I'd love to hear about your favorite green smoothies or what kind of questions you have about green smoothie recipes.

Be sure to leave your thoughts in the comments below.

I have a few little tidbits that help me get the most from every time I prepare my green smoothie recipes.

And here they are in no order of importance.

Tip #1: Always thoroughly wash your vegetables and fruit

unless you purchase a product that is prepackaged and washed and verified as such.

I think it goes wihtout saying that you want your food as free of pesticides, chemicals, dirt, and debris as possible.

Simply put your produce directly under running water.

Scrub the produce with your hands or use a produce-specific scrub brush.

Gently wash the green leafy vegetables so you keep them somewhat intact for preparation.

Tip #2: Chop your produce to fit your blender.

You obviously don't want to mince all your food, merely chop it up so your blender can handle it.

The less pieces of food handled between the cutting board and blender, the better.

Only cut the produce down enough to fit, so there's less to manage.

Tip #3: Remove the fibrous stalks from kale.

These parts taste bitter and tend to sour the flavor of a smoothie.

Don't worry, removing the stalks doesn't diminish the nutritional quality much.

However, if you are a frugal chef, feel free to mix the stalks in.

The taste is stronger with the stalks, but not entirely horrible.

Tip #4: When you can, freeze any bananas and berries ahead of time.

I'll pick up a bundle of bananas, peel them, chop them into smaller pieces and then put them into a container to store in the freezer.

The bananas keep somewhat fresh in the freezer for 24 hours.

Avoid keeping bananas in the freezer for any longer than one day.

Otherwise, you will end up with blocks of ice that cannot puree very well.

If you make that mistake, don't sweat it. You can simply set the bananas out a few minutes before you make your green smoothie.

Tip #5: Try to buy fresh berries and immediately freeze them.

When I'm feeling lazy or need them frozen quick, I get my berries in the freezer section at the grocery store.

Just check the nutrition facts and ingredients on the frozen fruit's packaging.

Some frozen fruits have additives to keep it fresh or maintain the sweetness.

I prefer the frozen fruits with no additives.

Tip #6: Prepare ice cubes ahead.

These help thicken the consistency of the smoothie so it is more like a milkshake than juice.

When the smoothie is a bit thin, add a couple ice cubes and puree for half a minute longer.

But, if you have your fruits frozen ahead of time, you may not need ice cubes after all.

Tip #7: Read your blender manual ahead to find out how much and for how long you can blend.

Hey, I've used and abused my blender, but I try to follow their suggestions closely so I'm not breaking my appliance.

A quality blender can get the job done in under a minute.

Anything above that is just too long to me.

After all, you're supposed to be enjoying the green smoothie and not toiling away at making it.

Tip #8: Some green smoothies make for the perfect dessert when prepped right.

If you have quite a few of the ingredients frozen ahead, then the consistency will be like ice cream.

Mmm. Sometimes, when I'm craving a pint of ice cream,

I put more frozen bananas into a green smoothie recipe.

It's like making your own ice cream without all the processed sugar and dairy.

With all these tips in mind, it's time for you to make a tasty green smoothie!

As cores de Cícero Dias e uma história de vida digna de filme - Duration: 3:24.

Hi, how are you? My name is Alan, I am journalist and this in my culture channel on YouTube, "Ingresse na Arte".

In this video, I speak about "Cicero Dias – Um Percurso Poético" exhibit on Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil museum, located in São Paulo. The exhibit is on until 3th July.

There are 125 paintings of Cicero Dias, one of the most important artists of Brazil in 20th century, in this exhibit.

In 1928, erotic paintings and colors used on paintings by Cicero Dias on his first exhibit in Rio caught modernists artists attention

In an interview to "Metropolis" TV show in 1994, Cicero Dias said "I always have been looking for color, because color is inside me".

In the 1930s, he also painted pictures who remind his childhood, when he has lived in a sugar farm,

and he also painted "Casa Grande e Senzala" book pictures, of Gilberto Freyre, one of the main books to understand Brazil.

As Cicero Dias art is really diversified, there is an impact in each room where works of art are seen. By the way, "Cicero Dias – Um Percurso Poético" has occupied most of the rooms of Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil.

Cicero Dias' life is like a movie screenplay. He moved to Paris in 1937 where he's become Pablo Picasso's friend.

And that's friendship was really importante to a historical cultural event in Brazil. In 1953, Bienal de São Paulo curators would like to exhibit "Guernica". This Picasso's masterpiece used to belong to MoMa (The Museum of Modern Art).

So, curators and MoMA owners has sent letters to each other and to Picasso, but Picasso only allowed "Guernica" in São Paulo Bienal after Cicero Dias has persuaded him.

And there is another story. When it's started the Second War, he was living in Europe. He was arrested with other brazilian people by some nazis german. They would be exchanged for german prisoners.

He was released from prison, but he's decided to come back to Paris underhand while the city was occupied by nazis german.

When he was there, he met poet Paul Eluard and got "Liberté" poem, that it was sent to London. After that, this poem was thrown to French army to reanimate it to fight against german army.

Because of that, Cicero Dias was honored when the Second War was over.

That is it. In the next video, I am going to speak about the Brazilian singer Céu, who it is going to be on tour in Europe in July. So, don't forget to listen her song, go to visit Cicero Dias exhibit – it is free entrance!

Share this video, sign my YouTube channel, tell your brazilian and foreign friends about this channel... bye bye!

Lazarus Mod [Doom 2016 weapons mod for Doom] - Duration: 9:58.

Since the main feature of this mod are the weapons, let's test 'em at Map 32, as usual.

You can see that the weapons sprites are in a different style than the arsenal

From D4D, D4T and from the Doom 2016 weapons add-on for Brutal Doom.

Looks like they have been ripped directly from the game.

The ammo, items and power-ups sprites are maybe too big.

The HUD shows the target's name and its HP quantity.

But I think the weapons names are kinda screwed up.

Looks like is written "shotgun" always, down there.

Just some weapons change automatically when you collect them.

This mod supports multiplayer and bot skirmishes.

This panterized song is better than the industrial crap they pass

as metal around, but it is kinda tiresome... Doom 2016 OST is

awarded, but, personally, I rather Vitz or MuteGameplays remixes.

Some weapon upgrades are fun to use. I liked Rocket Launcher's altfire a lot.

The allied bot feature is another SGtMarkIV's mod that was combined here, Brutal Friends.

You summon them via console or in the teleports that replaces blur spheres.

They are kinda OP. If you summon many , the game will be spoiled.

The mod's strong points are that it is quite fast paced and compatible a lot, including with

D-Touch and Zandronum. However, the mod would benefit from an attacking sprites

enhancement, specially the melee ones.

I'd also say that the altfire triggering the enemies even

without ammo is quite dispensable, as well.

PITBULL RED NOSE (Old Family Red Nose) - APBT OFRN - EADD CHANNEL - Duration: 5:38.

In the nineteenth century Counties Kerry and Cork in Ireland, is a family of agrupo

American Pit Bull Terrier somewhat peculiar, since they had five typical characteristics

pigmentation that distinguished them from APBT other, which were; Manto 1st-

brown in their different shades, admitting white color, nose 2º-

red, pink or flesh-colored color, 3º- the corner of rosy lips,

4º- white nails, brown or pinkish, 5º- And amber eyes.

The APBT with these five characteristics of pigmentation, were highly prized by some

fans, because at work were the best results had given them,

after previously used to other dogs that were not APBT. By

The same, some breeders focused in making a consanguineous breeding for

continue to play this kind of sample, APBT as the "Red Nose" which are those that meet

these five specific characteristics of pigmentation, have a recessive genes,

which means that if you play a "Red Nose" with another APBT that is not always

predominated genes is not "Red Nose" and the vast majority descendants would not be

Old Red Noses family, that is, they would not be "Old Family Red Nose" (OFRN).

However, two APBT that are not "Red Nose "Red Nose can go, as this

gene of "red nose" is within genes the APBT dogs race.

Those breeders 1850, were quite conservative and cautious results

his upbringing, keeping pedigrees their APBT very secret, where no one

He dared to question their reliability, since the word and honor the breeder were

impregnated in these pedigrees.

AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER WITH PEDIGREE IF OR NOT?

In any case, times today fairly continuous rise of the APBT

Old Family Red Nose (OFRN) and by tradition, among the fans continue to call them

today OFRN or abbreviation "Red Nose", which seems to me very well,

but bear in mind that the bottom line in raising the APBT are of one or the other

genetic or strains, is selected by animal heart or character positive

and never for their color or appearance. I believe it is important to be honest and report

according to the reality of history Race and OFRN and not mislead with false expectations

fans, by the simple fact of selling more and better APBT OFRN (Red Nose), as I think

It is happening in some hatcheries, informing the beginning of race

not according to reality and if your own benefit.

There are some scammers and sells dogs touting false stories about OFRN,

especially the rookies in the race, arguing OFRN that are better quality APBT

that exist. These scammers masquerading as if they were true lovers of the breed,

when in fact they are "preachers" whose god it is money, inventing stories

false and making the necessary strategies to trick the newcomer to the race

and benefit their own particular business, profiting at their expense and at the expense of own

race. Some more of these false stories are, for example, say that the genetic

the Old Family Red Nose (OFRN) was created in Ireland by the year 1850, or say more

OFRN afternoon were almost extinct and they were rescued for further conservation

by Bob Wallace or other breeders. another story false is when some breeders auto

in this claim, exclusivity to possess the pure Old Family Red Nose.

Some fraudulent "breeders" invent their own "records" to sell their

own "pedigrees" which of course They are not official (only pedigrees

ADBA are officers in national level and International), which have no

Reliability type, Officiality or credibility, since those false "records" is another

many scammers particular business. ADBA is the only supported institution

and internationally recognized as the Canine Mother of the American Pit Bull Terrier by

International APBT Federation (FIAPBT) that in addition to activities positive

performing for the APBT, they also offer fans in a very controlled way,

reliable and very zootechnical rigor, SOLE International Pedigree Officer

APBT.

The Real Reason You Don't Hear From David Letterman Anymore - Duration: 6:56.

For more than 30 years, you couldn't go a single night without hearing from David Letterman.

"Forrest Gump said, 'Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're

going to get,' unless of course you're sitting next to Roger Ebert, then you know you aren't

gonna get any.

Heh heh."

As the creator and host of both NBC's Late Night and later, CBS' Late Show, he pioneered

his own style of entertainment that continues to inform the way we share news and culture

today.

From his iconic "Top 10's..."

"Top 10 things that sound cool when said by Snoop Dogg, here we go: number 10."

"Yo."

...to his public feud with Jay Leno, he always had something ironic, or irreverent, to share

— be it a prickly interview with Madonna or a fresh McDonald's hamburger.

The influence that he had over the '80s, '90s, and beyond was massive, which only makes his

silence since retirement all the more noticeable.

So what exactly happened to Letterman after he stepped away from the desk for the last

time?

Peacin' out

"From New York!

The greatest city in the world!

It's the Late Show with David Letterman."

When Letterman left Late Show, he truly left for good.

Once it became clear that Stephen Colbert would take over the Late Show gig at CBS,

Letterman handed over the reins, and never looked back.

Not only has Letterman never returned to the new Late Show, he says he doesn't even watch

it — or any late-night TV show.

"The first day of Stephen's show, when he went on the air, an energy left me, and

I felt like, 'you know, that's not my problem anymore.'"

Hey, if we had hosted more than 6,000 unique shows over our careers, we wouldn't want to

watch another hour of late-night TV ever again, either.

Pantsed

Equally absent from the pop culture landscape has been Letterman's production company, Worldwide

Pants, Inc.

Long-running, recognizable, and as closely-associated with the man as the Ed Sullivan Theatre once

was, it seems like it would be the ideal platform for a comeback or next project.

If it were in better shape.

As Letterman himself reported, the production company is "now on pause."

Though he initially intended it to be "an ongoing organism… [to] develop material"

for a variety of platforms, he's realized the hard way that doing so is easier said

than done, saying, "That production model doesn't hold up anymore.

So Worldwide Pants ran out of steam for lack of opportunity.

But we are trying to put it back together."

"Gosh, Homie, Dave's been on the air for 33 years.

When Bart and Lisa were kids!

Maggie was still a baby!"

New 'do

It makes plenty of sense that a man who's spent his life clean-shaven in the spotlight

would take the first chance he could to grow a big, beautiful beard.

It's a move that allows even the most famous celebs to hide in plain sight.

But Letterman's taken it one step further, with a snow-white work of beauty.

The man has cultivated one heck of a beard since leaving TV, making him look significantly

older and more Santa-esque than ever before.

Plus, he told TMZ that the beard had its benefits.

"People make fun of this beard, they think I look like a vagrant.

I'm gonna tell you something, I've cut my shaving time to zero."

Family time

Though relatively private about his personal life throughout his first years on TV, Letterman

did open up about his family in memorable ways as the years went on.

Notably, he took time on his show in 2003 to announce the birth of his son, Harry.

And since his retirement, Letterman's mom, Dorothy Mengering — a widely beloved "correspondent"

on her son's shows — died in April 2017, at the age of 95.

"Hey mom how are you doing?"

"Doing fine, David, how bout you?"

"Oh, I'm alright, I had a little something to drink for lunch."

Letterman's son Harry, now 13, doesn't really remember his dad from late-night TV, not that

that's a pressing concern.

Letterman said, "I want him to be proud of me, but I don't know that having a television

show is what makes a kid proud of you."

So he's keeping it low-key with the family, going on trips to Target, buying shoelaces,

and listening to his son recap episodes of The Amazing World of Gumball, instead.

A different direction

Of course, Letterman hasn't stepped away from the public eye entirely — you're just less

likely to see him unless you go looking.

He returned to TV for the premiere of the documentary Years of Living Dangerously, which

he shot in India.

Putting his interview skills to use, he held conversations with thinkers and world leaders

fundamental to the fight against climate change: like India's prime minister, Narendra Modi.

And it's no stunt.

The always-curious host is legit in his advocacy for the environment.

It was something that I had interested in and concerned about and aware of since my

family and I started spending time in Montana."

No acting bug

Many show hosts and entertainers keep their profile up by doing cameos on popular movies

and TV shows, but Letterman's not feeling it.

Over the course of his long career he's only had a couple of acting roles, and it's clear

that he never liked it.

He's said no to every cameo role offer, including a recent one for HBO's Veep.

He told Vulture,

"Here's what would happen.

I'm going to do your show.

I'm going to worry about it, I'm going to get sick to my stomach, and I'm going to ruin

it.

I can't do that to you."

"But now I feel like I made a big mistake I don't feel like retiring now."

"Is that true?:

"Oh yea.

I gotta find something to do.

Any openings here?"

Cherry picking

Though he's not on TV anymore, Letterman still engages with the arts.

But now he's making intimate appearances, speaking before audiences of a few thousand

rather than a few million.

He's taken the stage for one-on-one talks with friends such as Rachel Maddow and Oprah

Winfrey, and has shown up as a moderator for talks between artists like directors Spike

Jonze and Bennett Miller.

Not long after leaving Late Nite, he showed up in San Antonio alongside Martin Short and

Steve Martin, surprising the audience with a live "Top 10" routine, the subject of

which was — of course — Donald Trump.

"Trump walked away from a moderately successful television show for some delusional bulls**t,

oh wait…that's me."

Thank you, and good night

Other than the lingering trappings of worldwide fame, it's remarkable how "normal" Letterman

describes his retired life.

It's more likely to remind you of your grandpa than a television industry titan.

As a retired 69-year-old, he enjoys The Price is Right, hanging out at a local bait-and-tackle

store, and having monthly meals with his old band leader, Paul Shaffer, where they talk

about everything except their times in show business.

After more than 30 years of making us laugh ourselves to sleep, it's nice to see him focus

on his family and himself.

So take it easy, David Letterman.

"Alright that's pretty much all I got, the only thing I have left to do , for the last time, on a television program --

thank you and goodnight."

ASAP Fables: The Frog Who Isn't Talking to You - Duration: 2:13.

Narrator: Once there was a frog with a lot to say, just not to you.

Frog: So I was like I don't even know you, and so—

Rooster: I'm sorry, I didn't hear you, what was that?

Frog: I wasn't talking to you.

I hate everything hot—iced skinny latte—and so I was just like—

Mouse: I'm sorry, what?

Frog: No! I'm to you I'm on the phone. …Sorry I have an idiot here.

Bull: The flesh, ripped from his back. Thousands of boats, with children—

Well you're a b*tch then! Stick *that* up your a**!

[Gasps]

Excuse me, private conversation here, God!

Wolf: And so, when we say, in the

Responsorial Psalm, "The Lord is my shepherd—"

Frog: I was, like, so drunk and I was like falling down it was like insane—

[Wolf clears throat]

Frog: I'm not f***ing talking to you.

Wolf: Oh my.

Narrator: But the constant contact of the phone against her slimy, sticky skin had some

unfortunate consequences, as the Frog soon found out…

[Gasps]

Frog: Help, help!

Mouse: Oh, she's not talking to us just ignore her.

Frog: Help, help!

Bull: Oh, pay no attention to the frog, she's not actually talking to us.

Protestors: This is what cell-phone abuse looks like. This is what cell-phone abuse looks like!

Frog: Help, help!

Oh…

Narrator: When her battery finally ran out, and the phone died, the Frog died too.

And on the spot she died, a beautiful cell phone tower pretending to be a tree

grew. An eyesore visible for miles around to remind them all of the little green

frog who none who of them liked.

And the moral of the story is—

[phone ringing]

Hello?

Oh, hi, yeah. …No, no I'm

recording. It's…it's dumb, it's for the web. Yeah yeah yeah. Wait, hold on.

Sorry, I've got to take this. So, um you know, bye.

I guess, the end.

What Does It Take To Be A Sneaker Craftsman? - Duration: 3:37.

Footwear is extremely difficult.

It's physically hard, it's monotonous, and it's not what people think it is.

You know, I have so many kids come in and they're like "I want to be a shoe designer!"

Internet fame and Kanye checks,

and the reality of making shoes.

I kind of talk them out of it in some ways unless come in and they've got like,

blistered hands already

and I can see that they're people that work with their hands and that they understand

what that's like.

Because being a shoe designer and being a shoe craftsman couldn't be further apart.

My name is Mark Gainor and I am the designer at No.One Footwear.

I'm originally from Canada,

you know I worked...

my primary skillset is I worked as a graphic designer

for a number of years in magazines and books.

I came down to Los Angeles and worked with a company called "Gourmet Footwear" so,

you know with John Buschemi, Greg Lucien, and Greg Johnson.

The first time I got into a shoe factory,

and specifically into the sample room,

and saw them making shoes,

you know,

saw them taking a flat paper pattern

and turn it into a sneaker,

then I was hooked

you know, that's when I was really,

that's when I got the bug.

The cost starts at $675

for, kind of, for off the shelf shoes

and then bespoke starts at $1,000 a pair.

This is the alpha,

this is the first shoe that we made

and its our take on the deconstructed desert boot.

We had some hold ups moving into the space and so it was myself and my pattern maker

working out of my house for the first 5 or 6 months of this.

So this was a shoe that we developed

as kind of a study of what we could do, with no machines.

So this is the No.One Bravo.

This particular one is an Italian Pony skin zebra print upper,

and then inside we've got

a, uh,

a French lambskin lining.

This shoe took about

14-15 days to make.

You know, there's the curing period, and then you know cutting, etc, etc.

Someone comes into No.One and they want to make a shoe, the first thing we'll do is

sit down with them, with our patternmaker

We'll get measurements,

establish what size your feet are

Then we'll select material for the upper

We've got a great selection, an inventory of hides that we've collected here

And so we'll sit down at the table, roll those out

and select a material for the upper.

You know, the first step is the paper patterns and then we select the materials, then you

cut the pattern

So you know, there's uh, we cut all the elements for the pattern

The second stage is lasting.

And so, lasting is where you will take a form, which is called a last, which is a form of

the human foot and you wrap the upper around it.

and you wrap the upper around it.

And that's really the exciting part of the process because that's when it goes from

being a flat object to a dimensional form that you recognize as a shoe.

We can celebrate both aspects of that.

You know, our ethos here is art, craft, and technology

You know those are kind of the three pillars that we invest in

And you know I think there's this

this component of craft that's a historical and especially

in footwear has such a beautiful history to it

So, there's a really

historical system here and then we have technology because we are

and then we have technology because we are

a business in the year 2017

And you know, merging those two things together

That's really our sweet spot.

We have to remember - Duration: 2:11.

We can't forget what, what happened to the indigenous people of these islands. We have to remember, I mean you don't have to know where you are going to into the future, you have to know where you've come from.

It's very difficult to understand, all of this difficult social tensions about where, for example, Māori have grievances that derive from the past, without understanding the past, without understanding why they may feel as, as they do.

I think the history isn't pleasant, I think there are aspects of our history as a country, as a nation that, you know, that the government and certain sectors of our society, don't want to focus on. but I don't think it needs, we need to fear it.

There are these unpleasant aspects of our past but the ones that we need to acknowledge and learn about and understand because if the Treaty relationship is about a dialogue between two peoples, if one of them is not listening to the other, then that's a problem.

There is a sense that when you can talk to people, then you begin that process where history changes in the hearts of people. It would be helpful if it occurred in the schools.

What is the responsibility of the state, to educate people. And we saw the other day, when they said, we are not going to make the history of the New Zealand wars compulsory in high school. Why not, is it too complicated, well that's the nature of human life, you know, people are going to leave school and have to deal with very complicated life situations.

I think a lot of the trouble with the Treaty in New Zealand flows from a lack of understanding of the people who live here, about what the history is, about what happened, about the manifold injustices that were visited upon Māori and the failure to do anything about them, and you have to say that that is a stain on our reputation as a nation.

Sonic 4 Episode 1: Retrospect/Review - Duration: 7:33.

So, Sonic Mania is a thing.

However, there is something about Mania that's interesting.

It appears, or at least to me, that the majority are saying that Mania is what Sonic 4 should

have been, or how Sonic 4 should be removed from the Sonic canon.

(Not like any game acknowledges Sonic 4 exists, and the fact that the "Sonic canon" lacks

cohesion.)

Why all the hate?

Sonic 4, more specifically Episode One, was released to very positive reviews, but the

fan reaction was mixed.

It appears now that both fans and critics consider this a bad game more than a good

game.

Now, where do I fall?

Well…

I don't enjoy it.

I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, but I didn't want to beat a dead horse.

I'm not going to rant about everything that is bad in this game, rather, why did people

like this game in the first place?

I haven't seen a single defense for this game, and the positive reviews for this game

back in the day used terms like, "It's good," "Sonic is finally back," and

"The only problem with this game is that it's too short."

This all puzzles me.

I mean, let's start with how the game looks.

It's um…

Well, graphics and art are very subjective, but it's not exactly my taste.

The music isn't my taste either, but I've got to say something.

If the music gives you a headache while playing…

I mean there are people who like this game's soundtrack, how?

I feel like the music is grinding my ears as I listen.

(Music plays)

Who did the music here?

Whoever that person is, he or she should never touch the series again…

I didn't pay attention to the credits.

Who did do this game's music?

Wait…

Jun Senoue?

I take back everything.

All of Senoue's music doesn't have to sound great to me, and his recent work on

the now dead Sonic mobile game, Sonic Runners, was fantastic.

Still though, I hate this game's music.

Now, on to the game-play.

Sonic can move, jump, spin-dash, and use the homing attack.

The homing attack is interesting.

I'm not completely against it in a 2d Sonic game, but I do have a gripe with its use.

You will just fly off, and the game expects you to use the homing attack, or get hit.

You just start to press your air dash/homing attack button, whenever you are flung into

the air.

The air dash could end up killing you by flinging you into a bottomless pit.

Now, if you use the homing attack, it just grinds the game to a halt.

Something you really want to avoid in a speed focused platformer.

Onto the spin-dash, or rolling, or the physics in this game in general...

The thing that made the original Sonic games on the Mega Drive/Genesis was the fact that

the game had physics—some very unique physics, and this game not only throws the old physics

out the window, but has some new, interesting physics, in a different way.

Now, some of you might think I'm "fanboying" or whatever about the physics not being the

same, but there was something special to them.

There is a reason why Mania is using the physics of the old.

Groovy music from Sonic 3 plays

You might be saying to yourself, "Okay, but does the game have to use the exact or

similar physics to be good?"

My answer to that is no, but something is just not right here.

The game's acts feel like, watch Sonic run fast, doing a homing attack chain, watch Sonic

run fast, do simple platforming over a bottomless pit, and watch Sonic run fast again, and maybe

this time, if you don't go fast, he will die.

I think the thing about Sonic 4 Episode One is, at least to me, boring and forgettable.

Nothing in this game does anything special.

All the stages were done already in Sonic 1 & 2.

The gimmicks, if you will, in this game have almost all been done before in this series.

To me, this game was just a mobile cash grab for the new casual, mobile gamer that had

the words "Sonic 4" slapped on the title.

Is this game bad?

Well, for me, yes, but I suppose others have thought and will think the game is mediocre,

or even pretty good.

For me, though, this is just a game that has been done better before.

Locked In - Duration: 8:21.

The problem with wearing stripes is trying to make them all...even.

Are the stripes-?

I can't tell, I really hope these are even.

This is why I shouldn't wear stripes!

Because now I'm focused on are the stripes even, did I put my shirt on right, am I a

frikin' idiot?!

Whatever!

Hi everybody, I'm Amanda the G and if you did not know this about me, I am a very competitive

person.

I know this.

I'm fine with it.

It gets you a lot of really great things.

It's wonderful at times, and at times you tend to piss the shit out of people.

But oh well, it's just who I am.

I like to compete and I.

Like.

To.

Win.

I do not want to lose and I will do everything I can to NOT lose.

Which in some situations is very helpful.

Recently my work decided that we should have a team building experience that was actually

a team building experience and not just hey everybody, go to this one thing, ignore each

other, or just only talk in your little clique groups of people, and we'll call it team building

("yeah" sound effect).

So instead, they decided that we should go to an escape room.

I had not been before, but I have to go again.

Definitely.

For those of you that do not know, an escape room is the new giant trend that's everywhere.

You get locked into a room with a group of people, there's a bunch of clues that you

have to figure out and then leave the room.

That's your goal.

You have a time limit to get out.

Which makes sense because if you had all day forever, you'd probably be able to figure

it out and get out.

They also "lock" you in most places, so it's just, oh yeah, you're locked in the door but

for fire and safety reasons we can't actually lock the door.

A group of about 40 of us went to this escape room thing.

Myself and 10 other people went into a room, and they picked the rooms ahead of time, so

we had the second hardest room that the escape room has.

Now remember, I'm a competitive person.

We were going to get out!

It's just the way it is.

I walked in there and told everybody that.

We're.

Getting.

Out.

I was not the only competitive person in that room.

The other two most competitive people probably in the entire company were also in that room

and we were getting out!

None of us cared that there was like a 22% completion rate for this room.

And you have one hour.

Now the first thing I will say is that the premise for this room is really stupid.

We were abducted by a serial killer who liked to use power tools to hack up his victims

and drill into them and his favorite drill bit had just broken and he had to go to the

store to buy a new one and it was going to take him an hour because it was a half hour

trip there and back.

Ok, let's just be serious.

If you were actually captured by a serial killer, one you wouldn't know that you were

going to have an hour to get out, two they'd be fucking prepared.

They'd have extra.

Or maybe they would like messing with you and playing with you and torturing you even

more.

But they wouldn't leave, announce it's gonna be an hour, leave you a bunch of clues to

get out, and then walk away.

You'd be locked somewhere, you'd be partially dismembered, you'd be bleeding out, it'd be

horrible.

You wouldn't just leave.

Also, if you're in a group of 11 people in that situation, you don't have to beat the

killer, you just have to beat the other people.

The graphics in that room were awful.

Like, there was a "severed hand" that was a plastic mannequin hand with some red paint

on it.

And all the lights come on.

So basically, they lock us in there and there are clues everywhere.

You have to move pictures on the wall and look underneath furniture.

You have to find different things, like there's a clock on the wall that's stopped and you

need to know that the time is helpful for one of the locks.

Everywhere are locks.

There's keys that are hidden that you have to find, there's codes that are hidden everywhere

that you have to find, sometimes decipher, figure out.

There's three separate rooms so sometimes the codes are important for one of the three

so you might have to get into another room before you use it.

They watch you the entire time.

So they know when you're stuck.

And in this particular room, you got three clues for free so you had a walkie talkie.

Who gets the walkie talkie?

Me.

Of course I do.

I'm competitive.

We ended up waiting a while to get our clues which some people online suggested that you

get them first, cause I definitely read reviews before I went, but I don't think that's really

the way to do it.

So if you're in a, a room where they give you clues, I would suggest waiting because

they'll give you the clue for whatever you're stuck on.

Also if you do something really, really, really wrong, sometimes they tell you that.

Cause I got yelled at for using a pipe for something it wasn't used for and I accidentally

dropped it into a room that we didn't have access to.

There are so many locks.

There's so many locks.

This whole setup was just lock, lock, lock, lock, lock.

There were a couple of puzzles, some puzzles you needed to figure out the locks.

There was just so.

Many.

Locks.

So we get through the first room, we get through the second room, we finally get into the third

room, we get down to the last lock.

There is one puzzle to complete the last lock.

We are almost done with that puzzle AND THE TIME RUNS OUT!

If we had two more minutes, we would've gotten out of that firggin' room.

Two more minutes was all we needed to unlock the lock, to release the chain, so that you

could take the key that was on the end of the chain, put it into another lock, take

apart the crutch, shove the crutch into a cabinet, pull out a new key, shove it in the

door and walk out.

Two minutes!

We didn't get out.

And I am mad about that.

So friggin' close!

So now I have to go to another ecs- escape room somewhere.

Because I HAVE TO PROVE MYSELF THAT I CAN GET OUT OF ONE OF THESE DAMN ROOMS.

And quite frankly, these poor people who were in this room with myself and some other competitive

people as we are intensely trying to get out and they're just like (quietly) 'I'm gonna

solve the puzzle over in the corner, here are the letters of the puzzle, oh my god don't

attack me, ook, oooook, we're fine if we get out or not, I don't really care.'

(angrily) WANTED TO GET OUT!

GRRR (laughing) I'm like, I'm like honestly mad that we didn't get out.

None of the other groups got out.

All of the groups were locked in different rooms that were all slightly easier than that

room.

And no one got out of any room.

At all.

We were all stuck.

And I maintain that there is nothing wrong with being a competitive person!

That's it for this video, if you've done an escape room and you've gotten out or you've

not gotten out, please let me know about it in the comments down below.

I'd love to read about that.

How Do Cuts Heal? - Duration: 3:08.

Welcome to my big day!

[Squeaks squeaks]

Aw, you're right, Squeaks, it's not my birthday…

But it is the day that I take the bandage off of my elbow!

I was riding my bike the other day, and I had a little spill.

Luckily, I wasn't hurt too badly, but I did get a big cut on my elbow.

So I cleaned out the cut with warm water and soap, and put on a bandage.

But check it out!

It's only a week later, and the cut's basically gone!

That's because my body—and yours—has a way to to make cuts and scrapes get all

better, or heal.

Even the ones that bleed.

Blood travels through your body in what are called blood vessels.

They're kind of like straws or tubes.

Most blood vessels are long and flexible, which means they're able to bend.

There are lots of really tiny blood vessels right under your skin.

They can be thinner than a single hair!

When you get a cut that bleeds, you end up with a hole in your skin that's deep enough

to break some of those tiny blood vessels.

It doesn't take long for your body to figure out that something's wrong, and it starts

to do something to stop the bleeding right away!

Even though blood looks like it's just one liquid, there are actually a few different

ingredients in it.

Like platelets, which look like little blobs.

They're way too small for you to see, but there are lots of platelets in your blood,

and they start to fill up the hole your cut made in the blood vessel.

They act like a plug to stop any more blood from getting out.

Your blood also makes a bunch of stringy fibers, which form a kind of a net, or web.

The platelets stick to this web, and to each other, making a lump that completely covers

the cut.

After a while, the lump dries out and gets hard.

We call this brown, hard lump of platelets and fibers a scab.

[Squeaks squeaks thoughtfully]

That's true!

A scab is a little like a bandage that the body can grow all by itself!

Under the scab, your body is hard at work, killing any germs that might have gotten inside

of your body before the platelets plugged up the cut.

Your body also fixes the holes in the blood vessels so that no more blood can leak out,

and it starts to close the cut with new skin.

As the new skin grows over the cut, the scab starts to get loose.

Once enough of the hole is closed, the scab falls off, and you're as good as new!

Now, for the tough part.

Even though it can be hard to do sometimes, leave your scabs alone!

Don't pick at them, pull them off, or even scratch them.

Because the scab has an important job: it keeps germs that are outside of your body

from getting inside of your body.

If germs get inside of your body, they can cause an infection, which can make the cut

hurt much worse.

And if you pull a scab off, you might rip the skin that's growing over the cut, and

your body would basically have to start all over again.

After stopping the bleeding, making a scab, and growing new skin, it looks like my body's

all done fixing the cut I got.

Hey, Squeaks, wanna go for a bike ride?

I WAS JUMPED BY MCJUGGERNUGGETS // AN APOLOGY TO JAKE DUFNER & MIKEY MANFS! *not clickbait* - Duration: 15:48.

before this video begins I just want to let you guys know I will be reading also

some stuff I typed up so if you see me looking down just let you guys know I

typed some things up about I have been feeling the past few days just so I

don't really forget or miss anything and I just want to make sure I hit

everything that's been on my mind that I've been fucking thinking about the

past few days since Jessie fucking attacked us I'm just in shock right now

guys honestly just fucking the whole entire event of everything that has

happened to the point where Jake and Mike don't really want to call to me

much I mean we're civil Knoll I gave them some footage from the fight and

that it was like the way to make that civil again but they just they don't

really want to talk to me much right now and I understand so real quick guys

there's going to be a card above as if I should get revenge on make sure every

nuggets so vote either yes or no and then comment down below in the comment

section what I should do up give me the most fucked up thing I should fucking do

to him fucking his car nothing to harm his family or animals just fucking sell

them out fucking mess with the guy for payback because what happened the other

night swapped out and partially my fault

today's video is very important to me because I have to do some apologizing to

my friends if you guys had no clue what has happened or what the fuck I'm

talking about just watch these food clips from my last video I afford really

attending this year what the fuck you doing your dude holy shit enemy alright

fuck shit shit shit yeah dude you alright yeah fucking here's your head

you know you're my fucking friend ginger fishing all this shit now you fuck

attacked by other friends what's good YouTube Jeff or Swift you a be here and

I feel like a total asshole right now I'm not going to fuckin lie I feel like

the fucking total asshole if you want to check out those clips they just soul

from my last video there's been a card right here and then I'll link down below

in the video description you guys do me a favor check that out after this video

will probably give you a better understanding of what has happened and

transpire at the past few days to when I'm uploading this and give you guys

like a clue of what has gone on but what happened the other night was something I

never would expect to happen at all and right now like I said guys I feel like a

total fucking asshole I feel like the biggest scumbag in the world so this

whole entire fuckin thing happening and I just had nothing but bad anxiety and

shit from it and I've been feeling honest-to-god like shit about this one

thank so those that don't know Jessie Ridgeway aka mcjuggernuggets broke into

my house through that door which I fuckin lost before from this video comes

I'm fuckin worried about watching behind me right now even I can fuck him kind of

see I just don't want nobody verging in her barging in right behind me and

jumping me from behind like he did he completely embarrassed me in front of my

subscribers live here on YouTube as you guys know every once in a while I'd like

to put the live stream on YouTube I did it three times last week and the third

time I got fucking jumped and honest god it's humiliating to get a fucking mega

wedgie in for my subscribers live I'm sure you guys have all seen my video and

I'm showing you fucking I've seen Jessie's or fucking Mike's or cheeks and

honest to god guys I'm really considering taking one down right now

just just because of everything that has happened is everything right now it

seems like the world around me is crashing down and everything is just my

fault and everything is just because of me Jessie basically broke into my house

as you guys know sorry got a little fight grappling match and fucking pinned

me down gave me a wedgie etc I forced me call my friend Drake Dufner my front at

the time and see where him and lucky max were going to be at at night and he had

me take him to them and Jesse physically assaulted them in a cemetery I'm leaving

my waterfront addameer bloodied and bruised on the face and also Mikey

bruised with the crew sighs apparently his eyes all fucked up and Jake just

walked away with some burp clothing and fucking scratches luckily for him I mean

I Jake put up a good fucking fight against

Jessie and you should have never had to fucking put up a fight at all there

should be no fucking fight I should have called the fucking cop so

I had a chance let me just shut the shit that I want read a sure fuck called cops

when I had a chance to be honest guys talking maybe things be different right

now maybe I wouldn't be in from the camera making this video just telling

you guys honestly how I feel about this whole entire situation and the fucking

sucks I just wish everything that had happened

didn't happen I know like everybody always wishes that kind of shit like go

back in time and change things and this is the scenario that I really wish I can

go back in time and change a lot of issues that happened so I my fucking

fault so my fucking fault Jake and addameer

might get beat up and I feel like a fucking horrible horrible fucking friend

like they won't even consider me their friend anymore like in front being

friends with me make the only way that our fucking talking to me right now at

the moment it's because I gave Jake fucking footage and like footage of the

fight because they wanted it and I'm not gonna tell no because it was my fucking

fault and they got the hot mirror fucking bun got the shit beat out of

them and I just I don't know guys like they don't really want to talk to me

though like they'll talk to me about the foot a little but they don't want to

acknowledge me all tweet at them Nelson text them nothing call them nos a night

and I owe them a fucking huge apology I owe the fucking locals apology over the

Duffy's apologies I was the juggies apologies I'm the swift east whatta

fuckin apology guys and I guess I'll start with the first one on a non

apologize to my fans guys I'm sorry that you guys have to fucking go through this

bullshit right now with me because fucking I'll tell you what I don't even

want to be doing it myself just don't don't want to be

dealing with this no I don't want to it's my fucking fault

God Mex apologies trade up to fucking against a guy that got the worst

addameer addameer dude I didn't even know you're in the fucking be filming

with Mike or Jake and get again you always phone with them so I shall

fucking expected you to be there I'm sorry you got beat up the words I'm

sorry fucking true blood on you and your fucking sweatshirt fucking rude

like I owe you new fucking sweatshirt dude fucking just let me know we'll go

to PacSun or fucking zoom is there somewhere in the fucking ball and I'll

buy you like two new sweatshirts and make me fuckin launch like if that's

what you want to make it all good with you sorry dude sorry you got the fucking

the worst of the beating Mike I've gotta say it's kind of funny looking at you

having a black eye because of all the stupid shit you have done thank you come

on you got it something was finally coming the fucking

hit you and fucking you just set and get hit that night I mean think of all the

times you got fucking chased out of place by security guards or cops and

nothing had happened to you fucking Karma's you would pull it that's that's

not that's not very long time you don't deserve to go ahead all nobody knows and

I just I just want to apologize for not even telling you what was what happened

to me meeting like kidnapped and I should have told you and Jake right away

like you listened dude you guys about to get set up and I'm sorry for that you

I'm sorry I got the fucking black eye it's not fucking right

and Jake dude fucking we went away in a couple trips man do some filming we sold

the fucking White House we put them snuck into an abandoned power plant we

did a lot of crazy shit together up to this point

I'm afraid it's all let me get to run away because the one incident and I

don't want that to fucking happen dude I just can't afford to lose our friendship

over something this welcome suit because somebody's fucking selfish actions of

fucking coming into my place beating the shit out of me and force me to find you

guys so with that being said Jake fucking sorry's you and everybody else

that may not be a fan of mine as a fucking Joey I'm sorry guys I'm into

everybody in general I'm sorry I'm sorry for being a selfish fucking pussy and

snitching those guys out like everybody keeps commenting and I had to do what

was best for my safety pocketing the show you did to me the shade did to them

because easily done to my family I have no clue what the fuck they're doing what

the fuck fair ahead but if they were around and they fucking saw that ad me

Ito have easily done the same thing at the end the day for me my safety my

family safety will always come first I just guys I'm sorry

and one last thing I want to do apologize again to Jake for something

guys for those that don't know cheeks bring new mark to g7x can and their

canon g7x mark two got rude fucking Jesse like knocked the shit I can gather

my tan or something fucking broke his like camera so I feel like I owe Drake a

brand new g7x Nazi I can't afford it so if you guys want to help me out to buy

Jake new camera as an apology you guys could check out the sinkhole

Gogh box there's a down below I guess be the furqan course

like all you guys guys do is play some games and download those apps and play

the games and they'll donate basically to me don't do me don't donate me any of

your actual money just download the apps play the apps

that's the best way you guys can do it and any of that money that comes in from

it will help me give back to Jake for his camera getting room because I feel

like I oughta make time on that my last name is Jesse dude I don't know what the

fuck has happen to you you made that comment about me in your one video so I

reacted calling you a little emo fucking bitch you are and then you're going to

come kick down my door without me knowing what the fuck to do because I've

never been in that kind of situation before where it is fucking somebody else

in my house and stops beating the shit out of me like I said in that Twitter

video dude you're going to open up a can of worms you don't want to mess with in

that can of worms has been open now and that was not a fair fight so revenge is

coming dude I don't know when but to watch your back because what you did to

me and what you did to Mike and all them I'm going to do to you 10 times worse

now I'm not going to be coming alone I'm gonna army with my tank because you

fucked with the wrong hole so you're gonna get the horns

other than that guys I I just want to thank those that have been here

supporting me through this this whole entire situation it was on Twitter my

Instagram snapchat asking if I'm okay physically I'm okay yes mentally right

now I'm just I'm just shaking I'm talking anxiety warned about something

coming in behind me and beating the shit out me so I feel the apology in this

video was good to get to Jake and Mike and Adam here so I want you guys to do

is to like tweet at Jake and Mike like this video at Jake and Dufner and then

at monkey mask tweet out those guys and then clothes on Adam ears Instagram all

like everything tell them a tomato apology video apologizing to them and if

you I personally have to go see them and actually apologize to them in person so

I guess next video will probably be me apologizing to them so Jake Mike added

me like I said guys I'm sorry sorry about the whole thing Jesse dude watch

your fucking back because revenge is coming and it's coming fucking - for you

maybe even fucking Parker for not doing anything to help when I was down on the

ground until then guys spinning Bourget or to Acuvue keeping it real remember

stay positive even which it may be negative I'm going to log it out peace

out and all peace love falling deeper shall not self and all that goes on

rebirth I stay playing Iman you party fire

you're looking hot animove

Music For Playing Overwatch 🏆 HEROES 🏆 Playlist to play Overwatch - Duration: 2:54:35.

Welcome to Overwatch In Overwatch, you control one of several heroes in competitive 6-person team shooting matches. Battle over objectives, take down the other team, and achieve victory.

Choosing Your Heroes Before you begin a game of Overwatch, you'll need to choose a hero to play. Maybe controlling a cannon-toting, genetically-engineered ape from the moon appeals to you. Or, you might prefer zipping around as a teleporting, time-traveling freedom fighter. Who do you want to be?

Playing Your Role:

Offense heroes are the damage dealers on their team. Your goal: seek out, engage, and destroy the enemy.

Defense heroes control the battlefield, interrupting enemy attacks and fortifying locations. As a defense hero, your job is to stop the opposing team's advance.

Tank heroes soak damage and break apart fortified positions, like closely-grouped enemies and narrow chokepoints. If you're a tank, you lead the charge.

Support heroes empower their allies, healing and shielding them, boosting their damage, and providing vital utility. As support, you're the backbone of your team's survival.

Maps In Overwatch, heroes do battle in diverse locations around the world. From the technological marvel of Numbani to the manufacturing powerhouse of Volskaya, each map has a unique layout and specific win conditions that your team must meet in order to secure victory.

Assault Attackers fight to capture a series of objectives; defenders hold them off until time runs out.

Escort Attackers escort a payload to a delivery point, while defenders strive to keep the payload from reaching its destination before time elapses.

Control/Capture The Flag *CONTROL: Two teams fight to hold a single objective at a time; the first team to win two rounds wins the match. *CTF: Two teams of six players compete to capture the enemy team's flag while defending their own. [Arcade Only] Lijiang Tower Ilios

Assault/Escort Attackers first capture a payload, then escort it to its destination; defenders attempt to hold them back.
