So Attenergy was inspired by a fellow speaker called Mike Rolls
we were just sitting having a coffee one day I picked up on this word he said it was attenergy
and it wasn't actually meaning anything then I am like
"attenergy! I've got it!"
it's the combination between attention and energy
the idea is that your attention and your energy is out in the audience
and so when your on stage you don't want your energy up here
but you want your focus and your energy
to be out on your audience
so from this one slip of the tough
with this conversation with Mike Rolls I've then created
this formula which is not new combination of Anthony Robbins, Sam Cawthorn also teaches
a very simpler strategy about you either focus on your methodology or your content
like you can't have both
when we first start we are always focused
on our content and what are we going to say next and
you can tell that they are in there heads.
so when your speaking, is your attention in
your mind? or is it in the audience?
When your sitting in a audience and there is someone on stage and you really feel it
now thats not just because they all hoorah
that were there focus is
are you think in your mind?
or is your focus on the audience?
is that were your attention is? because that is
were you want to project your energy.
