Never Purchase very very fresh Egg. Shocked, The egg very fresh is difficult to peel.

It will leave a bad look after peeling. The customer will not like the look.

If the egg is minimum 4-5 days old, than you can easily peel it Like a pro. Watch this clip. How easy. Its been purchased from Shop & definitely minimum 4-5 days old.

Some Shopkeepers of egg seller or hawkers(thele wala) purchase Cracked eggs. It can cause severe illness.

From First day,cracked egg get infected. It can cause fungal infection,bacterial or other health related issues.

Some shopkeeper or Egg buyer purchase cracked egg for greed of less price, It can make you very very ill. It can make you VERY VERY Sick.

Some time you may not come to know, what is disease to me & How i fell ill,

So when you are purchasing eggs ,Never forget to cross check either egg is cracked or not. Either you are planning to make recipe for Broken egg

Some Breeding farm have stock of egg which are infertile or Cracked. They sell it to Hawkers or Egg sellers.

Some Breeding farm have stock of double yolk eggs. They sell it to Hawkers or Egg sellers. That's s OK only if !

That is not cracked. But Breeding farmer if selling cracked egg to any one or even giving free to any one , its a blunder mistakes they are doing.

Legally this selling of cracked or broken egg is not allowed its like playing with others life..

Clafoutis Recipe - Duration: 6:45.

Hey guys, today we're making a French Clafoutis

with a butter cake base and raspberry filling

So to start I'm making the butter cake base

and this is really similar to one I made a while back

that was with a French lemon cake

So I'm going to start with some white sugar

and some butter that I've softened to room temperature

so I'm going to add that in

And I'm going to mix it just until smooth

Okay, so my butter and sugar mixture is nice and creamy

and now I'm going to add in 1 egg, that's also at room temperature

and I'm going to mix that until it's well-incorporated

Okay, so this is done

it's okay if it looks a little bit lumpy, once you add in the flour it will be fine

So to that I'm going to add some baking powder

I'm going to use 3/4 of a teaspoon

and some salt, 1/2 a teaspoon of salt

and I'm just going to mix that in

and to that I'm going to add some all-purpose flour

and stir that until you see no more dry bits of flour

and it looks like a cookie dough

Okay, so this is done

so it looks like sugar cookie dough

So now I'm going to put it into my pan

and this is a 9 inch springform pan

it's important to have a springform pan for this

because when you release the Clafoutis, it will just come out easier

than from a cake pan

So, I'm going to transfer this here

and I'm just going to wet my hands a little bit

with some water and press it inside

and this will just help it not stick as much

and it's going to look like a very small amount of dough

but don't worry, this is the right amount

for the recipe

Okay, so once you've pressed your dough inside

and it should be as even as you can get it

but don't worry about it being perfect

You're going to put it in the fridge, and before that you're going to put some clingfilm

and just put it directly on the surface

so once you clingfilm that, it's going to go in the fridge for about an hour

or even up to overnight is good too

and then we're going to bake it in an oven that's been preheated to 170ºC

which is 340ºF

and it's going to bake for about 25-30 minutes

or until it's golden brown on top

Okay, so my butter cake baked for about 30 minutes

and you can se here it's golden on top

And I've just let it cool down

you can either cool it completely

or until it's slightly warm, but not when it's still hot

So, I'm going to set that aside on a tray

and I'm going to get started on my Clafoutis filling

So, I'm going to start with eggs, here I have 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks

I'm going to add that to my bowl

and make sure all of your ingredients are at room temperature

so the incorporate really well

otherwise you're going to have chunks of cooked egg

inside your Clafoutis and you don't want that

and in the eggs I'm going to add in some white sugar

And I'm going to give that a whisk until the sugar is dissolved

Okay, so this looks ready

and one way you can tell if the sugar is dissolved

if you take some of the mixture

and you rub it in between your fingers

and you shouldn't feel the granules of sugar anymore

So, that's done and to that I'm going to add some almond flour

and this helps with texture, flavor, and it helps it give it some strength

and thicken it

So I'm adding that in

and just whisk until smooth

Okay, this is good

so now I'm going to add some milk and some heavy cream

and I've just combined them in a bowl

So, I'm gonna start by adding a little bit

and whisking it

and then I'll add in the rest

Okay, so this is done, I'm going to set it aside for a moment

and I'm going to bring over my butter cake base

And I'm first going to add my fruit

and I'm using some raspberries here

you can also use blueberries, cherries

any kind of fruit you like, as long as it's a juicy kind

like apricots or peaches

so add that in

and just spread it out so it's as even as possible

Okay, so once you do that

you're going to add in your custard

just give it one final mix

and pour it inside

So, now this is going to go in the oven

at 340ºF which is 170ºC

for about an hour, or until it's mostly set on top

and it has a slight jiggle in the middle

Okay, so here I have a clafoutis that I made yesterday

and what you want to do is, once you take it out of the oven

make sure that you let it cool completely

in the pan, and then you can release it with a knife

and you can serve it at room temperature

or you can chill it a bit in the fridge

and you can serve it with some freshly whipped cream

some berries, and a dust of powdered sugar

Kate On Moving Into Her Own Home - Duration: 3:01.

Before I moved into this house I was living with mum and dad.

I just didn't really want to move out

cause I didn't know what it was going to be like.

Just a fear of the unknown.

I can tell you know, fifteen years later, I have not spent

one night at home.

Mum and dad used to joke about it and ask me whether I wanted to come home

for the night, and I say nope. Cause its my house and I want to live in my house.

Location was a big factor.

I wanted to live an area where it had lots of people and lots of parks to go to and

everything on my front door step.

If I want to go to a cafe,

I just take myself down there in my electric wheelchair.

With my bedroom, we've made it as easy to manage for me as possible.

A few of the features we've got is automatic closing curtains.

I have also got another remote where I can turn off the lights.

We have also widened the doorway so I can fit with my electric wheelchair without

knocking into the walls.

Also having an intercom in my bedroom has been really good because

it means that I can actually click the monitor to see who it is at my front door.

I'll talk back to them and let them in the house from my room.

But if it is someone that I don't know, I just ignore them.

I actually have a hospital type bed, but we've added a little section to it.

We've made it to look like a king size bed.

My mum has done a lot of the creative design.

When I am cooking I can move hot food onto these pull out benches

without burning myself.

I have trouble holding onto bowls and keeping them stable.

So putting it in that hole in the bench makes it stable

when I am trying to stir things.

I've always had flatmates and none of them have had disabilities.

With the kitchen island, we have made it into a bench where

anyone standing can use it. But we've also made part of it lower

so that I can do my cooking and meal preparations there.

Four years ago my situation changed a little bit.

So I had to go into an electric wheelchair and wasn't allowed

to transfer myself in and out of my chair anymore.

So we installed a lifter. So I can use it completely independently and it

takes me from my bed into the bathroom and then back into my bedroom.

It's given me a sense of freedom and I can get up when I want and do what I want.

Living in this house, I think I have become more confident.

My name is Tony Doyle.

I was born with a sight impairment.

My sight gradually deteriorated or degenerated

and I have been totally blind for quite a few years now.

Being blind has been an impediment and a frusteration

and perhaps at times an anguish.

However, I have to say that I have had a pretty good life,

an adventurous life. A full life.

I am fortunate to have a lovely, caring wife.

Jane and I have been together for six and a half years.

We both really get a kick out of designing

an artistic, creative, aesthetic functional home.

It is almost like I could be a blind interior designer.

The shape and design of the apartment is almost ideal for me.

It has passage ways where you can feel both sides.

I have pretty usable trail right down the length and centre of the house.

There are no huge empty spaces here.

The only bit of a space is between the dining bench set and the couch.

Bit of a space there so if Jane and I want to have a dance at night time,

we will have a bit of a shuffle around there.

I quite like plants for getting a cue. It is another soft area.

They are not going to hurt you if you brush them.

The things to avoid as a blind people are pointed edges,

especially that stick out or protrude.

The coffee table down there and the sofa they are soft edge

if you encounter them.

So you are not going to hurt yourself.

It will help you to work out where you are in fact.

This is called a Penmate.

It is just my way of knowing what various garments are.

I will take one out.

They all have labels on.

(Penmate reads aloud) Turquoise and mid blue, very fine check.

with just a little bit of black trim on the shirt. Nice fit. (End Penmate)

Tells me what it is. Sometimes where it was bought or when it was bought.

Any other information. Whether it's a good fit, tight fit. Whatever.

So I have got shirts and jumpers and jeans and coats. All labelled.

Most of the time, I pick my own clothes out. Choose what I am wearing.

And it makes me feel pretty independent in an area that is quite important to me.

I like reading books a lot.

If I can't sleep at night, put the headphones on, stick a talking book on.

So there are two talking book machines here.

This is one from Vision Australia and it links into wifi.

And this is one, a Milestone, that I got from America.

I got this years and years ago.

It's got radio, you can store things on it. It will read documents,

and all sorts of things.

It is on books at the moment. And I will just put the volume up.

(Talking Book machine reads aloud)

So you can move around by chapter,

by what they call time or phrase.

You can go to the beginning or end.

You can book mark.

You've got your book shelf, which has got all your books on there.

So now it will go through all the various books that are on there.

I use screen reading software, in this case Jaws, to give me

information that would normally be on the screen.

So essentially I have opened the computer.

Gone into my music.

Select something. (Music Plays)

and play it.

Being blind hasn't stopped me doing things.

I cook. I dance.

I play music. I organise things. And enjoy friends.

I guess I would say to other blind or other sight impaired people.

Don't let be despair be any more than an ephemeral feature in your life.

A momentary thing.

Get out there. Talk to people. Do things. Try things out.

Find out how you can do them better.

And how you can get more out of life for yourself.
