The Olympic Games is one of the great unified games

that you can see in your lifetime.

I don't think there's no game like representing

your nation, and participating knowing that

these million, million people are watching you,

supporting you, because you are representing them.

It mean a lot.

My name is Dikembe Mutombo. This is my Olympic Moment.

'96 was a special year for me

because it was the first time for me

to attend the Olympic Games.

I came to Atlanta knowing that I came to support

my country of origin,

which is the Democratic Republic of Congo.

When I arrived, it was so exciting, and I found out

that the national team, the women basketball team,

arrived with no uniform, no tennis shoes.

Nothing just to practise with.

Girls just was wearing whatever they was wearing,

and I said, "This is ridiculous.

"I have to do something."

I was a major sponsor for Adidas back then,

and wearing Adidas shoes.

They were my brand then.

So I made a phone call.

A few days later everything arrived,

and the women's team was able to get

all the stuff they needed.

I didn't play in the Olympics, but I did contribute

to the success of the Olympics.

You know, it was all good for those girls,

for me to see them happy, and it made all of us happy.

And my family was there, everybody end up coming

to the Olympics to watch the game.

They play very good.

They was a little bit beat by other teams out there.

They represent very good

because they were, back then in the national team,

they was like the African nation

for seven years straight, so they have a chance

to compete international stage.

One thing I will say.

The Olympic game is spectacular.

It's amazing game. It's a great unified game.

It's a game where everyone is allowed to play.

It doesn't matter which background you're from

or what's the colour of your skin,

or what is your religion and what's your belief.

As long as you ready to compete.

As long as you can be there on the stage

and be ready to face your opponent,

you are welcome to the Olympics.

And that's what makes the Olympics great.

And every year we always discover some amazing moment

that will stay in our heart forever, in our memory.

Algorithms Study - Langton's Ant C # - Duration: 2:49.

Langton's Ant is a two-dimensional universal Turing machine with a simple rules algorithm but with complex emergent behavior.

The ant starts out on a grid containing black and white cells, and then follows the following set of rules:

1. If the ant is on a black square, it turns right 90 degrees and moves forward one unit. 2. If the ant is on a white square, it turns left 90 degrees and moves forward one unit. 3. When the ant leaves a square, it inverts the color.

Vinegar

Vinegar helps relieve pain in the feet, caused by swelling.

Take the vinegar and water in equal parts and boil them.

Soak a towel in the solution, and wrap around the feet for about 5 minutes.

Repeat the process 4 to 5 times a day.

Alternatively, apple cider vinegar can also be used for this purpose.

Cucumber

The cucumber has the property of absorbing the fluids, which eventually decreases the

healing time.

Cut a thin slice of cucumber and tie it to your feet with the aid of a bandage.

Lecithin Seeds

If you are experiencing feet and ankle swelling for a very long period, then taking lecithin

seeds can help a lot.

Take about 4 tablespoons of lecithin seeds for 2 to 3 months regularly.

Mustard oil

A daily massage with mustard oil can help relieve pain and swelling of the feet.

You can also warm up a bit for quick relief.

Epsom Salt

Epsom salt is well known for reducing swelling.

Fill a tub or bucket with warm water and add half a cup of Epsom salt.

Immerse yourself in your feet and you will feel the miraculous change.

Drinking water

Water is a solution to every problem.

Consuming about 8 to 10 glasses of water a day can help eliminate toxic waste and salts

from your body.

Magnesium sulphate

Magnesium sulfate greatly reduces the recovery time of the feet.

Add a pinch of magnesium sulfate powder to a bowl of cold water.

Soak a towel in the water and dab at your feet.

Keep repeating the process for about 20 minutes, every day.

Cabbage leaves

Cabbage leaves can absorb excess fluids from your body.

Cover swollen feet with cabbage leaves and wrap them with a bandage.

Alternatively, you can use potato slices to do what is necessary.

Vitamin E

Foods rich in vitamin E reduce excess fluid concentration in the feet.

You can include olives, sweet potatoes, spinach, peanuts and other foods rich in vitamin E

in your diet to see the effective results.

Garlic

Consume 2 to 3 cloves of raw garlic every day to reduce swelling.

Absorbs fluids from tissues, thus relieving sensitivity.

Flax Seeds

Flax seeds are an effective remedy to treat swelling.

Hey what's up guys and don't panic!

In this video I'll explain why I'm changing my

channel name. Just freaking please don't panic, all right? Please don't panic.

I've mentioned it a few times now, and people are extremely worried..

"Do not change the channel name. I REPEAT. DO NOT CHANGE THE CHANNEL NAME."

"Is this the end of calisthenics unity?"

"#Butchriiis what's gonna happen with the channel name?"

I've been switching channel name a few times now depending on what I

was doing and it sucks every time. It's annoying as hell and I'm done :D

I'm done with this. I'm switching this channels name to my own name so I never have to

switch it again. Just playing it safe, that's all. I mentioned this in some of the

previous videos that the channel's name is going to change, and I've seen a few

comments asking if this is the end of Calisthenics Unity. NO it's definitely not

the end. Pretty much everything will remain the

same, don't worry. So what's going to happen is that this channels name is

going to switch to my personal name Christian Nielsen, but you can call me

whatever you want ;)

as like a shout out. Meanwhile on this main channel I'll keep posting the usual

videos and this is also the channel that I'll probably put most of my effort into.

if you have any requests. But I also have a lot of ideas myself - a lot of videos

today I'm gonna show you how to fix your Touch ID sensor if it's not working too well

to fix this issue, you need a sellotape

and a scissor.

I know this may sound stupid, but it worked for me

now you can cut it just like this

and then cut into square small enough so that it can fit above the Touch ID sensor

just like this

put it just above the Touch ID sensor

and there you go

your mileage may vary depending on the sellotape you use.

but yeah I guess that's it for today

WONDER WOMAN 2 Movie Preview | What we know and what we wish to see! - Duration: 6:08.

Wonder Woman is currently fighting her way through various silver screens and we can't

seem to get enough of her.

Luckily it won't be long until she returns, since justice league will be released this

year as well!

But what about ?Wonder Woman 2??

We will now tell you, what we already know and what we wish to see in the sequel!

Therefore we would like to issue a spoiler warning!

What we know!

As of now there are two things that we know for sure: Gal Gadot will reprise the role

of Wonder Woman in the sequel which is set to take place in the United States.

In addition to that Patty Jenkins is set to return to direct the second film.

Gal Gadots amazon mother Connie Nielsen and warrior Robin Wright will join in the Justice

League cast.

We assume that we will get to see both of them reprising their respective roles in Wonder

Woman 2.

When will ?Wonder Woman 2? take place?

That is probably one of the most interesting questions.

It has been confirmed that the film will take place in America but not at what point in

time.

That alone offers a lot of opportunities.

Possibiliy number one would have the film follow the events of both ?Wonder Woman? and

?Justice League?.

That would mean that by then Wonder Womans' timeline would have caught up with the present.

Which is why we would prefer a second possibility: ?Wonder Woman 2? should take place during

WW2.

It was during that time period that the comic book wonder woman started to fight evil and

even the lynda carter show took place during that time.

Thus one could continue to explore Wonder Womans past.

The ?Justice League?

films could therefore showcase the present adventures, while the wonder woman features

would continue to show the exciting past of Diana Prince.

It would also be possible to combine the two timelines.

Back to Themyscira!

The world of the amazons was alreay exciting in the first film... and Diana will probably

suffer from home sickness.Her home world of themyscira should definitley not be completely

ignored.

As it could offer Diana a tough choice: Will she stay on earth?

Or will she return to Themyscira at some point.

Aside from that other amazons could arrive on earth as well.

That alone could make for an interesting conflict.

What if an amazon decided to destroy our world of men?

What if Diana was forced to go up against one of her sisters?

Themyscira could definitely have a few surprises in store for us!

More Magic and Gods Wonder Woman taught us that Aries killed all

the Gods ? but we also know that no one ever really seems to die in the world of comic

books.

And to completely ban Zeus and all of the other greek gods from the world of Wonder

Woman would truly be a shame.

Not only is Diana the daughter of Zeus himself but especially the ?New 52? comic books expanded

the roles of the gods drastically.

So maybe we will get to see one or several gods in the future!

As the justice league dark promises to introduce magic into the DCEU gods could also come to

play!

Even if their appearances would be restriced to flashbacks only.

A compelling villain ?Wonder Woman?

left the fate of the villanous Doctor Poison a mistery.

Should the sequel take place during the 30's or 40's Doctor Poison could definitely return

to fight Wonder Woman once more.

If DC chooses to leave Poison out of the sequel there are still plenty of villains to choose

from, that exist in comic book lore.

First up on our list is Circe a mighty and century old magician,who is one of wonder

womans biggest enemies...

But since this magician is that powerful it may take the entire justice league to defeat

her.

Fans are also hoping for Cheeta, who caused Wonder Woman trouble since ever since her

comic book beginnings.

Another interesting villain would be Giganta who is able to grow in size and and already

attempted to swap bodies with Wonder Woman in the past.

Diana also faced bizarre villains like Egg Fu, Medusa, the olympic gods and Dr Psycho.

No matter who DC chooses we want it to be a worthy villain!

The Invisible Jet Okay, okay this may sound silly but we would

like to see the invisible jet in the sequel ? poor choice of words; we want to not see

it since it is invisible.

The old tv show made it look fun and it would be cool to see Wonder Woman finally cruising

around in her signature vehicle.

Tie-ins to th DCEU Should Wonder Woman take place in present

day, we would like to see guest appearances.

Individual members of the Justice League should pop up.

And we especially would like to see Batman.

His inclusion could lead to the first on screen super hero couple; after all the two of them

are constantly flirting with one another in the comic books, much to the dismay of Superman.

8 simple tips to help you become a vegetarian

Some people choose vegetarianism to lose weight, others want to protect the environment or

they love animals too much to eat them anymore, and there are also lots of people who find

it cool that famous people are vegetarians.

I mean heck, even Arnold Schwarzenegger promotes vegetarianism.

Whatever your reasons are, if you've gotten this far, it means you want to change something

but don't know where to start with.

From an environmental point of view, science has already proven that adopting a vegetarian

diet really makes a difference — even without considering the 400 million animals saved

in 2014 thanks to people eating less meat.

Every bit helps and you can really be part of the solution by making small changes to

your daily habits.

In this video, I'm going to show you 8 simple tips to help you become a vegetarian.

But before we start, make sure to like this video and subscribe our channel so you won't

Vegetarianism or Ovo-Lacto-vegetarianism usually means that you don't eat meat (nor fish,

but some people choose to do so).

Yes, that's it, nothing fancy about it.

This is the simple rule from which everybody chooses where they set their limit.

For instance, some people don't eat gelatine (because gelatine comes from the animals'

bones), while others do.

Others that don't eat some types of cheese, as they contain animal rennet (though you

can also make cheese without it).

But nowadays, we're lucky that there are so many options available, and surely someone

already found a tasty substitute somewhere — the fun part is that we can choose our

foods based on our preferences and are not limited.

Here are the eight simple tips to help you become a vegetarian:

1.

Take it slowly

It's very important not to throw away all of your food now that you want to become a

vegetarian, that's still bad for the environment, and cutting everything out of the sudden might

have a high rate of failure and relapse.

Why not take it slowly?

Try and change some parts from your favorite dishes with vegetarian options.

For example, let's say you like burgers very much (as I personally do); go to the

supermarket and look for the aisles with free-from or vegetarian options, and check the variety

of options.

I guarantee you'll be surprised.

You might not like your first option, but the good part is, there are a lot of options

to try.

Some veggie burgers really do resemble the texture and taste of meat burgers, as other

are just made of veggies and might taste like falafel.

Don't be afraid to experiment until you find your favorite.

2.

Fruits and veggies are your friends

You can never go wrong with fruits and veggies, they are your best friends.

Here too, try to find a transition: don't go directly to kale if you never liked it

before.

Don't force yourself to eat that broccoli if you don't enjoy it.

I'm no big fan of kale myself, but I love potatoes, carrots, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes…

you get the point by now: diversity is key.

Fruits and veggies are no strangers, you can eat them by themselves or even have them as

sides most of the times with your steak or burger.

Try new vegetables, try new things.

Enjoy the experience.

There is such thing as weekday vegetarian

Yes, there are people that can't cut on meat all of the sudden, or just enjoy eating

it.

The weekday vegetarian usually eats vegetarian 5-6 days per week only vegetarian and chooses

1-2 days for enjoying a meaty dish.

You'll be surprised just what big of a difference this can do!

If you only eat meat once or twice a week you'll still save a lot of animals and prevent

a lot of greenhouse gas emissions, while sticking to a much healthier diet.

You'll probably even appreciate the meat more.

Yes, it's good for you, it's good for animals, it's good for the planet.

Give it a try!

All the restaurants and fast-foods have vegetarian options

… but you didn't know that yet because it was never something that you were looking

for.

Well, chips are vegetarian (unless they are fried in the same place with other meats,

but that rarely happens) and salads of course, but that doesn't mean you only have to eat

those.

If you check the menu for most of the restaurants you'll see a small V (usually green) at

the end of the dish's name, that's vegetarian.

Also if you are looking for places that sell vegetarian dishes, you might want to check

Happy Cow or similar platforms where you will find loads of places with tasty vegetarian

options.

You might also want to know that an Indian restaurant, always has vegetarian food, and

it's always really tasty if you are into spicy and strong flavor dishes.

5.

Balance and diversity

The biggest question a vegetarian gets is: Where do you get your protein?

Well, meat is not the only product full of protein.

The best part about vegetable protein is that you get the benefits without all of that cholesterol,

so it's healthy too and good for your heart.

Also, the vegetable and legumes (beans, chickpeas, lentils, etc.) usually have loads of fiber

which is really healthy for your guts.

Keep in mind that plant proteins don't have all of the essential amino-acids and this

is where diversity comes in once again, combining different types of legumes, cereals and vegetables

you will be able to get all your essential amino acids, and more than that: vitamins,

fiber, and minerals.

What's not to like?

Read the labels

Most of the food companies will label something if it's vegetarian, even though it wasn't

their main idea to create a veg product, but this way they are able to sell a product to

a new group of people.

Most of the times you will find a ''V'' sign or it will simply say ''Suitable

for vegetarians'' so it will make it easier for you and helps you spend less time checking

all the ingredients while shopping.

7.

Find vegetarian pages on social media

I get most of my inspiration for cooking from Facebook and Instagram (guilty).

There are loads of pages where they show you how to cook from scratch delicious vegetarian

recipes, sometimes luxurious or indulgent, that you must give them a try.

Books are also a great idea, but let's face it, you spend more time on your phone rather

than reading a cookbook.

Many cooking websites also have a vegetarian section, so you just have to give it a search.

Most of the supermarkets have a special aisle just for you

… you just have to find it.

There is an aisle which usually has gluten-free, free-from, vegetarian and vegan products,

especially because there are lots of people with allergies and intolerances or religion-oriented

dietary choices.

They have to make everyone happy, and this comes in handy for you.

Not only that you will find vegetarian alternatives to burgers and sausages, but you might also

be interested in trying something more ''exotic'' like tofu, seitan or tempeh.

This kind of products usually can mimic very well meat texture or related products and

are also high in protein.

Don't forget to be kind to yourself, and don't judge yourself too harshly if you

make the occasional misstep, we all do it.

Keep in mind that every little matters, no matter what, so you are already making a difference.

Now that you know all of these things, go and explore, and try as many things as possible

until you find what suits you best.

Don't stress that much about individual things, focus on diversity and balance.

Don't forget to check the menu at your local restaurant, you never know what delicious

vegetarian dish they might hide.

However, I believe there is a silent minority that still remains.

people wouldn't know to bat an eye at.

So here are 10 Struggles All Left-Handed People Experience.

1.

Smearing

No matter how long you wait for your ink to dry on the paper before writing the next word,

you are set up to smear everything into a streak across your page.

Imagine walking around with purple Crayola marker on the side of your hand.

Or worse, pencil lead.

Oh and gel pens are absolutely not an option.

2.

No One Wants to Sit Next to You

In a family of three right handed people, you are always singled out at the dinner table

to sit on the opposite side.

At restaurants, there is always at least a five minute debate and argument about where

you should sit depending on the table.

I'll give you a hint, it will be on the left at the very end, even on your birthday.

But hey, at least no one will be getting elbow stabbed.

Scissors

I heard there was a legend where left handed suspects were given right handed scissors

to cut paper snowflakes with until they cracked and spilled the facts.

I'm pretty sure it dates back all the way to the Tower of London where they used this

as well as other torture devices on criminals such as a right handed can openers.

Ok, I made that up, but why can't these both be universal products instead of cutting my

hand open trying to fit it into a right handed shaped mold?

White Boards

Remember that whole smearing thing I talked about?

White boards stand no chance against a lefty, every letter you write down won't just get

smudged, but entirely swept away.

5.

Notebooks

Curse the standard spiral notebook.

That metal rings of terror digs right into your hand and every letter you write down

gets instantly warped for the first two inches of the page.

The biggest relief is flipping the page and writing on the back of it.

6.

Computer Mice

For years I thought I just sucked at all of those activities we had to do on computers.

The drawing apps and everything made me think something was wrong with me until I realized

that computer mice (most of them) are programmed to fit into the right hand.

Yes you can switch it, but the clicking of certain buttons will still throw you off.

7.

Desks

Is it just me or does anyone else not even look for a left handed desk anymore?

I think it is more likely to get struck by lightning than to find a left handed desk

in a classroom.

I think evolution kicked in early and made me just completely adapt to the right handed

writing style.

Credit Card Machines and Bank Pens

They don't care about you, they just don't.

Whenever you are forced to sign your name in public it is basically just an opportunity

to look like a dumb ass and try and pull the chain holding the electronic pen to the left

side.

Sports

Always having to resort to playing right handed baseball in gym class because there is never

more than one left handed glove.

And being referred to as "goofy" instead of "normal" in surfing, snowboarding, and just

in general.

10.

People Asking If You Are Left Handed

The only time I get asked if I'm left handed is when I'm writing with - you guessed it-

my left hand.

And even when you say yes as you try to keep your eyes from rolling, people can't help

but seem super excited as if you are some sort of wizard or alien.

And no, I'm not a satan worshipper just because my parents didn't make me put the crayon in

my right hand instead.

Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg: My Review - Duration: 11:14.

Hey there modern vegans and vegan curious,

it's Margaret and back welcome to ModVegan.

Today I'm going to be doing a review of the Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg - this is something

I've wanted to talk about for a long time, we finally got hold of it, and so here it

is.

[Intro]

So we have been waiting for the Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg for a while.

And I've been meaning to order it from Amazon or something like that to try and get it from

the US, but it finally arrived in Canada.

We've been waiting for like, six months, and then when it finally did come to the store,

we missed it the first day, 'cause our local vegan posting group had the picture of the

product in our local, you know, small, organic store, and...apparently all the other vegans

bought them out.

And actually, when I went out and picked this one up I met a guy that I used to go to vegan

potlucks with, and he was also getting them.

We were both so excited!

So it's definitely one of those things that vegans are pretty excited about.

This is what the packaging looks like.

It's kind of like a regular standard egg carton, I think they meant it to look like that.

I noticed that at our local store, called Community Natural Foods - it's kind of like

Calgary's version of Whole Foods.

But it's just a health food store.

And at Community Natural Foods, they have it both in the dry goods section, and with

the eggs.

Which is kind of clever, so maybe people will see it next to the eggs and think "oh, vegan

eggs."

I live in Canada, so in Canada it's called Earth Island, and this is the way the packaging

looks in Canada.

In the US it's slightly different, it will say Follow Your Heart instead of Earth Island.

The brand name is Earth Island in Canada, but it's exactly the same as Follow Your Heart.

It's just the Canadian version of the brand.

But, this is the packaging.

You'll see that it kind of looks like an egg carton.

It's kind of egg-carton ish looking.

The instructions are right here on the back.

You put in two tablespoons of the powder, plus a half a cup of ice water for each egg.

And inside this package is a cellophane packet of yellow powder.

And I'm just going to - rather than opening up this one, 'cause I bought two packages

- I'm just going to show you the leftovers from the other packet that we bought.

And here it is here.

Inside a jar.

So I just kind of used a reused jar for it.

And this is the yellow powder.

You can kind of see it's just very starchy, 'cause it's made with starch and algal flour.

And it has that kind of unmistakably sulphurous scent of eggs.

And that proved to be the sticking point with our family.

Because I think it's been about a full year since anyone in our family has eaten eggs.

And I think that was our real challenge with this.

Eggs were the toughest thing for my husband about going vegan.

I'll have to interview him on this channel someday, but that was the hardest thing.

I think it was like, kind of - yeah, closer to the end of 2016 before he was really comfortable

giving up eggs.

It was at least like June or July.

Like, he just - eggs were something that he loved.

And, not because he really loved eggs.

That's the really ironic part.

He's never liked eggs.

He doesn't like eating eggs, he's not one of those "sunnyside up" people or anything

like that.

Like, he just has never really liked eggs.

But he liked scrambled eggs, and he liked using them as a vehicle for other flavours.

This is the Canadian packaging, and it should be the same in the United States.

Yeah, it's a product of the United States.

It should be the same in the United States, but it has whole algal flour, algal protein,

modified cellulose, gellan gum, calcium lactate from a plant source, carageenan, nutritional

yeast and black salt.

And the black salt is what really gives it that sulphurous essence that - believe it

or not, once you're not eating - if you're not vegetarian anymore, if you don't eat animal

products and you are used to not eating eggs - even for those - like, we used to eat eggs

in our family at least a few times a week, and even with that, our kids tried this and

they were just like, "it's a little too eggy".

And I think that's the real lesson.

But I'm going to do a sampling here for you guys so that I can refresh my memory and really

describe it a bit better.

But that's that.

It has one and a half grams of fat, it also has a little bit of sodium - barely any sodium.

So they don't put a lot of salt in there, but again, that black salt has a very strong

sulphurous, eggy flavour to it.

And it has four grams of fiber, which is quite a bit for one egg.

So basically, for two tablespoons of the powder, it's got four grams of fiber, which is quite

a bit.

And then it has two grams of protein, which may not seem like a lot, but it really is

quite a bit for just a couple tablespoons of starch, for it to have two grams of protein.

So it's not low in protein either.

It's got 8 percent of your daily value of calcium, and four percent of your daily value

of iron.

Honestly, it wasn't that hard to make the eggs.

You just add the ice cold water, you blend it - I actually think a whisk is fine, you

don't need to use a blender.

You whisk it together, put it inside the pan.

It takes probably about six minutes, I would say, to cook.

And it's not really the time constraint or anything like that, it does take a little

bit longer than with traditional chicken's eggs.

So, I'm going to do a little taste test here.

We decided to cook it up with some - we use purple onion, because I read Dr. Michael Greger's

book, and he says that purple onions are better for you than regular onions.

So we used some purple onion, and we used some tomato - and that's kind of my husband's

classic Colombian way of making eggs.

So we tend to make it that way, it's how we make eggs, we fry a little onion and tomato

and then we add the egg.

Or at least, we did, back when we ate eggs.

But we decided to try this same thing with the Vegan Eggs, and I'm just going to use

this red pepper to eat a little bit of it.

Kind of as a thing.

You know, it's interesting...because this is cold, this is from the other day - this

is - it actually tastes really good!

That's so weird.

This is actually better cold than it is hot.

Because I ate it hot, and the one thing with it being hot, again, was it was just a little

too eggy.

And I think that the ratio of egg that we used was the problem.

Because we used the equivalent of four eggs.

So there are four of us, and we thought that that would be just about right.

But I think that it was too much.

Honestly, next time, I would only make two eggs worth of the egg powder, so I would use

four tablespoons instead of the eight that we used.

Way too much.

Next time I would use less.

A little goes a long way.

Especially because it's scrambled - like, unless you just really love scrambled eggs.

But that's kind of what I realized with this whole thing - was that I actually don't really

like scrambled eggs.

Like that's the only thing that I really realized from it.

Was that the flavour is really not that appealing.

And they're not that great.

But I have to say, trying it right now - I think they're much better cold than they are

hot.

If you really like real eggs, let them get cold and then try it.

Because they actually remind me of scrambled eggs.

Like, this is really good.

To be honest, this is so much better than it was when it was fresh.

I wasn't expecting this.

It's delicious.

I think that they're less doughy - 'cause you have to be honest, they're made with a

starch, and so there's going to be a slight doughy-ness.

It's not extreme, but there's a slight amount of doughy-ness, and when they're cold, they

don't really have that, and that's much better, at least to me, in terms of texture, I really

like that.

And I would say, if you like tomatoes and onions, this is a really good way to do it

with the tomatoes and onions.

It's quite yummy.

And the flavour of the egg is not overwhelming, but it's good.

I gotta say.

I was pretty prepared - cause I was just remembering it hot- and I was not that big a fan of it

hot, but it's really good this way, and you know what it would probably be good in - since

it's good this way - like an egg salad type thing.

Anything else that's kind of cold like that.

I'd really be curious what you guys think.

And we did reduce the amount of egg water - how do you say that?

They have a certain amount of water that they want you to put in.

They want you to put a half a cup for each egg, which seemed a bit excessive to us, and

then they did say if you're making more than, I think two eggs, um, nope, that's not where

they say it...it's somewhere else.

Basically, if you use a certain amount of egg mixture, you're supposed to reduce the

water content by 25%.

And we did do that, and I think that did make the texture quite good.

And so, I suppose if you were to use way more water, then it might be a little more doughy.

But it actually held together really well the way that we made it.

And I thought it turned out really good.

My kids are the most picky people in our family.

So, they're always the ultimate test for me.

My pickiest daughter still liked them, but she didn't like [mumbling] eat a whole bunch

of it on her own.

She just ate a few bites.

So - and my other daughter - who's really picky - was like - no, I just don't like the

flavour of them.

But she never really liked eggs that much anyway.

So I would say, if you miss the flavour of eggs, you'll like it.

Like, if you like that sulphurous flavour of an egg, you're going to like it, because

it has that with the black salt in it.

It's got that egg flavour.

And if the texture of the egg is really important to you, I don't think that the texture of

this product is perfect.

I think that they could do the texture somewhat better.

I think it would work very well for omelettes, I think it would work very well for say, an

egg salad type thing.

And I think it works pretty well in scrambled, especially cold.

So I'm going to actually - I'm going to advise chilling it and eating it the next day, because

I just like that better.

But I actually thought this was pretty good.

And it does make - I would say it probably makes the equivalent of nearly a dozen eggs.

I'd say ten regular eggs per package.

Makes about the equivalent of ten standard eggs.

And they're really pretty good.

I'm actually favourably impressed.

It is not exactly the same as a regular egg.

But it's also quite eggy.

So, just depends on what you're going for.

I wouldn't use this for baking.

Again, I would only use them for a scrambled egg.

I think that's really what they're intended for, they're intended for scrambled eggs.

And they're very high in fiber, so that's a plus.

And pretty tasty!

So, yeah!

That's kind of what my impression was of them, and I'd love to hear what your impression
