John: Well there is no cons, its all pros

Mia: So, what are the pros and cons ??

John: Well one thing definitely say if you meet the right one, -no I don't need it so close if you meet

John:if you meet right one,

John: age doesn't matter that is one sure a thing

John:So when I meet the right one I will tell you, joke!

Mia: C'mon you need to tell what's the pros and cons

John: Okay so age doesn't matter, that is one sure a thing

John: I think one of the first and foremost thing that I really notice so much was..

the loyalty and you know how well she wants to look

after me I don't know why what she does you know which is marvelous wonderful

but I can assure you she's not here for that she's here to be my wife my best

friend and enjoy life together and do things together and make memories mmm..you know

that's what it's for so really if you meet the right one there are definitely

no cons it's just pros because you know we have a wonderful relationship, ...okay we

have our little moments we might have slight differences but end of the day

everything always comes resolved very quickly with us and it's good so you

know all I would say is if you Filipino girls looking for it you know

A British guy or an older guy you know all I would say don't cling onto

the first one you find, you know ..make sure

he is 100% what you want and same for him as well, you know and

then if that's the case then try to move forward but all I says don't move

forward quickly which you can never from the Philippines anyway because everything

takes so long to do which is good in one sense cause it gives you the time

to make sure you good for each other before you commit properly and we did

is for us living in the UK and then going visiting the Philippines

it's like in the Philippine!Specially some of the islands it's like paradise and

it's such a wonderful place to go to, you know...what the nice thing is ...your wife is

native to the country so you know it makes it very easy cause you understand

more all the traditions and stuff that's go on you know so certainly you know

going back to the Philippines with you wife is good we've we've had some

wonderful times you know

and we will continue to do so

not going this year

because very busy one thing you know the plus we booked a holiday somewhere else

and we have possibly to renew Mia's visa

and they're going to meet

say you lived down in the South, say Mindanao

or somewhere like that other and you've got to to travel.. say to Cebu or Manila

to meet right the only thing I would suggest is when when you want to travel

you know make that the only time you would ask him some money for your travel

okay... don't start asking asking asking

because you know people..

we don't like that basically it's like you know we

will be generous in our where when we are ready to be generous when we know

we've met the right one because when I first went on thing(dating site) I put on my profile

if anyone asks for money I will not reply or speak to them again

I said because meeting.. for me meet Filipino it was to find

someone genuine and that genuine person would not be asking you for money and

gifts and things like that they will be just interested in you as a person and

very luckily was all of those so here we are today and we can tell the story of

our successful time of..

many many miles between each other all I can say is try cuz I certainly would

recommend it you know I have no no regrets

it's not what that person can give you materialistically it's what it gives you

from within and what you two become when you are together and what you can create

together you know through the time shared together

and.. to be honest there's many wonderful Filipino girls out there

with big house can actually do the same as we have and I know that... and there's a lot of

honest guys as well you know.... wanting the real deal you know.. there are some

not quite they wanted a bit just one thing, so be very wary of that I don't

Useful Words & Synonyms on How to Say You're SAD 🙁 - Duration: 7:12.

Do you ever feel sad, blue, dejected?

But there's no need to feel sad today because you're about to learn some new words.

If you feel like you're not making enough progress with your English, don't feel sad.

Join our social media classes.

You will learn so much.

So this lesson is all about different ways to express your sadness.

So instead of just saying "I'm sad," "I'm sad," "I'm sad," "I'm sad," each time,

I thought it would be good to give you some vocabulary words.

Some different ways to say you're sad.

So let's get to the lesson.

So the first one is to be blue or to feel blue.

And this means that you're feeling sad, melancholy, a little bit depressed.

It's just not...you're not feeling well. You're feeling blue. A little sad.

And I think we all feel blue from time to time.

I like this one because it's connected to colors and I love colors.

And it's very interesting that we can connect emotions to a color.

So it's...I think it's a really common one, and it's a really, really good way to express you're sad

without saying the word "sad."

Okay, the next one is heartbroken.

So when you're heartbroken you're extremely sad.

Your heart is broken...imagine in a million pieces for something bad that happened.

Or just something really, really sad that has happened to you.

Now we hear this a lot about romantic relationships, but it doesn't have to be about that at all.

It can be about any relationship or any other events that have directly affected you.

You're heartbroken.

The next one is down.

And this just means...when somebody's feeling down they can be a little bit...

They can be unhappy or a little bit depressed.

So again, this one...it does mean sad.

It does mean unhappy.

But I would say maybe not the same intensity as very depressed.

You're just a little bit down.

The next word is bitter.

And this one is a little bit more specific than the others.

And the reason is because when somebody feels bitter, they're feeling anger.

They're feeling resentment. They're feeling sadness.

And it's usually the result of some kind of unjust treatment.

Or treatment that they think was unfair or unjust.

The next word is dejected.

And this one is a little bit sadder.

Because if somebody feels dejected, they feel depressed. They feel sad.

But it's almost as if they feel hopeless.

They're about to give up on whatever situation they were in.

If they're dejected, they've kind of tried everything and they're just...

That's kind of...they're about to give up.

Number six is gloomy.

And this also has a little bit of a twist to it.

So I I hear this word a lot connected to a place or a mood.

It has to do with kind of like dark mysterious places.

If a place is gloomy, it's like a depressing but dark, scary place.

But of course it can be a mood as well. So somebody can feel gloomy.

The next one is disheartened.

And when somebody is disheartened that means that they lose confidence.

They lose the determination, and they're just really feeling very sad.

The next one is depressed.

And when someone is depressed, it means that they're in a state of extreme unhappiness.

And I'm talking extreme.

So depressed is really, really a word that you shouldn't take lightly if you're trying to say you're sad.

It means you're feeling extreme, extreme sadness.

The next word is miserable.

And if somebody is miserable, it means that they are extremely unhappy or uncomfortable.

So you can see it in both of those situations.

Our last word is dark.

And this means...if somebody's feeling dark, they are feeling unhappy.

But it also has to do with maybe feeling some unpleasantness or being a little bit pessimistic.

And it just really means that, you know, they're feeling very unhappy.

And just a little bit unpleasant to be around.

They are in a dark mood.

Okay. So now I want you to practice the words you just learned.

This is really, really great practice.

And I really want to emphasize that it's very important that we use different words

That we use synonyms to express our feelings.

So here's your practice.

What I want you to do is complete the following sentence with one of the words you learned today.

So I'll repeat that.

Use one of those words in the sentence, and tell us what makes you feel that way.

And it doesn't have to be true. You can just write it down just for the sake of practicing.

I hope this lesson didn't make you feel sad.

But instead happy to have learned some new words.

So next time you feel a little blue, down, or disheartened

by your English progress, don't despair.

You will feel better and learn at the same time, which in my book is a win-win.

Draw Tip Tuesday - Draw What You Don't See - Duration: 4:17.

Hey, welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday.

Today, I want to do another exercise like last week when we used the negative spaces

to draw a bicycle.

Today, I want to do the same; drawing a hand, and you can draw your own hand or make a photo

of your hand or find a photo online or draw something completely different.

I just want to go over it again.

Like drawing those negative spaces to find the proportions again and you can just use

a pen and maybe add some watercolors afterwards.

That's what I will be doing.

I just start at the corner where the index finger and the middle finger meet and I see

sort of a triangle shape of a negative shape.

So I will start drawing that and from there, I will find the outline of the hand.

And then I go back and I find another negative space.

I see where the thumb [00:01:00] overlaps the finger.

So there's a little bit of a curve and I just follow the line that I see of that finger

and follow the curves and the angles trying to really take notice of the proportions and

how wide and long the negative shapes between the fingers are.

And hen I have my basic shape already.

Now all I need to do is sort of fill in the gaps, the the blanks so to say and, I start

at the thumb because that's that curve over there and I can follow that and I have a reference

point which is the knuckle, so that knuckle is my reference point to know where to put

my line and where to stop the line that I see by looking at reference points and also

looking at the negative shapes within the hand, like the hand palm, it's a [00:02:00]

negative shape as well, that's below the thumb.

That way I can just go on and fill in the blanks.

I'll add some wrinkles that I see and I guess now I'm ready to add a little bit of color

because the color will give some extra depth because that will be like the shadows and

shading that I see in the in the skin.

I put a few layers on top of each other, especially the darker bits that's important, and that

way, I can easily - with just a few strokes, actually - I can easily create more depth

and shading.

All I need to do is now let it dry and my drawing is done!

So this is just a matter of practice.

You just need to practice it a lot drawing hands and you have your hands always with

you.

So there's no excuse not to every now and then just pick up your pen and draw your hand.

Make it challenging for yourself by you know, giving it a weird [00:03:00] perspective or

holding your hand in a very complicated way.

So you have to work with complicated shapes.

And by challenging yourself and practicing a lot you will get better very very quick.

Nicholas Clark: A Tribute to the Slain New York Trooper | Heavy.com

Trooper Nicholas Clark originally had one career goal in mind: Becoming an NFL player.

When a try out with the Buffalo Bills didn't work, the star athlete switched his focus: He decided to become a cop.

Since 2015, that's what he was, a New York state trooper to be exact, and, as New York's governor recalled on July 2, 2018, Trooper Nicholas Clark was an exemplary one.

Tragically, Clark became the 26th member of the New York State Police to lose his life in the line of duty in recent years when he was shot during the response call to a suicidal subject who was barricaded in a Town of Erwin home.

The suspect was identified as Steven Kiley, a school principal in New York State, and Kiley was also found dead at the scene.

The slain trooper was formally identified as Clark, 29.

He sometimes went by the name Nick Clark.

Here's what you need to know:.

Nicholas Clark Was Remembered as a 'Stellar Trooper With an Extraordinary Record'.

New York's governor joined those mourning Clark, and he described him as a "stellar trooper.

"To his mother, his father, and his brother, we hope you find peace in this senseless act of violence," Governor Cuomo said, calling Clark "a stellar trooper with an extraordinary record.

His whole life before him.

Great athlete. Well-accomplished.

He wanted to do one thing.

Which is to help people….A situation like this makes no sense.".

Clark lived in New York State in Troupsburg, which is located in Steuben County.

He graduated from state police basic school in 2015.

He is survived by his mother, father, and brother, authorities said in the news conference.

"This is a terrible loss for the New York State Police," authorities said.

They said that Clark leaves behind his father Anthony Clark; his mother, Theresa Gunn; and his brother, Nathan Clark.

He was assigned to Troops C and E, most recently being located in Bath.

Clark Was a Star Athlete Who Once Tried Out for the Buffalo Bills.

Clark excelled at athletics before he excelled at police work.

According to The Associated Press, Nicholas Clark was a star athlete who once tried out for the Buffalo Bills.

He "was a two-time state wrestling champion and standout football player who had a wrestling scholarship to the University of North Carolina, where he spent a year," AP reported.

Clark tried out for the Bills shortly before becoming a trooper instead.

"He transferred back here to the Bath barracks in August 2017, where he was very proud to serve the citizens that he called friends and neighbors, to try to give back to the community," State Police Maj.

Richard Allen said.

"He was an outstanding athlete, a lifelong Steuben County resident, graduated from Canisteo Greenwood High School, a two-time state wrestling champion and a standout football player," said Allen.

"He had a scholarship to the University of North Carolina Greensboro as a [wrestler].

He attended there one year, and then he attended Alfred University, where he tried out for the Buffalo Bills, prior to coming to us.".

Clark Once Said His Sole Goal Was Playing in the NFL & He Was a College All-American Linebacker.

Clark's Twitter page, which hasn't been updated since 2013, reads, "2x All-American Alfred University linebacker with one goal, playing in the NFL.

" Photos show him hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends.

According to The Star Gazette, Nicholas Clark "spent one year at University of North Carolina at Greensboro on a wrestling scholarship before transferring to Alfred University, where he was an All-American linebacker and…was invited as a free agent to Buffalo Bills mini-camp that spring.

Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo released the following statement:.

My heart breaks for the family of New York State Trooper Nicholas Clark, killed today in the line of duty just south of our area.

Trooper Clark's loss is a tragic reminder of the many dangers law enforcement officers face every time they put on the badge on our behalf.

As we spend time with our own friends and family this week, may we all take time to recognize and appreciate the sacrifices made by those who serve in uniform to keep us safe, both at home and abroad.

I ask that our entire community join me in keeping the Clark family and all New York State Troopers in our thoughts and prayers today and in the days to come.

Tom Reed wrote, "While my thoughts and prayers go out each time a member of law enforcement is killed in the line of duty – today's tragedy strikes especially close to not only my home but heart.

Trooper Clark bravely put his life on the line to protect his community and should be recognized as a hero for his actions.

The Call Was for a 'Suicidal Subject' Barricaded in His House.

At about 3:30 a.m.

on July 2, 2018, authorities responded to a call of a suicidal subject barricaded in his residence.

During the course of the response, Trooper Nicholas Clark was killed, authorities said in a news conference, without providing further details.

The suspect, Steven Kiley was later found deceased in the residence from an apparent gunshot wound, authorities said.

Authorities said in the news conference that Clark was killed in the response.

A woman described as Steve Kiley's estranged wife made the 911 call.

Kiley's estranged wife told police "that he had stated he was thinking about suicide and might be armed," said First Deputy Superintendent of State Police Chris Fiore at the press conference.

Authorities tried to establish negotiations with Kiley but couldn't reach him.

"Heartbroken to learn of the death in the line of duty of NYS Trooper Nicholas Clark, this morning.

May God bless him, his family and our great @nyspolice," U.S.

Senator Chuck Schumer wrote on Twitter.

Kiley appears to have had a Facebook page, but it's been deleted.

Online records indicate that his wife also works in education.

Her page, too, has been deleted.

According to The Associated Press, Steve Kiley "had been listed as principal of Bradford Central School District.

A message left at the school was not immediately returned.".

The New York Post reported that Clark is the the 26th member of the New York State Police to die in the line of duty in the past 12 years.

Last year, Trooper Joel Davis was killed while responding to a domestic incident.

"Despite the inherent dangers in today's society, our Troopers have answered – and will continue to answer – the call of duty again and again.".

My name is Hannah.

I really enjoy your blog and your podcast.

Just finished reading your free Kindle book on how to start a cleaning business, and I

currently work for a cleaning company and I'm wanting to make some extra cash, so that

is why I started reading your book.

My question is, in your book, you pointed out the importance of being insured and bonded.

My question is, do I need a business license, because I don't want to start running ads

or fliers like you talk about and then not have the legal coverage that I need to and

get faced with a bunch of fines.

I'm all new to this and I'm doing research, but things are just kind of overwhelming and

confusing at times, so I was wondering if you had some clarification on that.

Thanks for your help.

Angela: All right.

The term moonlighting is where you are working for a company and you do something on the side.

It's a really sticky situation where you're working as a house cleaner and then you have

house cleaning clients on the side, and probably somewhere along the way, I'm guessing you

signed a non-compete.

Here's what I have to say to you right upfront before you do anything.

You asked about fees and getting fined and what have you.

The very first thing that you want to do is go out of the area that you're being paid

to clean in.

If you clean in this particular zip code, go to a different zip code to start your house

cleaning business on the side, because we do not want to compete with the current job

that you have right now.

Please, I'm telling you this from Angela Brown, so Angela Brown told me, do not sell my services

to any existing customers that currently employ me, okay?

If your company sends you to clean houses, do not go to any of those clients.

If they beg you and they say, "Please come to us," you know what?

That would be unethical of me.

I'm not able to go to any current existing clients because that just would not be ethical,

and remember that I said that, because that in and of itself will keep you out of a lot

of hot water and it will keep you from being fined or sued or whatever, and you don't want

bad will with your current employer.

Your current employer believes in you, and therefore, they have hired you and they are

hoping that you will succeed in their business.

The fact that you're going outside of the business and you're picking up other business

on the side is to be negotiated.

Usually when you spin out on your own, you spin out on your own, you quit this job, and

you go over here and you start your own company.

If you're doing it on the side, I don't know what your reasons are, but please, please,

please cover your bases.

All right, the next thing that I want to talk about is you talked about being a real business

and having a license.

Okay, so not having a license does not make you a real business.

Being a real business happens up here.

It happens up here first.

You wake up one day and you say, "I'm a real business," okay?

It's got to happen in your head first.

What that means is I make appointments.

I confirm my appointments.

I show up on time.

I have clean cleaning supplies.

I have my own cleaning supplies.

You are not under any circumstances allowed to use the current cleaning supplies from

your existing company for your moonlighting jobs.

Please make that very clear.

You go out and buy your own cleaning supplies, have your own storage cabinet, use your own

worksheets, have your own everything for yourself.

This business over here, if you've decided it's different from this business, keep them

very separate.

It's like selling pizzas and cleaning houses.

They're two completely separate businesses.

In this particular case, they happen to be the same business.

You don't ever want to get caught using this company's vacuum or this company's cleaning

supplies on your moonlighting job.

That's going to get you in more trouble than anything quicker than anything.

All right, so once you've decided in your head that you're a business, you've got to

act like a business.

Even if you're only one person and only if you have part-time jobs, it doesn't matter.

If you're going inside someone's house and you are taking money in exchange for house

cleaning, I recommend that you be bonded and insured.

You can say, "Well, I'm not a full business.

I'm just doing this on the side."

If you take money for cleaning, please be bonded and insured.

Now, how much does it cost for bonding and insurance?

It depends on where you live, and so there are different prices and there are different

packages.

The standard package across the board is between one and two million dollars.

If something malfunctions between one and two million dollars, you're covered.

My suggestion is then only clean houses that fall under the one or two million dollar range.

If you have a two million dollar policy, don't go out and clean a 10 million dollar property.

You're not covered.

Does that make sense?

Okay, good.

Now, the policies are going to be 400, $500 a year.

You go, "Wow, that's a lot of money."

It's not a lot of money when you consider what you get.

Now, what you get for being insured is insurance.

Here's how that works.

If you go into a customer's house and you screw something up, and we've had so many

house cleaners that have screwed stuff up, and they're cheap and they're like, "Well,

I didn't get insurance because I didn't think I'd ever need it," and then they're forking

out of their own pocket, stuff for hardwood floors and replacements for stainless steel

appliances and they're replacing oven doors that they've broken or shower doors that they've

broken.

There are so many different things that can malfunction in the homes that are built today.

They're not built like they were 100 years ago where stuff lasts forever.

There's a bunch of shoddy workmanship that's out there and I'm sorry to say that, but stuff

breaks.

Stuff falls apart.

You lean on a wall and it topples over.

If you're the one that leaned on it, you've got to replace it.

The reality is if you have insurance, it's going to cover it.

Now, the home owner might have their own insurance, so there will always be a debate.

Is it your insurance or the home owner's insurance that will cover it?

If you don't have insurance and it's determined that it's your fault, you've got to come up

with that money out of your pocket.

My suggestion is yes, get insurance.

The insurance companies are great about breaking it down into payments, so your monthly payment

is going to be $30 or $40 a month.

It's not a lot of money.

You'll earn that back in one or two hours' worth of time and it's the peace of mind of

knowing, "No matter what happens, I'm covered.

Yay.

I'm a real business."

All right, the next thing that I would recommend as you're moonlighting on the side, you don't

necessarily need a license, but if it will give you peace of mind of having one, you

can go down to the county courthouse and you can get a license.

All the license is a piece of paper that says you're in business.

Like I said, having a license doesn't make you in business.

There are so many small business owners that are legal, and yet they have no idea how to

run a business and they're actually not in business at all.

This is like a hobby to them and they don't earn any money and every year they claim on

their taxes and they get a refund and they have nothing to show for it ever and they

never pay the taxes.

My suggestion to you is if you're a real business, treat it like a business.

Make a schedule.

Get up every day at a certain time.

Plan in your regular job, and then plan in your regular clients that are going to be

for your moonlighting business, and then show up and do your walk throughs and wear your

uniform, and it is not the same uniform that you wear over here to this company.

This company has a brand and a name.

Over here, you have a new brand and a new name.

You do not get to piggyback off the goodwill of this company.

Please be very clear about that, but if you come over here and you have a business, then

yeah, I want you to be licensed and bonded and insured and I want you to pay your taxes

and I want you to treat it like a business, because if you are in fact spinning out on

your own, this is going to become so profound that you will have to say goodbye to these

people.

When you say goodbye to these people, you want to leave on good terms, because as their

business grows, as their business expands, you can always be a fill in.

If they like you and they trust you and you now are on your own, if something happens

and somebody calls in sick and they're stranded at the last minute, and this happens all the

time, they might call you and say, "Hey, listen, do you have any openings in a bind?

I really need some help."

They already know you.

They already like you.

They already trust you.

When you went out on your own, you did everything by the book and you did everything legally

and you left on good terms.

Now, this whole doorway is open where if they have clients they can't serve, they can send

them to you.

If they have extra business where people have called out, they can send that to you.

You have this ongoing revenue that keeps coming in, even though you left this company and

you said goodbye.

My suggestion to you is please, please, if you're starting your own business, that's

awesome, but treat it like a business.

One last thing that I would say before I leave is please go to the employer that you have

and clue them in on what you're doing and give them a heads up and let them know, because

if you try to do this under the table and you try to be sneaky about what you're doing

and you're about to run ads or whatever it is, you don't ever want this to happen without

their knowledge.

Again, these are people that hired you.

They trust you.

They believe in you, and they wish for the best for you and your family.

If they find out that you've betrayed them somehow, they can rip that rug out from underneath

you so quickly.

You don't want any mortal enemies in this business.

This business is really tough by itself, if everybody's your friend.

To make enemies on top of it will just make your life miserable, especially if you're

working in similar or nearby areas.

That is my two cents for today.

Treat it like a business, even if you're just moonlighting.

It's not clear from the somewhat cryptic report how long Wyatt will be out of WWE events.

Amy Coney Barrett is rumored to be one of President Donald Trump's top picks for the Supreme Court replacement for Justice Anthony Kennedy.

Here's what we know so far about her views on gay marriage and LGBTQ rights.

Many of Barrett's opinions aren't known too well at this point.

She only became a judge in October 2017. She was confirmed as a judge on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals on October 31, 2017.

Prior to that, she was a professor of law at the University of Notre Dame from 2002 to 2017.

In her time on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, she's authored eight majority opinions and one dissent.

In October 2017, Lambda Legal sent a letter to Charles Grassley and Dianne Feinstein, asking them to oppose Barrett's nomination.

This letter was based, in part, on Barrett's signing a letter from October 2015 written to the "Synod Fathers from Catholic Women." This letter read, in part, "We give witness that the Church's teachings … on marriage and family founded on the indissoluble commitment of a man and a woman … provide a sure guide to the Christian life…".

The letter also talked about the importance of protecting the poor, along with a number of other issues.

But some have expressed concern on whether her personal beliefs regarding marriage might bleed into her rulings.

At this point in time, it's really not known if her personal beliefs could affect her rulings, since she has had so few rulings as a Seventh Circuit judge.

And so far, none of her opinions have addressed the question of gay marriage or LGBTQ rights.

The Lambda Letter went on to point out that in 2017, she was asked if any landmark LGBT decisions would count as "superprecedents." (She had said "no serious person would propose to undo (superprecedents) even if they are wrong.") She said she had "not undertaken an independent analysis of whether any particular case qualifies as superprecedent." This caused some people in the LGBT community to express concern that she might not be against the possibility of undoing the Supreme Court's decision on gay marriage, for example.

She has not spoken specifically on this question since, only to say she needed to analyze the question more.

Barrett also once gave a lecture that was paid for by the Alliance Defending Freedom, which Lambda Legal states is "arguably the most extreme anti-LGBT legal organization in the United States.

" However, Barrett later said during her confirmation hearing that she had not vetted the group and, although she was aware in general that they supported traditional marriage, she didn't inquire into whether they were trying to end same-sex marriage.

It's unclear how Barrett would rule in LGBT cases or what her opinion would be in cases involving gay marriage.

She co-authored a paper titled "Catholic Judges in Capital Cases," which explored the dilemma Catholic judges may face in capital death cases that run against their own religious beliefs.

The paper argued that merely identifying a judge as Catholic isn't enough for recusal, but Catholic judges might find it "morally impossible" to enforce capital punishment in cases such as sentencing.

In those situations, it might be better for them not to participate.

The paper concluded: "Catholic judges must answer some complex moral and legal questions in deciding whether to sit in death penalty cases.

Sometimes (as with direct appeals of death sentences) the right answers are not obvious.

But in a system that effectively leaves the decision up to the judge, these are questions that responsible Catholics must consider seriously.

Judges cannot-nor should they try to-align our legal system with the Church's moral teaching whenever the two diverge.

They should, however, conform their own behavior to the Church's standard.

Perhaps their good example will have some effect.".

From that paper, at least, it appears that she might not try to conform her legal opinions to her religious beliefs if they diverged.

However, she might step back and recuse herself if she felt a legal decision conflicted with her religion.

She has not addressed that question directly, however, but her paper indicates she might lean in that direction.

There is still a lot to learn about Amy Coney Barrett's views on gay marriage and LGBTQ rights, and hopefully she will more specifically address questions about those views in the coming days.
