Today
January 2, 2018.
I escaped from delicious food...
from the continuation of the feast...
from the celebration...
Tired of celebrating and eating.
I want to walk for 4-5 hours.
I'll see how far I'll go.
Along the way I will look for winter mushrooms.
If you watched my movie about a single campaign...
in the forest on the Seversky Donets River,
saw, I found it...
Winter mushrooms in the trees. And more.
But then I did not know that it was edible mushrooms
Now I know, and I will specifically look for these mushrooms.
But today I'm in another forest,
But still try to find mushrooms.
I found one, but high.
4 meters above the ground. It is difficult to assemble.
I'll go in that direction.

But there I heard a big dog barking.

Here is the Seversky Donets River.
I went to the river.
As usual in the river in the winter low water level.
It's dirty here.
But I'm wearing rubber boots.

I think this is a former pioneer camp.

It looks like the territory is protected.
Someone broke the fence.
I'll go around private property.
Maybe I'll collect the mushrooms here.

There is still a desert of sand.
But to go quietly there, you need to make out a pass.
Otherwise there will be unnecessary adventures.

Low Carb Crab Stuffed Mushrooms with a Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce – Keto Appetizer - Duration: 3:51.
Welcome all! Papa G here. Today I present what some may call an appetizer, but I
like as a meal all on its own... low carbohydrate crab stuffed mushrooms with a
savory lemon butter garlic sauce. A very easy recipe to make and has less than
four carbohydrates per serving. Let's get started. We'll begin by pouring 8 ounces of crab
meat into a medium mixing bowl. Add 2 ounces of softened cream cheese; 3
tablespoons of sour cream; 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese; some fresh
chopped chives; minced garlic; some salt; black pepper; some Old Bay seasoning; and
just a bit of cayenne pepper. Give that a good mix to incorporate thoroughly. Cover
with some plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator while we prep the mushrooms.
I'll be using baby Bella or cremini mushrooms for this recipe. We'll need
about 16 ounces. Prep the mushrooms by removing and discarding the stems. With a
small spoon, gently remove the gills and make the cavity just a bit larger. Don't
run the mushrooms under water or soak them too clean. They're like sponges and
they'll soak up a lot of moisture. Instead, just use a damp towel and wipe
them clean. Remove the crab meat from the refrigerator and stir to loosen. You can
substitute a 9 by 13 inch baking dish here, but I wanted an excuse to use my
new individual baking dishes I received for Christmas. Fill each mushroom cap
with about a teaspoon of the crab meat mixture. This next step adds a nice
texture to the recipe. After filling the mushrooms gently press the top to some
ground pork rinds. Continue until all the mushrooms are filled.
Place the baking dishes on a cookie sheet and place in the middle of a preheated 350°F
oven for 15 minutes. While our mushrooms bake, we'll work on our sauce.
To a sauce pot on medium-high heat, add 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter and about
a half a tablespoon of minced garlic; add some fresh chopped chives and the juice
of one lemon. When the butter is melted, reduce the heat to medium-low and let stew.
After the mushrooms have baked for 15 minutes, remove them from the oven.
Now equally distribute the butter sauce over the tops of each and place back in the
oven for 5 additional minutes. Remove, and add some dried parsley to the tops. Plate
and serve. The aroma of this dish will call your guests before you do. Very soft
and creamy - and the pork rinds add just the right amount of texture... delicious!

Everyone associated with Liverpool is happy that Virgil van Dijk has finally signed, but perhaps that goes most of all for the Reds' forwards.
While Jurgen Klopp's front men are feared throughout the Premier League, there have been a handful of opponents who find a way to thwart them.
Last season Southampton were one of those, as the Reds failed to score in four attempts against Saints—two in the league, two in the League Cup.
Dutch defender Van Dijk played in two of those matches, one as Saints' skipper in the semi-final first leg and the Premier League game in November 2016 when Liverpool sat top of the table heading into the match.
On both occasions the Dutch defender marshalled the back line with great consistency and ability, and forward Roberto Firmino is in no doubt that it'll be far better to have van Dijk on his team rather than opposing him from now on.
"He's a really, really good defender.
It's always really hard playing against him," the No.
9 told LiverpoolFC.com.
"It's very hard, he marks very tightly and I just think he's a really, really high-quality player.
Firmino, who has 16 goals for the Reds in all competitions this term, expanded on what makes Van Dijk such a difficult opponent to face.
"I think in addition to the fact he's very physical, it's his presence.
He's tall, he's very strong and that's in addition to his innate ability.
"I just hope he helps us as much as possible.
I think like everybody else who comes in, they add something to the group and I hope that he can also do that and bring something to the team himself.

hello this is the LEGO City wild river escape set features a cop in a speedboat
versus a criminal in a raft with one paddle and a skunk I guess this is a bit
of a step up for the criminal faction if you will from that set from about a year
ago that featured a cop in a speedboat versus a guy in a tire with one pedal
and no skunk I like this speedboat it's modest in size only six studs wide but
it has some length and it looks kind of sleek it looks like it would be a pretty
fast pursuit craft and it has some lights around the sides they use just
three stickers on this in total it is able to just barely fit a passenger in
this case would be a criminal to go behind the driver there behind the
little roll bar yeah I think it it's it's cool you know it just it doesn't
look too fancy to special you can bring the outboard up it's nice when they do
that although it doesn't look like it has much in the way of a prop there but
I appreciate the fact that this is designed to work on the ground where
most kids are actually going to be playing with it you know normally when
they do ones that have the the prop it's either something really large and then
it's above ground or it's actually kind of stick down and make the thing come up
in in the back if you put it down all the way so this is nice has inverted
tiles on the underside so this is able to skim over surfaces pretty easily and
yeah there's just your one spot to barely put somebody back there so I
think this does everything that it needs to do and the build is fine
the criminals raft though is possibly a little bit more interesting to me it's
not a type of craft that I like more than the speedboat but there's just more
going on with this build and everything that goes with it I mean you've got the
the two pontoons that I'm assuming are either inflatable or rigid inflatable
pontoons and then you know the guy sits on one of
them man he paddles away furiously trying to get away with his cargo now he
has the skunk who
is taking a little bit of a free ride here is hitchhiking along I don't think
it was the intent of the criminal to keep the skunk with him probably just
hopped on at the last minute cuz hey maybe it's a criminal as well
it's trying to get away from the cops but you've got this container here this
chest has some stuff in it and that's kind of a broken top that's partly
broken open here but it's just kind of the stowaway hideaway container of goods
as well as a tool of the trade for the criminal there so it just has a
few gems in it that looked like they could probably be pretty valuable and
there's plenty of space to put that there so you know you could use this
with other sets put other criminals on here as well start to you know add more
to the scene you put other cargo on there other materials that have been
stolen you could just dump all this stuff right in there you can see how
much you know you just imagine how much stuff you could actually build up there
if you want the skunk can come along with other people and with cargo they're
just you know lots places that you can put things here so it's just to me it's
just something that that asks to be used in more different ways you know use your
imagination it's such a simple thing but I don't know it just seems like a good
basis for a building toy for me with all those those spots to connect things and
with all that open space to do with as you please
I took the lifejacket off the policeman so you can see his torso print better I
think that's a really good looking torso SAN blue is the base color and you see
it has three layers of clothing suggested here a little bit of depth
with the folded over collars and some pretty fine lines used they also give us
the printed legs but the the line thickness for those seems a little bit a
little bit larger a little bit out of place like an older print almost just
differences in in style and interpretation between different graphic
designers I'm assuming and then the kind of wannabe mountain man criminal is
still wearing his jail suit beneath his jacket
beyond the stripes there I think it's a pretty good print I just wish they
wouldn't always include the stripes I'd talk about that all the time he's got
his man bun going on back here and in the back again on the back of the police
torso fine lines and just a nice look it doesn't look like it's trying to be too
fancy or too high-class it still looks like a lego thing it just looks just
looks good to me there's your alternate face for when
this guy gets caught or possibly just when he has been stuck up when he's been
hit by the skunk although maybe this isn't quite a skunk afflicted face just
yet I think he would look even more distressed than that so this is probably
just when he's gotten caught and there's how the boat looks with both the cop in
there and the criminal being taken away as far as I can tell the skunky is
nothing new it's just the exact same mold of course as before and I believe
the same print as well looks pretty good though this is an OK set I think that it
would be pretty fun to play with for a lot of kids keep in mind that the boats
do not float and that goes for both of them but I think that it's well set up
for the most standard play patterns of just being on a carpet or table or
whatever I do feel like the u.s. price of this is a bit high for the volume of
stuff you get just subjectively I wish there is a little bit more I think the
UK price is very reasonable by comparison so you know it's just one
of those variances where maybe you don't end up getting the best value but not a
bad set I just wish it was a little bit cheaper but that just does it for my
thoughts on this one so I'm gonna get to work on the next video which will be
coming out pretty soon stay tuned I'll catch it in
you

Kids and Cellphones - Three-Minute Thursdays #9 - Duration: 3:48.
Welcome to another edition of 3 Minute Thursdays, where, in three minutes or less, I try to
say something useful, maybe even helpful, about a subject that's of interest to people
like you and me.
Today I want to talk about our kids and their cellphones.
Really, I want to talk about when should we as parents get our children their first smartphone?
So we'll put three minutes on the clock, and we'll get to it.
There is a lot to consider under this banner of our kids and their smartphones.
Now, underlying all of it is our job as parents.
Our task as parents is to prepare our children to live in this world.
It's so important we understand, our job is not to prepare them to live in the world that
we grew up in.
It's not to prepare them to live in some fanciful world that we've concocted in our minds, a
world as we would like it to be.
We need to prepare our kids to live in this world.
The reality of this world is our kids will grow up in and live in a world where they
will be surrounded by electronic devices at all times.
In fact, they will probably, through most of their lives, within arms reach at most
times, have access to a little glowing rectangle, or whatever the future iteration of that is,
through which they'll have a window to the world.
We need to prepare them to live in this world.
Now as we consider, when would we buy them their first smartphone, we need to carefully
consider our individual context.
There's a lot of wisdom principles that will apply very differently from person to person,
situation to situation.
Let's say you're a homeschooling family who live out in the country and mom stays at home
with the kids.
This may look very different than, let's say a family where a single mom is living in the
city and she's working full time, sending her children to public schools.
The way she applies principles, the way she prepares them may look very different.
So what do we do?
How do we think this one through?
Maybe the best thing to do is just tell you what Aileen and I did for our family.
Which is, between eighth grade and ninth grade when they were through primary school and
heading into high school, that's when we decided we would get them a mobile phone.
We bought them their first phone, actually, we gave them one of our older smartphones,
and that was how we got them started.
But we didn't just give them a fully featured phone.
We took away some of the capabilities of that phone.
We allowed them texting, we allowed them some emailing, but we didn't allow them browsing.
We allowed them to do some things, like play games, but there were others things we locked
out.
We didn't allow them any app they wanted.
And the joy of that, the helpful part of that was we could have them prove themselves over
time.
We've got a device called Circle in our home, which I highly recommend that helps monitor
what they do.
And over time we monitored what they did with their phone.
Were they using it well?
Were they using it with wisdom, or were they using it foolishly?
When they proved that they could use it well, we allowed them to have more access to it,
and more capabilities.
If they proved they weren't using it well, that's where we started to strip away some
of those capabilities.
So you see, we've been trying to train them by giving them a phone when they're still
under our jurisdiction, and we're still able to monitor them.
Give them a phone, over time monitor how they use it.
The more they use it well, the more we believe we are training them to use it well throughout
the course of their lifetime.
Maybe that's something you'd do in your family?
Get them a phone while they're young enough, and then over time give them more and more
access until you can set them free with it when they're just about all grown up.
Maybe that's helpful, I hope it is.

Today, I'm going to tell you some scary stories, that you've waited for
Actually, since my main contents are fashion and ordinary life, I thought
About doing this, but I decided to do it sometimes as an event
Well, I prepared some scary stories related with fashion
It's the vintage clothes tale
Don't you guys go to Dongmyo or Gwangjang Market often?
You might have heard once that the vintage clothes there are from dead people. Would it be true?
I brought some tales about that
Something scary is that while I was searching them, my mirror with lights fell and broke
I was really horrified and thought of quitting, but for people who like scary stories
I'll brush off my shoulders and start
Shall I begin?
Before I start telling the stories, I'll tell you the source of the clothes
Vintage clothes can be sorted to 2 sources
One is imported vintages and the other is Korean vintages
But the two's difference is only the country they're from, they're all old or from the old clothes bin
So, there might be articles from dead people, and you can't know who wore this ago
Sometimes they come from collection loads of thrown away clothes, so there are sometimes new clothes
Some brands sell clothes cheap if they're old seasoned, and vintage sellers buy that and sell them to us
So sometimes blood or receipts are found from the clothes, and if you're lucky there might be money in the pockets
Now that you know about the reasons that scary stories can be made, shall we start?
The story will short or long,

First, I'll tell you a short one
Someone was happy to buy vintage pants and was wearing it
Then found a small letter in the pocket

The second story is about someone who bought a brand bag from the vintage shop
But after buying it, a strange women appeared in her dreams and was holding the bag
And even many bad things occurred to her

And 3rd story,
That story is so detail
The third story was in Daegu
Some student was watching a Japanese vintage shop in Dongsung-Ro
There was a unique and pretty skirt so she bought it right away

She was horrified and threw it away and sprayed salt at her house
But, in spite of that, things happened
The next day, when the family came out, the car's door was opened very cleanly
Usually, if you open the door by force, there should be sound and if some person has opened it that way, there would be something stolen, but only the door was opened
It was really strange but, they just thought that they didn't lock the door, but another thing happened somedays later
For an important appointment, she was preparing to go out at 5 am, and suddenly someone banged the door
She checked the interphone but no one was there
The moment she checked
The door banged open with only the last lock left
Since the door was a door lock, you can't open it by force from outside and only the last lock was left, isn't it horrifying?
And another reason she couldn't just think it easy was she dreamed strange dreams before they happened
She didn't say what happened after this, but I think she found a shaman to solve it
The fourth story is short
Someone bought vintage clothes
And on the tag, there was the death word in Chinese character
The buyer was horrified and threw it away
Actually, many vintage clothes might be dead people's articles
But, even that occasion, the clothes would've been worn when they're alive
If there was an accident, the clothes wouldn't have been normal condition to sell
And if it was related to an accident, the police would've taken it for evidence
And if there was something in the pockets, the sellers would've filtered it
I think the blood or something that gets on the clothes is from the ones that get filtered
Nevertheless, seeing another's blood would be scary
And also, the Chinese characters, and someone even had a death declaration paper in the pocket
Now the fifth and last story
It was about a shop of Namdae-Mun
Someone bought a jean from a shop at Namdae-Mun called 569
I don't know if the shop still exists, but the story seemed to be old
Well, the buyer didn't know it was a vintage and there were some student ID cards and pictures in the pocket
The strange thing starts as, that it wasn't a vintage shop
The shop only traded new clothes, isn't that strange?
Well, the student ID card was from 1950's Kyungnam High School
And there were pictures of a student and an about 40 year old
Actually, That just little strage
But the buyer kept dreaming nightmares after buying the jean
Someone was keeping to watch the buyer
He thought he was the master of a student ID.
That happened about one time in two days, and then one day, only the buyer's house in the whole apartment got out of electricity
Apartments usually get black outed together
But, the houses around weren't blacked out
It's really weird, isn't it?
But you know, at some point, you get chills, right?
The buyer suddenly got goose bumps and saw beneath and someone was raising his right hand, as if telling to give something
Perhaps he has come to get his student ID card?
This story also has no ending, but the buyer would've solved it since he or she is writing it on the Internet
Guys.. I got goose bumps
I've talked about five things.

I really can't take scary things, But I did.
Finally, I did!
I really can't take scary things, and researching this was so scary
I'm scared telling this and I think I'll get scared editing it
Well, even there are these types of stories

And since clothes are expensive these days, you can buy them cheap at vintage shops
So, I like that too

LEGO City Wild River Escape review! 60176 - Duration: 6:33.hello this is the LEGO City wild river escape set features a cop in a speedboat
versus a criminal in a raft with one paddle and a skunk I guess this is a bit
of a step up for the criminal faction if you will from that set from about a year
ago that featured a cop in a speedboat versus a guy in a tire with one pedal
and no skunk I like this speedboat it's modest in size only six studs wide but
it has some length and it looks kind of sleek it looks like it would be a pretty
fast pursuit craft and it has some lights around the sides they use just
three stickers on this in total it is able to just barely fit a passenger in
this case would be a criminal to go behind the driver there behind the
little roll bar yeah I think it it's it's cool you know it just it doesn't
look too fancy to special you can bring the outboard up it's nice when they do
that although it doesn't look like it has much in the way of a prop there but
I appreciate the fact that this is designed to work on the ground where
most kids are actually going to be playing with it you know normally when
they do ones that have the the prop it's either something really large and then
it's above ground or it's actually kind of stick down and make the thing come up
in in the back if you put it down all the way so this is nice has inverted
tiles on the underside so this is able to skim over surfaces pretty easily and
yeah there's just your one spot to barely put somebody back there so I
think this does everything that it needs to do and the build is fine
the criminals raft though is possibly a little bit more interesting to me it's
not a type of craft that I like more than the speedboat but there's just more
going on with this build and everything that goes with it I mean you've got the
the two pontoons that I'm assuming are either inflatable or rigid inflatable
pontoons and then you know the guy sits on one of
them man he paddles away furiously trying to get away with his cargo now he
has the skunk who
is taking a little bit of a free ride here is hitchhiking along I don't think
it was the intent of the criminal to keep the skunk with him probably just
hopped on at the last minute cuz hey maybe it's a criminal as well
it's trying to get away from the cops but you've got this container here this
chest has some stuff in it and that's kind of a broken top that's partly
broken open here but it's just kind of the stowaway hideaway container of goods
as well as a tool of the trade for the criminal there so it just has a
few gems in it that looked like they could probably be pretty valuable and
there's plenty of space to put that there so you know you could use this
with other sets put other criminals on here as well start to you know add more
to the scene you put other cargo on there other materials that have been
stolen you could just dump all this stuff right in there you can see how
much you know you just imagine how much stuff you could actually build up there
if you want the skunk can come along with other people and with cargo they're
just you know lots places that you can put things here so it's just to me it's
just something that that asks to be used in more different ways you know use your
imagination it's such a simple thing but I don't know it just seems like a good
basis for a building toy for me with all those those spots to connect things and
with all that open space to do with as you please
I took the lifejacket off the policeman so you can see his torso print better I
think that's a really good looking torso SAN blue is the base color and you see
it has three layers of clothing suggested here a little bit of depth
with the folded over collars and some pretty fine lines used they also give us
the printed legs but the the line thickness for those seems a little bit a
little bit larger a little bit out of place like an older print almost just
differences in in style and interpretation between different graphic
designers I'm assuming and then the kind of wannabe mountain man criminal is
still wearing his jail suit beneath his jacket
beyond the stripes there I think it's a pretty good print I just wish they
wouldn't always include the stripes I'd talk about that all the time he's got
his man bun going on back here and in the back again on the back of the police
torso fine lines and just a nice look it doesn't look like it's trying to be too
fancy or too high-class it still looks like a lego thing it just looks just
looks good to me there's your alternate face for when
this guy gets caught or possibly just when he has been stuck up when he's been
hit by the skunk although maybe this isn't quite a skunk afflicted face just
yet I think he would look even more distressed than that so this is probably
just when he's gotten caught and there's how the boat looks with both the cop in
there and the criminal being taken away as far as I can tell the skunky is
nothing new it's just the exact same mold of course as before and I believe
the same print as well looks pretty good though this is an OK set I think that it
would be pretty fun to play with for a lot of kids keep in mind that the boats
do not float and that goes for both of them but I think that it's well set up
for the most standard play patterns of just being on a carpet or table or
whatever I do feel like the u.s. price of this is a bit high for the volume of
stuff you get just subjectively I wish there is a little bit more I think the
UK price is very reasonable by comparison so you know it's just one
of those variances where maybe you don't end up getting the best value but not a
bad set I just wish it was a little bit cheaper but that just does it for my
thoughts on this one so I'm gonna get to work on the next video which will be
coming out pretty soon stay tuned I'll catch it in

Low Carb Crab Stuffed Mushrooms with a Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce – Keto Appetizer - Duration: 3:51.Welcome all! Papa G here. Today I present what some may call an appetizer, but I
like as a meal all on its own... low carbohydrate crab stuffed mushrooms with a
savory lemon butter garlic sauce. A very easy recipe to make and has less than
four carbohydrates per serving. Let's get started. We'll begin by pouring 8 ounces of crab
meat into a medium mixing bowl. Add 2 ounces of softened cream cheese; 3
tablespoons of sour cream; 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese; some fresh
chopped chives; minced garlic; some salt; black pepper; some Old Bay seasoning; and
just a bit of cayenne pepper. Give that a good mix to incorporate thoroughly. Cover
with some plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator while we prep the mushrooms.
I'll be using baby Bella or cremini mushrooms for this recipe. We'll need
about 16 ounces. Prep the mushrooms by removing and discarding the stems. With a
small spoon, gently remove the gills and make the cavity just a bit larger. Don't
run the mushrooms under water or soak them too clean. They're like sponges and
they'll soak up a lot of moisture. Instead, just use a damp towel and wipe
them clean. Remove the crab meat from the refrigerator and stir to loosen. You can
substitute a 9 by 13 inch baking dish here, but I wanted an excuse to use my
new individual baking dishes I received for Christmas. Fill each mushroom cap
with about a teaspoon of the crab meat mixture. This next step adds a nice
texture to the recipe. After filling the mushrooms gently press the top to some
ground pork rinds. Continue until all the mushrooms are filled.
Place the baking dishes on a cookie sheet and place in the middle of a preheated 350°F
oven for 15 minutes. While our mushrooms bake, we'll work on our sauce.
To a sauce pot on medium-high heat, add 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter and about
a half a tablespoon of minced garlic; add some fresh chopped chives and the juice
of one lemon. When the butter is melted, reduce the heat to medium-low and let stew.
After the mushrooms have baked for 15 minutes, remove them from the oven.
Now equally distribute the butter sauce over the tops of each and place back in the
oven for 5 additional minutes. Remove, and add some dried parsley to the tops. Plate
and serve. The aroma of this dish will call your guests before you do. Very soft
and creamy - and the pork rinds add just the right amount of texture... delicious!

Rezervația "Popasul Păsărilor" SÂNPAUL "Bird Sanctuary" Reserve (Transylvania, Romania) - Duration: 8:32.
We are in the south-eastern part of Transylvania, in the southern extremity of Harghita County
The fishpond system occupies a depression area on the left (eastern) bank of the Homorodu Mare River
The village of Sânpaul (Homoródszentpál, in Hungarian) is seen beyond the lakes and is located about 20 km south of Odorheiu Secuiesc
The fish farm was made in the years 1982-1985, the lakes being arranged above a massive of salt
There are several saltness and salt springs in the area
In 1896, tools have been discovered that prove the exploitation of salt during the Roman period
The fish farm (Agropisc Limited) comprises several fishponds totaling 160 hectares of water
The modernized road in the picture, from Sânpaul to Ocland, passes through the middle of the piscicultural farm
The bird protection area has been established on a smaller area since the 1980s
Through the laws 137/1995 and 5/2000 was set up the Nature Reserve "Popasul Păsarilor de la Sânpaul" ("Bird Sanctuary from Sânpaul")
The reserve has 210 hectares, covering the fishponds and the surrounding area
We are at the end of July, in the pond area from the village, north of the road
Draw attention to us the floating nests of the Great crested grebe (Podiceps cristatus), the females being in the brooded period
The reserve is remarkable by the very large number, namely 256 bird species inventored
Of these, only about 63 species nest here, most of which are passage (migratory) or casual birds
The loons and the divers (fumitorys) are adapted to an almost exclusively aquatic life
Great crested grebe and Little grebe nest regularly here
The floating nests of the Great crested grebe (in picture) are built together by both partners
Of the long-legged birds, we mention the storks and the herons
There are 12-18 pairs of white storks nesting in the village, and in the woods about 2 pairs of black storks
Part of the herons (grey - night - little bittern) nest, others (squacco - purple) are passage (migrators)
Anothers passage birds are great and little egret, the great bittern, rarely the common spoonbill and the glossy ibis
From the family of anseriforms appear geese, ducks and swans
Of the ducks nest four species (including the ferruginous duck, very rare), and 11 species are passage birds
Other passage birds are the swans, the greater white-fronted goose, the common shelduck, some geese
Among the birds of prey they are the osprey (fish only), the common buzzard, the lesser spotted eagle, the commnon kestrel, the hobby
Of the group of reed birds, nesting here, are the water rail, the common coot, the spotted crake, the common moorhen, the plover and the northern lapwing
Of the limicola (shore) birds, on notice the snipes, the little stint, the marsh sandpiper, the sanderling and the whimbrel
Sometimes nest species of sandpipers (common, red shank, green)
The pipits and the wagtails are grassy birds, small but with long legs and thin beak
We are now in mid-September
It's been a month and a half since we saw the Great crested grebe brooding in floating nests
Now we see the baby birds swiming with their parents
The warblers (genus Sylvia) are small birds singing loudly and nesting on reed stems, often parasited by cuckoo
Among the species, one can mention the Savi's warbler (singing like the crickets) and the warblers (sedge - great reed - reed)
Of the birds that feed mainly on fish and are well suited for both flight and swimming, there are the gulls and the terns
Nest only the black-headed gulls, other gulls, terns and marsh terns species being passage birds
The Nature Reserve "Bird Sanctuary" is a semi-salt wet area with fishponds and ponds
The custodians sof the reserve are the "Lost World" Speo-Touristic and Nature Protection Association of Baraolt,
Baraolt Forest District and Carpaterra Association
The reserve can be visited under special conditions
On the southern side of the road there are two fishponds used for sport and recreational fishing
The payment for fishing (one day, or subscription) is made at the ticket office here, situated between the two ponds
Fishing conditions are strictly regulated
"Szentpáli halastó" ("The Fishpond from Sânpaul", in Hungarian)
A little to the east of the ticket office we see the headquarter of the fish farm (Agropisc Limited)
In the pond in front of the farm is this old wooden cottage, the former House of Salt
From here, before 1985, the villagers could take brine twice a week
In the area of Homorod rivers (in Lueta, Meresti and Martinis) there are such fountains with brine
The Salt Houses are a tradition, social and cultural phenomena in this area (see videos made by me)
A little further to the east (also south of the road) is the second pond for recreational and sport fishing
In the picture, people come to fishing and relaxation,
and here the road from Sânpaul to Ocland passing through the middle of the fishery
In the two fishing ponds there are beautiful catches made and competitions are also organized
On the left, north of the road, we see one of the ponds used for fish farming
The Sânpaul fishfarm has as activity the carp farming in polyculture
In addition to carp, there are also related species: the bighead carp, the grass carp and the silver carp)
There are also the sheatfish (wels catfish), the pike-perch, the (northern) pike, the Prussian carp and others
