Uber CEO Travis Kalanick is out of the company, no longer CEO. This has been
building for quite some time. Uber's been dealing with accusations
of sexual harassment from its own employees, a lawsuit with Google over
intellectual property regarding autonomous vehicles and of course
criticisms that it's been trying to play a cat and mouse game with law
enforcement. This is a company valued at seventy billion dollars and the Board of
Directors was getting a little worried that it might not be able to retain that
value with all the criticisms that Uber has endured.
So what comes next? Three things.
Who would want to be the CEO of Uber?
Travis Kalanick isn't gone. He still owns a lot of shares of Uber and he still retains a seat on the board of the
company. It's a company that may have competing priorities with a committee of
10 executives that's supposed to lead it until they have a new CEO.
The company is still reeling from its sexual harassment claims. The Eric Holder report suggested
that it needed to change its culture, it certainly changed some executives.
Has it done enough?
If you think Uber has had a rough ride through now, just wait.
Uber is a seventy billion dollar company. This is a company that was once a pirate ship
and is now an aircraft carrier. Is the company ready to move forward in its
maturation? Is it going to go public? There are a lot of tough questions that
it needs to answer and it needs a leader to do it.

Who Is an Ideal DreamMaker Franchisee? - Duration: 2:50.
I'm often asked, "What is an ideal candidate for us?
Who are we looking for?"
I can tell you one thing we're looking for is we're looking for somebody that has drive,
because we can't get you out of bed in the morning, you got to have the drive to go build
a business.
That's not for the faint of heart to build a business.
You got to have that drive, but at DreamMaker that's not enough.
We don't want just somebody that has drive and runs over people.
We want somebody that has heart, that care about people.
They want to build a team and work together.
We're looking for those qualities.
We're also looking for somebody that is coachable, somebody that is good at following systems
and willing to follow systems.
In franchising, having great systems and being coachable is critical to get the maximum results
out of it, so we're looking for that as well.
Then you've got to be capitalized right.
It's okay to take risk and risk is always part of business, but if you don't have the
right amount of capital, you could be risky.
We like to set it up that we're dealing with risk not risky.
Then our code of values.
Really, our code of values is folks that are interested in becoming part of DreamMaker,
it's usually something that attracts them to us, so read our code of values.
Look, if it attracts you, we're probably a really good match.
If it doesn't attract you, we're probably not a good match, because it's just kind of
a ... Most people, I hear people tell me often that, "Yeah, that's exactly what I believe.
I just never put it in writing."
Then we're looking at the fact that you need support at home.
Your spouse or significant other or family in general, whoever that is, you got to have
that support at home, because you can't go fight the battle to building a business and
then fight another battle at home.
You need that support at home, so that's just key that we have found.
Then about a year and half, two years ago, something that really hit me is you've got
to be smart.
You got to be a little above average on smarts.
You don't have to be a rocket scientist, nothing like that, nothing crazy like that, but you
got to be smart, because running a contracting business, you got marketing, sales, design,
and production.
It's a complex business.
What we found is there's a lot of people out there that love that.
In fact, they like the challenge that it has enough to it that it challenges them.
In fact, one of our franchisees said, "Yeah, it's a lot more challenging than a pizza business."
No offense to any of the pizza people out there, but for him, that joy of seeing, tackling
a project, a client being happy at the end of their project, then the gratification that
they have for the work that they've done that he helped lead, is very satisfying.

Leica R Elmarit 28mm f/2.8 Review - Duration: 2:38.
This is the first vintage lens I ever bought and it's the reason why I've become
such a big fan of Leica R lenses to begin with. Fans will attest to its
impeccable sharpness, gorgeous color rendition, and solid low-profile build.
Let's break it down.
(Intro Music)
The Elmarit 28mm is surprisingly small
compared to most other monstrosities on the market and its low-profile makes it
a favorite among documentary filmmakers and street photographers alike.
The lens is encased in an all-metal barrel with metal focus and aperture
rings. The focus ring is extremely smooth and the aperture easily snaps into its
half stop increments. For such a small lens, it's also got a bit of heft to it
weighing in at 275 grams. This particular lens has gone through three different
design revisions throughout its lifetime. The latest revision comes with ROM
contacts which are useless to you if you don't use it on a Leica camera. The lens
reviewed here is from the first generation manufactured in 1971. For this
test, I used a Metabones Speed Booster which theoretically widens the focal
length 0.71 times, increases the aperture by one stop, and helps sharpen the
overall image quality. Full-frame shooters claim that there's noticeable
vignetting and soft focus around the borders of the frame, but I honestly
haven't noticed that from my use. One thing I love that others may not, is its
low contrast. This to me is essentially what makes this lens perfect for
shooting video. Low contrast is great for color grading footage, since there's more
information to work with. Canon EF and Zeiss lenses tend to have higher
contrast images, which helps make them appear sharper. The beautiful thing about
Leica lenses though, are that they remain sharp despite having less contrast, which
makes the images pop beautifully while grading. This lens also tends to be a bit
on the warmer side. That coupled with its creamy overall look help make your
images appear cinematic. The last major issue to deal with is its ghosting or
flaring in brighter environments since there's no modern coating on the glass.
This shouldn't be an issue if you're lucky enough to find one of these with
its included lens hood attachment, but if not you may want to pick up a lens hood
or matte box of your own. This is the most affordable wide-angle lens that you
will be able to find which is offered by the Leica R lineup. It has its
weaknesses but those are few and far between for an incredibly unique lens
that renders beautiful cinematic images. This particular lens was first
manufactured back in 1971 and I'm confident that this lens will serve me

Hi guys and welcome to Lambisco's.
In today's video I bring you
a very fresh recipe
to celebrate the fact that summer is here!
The heat...
wonderful and amazing but so big that it's being felt
asks for nothing less than....ICE CREAM!
But we can't go and pick up those sugary
(and full of cream) ice creams all the time.
At least we shouldn't 😁
So the best solution for that is
to make your own ice cream at home.
To reuse that fruit that is too ripe to eat on its own
the trick is to wash it clean
place it in a plastic bag
and freeze it.
Then with that is super easy to make ice cream.
I bring one with banana and berries
so easy that it will take you less
than five minutes to make
And there is nothing better to do when
you get home and desperately need ice cream!
But there is no ice cream, "just" frozen fruit!

Ingredients
2 cups of frozen bananas ( 2-3 bananas)
5/8 cup of frozen blueberries
5/8 cup of frozen raspberries
one natural yogurt
Toppings: 1/3 cup of blueberries
1/4 cup of cherries
Preparation
In a food processor combine the frozen fruits.
First the bananas,
then the blueberries
and lastly the raspberries.
Then, add the natural yogurt
and blend everything well until smooth.
An the final results is this beautiful and creamy ice cream
tell me if this doesn't look beautiful?!
After that, transfer the ice cream to a pretty (and large) bowl
and place the toppings. First the blueberries
and the cherries cut in half.
And tcharan!
Look at this beauty.
Look how great this looks.
As you can see, easier then this is almost impossible.
Super easy to make,
with leftover fruits and the ones that are a little over ripe.
