Youtube daily report w Apr 22 2017

Hi, how are you?

We are students of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León

Faculty of Public Accounting and Administration

Of the career in Bachelor of Administration, second semester

From Finance Matters

The objective of this team is to take the concepts that we have seen throughout the semester with those of a company in real life

Next we will see the interviews, please keep watching

Good morning, we are from the Faculty of Public Accounting and Administration

and today we are going to make an interview with Mr. Hugo Velazquez Martinez

accountant of the company Comercializadora y Relaciones del Noreste

Good morning

Well, to begin this interview, we would like to start with a question

What is the success of this company?

What is the success of the company is focused on what is the mentality of the entrepreneur.

It can be said that it is also due to work, which is not achieved overnight, is a long process and also partly to the training of all aspects.

From having a correct management to financial analysis, marketing strategies and sales. All this is one to achieve the success of the company.

In what way is it possible to obtain maximum profitability?

The maximum profitability would be analyzing the financial statements, in order to determine an agreed and fair price.

Also check your suppliers, what the company requires according to the quality and the relationship and various things like avoiding leaks of unnecessary expenses

so to speak, in order to obtain your highest profitability

And the last question would be how is a trend analysis done?

I can tell you that they would have data from the past and project them into the future

more than anything else to see the direction the company takes

and there would be several data

such as the market, the currency to be able to make decisions in the future On that medium.

My name is Christopher Cantú and we continue with the interview

What does environmental resources indicate?

The environmental resources is by means of an indicator that allows us to know the number of times

that has been realized in a determined period.

This tells us how long it took for the process to become cash or a receivable

The formula for this is the cost of sales between average weight, hence out how many times it takes the inventory in cash.

What is the importance of social responsibility in the company?

Here for example, we are a company that is a recycler

so our social responsibility is not to generate a pollution to the environment.

Recycling materials such as metal and this metal sells, but is sold to a person who has the permits authorized before the government

to know that that product goes to a destination that is accurate and will not be damaged.

The importance is not to damage the environmental system

Why is accounting important as we are administrators?

It is very important because from a financial perspective

You as administrators can detect the problems of the company.

In a paper with a financial analysis already have their explanations and detect the area of opportunities.

This is the importance

That through the registry do a comparative analysis and you see where is the area to improve.

Now, Licensed

What skills and competences must students acquire from management?

They must have leadership, be able to delegate responsibilities that they are going to exercise in their field, to know how to manage budgets and finances.

The administrator, we say that every administrator must be managed

By this we mean that you have your structured goal

Have the structured mind, that you are able to order, to have strategic thoughts.

Another skill that is important to administrators is the command of English

mastering tools such as SAP

which is part of what is essential for an administrator.

Do you believe that students graduating from FACPYA are able to reach senior positions of companies?

Yes, of course

Not anything else in one, in many other companies. Administrators have a lot of scope

there is a working field for all administrators.

If they occupy high positions as in any company it starts from a lower position and they go up.

In the organizational structure

in the organic structure

we have positions managers of administrators,

we have the direction of administration, of finance, of human resources

Which is a field of action for administrators

We have management, we have general directions and then area, sales and all our company has work profiles.

And in those profiles come the needs of each organic post

This means that for directive you must count a path

for example

Must have a bachelor's degree in administration,

or bachelor of finance,

accountants

Depending on the area to be occupied

But if there is

What do you think we need to improve in FACPYA?

I think English is always good to have knowledge of languages,

not just limited to English.

There are many other languages.

It would be very good if FACPYA had to enter more languages, which were obligatory.

That another language is required

Of the most important languages

Here in Monterrey we have many American and Japanese companies.

Swiss companies

But have field. If the university is here in Monterrey

See which companies are the ones that we have more here and not limit ourselves

Internationally a person can go out to look for work elsewhere and it is very essential

FACPYA should innovate

FACPYA should innovate in technologies, many companies handle technologies and tools that are important for students to graduate with these tools.

It would be very useful to graduate with the SAP tool. It would open the field of work.

The SAP tool should be mandatory and not just that,

many others

but SAP applies in almost all companies.

many other companies handle it

Is handled, do not know if they have that subject or have it included in their career profile

The tool can be used in different fields,

be it inventories,

operations,

finances and supply chain.

For us it is very useful and if you knew how to use it would make things easier

Well Licensed,

we thank you for your availability and your time and thanks for giving us the opportunity to meet you.

Thank you very much for taking me into account.

With this we finish the interview.

Then

We will present a comparison of the financial statements of each company

The order in which the data will appear is as follows

Company "La Paloma"

Favimark,

Comercializadora y Aleaciones del Noreste

The average liquidity is 1.57

1.5

and 1.73

Acid liquidity is

0.49

0.47

0.57

The net working capital

$9024,600

$852,730

$1,225,570

We continue with the activity

The days of inventory are of

25 days

27 days

and 30 days

Portfolio days are

20 days

23 days

and 18 days

Operating Cycle

45 days

50 days

and 48 days

Account payable days

51 days

60 days

and 48 days

Cash conversion cycle

6 days

10 days

and 0 days

Conclusions

This has been a very important experience

since I could contrast what we learned in the classroom

with what happens in real life

and also has been very important since we could have possibilities

to have interviews with different professionals and to know the demands that exist in the current labor market

My conclusion was to know the difference between an administrator and an accountant

some basic concepts of accounting

and how we can use them to a company

Thanks to this report,

I realized that financial management is an important element for the success of any business

In my conclusion,

This work has helped me a lot in the future, to know how the financial structure of a company is handled

I discovered some new concepts,

Such as profitability, liquidity, etc.

And this work has made me see that a company has different expectations of what accounting is

that accounting is going to be different in a future of what we believe now

In the end I think this is one of the most important jobs we were commissioned

around our entire career

Well beyond showing us how to know if a company is truly profitable

or are you making a profit

We took us directly to the labor camp

and to know what we are going to face in the future

and that is what the entrepreneurs who are already on top

We expect the graduates of the faculty of the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon

Personally,

The comparison of these three companies

I was able to detect that even if they are from the same sector,

they handle their money differently

Tesla Price Change, Triple EV Charging News, Raccoon Vs. Bolt EV T.E.N. Future Car News 4/14/2017 - Duration: 12:31.

Coming up on today's show: Tesla makes some pricing changes to the Model S and Model X

vehicle lineup, VW's Electrify America, BMW, and Nissan all announce new charging

network program independently of one another, and a self-driving Chevrolet Bolt EV faces

off against a Raccoon.

These stories and more, coming next on TEN.

It's Friday April Twenty-First Twenty Seventeen, I'm Nikki Gordon-Bloomfield and this is

TEN, the weekly news roundup show that gives you the latest in cleaner, greener, safer

and smarter news in sweetened, condensed form -- all with zero calories of course.

As I hinted last week, it was the Shanghai auto show this week and, as you might expect,

there were a plethora of different electric cars being displayed for the Chinese market.

Among them, were concept SUVs from Volkswagen and its luxury arm Audi.

The former showcased the ID Crozz, the latest all-electric, 300+ mile concept car in the

ID fully-autonomous, all-electric concept car family, which Volkswagen says previews

a possible production SUV in the not-too-distant future.

The latter showcased the Audi e-tron Sportback Concept, a coupe-sort-a SUV that it says will

come to market following the launch of the Audi e-tron SUV in twenty eighteen.

Like the ID Crozz, it boasts around 300 miles of range per charge, comes with second-generation

CCS quick charging and a sub 5-second 0-62 miles per hour (100 kph) sprint time.

With little time to spare, I can't cover all the plug-in cars that were in Shanghai,

but it's worth noting here that Toyota also admitted this week that it's Chinese market

demand for plug-in cars that is causing it to rethink its love with hydrogen and former

policies on EVs, so thanks China!

This week, Tesla made some big changes to the Model S and Model X lineup, removing the

Tesla Model S 60 and 60D from sale, slashing seven and a half thousand U.S. dollars off

the price of the Model S 75 and making a full-length glass roof standard across the Model S range

along with an automatic tailgate.

At the same time, Tesla made some tweaks to the Model X lineup, introducing a new set

of twenty-inch wheels, and a new optional center console for the second-row when configured

as a six-seat car.

Sadly there were some price-hikes too: flagship Model S and Model X cars (both the standard

100D and P100D variants) get a price hike in a few weeks' time, with the Model X P100D

getting the largest price increase to put its MSRP at one hundred and forty-five thousand

dollars.

Get saving.

While we're on the subject of Tesla, it's just announced that it will be holding its

annual shareholder meeting on June 6th this year at the Computer History Museum in Mountain

View, California.

Since it happens every year, it's hardly a big deal unless you happen to be a Tesla

shareholder who is keen on having a say in how Tesla runs itself.

Sadly, you can only attend if you owned Tesla Shares on or before April thirteenth this

year, so if you've just made your Tesla stock purchase after that date, you're going

to have to wait until next year to attend.

Sorry.

If you're a fan of a certain Rocket Racoon (he's my secret bae) you'll know he's

a no-nonsense bipedal raccoon with a bit of an attitude, produced by genetic manipulation

of animals on the planet Halfworld.

And you'll know that he demands respect wherever he goes.

Usually here on earth, Racoons are seen as something of a nuisance by many and if you

happen to encounter them at night on the road, often come off worse than the car.

But this week a video surfaced of a chance encounter between a self-driving Chevrolet

Bolt EV (part of GM's Cruise autonomous driving program) and a Racoon.

Not only did the car detect the little critter walking across the road (at an intersection

no less) but it waited patiently until Rocket's cousin had made their way safely to the other

side.

Awww.

And if you think it was a publicity stunt think again.

Firstly, I don't think you could train a Racoon to do that on cue and secondly, even

tiny kid fursuiters don't come in that small a size.

Sorry.

Sometimes this show goes weeks without discussing charging infrastructure for electric cars

and then, suddenly, we get a bunch of stories about charging networks.

And this week is one such week, with Volkswagen's Electrify America, BMW and Nissan all announcing

their own stories about charging networks.

Electrify America first.

It published more details this week on the first phase of its proposed nationwide EV

charging network, paid for by the fund Volkswagen set up as penance for building diesel cars

designed to cheat in emissions testing.

Under that scheme, it will invest in as many as two hundred and forty highway-adjacent

charging stations throughout thirty-nine U.S. states, joining up east and west coasts.

Sixty-six miles apart on average with no more than one hundred and twenty miles between

them, sites will include between four and ten high-powered, standard-agnostic charging

stations capable of providing between one hundred and fifty and three hundred and twenty

kilowatts of power each, which I'm very happy about because that should dramatically

change how easy it is to travel across the U.S. by a car that isn't a Tesla.

BMW next.

It announced mid-week that it would be installing up to one hundred charging stations in and

near America's national parks this week in a bid to make it easier for electric car

drivers to enjoy the fun and beauty that the nation's National parks have to offer.

Finally, Nissan, operating in partnership with EVGo, announced at the start of the week

that it would be funding a new DC quick charging corridor up the U.S. east coast, joining cities

like Washington, DC, New York and Boston together.

While the charging stations will initially be programmed to provide just fifty kilowatts

of power, the new charging corridor is going to be pre-wired to make it ready for 150 kilowatt

charging in the near future, making me wonder if that's the new charging speed we'll

see for the next-generation Nissan LEAF when it debuts this fall.

Watch this space.

When Hyundai announced the 124-mile IONIQ EV last year, I've got to admit that I -- and

other commentators -- were a little derogatory about the thing, especially given the market

launch of the Chevy Bolt EV, the upcoming tesla Model 3 and the upcoming next-gen LEAF.

But this week, Hyundai unveiled details of its new ownership program for the IONIQ that

makes the mid-range electric car a little more appealing: a no-nonsense, thirty-six

month deal that might look like a lease, but includes everything -- including tax, title,

license and fees -- as well as charging, service and wear for the first fifty-thousand miles.

There are no mileage caps, and it all starts from just three hundred and five dollars per

month (after two and a half thousand dollar down payment).

Sadly, the program is only available for now in California, but there's hope that the

program will expand to other markets.

Given it does away with the usual nasties of leasing a car (those mileage limits) then

I think there are going to be plenty of takers at that price.

Do you agree?

We may be eagerly awaiting the Tesla Semi unveiling this September, especially after

some industry analysts say that it will revolutionize the trucking world, but this week Toyota unveiled

its own attempt to take on the trucking world with Project Portal, a hydrogen fuel cell

system designed to make heavy duty trucks zero emission.

Trailed at the Port of Los Angeles, the system uses not one but two hydrogen fuel cell stacks

fro a Toyota Mirai, combined with a twelve kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery to give

six hundred and seventy horsepower and thirteen hundred and twenty five pound feet of torque.

Toyota says range is about 200 miles per fill, when operating in 'class eight' load operations.

But being just a concept vehicle at the moment, there's no details as to if this will ever

make it to production or not.

Oh, and if you can get the reference behind the title above, you win an extra point.

(Leave your answer in the comments below).

Our next story is news of a voluntary recall involving a total of fifty-three thousand

Tesla Model S and Tesla Model X cars following a discovery that the electronic parking brake

(made by third-party brakes specialist Brembo) of cars made between February and October

twenty sixteen could contain a small gear that may have been improperly manufactured.

Less than five percent of the vehicles being recalled by Tesla are believed to be affected,

but Tesla being Tesla, it's recalling those fifty-three thousand cars just to be sure.

Repair time -- or rather replace time -- will be about forty-five minutes, Tesla says.

As usual, Tesla will contact customers directly to arrange the necessary appointment to fix

affected cars.

As you know, we cover all forms of cleaner, greener, safer and smarter transportation

here on this show, and this next story focuses on the maiden flight of a very special vehicle

indeed: the Lilium Jet -- an all-electric vertical takeoff-and-landing jet (or flying

car) that its creators hope will one day offer automated taxi services to customers around

the world.

The prototype jet seats just two, and can take off in very small spaces by rotating

its wing-mounted electric fans downward to create lift.

Once airborne, the little jets then rotate so they are parallel to the ground, giving

the plane forward thrust.

Eventually, the Lilium Jet will seat five or more people, but for now, this is one impressive

vehicle.

Announced the same week as a second Vtol flying car -- the AeroMobil from Solvakia -- it feels

like electric personal air travel is just around the corner.

Welcome to the future everyone.

It might have been unveiled a long time ago, but series production of the Chrysler Pacifica

Hybrid plug-in minivan has taken rather a long time to get going, with only a trickle

of vehicles making it off the production line for sales and press purposes.

But now, after a long wait, customers are finally getting their plug-in hybrid minivans

long after the model first debuted -- and to apologize for the hold up, Fiat Chrysler

is now giving customers a free charging station for their home to sweeten the deal.

Sure, it has an internal combustion engine and yes, it's about the same price as a

fully-laden Chevrolet Bolt EV, but the Pacifica Hybrid minivan is currently the only plug-in

hybrid minivan on the market, so it's going to be interesting to see just what the sales

are like moving forward, especially given how reluctant FCA has been to promote plug-in

cars in the past.

Do you like the idea of it?

Do you want one?

Or does its meagre 33-mile EPA-range put you off?

Leave your thoughts in the Comments below.

And finally,

If you're a fan of two wheeled goodness, the chances are at some point (if your significant

other is less than happy about them) that you've had that moment when you've tried

to justify buying another motorcycle.

And usually, you'll find yourself making pretty lame excuses.

Well the folks at Zero Motorcycles just leverage that with a new two and a half minute ad that's

pure genius, turning that notion on its head in a light hearted way that demonstrates just

why electric motorcycles beat traditional motorcycles hands down.

The tag line?

It's for us.

You should watch it when I'm done… you'll enjoy it.

And you won't have long to wait because that's your lot for today.

The role assessment plays in developing students, faculty, and program - Duration: 4:55.

Greetings school of business faculty. I'm

Dr. Brent Duncan and I'm honored to meet

with you to discuss the role that

assessment plays and helping us develop

leaders for business excellence. To start

I'd like to share with you the

philosophy behind decisions that I make

is Dean of Faculty--with the bottom line up front:

Student success, faculty engagement,

and program viability.

Our strategic initiative is to be a trusted provider

of career relevant higher education by

developing leaders for business excellence.

This means that the ultimate

school of business customer is the

business that hires our students. In

other words, our product is the graduate;

not the diploma. Understanding the

graduate as product and the business as

customer shifts our focus to student

performance and quality, allowing us to

produce a graduate that influences

customer perception and acceptance of

our product. Through this perspective, our

success as faculty becomes defined by

student persistence, learning, performance,

engagement, and success.

This can contribute to a higher perceived value

of our graduates by businesses and

markets. Within the University initiative

to build a world-class assessment

process, faculty must assess and

influence continuous improvement in

student progress, faculty effectiveness,

and program quality.

Regarding student progress, the faculty handbook details

the following activities: evaluate

student learning of course and program

objectives; provide timely and

substantive developmental feedback on

the content organization and mechanics

of student work; foster the integrity and

credibility of student work, and; assign

grades reflective of student

accomplishment. A key reflection of

classroom level assessment is in feedback

that helps students recognize the

dissonance between performance and

expectations so they can set goals to

take action that closes the gap. For us

as faculty, assessment helps us adjust

our courses and practices to better

align with student needs and program

standards. Under the active instructional

practices requirement in the University

of Phoenix Faculty Handbook, we can use

an action research instructional

approach. This means that we experiment

with multiple teaching techniques and

adjust our approach based on the

dynamic and diverse learning styles and

needs of our students. By constantly

assessing our instructional approach

against the needs of our students we

learn that a single approach tends to be

methodologically myopic; it's limited and

ineffective. Now, methodological

integration becomes a more effective

approach to influencing student learning

and development. We can consider

methodological integration through a

situational leadership framework. This

means that we develop a toolkit of

teaching practices and techniques so we

can apply the approach, or approaches,

that best meet the varied needs

abilities and motivations of our

students.

For the curriculum, assessment helps us identify opportunities for

improvement that we can make in our own

syllabi while we influence program

changes through faculty feedback

channels, which include: the faculty end

of course survey; thorough assessment of

signature assignments; the School of

Business Phoenix Connect Community; our

content area meetings; the "problems with

syllabus" link on the homepage of each

school of business syllabus, and; of

course, you can send emails directly to

School of Business at phoenix.edu.

Settling into this content area meeting,

we will focus on how we can leverage

assessment practices to improve

curriculum quality, faculty effectiveness,

and student learning through improved

instructional practice. What I hope we

can do together is consider

how this contributes to meeting

strategic initiatives to be recognized

as a trusted provider of career relevant

higher education that develops leaders

for business excellence. In short, how are

we contributing to student success,

faculty engagement, and program viability?

Now let's get to work!

SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS REVEALS STRANGE ANOMALIES ON ALIEN ABDUCTION - Duration: 4:06.

SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS REVEALS STRANGE ANOMALIES ON ALIEN ABDUCTION SITE!

People around the world are getting accustomed to the idea of aliens visiting Earth with

more and more believers.

There are several UFO sightings per year and many aren't surprised whenever a new picture

or footage emerges.

But much less probable than spotting an Unidentified flying object, at least one that resembles

a spaceship from another world, is an actual alien abduction.

One of the most famous alien abduction cases in history is 'The Travis Walton abduction'.

It happened on November 5, 1975, in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest.

Travis Walton and his crew were driving when suddenly they saw a glowing flying saucer

hovering.

Walton stepped out of the truck only to disappear along with the flying saucer.

Five days later he reappeared with the most shocking stories to tell on his time as an

alien abductee.

Scientists have been studying the site where the abduction supposely took place and they

have found some strange anomalies in the terrain.

See short video explanation.

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone - [PV] "Yellow" (Romaji/English/Español Subs) - Duration: 3:27.

When did your laughter become so far away?

Happiness ends all too soon

Countless tears and listless tomorrows

I won't let the words we shared become mere memories

To bring back your smile

I won't stop singing, no matter what

However many nights it takes

Until the day my wish comes true

All these hopeless melodies on the verge of breaking

I'll gather them up and dust them with magic

To bring back your smile

I won't stop singing, no matter when

I'll wish on a shooting star

Until the day my thoughts reach you

It's too soon to put a period on the end

There are so many words I want to say

That morning light one more time

That place we're all waiting for, each one of us

A sparkling yellow morning

We can't ever forget

A shower of sound and light

A never-ending step & clap

To bring back your smile

I won't stop singing, no matter what

However many nights it takes

Until that moment when my wish comes true

Larson starts on pole with Bristol qualifying rained out - Duration: 2:59.

MOTHER NATURE TAKES ROUND ONE

AT BRISTOL MOTOR SPEEDWAY AFTER

QUALIFYING WAS CANCELED.

KANE O'NEILL IS THERE AND

BRINGS US UP TO SPEED ON THE

SOGGY BMX.

IT WAS LIKE DIJ@ VU, THE

NIGHT RACE ALL OVER AGAIN.

MOTHER NATURE CAUSED SO MANY

PROBLEMS BACK IN AUGUST AND

CAUSING MORE PROBLEMS TODAY.

AS YOU MENTIONED, BOTH FIND

WASHED OUT SO THE DRIVER WHO

WON THE POLE TODAY IS ONE WHO

WAS SITTING AT THE TOP OF THE

POINT STANDINGS, AND THAT WOULD

BE KYLE LARSON.

I WILL TAKE IT.

I'VE NEVER RACED REALLY WELL

HERE BRISTOL, HAVE NEVER

QUALIFIED THAT GREAT SO FOR US

TO GET HANDLED A POLL LIKE THAT

I WILL TAKE IT.

LARSON'S COMFORT ZONE IS ON

THE TOPLINE A BRISTOL BUT THAT

MAY CHANGE COME SUNDAY.

AFTER GLOWING REVIEWS ON THE

GRIP STRIP AFTER THE NIGHT RACE

THE TRACK ADDED THE SUBSTANCE

ONCE AGAIN FOR THE FOOD CITY

500, BUT THAT CAUSED A FEW

WISHES ON FRIDAY.

LOTS OF MARBLES, BUILT UP

RUBBLE OUTSIDE THE GROUP SO IT

MAKES A HARD TO MOVE UP THE

RACETRACK.

INTERESTING, HOPE WE CAN GET

THE TOP GOING TO SMACK STARTING

NEXT TO LARSON ON THE FRONT ROW

WILL BE CHASE ELLIOTT.

DRIVERS KNEW WHERE THEY WOULD

BE STARTING FOR THE FOOD CITY

500 PRIOR TO FRIDAY'S PRACTICE,

ALLOWING THEM TO FOCUS JUST ON

THEIR CARS, RATHER THAN

POSITIONS.

IT'S GREAT TO START SECOND

BUT ALSO KNOW IF YOU HAVE YOUR

CAR DRIVING CORRECTLY YOU CAN

LEAVE SECOND POSITIONING GO

SOUTH PRETTY QUICK READ THINK

IT'S REALLY IMPORTANT TO HAVE A

DRIVING LIKE YOU WANT.

SO EVEN IF YOU WORK IN A

QUALIFY IT STILL MORE IMPORTANT

TO HAVE YOUR CAR DRIVING GOOD

IN THE RACE.

KYLE BUSCH IS NOT ONE OF

BRISTOL SINCE 2011, THAT IS ONE

OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL ACTIVE

DRIVERS AT THE LAST GREAT

COLISEUM.

WHEN THE GREEN FLAG DROPS, BUSH

FEELS THIS IS THE TRACK YOU

SHOULD ALWAYS COME AWAY WITH

THE CHECKERED FLAG

STILL, THIS FEELS LIKE ONE

OF MY BEST WILL HOUSES.

I ENJOY COMING HERE

, IT'S A LOT OF FUN I LIKE IT

WITH THE BOTTOM BEING ABLE TO

HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO RACE

DOWN THERE.

I THINK THAT IS WHAT WAS MY KEY

POINT HERE WHEN I WAS GOOD, WAS

THAT THE BOTTOM WAS THE PLACE

WHERE I WANTED TO BE, NO ONE

ELSE REALLY DID.

[Clickertale 2] Mad dummy bossfight + Tips - Duration: 3:04.

Hello guys! Welcome to another clickertale 2 boss fight! This game you updated to 2.0!

Now this boss is an avoidance bossfight so just dodge

For this first attack. I kinda like to stay on this spot. You can stay on mid or other corner. That work too.

I focus on the ones that are closed to me the most. Then I look up and down to see if any of them are going to hit me

The left side ones. I will dodge if they come close

This fight sure want make you to look around the screen A LOT!

Now he has missiles. Those ones are kinda homing only if you got close to them.

When the missiles are close to you just quickly move other ways

In the videos I dodge the missiles by going opposite directions of the missiles. That work too!

Because the missiles homing is very slow

And dont forget.Tryy to look and make sure that the dummies cant hit you.

Now It will be only missiles

For this one use the same tactic as the first attack.

This time im showing you that you can stay on mid too!

Did you see my moves? That was so close

This is missiles with dummies same tactic as the second attack

So its really hard to explain but in this fight you kinda have to look where the dummies to go minimally because you will lose focus

but you still have to look for them!

Now the knives! Circle around them.

Keep circling!

Now It'll be all knives, missiles and dummies!

What I do is I dont worry about the knives. Just keep circling.

But instead I look out for the missiles and dummies.

Look what im trying to do in the video. Its hard to explain :/

Sometimes to go fast or slow to dodge dummies

Sometime I will curve further or closer to the mad dummies cause the missiles.

And that's it! Thank you for watching!

Be sure to like and subscribe if you enjoy the video and Good bye! :D

hey notice that I didnt have 1 hp left for the first time?

Scuba Diving With Q - How Clean Will The River Be After Cyclone Debbie? #ScubaDive #ScubaDiving - Duration: 4:18.

Hey people of the interwebs it is Q

bringing you another scuba diving

adventure and it's kind of like been two

weeks or so now, maybe even three weeks,

since cyclone Debbie turned into a

tropical low and passed down the coast

here and of course most of the shore

diving sites are still absolutely awful.

The sea state is bad, the visibility is

non-existent, but yesterday Gordon was

out here having a walk and he checked

out the river, where we had previously

dived. On a high tide we were looking at

around about five metres of visibility.

Today we're still on an incoming

tide, so the visibility at the moment,

I would estimate about three meters.

But it can only get better as the

tide comes in. It's now just after 10o'clock

and we're expecting a high tide at

12o'clock, so it's definitely going

to get cleaner. So we're going to gear up

and get ourselves into the water and see

what we can see. It had been 5 weeks

since the last time I'd dived and with all of

the Caloundra shore diving sites having

zero visibility, the Mooloolah River was

the best option available to us. I was

particularly interested to see how the

dive site had faired after the huge

amount of water had come down the river,

bringing all the sediment with it. Gordon

and I were joined by Chris and like me

he was just desperate to get in the

water and start blowing some bubbles.

We dropped into 5 meters which is 16.4

feet and the first thing I noticed was the

water temperature was down to 24 degrees.

A quick check to see that everyone was

okay and we set off towards the river

mouth, Everything in the river, apart from

the fish, was covered in a fine dusty

layer of silt, which was very easily

stirred up. But there was still plenty to

see with nudibranchs, anemones and

fish of all sizes.

So I mean not really the best dive in

the world, but you can see the potential

of this site when the visibility is here.

I don't expect 6, 10 or 15 meters

of visibility anyway. If it's short like

this, you just go macro don't you and

looks for nudibranchs and stuff like that.

Yeah, I think I'll be

retiring my three mil for the rest of the

year, it's the seven mil time for me now.

Our total dive time was 59 minutes.

The max depth was 5.1meters.

The water temperature was 24

degrees Celsius and I'll be generous

with the vis and say it was around about

3 meters. If you enjoyed this scuba

diving adventure with Q, leave a thumbs

up down below, it really does help me out

and don't forget to subscribe to the

YouTube channel and hit that bell icon

Six scientific reasons why you gain weight - Duration: 2:41.

Six scientific reasons why you gain weight

More than half a billion people worldwide are obese, but our weight is the result of

many factors and junk food isnt always to blame. We at Bright Side decided to investigate

causes of becoming overweight and obese, and we collected results of multiple scientific

studies. Here are nine surprising causes of weight gain that you should know about.

1. Avoiding family meals

Studies show that family meals can protect us from obesity and becoming overweight. The

reason is that coming together for meals may provide opportunities for emotional connections

between family members and encourage healthy eating habits. According to the results of

studies, children who shared family meals at least three times a week were 24% more

likely to eat healthy foods than those who shared mealtimes less often.

2. Year of birth

If you were born after 1942, pay attention. Researchers found that your obesity risk largely

depends on your birth year. People with an obesity-prone mutation of the FTO (fat mass

and obesity-associated) gene are more likely to be overweight if they were born after 1942.

3. Classical music in restaurants

A study has found that more food and coffee are consumed in restaurants where classical

music is played in the background. Something for you to consider if you also want to reduce

your spending. 4. Working at night

People are programmed to sleep when there is no light and eat during the day. Working

at night makes you gain weight because it breaks the physiological cycle, causing a

decrease in total daily energy expenditure. If you work at night the solution to prevent

weight gain is to eat less. 5. Too little sleep

It is scientifically proven that a lack of sleep makes you fat. The explanation is that

sleep plays an important role in energy metabolism, so when we dont sleep enough we eat more

as its a physiological adaptation mechanism to maintain wakefulness.

6. Environmental pollution

Exposure to certain environmental pollutants was shown to increase the risk of obesity.

The reason is that some contaminants build up in fatty tissue. These contaminants reach

the body through foods high in fat, such as meats and fatty fish.
