I will show you and explaining why it's one of my favorite bike lock so stay tuned.

Ok, the Mini Kryptonite U Bike Lock one of the reasons that I recommend this

Lock is because it has a Sold Secure Gold Certification, now sold secure is a

Non-profit, independent organization based in the UK. now they do different

Security tests to defeat locks to be open, they use different tools and

Techniques. the amount of time that actually takes them to defeat lock to be

Open that's basically how they rated the locks, now this lock have a gold

Certification, basically it's offering the Highest Security Level and there is

The Silver and the Bronze. now the silver offer compromise between security and

Cost which is a good choice as well but of course it's not the best. now the

Bronze Certification basically offers the Lowest Security rating and I won't

People would say they fear death

even when they dont even know how death or afterlife

or whatever they wanna call it, feels

so for me, they are way more afraid of this particular

material we called the unknown

People say I'm a very adventurous person

I like to take risk, walk far, and get lost

and just generally hop into an adventure

I tend to be very curious about stuff

Which triggers me a lot to do risky forces

and that applies to my view about death

Am I afraid to die?

That is one simple question that I'm having a hard time in answering

Because I know I'm not afraid to die, I'm not afraid of the death

What I fear the most, is losing things I weren't supposed to be losing at the first place

I want to know more about what happened in the afterlife

How things work there

Do people really don't have any heads when they actually live there?

Is it way more complicated than the life we are living now?

Is it living the eternal life without any complications?

Like I really wanna know more

I find death as a very interesting topic to talk about

It has endless debates about issues in it

A disclaimer, this is not a suicide note

I have another video about suicide notes, but this is not one of it

I just really like to deliver what I would like to have my death like

So here goes the list,

I'd like to die out of a homicide, or a disease, rather than a suicide. Because you know why.

I'd like my grave to be surrounded by gray stones. Which is my favorite colour.

And I'd love a picture of Lady of Ermine on it. Which is a painting by Da Vinci, my favorite one.

The flowers should also be my favorite, which are sunflower and daisies.

The 'Two Slide Decks' Approach to Leadership Communications - Duration: 1:33.

I think communications is probably the most important part of my job as a tech leader.

When I'm asked to deliver something, I need to be able to communicate the options, the

cost, the architecture, I often do two slide decks, I have the business version I say

to my team that this is the logical version.

Everything doesn't have to be 100% accurate but it has to be close enough for them to

understand it because they won't need to understand all the details that we need to.

I then build a technical deck for us to use and those in finance who might need more detail.

I'm also communicating up, down, sideways and there are a couple of rules of thumb that

I follow and one of those is consistency.

There's nothing that will cause a team to go sideways faster at my level and that is

not hearing the same thing day after day.

If I set the direction that we want to accomplish a certain goal on Monday and then on Tuesday

I change it and on Wednesday I change it, they're all confused by Thursday so once I set a goal,

I have a rule: 'once in flight, always in flight'.

12 week pregnancy update - Duration: 13:11.

I haven't done an update in a while because we've been pretty busy

yeah business we've had birthdays and a lot of my symptoms I didn't have

anything so I wasn't really any of you submit on your video but um when I went

I like eight weeks I think nearly nine weeks my asthma was really really bad so

my husband was really worried about me so he told me to go to the hospital and

today my asthma has come up come up again really bad maybe up

pushed myself too much

so I went to the hospital and that's when they tested me for

preeclampsia and everything because I couldn't breathe

it was the only thing I said I just couldn't breathe and I knew it was my asthma

but they weren't listening because I wasn't a doctor so though making sure my

legs didn't hurt

so they were making sure my legs didn't hurt

I didn't have pain in my chest I had my hands above my head and stuff like

that and like no I don't have any pain

so they pretty much just let me go home I just had to keep using my puffer

but I had to go see my doctor so of course I was going to see my doctor anyway

and I went and saw her a couple of days later and she gave me

some steroids

that helped out greatly it made me feel so much better I could breathe again it

felt so good of course I still had to use my puffer

plus I still gotta use my puffer but not as often and I did feel a lot better I

can actually ward there to get my kids from the bus without feeling like I'm

going to collapse once b4 I was I went for a walk to collect the kids from

the bus H was

and H was like at the bottom of the

pram and this guy could see him and then he heard me coughing in his like oh

where is she, he couldn't see me because of where I was sitting

and he was like oh I didn't

know where you were but are you okay because he could hear coughing really bad

yeah I'm fine just my asthma and I got a really bad cough with it as well

so yeah that was pretty much it for like week eight nine nothing really happened

that was just it my asthma was really bad every now and again I still get

I still get it anxiety it's not really that bad

anymore I keep thinking everything's fine now because I saw the baby's heartbeat

so I'm like everything is good, then week ten turned up and I had really nothing

week 11 came

had nothing really but I also think I felt the baby moving a little bubbles

really nice to feel and I love that feeling this feeling in the world like

if you never ever get pregnant or you're a man you're always going to miss out on

something that feels great it's awesome to know that something that you have

made is moving in such a miracle we went to a little girl's birthday party a

first birthday and that night had nothing to do with what I ate or what I

did whatever but I'm really just feel too good and I was sick and it's like

that's the first time I've ever been sick

well actually right back but I'm like a week or so after I found out I was

pregnant I was sick so that was pretty much telling me yep your pregnant but I

I haven't really had any since then been I felt like I was sick gotta be sick but

nothing else and this time I was like no it's coming and it came and then I was fine

nothing else came nothing fine and then

then I just went back to bed and I was fine a couple of weeks ago my husband

actually ended up having a virus so he had a couple of days of work it was

really really bad he was like really really hot but didn't have a temperature

he felt dizzy and all he wanted to do was sleep and just recently my son was

exactly the same he slept at school for like an hour and a half and they couldn't

wake him up so they asked me to come get him my husband picked him up and brought

him home and he slept that day and the next day that he was fine as I feel like

pretty normal like being with his brother and sister just been Grady so I

was looking after him but I didn't feel to good myself and when we went for a

walk to go get Delinda from the bus I was literally sick again

that's pretty much where my morning sickness started another morning sickness thing

that I've got now is that have no idea what I want to eat I eat something and

Im like yuck gross like normal food meat like I'm just not interested in

it so I can eat like junk food like chocolate biscuits and snakes and gummy

food you know stuff like that like stuff I shouldn't be eating but I

also can eat things like yogurt and stuff so that's pretty good

oh I can also eat hard-boiled eggs so I had that for dinner and for

breakfast and for lunch I just I don't know it's better now I was able to eat

proper meal the other day so not long before that for my daughter's birthday

we had Chinese and I love Chinese and I was eating it and before they finish they

didn't even have that much on my plate and I was just like I don't want to finish that

what about with that and then my husband googled it found out that's a a sign of

morning sickness oh great this is my morning sickness I

don't want to eat so I'm really really hungry but I can't eat great I prefer to

puke ha ha ha sorry guys I did not tell you but I am 12 weeks pregnant that is

awesome I am

some people say 12 weeks is the beginning of the 2nd trimester I'm going to play it safe

and wait to 14 weeks to start my second trimester but I'm still happy that I'm at

12 weeks and this after that I'm actually learning my doctors and

hopefully she'll put the doctor on me and we can maybe hear the heartbeat I am

super excited as soon you're going back to the Midwife clinic and going

there again this is so weird but in a way I'm happy that this is my final

pregnancy because I don't think I could handle being pregnant for a 5th time

this is really like making me so tired and out of breath I don't like

it and like normally I could get go for a run like before I got pregnant I was

on the treadmill and I could go like quite fast and I

exercise all the time like now I still do my classroom but I'm really not

pushing myself like they used to because I'm so out of breath but I've always

got my puffer so that's good later on I'm not sure exactly when it's going to be but

we're going to be having a gender reveal party this is our last baby

and normally I don't find out the sex of the baby that I thought I would this

time just for a bit of fun and I'm super excited I'm not a 100% sure this

what I've got what I'm having but I would love to have a girl has two girls

two boys it will be really good Delinda would love to have a little baby

sister but having three would be pretty cool especially when I grow older

I grow up I'll have 3 men looking after me and my princess

that would be pretty cool just to know that I've got four kids is blessing enough so thank you

so much god I love you I will now show you my belly but I think it's quite big

but I'm not really a small person but I do notice it and my family do notice it

too so let's see what you think

and really keeping them motivated.
