TEJAS TO TEST FIRE PAYTHON-5 AIR-TO-AIR MISSILE ADA is reported to test-fire the Close Combat

Missile (CCM) Python-5 Air-To-Air missile by the end of this month, informed sources

confirmed today.

Air Force Technology website reports the Python-5 as a 5th generation air-to-air missile (AAM)

manufactured by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems.

It is the newest member in the range of Python AAMs.

The missile demonstrates superior target detection and tracking capabilities, involving captive

carry evaluation and homing trials.

The missile can engage enemy aircraft from very short ranges and near beyond visual range.

Python-5 is the most accurate and reliable AAM of the Israeli Air Force and one of the

most sophisticated guided missiles in the world.

Earlier, in Feb 2016, Tejas conducted the first test firing of the beyond visual range

air-to-air missile (BVRAAM), Derby.

Derby initially faced severe vibration issues during firing trials which was subsequently

solved by ADA engineers.

In addition to Python and Derby, Tejas is armed with the Russian-made CCM R-73, laser-guided

bombs (LGB) Griffin and Paveway and the Russian-made cannon Gsh-23.

The CCM R-73 has been fired over a dozen times now at Goa, Jaisalmer and Jamnagar as part

of the weapon trials of Tejas over the years.

This crucial test forms a part of the Final Operational Clearance of the home-grown

light fighter.

Hi. Thanks for watching the

I want to talk today about

standing out and what does it

take in order to stand out on

the Internet. What does it take

in order to stand with your

customers.

I relate a little story

back from my own personal

experiences back in the early

90s when I was going to Arizona

State University.

I started working

you know to pay some bills like

everybody else I was eating

ramen noodles and kind of get

sick of it.

So I started

working as you know and

a Bennigan's actually.

And what I did is

I noticed that some of the

people down the street that

worked at a nice restaurant

were coming in and they had a

lot more money to spend

on drinks than I did.

So after a while I

talked to one of them and said

What does it take in order to

move up in this industry.

I learned what I learned

my wines and learned my food

and then soon got

into that position

was making a lot more money.

And then from there

you know in Phoenix it's a big

city so we had a lot of

opportunity to move ahead

and then move to the

cream of the crop the very

upper echelon I mean the people

are making nearly six figures.

Being a waiter

you know the $100 plate sort

of crowd you know really in

this area we don't have much

around here like that except

for maybe Kohler.

And you know

figure out what to do there.

And the way that I did this and

this is back where it was not

very easy to do as is I shrunk

my resume down to the size of a

wine label and I

plastered onto a bottle of wine

and I sent it off to the hiring

managers at the top

the very cream of the top

establishment in Phoenix

at the time and

I got hired at one of them

shouldn't have I didn't have

the experience they didn't have

the pedigree but I got hired

and even years

later when I was working at

another you know finishing up

with school and working

in another establishment and we

had sort of a

benefit that we were doing I

was in a back office of another

restaurant that I went to and I

saw my wine bottle.

This is three years later I saw

my wine bottle sitting at the

desk of one of the hiring

managers.

And I asked him about it and he

said yeah this is the greatest

thing I know.

You know he said this has been

on my desk and I use it as an

example of what it takes and I

asked him why the hell didn't

you call me then.

It was really nice to see

the thing is is that it was a

little more difficult to shrink

things down and to paste it and

send it off.

Today we have so many more

availabilities to stand out.

I know there's a lot of

clutter. I know there you know

to get on Facebook and stuff

like there's a lot of clutter

but to utilize search engine

optimization to get on social

media to do things running

contests whatever it takes.

And even just kind of taking a

step back and looking at your

whole customer experience what

does that look like.

What you know walk through the

front doors of your business.

Are there cigarette butts on

the front door is it dirty.

Are you having paint missing.

What's the messaging as you

walk in versus walk and

walking out.

You know really take a fresh

look at different things and

really stand out.

I worked with one aspect of it

and that's kind of the online

visibility of the different

property management that we

handle.

But the

you know and this is a

cornerstone piece of what it

is.

But at the end of the day I'm

about business I'm kind of the

business geek here in this.

I want people to make money I

want people to do well and in

order to do that what we need

to do is really push

for doing everything

right and heating up the

customer experience and really

making a go at it and making

sure that they get our best

foot forward and

that they're seeing everything

that we can do in order to try

to connect with them because

you know as in today's

economy everything is about

connection. Everything is about

touches everything you say

about that.

So the better

you can do that the more it

is. So what can you do to stand

out today and what can you do

to reach somebody.

You know bear in mind even like

updating your social media just

you know once a day

you're you're on par at that

point that with some of the

major brands out there in the

United States in the world

really. So it doesn't take

much in order to really compete

but it does take something.

So I hope this

it's sparked a little interest

and a thought process of what

you can do in order to really

take it to the next level.

Top 10 Strangest Allergies in the World

Many things can trigger allergies.

The most common allergens are pollen, dust mites, mold, animal dander, insect stings,

latex, and certain foods and medications.

However, some people react to some very unusual allergens!

Number One: Water

This allergy is extremely rare, and it affects only 1 in 23 million individuals.

Brief contact with water is so dangerous that even the sufferer's tears and sweat can

cause painful and itchy rashes that take hours to subside.

Drinking water can cause the person's throat to become inflamed and blistered.

People who have this allergy can only handle a minute of bathing, and can only drink carbonated

or distilled water.

Number Two: Semen

This is one of the most unusual allergies.

It's a condition which mainly affects women.

The reaction occurs as a result of contact with the proteins in men's sperm.

Symptoms include itching and redness in the vaginal area, but in extreme cases these symptoms

can spread to other parts of the body.

Symptoms can develop suddenly, without any warning.

But what's even stranger, is that sufferers may experience symptoms with one partner,

while not with another!

Number Three: Own Child / Pregnancy

Women can develop this strange condition during the second or third trimester of pregnancy,

and it can extend to a few months after giving birth.

The mother suffers excruciating blisters on the abdomen, which may extend to other areas

in the upper torso.

Their babies may also be born with a similar rash.

The blisters usually disappear a few months after, but may leave unsightly dark scars.

Number Four: Kissing

For some people, kissing can result in hives, rashes, puffy lips, itchy eyes, blisters on

eyelids, wheezing and respiratory distress.

Though this allergy doesn't mean one is allergic to another's lips or tongue.

The person who suffers from this type of reaction is usually one with a severe food or medicinal

allergy.

Due to the close contact and sharing of saliva, food particles or traces of medicine can be

left in the mouth, causing the allergic reaction.

Number Five: Exercise

This severe allergic reaction is seen in people who are allergic to grapes, shellfish, wheat,

hazelnut and some medicines.

Attacks happen following an exercise activity after consumption of any of these foods.

Symptoms include fatigue, warmth, itching and redness of the skin with large hives,

even collapse and unconsciousness.

Swelling of the throat, difficulty breathing or choking, nausea and vomiting are also common.

Number Six: Cold Temperatures

Nobody particularly enjoys cold temperatures, but some people react in worse ways than others.

Exposure to cold food, cold air or cold water can lead to itchy, swollen skin, and in more

serious cases, collapse and death.

The causes aren't known, but experts believe sufferers could have hyper-sensitive skin

cells.

And it's also thought that the condition is hereditary.

Number Seven: Sunlight

This is another rare condition where people break out in hives in certain parts of the

body after exposure to sunlight.

The UV rays emitted by the sun cause chemical alterations in skin cells, which leads to

allergic responses.

Hives can appear in both covered and uncovered areas of the skin.

Number Eight: Wood

Some people are allergic to certain types of wood or sawdust.

But, there are cases when people are allergic to any type of wood in many types of forms

- whether it is dust or solid.

People with wood allergies can't touch paper or use a pencil.

In most cases, wood allergies cause skin irritation, hives, coughing, and sneezing.

Number Nine: Underwear

People who are allergic to underwear are actually allergic to the fabrics used to create underwear.

Mainly polyester, latex and cotton.

The underwear allergy can be rather troublesome.

Sufferers of this allergy often develop itchy rashes and red skin.

Even to the extent that it is painful while touching or rubbing that area.

Number Ten: Caffeine

Caffeine is an ingredient found in many of our favourite foods and beverages.

But, there are people who cannot ingest even the smallest amounts of caffeine, without

having to deal with life threatening allergic reactions.

Those allergic to caffeine can experience delusions and hallucinations, rashes, hives,

anxiety attacks, heart palpitations, and blurry vision.

Some experience muscle jerks, and even seizures which can be deadly.

they are for how small they are they are

pretty heavy they're a good heavy size

for how small they are I believe these

guys are about two to three inches so

almost like would be a blend of like gig

in and destroy them maybe God you know

give you an idea of their scale I mean I

could hold my finger next to it you know

finger or I mean you guys seemed like

legs they make the stomping noise or he

swings his arm open to smile this one he

does like a bank type motion almost you

could use down like dinosaurs I'm going

to want to try then I got some from the

2016 odd japanese movie demon like

different versions of Godzilla so these

are like the different versions he

transformed into saw these are really

cool too are made by and I I got this

other also big guts Illinois which is

also made by the end I a lot of these i

ordered a straight for a modchip and you

can they're really hard to find this

awesome battles with these like a flaw

Review of apartments in Minsk. Registration in Belarus - Duration: 12:03.

Greetings to all! Today we continue discussing traveling around Belarus and we'll touch on such themes as registration, filling the migration card in. And of course we'll show you the apartments we lived in.

As said at the page of Internal Affairs Directorate, foreign citizens except citizens of the Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Russian Federation and Ukraine

have to register within five days from the date of arrival except it's Sunday or public holiday or any other day that was declared a holiday in Belarus.

The state registration fee is a half of base value.

The base value is 23 rubles. So the registration fee is 11,5 belarussian rubles.

And now let's see how the migration card has to be filled in. It will be given to you on board. It's quite simple to fill in.

There are two sides. You have to keep the side B till leaving the country.

You should fill the migration card in the same language as you have a passport filled in. By default, you have two options: in Russian or in English.

Apart from the migration card you are rquired to have the insurance to cross the border. If you have not issued the insurance in advance, you can purchase it at the Minsk National airport.

Insurance must cover all days of your stay at the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Insurance for 7 days that was issued at the airport cost us 9 dollars or 8 euros.

This insurance will also be required when registering at the migration service.

So, we are at the 4-th floor, here is our apartment. Come in! We have upacked our bags already.

There is a large wardrobe with hangers and slippers at the entrance. There is a bathroom at the right side. We have a big bath here. And hot water. Shampoos were provided also.

The living room looks exacly as the picture we've seen at the booking.

Kitchen is not so big. But it looks nice. The sun shines right on the table. We have a microwave, kettle, gas-stove and detergents here. There are cups and plates.

Tea and coffee. What do we have here? Tableware, pots, graters and skillets in the oven.

There is also a refrigerator that was empty till we've put fastfood in it.

There is also the exit to the balcony.

By the way, you could see a small packet from Mc'Donalds in the kitchen. Mc'Donalds is in the same building. And you are able to see Il Patio at the opposite side.

Here we have such... device for heating. We have already put it on, and it really heats. Also we were provided with an iron. There are pictures on the wall.

The bed was laid before our arrival. Let's check it out! Oh... Hard bed. Flopping down was a little bit painful.

There is a utility room on the left. I don't know if the lights are turning on anywhere. There are additional hangers and an ironing board here. This is how the room looks.

Everything looks pretty nice. And yes, if you're interested, the TV works. We will also show you several options for breakfast. When you move into the apartments the employee offers you to choose the menu for breakfast.

You can choose a menu for every day of staying. The delivery is between 8 and 10 in the morning. It is also possible to get breakfast in the evening (between 8 and 10 pm).

What I would like to say in conclusion. The apartment is ok, it is light, and if you use the heating device that we've shown it's warm.

And now about what we didn't like about our staying at the apartment. Of course, we didn't expect that someone would clean up the rooms, but we were surprised when we saw breakfast in the corridor that we did not take in the morning.

What else. The company's employees didn't know that we need to register. If they work with foreigners they should know the law.

Moreover, we booked these apartments via Booking, so they knew in advance where the guests are from, how many days we would stay, and of course they should have guessed that we would need to register.

However, we told them about it. As we arrived on Sunday, it was non-working day, we didn't go to the migration service.

On Monday the company's employee was busy so we went on Tuesday. On Tuesday he came for us and took us to the migration service.

He paid the registration fee in advance and did not show the bill. At the migration service one's has to fill in a questionnaire. The employee of the company did that for us. But he did it not so confidently and made mistakes.

Of course, we received a permission to stay and paid $ 25 or 50 Belarusian rubles. And by the way, if you face a choice whether to pay in dollars or in Belarusian rubles, then keep in mind that they are used to rounding up as 1: 2.

I mean that instead of $ 25 you will be asked to pay 50 rubles. But $ 25 is equal to 48 rubles (46,98 already). If you pay attention to such nuances, then be careful. Know what to expect.

Well, let's return to our muttons. Later we found out that registration fee is 0,5 of base value. That is, instead of 11,5 Belarusian rubles, the company took 50.

It was very strange to us as we are abroad not for the first time. We visited many countries and lived both in hotels and in apartments. The registration of foreign citizens was provided everywhere without any extra payment. So yes, of course, for us it was a drawback.

Let's talk about the price and the check-in now. We arrived in Minsk at 7:10 am. At 8:20 am we already were in the center of the city. Check-in is availabe starting from 1:00 pm. We asked for early check-in, but the company said that it wasn't possible as the apartment should be cleaned up.

At 12:50 we were there. The code door was opened by the employee of the company. Apparently, they really were cleanin up because we saw garbage bags at the threshold. Woman showed us the apartment, made a contract, which we signed, took money and left.

Well, now about the price: for 6 nights in the apartment we paid $ 305. In the contract it was shown as 610 Belarusian rubles. You got the idea about check-in. What about check-out?

Nobody comes, no one checks. You must leave before 12:00 pm. Just lock the door and throw the key in the mailbox on the first floor.

After the flow of information about what we did not like, let's briefly talk about the advantages of this apartment. The most important thing is the central location, of course. You have everything nearby: a supermarket, shops and squares.

By the way, the Gorky Park is near. There are children attractions and many other interesting things for children. There is a bus stop nearby also and the buses leave to the railway station ad depot. And of course, there are historical monuments.

The company is ready to provide a transfer service. If you'd like to go one way it will cost $ 30, if you want a company employee to meet you at the airport and then drive you back, it will cost you $ 50.

But if you've watched our previous video, you know that using public transport - that is quite convenient, by the way! - you will spend 8 rubles as maximum for the roundtrip.

Welcome to the Grumo Podcast A weekly concoction of irreverence, humor,

My Name is Miguel Hernandez and in today's episode I'll talk about the perils of today's

instant satisfaction economy.. are you ready? let's do it!

For the last couple weeks I've been working on building a new learning platform.

The goal is to optimize learning. To help people learn faster.

I know, we have our work cut out for us.

When it comes to learning, there is plenty of room for optimization.

Online learning is a multi-billion dollar industry and thousands of companies are innovating

in this space.

Recently, Elon Musk announced yet another company, Neuralink, which aims to make implants

for the human brain that can wirelessly interface with a computer.

So what's the end goal? how fast can we learn? Can Matrix-like learning become a reality?

What happens when we can learn anything instantaneously?

You could learn 100 languages in a few seconds.

You could learn everything covered in a 4 year law degree in two minutes.

You could become a master chess player, nuclear physicist, rocket scientist and brain surgeon

in less time that it takes to brush your teeth.

Technology is not only helping us to learn faster, it's helping us obtain anything we

want faster; information (Google), entertainment (YouTube, Netflix), food (Instacart), car

rides (Uber), porn (YouPorn), products (Amazon).

We are creating an instant satisfaction economy.

But satisfaction doesn't equal fulfillment.

We run the risk to end up in a world where we get everything we want at the expense of

what we really need.

Not everything needs to be optimized. Not everything needs to happen faster and with

less effort.

By reducing the gap between A: where we are, and B: where we want to be, we are killing

the magic.

For the sake of the destination we are killing the journey.

We humans are still running on a 1 million year old operating system. A system designed

to value and enjoy more the things for which we had to work harder, for which the journey

was long, treacherous and adventurous.

In short. No pain. No gain.

We need to be careful and build technology to enhance the journey, not destroy it.

We need to learn to integrate technology in our lives so it doesn't replace the things

from which derive true lasting fulfillment.

And as someone that is now on the technology creation side, I feel this responsibility.

Maybe the ultimate goal shouldn't be to help people learn faster but to help people enjoy

more the journey of learning, even it takes longer to get to the destination.

I'm working on it.

Before I go I'd like to share two book recommendations that recount the amazing life journeys by

two remarkable humans: "Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman" by Nobel Prize winning physicist

Richard P. Feynman and "The Art Of Learning" by chess prodigy and Taiji Quan world champion,

Joshn Waitzkin.

I listened to both books using the Audible app and loved it. I've had an audible account

for years but never got into it because the experience varies a lot depending on whether

you like who reads the book. Ideally you have the original author reading but that only

works if she or he has a nice voice and is engaging. On those two books one is read by

a professional voice over actor and the other by Joshn Waitzkin himself. I listened to both

books at 2 times the speed and very soon got used the experience. If you haven't tried

to listen to books before I highly recommend it. There is nothing like getting smarter

while walking, exercising or in my case washing the dishes!
