after this wen we will apply nyt cream,

this will go deep in our skin n make our skin healthy n make sure not to massage this apply it evenly n u r done.

at the same time it vil avoid any wrinkles n blemishes on ur skin.

summers heat is so scorching n if uh r too suffering same with the tiny little bumps on ur skin

n if uh live in hostel n uh don't have time for DIYs then

or little bumps over my face n then i sleep n in the morning uh vil see the bump gets supressed due to this

wen applied two three times a day n it stays all day long, n looks likes ur lips r naturally pink

now its time for body butter, so nobody is blessed with the skin type in which any body butter will work n turns their body buttery soft.

some people like us with dry skin, even after applying body lotions three time it seems to be like ohh god they never ever tried body lotions from birth.!

which is so much protecting that we apply it once in morning n it remains there till night .

it just melts easily on ur skin n leaves a mild vanilla fragrance on ur body.

if ur hair r over dry, damaged n brittle , then leave it for 15 minutes n then rinse it with normal water

if ur hair r dry n curly then after washing ur hair , they will become too fluffy n then there is too much difficulty in detangling them

n uh have to use only a little amount after washing ur hair to ur hair length avoid using it on roots use it on tail side of hair.

m sticked to this hair oil, i have recommended this to uh so many times

i 'm not going to show you my garden's overview but

i m going to show you how

to grow a new plant from mother plant by AIR LAYERING method

friends you grow any plant by SEEDS too

but you have to wait for year to mature the plant

but by AIR LAYERING technique

within short period

u can grow same characteristic plant ,which mother plant has.

let's starts how to AIR LAYERING

you can easily do AIR LAYERING in any fruits or flowring plant ,like hibiscus,rose ...

& you produce same characteristics plant ..

i will show you which materials you need for this

take any sharp cutter

glue or electrician tape

rooting hormone which is optional

you can use honey or cinnamon stick powder too insted of this

this is SPHAGNUM MOSS

u can use COCOPEAT or SOIL too

i have use this spghanum moss & moist it like this

this is anti fungal powder

i use anti fungal powder generally

during monsoon season

so that plant can't affected by fungus .

i have already mix it in this

this is tie

& friends this is ALUMINIUM FOIL ..

it also need to do this air layering

so friends i 'm going to show you how to AIR LAYERING in fig plant ?

first of all select the point where u r going to air layering

for this from top aproximatly 1 feet down make a cut

make cut just above buds

i have already mark point

i have mark 1 inch portion to cut

we have to remove only it's skin

means just remove woody skin from it

first make a straight cut like this

& then remove its upper skin like this

you have to remove only upper skin

don't cut branch

slowly remove skin like this

remove skin totally from marking point

friends i have remove skin totally like this

we will scratch it lightly like this

so that skin will totally removed its necessary

remove upper skin from all the side proprerly

when the skin removed totally

what to do now

for air layering this portion

take a plastic bag like this

i have cut it & make a squre like this

now take a glue tape

cut it

& stick it one side like this

& cover it like this

cover it where you going to air layering

now spray ROOTING HORMONE on this portion like this

it's totally optional if you have it then use

for this it helps to devlop root quickly

like this apply root hormone on this

so that roots devlops quickly

now what to do

take a tie and tie the plastic bag like this

this must be air tight

so that air can't enter in it

air tight completly like this

now we will fill this portion by sphagnum moss

which we have already moist

just squize it like this & fill it in like this

moisture is most important in air layering

so that whatever you use either cocopeat or soil moist it first

fill it properly like this

so friends we have fill this bag totally by sphagnum moss

& this moss is well moist too u can see it

we will tie it from another side like this

i m doing this in monsoon season

so that it require less water

if u do this in summer or in spring

you have to water it by injecting water by any INJECTION like this

but right now its monsoon season so it did't need water

within 1 to 2 months it will be ready

then tight it with any glue tape like this so that

bag will stay on even crack

use only transperet tape

so that we can see the roots development from outside

keep patience 1 to 2 month

then roots come out from this

you can see here

then you

cut from this

& repot in any other pot

and at last take aluminium foil like this

&

cover it on air layering which we have done

the reason behind cover with aluminium foil is

to prevent it from direct sunlight

if not this portion will hot totally

& roots may be dry

& second reason is

that the HORMONE which is devlope for roots will be prevent by this foil

check it after 2 to 3 week

if u see the root then cut from this & repot it in new pot

you can do this air layering on any lemon ,hibiscus or rose plantlike this

& you can produce a new plant from mother plant

Education - Do I Need A Degree to Run A Cleaning Business? - Duration: 6:08.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown in this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

Today's question comes from a housecleaner who wants to know; "Do you need a college

degree in order to own a house cleaning company?"

The answer is no you do not.

So, you're good to go.

The end.

No, I'm kidding.

There's more.

Okay, so, do you need an education?

You don't need a college education.

We have a lots and lots and lots of house cleaners

that are multi-lingual, who are from all over the world.

Their education levels vary.

Their experience levels vary.

And so, you can just jump in and get started.

Now, my recommendation to you is even if you don't have a formal education there should

be some education.

So, by that I mean, I recommend that you check out books from the library,

there are still libraries believe it or not and they are free.

All you need is a public library card and you can go in and check out books on business,

books on management, books on how to hire and fire people.

There are books on interview questions for interviewing your employees.

I mean you can get all kinds of hundreds of books for free.

And some libraries do not have a limit on how many books you can check out.

They will let you check out 10, 15, 25 books!

So, my suggestion is read one new book a week.

Absolutely one new book a week.

Maybe one new book a day.

If you have a lunch break or if you're between clients keep a book in your car.

And then you can read it and you can learn while you're waiting between houses.

Or while you're waiting at a doctor's office appointment or if you're like me, and you're

waiting for an orthodontist appointment you can read a book.

There are a lot of opportunities to learn.

Now we have the internet.

The internet is not going away and guess what, it's on everyone's a smartphone.

So, if you're running a business you probably have a smartphone.

So, you can do all of your scheduling, all of your updates, all of your bills and online

bill pay.

All that stuff right from your smartphone.

It's your little tiny mini office right inside your pocket.

Guess what?

There's also a Kindle app and you can download Kindle books.

One of the best investments I've ever made, its $10.15 in the U.S. per month,

it's like $9.95 but with tax it's $10.15.

It's Kindle Unlimited.

It's like a library online and it lets me check out 10 books at a time.

I can sit there and I can read the books.

Some of them are short, some of them are long.

I can keep them as long as I want. And as soon as I read it, I return it and

I check a new one out.

So, at all times there are 10 good books on my smartphone.

So, if I get stuck in traffic and I'm the passenger and I'm not driving I can sit there

and I can be reading.

If I'm sitting there waiting, we all have different times we wait.

Some people even read their smartphones while they're, you know… in the restroom.

Who knows?

Who knows when you read?

…But the good news is you can be learning at all times, and if you're a business owner,

there's a lot to learn.

I would be lying and it would be foolish to say you can just start and go clean houses

because there's so much more to running a business than that.

…But the education is affordable or it's free.

Like I said, go to the library.

So, my suggestion to you would be to constantly be learning.

Learn about every different facet of your business.

Learn about the internet.

Learn about search engine optimization.

Learn about designing websites.

If you're in business you're going to have a website from through infinity.

Websites are not going away.

That's my prediction.

We'll see how that works out but I think that's a pretty good prediction.

Websites are not going away.

And if they're not going away, you're going to have updates

for the rest of your life.

You can hire someone to design a website for you or you can learn some simple basics and

use a program like WordPress.

WordPress has free training, free plug-ins and free training.

You just jump on, you learn a few things and then you can update your own website.

You can keep it constantly updated with new before and after pictures of your house cleaning

business.

Before and after pictures of customers and testimonials.

And as your business grows and expands, you can have pages for all the different employees.

And the customers can go to your website and they can look at all the different employees

that you have and they can learn about them before those people come to their home.

There are so many different opportunities but as a business owner, you want to be as

educated as possible.

You do not need a specific education to get involved in the business but you do need to

learn about cleaning chemicals, so that you know what chemicals go on what surfaces.

You need to know about your OSHA training which is all about your hazardous chemicals.

About fire safety about what happens if an animal or a child gets into your cleaning

supplies, or if they drink it or they get it on their skin.

Is there anything toxic there that's going to hurt those people and

how do you deal with that?

It teaches you what do you do in the event that you're at a house and there's an

elder person who maybe goes into cardiac arrest.

Who do you call?

What do you say?

What do you do?

There are things like a ventilation.

Like sometimes you'll be working in a small confined space you're using a chemical that

needs to ventilate otherwise you're going to pass out.

That is all in your OSHA training.

You used to have to go to a classroom, and now you can learn that all online.

and very affordable.
