What's The Average Cost Per Lead With The Automarketer? - Duration: 2:40.

This one is from Matthew.
Matthew says, "I do like what you say about real estate.
I have looked at your automation program and I like it.
One question I do have is on the automatic dialer.
On average, how much does that cost per month?"
And I think he's talking about the voice blasts and the text blasts.
The system is set up, the Automarketer is $199 a month, and that's, that gives you the
system.
But you're going to have to spend money on text and voice blasts.
They cost 2.5¢ per text blast that you send out.
Typically, what I see with most of my mentor students, they're spending between $10 and
$30 per month, depending on how much they're sending out and how much they're trying to
get back.
And what I also find is that a lot of people will send out blasts and then they won't follow
up on those leads, because they'll get a lot of leads, but they won't follow up on them,
so they're wasting that money.
So you can turn it off anytime you're not making those calls back, and you can turn
it back on again when you do use it, so you could use less on that.
But the goal here is to actually have the leads come in and actually make those calls.
I tell my mentor students that you have to commit to me eight to ten hours a week in
specifically doing the main tasks of the business.
When you're just getting started, those main tasks are going to be on the phone, talking
to these leads.
Or, making cold calls if you don't use the Automarketer.
So you can do this without the Automarketer, but the Automarketer is going to cost that.
Now the other expense that you're going to have in the Automarketer is you're going to
need four domain names.
Domain names are things like eBay, or Amazon.com, or, you know, it's the name on your website.
And you're going to have come up with your own unique domain name, and I'll show you
how to do that.
But you need four different domain names because you have multiple sites that are set up in
the Automarketer that do different things, buyers, sellers, rent to buy, subject to,
the lease option memo, those types of things have all, they'll have their own different
domain name.
So you're going to need four domain names and those cost you $10 per year per domain.
So, $40 is what it's going to cost you to set those up, but that's one-time cost per
year.
Then every year you'll have to reboot that.
So those are the costs for the Automarketer to get that going and what the dialer costs
as well.
All right.

for tuning in to Cybersalt's
Basic Joomla Channel.
Today, I'm not coming to
you from . . . Johannesburg. The pressure is
really on now for websites to be using
SSL Certificates. Major browsers like
Google Chrome and Firefox are making it
a point of letting their users know when
they're on a website that isn't using a
secure connection. So it's important for
your Joomla site to be set up and
running under an SSL certificate. The
good news is there's only one or two
steps that you need to take in order to
set that up, but of course you also need
an SSL certificate. So make sure you stay
tuned to the end of this video and I'll
give you a tip on where you can get an
SSL certificate for free. In the meantime,
let's take a look at how Joomla! can be set
up to operate under an SSL certificate. Let's head on over to the computer and
check it out.
Now, as I said, it's pretty simple to set
your Joomla site to operate under an SSL
certificate. There's basically one step
to take and some people might have to
take a second step, but we'll look at
both of those right now. I'm logged into
the backend of the Basic Joomla site
and what we want to do is go to system,
global configuration, click on the server
tab and then go down to the option for
"Force HTTPS." You'll see that's set to none
right now. You can set it to
"Administrator Only" but if you don't set
it to "Entire Site" it's not going to
operate the front end of your site and
that defeats the purpose that we're
trying to cure here. Now, before I click
"Save" you'll notice up here next to the
URL there is an information icon and when I click
on it it says, "Your connection to this
site is not secure." So, we will just go
ahead and go "save" or "save and close"
- whichever you want to do - and once that
setting is applied we will notice up
here on the top left, once the page
refreshes, that it is now secure, it's now
operating underneath a secure
certificate. And for most of you that's
all you're going to have to do to make
your website operate underneath an SSL
Certificate. Now, some of you may have put
in live site information in your
configuration.php file and you'll
want to change that to HTTPS. To do
that you would simply log into your
hosting panel, or however you access the
files in your web hosting account, so
this is cpanel for on the Cybersalt
Hosting site, file manager -
find that in your cPanel - click on that,
go to your configuration.php file, right
click, edit and then scroll down and find
where it says live site. Now, I don't
usually use live site, I don't usually
have it entered, but I did here for this
tutorial and you see where it says HTTP,
just to keep things consistent put the "S"
in there - HTTPS -
save and your site will be still running
underneath a secure certificate but
you'll have everything consistent in
that. And that's basically how to set
your Joomla site to operate
under an SSL certificate. Now, of
course as I said before, you need an SSL
certificate and one way to get an SSL
certificate is through Let's Encrypt and
it may be available through your web
hosting company with the package that
you're hosting your site with. It is with
Cybersalt Hosting. I'm going to put a
card here and I'm also going to put an
end card very soon at the end of this
video so you can see another tutorial I
have on how to get into Let's Encrypt
SSL certificate for free. I hope this

Hi there, Vladimir here with another video about how to learn English.
Will learning Italian make you more passionate?
Will learning French make you more romantic?
Will learning Queen's English turn you into royalty?
Does personality change with language?
I am going to base my answer on my experience as a multiple language speaker as well as
my experience as a language teacher having had the opportunity to observe over 1200 people
Do I change when I speak English?
Do I become a different person when I speak Japanese?
am I the same uncouth, bullheaded Bulgarian?
The answer is Yes and No
Let me explain
I don't think I change when I speak a foreign language.
I don't take on a new identity
I am being me
But being me has changed
English has changed me because it has opened so many new doors with all the
valuable information it has provided me with
I've learned so much through English and Google university
Knowledge changes people
What English also did is help me move to another country, my new home Japan
Japan has also changed me quite a lot
I'm not the same Bulgarian I was when I left Bulgaria all those years ago
You learn to stand on the left side
when you use the escalator
and I do the same in Bulgaria
You start bowing when talking on the phone, you start bowing all the time.
But I don't think that has anything to do with the Japanese language
80% of my time on any given day I spend speaking English
When I speak Japanese or English or Bulgarian I am still being me, my personality doesn't
change with the language
my personality might change based on the person I'm talking to rather than the language I'm using
we all wear different hats based on the person we are talking to:
bald head
You don't talk to your parents the same way to talk to your coworker for instance
but that has nothing to do with language
I can also see that in my students.
You can usually tell right away whether a Japanese has lived abroad or not
Those who have lived overseas, in America, are different from those who haven't
But I don't think it's because of the English language
it's the American culture that has had an impact on them, that has changed them.
Those same people are no different when they speak Japanese, their identity doesn't change.
If they speak with a non-Japanese
If they speak with other Japanese it might change
Then again, I don't think that people like Arnold Schwarzenegger, or Yoko Ono
change when they switch between languages
Arnold looks and sounds the same in English and in German
that's my 2 cents/opinion on personality and foreign language:
Looking at myself and from what I've seen working with my students is that
personality doesn't change with new language
Learning English won't turn you into the next Steve Jobs
It's much more important WHO you are talking to than WHAT language you are using
People could change people, communicating with people like Steve Jobs might change you
Don't expect the English language to change who you are in terms of personality
What the English can do though is open new doors and create better career opportunities
It might give you a chance to meet new people, move to a foreign country
basically change your environment
In order for you to change, there has to be a change in environment
Living in the same place, meeting the same people and doing the same thing
can't change your personality
Only a change in environment could lead to personal transformation and
a foreign language could give you that
and especially the English language the only true global language.
