Greenwich tall ships festival 2017 was brilliant - Duration: 5:38.

I'm going off to London to see the tall ships

a big ship regatta so this should be fun

just getting some petrol or gas as you

call it in American

We're here in Island gardens looking the tall ships coming in and going out

that over there is the Royal Naval Academy in the

middle you can see the queen's house and

on the top of the hill you can see the

observatory at greenwich the foot tunnel to Greenwich

The Haven Supporter there's a

London tug. Look look look little fishing boat sail

splice the main brace

Hey look it's a proper pirate ship.

This is a proper pirate looking

proper pirate ship the Black Pearl where's

Jack look at that thing it's amazing

the Royal Princess was a First

World War hospital ship. Okay lot of these

river boats you can see are very very old

they operated as hospital ships during

the First World War and then after the

war they became pleasure craft

and they've been working the river for

the last eighty, ninety years so quite interesting

this pirate ship you can see the

construction is very unstable and

they were often prone to toppling over

in heavy seas, they should roll about a bit and

seasickness on these things was par

for the course normal

there's the old river police over there

been chased by them many a time

we're further downriver so we can get a clear

unobstructed view of the boats and as

you can see there's nobody here

This is the advantage having local knowledge

you find places that no one's going to go

to and you've got an unobstructed

shooting angle which is nice

You can see over my shoulder something that you. My American viewers

will recognize. It's a

paddle steamer from America it's called

the Dixie Queen and you see these

down in Louisiana and on the Mississippi all

that kind of thing. Gambling boats so

yeah I'm sure you recognize this kind of thing

beautifully hey? anyway that's the Dixie Queen

and the other one behind it is the Tolkien

named after the author of Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit

lovely boat. The boat you can see in the

background is a Thames sailing barge

very very common back in the day

there used to be 1,000's of these running up and down. They would upload these from

the ships onto these Thames sailing

barges and they would take goods

all over the country there's not many

of them left now. OK this boat behind me

is the Artemis it's the French flagged boat

as you can see it's got a big french flag on the back of it

think that's French anyway but then yeah

that was like a sailing yacht

don't think you could carry much cargo on a thing like that

This little boat this is like the same size as

the boat Christopher Columbus used

to go off and find America. There's a

big debate about whether he found it

first because the Vikings apparently

had been here several hundred years

beforehand but this is the kind of little

boat that they went over the Atlantic

in and they must be very brave people

that's all I can say.

This is the blue bridge on the Isle of Dogs and this is

where in the 1970s the Isle of Dogs

community blockaded the road and

declared independence from britain

and they have a standoff for two weeks

while negotiations took place where they

said. You can't declare independence just

because you're an Island but they tried it.

That was the Greenwich tall ships festival 2017

Thanks for watching

LEAK: 31 Senators Conspire to Betray America, Trump Is Reportedly Furious - Duration: 3:54.

Elitist politicians are continuing in their battle against the American workforce in the

name of corporate welfare.

31 Senators have been caught attempting to eliminate American jobs.

The senators from both parties have requested that the Department of Homeland Security issue

more outsourcing visas to allow even more foreign workers into the country instead of

hiring American workers.

(via Breitbart)

The 31 traitors are: Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Bill Cassidy (R-LA), John Cornyn (R-TX), Chris

Coons (D-DE), Michael Bennet (D-CO), Tom Carper (D-DE), Patty Murray (D-WA), Amy Klobuchar

(D-MN), Angus King (I-ME), Roger Wicker (R-MS), Ben Cardin (D-MD), Lisa Murkowski (R-AK),

Johnny Isakson (R-GA), Pat Roberts (R-KS), Mike Rounds (R-SD), Thad Cochran (R-MS), Dan

Sullivan (R-AK), Bob Casey (D-PA), Ron Wyden (D-OR), Roy Blunt (R-MO), John Barrasso (R-WY),

Susan Collins (R-ME), Mike Enzi (R-WY), Jerry Moran (R-KS), Cory Gardner (R-CO), Tim Scott

(R-SC), Orrin Hatch (R-UT), Richard Burr (R-NC), and James Lankford (R-OK).

The senators say they are requesting the increase in foreign workers, as companies complain

that hiring Americans is too difficult.

The employers complain despite the fact that special recruitment consultants have been

hired to connect businesses with qualified employees.

The businesses would rather hire a foreigner with no security – who can be easily taken

advantage of – instead of treating American employees appropriately.

The request from the Senate was sent shortly after Republicans cut down the visa program

by almost 200,000, reducing the total number issued to 66,000 visas.

If these senators get their way, the number of visas could double, or worse.

The H-2b visa program, like the H1-B program, allows foreigners to hold jobs that would

usually go to undergraduate students or young people newly entering the workforce.

The H1-B visa program already allows 650,000 foreigners into the country.

The push for the increase in visas is being lead by the same group who desire to eliminate

American sovereignty and allow illegal immigrants to travel freely and overwhelm the domestic

job market.

We the People voted against these policies when we elected President Trump on the promise

of putting America first.

Americans want to hire other Americans.

Americans want products made by other Americans.

"Made in America" is a meaningless label if the factory producing the products is relying

on thousands of temporary foreign workers.

Businesses used to feel a responsibility to the country where they started.

They used to desire to build up their community by providing quality jobs for hardworking

Americans.

It is disgusting that one-third of our senate is willing to sell out their fellow citizens

for a quick buck on behalf of a lazy business owner.

These policies predominately hurt college-aged kids who are just starting to find their way

in the workforce.

Entry-level jobs are already hard to find, and adding more foreigners will only make

the problem worse.

We need to support the business that prove they are committed to hiring Americans.

We can vote with our dollar and prove that we support "made in America."

Was one of your senators on this list?

Please share this news and let us know what do you this about this!

Prostate Cancer Treatment with Natural Superfood - Duration: 10:27.

Hi, I'm Julie. on this occasion i will talk about the Super foods For Prostate Health. Hope you enjoy it.

A diet that is good for your heart is also good for your prostate, which means an Asian or a Mediterranean approach to eating like lots of fruits and veggies,

easy on the red meats and eating foods with good fats.

To maintain your prostate health check some of the most useful foods below. Here are the top 8 Super foods For Prostate Health.

1, Brazil nuts.

Of all the different types of nuts, these South America's natives are a rich source of selenium that is important for prostate health.

In fact, just an ounce of Brazil nuts can contain as much as 10 times the RDA for selenium.

Studies have shown that selenium intake is associated with a reduced risk of prostate cancer.

The Brazil nuts are also a very good source of zinc, one more mineral that plays an important role in maintaining a healthy prostate.

The high saturated fat content of these nuts suggests limiting your consumption to just a few ounces per week,

but as they are such a super food when it comes to selenium, that is all you need to help promote prostate health.

2, Broccoli.

It contains high amounts of the phytonutrients sulforaphane and the indoles, both having anticancer properties.

One study published discovered that indole carbinol, which occurs naturally in broccoli

suppressed the growth of prostate cancer cells and inhibited the production of prostate specific antigen.

Investigators found that eating broccoli more than once a week can reduce the likelihood of developing stage III and IV prostate cancer by 40 percent.

If the vegetable is cooked longer than five minutes, its anticancer abilities fade.

Before cooking cut the florets into pieces and let them sit for about 5 minutes.

This allows cancer preventing elements to form before cooking, because heat denatures the enzyme which causes the process to occur.

To boost the healthful value of broccoli, add virgin olive oil, fresh garlic and cayenne.

3, Green tea.

The powers of green tea are attributed to antioxidant compounds called catechins,

which has been shown to destroy certain viruses and bacteria, boost immunity and fight prostate cancer.

Research has shown that green tea polyphenols can significantly lower the levels of biomarkers for prostate cancer.

Green tea catechins also may help men who have pre cancerous prostate lesions, which alert a high risk of developing prostate cancer. Studies show that men who drink at least 3 cups of green tea a day have a reduced risk of prostate cancer. Experts have found that compounds of green tea interfere with the activity of an enzyme having a role in initiating prostate cancer. These compounds also prompt prostate cancer cells to destroy. Catechins help to repair damaged DNA that can otherwise trigger cancer growth.

4, Mushrooms.

Asian mushrooms contain lentinan, a type of ß glucan that has demonstrated anticancer properties.

Asian mushrooms also contain a potent antioxidant called ergothioneine.

Its forte is exerting potent antioxidant properties to protect the cells throughout the body, including the prostate.

One research recently found that ergothioneine provides protection to cells from damage associated with toxins and other substances.

5, Pomegranates.

In particular, pomegranates are rich in antioxidants and a phytonutrient called ellagitannin that is especially helpful in promoting prostate health.

Studies show that pomegranate extracts can slow the production of prostate cancer cells and prompt the cells to destroy themselves.

In other research, ellagitannins have shown that they can interfere with the growth of new blood vessels- important f for nourishing prostate tumors.

Although pomegranate itself can be a challenge to eat, pomegranate juice is readily available as a popular choice.

6, Pumpkin Seeds.

Pumpkin seeds offer some unique health benefits for the prostate, especially for those who have benign hypertrophy of prostate.

The pumpkin seeds' oil help prevent the hormones from triggering multiplication of prostate cells.

This oil also contains carotenoids and omega fatty acids.

Studies show that men who have high levels of carotenoids in the diet have a reduced risk of prostate enlargement.

Another nutrient found in pumpkin seeds is zinc, which is also associated with prostate health.

A recent study suggests that zinc protects against the development of prostate cancer.

7, Salmon.

Omega fatty acids are an important nutrient for supporting prostate health and a nutritious way to get these fatty acids is with salmon.

Studies have found that omega-3 fatty acids in fish slow development of prostate tumor and progression in men who already have the issue.

Study results reported that eating salmon at least once per week might reduce a risk of developing advanced prostate cancer even if it is genetically predisposed.

One question about salmon is whether to buy farmed or wild fish. Research shows that wild salmon is a healthier choice.

8, Tomatoes.

Tomatoes are a source of lycopene. It is a potent antioxidant that has proven itself in studies to have properties that enhance prostate health.

Tomatoes' antioxidant potency increases when they are processed.

Thus tomato paste, soup, sauce or juice offers more antioxidant protection for the prostate than do fresh ones.

The results of many studies show that processed tomato products really enhance prostate health.

Researchers say that just a serving of tomato product every day can protect against the DNA damage that sets the stage for prostate cancer.

Tomatoes are also helpful for managing benign prostatic hypertrophy.

13 Reasons Why Review! 😰 - Duration: 11:05.

13 reasons why

what's up everybody Lee the fourth coming at

you once again with another TV show

review a netflix one again because that

seems to be my thing this story was

originally a novel written by jay asher

and published way back in two thousand

seven so it's been about ten years and

now we got a netflix original TV series

adapted by Brian Yorkey we got a young

girl she's in high school she goes

through a series of bad events that

eventually calls her to take her old

life but before she does so she leaves

behind a bunch of tapes 13 in fact and

they're all giving reasons why she

decided to make the decision that she

did now when I first saw this pop up on

netflix I wasn't too intrigued but as I

kept scrolling through my facebook feeds

every day I kept seeing all of my

different friends on Facebook oh my god

this 13 reasons like that 13 reasons

live is and then I'm like what is the

big deal with the show I know a lot of

Netflix shows come out and they're great

and everything but I never heard of this

you know the little you know artwork or

whatever didn't look too appealing and I

just kind of scrolled by it just didn't

really look like anything I just think

it was another you know waste away

Netflix show cuz you know that place has

a lot of those as well but as I saw it

kept getting more and more popular I was

like you know what I gotta look into

this so I looked into it found out a

little bit about and then I was like you

know what I want to go ahead and check

this show out now the first episode was

really compelling it definitely wrote me

in pretty quick and then I was hooked

from there and I was like you know what

I got to see what is going on I got to

find out all the reasons why this Hannah

Baker girl decided to kill herself and

I won't stop until I get to the bottom

of it so I got definitely say that the

story was well done it definitely kept

me intrigued now there were some things

that I thought you know we're kind of

contrived you know with the Tony Padilla

character he kept always popping up like

the damn cheshire cat or like Yoda like

they even say in the show or just you

know any other like enigma kind of type

character that just keeps popping up

knowing everything and being off cryptic

and you know I just felt like that that

was kind of forced cuz I was like you

know why would you always know where

clay is all the damn time I understand

that he's aware that clay has the tapes

but somehow he always knows which take

clay is on in which place that clay is

going to be at you know according to the

tapes you

the tape same clay on these different

little missions I guess you know and

Tony Padilla this always kind of knows about it

and I was kind of conflicted whether or

not this guy was trustworthy whether or

not this guy was up to something so that

was cool but I just didn't feel that you

know him popping up all the time was

really appropriate it just seemed a

little force but aside from that I liked

the story we got dylan minnette as clay

jensen we got Katherine Langford as

hannah baker we got christian navarro as

Tony padilla Alisha Boe is Jessica

Davis we got Brandon Flynn Justin

Foley we got Miles Heizer has Alex Standall

all we got Ross Butler has Zach Dempsey

we got Devin Druid and it's tyler down we

got Derek Luke as Kevin Porter and last

but not least we got Kate Walsh as

Olivia Baker now I really enjoyed all

the characters there were a lot of

different levels to these characters and

it made me feel like I was back in high

school like the job type characters or

you know just a bitch nigga characters

like I'm sorry for the language and

everything but I just felt like I was

back in high school dealing with those

people I'll just like man this guy

reminds me of so-and-so such as such I

remember characters just like that

archetype back in my school I remember

this person and there's times where like

a character would come up like a lot of

times with Justin Foley character he

will come up and say some stupid shit

I'm gonna shut the fuck up I'll learn it

out loud because I was just with stink

like man that's how I would react back

in high school now I'm not saying I want

some tough guy some badass but I was

definitely not the type to lay down to

be bullied or anything so a lot of times

when the bullying scenes came up i was

getting kind of pissed off for the

character or getting pissed off that

they weren't reacting the way that I

would react because I just I wouldn't

stand for that kind of shit but I do

know kids back in my high school days

that you know what up they would have

just kind of like turned the other cheek

or whatever you want to call it but it

was crazy i really felt like the

characters were well done they really

immersed me into their world i felt like

i was going to high school with them and

it was good like all the actors really

really came with it they had a lot of

good chemistry together they really felt

like they knew each other like they went

to the same school they were dealing

with some of the same problem some hated

others it was good like the actors the

characters well done props

now the music I don't really care for it

to much it was mostly a lot of like

teeny bopper pop style music alternative

rock you know I'm not saying that it's

bad that I hated none of that but it's

not my thing so I gotta say that the

music was just whatever it's just like

any typical you know just show that is

about like teenagers they got their

little like alternative rock bands

playing in the background and just for

me I don't even like really notice it

you know it's kind of like cancel it out

cuz they played in the background during

talking clean stuff like that and it

fits as far as you know the narrative

goes and what they're you know going

forward with this show so in that right

I gotta say it's good but as far as me

personally enjoying that not really now

the cinematography was definitely one of

the standout components of this series I

enjoyed it they got a lot of the

different movements correctly as far as

capturing the movements you got a lot of

like clay jensen driving around we're not

driving around but Tony Padilla drives around

you got clay jensen riding around on his bike

you know there's a couple times he eat

shit and they got that good and a lot of

the key scenes that were really like

dire really like series they captured

that with you know a lot of finesse

especially one of the scenes in the the

last last episode that made me almost

want to throw the fuck up they really

capture that well and it just it really

sucks you and it makes you feel like

you're you're like watching your homies

go through some shit or watching people

you didn't really like too much go

through some stuff and you're dizzy your

feeling for them you feel like man you

wish you could just jump in there and

help out or something but you're on the

sideline you know on the outside looking

in but it was good I really like the way

they capture these scenes in this show

nether in the spoiler section I'll go

ahead and go over a couple of things

that I thought about the series you know

I'll be able to get more in depth now

and one of the things that it's crazy

that you find out that mr. Porter

actually knew the whole damn time the

hannah baker was going to try to kill

herself well not the whole time but

right before she killed herself on the

day that it happened she went to him as

her last ditch effort to save her own

life now by this plane the series we

already know that Bryce Walker the damn serial

rapist rap Hanna Baker and the jacuzzi and

she also red Jessica Davis and that Justin Foley

character just stood by and pretty much

happy now I don't care if you're my best

friend I don't care if you're my daddy I

don't care if you're my brother you try

to go in the room or rape my girl we

gonna be duking it out you could throw

me off the room all you want I'm kicking

the damn door and I'm beating the shit

out of you there's no way i would let

that slide that seemed really pissed me

off and yeah like back to the port of

thing he knew he found out about it and

he didn't you know take the the proper

procedures like me i would have been

immediately on the phone with the

parents i'll have been immediately

calling the cops doing something to try

to keep the girl from murdering herself

and then you want to cry the end of the

tears like oh there you know you right

gray up to the does something like man I

understand you're a human as well you

weren't like a bad character in the show

it seemed like you were trying to do the

right thing but you punked out and

really dropped the ball in that category

shame on you and then like the the first

rape scene with Jessica Davis that was hard to

watch I really like that got under my

skin and then the one with hannah baker i

also got under my skin and I got to the

point where I was really getting sick of

this damn bright guy was already

sticking him before this shit but then

when clay jensen goes over to his house

pretending like he wants to buy sweet or

whatever and he's trying to record them

and he just lets himself get his ass

whooped in order to get the you know

confession that was cool and everything

but man I just couldn't I just can't be

the type of person to stand there and

just get myself beat up now I understand

these characters are me and I'm not the

toughest guy in the world but damn clay

come on man when you punch Bryce you

punch like a little bitch and then the

last spoiler scene I want to talk about

that almost made me throw up was the

scene at the end where Hannah baker finally

commits the damn suicide on camera oh my

god I didn't think they were going to

show it you know what they're gonna pull

that whole thing that a lot of shows do

where you know I thought she was going

to like begin to cut and then like it

was going to cut away and let you kind

of know okay that's where she did it may

be cut back here with her like laying

there but they actually showed her going

oh my god I don't care man I guess I'm

queasy with that stuff I don't know how

a lot of you people out there watch

beheading videos and all this other

stuff i get like kind of sick to my

stomach with stuff like that now I've

seen way worse in different movies and I

don't know what it was it just felt so

tragic I felt like I knew the character

like personally and it just looks so

realistic to me now I don't know what it

looks like to slice your damn veins open

but if anything I feel like that's

exactly what it would look like and that

was so hard to watch it really made me

gag I had

was in like my girlfriend probably

things like now you know what a chump I

don't care i just i had to pause there

it goes splash some water on my face or

something because I've never had a scene

in anything affect me like that I've

seen way more brutal stuff and I don't

know I don't know what it was it's just

like the only thing I can chalk it up to

is that I felt like I actually knew this

character and I saw all the horrific

shit that happened to her and you know

if I was in you know any one of those

kids shoes I think I would have probably

handled it a little bit better I mean

anyone can say that but I just feel like

I don't know I just don't know if I

would have stood by and just let it get

that bad but well no I'm not them I

could be thrust into a situation like

that someday and handled it poorly as

well but Jesus Christ that was hard to

watch so for my overall verdict I'm

going to give this show a pretty damn

great definitely well done I can't quite

get it up to a masterpiece because the

one flaw I did have with it is the you

know the whole series kind of you know

leaned on the whole Tony Padilla thing and him

popping up you know very conveniently

and shit like that and I just thought

that was a little forced Cubs

realistically come on man you're not the

Cheshire Cat as much as you want to be

in you just kept popping up every damn

where and I just didn't really believe

it but aside from that it was almost

near perfect that's why I'm giving it a

pretty damn great what do you guys think

How to overcome massive Frustration in your Business - Duration: 9:19.

hey guys i just wanted to let you know

something to been working on how to

overcome massive frustration in your

business you know i know a lot of you

think here we go again another business

owner whinging & whining about the

pressures of business but and i wanted

to share all that pain to anyone who

listens you know I get it we all hear it

all the time but biggest problem I find

is you know I've never really took much

notice until it started to happen to me

and then that's when I started searching

high and low for any answers you can

find and believe me I've been down this

road plenty of times and want to share

this it isn't a poor me video but think

more of it as a realization video

hopefully giving you some

added value so here

we go as we know it it seems to happen

all the time and then mainly because we

just can't seem to get the basics right

so I wanted to a story about some of the

pain and frustration that I have faced

over the last 20 years and some of the

mistakes I made which with a little

forsight probably could have been

prevented and you know hindsight it's

a wonderful thing but when you're

in the trenches you don't see

that. So I felt totally isolated and

didn't have the correct balance and with

work or family working all the time

because I couldn't make ends meet so out

of that my paperwork sucked I wasn't

quoting correctly it was causing me big

issues i was tired all the time

constantly slaving away continually

working long hours on the tools driving

incredible long distances to work which

just way later on my day i was never

home never got to see my young kids or my

wife for a matter of fact. Yeah I felt

overwhelmed I was losing momentum

quickly and I started to shut down

emotionally and mentally and physically

and i'm pretty sure that most of you

guys ordered that it sound pretty

familiar

The only time you get to stop is when

your health fails and you end up in hospital

with pneumonia or viruses etc and they

have a breakdown now some of my causes

that the business was spiraling we're

simply to do with lack of systems and

proper planning , so straight away that

causes me to have poor delivery I never

had any extra time so I rushed

everything as it was only got paid

piecemeal or by the meter so I didn't

get an hourly rate so I didn't have any

marketing and that resulted in poor cash

flow poor communication on you know in

short my business was out of control and

after long years of working i had bought

myself a job and not a career again i'm

sure that sounds pretty familiar.After

all I was good at my job but why was I

struggling so much that was a part that

you don't learn at school nobody ever

had time to teach me the money part of

things you know I was frustrated and

overwhelmed didn't have any money or

time you know I lived week to

weak and something had to give. Had to

give big time before I gave out and i

realized that couldn't do everything on

my own the control freak in me had to

let something go and fortunately for me

it did.Now I know a lot of you tradie's

out there or small business operators

are feeling the exact same and i think

i'm here to tell you doesn't have to be

like that I've done a lot of research on

search high and low on the internet

papers radio everywhere I could find

literally anybody up a talk to I hassle

business coaches business mentors

friends family of all books hundreds of

books I've learned about as much as I

could about business growth and I was

still struggling so now struggling with

all the knowledge I was committing to an

over exhausted brain and I was

frying myself . My whole head just

wasn't able to take anything else on so

funny thing was the one the one thing I

learnt from all this

commuting was that every bit of knowledge had

a common theme and basically it was a mindset

a good positive mindset and attitude

and can you believe it.

I was searching everywhere for a complex

solution to my problems and it was such

a simplistic change of my mindset that

turned things around for me. Now you may

ask how do you change something that is

internal when you're when you're getting

smashed so much left right and center on

the ground and it's hard to be happy

fella when you're bleeding money and

losing face or so it seems, you think your

losing face but it's probably not

that bad. To tell you the truth I

struggled but I started with a few

little things and it grew from there.

Gratitude was my first step, happy that I

was on the right side of the grass be

number one happy that I had a supportive

wife even though i didnt see her very much and

she was the one who you used to cop most

of my mood swings out when I was tired

and irritable but I was happy that I had

still had friends who wanted to help me

out as well and the list went on every

day and every day something new came to

light and slowly things turned the

corner and I started working on my

business with new

enthusiasm and a different outlook

Firstly I went back to ground zero built

myself a small plan, a small road map to

get me through the next 12 months by

measuring everything in 3 month

blocks. One of the cool ways to do this

I sort of implemented a sale script and

basic funnels and I spent some time on

creating good systems that could be

learned from anyone new coming aboard

I've got a good team that we're skilled

in the areas that I sucked at and

probably more important than that is I

build a team of people who could follow

the systems that I created it and we

created then who would implement changes

if they need to happen. This helped me

take the average unskilled person and be

able to train them in tsk

workers that were on the most part they

were now happy and content for the first

time in a long time I had some happy

people around me. By doing those little

things I had massive results, my

delivery was better my customers were

more happy the more money started to

flow in the doors I started had time off

work or not work so hard and I gained a

better work-life balance I started to

getting back some of the control over

over my business that was starting to

grow very nicely. Believe it or not ,

you can do this too I'm not a brainwave

I don't have business degrees or

anything I just notice the different

things that the good businesses were

doing and I started to implement those

things and copy the good ones. Now don't

get me wrong if anybody tells you that

business is easy or they have never been

in trouble you know ,step back because

they're full of it all they're about to

get a good dose very soon. It is

unfortunately most businesses have a

hardship but at times and it's a natural

cycle the best you can hope for is that

the good planning you do right now will

get you through the tough times and

believe me there is nothing tougher than

a client taking a huge amount of dollars

out of you whether it's 10 or 100 k

for works already rendered or you know

you've been hit with wet weather

delays etc eating up your cash flow so

there , there's little things you can sort

of start to do all you have to do

basically the change of mindset and be

positive about things start planning, be

grateful. Aim at fixing one problem at a

time forever then move on to the next

problem and solve it forever. So the 80/20

rule if you concentrate eighty percent

worrying about all your problems and

only twenty percent trying to fix them

or guess what, you will have about

eighty percent of problems that you'll

never solve . So try to switch it

around and spend eighty percent working

on a solution on one problem and you'll

find if you ask better questions you'll

have better answers

it's takes a bit of time but you'll get the

hang of it and you will see a massive

shift in your momentum and of course

your results which then naturally gives

you a healthier bottom line and

obviously it'll give you a better

work-life balance and you know there's

something I hope this has been of a

little bit of value to you guys and

can aid in some way even if it only is a

lateral shift of thinking. Talk to you

soon.

Thanks guys

The 3 most important things you should include in your website - Duration: 5:18.

Hi! I'm Sharon Jurd and welcome to my Biz Blitz video.

Today I want to talk to you about websites and what I believe are the three most important things

to have as a part of your website.

And I hope that you've got a pen and paper ready because I want you to take some notes around this

because these three things are very important and if they're not on your website you need to go back to your developer and ask them to put them in.

So the three things are first and this is no particular order so the first one is testimonials.

People love nothing more than hearing from other people about you.

You can't tell them how wonderful you are yourself because they are not going to believe you.

You can have all the words, all the photos and all the videos of yourself but they want to hear

from other real people and make sure that they're real.

Don't get them all edited out so it's look like they are a paid presenter. Get real people in real environments.

I'm never worried about if there is a bit of excess noise in my testimonials or if there are objects sort of floating around in the background.

It is about getting real people at that point who want to share their experience with others

and tell them how wonderful you are.

So don't make it a production let's just get them in front of the camera.

Secondly, make sure that you have an opt-in. You need people to be opting in to your database.

So give them something for free, of value, not something shitty free like my free E-book

that's so cliché now or my free newsletter.

Think of something that is of value to your clients, real value to your clients and customers

and make sure that you share that, share the best of you in them.

If you give to your customers then they will give back to you.

So make sure that that opt-in is a real genuine opt-in not something that's shitty.

Make sure you have a really good product or service to offer them.

Thirdly, my third thing is video, video, video.

You know that I love videos. I'm always banging on about doing videos in your business.

If you are not doing videos in your business, you are behind the times.

As I was talking the other day I said to people, "if you're not using video in your business right now

it's like you've got a landline only telephone and you haven't got a mobile telephone."

It is that transition.

So if you are going to be forced kicking and screaming into the video world in the future as we did with mobile phones.

Some people went, "mobile phones, I'll have one".

I had one early days, it was a big brick I carried it around and thought

I was super cool but other people were reluctant to go to a mobile phone

but in the end people went to a mobile phone because that is what the world was changing to.

I'm telling you in the business world we are changing to video so get on board

and don't be those ones at the end lagging in, kicking and screaming.

So get video into your business and that is so important in your website

to make sure you incorporate video because what's happening is we're losing touch.

People buy from people and they still do, that human nature hasn't changed,

they still want some human interaction and the way to have that human interaction,

those one-on-ones with people is through video and that's what's going to keep you real to your customers and clients.

And those perspective customers and clients will see you on video and they will know,

like and trust you before they've even done business with you.

So there are my three tips.

One is testimonials. Make sure you have testimonials on your website.

Two, make sure that you have an opt-in for them to get more information from you

and thirdly, what I'm really passionate about is making sure that there are videos on your website.

Have those three things, check out your website. If you haven't got them,

make the changes as soon as you can to bring you up to speed

with what others are doing in this environment right now.

So I hope this has helped. If you think this will add value to your family, friends and colleagues please share this video.

I love it when you guys share this video for me because I want to reach as many people

as I can and I want to help as many people as I can.

I really appreciate the effort you take in sharing my Biz Blitz videos

out with your family, friends and colleagues. I'm Sharon Jurd and I will talk to you soon.

Tonight, for you,

I offer up this body

With you it's special

This isn't flattery or lip service

I'm in love

Everything reflected in your eyes stirs hatred in me

Don't look at anything else but me

I hear the sound of a heart

It's a dirty, grating voice

I don't care where the last boy went, it's your future that concerns me

At least let me satisfy you

With my strong body, heart and everything, to the inside of inside

Now, let's turn up the heat

Lying here in this small menagerie with our dust-covered love

If you don't think this is true love,

let me show you proof

If I were with you

Forget haircuts or tearing out my nails

I'd cut off my pinky

As proof our love won't change

Pinky Promise

Camp NaNoWriMo April 2017 Vlog #3: Week Two "Wide Awake" - Duration: 5:38.

"Gloomy Sunday, with Shadows I've spent it all."

Hello, hello, hello, everyone welcome to

week two of camp NaNoWriMo, I thought I'd

try things a little bit different this

time. It's Monday morning bright and

early and I've got my coffee with me and

I am ready to go. I hope to do my future

vlogs differently by recording my audio

more times sporadically throughout the

week, so you get kind of more of an

inside view of the writing process as i

write. So, I hope you guys enjoy this and

I hope that this week's vlog turns out

better than last week... and let's see if I

can catch up on word count. I just wanted

to talk to you guys for a little bit

about a couple things, I know having

spent so long on this project, when i

first started getting feedback from my

beta readers and my editors, i was not

reluctant to listen but i was i was

worried being on one project that long,

because you get really attached to the

words and the scenes, and you know, the

story as you've written it. Because

you've been working away on it, pounding

away at the keyboard, chiseling away on a

masterpiece for half a decade and here

it is now people are giving me all the

advice telling me what's wrong, but i need

to remember that's what editors

are for. That's what i'm doing. I'm paying

them to tell me what's wrong. I think the

most challenging thing for me though is

when editors can pinpoint something and

tell me what's wrong but they can't tell

me how to fix it. That's why i wanted to try

to make my "Writing Advice Series" so that

way it could help anyone like me who is

struggling and maybe knew their problems

or knew that their novel needed some

work and so that we can help pinpoint

those problems and also figure out how

to fix them.

I don't want to say in my back story is

flat, but I felt that the back story

needed work so it's funny to me that you

know, at first not wanting to take the

advice and then not wanting to change

very much in the story, I've come to this

point now where I'm excited about change

and I am ready for change. What my hope

was, was to write out the back story for

these characters and find the best least

invasive ways to incorporate this extra

exposition into the you know just the

meat of the novel to help flesh

everything out completely, but once I

draft all the exposition I'm gonna move

into full-fledged rewrites, because now

that everyone's pointed out the errors I

plan on going through and plotting out

just how to fix them. My idea on trying

to figure out how to fix all these

issues was, I got the idea to look at my

plot line basically and my plot line is

a working document that changes as I

write. I updated every draft that I do,

but yes no I'm very excited for these

rewrites because what my plan was was to

sit down with my plot line and my story

and map out every detail, in every scene,

in every subchapter that makes up every

chapter. Literally every scene would be

accounted for by word count, characters

there, what happens in the plot, and even

tracking the characters emotions

throughout each of the scenes. I thought

this would be the most effective way to

pinpoint the weakest areas and figure

out how to not only fix those, but also

pinpoint the best places to add

additional scenes or extend others. Well

here we are at the end of week two of

camp NaNoWriMo April 2017! It's been a

crazy writing week, I'm only 2258 words

behind right now and this video might go

up a little late, but you know that's

okay. I'm I know I can catch up and I'm

just glad I'm not further behind but

during this week while I was writing I

was overwhelmed with a feeling that I

realized I had written about before, and

it was in chapter 3 of my novel The

Suicide Box.

Since it was a piece of writing that

helped get me through the week, I wanted

to end this video with me reading you

guys. The piece of writing that I did

that helped me make that connection and

realize that parts of my story mean more

to me now than they did when I wrote

them. I don't have it memorized, so I'm

just gonna read it off my paper here. You

guys look, I hope you enjoy it, I hope

it's not too dramatic.. then I'm sorry if

it's bad. - "I had the Epiphany as I

sometimes do where I realized why i

write, and it always comes down to the same

thing. That I'm going to die, that we're

all going to die and i want someone,

somewhere to know that I lived. How can a

revelation such as this be so easily

forgotten? Those childhood dreams can

still come true, if I choose to believe

in them. It's okay to believe in things that

aren't real. It's like any art that I

might create is only me trying to

capture those rare moments, my mind,

heart, and body are one, all the times I

was - Wide Awake. Shed the old skin, abandon

your fear - Transcend."

Review Esmalte em Gel Semi-permanente Madam Glam | Semi-permanent Gel Nail polish | Aline Makelyne - Duration: 13:42.

Hi girls, today I will show you the semi permanent enamel of madam glam

Is an international brand, which sells enamels, booths and various other nail things as well

For professional or domestic use

The kit came in this box here and here on the side comes written the things that come in:

Comes with a Mini LED Cabinet

Comes with 3 gel enamels that you can choose from

Comes with wooden toothpick

With 10 alumínio foils for removal of gel enamels

And comes with a mini nail file

So these are the things that comes inside the box and also comes with usb cable and an adapter to power the booth

And behind the box comes writing how to apply the enamel and here below is written how to remove the enamel gel

So all the information is here, just follow the step by step straight that has no errors, is super simple

I'll open the box and this the store's website: Www.madamglam.com And instagram to follow: @madam_glam

I'll leave the link in the description and buy there on the site using the discount coupon: nailsqueen30% you get a 30% discount so enjoy

So here comes the paper with a note of everything that came in the box

And this is the kit.

In this packet comes sandpaper, alumínio foil and toothpick.

A polishing sandpaper and a thicker sandpaper to use before glazing and also to remove the enamel

Also comes a toothpick to remove the smudges that surround, to remove excess enamel.

And also the other part which is to push the cuticles prior to the application of the enamel and also to make the removal

And comes the 10 papers of alimunium that already comes prepared with the cotton, there you only need to put acetone

Ai does the removal of the gel normally, but this I will make a special video explaining how to do the removal correctly

Comes also the mini led cabin, it is beautiful and of great quality, I loved the finish

Very sturdy, it's small so it's handy to use anywhere and portable, that's great!

Here put the cable and up here it turns on and off it

Comes with an adapter and a USB cable to be plugged into both the power outlet and the computer

So there are two ways you can use it, you can either use it on your computer or plug it in

And then just plug the adapter into the cab and connect it to the computer or the power outlet

This is very good, you can call anywhere

This is the on / off button and it automatically shuts off in 30 seconds

Or you could be turning off the button.

It is great for gel enamelling

And now I will show the enamel that are these 3 here that is of your choice, plus I chose the base, an enamel with color and a top coat first

You can choose from the enamel shop

Or you can choose a kit and come with base and then I chose...

Comes 15ml a quantity of then gives to make these enamels often...

And now I'm going to show the enamel I chose is a lead gray, his name is EGO

There are many beautiful colors.

And also chose the gel top coat, which gives a perfect glaze in the enameling

The nails look incredibly bright for a long time...

And then you can choose to take the kit with the 3 with base and top coat and the color or 3 colors of your preference

I'm going to show you how to make the semi permanent nail polish

I will use the USB cable and put it on the computer in the

I'll give you a hint of something I do whenever I use gel enamel

Which is to use the nail prep that it will dehydrate and sterilize the nails, balancing the ph of the natural nails and this will make the enamel lasts much longer...

But this is optional, because the enamel itself already adheres and lasts a lot

So first I will do a normal nail cleaning. Removing all base residue

Taking everything

And then after cleaning you can use the sandpaper that comes along with it

you will sanding all your nails, carefully, do not scratch much, it is only to remove the oil.

I'll use my same white sandpaper sandpaper

And then wipe any excess dust from the sanding and pass 1x layer of nail prep (optional)

And there with the bevelled part of the toothpick you will push the cuticles

Now I will apply the gel base

Without touching the cuticle or the skin, if it leans off with a toothpick

Because getting flat after drying in the cabin will be a bit harder to remove later

Here touched the skin, so I come with a toothpick and remove the excess base that is on the skin

And there it healed in the cabin for 60 seconds

I applied on the 4 nails now I applied on the big toe and healed in the cabin for 60 seconds

Ready applied to the base now I come with the enamel with color and apply a layer on the nails

Without touching the skin, you will glaze

Apply the first coat and cure in the led cabinet for 60 seconds

And you will apply another layer of polish

And heal in the cabin for another 60 seconds

Now with a 70% alcohol wipe and remove the top layer of fat

And apply a layer of gel top coat to finish

You will do this whole process on all your nails

And then after having applied the top coat placed in the cabinet for 60 seconds to dry the gel and ready

Remove the fat from the surface of the nail and gel enamel is ready

I used a cuticle oil

The brand promises a durability of 20 days in the nails, I will leave the store's website in the description of the video

I'm going to make a video showing how to remove semi permanent enamel

A kiss and until the next video my loves!
