J. Abrams, there's no sign of progress on the said project. With very little known about the Tarantino movie, many fans assumed that it would be set in a different timeline with a different cast and a different ship crew

But it's not the case, according to Zachary Quinto. The actor, who has portrayed Spock since Abrams' first "Star Trek" film in 2009, is under the impression that Tarantino's take on "Star Trek" will bring back the current cast and the so-called "Kelvin Timeline's" Enterprise Crew

Appearing on the "Happy Sad Confused" podcast, Quinto said of the upcoming project, "My assumption is that it is with us

That is how it has been presented." He added though, "You know, until deals are done and contracts are signed and schedules are cleared, nothing is set in stone, so anything can happen

" Quinto went on sharing when the project will move forward, "My understanding is Quentin had this idea and they were shaping it and forming it and he is off to do his Manson movie

And it would be after that, that we would go maybe do one with him. Which is pretty exciting, pretty cool

" The Kelvin Timeline crew was first introduced in 2009's "Star Trek" and includes actors like Chris Pine, Quinto and Zoe Saldana

Tarantino has said he's a big fan of "Star Trek" and would make a "Star Trek" movie rather than a "Star Wars" film

"You could take some of the classic 'Star Trek' episodes and easily expand them to 90 minutes or more and really do some amazing, amazing stuff," he once pitched his idea for his take on the franchise

Meanwhile, Paramount is also developing a fourth movie that will serve as a sequel to 2016's "Star Trek Beyond" with the same cast

S.J. Clarkson is currently attached as director for the project. Tarantino is currently filming "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood", which boasts an all-star cast including Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, Margot Robbie, Timothy Olyphant, Burt Reynolds, Al Pacino, and many others

The film revolves around DiCaprio's character who lives next door to Sharon Tate, who was slaughtered by cult leader Charles Manson's followers while pregnant with filmmaker Roman Polanski's child in 1969

Arsenal are interested in signing Mexico star Miguel Layún who could be available for as

little as £5m this summer, according to reports in Spain.

Layún, 30, has been one of the stand out performers during Mexico's World Cup campaign

in Russia with El Tri progressing to the last 16 stage, where they meet Brazil on Monday.

The versatile wing-back, who had a spell in England with Watford during the 2015-16 season,

spent the second half of last season on loan at Sevilla from Porto, a deal which included

the option to make the move permanent.

However, Marca report the Andalucian side have decided not to take up that option.

Sevilla had two deadlines to make the deal happen; 30 May for £3.5m and 30 June for

£5.3m, with the latter passing with no further developments on Saturday.

The Spanish publication adds Arsenal, Milan and Atletico Madrid are now keen to sign the

Mexico star.

While Layún stock has risen during Mexico's campaign in Russia, Porto's asking price

is likely to remain at around the £5.3m mark, according to reports in Portugal, with Alex

Telles firmly Sérgio Conceição's first choice option at left-back.

Arsenal have wasted little time bolstering their squad this summer ahead of Unai Emery's

first season in English football.

The club have already confirmed the arrivals of goalkeeper Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen

and former Juventus stalwart Stephan Lichtsteiner, with a deal for Borussia Dortmund defender

Sokratis Papastathopoulos expected be formally announced in the coming days.

The Gunners have also agreed a fee with Sampdoria for midfielder Lucas Torreira, currently enjoying

a splendid World Cup campaign with Uruguay in Russia.

All sorts of different yummy looking bentos itadakimasu

I will start off with their limited edition gapao rice

It comes with this unique lemon and nampla dressing

It looks like you put it on your salad

So we have this Thai fried rice fried egg Some lemon and the salad

I think you put the lemon on the thai rice

The minced meat is so spicy And is a perfect accompaniment for the rice

It's rather spicy And the lemon dressing that came with the salad is yummy

You can really taste the nampla in it

Next we have a cheese hamburg steak bento

It's covered in melted cheese

The cheese goes so perfectly with the hamburger

Next up we have katsu don

I dunno why but I but another katsu dish as well

I must'a been craving it a lot

katsu are so yummy aren't they

The pork Katsu go so nicely with a fluffy egg and The rice that has soaked up the sweet sauce

next we have a chicken kara-age bento

the kara age spice is especially yummy

the kara-age looks so yummy

The batter is so crispy And chicken Within has soaked up the soy sauce and garlic marinade

next up is a kara-age curry

It comes with this crazy hot spice

Let's first try it out without any of the spice

There's plenty of depth of flavor and its so yummy

I will now add all the spice

The spice looks so spicy

It does make it rather hot At first I felt as though the curry was sweet but

With the added space and makes it really hot its very... "curry-like" now

next is a ginger pork bento

It's toped with plenty of ginger

The meat has a nice mouth feel and you can really taste the ginger

It's also full of onion Which makes me so happy

next up is a yakiniku bento

It comes with some gochujang

The beef taste so good with the sauce

The gochujang sauce adds extra depth

last up is a chicken tartar bento with flavored soy sauce

add the grated daikon

and the sauce don't it look yummy

The batter is so crunchy and you can really taste the garlic and ginger flavor in the sauce

Last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita hotto motto's bentos were so very yummy

The limited edition thai rice was so spicy and was very yummy

All of these were very strongly flavored and made a perfect accompaniment for rice

Rapid on-site microorganisms monitoring in industrial and environmental waters | CYTO-WATER - Duration: 8:37.

Currently, the methods used in environmental laboratories to detect

Legionella and Escherichia coli in water are labour-intensive and

time-consuming since they are based on culture isolation. There is a significant

need to speed up the microbiology analysis. CYTO-WATER is an integrated

image cytometry platform for rapid microorganisms monitoring in industrial

and environmental waters. CYTO-WATER has been validated for detecting and

quantifying Legionella and E.coli within only 120 minutes,

but it can also be used to detect other microorganisms in other liquid sources.

The device can be installed at different facilities, such as cooling towers or

sanitary hot water systems. Likewise it can be used to analyze sea water

directly. CYTO-WATER works as an early alarm of biological contamination

minimizing the outbreak probability and reducing both the cost of transportation

and personnel costs. During three years, six European partners have worked

together in the CYTO-WATER project to develop and validate this innovative

device: Lavaqua, Cetaqua and ICFO (Institute of Photonic Sciences) from

Spain, Mem-teq, from the United Kingdom, the German microTEC and Bertin

Technologies from France. But how does the CYTO-WATER device work? The CYTO-WATER

system avoids sampling, transport and manual concentration in the

laboratory. The integration of four technologies in a single device enables

a completely autonomous on-site microorganisms monitoring. The automated

concentrator is capable of processing four water samples.

According to the type of sample to be analyzed, water inlet is completed

through either a pressure reduction valve or pumping from a non-pressurized

vessel. The concentrator is capable of concentrating bacteria from the initial

water sample into a final volume of 1mL. During the concentration

process, the sample goes through the CellTrap filters, manufactured by Mem-teq.

CellTrap filters are the key element of the concentrator module since they allow

water to pass across the membrane but retain microorganisms. Finally the

trapped microorganisms are eluted using a buffered solution. Then, the eluted

volume is automatically transferred to a microfluidic cartridge. The microfluidic

system, developed by microTEQ, is the connection between the functional system

modules. It is composed of four customized disposable cartridges with an

integrated dosing mechanism, where the concentrated sample is automatically

processed and prepared for the reading stage. After receiving the samples from

the concentrator, the labelling of target bacteria with fluorescent and magnetic

antibodies takes place automatically in the cartridges. Then, the stir bar inside

the chamber mixes the sample by means of a magnetic system. Once the sample is

mixed, supernatant is extracted through a specific channel, but labelled

microorganisms are kept inside the chamber due to the magnetic antibodies

coupled to them. After the supernatant extraction, an elution buffer and a

release buffer are added and the sample is mixed again. During this process,

microorganisms are detached from the magnetic antibodies. Finally, the processed

sample is transferred to the reading cartridge. In the last stage, the reader,

assembled by ICFO moves to fit with the reading cartridge Then,

it analyzes the sample through a newly designed cytometer

based on a high sensitive Multi-Pixel Photon Counter (also called MPPC), a

sensor that detects and counts the labelled microorganisms. Sample

concentration, labelling and reading processes are performed in around

120 minutes. Finally, the results are automatically processed and

sent to the end-user by email or to a mobile phone application. Within the CYTO-WATER

project, the system has been successfully validated. The individual

modules of the CYTO-WATER system where laboratory evaluated by LABAQUA using a

large number of samples from different sources, ensuring they met the market

defined specifications.

For Legionella detection and quantification, the device was validated

with deionized water, drinking water and cooling tower water samples. In the case

of E.coli, the system was validated with deionized water and sea water

samples. After the laboratory evaluation, the different modules were integrated by

ICFO into a single portable platform. The CYTO-WATER device is presented as

a thermostatic outdoor rack controlled by a global control system (GCS) and a

user interface (UI) with internet connection to remote operation and

monitoring. Finally Cetaqua evaluated the performance of the concentrator

directly with end-users to identify potential issues derived from the

installation,operation and maintenance under real conditions. Two demo sites were

selected for CYTO-WATER on-site validation. The first one was Hospital

de Terrassa (Consorci Sanitary de Terrassa), where the

validation consisted in analyzing water from the hot sanitary water network. In

this case, critical points from the hot sanitary network were monitored to

detect Legionella. The second demo site was Barcelona Zoo, which uses seawater as

sea animals' environment. In this demo site, CYTO-WATER analysis was focused

on detecting E.coli, the main indicator for bathing water

quality. So, what makes CYTO-WATER unique? Currently, there are few devices

in the market for in-situ or online analysis of specific pathogens. The main

advantage of CYTO-WATER is the use of a new cytometry technology based on

of-the-shelf components. It reduces the CAPEX compared with current available

technologies and improves the adaptation to fast and easy-to-carry-out in-situ

measurements with a low OPEX. Along with the automatic sampling and

the reduction of the detection time, the CYTO-WATER system can be adapted to

detect other pathogens. Hence, it can be used in different sectors, such as food

and beverage, by only modifying the specific markers. Regarding the Business

Plan, the integrated device will be sold to be directly implemented in different

facilities for microbiology quality control, working as an early warning

system for offense detection. Besides, the individual modules of the CYTO-WATER

device will also be available as standalone products for specific

applications: the automatic filtration device for

in-situ concentration and dilution of the sample, the microfluidic system for

automatic labeling of several samples at the same time, and the portable reader

for in-situ analysis. The CYTO-WATER project has produced an integrated

online cytometer that can be implemented directly at end-users'

facilities. The project has proved that the integration of four innovative

technologies allows for a relevant time reduction in microorganisms monitoring

in industrial and environmental waters, increasing decision-making capability.

The Dollar Milkshake Theory | Brent Johnson Expert View | Real Vision - Duration: 2:53.

We've seen a nice bounce in the dollar after losing 10% to 12% on the dollar over the last

12 to 18 months.

So I think it's a good time to discuss this.

I really think the dollar move higher is really just getting started.

Now, that doesn't mean that there's not going to be starts and stops, and in the short term,

it's probably due for somewhat of a pause or even a short pullback.

But one thing I want to get across to people is this move is only just getting started.

The dollar, in my opinion, is going to go much, much higher over the next year to two

years.

And so as I get into what the actual dollar milkshake theory is, it really comes down

to the fact that I think the whole world is really one trade right now.

And it's the trade on the dollar.

Everything wraps around the dollar.

I'm going to talk about gold after a while, but I think even gold-- all roads go through

the dollar.

So even though I'm very bullish gold long-term, that road also goes through the dollar.

And so at the end of the day, why I think the dollar is so important is because whether

you're talking about a company, whether you're talking about a family, or whether you're

talking about a country, everything comes down to cash flow.

Everything investing ultimately comes down to cash flow.

And if you don't have enough supply of cash, then you need flow of cash coming through

to keep operations going.

And I really think that's where the whole monetary system is right now.

And that's really the heart of the dollar milkshake theory.

And so I'm going to get into that as we go further into the conversation.

Now, one thing I want to make clear is this is not a story that ends well.

This is a story that ends very, very badly.

But I think the road to badly is much different than a lot of my peers think it is.

To get really into the theory, we all know that the central banks of the world injected

$20 trillion of new money into the global economy over the last 10 years.

And I kind of title this as this is the milkshake that all the different countries created.

They pushed down on their syringes, and they injected this tons of liquidity into the market--

euros, yen, pounds, yuan, dollars.

And they created this soup or this milkshake of all this liquidity out there.

But now, while the rest of the world is still pushing down on their syringes, the United

States has-- we've gotten this monetary policy divergence, where we're not using a syringe

anymore.

We're no longer injecting liquidity.

In fact, we've swapped out our syringe for a straw.

And so as we lift up on our interest rates, that sucks that liquidity to the US domestic

markets.

It sucks that liquidity up into our domestic markets.

And I think it's going to push asset prices higher.

In other words, we're going to drink the milkshake that the rest of the world is still mixing.

I will start off with their limited edition gapao rice

It looks like you put it on your salad

So we have this Thai fried rice fried egg Some lemon and the salad

I think you put the lemon on the thai rice

The minced meat is so spicy And is a perfect accompaniment for the rice

It's rather spicy And the lemon dressing that came with the salad is yummy

You can really taste the nampla in it

Next we have a cheese hamburg steak bento

It's covered in melted cheese

The cheese goes so perfectly with the hamburger

Next up we have katsu don

I dunno why but I but another katsu dish as well

I must'a been craving it a lot

katsu are so yummy aren't they

The pork Katsu go so nicely with a fluffy egg and The rice that has soaked up the sweet sauce

next we have a chicken kara-age bento

the kara age spice is especially yummy

It's toped with plenty of ginger

The meat has a nice mouth feel and you can really taste the ginger

It's also full of onion Which makes me so happy

It comes with some gochujang

The beef taste so good with the sauce

The gochujang sauce adds extra depth

last up is a chicken tartar bento with flavored soy sauce

add the grated daikon

and the sauce don't it look yummy

The batter is so crunchy and you can really taste the garlic and ginger flavor in the sauce

My Biggest Mistake As A Real Estate Investor - Duration: 3:25.

Hey, it's Joe Crump.

I get this question asked a lot.

"What is your biggest mistake?

What's the biggest mistake you've ever made as a real estate investor?"

I think that I can say without a doubt, the biggest mistake is borrowing money.

Using lenders.

The cost of borrowing money is very high.

With the closing costs, and the points and the fees and the interest rate every month,

you have to get properties that are so much under market value and you have to build in

so much equity.

And it also puts your name on the line.

You know, when I, back in the 80's, I started in '86.

And I got, in the first three years I bought, and I was building $17M worth of real estate

in California, in southern California, and in 1991 the values dropped by 30% and the

lenders, and these were all loaned, all mortgaged out, and they were mortgaged out to about,

you know, 20%, within 20% of their value.

So I had about 20% of equity in these properties.

And, but when the values dropped 30%, the mortgage companies came to me and said, "Well,

you need to put more money into these deals."

But I didn't have that capital.

I was leveraged out.

I didn't have that money to work with so I couldn't put that money in and they cut

my loans off.

And they took the properties back.

And I went bankrupt.

And I lost my business and everything that I owned.

I lost everything at that point.

And that was in 1991.

And after that, I wasn't in a position to borrow money and I didn't have any cash

so I had to learn how to do this without using money.

And that's what that next, you know, five or eight years was all about, building my

business back up, except, you know, figuring out how to do it with zero down.

Because I didn't have any other option.

You know, if you have an option to buy it with a loan, it's actually easier to buy

a property with a loan than it is to do it with zero down.

At least at the beginning.

Because all you have to do is go out and pick a property and say, "I want that property,

here's my signature, you know, here's my down payment.

Let's buy that property."

And the lenders will work with you because they're making a ton of money.

And if you don't know what you're doing, you're either going to lose money, you might

break even by doing a lot of work, or you might make a profit as well.

And sometimes you get lucky and make a profit.

I did that at the beginning and I made a profit.

I was in the right market, the right place, the right time, bought the right properties.

I was lucky at the beginning.

Not everybody is lucky.

But eventually, my luck turned and that's when everything crashed.

That's when the market dropped.

That's when I got hit with all that stuff.

And there's other things that can happen besides a market drop that can take you under

like that if you've got loans.

So, be very careful about taking loans and if there's any way that you can avoid it

all together, I would absolutely encourage you to do that.

And of course, if you use the techniques that I'm teaching, the zero down techniques that

I'm teaching, the zero down structures, you'll never have to borrow money.

And all the people that ask me that are usually people that haven't been through my course

yet and learned how to do it without money.

So, learn that process.

How To Get the Printer Code for HP Printers Without a Touchscreen Display - Duration: 1:38.

Get the printer code for an HP printer that does not have a touchscreen display by

printing a Web Services information sheet.

On the printer control panel,

press the Wireless and Information buttons at the same time to print a Network Configuration

page that contains your printer IP address.

On a computer or device connected to the same network as the printer, open a web browser.

Type the printer IP address, and then press Enter or select the Go icon or button.

If a message displays indicating that accessing the website might not be safe,

select the option to continue to the website.

Accessing the EWS, or Embedded Web Server, will not harm your computer.

From the EWS, select the Web Services tab.

Enable Web Services to print an information sheet containing your printer code.

If Web Services is already enabled but you don't have your printer code,

disable and then re-enable Web Services to print a new information sheet.

The printer code is valid for forty-eight hours from the time it prints.

If it has been longer than forty-eight hours, print a new information sheet.

With the printer code, log in to your HP Connected account and add your printer.

I'd encourage you to use the resources already available to you. Once you've set

yourself up on Google there's one further step to take and it's probably the most

unglamorous aspect of YouTube you will ever come across!

However, it's probably the most important part of YouTube that you'll need to

learn because it will help maintain your status as a worthy Youtuber and ensure

your online business avoids an inherent and often overlooked risk. This next step

is YouTube's Terms of Service. You can find the URL link [ https://www.youtube.com/t/terms ] at the bottom

underneath this video. It won't take you long to read the terms and to

familiarise yourself with things like:- 1. General rules and restrictions on

what's acceptable and what's not; 2. Copyright issues; and 3. Content

guidelines. Most of it is all common-sense stuff. However, from a

business perspective it's important to put in place measures that will minimise

your risk in the event that you do have your YouTube account shut down so please

bear the following in mind:- 1. YouTube is a platform that is policed by YouTube and

Google and is no different to any other social media platform in that

respect; 2. Accept that your account will be suspended on the odd occasion. This is

because they act on the basis of taking action first and then asking questions later.

In other words, you are deemed to be guilty until you prove your innocence;

3. Do not build your business wholly around the YouTube platform. What I mean

by this is twofold: (1) Do not rely on YouTube viewers to form the basis of

your prospect numbers. Share your great information with the other social media

platforms whilst directing them to your YouTube channel and videos with

strategically placed calls to action; and (2) Build an email list. Basically, YouTube

is a marketing tool so you want to get viewers watching short ie 90 seconds or

so videos on YouTube that you can then direct them to your website or landing

pages for them to get access to your value-added information that will help

provide a solution to whatever issue or problems they require help with. For

the viewer to access the downloadable information which could be an e-book or

a short online mini video series, the viewer is required to opt-in and leave

their email address. This now enables you to provide more great information

in the form of regular emails where from time to time

you can also suggest other products and services that can help solve their

problems. A great example of providing these regular emails is what is known as

an autoresponder and there's a link to the AWeber site in the description box

below this video. The important thing to grasp here is that your email list is

under your control. if you start to monetise it to the extent that it

generates a relevant income stream for you then your email list has a value to

it: the more money it generates the more valuable the asset i.e. the list, becomes.

So, in the event that YouTube or Google do decide, for whatever reason, that you've

breached their terms of service, irrespective of how absurd the reasons

for doing so are, your business can continue to operate profitably. Yes, it

can be a bloody nuisance, but that's the way of the world and you have to move on

and focus your efforts on your business and serving your clients. So, summing up

then, basically, set up your Google account so you can set up your YouTube channel

after you familiarised yourself with YouTube's terms of service. The two key

this video. And, to minimise risk of your online business being disrupted in any

way, start building an email list as soon as possible. That's it! I hope you found
