[ENG CC] [RECIPE] 🍕 how to make margherita pizza 🍕 EJ recipe - Duration: 3:48.

Start off with the dough

put some east in warm water and leave it for ten mins

In a mixing bowl, put strong flour and add in salt and the water we've already prepared

When the dough comes all together, put some olive oil and knead for 10-15 mins

put it back in the bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Make a few holes and leave it for 40 mins ~ 1 hour

Take the dough out of the bowl and remove the air.

Place it on a floured surface and begin to shape with a rolling pin

Bake the dough just until the surface becomes a bit crsipy

This makes the pizza taste like it's cooked in a traditional fire oven. But you can skip this step

Spread pizza sauce thinly over the pizza base

Place some fresh mozzarella slices on the top

Bake your pizza at 220 degrees for ten minutes 220℃/428℉

Put some cheese powder and garnish it with the basil

You can skip the cheese powder

It still tastes good only with fresh mozzarella and basil leaves

I actually like pizzas with a lot of cheese but sometimes it's nice to have something light like this one

I made my pizza dough very crispy but it would've been also good if it were soft and chewy

I made this one because there's no place that I can get my pizza delivered around my house. But I really enjoyed making it

This time, I just went for a premade pizza sauce but next time, I'll make a video about pizza sauce

our 6:30 pm tabata party class.

We have a full class.

Our 6:30 classes are always fully packed out.

It's a great time to workout.

People wanna squeeze it in and get it done.

But how have you been doing?

I actually have not been very good

and consistent with these posts.

The plan was to do a video a day, but then

the public holiday came along, and along came the weekend

and the whole thing kinda disrupted my routine but I'm back.

And over the next few days I'm gonna still keep posting.

I'm actually traveling tomorrow to, for an event

that's happening at the Pangkor Laut Resort

so I'm gonna see how the internet connection is over there

and hopefully, broadcast live from there.

So that should work out great.

I wanna talk to you today about today's Instagram post.

If you've been missing out all this while

and you have no idea what's going on, you have to follow

one or two posts a day on food hacks,

and how to know if you're not getting enough sleeps.

A whole bunch of content I've been putting out on Instagram,

and if you're not there, you are missing out.

So, although the videos haven't been as consistent as

I want it to be, I've been consistently putting out

the posts on Instagram.

So today I want to talk to you about a post

I just put out about a few hours ago

and there's a lot of discussion going on,

and I think this is really gonna help you.

So what a lot of fitness people like to do is that

we like to suggest and tell you not to eat this

or don't eat your Roti canai anymore,

or don't eat your chicken rice anymore.

Don't eat your banana leaf anymore.

Don't eat your Nasi lemak, right?

We've all heard that. We feel as if, if we wanna

get healthy, if you wanna start eating better that we need

to give up on all these kind of foods.

Now here's the thing, you don't need to give up, right?

In Malalysia its such a melting pot of different cultures

so much of amazing foods.

Someone was just telling me today on Instagram actually

and saying that "How can we diet, I need to it?"

So here's the thing and there's some truth to that, right?

There's so much of food, so if I told you that if

you need to get healthy, if you need to get fit

you need to stop eating all these things.

You're not gonna listen to me or you're just gonna tell me

yes in front of my face but when it comes to behind me

you'll still gonna go and eat it.

So I think the best approach to whenever you wanna eat

your Roti canai, if you wanna have your Nasi lemak

is to number one, see how you can have it

but make it a little better.

So what can you tweak, what can you fix

or what can you change about that food item so that it's not

as bad as it would normally be?

So could it be a different kind of Roti canai

or could you do something to it.

Maybe you need to have half or maybe you need to find

a restaurant that makes it a different way.

Today I want to talk to you about Nasi lemak.

So I'm not gonna go into great details in this video

because I actually explained it in great detail over

on my Instagram post, but it's basically something

I had for lunch which is this, look at this, Wow.

- [Noel] Look at that, this is actually the Nasi lemak

and everyone's looking at me and smiling,

it's like they can't believe I had Nasi lemak for lunch.

So yes, I did have Nasi lemak for lunch but

this is something that you can find

at this place called Kukus ttdi and they had

this set that I saw today which was pretty interesting.

And they call it a Set Jaga Badan.

So number one is that they give you a different cut of meat

and they give you less rice, how cool is that, right?

So you don't need so much of rice.

But basically what I put on my Instagram is,

so please go check it out, is some things that you can do;

which is to swap the rice, or change 50%

of the santan based rice to normal white rice.

Don't change the whole thing, right?

And what some fitness freaks will tell you is that,

"Oh make your own Nasi lemak and don't have the rice,

instead you put millet or you put something else".

All that sounds fine but c'mon, you're gonna eat it

and you gonna hate it and then nighttime you're gonna go

and just have the real deal anyway.

So why not have the real thing but look for a restaurant

that number one can make these changes and

the changes that I suggested is, from the top of my head,

is that number one, if you can swap the rice

not all of the rice, swap half of the santan based rice

into a normal white rice, right?

So that way you still get some of the flavor of

the coconut essence and still get to have your Nasi lemak.

Number two, next thing you can do is not to have

a fried egg but to have a hard-boiled egg instead right?

That's easy.

The next thing you can do is to have your Sambal separately

so that you don't have to eat everything that

the restaurant gives you because they just scoop it out.

They're in a hurry, they just scoop it out, pour it on

your plate doesn't mean you need to have it.

So ask for your Sambal separately so that you get

to choose how much you wanna put in your plate, right?

So these just a few tips, I think gave six or seven

tweaks that you can do to your Nasi lemak

so you don't have to go crazy and eat Nasi lemak

that's not made from rice or cauliflower rice Nasi lemak

is just too weird, but have a real Nasi lemak.

But tweak it so it's not as bad as its gonna be, okay?

Now here's the thing, doesn't mean I'm saying you have

the license to go eat it three times a day

but I'm just saying that if you wanna go have it,

sure, go have it but if you wanna tweak it and make

it better for you that's what you can do.

Mine today's guest is Franziska Reinhardt,

and in just few seconds she will tell you all you need to know about

the latest Fleetboard pilot project called nxtload,

a platform for finding best loads for your company.

Can You tell us anything more about the Fleetboard / nxtload platform?

The Fleetboard platform or Fleetboard nxtload platform

is basically to make the life of a dispatcher easier.

Right now, he's using a lot of loadboards to find the right freights in the international market.

Especially on the European market we have very big players and they are all very fragmented,

so the polish company like Trans.eu has the focus on Poland.

And also other companies have their focus.

So a dispatcher has to open a lot of windows to find the right freight and that takes a lot of time.

And a very good freight is already gone in some seconds - if he's in the wrong window, he's just loosing the freight.

So we make the life easier, as we're going to have a search engine,

that connects all his loadboards in one place.

He can search for the load like a meta search engine does in one window

and can close the deal like he did before in the windows, he was used to.

For example - he finds a freight at Trans.eu, so he searches at nxtload and closes the deal in Trans.eu

How the company can start using the platform?

Right now, it's a piloting phase for the rest of the year so we want to focus really on some customers.

We're also trying to find them with the Trans.eu colleagues.

And after the 6 months of piloting phase, it's going to be available on the european market.

Ok, and then who can be using this platform? Anybody? Or any specific types of, groups of companies etc.?

So it's focused on carriers, that's very important. But it's open for everyone.

You don't have to be a Fleetboard customer, nor a Mercede- Benz customer.

You can have a mixed flot, whatever you have and it's working for all of you.

Because it's just a web client and you can easily access it through your browser.

Sounds really nice.

And the pilot program finishes about in the end of this year,

so probably in the beginning of the next year everybody will be able to use the system.

Yes, exactly.

We try to finish - or what means finishing?

Well, we want to focus on the pilot phase to make the product more reliable for the customers

and to give more features to the product

and find out what is really necessary for the customer

and then we want to go to the market and further develop the product with the bigger group of customers.

So can you maybe show us, how the system works right now, even as a trial?

Sure, we can make a life demo right on the screen over there.

Now I might be interested in eg. from Grabina to Bischof with a 2 metres van.

So this is a very interesting result for me.

So i just click on "contact" now, because I have an account in Trans.eu

and I can easily get the contact details.

I click "contact" now and a new window with the Trans.eu information opens form Grabina to Bischof.

So i can close the deal as I was used to before.

So to sum up - the system looks really attractive and seems easy to use.

This is why, as soon as there will be such a possibility, so in the beginning of next year

I recommend you to try it. Logging in is as simple, as typing your regular Trans-Id.

I am actually just fixing myself a coffee so

it's gonna buy some time to get you guys

coming on this broadcast.

It's been a while, it's been quite a few days

since I did one of the AskDailyMuscle shows

and I used to do them daily and that's actually

suppose to be the plan where I do a daily video

so I wanna get back into the routine now

so you can expect the daily video, but

guys if you haven't been following me

on Instagram so far, know that I've been

putting up posts daily that talks about

some pretty controversial stuff and what

I'm about to talk to you today which is really

about is how something we think is healthy

can actually be not that good for us if

we do it wrong, okay.

So, before I get into that, this is me, and if

you follow me here on my Instagram you would

see that everyday you'd see me playing

with my coffee machine.

This is it.

This is my favorite mug and it looks stained

because I just had a coffee in there.

I'm not gonna bother washing it all over again.

It uses one of the Nespresso capsules which

actually has ground coffee in it.

Nothing else, no sugar, nothing in there.

Capsule goes into the machine.

Machine has a little bit of a water tank at the back.

And, here we go.

So, you press the button and the reason why

it has that funky sound is that the machine

actually injects the water at a very high pressure,

the right pressure needed to make this coffee.

So, if you're just tuning in, know this is not

coffee making 101 or this is not a Nespresso ad,

but I'm just fixing myself a cup of coffee

before I get on to start with today's video.

Okay, and my favourite way to have coffee really

is just black.

I don't even like adding sugar inside.

It's been awhile since I've even had a latte or

even any sugar in my coffee.

And, this is what I, we put here at the lighthouse.

We've had this whole big giant box of Truvia.

Truvia is Stevia.

It's all natural.

It's not artificial sweeteners and you can

buy this online.

You can get Stevia here in Malaysia as well, but it's

a different brand.

I bought this online from this website

called iherb.com.

I'm gonna add a little bit of water,

so that the coffee is not so hot.

Okay, so I wanna get to today's topic.

Now, like I said, if you've been following me

on my Instagram we would have covered this.

A lot of people are upset about this topic.

So, it's all about this post and I'm gonna

show it to you right now.

Okay, so about a week ago I did this.

This is a radical comparison.

If you look at this post, get my intention right.

I am not saying that you should choose to drink

an A&W Root Beer float over a healthy, homemade

smoothie, but I wanted to draw a comparison

to show you that it's easy to overdo a homemade,

healthy smoothie because we get carried away

by the amount of things we put inside.

So, the one on the left is really what happens.

I counted the calories and if you take one

banana, you put in one tablespoon of honey,

you put in four ounces yogurt, a tablespoon

of flaxseed, some peanut butter and you add

in soy milk as to thin out the beverage

and you make a smoothie, and look, it's

all healthy ingredients.

It's all good stuff.

It has nutritional value, but sometimes we think

that just because all the ingredients are healthy

and just because we open our fridge and we make

it ourselves and we don't really add any sugar

to it, although there is sugar in the form

of honey and from the fruit.

We think that it's going to be super low calorie

and we feel as if we have the license to eat

an unlimited amount and for it to not have any consequences.

So, it's the illusion, I wouldn't say, I don't wanna

use the word deception, but it's really we feel

as if just because the ingredients are healthy,

just because we made it ourselves, therefore

it has to be healthy and we have the license

to do and to drink as much as we want.

So, I need you to know that that is not true.

Of course, you can fix it and you can

put in less ingredients.

You can not add in more honey because the bananas

are sweet enough.

If you make it right, if you know how to make

your smoothies, then you can tend to not overdo it

but here's the thing.

Based on so many people that I know, a lot

of our clients who come in and start working

with us for weight loss programs we realize

that they're on the right track.

Meaning, a lot of them know how to make

their own healthy food, but where a lot of them

go wrong is that they overdo their healthy foods.

And, the extreme example that I showed you just now

is an example of how someone can overdo it.

Imagine if you threw in more stuff.

I know people who have had smoothies

that have bigger than that.

Two bananas, I know someone who does two whole

bananas in the smoothies and then they add

in more stuff.

You add in avocado, you add in flax oil,

you add in, you see how easy it is to go overboard.

Next thing you know that smoothie has way

more calories than something that you

would eat in a fast food restaurant, okay.

So, once again, remember I'm trying to say,

I'm not trying to say that you shouldn't

be having a root beer float instead, but

I'm trying to say that if weight management

is your goal, then the number of calories

play a role.

Of course, the source of calories affects the

nutritional quality of the food that you eat.

But, if you over eat on the number of calories

and you're trying to lose the fat, you're

trying to lose the weight and you're exercising hard.

You're doing all those things right.

You're sleeping well and if you see the weight

not going down but you overdo the smoothies,

your weight's not gonna go down.

Okay, so if you're someone who's been doing this

and wondering why you're not seeing any results

and you do multiple smoothies a day, it's worth

checking out and looking and seeing maybe

it could be the smoothies that's really

affecting your weight loss.

Other than smoothies, really anything that you drink

can be an easy way to getting calories without

your realizing it, okay.

I always tell our members, our clients, I tell

everybody, you guys as well, I feel it's

always better to eat your calories

rather than to drink it.

So, coming back to my cup of coffee.

A cup of coffee that's just black really

has like under five calories or usually

it's almost zero, anywhere between

zero to five calories in a cup of black coffee.

But, of course, if I added in coconut oil or if

I put in some butter and you know if I made

it something else, it's gonna be high calorie

but still a coffee.

So, I'm happy with this at almost zero calories

'cause later I'm gonna have a meal and I'll

wanna eat real food and fill myself up rather than

to overdo it on a so called healthy smoothie.

When a friend of mine said I had to interview this man that he believed

he had an incredible life story

Before telling his story I would like to tell you

that everything that happens in our lives even if the situation looks terrible

it is happening for a great reason, right?

Sometimes looks like that this "horrible thing" is a "pay" for something you done

and you end up asking yourself "Why is this happening to me?"

"What I did to deserve it?

Then...

this is like when you are driving at night on a long road

and you are not able to see more than thirty meters in front of you

Allthough the road is complete and has curves

Hi Alcino

How are you? I'm good, thanks

First of all thank you for doing this for my Youtube channel

What we do in this channel is to try to incentive people

that got a trauma and needs to overcome it

or people that are trying to change their lives

and are in need of a push to do it

That motivation to have more confidence in life

Well, just hearing people talking about your life story I'm already heaps curious

Guys, I don't know how everything happens to him

Look, he is a surfer legend

We are here in Hawaii and finally I got him at home

It was hard to find him at home, but I got it

So, Alcino is well known for the nickname "Pirate"

What's your surf story? Why do you have this nick name?

My nickname is "Pirate" because when I was fifteen...

I lost a leg on a motorbike accident

And I have to use a wooden prosthetic leg and my friends started calling me ''Pirate''

I take this nickname as an example of life

For me it's cool

And my story is quick and...

complicated because of many things that ended up happening

When I was eight I learned how to surf

And what happened was when I was 14 years old I had a motorcycle crash

When the accident happened and I lost my left leg

But nothing was too complicated actually

In an year I was back walking

and adapting very quickly

I reckon that when you want to succeed in life

and come back to train the sport you love

nothing can stop you

Surfing has been your favorite sport since childhood, right?

Yes, It has. And luckily I am able to live only working with surfing

So, I can't live without surfing

I believe that just the fact you came back to the water is already and overcome

How was it for you after the recovery from the accident...

get into the water for the first time with such a difference in your body?

How was it for you?

It was not terrible, It was just an adaptation I started...

using my right leg as the base one and using a hand in stead of the other leg in front

-Were you ''goofy footed'' before all of it? -I'm still ''goofy footed''

-That's good, because I have not to change it to surf -It's amazing!

Yep, It's amazing

And it wasn't to difficult to surf for the first time

I had this adaptation using my hand on the board

And then I didn't stop trying, an chasing new places...

and waves to improve my way of doing it

The method I use to surf incentives other people

in similar situation to try it and

be able to surf. So how you

help the people that are trying

to get into adapted surf if

each deficiency is sort of

personal depending depending on

the disability? The deficiency

is individual depends on the

degree, who has a prothesis below

the knee can use it to surf

but who is paraplegic or tetraplegic

end up having to create

your own way of doing it in a way

where they feel more comfortable

and safe You ended up

introducing the adapted surf in

Brazil right? Yes but we never

do such a big thing alone you

need to have a team a group of

friends and volunteers that

are actually doing such a change

in the whole entire world

of surf It's growing and big

events are happening such as

competitions in the world which

is fantastic because the

development of this sport is showing

that anyone can overcome your

own "limits" you need to fight

[ENG CC] [RECIPE] 🍕 how to make margherita pizza 🍕 EJ recipe - Duration: 3:48.

Start off with the dough

put some east in warm water and leave it for ten mins

In a mixing bowl, put strong flour and add in salt and the water we've already prepared

When the dough comes all together, put some olive oil and knead for 10-15 mins

put it back in the bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Make a few holes and leave it for 40 mins ~ 1 hour

Take the dough out of the bowl and remove the air.

Place it on a floured surface and begin to shape with a rolling pin

Bake the dough just until the surface becomes a bit crsipy

This makes the pizza taste like it's cooked in a traditional fire oven. But you can skip this step

Spread pizza sauce thinly over the pizza base

Place some fresh mozzarella slices on the top

Bake your pizza at 220 degrees for ten minutes 220℃/428℉

Put some cheese powder and garnish it with the basil

You can skip the cheese powder

It still tastes good only with fresh mozzarella and basil leaves

I actually like pizzas with a lot of cheese but sometimes it's nice to have something light like this one

I made my pizza dough very crispy but it would've been also good if it were soft and chewy

I made this one because there's no place that I can get my pizza delivered around my house. But I really enjoyed making it

This time, I just went for a premade pizza sauce but next time, I'll make a video about pizza sauce

so today! tadaa I bought 12 pieces of french toast and cheesecake from a place called 'La Familia'

and this is the cheesecake I was talking about

? you can already sort of see it and its not your ordinary cheesecake ?

tadaa its a pitch black cheesecake

it seems lately that black sweets/treats have become rather popular

and these french toasts looked so yummy so I just had to buy them

I grabbed their regular flavored ones and tea flavored ones

itadakimasu so lets cut into it.... is it black to the core I wonder?

its not black inside at all its sort of rare and uncooked

the outside portion is black and this remains pretty rare inside

the black portion seems like some sort of cookie

delish

omg its so yummy

its sort of like a cookie ~cocoa flavored~

its packed with so much flavor and its so delish

inside its made of a cream cheese that's why its very runny in the center

~~ SOOOooooooOOOooo delish ~~

this stuff is the 'bestest' ever

the cream cheese is slightly tangy its so sweet tangy and creamy

it really is so dark black its like a charcoal black

((the store apparently uses cacao and black cocoa powder to make this color))

next up is this french toast this side is the tea flavored and this is plain toast

and drizzle some maple syrup

ahh so good

the egg has soaked through right into the center

~the butter was about to spill~

this is so darn delish

the egg is so rich tasting and the surface is a bit on the crispy side

the french toast itself is not too sweet so adding syrup makes it taste soooo good

and the butter....

so good

this is the tea flavored one

it does taste a lot like tea so delish

I think this tea flavored one goes best with just butter topping it

the flavor of maple overpowers the tea flavors

the cream cheese in the middle is so nice and cool and the cookie crust on the

outside is at room temps which is another thing that I like so much, the interplay of warm and cold

this french toast is on the big side

about the size of my hand

one more thing: these french toasts arrive at your home cold and refrigerated

and you then microwave them at home and they're ready to eat

also finishing them in the toaster makes them all the more yummier

and these ones right here haven't been warmed up yet so I'll go warm them up right now

this black cheesecake arrives frozen and I defrosted it in my refrigerator

I'll go warm these up

the french toasts and black cheesecake were so very yummy

sweets are the best stuff ever

and the cheesecake was darker than I imagined which really surprised me

the french toasts can be eaten nice and warm which is so wonderful

I bought all this online

'La Familia' is probably based out of Kagawa

I'm so happy to be able to sample foods from a far away town

because my baby was born 2 days ago, but over the last few days i tried to film this video

and thats the trick i gotta do, and I´m going to show you how did that go

and I´m also going to show you the trick i set for Felipe Zambardino

in this moment, Felipe as a B and i have no letters

we´ll see how it´s going to be in the end of this video

i just fell on my elbow and it feels like i bent it too much

and now i can´t do fast movements

it´s a trick i have been doing for a while, it´s nothing new for me.

i don´t want to play dirty, but it´s one of my tricks and i didn´t had more time

i tried other things

the trick i wanted to do was

zero spin fishbrain switch to swtich frontside to topsoul to backside savanah to slide out

but i wasnt landing it and i have no time

so the trick i set is a Topside openbook

in this moment the game is B - B

and let´s see if you land this one, if you dont, you will be "BL"

if you land it, it will still be "B - B"

lets see how it goes, i will try to have time now with the baby, to keep playing.

but I´ll make a plan to be able to make it
