Well managed risk / Rheoli risg yn effeithiol - Duration: 2:43.

Well today's seminar was about risk and

managing risk in the public sector in

times of significant change. What I hope

delegates took away was a sense of how

two different approaches can lead to

different results in terms of how they

manage risk, and just to bring that to

life a bit, one of the scenarios we

followed was around a fear of failure

and the other scenario was safe to fail. And it was really stark to me following the

case studies, really stark, as to how the

outcomes are so different

depending on which model you follow. And

in the fear of failure model what was

apparent was everyone is focusing on not

failing, on covering backs, and losing

sight of the end user, and on the safe to

fail model the discussions were much

more user-centric because it was safer

to get things wrong and therefore no one

had anything to fear in testing out

different scenarios. So I hope

people who attended went away with a

sense of realising that how you approach

risk management can change the outcome

for service users. What does

it mean for us at the Wales Audit Office?

I think there are challenges on two

fronts. One is what does it mean for our

audit work and what the Auditor General

does and it was good to hear him talk at

the seminar about and how audit

is there to enable and support public

service delivery and better outcomes, and

not just be a compliance checklist. And I think the Auditor General was

pushed to some extent to be held to

account for that because for a

long time he said public services should

take well-managed risks and there was

definitely a sense in the room that

auditors don't always deliver that. I

think we recognised that this is

a work in progress and we've done some

very good pieces of work that show how

audit can be used to improve public

services rather than simply bash

on the head. The second angle is what

does it mean for us in how we run the

Wales Audit Office and how we manage

risks and I think what I want to do

coming out of this is share with

Kev and management committee, and perhaps

debate what is our approach?

Are we in fact taking the risk of failure

approach versus the safe to fail

approach? And that could well change how

we act and behave, and in fact I think

could be linked to the cultural

improvement work that we're now doing.

Is Gyarados Good Throughout Pokemon Generations? I History Of Gyarados - Duration: 8:52.

Gyarados, the Atrocious Pokémon, on record for massacring entire cities and civilizations

if angered and is infamous for its, eh, "humble" beginnings.

It is regarded as one of the strongest Pokemon of all time, but is it?

Let's find out!

This is the history of Gyarados.

I will be covering these competitive formats.

Gen 1, Gyarados' usability comes from its high Attack and Special stats, allowing it

to use Hyper Beam, Blizzard, and Thunderbolt effectively.

While Gyarados had access to strong STAB Surf's and Hydro Pumps, the only slot it could take

would be Blizzard's, and that move generally provided better coverage.

What holds Gyarados back is its 4x weakness to Electric attacks, since the move type is

common.

While its defensive stats are quite impressive, the Electric-type attacks cut right through.

This along with its middling Speed statistic hold the serpent back.

Strong matchups include Grass (Exeggutor), Rock (Rhydon and Golem) and Ground-types (Dugtrio).

Gyarados can also handle Water-types lacking Electric-type coverage.

Pokemon such as Starmie, Lapras, and Gengar tear Gyarados apart.

Higher Speed stats, access to Thunderbolt, and high enough defensive stats to take at

least one hit create a one sided matchup.

Pokemon with high HP such as Clefable and Snorlax can out last whatever it dishes out,

and Electric-types, well, have STAB Electric attacks.

All this led to Gyarados being ranked near the bottom of the Nintendo Cup meta game.

On to Gen 2.

The Special split leaves Gyarados with 60 Special Attack and 100 Special Defense, weakening

its Water STAB.

Hyper Beam's nerf led to Double Edge being the preferred Normal move, as its Base Power

is buffed by 20 points.

Zap Cannon replaces Thunderbolt to compensate for the lower Special offensive stat and Hydro

Pump substitutes for Blizzard as it is now more accurate and powerful.

Hidden Power Ground is added to hit Electric-types daring to switch in.

Usage remains low, for Dragonite outclasses Gyarados in every category.

On the Brightside, Gyarados combos well defensively with Steelix.

It also matches up well with Rock-types (Tyranitar), Ground-types (Marowak and Steelix), as well

as Water-types lacking electric coverage, although with Hidden Power this is a less

common occurrence.

Also, Porygon2, Electric-types (Zapdos, Raikou, Electrode), and Pokemon with access to strong

Electric attacks that can take a hit from Gyarados keep it in check.

As a result, Gyarados still recorded low usage in the Nintendo Cup, only being used as a

Wild Card pick to throw opponents off.

Gen 3, the introduction of EVs mean only 2 stats out of 6 can be maxed at once.

This leads to offensive Pokemon becoming frailer, while defensive Pokemon lose offensive presence.

Intimidate makes Gyarados a better pivot, as it can take physical attacks more effectively

and force switches.

Finally, HP Ground can be replaced with Earquake, increasing its ability to threaten Electric-types

that look to switch in.

Dragon Dance turns Gyarados into a powerful late game sweeper and, unlike Tyranitar and

Salamence, it handles Water-types fairly well.

A Choice Band gives the option of being a strong wall breaker.

Taunt and Thunder Wave improve utility, as now Gyarados can cripple offensive and defensive

Pokemon.

Fighting (Heracross), Grass (Celebi), and Water (Suicune) types are thrashed by Gyarados,

while Rock and Ground-types are still eviscerated by Water moves.

While setup, Gyarados can even KO Electric-types before they can attack.

Burn and Paralysis conditions cripple Gyarados, while Electric-types, Starmie Porygon2 and

Regice make quick work of the serpent.

Not to mention, any Pokemon carrying an Electric-type move can still tear through its defenses.

Gyarados was placed in the Over Used (OU) tier and was widely considered top 30 within

the format.

Gen 4, Attacking moves are now categorized as either Physical or Special, instead of

this being based on the typing of the move.

Stealth Rock is a standard entry hazard on teams, which leads to Gyarados losing 25%

of its health whenever it switches in.

Gyarados' move sets become fully Physical with Waterfall and Bounce as STABs and Stone

Edge, Ice Fang, or Payback for coverage.

Strong matchups include Water (Suicune), Fighting (Breloom), Bug (Scizor), Fire (Heatran), Ground

(Hippowdon), and Rock (Tyranitar).

Gyrados still falls to any strong Electric moves, Burn and Paralysis.

Porygon2 and Rotom-A can take hits then retaliate with Thunderbolt.

Physically Defensive Cresselia, Celebi, and Tangrowth can all wall Gyarados as they chip

away at its health or status it.

Thunder Punch Metagross can knock it out as long as it survives an Earthquake.

Forretress and Water-types packing Hidden Power Electric (Milotic, Slowbro, Suicune,

and Vaporeon) can threaten the serpent out while Skarmory can force a switch and Starmie

still acts as Gyarados' bane.

It maintained its Over Used tiering as well as rising in usage, being considered top 23

by many.

Gen 5, Gyarados receives Moxie as an Ability, which it can use to snowball opposing teams

during sweep attempts.

High tier meta revolves around weather wars, making Water STAB deadly.

Other than that, it picks up where it left off.

His strengths are unchanged, however, trainers must now be more cautious when sacrificing

a Pokemon in the hopes of bringing in a check, for Moxie can punish this approach.

Some newcomers that give Gyarados a rough time include Ferrothorn, Rotom-W, Kyurem-Black,

CS Terrakion, CS Thundurus, Cloyster with Skill Link + Shell Smash, Keldeo, and residual

damage such as Stealth Rock, Sandstorm, Toxic, and Leech Seed.

Even so, it maintains its place in the Over Used tier, being considered top 34 in the

meta.

Gen 6, Gyarados' weaknesses become easier to abuse as the weather-centric meta is gone,

Mega forms create more high tier defensive as well as offensive threats, and about 60%

of the OU meta game checks or counters it.

Gyarados can still handle Fire, Ground and Fighting-types such as Infernape, Mamoswine

and Cobalion.

Grass-types such as Shaymin and Roserade also struggle to break Gyarados.

Gyarados is beaten by Faster Pokemon (M-Aerodactyl, CS Hydreigon and Salamence), Physical Walls

(Chesnaught, Porygon2 & Zapdos), Electric-types (Heliolisk, M-Ampharos & Rotom-Mow), Bulky

Water-types (Suicune & Empoleon w/ Roar + Milotic with Dragon Tail/Haze), and Prankster

Pokemon (Whimsicott w/ Encore & Will-O-Wisp Sableye).

Gyarados' Achilles Heel, Electric-type attacks, and lower Speed statistic prior to setup causes

the famous sweeper to fall into the Under Used tier and dropping to the top 95 overall

in the meta.

Gyarados-Mega's story is quite different.

Higher Attack and Defense statistics make Gyarados-M more threatening and sturdy.

Having STAB Crunch assists in taking out Jirachi, Slowbro, and Latias, who previously had the

upper hand.

STAB Waterfall handles Fire-, Fairy-, and Fighting-types (Heatran, Clefable, and Mega

Lopunny), while Mold Breaker ignores Unaware, Sturdy, Magic Bounce, and Water Aborb.

The Mega form is strong against Psychic-, Fairy-, Fighting-, Fire-, Grass- and Dragon-types

with Dark, Water and Ice coverage.

It can threaten other top threats if it pack Earthquake, such as Rotom.

While good, it does have its weaknesses.

Its Speed points are unchanged in this form, which hurts in an ever faster paced meta.

Residual damage wears Gyarados-M out over time, since it lacks reliable recovery.

Fighting-types (Breloom and Keldeo), Electric-types (Manectric-M, Raikou and Thundurus), Physically

Defensive Pokemon (Skarmory with Whirlwind, Tangrowth and Garchomp), Status Conditions

(Burn, Paralysis, Sleep), Residual Damage (entry hazards, weather recoil and recoil

from Rocky Helmet and abilities such as Iron Barbs and Rough Skin), and Fairy-types (M-Altaria,

Unaware-Clefable and Azumarill) can keep this form in check.

The Mega from is Border Line (BL) in Smogon format, being widely considered top 17 in

the meta.

2012 Doubles, with Zapdos being in high usage one would think Gyarados would be unusable.

Wrong.

Intimidate is still a useful ability in doubles and a Wacan Berry can alleviate the Electric

threat.

More importantly, Hitmontop and Weavile struggle with Gyarados and the serpent packs some useful

support moves.

An excellent attack statistic combined with Water STAB makes for one monster of an offensive

threat in doubles.

Gyarados must be wary of Rock-types that switch in to use Rock Slide, Electric-types, Abomasnow

and Gastrodon, but other than that, he can hold his own in the VGC meta.

2014 Doubles, Gyarados takes on a more offensive role with its Dragon Dance sets.

It pulverizes defensive walls.

Even so, Ferrothorn, Rotom-Wash and Amoongus are more common in the meta game, and the

more offensive nature of Gyarados' sets is hurt by status and attack drops.

It thrives in much higher usage than previous VCG seasons.

So, how good was Gyarados?

Well, he started out near the bottom of the meta game, then started to improve upon the

release of Gen 3, and has had his name in the top tiers ever since.

Even though his base form is becoming insignificant again.

Taking all generations into account, Gyarados is slightly above average.

That's it.

Thank you for watching the video.

I will have another video up next week.

So, leave a comment of what Pokemon you want to see next.

Until then, stay cool my Noobs.

Kako sam uštedjela za 20 dana u Americi│Eva Bosh - Duration: 4:41.

Hello everyone, welcome to another video!

In today's video, I'll share with you how I've managed to save up enough money to go on a 20-day-trip to Canada and America.

You already know that I have made a video on budgeting and being responsible towards spending your money

and the link to that video will be in the description of this one.

But today's topic is traveling, i.e. my trip to Canada and the USA.

The first thing I need to make clear is that traveling is a huge priority in my life.

If I spend my money on something, then it's definitely traveling and I don't find it difficult

to save up for a trip because I love the fact that I can save up for it and that I can afford to travel.

If your priority is not traveling, but something else, I'm sure you won't either have problems with saving up for it.

In this video, I'll share some ways in which you can get some extra money that might be laying around you

and you don't even know it, or you might earn it in one way or another.

So let's start from the beginning!

The simplest thing you can do is to reduce your daily expenses.

I talked about daily expenses in the video about budget and I said that you should always plan for them

but it is often the case that they pile up little by little and you end up spending your money

without even realizing where it has gone.

My example of reducing my daily expenses was that I stopped going out for drinks with my friends.

I started inviting my friends to come over to my house and in that way I reduced spending money

on the things outside my home when I could just as good (if not better) do them in my house.

Another thing I did was that I reduced my daily expenses in terms of beauty products.

So whenever I had buy a new hair shampoo or body lotion I would look for the cheapest option in the store.

As I've already mentioned, I have a whole video on how to create a budget for your daily life,

but I also created a separate budget for my trip and I knew exactly how much money I had to save up.

Another great step I did was that I reduced my mobile plan when it comes to calls, texts, and data.

My carrier is called "bonbon" and you can combine your plans however you want

so when I realized that I never use up what I paid for I had to change the plans because I was losing money.

Although the difference in the plan prices wasn't too big,

I definitely managed to save up a nice amount of money over time by paying only for what I actually use.

I reduced my plans to the smallest possible and used WiFi whenever I could when I'm out and about

and I'm always connected to WiFi when I'm at home anyways, so I managed to do the most reduction on

my mobile data because I use my phone for internet purposes the most.

I totally gave up on SMS plans because I never ever use that system to communicate.

And I reduced the calls plan to the smallest possible too.

And now for the biggest thing that I guess a lot of people will see as too hardcore

and that is that I completely gave up shopping for clothes and shoes.

I didn't find that hard because, as I've said, I like to spend my money on traveling.

and I don't mind if I have to wear my old T-Shirts, jeans and shoes.

Whenever I felt like I wanted to buy something to wear I asked myself

if I would rather buy e.g. that jacket right now and right here

or if I would rather buy it in New York!

And, as you can imagine, the answer would always be New York.

So that is how I survived a season without a new jacket, but in turn, I'll have some great experiences in NYC.

The last thing I have to mention is the fact that I found a bunch of stuff around my house that I don't use

and I decided to sell it all!

The biggest amount was, of course, all the clothes that were in my closet that I never wore.

I use a Croatian website mojekrpice.hr to sell all the clothes.

This way I managed to clean my closet from all the things I never wear, I earned some money

and now I can finally go on my trip!

Actually, at the time you're watching this video I am already on my trip,

so make sure to follow me on Instagram @evabosh to see what I'm up to in Canada and the USA.

And that's it!

The biggest tip is to use everything you already have at your disposal

and maybe don't use, but that would be valuable to other people.

If you have any tips on saving some money or earning some extra, leave them in the comments below!

I'll see you next time! Bye!

How To Get Rid Of Bed Bugs - Duration: 2:51.

How To Get Rid Of Bed Bug.

Bed bugs are dangerous insects that bite human skin and feed by sucking human blood.

If they appear in your bedroom it is very important to quickly get rid of them as their

bite may cause allergic reactions and discomfort.

In this video we are talking about best 6 methods to get rid of bed bugs.

So please click the subscribe button and bell icon for next videos.

1.

Cold Temperature.

Bed bugs cant with stand cold temperature.

All you have to do is to put a few ice cubes in a thin towel.

Place it on the affected area.

Remove it after 10 to 15 minutes.

Repeat the process until bed bugs totally disappear.

2.

Hot steam.

Bed bugs cant survive in high temperature; minimum 113 degrees Fahrenheit is required.

Steam permeates through these materials and destroys the bugs and prevents the egg from

surviving.

So if you have a steam cleaner, you can use that to get rid of bed bugs fast without using

harmful chemicals.

3.

Cayenne Pepper.

Take 1 teaspoon each of cayenne powder, oregano and grated ginger.

Boil them in water.

Strain and spray the solution around the entering spaces of your room and areas where bed bugs

may be hiding.

The smell of this solution drives the bugs away and prevents them from spreading.

4.

Hair Dryer.

Bed bugs cannot tolerate high temperature, so you can set the dryer at the highest mode

for 20 minutes or above to kill bed bugs.

Position the dryer around the mattress seam and infested area for about an hour to get

the effective results.

This one hour treatment may kill the pest and eggs.

Vacuum the heated area and remove the bugs traces.

Dont forget to clean vacuum filter.

5.

Tea Tree Oil.

Put 20 drops of tea tree oil in a spray bottle filled with water and shake well.

Spray liberal amounts of the natural insecticide in all areas where you think bed bugs are

living.

Use the tea tree oil spray daily until all the signs of bed bugs have disappeared completely.

6.

Baking Soda.

Baking soda has antimicrobial properties which destroys bed bugs.

Spread some baking soda around the crevices and cracks or wherever you find bugs.

Dont forget to vacuum the soda after few days and re-apply it.

Horse Safety Tips - Horse Safety Certification From Wyoming 🌈🐴🐎🏇 - Duration: 16:01.

hi I'm Allie and I'm a horse enthusiast I love to learn about them care for them

but most of all ride them my name is Gary and I love to teach youth about

their horses but when kids and horses come together safety becomes our major

priority the 4-h program has historically been an advocate for

bringing youth and horses together in positive ways like learning programs

camps clinics and competitions like the County Fair the forage continues to

focus on the safety of our members and their horses and to that end we'd like

to bring you our new safety certification program would you tell

them about that and the intent of this safety certification is to ensure the

safety of our youth in the Wyoming 4-h horse project volunteer leaders should

feel free to work with youth to prepare for this certification process each

horse a youth plans to participate with should be certified prior to entering a

4-h sponsored competitive event no part of this certification is intended to be

a written test but rather a hands-on learning experience in which the youth

can monitor their progress in becoming a safe Horseman certification should be

done by a trained key leader who's not a parent of the child the process is

progressive meaning youth should complete section 1 then 2 a then to be

than any individual endorsement section 1 evaluates the safety of the youth

around the horse section 2 evaluates how safe the horses around the youth while

also testing the knowledge and skill of the youth section 2 a is the groundwork

for showmanship and halter while to be needs to be completed while mounted

section 3 tests the advanced endorsements of the horse and rider in

such events as roping trail speed or cattle events and jumping the first part

of the certification form identifies the horse to be evaluated you will need to

include the name and our ID number of the horse as well as breed and describe

in addition a photo of the horse being certified will need to be attached be

sure to include the name of the youth which is certifying the horse once this

is done for a specific horse it will not need to be completed again in section 1

we are evaluating the youths knowledge related to horse safety the main goal of

this portion of the certification is to create a common vocabulary in order to

facilitate a safe environment for instance an order for an instructor to

officially ask a youth to check a cinch the use must first know what the cinch

is and where to find it to complete this section a variety of techniques may be

used most importantly each Youth to do individual work ensuring that all

individuals are aware of these safety factors here are some things that can be

discussed with youth related to safety in Section 1 safety zones and safely

moving around the horse in order to work safely around the horse Youth need to

understand the safety zones help youth understand they need to avoid these

areas in order to work safely around the horse remember the only time it is

permissible to walk in front of the horse rather than behind it is when the

horses cross tied in order to safely tie a horse you should explain that they

should tie to a secure object to work safely around horses a youth must have

close toed boots with a heel and smooth hard soles other items that may be

recommended but are not necessary would be long pants long sleeve shirt or hat

helmet once the youth has completed section one

they will not have to do it again even if they are using a different horse in

Section two there are two tasks to complete first to see if the youth can

safely handle the horse and if the youth can complete each task safely this is

split up into two different groups a how the youth how the youth handles the

horse while on the ground and B while mounted youth fee to calmly catch and

halter the horse to safely do this they should be approaching the horse from the

left front of the horse and talked to it as they approach

proper application and adjustment of the halter should be noted and explained by

a youth

time must be done twice in order to pass off the requirement they should tie to

something that is close to the shoulder height of the horse a proper quick

release or manger not must be used these nuts can be found in the Wyoming 4-h

horse manual all members regardless of age or size must demonstrate safely

picking up a front foot youth will also either demonstrate or explain how to

safely pick up a rear foot youth will also be asked to clean a front of safely

be sure they pick away from their body

next we are looking for the ability of a youth to control the horse from the

ground this should look a lot like the quarter system used when showing a horse

you should understand this is related to safety and that as a veterinarian

farrier or judge moves around the horse they should be moving to the optimum

location just as in the quarter system used in halter and showmanship classes

have them trot the horse at least an arena length

next have the youth face another direction

next in controlling the horses backing the handler should stay at the side in

the safe zone ask the youth to back up at least a horse lengths in order to

know they can complete this task safely

finally with controlling the horse from the ground we are going to ask that the

youth go through a latched gate by opening and closing it

section 2a must be completed for every horse the youth plans to participate

with in groundwork classes this section must be completed before moving on to B

tests the knowledge skill and safety of the youth while mounted on the horse in

this section we are first going to talk about saddling and rattling the youth

should demonstrate or explain how to correctly change from a halter to a

bridle the horse should not be tied during this process

the head style should be adjusted correctly

ask we youth to clean the back and girth for safe saddling as those are the areas

related to safety when saddling that the youth should pay particular attention to

however this is an excellent opportunity to discuss the reasons for grooming the

entire horse

now we go on to saddling though some use will be too small to actually

demonstrate safely saddling the horse they should be able to understand the

concept when saddling these should show are explained that the saddle is gently

placed on the withers of the horse it should not be dropped or thrown to

avoid spooking the animal

next they will need to secure and adjust the cinches and breast color

you

an additional note at this point may be made that to unsettle the horse the

reverse is true the youth should explain how the equipment should be adjusted for

the horse as well as themselves including stirrup length saddle seat

size and rein length

you should ask the youth to explain and our demonstrate proper mounting and

dismounting of the horse smaller youth may not be able to do this properly but

they should understand the concept and be able to explain how it should look

the Wyoming 4-h horse manual has a detailed explanations of proper mounting

and dismounting techniques we will now ask the use to show us how they control

the horse

it is suggested they back up for at least a horse length

finally asked the youth to demonstrate both direct or plow raining and indirect

or neck raining to turn the horse both to the left and to the right

through this process we are looking for the ability of the youth to control the

horse as well as the horses willingness to respond to the youth

remember we're looking at this from a safety standpoint it is okay these tasks

are not polished as you would see in a show ring rather we want to see the

horse and youth can safely interact

once a horse has been certified through section 2b it may enter all the general

writing classes section 3 are all the additional endorsements which can be

taken at any time each horse does not have to be endorsed in every area it is

important for the rider to know which classes he can be entered in with which

endorsements trail this endorsement requires the completion of four tasks

leaders will need a gate bridge and poles to complete this endorsement we're

looking for safe interactions between the horse and rider as well as the

obstacles this does not need to be a polished performance as you would see in

a trail class speed this endorsement requires the completion of three tasks

these could be passed off with or without the use of barrels poles or

goats leaders could simply have the youth and horse gallop to the end of the

arena turn gallop back and stop numerous times evaluate youth on the control

stopping ability and body position when completing these tasks at high speed

upon completion of the speed endorsement Youth may participate in classes such as

barrels poles etc

groping this endorsement requires the completion of three tasks it could be

administered with or without the use of Cal specific skills to look for through

this process are the ability of the youth to hold onto the reins and control

the horse while swinging and throwing a rope you should be able to coil the rope

while holding the reins and controlling the horse while dallying they should

keep their thumb up and all fingers out of the coils and dollies after

completing the roping endorsement you can participate in classes such as team

roping breakaway roping and dummy roping from horseback

jumping this endorsement requires the completion of two tasks leaders should

not evaluate how well the horse jumps just that it does it in a safe manner

does not refuse jumping and the youth is able to hold a safe body position while

completing the jump our young people are much too important to be put in an

unsafe safe situation we hope that you can use this information to create a

safe learning environment what we really hope for is for our youth to be more

comfortable around horses and riding them in a safe environment in the 4-h

program with your help we can ensure the future of our 4-h project is enjoyable

and safe thanks for coming and if you have any questions contact your local

4-h educator or go online to Wyoming 4-h org

and the other scenario was safe to fail. And it was really stark to me following the

case studies, really stark, as to how the

outcomes are so different

depending on which model you follow. And

in the fear of failure model what was

apparent was everyone is focusing on not

failing, on covering backs, and losing

sight of the end user, and on the safe to

fail model the discussions were much

more user-centric because it was safer

to get things wrong and therefore no one

had anything to fear in testing out

different scenarios. So I hope

people who attended went away with a

sense of realising that how you approach

risk management can change the outcome

for service users. What does

it mean for us at the Wales Audit Office?

I think there are challenges on two

fronts. One is what does it mean for our

audit work and what the Auditor General

does and it was good to hear him talk at

the seminar about and how audit

is there to enable and support public

service delivery and better outcomes, and

not just be a compliance checklist. And I think the Auditor General was

pushed to some extent to be held to

account for that because for a

long time he said public services should

take well-managed risks and there was

definitely a sense in the room that

auditors don't always deliver that. I

think we recognised that this is

a work in progress and we've done some

very good pieces of work that show how

audit can be used to improve public

services rather than simply bash

on the head. The second angle is what

does it mean for us in how we run the

Wales Audit Office and how we manage

risks and I think what I want to do

coming out of this is share with

Kev and management committee, and perhaps

debate what is our approach?

Are we in fact taking the risk of failure

approach versus the safe to fail

approach? And that could well change how

we act and behave, and in fact I think

could be linked to the cultural

improvement work that we're now doing.

【MUKBANG】 Can i Do it? 5 Peyoung's Extreme Spicy Fried Noodles..!? 5470kcal [CC Available] - Duration: 6:52.

Hello its Kinishita Yuka (Eng subs by ~Aphexx~) (Font size+color+transparency 100% controlled by you)

so today! tadaa I bought 5 packs of super huge and super spicy 'Peiangu' yakisoba noodles

and this is what we'll be eating for today I've had the chance to try out quite a lot of 'Peiangu' products

~BUT~ I mean probably, probably.

this might probably be my first time trying their super spicy noodles

and they're their super huge portions sizes on top of that

each one of these 'peiangu' super huge super spicy packs is roughly 1094kcal

which must mean that each of these is packed with quite a lot of food

and uh...~

I.... uh~~~

I'm just a bit.... just a bit afraid to find out how spicy these are

granted I am getting better and better at handling spicy foods lately...

alrighty lets prep these

inside it looks like this

2 portions of the usual noodles you'd find from 'peiangu' with

toppings and this sauce... I'm guessing this is what is super spicy in this

there is a super spicy package in this

tadaa I've cooked the noodles

and now I'll add the red sauce to it

sort of a dark red color to it

I low key feel like I'm running a yakisoba restaurant right now

if a yakisoba shop was selling super hot yakisoba noodles they'd prolly be.....

a big deal (Cause waves)

K the its ready to eat itadakimasu

hot damn it looks so spicy

well...... just by looking at it.. umm well you can't judge how spicy it is though

well it is a rather reddish color

this is what it looks like as far as noodle thickness goes its about a normal

peiangu sized noodle reddish in color with these little black specks

I'm thinking its pepper? its prolly pepper

here we go

this is.... not like those normal spicy foods that hit you in waves afterwards but

from first bite it sets your tongue on fire

it just continues to burn without relent my mouth and tongue are in such pain right now

HOWEVER.....~

its reeeeaalllly spicy but I kinda think its pretty yummy at the same time

but dang its so spicy

my mouth just keeps watering like a fountain

mmmm..... I feel as though dumping a bunch of mayo onto this would really give it that perfect touch..

but I'll try to keep going for a bit longer

soooo spicy but....

it does have a hint of sweetness to it and a layer of umami as well

ahh for reals though its super spicy

will I? be able to eat the rest of this?

each of these packages contain 2 servings of noodles so practically speaking I've got 10 servings in here

~so hot~

each breath I take makes it hotter and hotter

I'm thinking that just wolfing these noodles down without slurping them is the best way to attack this

for reals tho its so HOT!! every time I take a break it gets hotter and hotter

omg its sooooo hot!!

I want a sweet cafe au lait to drink right now

spicy foods are so weird aren't they

I'm starting to break out into a sweat despite not being hot at all

so... hot.....

its so .... hot

its so spicy

oh jeez my tummy is starting to feel a bit weird

my tummy is starting to act up a bit

wait.... so lets.....

add a bit of my #BFFMayo

my lips and just can't stand it anymore I'm past my limit

omg my lips are bright red aren't they

so spicy I'm all sweaty as well

K, I've added a bit of Mayo to it

mayo is so amazing

with just a bit of mayo covering it most of the heat has disappeared

I've been eating quite a spicy dish up till now

but now its not so painful anymore ~wow~

its turned it into a sort of tiny bit spicy yakisoba noodle dish

even though I've tamed the spiciness of this dish it doesn't

really help my tummy its really getting acting up right now

spicy things are......

dangerous things aren't they

they're good to have from time to time

and lastly I feel like changing up the flavor with an egg

it looks like a birds nest don't it?

mix it up

and dip the noodles in it and eat

now that we've done this much to it its just not spicy at all anymore is it

so very mild now

#RawEggsSoSafe in Japan nope.... she's not gonna die from Salmonella nope....

last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita

these super spicy noodles from peiangu were Soooo hot

I was able to get through about half of it before I couldn't stand it anymore

so with normal peiangu noodle portions that would be roughly 5 packs worth...

I'm upset at this and I wanted to do better

and just by adding mayo it absolutely takes away all the spice... ~well not all of it~

saying its not spicy at all is taking this a bit too far isn't it

adding mayo it made it just a bit spicy

and when you add eggs it absolutely wipes away all traces of spicy heat

it was super delish

but the spicy foods taste good as well

and when I added the egg it made the cabbage and meat in the dish taste all that much better

eggs are so nice aren't they

for those who are curious about super spicy peiangu... won't you give them a try?

and as always thanks for watching and if you liked this video please hit the like and subscribe button BAI BAI

I am not a preacher. I don't have a title I don't have a ministry. I don't have a

church. I don't have a following, but I do have a calling. I was a business manager

all my life. Most of my life I've worked in factories, but Jesus Christ called me.

One night He spoke to me. He said:"Go into all the world and make disciples of all

nations. Go wherever I send you, and take their hand and put it in My hand and I

will guide them." Jesus called me to make disciples that hear His voice, that know

Him and that follow Him; and that is what I am here to do, is to do what He tells me

to do. He speaks to me, He guides me, He teaches me and He commands me, and I

speak His words. I'm here to take your hand and put it in the hand of Jesus so

that you can know Him and follow Him. The kingdom of God is about Jesus Christ, the

Lord, knowing Him, obeying Him and following Him. Without Jesus we can do

nothing. You don't need a church, you don't need a preacher, you don't need

anything but Jesus Christ. All you need is Jesus. Jesus will say to many people

in that day:"Go away I never knew you." What will He say to you? Do you know Him?

Now is the time to get to know Jesus, to follow Him until the very end. If we do

not know Him now, we will not know Him the day that we die and then it will be

too late to get to know Him . Now is the time

to seek Jesus with all your heart. Jesus Christ is the way. Follow Him and you will

have life. May Jesus bless you. Jesus Christ is alive and hell is real.

I am here to introduce you to Jesus Christ so that you can know Him and

follow Him and have eternal life. Subscribe to my channel to learn more

Bye!

MAY FAVORITES | TRACY CAMPOLI | FASHION BEAUTY FAVES - Duration: 13:33.

hello its Tracy and welcome back to my channel and today I'm going to going

over my May favorites that get some really really good ones for you so you

definitely want to keep watching and if you're new to my channel Hello I'm

Tracy and I put out brand new fitness wellness and lifestyle videos every

notified every single time when my videos go live just click on this little

bell here and then you'll get an alert that lets you know that I've got

something new that is up so let's get into the favorites because I feel like

I've so many things here that this might be the longest video ever so let's start

with skincare so the first thing that I want to share with you is this ageless

basement and this is from Bottega organic a' oh my god it's just it's

completely natural it's completely organic the ingredients

are organic wild lavender rosemary thyme lilac golden sage prawn sage and spring

water and that's it and this is this the best mist it just it's really refreshing

and unifies just give it a little shake and just spritz it all over my face

and oh my god it feels like you're going to the spa is incredible so this video

is not sponsored by any of these products actually I'm just sharing the

stuff that I love but I do want to mention that this was actually sent to

me by the wonderful ladies over eco deep equal diva beauty and I absolutely love

this so thank you thank you thank you for this because it's something that I

was definitely purchased again because I loved it so fantastic if you're looking

for a new basement that you cover girlfriend alright let's continue into

space this is the Elizabeth den for one love organics vitamin C serum okay this

was also in my little goodie bag from eco diva and again I have used more than

half of it now it's fantastic so after I wash my face I give my face spritz

this and then I go in with this vitamin C serum and it just feels so good it

almost feels like a primer I mean that's how good it makes your skin feel I do

feel like it brightens up your skin a little bit vitamin C is just really a

great thing to use on your skin you know just from the vitamins and for

brightening and so anti-aging all the good things so this is definitely an

amazing product and you know you have to love because it's really good

ingredients you got big creepy nothing bad nothing weird in it so highly highly

recommend this love it love it love it so thank you again for that let's go to

hair okay so you know when you're like in between getting your hair color done

if you color your hair and you start getting roots or maybe if you have some

great I mean I don't have any gray hair at all so I found I've seen that before

a million times I've never picked it up but I absolutely I'm obsessed with it

right now actually me to get my hair color just don't wear a girl's been done

in the next week but this is the Rita has on route concealer touch-up spray

she's got it in a million different colors obviously I got in blonde and

it's great because it's like a dry shampoo I mean that's the formula feels

like you kind of just give it a spray and you just gently spray it you know

wherever your roots are but I like to wear my hair slicked back so often and I

feel it when I do it's just it's a very clear line of demarcation of you know

roots or Gray's I mean if I had gray and and where the blond starts so this

really just helps to blend that is absolutely amazing so if you're looking

for something and you want to kind of stretch your hair color a little bit

longer I mean I don't even know what happened I just up disease this month

and I was like oh right it's fine you're jealous about every two months

whoops I forgot so I'll be going in to see my guy this week but in the meantime

this is just an afterthought so if you're looking for something we've gotta

check this out cuz I think you'll absolutely love it two things with nails

it's funny because I don't have any nail polish on but a lot of you actually

mentioned how you like my nail color and so I actually kind of have like a

signature color that's that I love and that is the ESSIE Fifth Avenue it's not new

this is not something new but this is absolutely classic it's such a good

bright red and especially you know summertime you know six princesses out

right when jean shorts and this shirt but having like a nice little pop of

color like this because you know if you're not wearing a bright lip or a

bright accessory or something like that you can have your nail be the

accessories so Fifth Avenue by Essie is the bomb I love it it's classic it's

great you know great for all ages so it's not I love it and I get it not

nervous just like you then lastly you know when you get your nails done this

is also my FA and there's nail polish on it too not new but this is their gel

topcoat see stuff when I get my nails done I don't do my own nails but I get

my nails done about every two weeks so I do like to have like a week in between

to give my nails like the breathing room works but that's I just feel like it's

busier now and this will let my manicure last for a good no joke seven to ten

days so what I do is I'll get my nails done normally you know so I'll have this

color on and then usually the next morning I'll just put a coat of this on

and for some reason this just it just prolongs the life of your manicure so

I've even gone as far as 10 days where you're definitely going to get a good

lovin that kiss me are you definitely going to get a good solid week

out of your manicure when you use it so highly recommend it give it a rest or

it's awesome so click one of those that I asked you

to system all right let's do shoot sort of sitting here staring at me oh well

then shoot why do I love the shoe because basically like a sandal I mean

not even a sandal, it's like a slipper um super super comfortable I love this

color my husband loved these two they're

really comfortable so this is from Aldo so we've got because they're super

inexpensive they're like $70 or $80 something like that

but I love this color I don't remember what style it is I will try to link it

down below but this is grimy literally this will be the shoe that I wears with

this outfit today or maybe if I wanted to wear something a little crazier and

wear something with a pop of color but these are the best um even if I'm

wearing all black like if I was wearing like you know black jeans like skinny

jeans kind of rolled up like a tee my ankle maybe like black tank top this

would be a fantastic fantastic shoe to wear with that outfit just to break up

the black you know also with light blues like this shirt that I'm wearing

you know denim it's just a great shoe so can't speak highly enough of it really

great I can walk all over my path all day in these shoes and my feet don't

kill me which is a major major plus so it's definitely check those out ok so

some fun things this is going to be really weird I'm definitely gonna have

to cut in some clips so you can see this though this weird-looking thing is a

shirt but it is the best off the shoulder top at our first couples that

we're even but that is from forever 21 again I will just dry my vest to link it

but the problem is is that sometimes you know things fell out at forever 21 just

happened so this is it's you know off the shoulder top but the sleeves are

separate which means you can lift your arm and your shirt won't all of a sudden

go up on your shoulders which I can't stand when that happens so this is great

but even better it has a choker built-in so attached to the back it has this

choker so it's like this is an instinct cool they're all sure like you've got a

choker on we got off the shoulder it's super comfortable it's easy it's really

the only complaint I have with the shirt event sometimes when you get a big wind

blow your shirt can actually blow up so you might want to tuck it in if you know

it's windy but aside from that business just completely going to be a staple for

me I love it I love that it's black the material is great you know really

high-quality and it was super cute so I love it forever 21 and I will try to

link that down below I have another forever 21 sign so it's funny because

I'm wearing this shirt so I'm loving these sort of banker stripes here and

this is a skirt that I got from forever 21 I have to tell you quality of this

skirt is fantastic it was not you know everyone they have some items that are

not like super super inexpensive and this is one of them I think this skirt

was like maybe $60 so you know for forever 21 that is not inexpensive

however so it's I know it's a brand this story I wonder if they're associated

with them in hey I digress but it has a little tie so you tie a little bow in

the front it's a little bit shorter in the front it's kind of full so this is

great if you just wear this with a single simple tank top like a t-shirt

you could wear black with this if you wanted to just break up the colors but I

absolutely love this you know comfy chic great for go to the beach great for

hanging out in the city so I love items like this where it's like you can dress

it up you can dress it down you're comfortable but you look put together

and chic and cool so definitely I will try and link

down below but I absolutely love the skirt and so pretty then this is plenty

okay my friends actually laugh of me I've worn this a few times already but I

got this black denim skirt from forever but no not forever 21 just kidding I got

it from H&M and I was just an agent I'm doing like a drive-by by myself one

afternoon taking a walk and I saw this is there divided brand and it was funny

because it's black and that's best you know like I don't know why I just think

this might be my age like a regular denim skirt like not so into that but

the fact that this is black it was like whoo I'm all over it

oh I got it a size up and I did that for a reason

so that I could sort of paper bag in the waist

I do tend to wear a lot of black even in the summer New York is just what we do

so I just thought you know that looked really cool if I felt it and then it has

that sort of paper bag that's not super super I'm going to put I'll just wear it

you know kind of low on your hips here it's not super super short even though

it looks kind of short but it's great I've worn it a few times already and I

just love it it's comfortable you know it's great for I keep it in the drawer

where my denim shorts are because I don't want to forget about it like if it

didn't wear my skirts are and it's one of those things like you know who's

going to wear denim shorts like this would be another option and it's cool

took the plastic you know it has a little bit of

different resting on the bottom very very cool

okay you're ready for this my new favorite bikini wait for it ladies so I

was you know on forever21 website and and I will be totally honest I'm sure

this is not like if you have a chest this is probably not like the great

buddies these gels your you know flat-chested like I am this is the

cutest bathing suit ever I can't wait we have a couple beeps beach vacations

coming up and I cannot wait to wear this so how cute is this it's a little banjo

but because the ruffle it actually kind of looks like you might have a little

something going on on the top super cute I was concerned like it's going to look

too young is it going to look too sweet but I actually love it I love the color

I love the ruffles it's fantastic and the bottom is also really amazing you

know I have to tell you I'm really a Louise Bhama

bikini girl and those are like $75 for the bottoms alone however they do last

forever so I was a little bit like oh should we get this and you know but you

know returns it's a bathing suit but I was like eight dollars like I'll live

but it's so cute look at the bottom so it's a cheeky cut which I love

especially if you're working out with me you've got a great booty so you know

it's not a full full butt and that's a good thing because I find that when you

have a really full cup bikini it actually makes you look wider whereas a

cheeky cut something that's a little bit more narrow from it makes it's just much

more flattering I think on women especially women that work out I know

you if you're watching it so that's the back this is the front it's super low

it's got this adorable ruffle and then the top I mean I'm going to be like all

where's the top here I'm going to be like all over this all summer I can't

wait can't we go on vacation so you know I

was again had a link that it might be sold out but I think I might get try and

get a few other bathing suits from forever21 because he colors I mean

no-brainer well I hope they love my favorites for this month I hope it

wasn't like super super long of a video but I just I'm so excited about these

these cool things that I found of course that I wanted to share them with you so

I want to hear from you what was your favorite or if you found something that

you absolutely loving definitely let me know like I said I will do my very best

to leave links down here below but again if something is sold out and might have

to find something that's somewhat similar alright so I hope that you have

an awesome week make sure that you subscribe to my channel if you liked it

give it a big thumbs up and sharing is caring share with your people because

you know goes around comes around we're all the loving family here alright I

love you so much I will talk to you soon and have a great week bye

you

Well managed risk / Rheoli risg yn effeithiol - Duration: 2:43.

Well today's seminar was about risk and

managing risk in the public sector in

times of significant change. What I hope

delegates took away was a sense of how

two different approaches can lead to

different results in terms of how they

manage risk, and just to bring that to

life a bit, one of the scenarios we

followed was around a fear of failure

and the other scenario was safe to fail. And it was really stark to me following the

case studies, really stark, as to how the

outcomes are so different

depending on which model you follow. And

in the fear of failure model what was

apparent was everyone is focusing on not

failing, on covering backs, and losing

sight of the end user, and on the safe to

fail model the discussions were much

more user-centric because it was safer

to get things wrong and therefore no one

had anything to fear in testing out

different scenarios. So I hope

people who attended went away with a

sense of realising that how you approach

risk management can change the outcome

for service users. What does

it mean for us at the Wales Audit Office?

I think there are challenges on two

fronts. One is what does it mean for our

audit work and what the Auditor General

does and it was good to hear him talk at

the seminar about and how audit

is there to enable and support public

service delivery and better outcomes, and

not just be a compliance checklist. And I think the Auditor General was

pushed to some extent to be held to

account for that because for a

long time he said public services should

take well-managed risks and there was

definitely a sense in the room that

auditors don't always deliver that. I

think we recognised that this is

a work in progress and we've done some

very good pieces of work that show how

audit can be used to improve public

services rather than simply bash

on the head. The second angle is what

does it mean for us in how we run the

Wales Audit Office and how we manage

risks and I think what I want to do

coming out of this is share with

Kev and management committee, and perhaps

debate what is our approach?

Are we in fact taking the risk of failure

approach versus the safe to fail

approach? And that could well change how

we act and behave, and in fact I think

could be linked to the cultural

improvement work that we're now doing.

The blue ocean that the red sun used to wash its face turns black

The white sky that had clouds and rain and the wind turns gray

I leave the darkness that finds my heart

Even the cold shadow that covers the night starts to harden

If the ice melts,

a warmer song would have come out

But why is the ice so cold?

Why is it so cold?

Why are they so cold

Why are they so cold

The blue ocean that the red sun used to wash its face

I look at the past warmth that is deeply buried

Too late get it out

I wish the cold in the world of adults would be gone too

I wish the frozen love will melt away now

Build the Wall - Duration: 5:40.

Every sensible immigration policy has two objectives: 1) to regain control of our borders

so that we decide who enters; and 2) to find a humane way to deal with the 11 million illegal

immigrants who now live among us.

Start with the second.

For both practical and moral reasons, America cannot and will not and should not expel

11 million people.

That leaves us with two choices: ignore them or figure out a way to legalize them.

Ignoring them hasn't worked.

But there is also a huge problem with legalization: it creates an irresistible incentive

for new illegal immigrants to come.

We say, of course, that this will be the very last, very final, never-again,

we're-not-kidding-this-time amnesty.

And everyone knows it's phony.

That's what was said in 1986, when we passed the Simpson-Mazzoli immigration reform.

It turned out to be the largest legalization program in American history -- nearly 3 million

people got permanent residency.

There was no enforcement.

We now have 11 million new illegal immigrants in our midst.

The irony of this whole debate, which bitterly splits the country, is that there is a silver bullet

that would not just solve the problem, but also create a national consensus behind it.

A vast number of Americans who oppose legalization and fear new waves of immigration would change

their minds if we could radically reduce new -- i.e., future -- illegal immigration.

And we can.

First, build a barrier.

Call it a wall. Call it a fence. Call it what you will.

Add cameras and sensors. Add drones. Beef up the patrols.

All that matters is that we regain control of the border.

Fences work.

The triple fence outside San Diego led to a 90 percent reduction in infiltration.

Israel's border fence with the West Bank produced a similar decline.

Even holier-than-thou Europeans have conceded the point: Hungary, Macedonia, Bulgaria,

Austria, Greece, Spain – why, even Norway — have all started building border fences to stem

the tide of Middle Eastern refugees.

Then enforce two other measures: a national E-Verify system that makes it just about impossible

to work if you are here illegally, and a functioning visa tracking system, since 40% of illegal

immigrants are visa overstays.

The wall/fence will, of course, be ugly.

So are the concrete barriers to keep truck bombs from driving into the White House.

Sometimes function has to supersede form.

And don't tell me that this is our Berlin Wall.

When you build a wall to keep people in, that's a prison.

When you build a wall to keep people out, that's an expression of sovereignty.

Of course, no barrier will be foolproof.

But it doesn't have to be.

It simply has to reduce the river to a manageable trickle.

Once we do, everything becomes possible – including dealing with our 11 million illegal immigrants.

So, let's fix that.

Track the visas, do E-Verify, build the damn barrier.

It's ridiculous to say that it can't be done.

And who would certify that the border is back in our control?

I would have a neutral party, perhaps a commission of retired jurists, issue the judgment.

Once they do, we legalize the 11 million, granting them the right to stay and work here.

We can't give them citizenship.

That's a bridge too far.

You don't get to join the political destiny of the country by entering it illegally.

But any children born here would be American – which means that over time

the issue resolves itself.

The American people are legitimately angry at the price American society has paid

due to illegal immigration.

But they are also a generous people.

Once they are assured that we do indeed control our borders, that anger will abate.

A national consensus will emerge.

Radical border control, followed by radical legalization.

No mushy compromise.

A solution requires two acts of national will: putting up a wall (along with E-Verify and visa tracking)

and absorbing those who broke our laws to come to America.

This is not a compromise meant to appease both sides without achieving anything.

It's not some piece of hybrid legislation that arbitrarily divides illegals into those

with five-year-old "roots" in America and those without – or some such

mischief-making nonsense.

If we do it right, not only will we solve the problem, we will get it done as one nation.

Bye!
