How to Start Training Calisthenics - Push-ups | HERBABARZ - Calisthenics & Nutrition - Duration: 8:44.

Hello everybody, my name is Bruno Maciel, welcome to the first video from our channel

Today we will begin our series HOW TO START TRAINING calisthenics

We will start with push-ups

In the main bending arm muscles to be worked are their triceps and chest

Mastering these movements will increase your strength

And you will be able to do more complex movements like

The bending an arm (One-hand pushup)

The bending palms (Clap pushup)

And the bending Hindu (Pushup Hindu)

Now we learn of the 1st 4 progressions to be a MASTER OF PUSH-UPS

| HERBABARZ - Calisthenics & Nutrition

The first bending progression is kneeling

I will show the movement for you

Take a mat, or direct on the same floor

Bend your knees

You can cross your legs or not (as you prefer)

Place your hands below the shoulders, shoulder-width apart

When you are down take care to not open your elbow

Leave the elbows turned inward, closer to the ribs

Contract your abdomen

Move your body forward flexing arm

Feel the movement, run it without haste.

Feel the muscles being worked

Always remember, always straight spine

Knee shoulder forms a straight line

Without lowering or raising the hip, always straight

This progression is in simple.

When you master is bending,

you can move on to the next progression.

And the next progression is to BENDING WITH SUPPORT

Now I will show you how to do!

You will use a high surface

the larger the angle is easier movement

So, here I'll use a table to make this move to show you

Once you can do 10 reps at this angle

you may hinder a little using a bank or a lower surface, forming a low angle

Now the next progression, after you do 10 reps perfect

You go to the next progression is

BOARD HIGH AND LOW BOARD

It is very simple too ...

You will be in the traditional plank position

You'll stay here, just that you will rise to the right side

And then the left and down again.

After you do 10 reps perfect

You will pass to the next progression

And the next progression is ...

The Flexion Regular

At this point you've probably gone through all the progressions

And he has built some strength. Then you will be able to make the perfect bending

So let the position of flexion, right?

Recalling that the column should be straight

Contracted gluteus, abdominals tight

hands shoulder-width apart, right

And you will go forward with your body

the third year rule of money is I think

the big mistake is here so many people

say it's important to save that's

ridiculous and the reason that's

ridiculous is because what happened in

nineteen seventy one is crucial in 1971

the US dollar stop being money in 1971

the US dollar became a currency and what

that meant is Richard Nixon in 1971 the

president took us off the gold standard

that's like giving an alcoholic free

reign to the bar or it's like giving

somebody we can control their spending

unlimited credit cards so what's

happening is all the sabres today on

losers you know the problem with 1971 is

that the federal government keeps

printing money so the value of your

money keeps going down so these people

I'm saving saving saving and if you

notice as the value of the dollar goes

down prices go up so they call this

inflation you look at in 1997 oil was

about I think ten dollars a barrel ten

years later it's about a hundred

thirty-five a barrel so they say its

inflation but really what it is is the

dollar's value coming down so savers are

getting wiped out today so just keep

saying to yourself and to your kids to

save money that is not the new rule

that's an old goal so a very big problem

for most people stop using the word save

and use the word hedge you've got to

hedge your money hedge against losses

like when I buy a stock I put a hedge

and after the stop loss or put inside of

it or call whatever I'm doing I want to

stop it so today I don't save money I'm

hedging so I in 1997 I started investing

in oil gold and silver so as a dollar

drop

oil gold and silver went up so I'm not

betting so much on oil gold and silver

I'm bidding against the US dollar and

that's why this idea that you're going

to tell people you need to save money

that's really really an obsolete idea

because the idea when obsolete in 1971

the US dollar in the last few years has

lost almost eighty percent of his

purchasing power and the prediction is

because this has happened throughout

history it happened thousands of years

ago with the Romans with the Greeks with

the Germans with the English the

Japanese and the Chinese every time

they've made money money into a currency

something you could print unlimited

every time they have that has happened

the currency has gone to his true value

which is zero so I am afraid as economic

volatility continues the savers with

operating by the old rules of money I

just going to get wiped out because the

purchasing power of their dollar is

going to go down so even if the bank

paying you five to ten percent interest

you can't keep up with the bank's

printing money so that's the old rule of

money is saving money and the new rule

is hedge you've got to be able to see

what's coming up as something else is

coming down the last thing I want to

point out to you on this idea of saving

money is this one of the biggest

misunderstandings in the world today is

what they talk about

if i misspell again apologize is the US

Federal Reserve Bank which I believe was

created in 1913 in 1971 the reason 1971

such an important time was because the

US Federal Reserve became the bank to

the world they could print as much fun

as they wanted never in the history of

the world has anybody been allowed to

print money for the rest of the world

amid back back one more time i talked

about how the Romans did it the Greeks

did it in all this every time people

have done this chaos is broken out and

that's why this chaos in the world today

so in 1913 when the US Federal Reserve

Bank was created they were basically

allowed to print money for the world

every time that has happened throughout

history a despot has arrived for example

in 1933 a man named Adolf Hitler rose to

power when the y mar republic was

allowed to print as much money as it

wanted to do and in Russia when russia's

currency broke down a man named Lenin

rose when the Chinese economy broke down

Mao Zedong rose when the Yugoslavian

government broke down Milosevic arose so

we're in that critical point right now

and one of the causes of it was in 1933

this thing called the US federal reserve

was created i think you know they've

done a pretty good job of making the

rich richer unfortunately the poor May

the poor getting poor one of the

problems of this is you have to

understand that first of all the US

Federal Reserve Bank is not us it is

made up of a bunch of international rich

guys from all over the world the second

thing it is not femoral it's not a u.s.

entity if then again a bunch of rich

banks from all over the world third it

has no reserves there is nothing there

and forth it's not a bank so that's why

when I talk to people I really need to

understand the new rules of money which

really began to take effect in 1971 when

we were allowed to print money for the

rest of the world is understanding that

this system here is causing too rich to

get richer and the poor and middle class

to get poor but most importantly the

lower middle class is almost getting

wiped out high prices volatilities in

the market food getting more expensive

gas getting more expensive savings

getting wiped out home values going

around and the reason the troubles have

started again is the US Federal Reserve

Bank is not us it's not settled it's no

reserve it's not a bank so if you

understand that then you can start to

head your position rather than save

money and that's new rule of money

Two American families are filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the former presidential

candidate.

They are citing that the 2012 attacks in Benghazi were DIRECTLY related to the way that the

then-Secretary of State handled government documents.

The case will be taken to federal court in Washington D.C.

The claim is that ISIS terrorists were able to track, plot, and kill Ambassador Chris

Stevens due to the way Hillary carelessly used her personal email server to transmit

information regarding government business.

Plaintiffs Pat and Sean Smith, as well as Charles Woods, are trying to make Hillary

PAY for her crimes.

The charges in this case include wrongful death, negligence, infliction of emotional

distress, and defamation.

Finally!

Pat Smith made an eye-opening statement at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.

In her address, she said, I blame Hillary Clinton personally for the death of my son.

Sadly, Hillary is not willing to accept any responsibility.

After getting hammered for her involvement, she made a statement via her presidential

campaign.

In the statement, she shifted all of the blame to the executive branch, as well as congressional

probes.

Pathetic.

Hillary continues to put the blame on everyone but herself, like when she lost the presidential

election.

She blamed her embarrassing loss on misogyny, Donald Trump, and Russians.

We re lucky she did not make it into office.

If she were President of the United States, she would STILL find reasons to blame thing

on other people.

She s acting like a spoiled child.

We re tired of seeing her go unpunished for her crimes.

We re not just talking about trivial mistakes, either.

We re talking about the DEATHS OF AMERICAN SOLDIERS!

You have to wonder how she can manage to keep this charade going.

She must know that she is responsible for these terrible events.

The Left loves to point fingers, but it will catch up to them, just like this court case

eventually caught up to Hilary.

It is about time that someone stands up to these monsters and let them know that this

behavior is disgusting.

They cannot run unchecked.

If they do, many more innocent people are going to lose their lives.

Up until this point, they have been able to operate in the shadows.

As each day passes, their agenda is slowly coming to light.

Hillary has shown one thing that she has no regard for human life.

Her goals are power, and personal gain.

She does not care who stands in the way.

She will step on their necks with a smile on her face.

It is over for her.

The game is up.

The country, and the world, is looking on to see what is going to happen next with Hillary

R. Clinton.

We are waiting for JUSTICE.

I MET EMMA WATSON (Perks of Being a Wallflower Video Essay) - Duration: 6:02.

My name is Sarah Ford and this is my

video essay. I asked for this project

because I was so enthused that I was

going to finally get the chance to go

home and revisit a place to where I

came back to the night after I first

watched this film and I said to myself

"I'm going to be in editor, that's what

I want to do. I want to make people feel

through my visuals, through my editing."

To where all my video production

aspirations began. And here I am now and I'm

analyzing my favorite film

Perks of Being a Wallflower

The main example of this scene, of these

two tunnels scenes within the film are

the only two things you have to really

watch to understand the characters, to

connect, to be on their side, to feel for

them and the funny part about that is

It's basically silent there's barely any

dialogue and we just follow along as the

music plays and the characters take us on a ride.

Show us the story that's about to happen

One of the most unique editing techniques

used in this film is the use of space and silence

To let the audience really absorb

whats going on.

This kind of silence is used to

show a use of pattern within the film.

we follow these patterns as we see reoccurring

settings within both tunnels scenes. We see

the reoccurring shot types as the editing pacing

follows along. The use of these quick

cuts shows us the narrative perspective of

Charlie's as he walks us through what

he's feeling in the first scene

in which you read his last letter and

explains what these two characters

brought him in to be loved and accepted,

the two things he was longing for

when he first entered high school in this film

It shows his inner conflict with himself

in this first scene, as he struggles to

say a word but to just sit there and feel

and live in the moment.Then

concluding with a long drawn-out shot

that dollies around the main character

who stand up out of the car.

Overall, the use of space and silence within this scene

create so much room

for emotion to be felt, rathe than heard.

The reason that this movie hits home with me

even to this day.

Is that I actually have a video that makes

me feel the exact way Charlie was feeling when

he said "I feel Infinite".

today? Am I vlogging? What's going on?

Apparently, a famous and well-known

magician by the name of Chris Ramsay

here in New York

Furthermore, he made a public announcement

yesterday on his facebook and youtube

account that he is going to be at Tannen's

Magic at two o'clock today. So, of course

being a magician and wanting to meet a famous

magician I had to come here to Tannen's!

Currently we are at the train station

I'll see if I can get a nice shot around.

And the agenda for today is going to Tannen's

and meeting up with Chris Ramsey.

Let's see what happens. I'll take you along the way and we'll see how it goes.

So, here we got the crowded streets of

Manhattan

the thing about Tannen's is even if you know

the address, it's still not easy to find

because the fact that it's hidden

but I know where the address is. I'll take you there right away.

Here we are! 45 West 34th Street.

so the thing is, the shop is actually

hidden. You gotta take the elevators to get there

so unfortunately I could not film

getting here because apparently filming

is not allowed on the first floor I

don't mind it's a security precaution

but just know that it is in fact here

To prove it there's that Tannen's

sign, so we know we are in the right place and

it's like the Harry Potter wall. You walk

through it when you end up in a magical

vicinity. Here we go Tannen's magic...

youtube channel. I was going to perform

Through and Through for him, but it was

closing time and Magick Ballay had

kicked everybody out by then, so

unfortunately I didn't get to do that

but hey I'm not upset. It was productive

day. I got to meet Chris. Got to hang out with my

friends. Got a signed deck from him which

I actually have right here. So, I got the

social media evidence, physical evidence,

great photos; The day was great! So, as always,
