flat webbing sling with net lies flat webbing choke sling with metal eyes

endless flat webbing sling endless round sling the most common ones are numbers

one four and five as these are multi-purpose slings but slings with

metal eyes are more wear resistant and might be more suitable if they are to be

in constant use all slings should be clearly marked with

their swl but the swl rating for a sling is valid for straight lifts with one

sling only for all other lifts the following tables must be consulted for

single sling lifts use this table

for multiple sling lifts use this table

in general the flat webbing sling is the most suitable of the fiber slings at

least for small weights the larger the weight the wider must the sling be thus

at a certain point the webbing sling might be very unpractical due to its

width in such cases the round sling might be better suited the round sling

in addition to being narrower at large weights is also softer and more flexible

in cases where the sling will be in constant use and all permanently fitted

it might be better to use slings with metal eyes since these are more wear

resistant control of equipment before you use a fiber sling you must always

make sure the SW L is adequate for the load check that the sling has a valid

What is reasonable accommodation? - Duration: 3:58.

What comes to your mind when you hear the expression "equality before law"?

You may think that rules should be applied to everyone, and in the same way.

But, what happens when general rules clash with a person's religious beliefs?

What about if they couldn't receive certain social benefits that others enjoy?

For example, a student that must keep the Sabbath because of their religious convictions,

and the entrance examination to university always falls on that day.

Is it fair to apply the general rule "equally", in every case,

even though that could mean that that student will never be able to enroll?

For situations like these, there is a legal tool called "reasonable accommodation".

Reasonable accommodation is the legal duty to make the necessary exceptions

so that everyone can enjoy the same rights, regardless of their religion beliefs.

These accommodations could mean, for example, shifting schedules,

changing tasks or functions, or allowing modifications to the uniform.

The result of reasonable accommodation is removing the conflict between general rules and religious beliefs.

This way, reasonable accommodation allows people to follow general rules

without being forced to act against their convictions.

This tool is particularly useful for members of religious minorities,

who have different beliefs and practices,

some of which may seem strange to the majority.

Obviously, reasonable accommodation must follow real needs, and not to simple whims.

That is why a person that request an accommodation must prove the sincerity of their beliefs.

It must be remembered that, even though a person is completely free to adopt a religion or not,

or to change religions, once a person adopts certain religious beliefs,

is going to be their conscience who prevents them from acting against those beliefs.

In other words, a person can decide what to believe in, but cannot decide to act against those beliefs.

Of course, the duty of accommodation cannot be limitless.

That is why it is called "reasonable" accommodation.

Among other, those limits could be the actual possibility of providing the necessary adjustments,

and the fact that those exceptions do not generate an undue hardship.

It is important to understand that reasonable accommodation

is not a privilege for a person who has religious beliefs.

On the contrary, it implies treating cases differently, so that all people, from all religions

can enjoy the same opportunities and conditions.

PhulaTheories | The SECRET Villain REVEALED! (Don't Hug Me I'm Scared) - Duration: 4:27.

Don't Hug Me I'm Scared is turning a year old!

And just the perfect time for me to make my first theory on it.

In case you haven't heard of Don't Hug Me I'm Scared, it's a series of videos

on YouTube by Becky Sloan and Joe Pelling.

If you haven't watched it yet, you can watch them right now, the videos are very short.

Now, a very popular theory goes like this: the Yellow Guy, Red Guy, and Duck are all

inside a virtual T.V show by Roy, Yellow Guy's father.

Most of the popular theories out there state that Roy is the main antagonist, with the

sketchbook, clock, cult, computer, Food Band, and lamp being metaphors for the media, hypnotizing

the protagonists in a sense.

But what if I told you, the TRUE main antagonist of this web-series has been hidden in plain

sight!

So to start off this theory we'll need to find out more about Roy, Yellow Guy's father.

Or so we think.

We are given this information in episode 2 when Yellow Guy states "I'm friends with

my father", with the attention temporarily being focused on Roy.

But something just doesn't feel quite right….it's as if, Roy is not Yellow Guy's father at

all!

Yes, you heard me, you've been wrong about who he was this whole time.

But PhulaTrox, what's your evidence behind this?

Don't worry, I've got some.

You see, somewhere near the end of the last episode, Red Guy is watching Yellow Guy get

tormented by the teachers from previous episodes, more on that in a minute, as well as some

new teachers.

But in this scene I noticed something very strange - Yellow Guy was losing hair, his

nose was getting more crooked, he's getting more pale, and his eyes were getting baggier.

Kind of like Roy.

I think you know where this is going.

I am claiming Roy is Yellow Guy.

His future self, corrupted by the media, by all the teachers tormenting him.

And his ambiguous goal?

To save his past self from the dangers of the media, explaining why he let Red Guy unplug

the system.

But this has two glaring problems.

Firstly, if he is Yellow Guy, then why does he call Roy his father?

Well to that I have an answer - Yellow Guy is supposed to represent the younger demographic,

the more naive one, making Roy manipulating him into believing that he's his father

rather than his corrupted future self plausible.

The other problem is: how did he go back in time?

Hmmmm….if only there was a time-manipulating character who's affiliated with the media.

I mean, they both even first appeared in the same episode, there should be some kind of

link.

But if Roy isn't controlling the media, then who is?

Prepare to have your mind blown, 'cause I am proposing that the TRUE hidden villain

in this web series is none other than…...the sketchbook.

I know, this sounds ridiculous, and just….not true.

But TRUST me, I have evidence.

Let's start off with the wave of teachers appearing somewhere near the end of episode

6 (which may or may not have been responsible for Roy's corruption).

I noticed something very strange: the sketchbook is the only one which DIDN'T appear at all.

What does this imply?

That he's the only REAL one.

Hell, he might not even be a sketchbook and is just a symbolic representation of one.

More evidence as to why he's real?

At the very end of the series, when Red Guy unplugged the virtual T.V show, we are seen

Yellow Guy, Red Guy, and Duck as their favourite colours; happy ending.

But you know who else we saw?

The sketchbook.

How would he appear once the whole thing was unplugged, unless he's real.

But what does "being real" prove?

Well, it means that he must be the only controlling the entire thing, as anyone else who was shown

to be real could not have been a suspect.

There you go, the true villain of Don't Hug Me I'm Scared revealed.

But in the end, the show is all up to interpretation.

Comment down your interpretation of this web-series, and while you're at it, comment any suggestions

as to what else I should theorize on.

I have a Doctor Who theory planned next time, and much more to come after that.

If you enjoyed this video, give it a like, and if you love it, I guess you should subscribe

too.

PhulaTrox out.

Weekly Thoughts: Opportunity - Duration: 6:09.

Hey ya'll so right now I am not currently at home I am on a little vacation with my

family and Wi-Fi is not super great out here so this might be coming a little

bit later than normal we'll find out but today I wanted to talk a little bit

about opportunity and stepping out of your comfort zone and some other things

like that so a couple of days ago before I went on this vacation with my family I

was outside playing on the ukulele and I was actually trying to record taxi

cab because that's what I'm working on right now and I finished playing taxi

cab and all of a sudden some neighbors from next door that they're renting the

house and I've never talked to them before all of a sudden they are yelling

across the fence telling me you know that was great, I loved it you know I was

I was in tears all these things and so we just started talking and so I started

telling them like what I'm studying you know we just had like a good

conversation and then they invited me over to their house to come play for

them and I was a little hesitant at first you know like I was a little

uncomfortable so I was kind of wanted to stay in my comfort zone but eventually I

I told myself you know this is a good opportunity and I want to play for other

people and they mentioned they had some friends that they would love to send a

video to him so I went over there and when I was over there I got to play

awesome music for them and they recorded me and they sent it to their friend and

I just had like a really really really good conversation with them and I just I

got to talk about you know this concept album that I'm working on and just I

don't know it was such a great conversation and to think that I never

would have really had that conversation if I hadn't been outside playing the

ukulele or whatever but the thing was even though there was this great

opportunity to have these good these good conversations to be able to maybe

make some connections in the music business or any

like that I would not have you know been able to have any of that unless I had

stepped out of my comfort zone so I think it's really important to realize

that even though you can have opportunities that come along it's your

responsibility to take them and it's so easy to kind of think if something is

meant to be then it'll just happen it'll come to me you know I won't have to "work

for it" and I don't think that's right I think that everyone in their lifetime

will have opportunities come to them they will have things that you know are

meant to be but it's up to them whether or not they're going to take that and it

may not be obvious at first it may be you know are you going to make the

decision to go out and talk to that person that you feel like you need to

talk to like and you may never know what could have been if you hadn't gone over

there and talked to that person it makes me think about all the people

that I look up to you know and it makes you start to think like all of these

great people all of these these people that are role models or other people

look up to like they didn't get to where they are or were because of you know not

stepping out of their comfort zone or not taking opportunities they got to

where they were because they were courageous and because they took

opportunities and reached out and did things that made them uncomfortable you

know but it's also important to realize that just because some situation or

opportunity that you take it doesn't have to always lead somewhere and I

think it's important to put value in to things that don't go anywhere for

example me meeting those two people and possibly making a connection with

someone in the music business if that doesn't work out I'm totally fine with

that you know I'm just glad that I took the opportunity to go play music for

them and to have just an awesome conversation you know to someone else

that might seem like it's not "going anywhere"

but I made such a great connection and I was able to

just have an awesome conversation and just enjoy music in the night you know

like just got to kind of sit outside and listen to like the crickets and play twenty one

pilots and show them twenty one pilots and I just think that's really cool to realize

that sometimes opportunities and situations that you go out and do or

take like they don't have to conventionally "go somewhere" and still

have value they can still have value and not be something that someone else would

consider valuable I guess. Something really important I think to take away

from this is that everything in your life you can learn from. From you know

watching wildlife to a conversation with a friend to mess-ups or anything

literally any experience in your life you can learn something from and I think

that's really awesome and it also puts so much value into everything that you

do because sometimes it feels like whatever you're doing it doesn't matter

or it doesn't you know it doesn't have any value or something but putting value

into the things that you do is what makes it so cool so I just want to

encourage y'all to really step out of your comfort zone and you know do things

that kind of make you a little scared if you never step out of your comfort

zone and you never take opportunities then how can you expect to get to a

place that you want to be if you're not willing to take any of the steps to get

there. The journey is hard and sometimes it's anxiety inducing but I

think that's what gives it so much worth and value and when it really comes down

to it the journey is the fun part you know like the destination is awesome but

at the same time where you make your memories and have your experiences and

you learn things is along that journey and to get to that destination you have

to make that journey and so it's so important

you kind of realize that and put value into your everyday experiences. Thank you!

Essential English Grammar About "Your" Versus "You're" You Must Know - Duration: 2:32.

Hi! Your lesson today is the difference between "your"

as a possessive meaning something that belongs to you

and the contraction "you are" (you're).

This is a very common mistake for non-native English speakers

and English speakers.

So I wanted to clarify it just as a reminder

because I saw it misspelled in a prominent magazine today.

And they should know better!

"Your" Y-O-U-R indicates that

you possess something - it is an adjective

"I like your haircut, Teacher!"

"I like your white shirt!"

"I like your face!"

OK, maybe I don't hear that so often

But "you are" in "you're"

Indicates you are like I see you are at your desk early today

"I see you're at your desk early today."

Here I am!

"I see you're ready to go home for the weekend!"

"I see you are ready to go home for the weekend!"

It is a very simple difference

But yet it's often a mistake that you see in writing

so be careful with that one

It's just one a few tips in English that I can give you

that will quickly help you be more successful and accurate in writing English

and being understood.

[CC] SKT T1 Faker : Mejai 18 stack! Faker playing the game focused! Resulting in..?? [ Full Game ] - Duration: 38:06.

So worth!

So worth~~!

You guys want to go for him?

Wanna go?

Nice! Aren't you gonna use Flash?! You actually don't have to use it

I think she has to?

I couldn't recall

Let's just push the lane and recall

That was crazy

She got baited really hard

In this case,

This is how you follow up on a gank

I'm out of mana

I missed one cs

This Orianna must be crazy

I'm not gonna push in the lane if you do that

Tahm Kench is confused

What is Lulu doing?

I'm sure Lulu was right there

Like... what's everyone doing when Mid is winning this hard

How is enemy Jungle coming out of his Jungle when his Mid was 0-4?

Our Jungle should've invaded that side of the Jungle for free if enemy Mid was 0-4

Thank you

Why is he so fed?

Hey! My Blue!

He actually ate me there?

Oh she died when I was looking somewhere else for a sec

Thank you

It's too..

It's too noisy outside...

Wild Growth! Oh she didn't have one

Why is this keep on missing?

What? Why did she die?

Lulu was further away from the enemy than I was

Why are they coming out of here? How could they be coming out of our Jungle?

What?

Is she gonna die?

She is dead

Gragas is bodyblocking me

This Caitlyn is...

literally taking all the Vital hits

Can't believe Kha actually dodged that

Are we really not going to get her?

You guys are kidding, right?

Man she didn't use ult

What is this...?

I did my job in this game

That was close!

Creativerse - Semi-automatic farm tutorial (English Captions) - Duration: 5:16.

Welcome to another Creativerse tutorial!

Today we're going to learn how to be a cheater.

Let's take advantage of a block phaser bug to make a semi-automatic farm.

At this farm, we're going to only gather the wheat.

Planting the seeds will be automatic.

You'll need...

Block phasers, one for each 8 seeds.

A switch.

A lot of seeds of what you want to grow.

Start planting the seeds normally.

Then place the block phasers at the borders, covering all the seeds.

In this video I won't cover all the field because I'm missing some phasers and I'm lazy 13 00:01:57,340 --> 00:01:58,780 right now.

With the wiring tool, inspect (pressing N) each block phaser.

Select all the seeds.

Also uncheck the "Can Interact" option.

A good tip is to click the first box and drag the mouse to select the others.

Faster than selecting one by one.

Now place the switch here.

Connect the switch with all the block phasers.

Another tip: hold the Shift key to connect all the blocks at the same time.

Way faster than coming and going, or copying the input/output codes.

Ready!

Now when we activate the switch, the seeds will disappear.

And when we deactivate, they'll appear again.

Go eat a cake and drink a fresh and nice water, and wait the seeds to grow...

After it grows, this is VERY IMPORTANT.

Pay attention!

Activate the switch so the block phasers can be turned on.

This needs to be done before harversting, or else it won't work.

Harvest what you planted...

And now it's the cheater moment.

Deactivate the switch and...

Done, now you just have to wait it to grow again and repeat the process.

But remember that this appears to be a bug.

It can be fixed by the developers very soon!

Until this doesn't happen, enjoy!

Until the next video!

IN THE ZONE [Motivational Song] - Duration: 4:36.

Crusty eyes crack open, is this a bad joke?

Some loco set my alarm for before the cocks even croak, let alone crow

God only knows... now I'm fallin' below, between swimmin' and dreamin'

But somethin' pesky is screamin', No!

Get up and go!

I groan.

Head full o' stone, hand on my phone

Inch my leg toward the edge of the bed to get momentum,

Gravity drags me down the two feet 'til I'm bound to stand on my own

Resistance vicious, think they care about your vision?

Then sickly sweet, "But think of all you've already given!"

But I won't listen, it's rushing in, I'm coming back to my mission

Cup o' coffee, couple o' squats, I shake it off me,

And I'm hackin' back the brambles now, No rationale will back me down,

Puttin' on the gloves 'cause this is 'bout to be a knockout round

Blinders on and noises off, this ain't the time to Facebook stalk

Never gonna get there lookin' at the distance

Didn't wanna do it, now everything is fading, I'm

In the zone

I can feel it in my bones

Full control

I'm going fast, it's going slow

In the zone

It's the only thing I know

Go, go, go!

But I'm flowing like whoa

Well that was fun!

Come back to earth, look at what I've done Double take -

almost feels like like it was done by a stunt double But more me than I've ever been, unmuzzled

Fuzzy wuzzy wasn't lookin', took the puzzle he was cookin',

It was just right for my growin' appetite, beyond

Level of difficulty leveled me, Responded with a respawn because

In the zone it's crystal clear; everything is duller here

Feelin' kind of sleepy like I'm slumpin' from a second beer

Miss the better buzz, my drug is doing what I love, I'm

Never gonna get a hit thinkin' back and missin' it

Second wind is rollin', gonna get my mission goin', get --

In the zone

I can feel it in my bones

Full control

I'm going fast, it's going slow

In the zone

It's the only thing I know

Go, go, go!

But I'm flowing like...

It isn't just about the fire, It isn't just the grind

I wanna leave Life better For having given me mine

It's not a burden, And it's not even a sacrifice

Some days it feels that way, no lie, But that will fade in time

It isn't just about the fire, It isn't just the grind

I wanna leave Life better For having given me mine

It's not a burden, And it's not even a sacrifice

Some days it feels that way, no lie, But that all fades when I'm --

In the zone

I can feel it in my bones

Full control

I'm going fast, it's going slow

In the zone

It's the only thing I know

Go, go, go!

But I'm flowing like whoa
