It was Sunday morning. It was half past ten. Everybody in St Petersburg was in the church.

The church was a small, wooden building. Inside the church , there were rows of seats. There were rows of seats on the right-hand side.

There was a space - the aisle - in the middle of the church. People walked along the aisle and sat in their seats.

The minister stood in front of the rows of seats. He was a very serious man. Every Sunday, the minister said very seious prayers. Every Sunday, the people sang hymns.

Then every Sunday, the minister talked to the people. The minister's talk - his sermon - was always long and very serious.

The minister enjoyed his sermons. But many people did not enjoy them. Tom did not enjoy the sermons!

Today, Tom was sitting next to Aunt Polly. They were listening to the sermon. Tom was bored.

He wanted to go swimming or fishing. He wanted to play with his friends. He was not enjoying the sermon.

Suddenly, Tom remomebered his beetle. He had a small box in his pocket.

In the box, there was a very large black beetle.

Tom took the box out of his pocket and opened it.

The he took the beetle out of the box.

The beetle was very strong.

It opened its mouth and it bit one of Tom's fingers. Tom threw the beetle into the aisle.

The beetle lay on the floot. It was in its back and its legs were moving. The beetle was interesting.

The minister's sermon was not interesting. So, many people looked at the beetle.

It was a very hot morning. But it was cool inside the church. A dog had come into the church.

The dog wanted to be cool. It was lying at the back of the church.

The dog saw the beetle too. It walked along the aisle and looked closely at the beetle. The beetle bit the dog's nose.

YELP! The dog howled loudly. It ran round and round the church with the beetle on its nose.

Somebody started to laugh. Another person started to laugh.

Soon, everybody in the church was laughing.

But the minister did not laigh. He talked seriosly, but nobody was listening. He finished his sermon quickly.

Tom walked home from church happily. Church was interesting sometimes! He smiled.

'I'll get another big beetle,' he said to himself.

Tom passed Jeff Thatcher's house. Jeff was the same age as Tom. But he was not Tom's friend. Heff's father was a lawyer in St Petersburg.

Tom saw a girl in the garden of Jeff's house. He did not know her. She had yellow hair and blue eyes. She was beautiful!

Suddenly, Tom was in love! Last week, Tom had loved Amy Lawrence. Now, Tom forgot about Amy Lawrence. He loved the girl with yellow hair and blue eyes.

Tom looked at the girl. She looked at him. Tom did some clever tricks

The girl did not speak but she smiled at Tom. The she went into the house.

Tom was very happy. He ran home and he thought about the girl with yellow hair all day.

That night, Tom went back to Jeff Thatcher's house.

He looked at the house for an hour but he did not see the girl.

Then Tom had an idea. He climbed over the fence and stood near a windows. Tom wanted to shout to the girl but he did not know her name.

So he made the noise of a cat. MI-AOW! MI-AOW!

Suddently, somebody opened a window and threw some water over Tom's head. The they closed the window again.

Tom quickly climbed back over the fence.

He picked up a stone. The he turned round and threw it at the window.

CRASH! The glass broke. He ran home.

Tom had two special friends in St Petersburg. Their names were Joe Harper and Huckleberry Finn.

Huckelberry is a long name. Everybody called the boy 'Huck'.

Aunt Polly said to Tom, 'You must be a good boy, Tom.' And Joe's mother said to Joe, 'You must be a good boy, Joe.' They wanted the boys to behave well.

Huck Finn did not live with anybody. He had no mother or brothers or sisters. And he had no uncles or aunts.

His father lived far away from St Petersburg. He was a bad man and he did not like Huck.

In good weather, Huck slept outside by the river.

In bad weather, he slept inside a barn. He never went to church and he never went to school. Huck wore very old clothes and he did not wear any shoes. He never washed.

The other boys in St Petersburg liked Huck. They wanted to be Huck. They did not want to go to church.

They did not want to go to school.

The mothers of the other boys in St Petersburg did not like Huck.

Their sons had to go to church.

And they had to go to school.

On Monday morning, Tom walked to school.Near the school, he met Huck. Tom was not happy. He did not like Monday mornings. Huck was very happy.

He was carrying a dead cat.

'Hello, Huck,' said Tom.

'Hello, Tom,' said Huck.

'What have you got?' asked Tom.

'A dead cat,' said Huck.

'Why?' asked Tom.

' A dead cat cures warts,' said Huck.

Tom looked at hjis hands and he looked at Huck's hands. 'We've both got warts,' he said.

He pointed to the little hard bumps on Huck's fingers. He looked at his own fingers.

'How does a dead cat cure warts?' asked Tom.

'A bad man dies,' Huck replied. 'People take him to the fraveyard. They bury him in the ground. That night, you take the dead cat to the graveyard.

At midnight, ghosts come. They take away the dead man. The dead man has to follow the ghosts.

The cat follows the dead man. And the warts follow the cat. So the cat cures your warts. It's easy!'

'Let's go to the graveyard,' said Tom. 'The minister is going to bury Hoss Williams today.

Hoss was a bad man. The ghost will come. Hoss will follow them.'

'Where shall we meet?'

'Come to my house at eleven o'clock,' said Tom. 'Make the noise of a cat and I'll come to the graveyard with you.'

'All right,' said Huck.

New Year Makeup【U Kimura】｜Eng Sub - Duration: 8:20.

I believe the new year like red based color has the celebrating image.

Hey guys, happy new year!

This is Kimura Yu

and I am the most pink creator of the world.

Happy New Year, everyone.

The makeup today fits so well to the new year.

I am trying out the cute new year makeup.

Everybody please try it out.

Let's try.

I am starting with putting in the circle lens.

The circle lens this time is the one I use when I have pink hair

It is the green colored one.

It's not just a normal green color,

but has brown and yellow mixed with it

It's like a half Japanese person like natural circle lens.

I am toning my skin first.

Into this powder foundation,

I am inserting this tooth brush like brush

taking some gently and circling around the skin.

Next is taking out some of the even more white powder.

The key is gently adding it on where there needs to be more light.

Now adding some makeup around the eyes.

Taking this very red eye shadow first,

spreading this out to the whole eyelid,

and circling round to the bottom.

The key here is, if you give it a slight wing here,

it will look Japanese,

so it will look cute.

Next is using this palette with so many inside.

Taking the lightest brown color and,

adding around the eyes which the brown color was added before.

Spreading it out like circling it.

As there is glitter inside this brown color,

so it should sparkle when you add gradation.

The eyeliner will be done with the black liquid eyeliner.

The key when pulling the liner is,

sticking out just a little bit from the outer corner would be the advice.

By doing this, you can fake the size of your eyes.

So please try it out.

Next is using this glitter glitter powder.

When you pull it out like this,

the glitter will get on,

but this will go on lightly on the part which was circled with red.

The top eyelid will be added on the part drawn in red,

but for the inner corner, when you circle it with a "<" shape,

circling up to 2/3 of the bottom of the eyes.

I want to draw the eyebrows now.

I am using this powder type eyebrows.

I'm using the darkest brown, and the second darkest brown.

And the third darkest brown.

Drawing with a gradation.

The way to draw the eyebrows is the normal way of drawing your eyebrows.

But, since I will be drawing some Rhine Stones later on,

so drawing just a bit longer is the key.

Next I want to try on the eyelashes,

For the top lashes, I will combine two lashes and put them on.

That will make it easier to make the shape costumed to your eyes,

so I'm not using thick lashes from the start,

so combining two thin lashes and matching with the shape of your eyes.

Once the top lashes are on, I'm adding the bottom lashes,

but for this one I'm adding the two separated eyelashes to the shape of my eyes,

Please try out with small adjustments.

Next I am adding Rhine Stones around my eyebrows.

The Rhine Stones are these pink and sky blue

and the pearl color.

Since they are so small you may want to scream when trying to put them on,

but I have thought of a new way to put it on.

Adding a bit of skin milk on the tip of a cotton swab,

and adding some Rhine Stones on it will make it stick,

and when you stick that onto the eyebrows,

it will stick on nicely.

So everybody, please try it

Next I want to add on the blush.

For the blush, I am using these four which are all in pink

Once you mix all four of them together,

the key is adding a circle on the highest part of the cheeks.

Making small circles there will make it look infant-like,

and will look cute.

Next I want to add on this really red rouge lipstick,

but since I am so bad at adding on this type of stick type lipstick,

so once I had added this dynamically and casually,

so with this red lip gloss,

adding little by little to the details and to the edges very cleanly altogether.

As the very last finish,

Since I want to have some real celebration feeling on my cheeks,

I am writing "Welcoming Spring" here.

Please watch out. The words shown in the mirror is the opposite.

If you draw based on the writing which is reversed,

so if you do that, people will be able to read what you wrote.

So make a good use of the eyeliner,

and try your best to write.

Once the makeup is done,

I want to try on this very traditional looking Japanese girl wig,

The key right here is,

be sure to have the glitter visible

so be sure to have the bangs right on the eyebrows.

Since to day I'm wearing my own brand,

Zettaiteki Hyakkiyakou series clothes.

So I want to add the horn and the ribbon matching them.

It is all done.

How is it?

Celebration.

The key to this new year's makeup is,

adding all these Rhine Stones on the eyebrows,

and the red based colors for the new year.

Which has a very festive feeling.

By adding some gold on it,

I feel there is more new year's feeling to it.

The key to this fashion is,

I am wearing the Zettaiteki Kawaii Hyakkiyakou from my brand Kawaii-holic.

This is a dress with my drawings on it,

this has a lot of gold and red in it,

it really matches with the new year so I'm wearing it.

The singer, known for calling out musicians bragged to fans of how he shaped the industry for the young stars.

Eedris in a concert, stated that he made way for the young stars so they should not disrespect him and others.

Mega Construx Halo Shields of Requiem Lance set review - Duration: 7:33.

hello this is the mega constructs halo shields of Requiem Lance set basically a

covenant battle pack of course there had to be some elite minor representation in

this set but there is only one of them here this is this is it for this

configuration and I like the color that's chosen throughout this set for

the armor I think this is just purely personal opinion completely subjective

but I think that if I could only get one armor color for covenant units it would

be this because while it's not as purple as some of them you know it's not it

doesn't have as much red in it as as some or as much magenta there is some

there and it's iridescent you know it's kind of an indigo color but then there's

just a little bit of really really really fine magenta highlighting that

you get depending upon how the light hits it and that comes off the very fine

particles that are embedded into the plastic to give it its color I think

it's just a really nice effect and it's a unique color you don't see a lot of

things made in this kind of color just in general in life so it stands out to

me and it's purple enough and yet blue enough to kind of fit into any era I

think it just kind of it says covenant to me for four units and an armor in

general the second elite is a ranger and I really like the Rangers when they

first popped up in Halo 4 it's a cool idea kind of a cool look I don't think

that these will be as popular amongst collectors as even a miner

you know it's just the more more common more common arrangement the weapon here

does not match the armor in color get the storm rifle I believe this is the

first time storm rifle has been introduced in this color is kind of the

metallic burgundy or kind of maroon I guess you know something in that range I

like that color as well for weapons I don't like to see too much of it but

every once well it's a nice thing to get yeah

you know there's there's not much going on for paint applications on this one

it's just limited to basically the the two colors and it to the helmet but I

still think it's a good looking figure next up is a second-generation style of

jackal I personally still very much prefer the original design of jackals

but that's not Megas issue you know this is correct to what's been done in

universe I think that's a pretty good looking head I mean the white paint

applications for the teeth here aren't perfectly lined up you can see that's

actually masked in and not hand applied anymore but you know just had a couple

of little bits that went off but overall it's pretty good looking I think that

they have a good mix of the speckling into the material used to represent the

flesh tone there and the eyes look pretty good and you know again the

armour using that same color works for me and it comes with that classic shield

piece that mold has been around for a while now and I'm glad they're still

using it looks pretty good a little bit difficult to get an ideal

pose with that with these figures even as articulated as they are but it's not

bad I think is about as good as you could ask for out of something of this

small scale the speaking of small here's the fourth figure just a grunt with feel

rod cannon I still find it funny that in this franchise they give your cannons to

grunts of course sometimes it's not funny when you're looking at eye level

and above where you're around small rocks or dense foliage and you don't

really expect grunts to be a problem and then you come around a corner and you

get a fuel rod cannon shot to the face or maybe a couple of them then it's not

funny at all but anyway - rod cannon does not have any paint applications

that's too bad I think it's a really really nice

looking mould that they came up with for this halo 5 style fuel rod cannon I

personally prefer older designs just pure nostalgia I like how this one

handles in-game though but you know this is

kind of intended to be more of a halo 4 sent overall so this feels a little bit

extra just out of place to me I would have appreciated it more if it had some

paint application on it would have made it a little bit more special you know

and would have helped me to get past the mismatch there with with the ear and all

but otherwise it's a fine grit for the builds and terrain they give us a again

halo 5 style plasma turret that's a brand new mold for the kind of sheath

for it the exterior and then it has within it a firing actual projectile

launcher that works very well it's integrated pretty well you can angle

this up and down a bit you can turn around fully and it fires that's cool

yeah this definitely works for me it's a nice looking little little build I just

don't appreciate the made-in-china stamp that faces directly towards us

there I haven't seen this color for this particular foliage piece before may have

been done in another series and probably was but it's kind of kind of cool to get

that translucent color for it and then they just give you a barrier here which

also has a clip on the base actually a couple of clips that can be used to hold

on to the projectiles so you always have a place to hold your spares or you could

just leave them out it's entirely up to you but this barrier piece continues to

look great to me with printing going through it yeah I like them overall I

feel like this is a pretty well chosen selection of figures for a battle pack

you know even though they have changed the the packaging here to be smarter for

shelf placement this is still the traditional style of figure pack and I

think the ratio of two elites to two smaller units was good good to get a

jackal in there good to get a grunt in there makes it easy to get multiple of

this set and end up with still a scene that that looks appropriately balanced I

like the accessories I like the you know the small build

I think they work out pretty well they themselves are massive really the only

thing that I didn't like here was the mix of Halo 5 and halo 4 stuff obviously

that's nothing new mega very very regularly almost always mixes things

from different eras and that's just partly a practical necessity because

they're not able to keep all the molds going in in in use and in circulation at

all times to always be producing sets that are completely matched with all the

items that are included within them and most of the time it doesn't bug me but

this time it did a little bit and I don't know why anyway that's it for my

everyone's a quick look at the lego city dragster promotional polybag give it

away for free with qualifying purchases from the lego store either online or at

physical ones promotions change over time and they vary in terms of when they

show up from region to region also you may end up finding this exact poly bag

for sale at some retail locations other than they go stores at some point this

looks like the type of poly bag that's set up to be sold at some point for like

four bucks u.s. but let me get this thing open and built there it is

kind of a rail sort of thing they're going for almost Top Fuel kind of design

but just you know shrunk down in size quite a bit I think that a lot of the

design choices here were smart for such a small set and you know keep in mind

that this was free so I'm not gonna rip into it I mean like I say it probably

will be sold at some point so critique is is fair game but I do have to keep in

mind the the context here I like the choice of the rear tires

you know Lego doesn't really make much in the way of high profile tires

especially it for a smaller minifig scale that that are not off-road style

you know that don't have major knobby treads and I think the shape of these

looks pretty good to me there's a little bit of roundness to the cross section as

well it just feels right to me it would be nice to get smaller wheels you know

higher profile tires but yeah I think that was a pretty good choice and the

choice for the ones at the front was also good at the little front wing big

rear wing you can change the angle of that and bring it back a little bit if

you want to large section for the rear or mid rear engine placement now the

only thing that I wish was a little bit different here is just this segment

right here which that just came up a little bit more I know they were trying

to keep it small and low and thin there but since the figure has to sit up so

high as he does because of the way the whole thing is constructed I think that

just a little bit more smoothing there would have would have been a good idea

if there was something they could put in there just to bring that up just a bit

at the back of it but I think from most angles it looks pretty good and most

importantly it's a toy you know it rolls kind of make it do a little little

wheelie if you want and I think it rolls perfectly fine you know it's a little

toy car and it's kind of cool I like the figure too it has a nice torso print

fairly recent one looks very sporty looks a little bit on the little bit on

the serious side you know it's not too toyish you definitely use that with more

complex and more advanced builds that's all good it's got his helmet that's

important face is fine no alternate face but I think it's all good cool that's

just that very small set so there's not all that much that really needs to be

said about it so I will go ahead and move on to my next video thanks for

5 VALUABLE LOGO DESIGN TRICKS | Logo Design Tips - Duration: 6:13.

today's graphic design video is based around logo designvaluable tricks and

I'm gonna show you right now what is that people welcome back to Satori

graphics the home of graphic design content right here on YouTube today I've

got a list of valuable tricks that you're gonna find very useful when

designing a logo in Adobe Illustrator but before that I quickly want to remind

you all that I've got my t-shirts monitory graphics on there so go ahead

and check out the two designs I've got up there now and grab one for yourself

if you want to help out the channel now let's jump right into these local design

valuable tricks that you can learn today

the first valuable logo design trick releases Tuaregs on your logo if we have

strokes are left with stroke widths you can cause issues later when the logo is

rescaled by somebody else as you can see I have a hefty stroke on

my logo here first go to object and then expand appearance then go back to object

and expand and use the same settings I'm using here as you can see the stroke is

now outlined as a vector shape to finish the trick tip for our logo design with

strokes open the Pathfinder window and merge everything together like so it's

advisable to have two versions of your logo which leads me onto the next point

in today's video

here I have two versions of my logo they look the same but we can't add some

minor changes to one of them the logo on the left is set up so I can still edit

the typography and the strokes if I ever want to LA today however the logo on the

right can be edited so the stroke is vectorized as we did previously but also

we can outline the typography as well we want to outline the typography so when

the logo is shared to a different computer

there will be no issues and recognizing the font so we save you later designing

two versions one you able to edit and the other version print ready

the next logo design trick in adobe illustrator is to use the eyeball tool

this is a great tool for later designing as you can hold down the option key and

to placate your board and your design

you can then make changes to logo and refine it and then repeat the process

over and over as your logo design develops also you can edit the name of

each individual artboard whilst using the artboard tool as well as move the

eye water on your screen

the fourth valuable Lego design trick is great for saving liquor designs for the

web you may have several designs on several boards but with the asset tool

you can save them all at once as different designs simply open up the

hace export window and then drag and drop your designs into the window but

first check out the different options that you have such as saving for

pinching jpg I'd also presets iOS and Android

once you've dropped your designs in hold down shift and select multiple designs

at once and then click export when ready

the default location P logo design files should be Creative Cloud

and as you can see all the liquor designs here has saved a separate

designs which saves a whole lot of time I love this little eccentric as I often

use it myself

the last valuable little eccentric I have for you today is to simplify your

logo if you look closely you logo may have a huge amount of anchor points less

is always better in this situation as long as the shape of the logo remains

true say gulps object path and simplify

can then click preview and adjust the amount of anchor points on your logo

design remember that you want a happy medium between the amount of points on

3x3 Round-Up 2017 | Speedcube.com.au - Duration: 4:27.

Sitting here we've got a bunch of 2017's best and worst as well as a few 2016 cubes

that still hold their own.

So today, we're gonna be going category by category and taking a look at where each

cube excels and which ones are worth your time.

Hey YouYube it's me Spotty.

Welcome to the 3x3 Roundup of 2017.

Let's begin with the first category: the best budget cube - a cube perfect for those

tight on cash, just starting out or maybe looking for a great gift.

And my top pick goes to the MF3RS 2 but closely followed by the Yuxin Little Magic both coming

in at only $6.50 US.

Niether of these cubes are fully set up but both have decent fludity and performance not

too far off the flagships.

I didn't love the RS2 out of the box becuase of its clacky and cheap feel but after applying

a bit of piece lube, the feel is now a much softer crispy feel.

On the Little Magic you can expect more blocky and very crisp turning.

The biggest flaw that both cubes poses though is it's sub par stability, the RS2 only

being slightly more stable.

The next award goes to the best cube out of the box - maybe for somebody who just wants

to great cube without any extra work.

This one goes to the Gan Air SM.

Out of the box, this cube already boasts great performance but what really sets it apart

from other well performing cubes is its reasonable speed straight out compared to the uncontrollable

state that most others come in.

And an honourable mention is the GuoGuan YueXiao Pro.

Similar to the Air SM, this cube doesn't come insanely fast right out and of course

has really excellent performance.

The next prize is for best stability and this goes to none other than the Valk M. The Valk

alone was already an incredibly stable cube but with magnets this one is a no brainer.

Moving on to something that is often overlooked but I think can be a very attractive characteristic

of a cube.

The quietest cube award goes to the Gan Air - no magnets, just buttery smooth, soft and

oddly quiet turning.

Next up is most improved.

This award is for the cube that has been redesigned or refined so that compared to its predecessor,

it is an outstanding 3x3.

And the award goes to the SenHuan Mars S. I never actually tried the original Mars but

upon its release it got an overwhelmingly negative response.

The S version isn't even something I would normally recommend but I would happily say

that it's a leap in the right direction.

And now for the best of 2017.

First up, the best non-magnetised.

With magnets becoming more and more popular we tend to overlook non-magnetised puzzles

considering them maybe irrelevant.

But whether you can't afford a magnetic 3x3 or for whatever reason just don't like

magnetised puzzles it is good to know that there are still amazing options without magnets.

So the award for the best non-magnetised 3x3 goes to the Valk3.

This one is just a classic, reliable puzzle that without magnets already possesses great

stability and controllability.

As a result, I think this would be perfect for OH as well as a really great two handed

option.

Okay, last but definitely least the best cube of 2017.

This is extremely subjective but my choice for the best cube is the cube that has incredible

performance, a great feeling that I think most people would enjoy.

It is not the cube that has the best value though.

So my pick for the best cube of 2017 is the Gan Air SM.

This really is a top performing, easily customisable cube that has a really excellent feeling and

turning quality. Also, it's been my main for a good while as well as the main of many top cubers.

But yeah, that'll wrap it up for the awards part.

They known for their treats that are made with Butter and cheese

The square-ish look to it gives it It's somewhat fancy feel to it

These Square-ish looking things are very Kawaii

This shall be my First sweet thing I've eaten this year

itadakimasu I'll start with this cheesecake ?"mi quil"?

It gives off a foamy "shuwa" sound

It looks so yummy And down here its made with cookies

This is a baked cheesecake however At first glance it looks like a raw(rare) cheesecake

It's got a very rich taste but it doesn't overdo it That's very yummy

It just melts (disintegrates) into your mouth

It's a very nice control the amount of sweetness That isn't overpowering making it so very easy to eat

It was so very much like eating a souffle And a rare cheesecake at the same time

Next up is a souffle ? glace bleuret ? (Aphexx don't frech)

It's so very soft

It's kind of like an ice cream Therefore I'll eat it half Frozen

Melt-in-your-mouth

There's a hint of Brandy flavor in it

It's so yummy It's almost like eating a rare cheese cake in ice cream form

This one is sweeter than the other before

The outside is crispy burnt just like a ?bleuret?

It's so yummy And underneath it's like a pie crust and very Crunchy

The pie crust underneath is still crispy making it so nice to Eat together with the cheesecake on top

we're in a cold season right now And it's so nice to accompany this with a nice warm drink

Last mouthful itadakimasu

the cheesecake and souffle was so yummy

They were Rich yet not overly so And these very posh were very yummy

Sweet things make life worth living

And there's nothing better on a cold day Have a sweet treat along with a nice warm drink
