve endings, muscles, and

parts of the internal clitoris.

The clitourethrovaginal complex.

Sensitive and often associated with expelling fluids.

By massaging the G-spot, you can stimulate the Skene's gland or "female" prostate,

Janet Jackson Remembers Late Father Joe Jackson and Thanks Fans for Support Amid 'Rough Week' - Duration: 5:19.

 Janet Jackson is thanking fans for their support after the death of her father, Joe Jackson

 The singer, 52, posted a video message to Instagram on Wednesday as she got ready to head back out on her State of the World Tour

Her message came days after her father was laid to rest in a private ceremony and funeral at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California

 "Hey you guys, it's been a pretty rough week," Janet said in the clip, referencing her father Joe — who died at the age of 89 from pancreatic cancer on June 27

 "But we're excited. I'm excited," Janet continued. "We cannot wait to see you

It's been way too long. I miss you guys way too much. I'm about to jump on this plane and start this tour

Like I said, I can't wait to see you. I love you, I'll see you soon."  "Thank u for all your love and support

Means so much to me during this time," she added in the post's caption.  On Tuesday, Janet shared an old photo of she and Joe, which she captioned with a purple heart

 While her post was loving, the mother/father duo had a complicated relationship throughout Joe's life

 The Jackson family patriarch was responsible for fostering the careers of Janet and her siblings (music superstars The Jackson 5 and Michael Jackson)

 But the late manager and father of 11 did so through tough love, which often left his children struggling to connect with him

 "He's very tough…" Janet told Piers Morgan during an intimate chat for his now-canceled CNN talk show in 2011

 "When my brother Randy and I came along, I think my parents got pretty tired," she explained

"Having nine kids and raising these children, my other brothers and sisters would say, 'You guys have it so easy

' My parents were a lot more lenient with us. I thought I had it very strict."  Janet felt the physical wrath of Joe only once

 "I was very young, I remember being younger than 8," she recalled. "I can't remember what it was that I did

I can't remember if I truly deserved it. … My father never touched me aside from that time

"  Despite everything, Janet understood the ways Joe helped her succeed.  "He has his issues, his things, and the way that he was brought up

He's set in his ways. I think he did the best that he could," Janet said. "I think he did a wonderful job with us, the outcome

But the way he went about it, I don't know if I agree with that. But we turned out okay

"  "My father means well," she continued. "I think he means well and wants nothing but the best for his kids

I just think the way he went about certain things wasn't the best way. But it got the job done

And that's because of maybe how he was raised, doing what he thought was best. Not knowing any better

"  And while Janet said she didn't speak to Joe much before his death, she did praise him in late June when she was honored at the 2018 Radio Disney Music Awards in Hollywood, California

 "My mother nourished me with the most extravagant love imaginable, my father — my incredible father – drove me to be the best that I can," Janet said while accepting the Impact Award

"My siblings set an incredibly high standard for artistic excellence… Sometimes, having an impact can be as simple as a smile, a handshake, or a hug

"  "It's beautiful, it's humbling to be recognized as someone that has had a positive impact, but if I have been fortunate enough to impact others it is only because I, myself, have been greatly impacted by positive people in my life," Janet added

 Janet's State of the World Tour resumes July 11 at the Austin360 Amphitheater in Austin, Texas

Jakmile však žena překročila práh policejní služebny, opět se jí zachtělo řídit. Taxíkem se tedy nechala odvézt ke svému autu a opět usedla za volant a vyrazila domů

 Do cíle však nedorazila. V Bučovicích ji opět zastavili policisté, a jelikož bylo jasné, že to s touto řidičkou po dobrém nepůjde, museli být přísnější

„Policisté již vozidlo nechali tvrdošíjné šoférce odtáhnout firmou na záchytné parkoviště," dodala Musilová. Žena je nyní podezřelá z ohrožení pod vlivem návykové látky

Democrats often seem to think they are above the law, which is exactly why so many of their

lawmakers end up in prison.

Now, yet another Democratic member of Congress has been led away in handcuffs.

Right Wing News reported that Rep. Pramila Jayapal, a Democratic Congresswoman from Seattle,

Washington, was arrested along with 575 others as she protested the president's "zero

tolerance" immigration policies yesterday on Capitol Hill.

She marched with the protesters from the Department of Justice to the Hart Senate Office building,

where they sat and chanted in an act of nonviolent civil disobedience.

Jayapal and the other protesters were unlawfully demonstrating inside the atrium of the Hart

Senate Office Building.

"I was just arrested with 500+ women and @WomensMarch to say @RealDonaldTrump's cruel

zero-tolerance policy will not continue.

Not in our country.

Not in our name.

June 30 we're putting ourselves in the street again," Jayapal posted on Twitter.

Democratic Sens. Ed Markey of Massachusetts, Mazie Hirono of Hawaii, Kirsten Gillibrand

of New York and Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut were also all at the protest, but they were

not arrested.

After she was released from jail, Jayapal said that the protest was about "drawing

attention to the tragic situation [of] children who are in cages, separated from their parents,

parents who are seeking asylum, who are in prison."

"I'm just so proud of these women who understand what a serious moment we're in

and what a cruel and inhumane and intolerable and unAmerican thing we are doing thanks to

the Trump administration," Jayapal continued

to be able to go to a restaurant, they are not going to be able to stop at a gas station,

they are not going to be able to shop in a department store," Waters said.

"The people are going to turn on them, they are gonna protest, they are gonna absolutely

harass them."

Despite the fact that she blatantly incited violence against half the country, Waters

is now trying to say that she is the victim after President Trump took aim at her on Twitter

on Monday, "even more individuals are leaving threatening messages and sending hostile mail

to my office."

"As the President has continued to lie and falsely claim that I encouraged people to

assault his supporters, while also offering a veiled threat that I should 'be careful',

even more individuals are leaving (threatening) messages and sending hostile mail to my office,"

Waters whined, according to Right Wing News.

"There was one very serious death threat made against me on Monday from an individual

in Texas which is why my planned speaking engagements in Texas and Alabama were cancelled

(sic) this weekend.

This is just one in several very serious threats the United States Capitol Police is investigating

in which individuals threatened to shoot, lynch, or cause me serious bodily harm."

There are erogenous zones designated by the following letters: G, P, A, F, U, C, K.

G is the most well-known, on the anterior wall of the vagina. It stimulates the same

embryonic tissue as a prostate in people assigned male at birth.

P is the posterior fornix, the fleshy part behind the cervix.

A is the anterior fornix the flesh part in front of it.

F is for the frenulum where the foreskin of the penis was or is attached to the head.

video, I'm going to give you some more tips some additional tips to reduce your

weight so let's check it out.

As you all know that carbohydrates is the primary source of our energy but if

you are eating long carbohydrates everyday and not working out then this

could be one of the main reasons you are gaining weight. There are basically two

types of carbohydrates simple and complex. Simple carbohydrates are bad for

you because they digest very quickly in your body because of low fiber content

and provide you instant energy. If that energy is not used in any physical

workout or exercise then it will be stored as fat on your body.

Your white rice, your sugar, whatever is made up of white flour your wheat white pasta, white

bread, noodles. All these are your simple carbohydrates so avoid these things

Go for complex carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates are good for you because

they digest very slowly in your body and release energy very slowly for a longer

period of time and they don't convert into fat very easily. Your brown rice,

quinoa, your oats then your leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes these all are

complex carbohydrates and they are very good for you. So if I have to lose weight

first thing I do I cut down my simple carbohydrates and I eat only complex

carbohydrates and that too in very limited amount. I don't eat more than 150

to 200 grams of carbohydrates every day that is roughly around 30 to 40% of my

total calories intake. If you are not working out I suggest don't eat more

than hundred grams of carbohydrates every day and then I'm sure you will

start seeing the results because this is the most effective way to lose weight

cut down your carbs increase your protein intake and then see the results

Sugar and salt both enhance the taste of our food but they are very harmful also.

According to American Heart Association, we should not eat more than 5 grams of

salt in a day but we eat way more than that.

As you all know that excess use of salt can cause high blood pressure but not

only that it increases your body weight as well because the more salt you eat

more water retention you have on your body. It means, when you weigh yourself on the

scale, you get more weight because of the extra water. So if you want to release

extra water from your body please cut down your sodium intake and take it in

the limited amount and don't add it on the top of the food because that is even

more harmful for your body. On the other side we have sugar. Sugar is even more

harmful because I call it or it is being called as empty calories because it

doesn't have any nutritious value it is just to give you an instant energy if

you use that instant energy in your exercise or any other physical world

then it's fine else it will be stored in your body as a fat. That's why you must

have seen in like all athletes they drink glucose before their game so that

they can perform or they can retain the energy during the game. So people if you

want to reduce your weight or if you want to cut down some fat from your body,

please avoid any kind of refined sugar and don't even try any sweetener because

the artificial ones those are even more harmful.

Water plays very important role when you talk about weight loss. According to the

National Academy of Medicine, we should drink at least three to four liters of

water in a day. Water helps us in reducing weight in many ways. First of

all it is 100% calorie free then it helps in increasing your metabolic rate.

It controls your appetite especially when you drink water before

your meal and finally it flushes out the excess water from your body.

What you can do is, you can keep one liter bottle with you and keep sipping in like next every

15 minutes and make sure that you finish at least four bottles by end of the day.

I know it will be kind of difficult in initially because you have to keep going

to your restroom again and again but believe me it is worth it. So drink more

water and cut down weight faster

There are a lot of people who say that we don't have time to go to the gym or

do any kind of physical exercise. I understand everyone has their own

priorities in life but that doesn't mean that we should completely forget about

our health. We should give equal importance to our health as well. For

some reason if you're not able to go to the gym or do any kind of physical

exercise then I suggest try to look for

workarounds in your daily routine. For example let's say your office is on 3rd

floor so don't take elevators go by stairs. If you have to get something from

the market place near to your house then don't go by any vehicle go by walk. If

you have a sitting job for 8 hours then I suggest after every 1 hour or 2

hours go for a walk for 5 minutes and come back or what you can do is you

can do some stretching exercise on your seat itself. These small things will burn

some extra calories and will help you in reducing weight.

In order to stay fit you have to sleep at least seven to eight hours in a day.

If you are sleeping less than that then this could be one of the reasons you are

gaining weight. Lack of sleep could increase stress hormone cortisol

in your body and because of that you start gaining weight. For sound sleep, I

suggest stop watching your cell phones before you sleep because that makes you

sleep deprived. So guys if you want to stay fit and lean, sleep at least eight

hours every day and that makes a big difference.

So if you want to see the

change start following these tips from today itself and one thing is very

important if you change nothing, nothing will change. That's all for this video

  There was a second round of the competition where the top ten salespeople were pitted against each other based on sales and told, "it's every salesman for themselves".

  Mr Howden denies they were being encourage to be more "aggressive" in selling, sating instead they were, "driven to be more productive." He admits productivity is selling more policies.

Right Wing News reported that Trump just blindsided Democrats by negotiating with Australia's

richest person to invest $2 Billion in the U.S. and creating 5,000 high-paying jobs.

In announcing his investment, Anthony Pratt credited Trump's business-friendly Tax Cuts

and Jobs Act of 2017.

"It's going to lead to a tsunami of investment in the United States," he said.

"We make corrugated boxes, everything that's manufactured goes in a box.

So we think we're a barometer of the economy."

Pratt, who is the executive chairman of Visy Industries and Pratt Industries in America,

has already built 70 factories in the U.S. and created more than 8,000 high-paying manufacturing

jobs since venturing into the American market 25 years ago.

"I'm here in the Midwest today celebrating the fact that beef and dairy exports are up

16%," Pratt added.

This comes after Trump hit back at Congresswoman Maxine Waters after she incited violence against

his supporters.

Tips On Overcoming Sleep Problems During Pregnancy

As the body changes, a pregnant woman may suddenly find a handful of reasons she can't

get to sleep at night.

Try these tips for an uninterrupted night's sleep.

A common complaint among pregnant women, particularly those in their third trimester, is the inability

to fall (and stay) asleep at night.

Many factors are often to blame, making it difficult to know exactly how to address the

issue.

From growing size to frequent urination, there seems to be no break for a rest.

But some very basic techniques can help pregnant women get the sleep they need

Why Can't I Sleep?

As the body changes throughout the first and second trimesters, some women may notice changes

in their sleeping pattern.

Most, however, aren't too affected until they reach month seven or so.

As the body rapidly adapts to the growing baby, some issues may arise:

• Frequent urination can be a huge annoyance.

As the kidneys do double-duty to filter the increased blood volume (about 40% more than

normal), the body produces more urine.

At the same time, the baby's growth has increased pressure on the bladder, making

the time between bathroom trips very short.

Babies active at night may also increase the number of trips for some mothers.

• A rapid heartbeat is needed to pump that extra blood throughout the body, but some

women find it difficult to relax in these circumstances.

• Shortness of breath, due to pressure on the lungs and the release of certain hormones,

can make it a challenge to fall asleep at night.

As the fetus grows, the diaphragm will compress more and more, increasing the pressure on

the lungs.

Aches and pains are quite common, since a pregnant woman's center of balance shifts

and places extra pressure on new areas.

Leg cramps and lower back pain are a typical night-time complaint since the hormone relaxin

is working to stretch out and loosen the ligaments to prepare for delivery.

Injuries and strains become more likely later in pregnancy.

• Digestive problems, like heartburn and constipation, abound as the process of digestion

slows down.

Food backs up in the digestive tract, taking longer to break down, and the result is mom's

discomfort.

Get Comfortable Doctors recommend that pregnant women lay

on their side at night to allow proper blood flow throughout the body.

For stomach- and back-sleepers this might be difficult, but it's important.

Choosing a comfortable mattress and pillows is a must as they will help make a pregnant

woman more comfortable at night.

Use pillows under the belly, behind the back, and between the legs.

Try experimenting with different pillows (body pillows, wedges, etc.) and different positions.

Get Prepared When it's almost time to get to sleep, start

preparing the body for bedtime.

Take a relaxing bath, have a glass of warm mylk, or a night-time massage.

Putting the mind at ease can help make the transition to sleep easier.

For some, foods high in carbohydrates, like a snack of bread or crackers, will help with

sleep troubles.

And to limit bathroom trips, be sure to avoid drinking fluids too close to bedtime!

Get Healthy The right nutrition and exercise can go a

long way, especially during pregnancy.

Certain things should be avoided and added to optimize sleep:

• Adding calcium to the diet will help to curb those painful leg cramps.

• Protein-rich diets can ward off those unpleasant pregnancy nightmares.

• Skipping caffeine, or limiting it as much as possible, can have a dramatic effect.

Many pregnant women's bodies cannot break down caffeine, so it remains in the system

much longer than usual.

• Avoid foods that trigger heartburn.

• Get enough fibre to reduce constipation.

• Try yoga for relaxation, walks to keep joints limber and moderate activity to help

promote sleep.

Adding exercise every day might be the key to getting to bed at night.

Paying attention to the body, staying relaxed, and getting the right nutrition is essential

to quieting the mind and getting a good night's sleep during pregnancy.

Follow these tips and try to stay positive; only a few more months (or weeks) to go!

Gilliam z Monty Python´s: Z Varů utekl za "Stouny" do Prahy! Proč chce být černá lesba? - Duration: 3:49.

 Ve Varech Gilliam uvedl svůj nový film Muž, který zabil Dona Quijota, jehož realizace mu zabrala dvě komplikované dekády života

Několikrát musel natáčení přerušovat, kulisy mu zničila živelná pohroma, původně vybrané herce musel přeobsazovat a když film konečně dokončil, strhla se právní bitva mezi jeho producenty o jeho vlastnictví

 Gilliam ale říká, že to už jde mimo něj, a on sám teď s filmem dělá kolečko po světě

Do Karlových Varů přijel v úterý z Mnichova, středu trávil v Karlových Varech a večer v Praze, kde chtěl stihnout koncert Rolling Stones

Z Prahy pak odlétá do Říma. V Česku ovšem není poprvé, na festivalu byl už v roce 2006, v Praze na Barrandově natáčel film Bratři Grimmové, má rád režiséra Karla Zemana a Dobrého vojáka Švejka

"Švejk hledá humor a absurditu v lidském životě, který je sám o sobě absurdní. Jen mašíruje a usmívá se u toho, to se mi na něm líbí," prozradil Gilliam, jehož doprovází portugalská herečka Joanna Ribeiro

 r!    Jak ona, tak Gilliam dokonce ovládají pár českých slov. "Děkuju a ahoj, to je nejhezčí české slovo," smála se Joanna

"Zná, jich i ví, ale ty tady nechci dodávat," culila se s tím, že se jedná o sprosťárny

"Pochytila je od vašeho prezidenta, který je šíří do světa," dloubl si do české hlavy státu jízlově humorista Gilliam

   Ten reagoval i na nedávná slova programového ředitele BBC, který se vyjádřil, že v dnešní době by satirický pořad Monty Pythonův Létající Cirkus, černý a jízlivý, nebyl realizovatelný

"Rozplakalo mě to a naštvalo. Dnes je uskupení šesti bílých, vzdělaných mužů dělajících humor, nepředstavitelné

Musíte mít jednoho odsud, jednoho odsud. Kravina. Už nechci být bílý muž, kter za všechno může

Raději budu černá lesbička. Říkejte mi Loretto," smál se hořce Gilliam, který ma kontě snímky jako Brazil, Lupiči času či Imaginárum doktora Parnasse
