In the late 80's, Japan was importing

fewer cars to the U.S.

To make up for lost sales, the main Japanese automakers

introduced luxury brands

that could be sold

(cash register dings)

for more money.

Thus, Infiniti, Lexus, and Acura were born.

Honda based Acura's models on existing Honda platforms,

but the Integra wasn't just a Civic with a body kit,

no, sir.

The Integra had disc brakes on all four wheels,

re-tuned suspension, and,

oh, yeah, pop-up headlights.

It was also powered by a new

dual-overhead cam inline-4.

The Integra was pure and simple fun.

In the first gen's four years,

Acura sold almost a quarter of a million of them.

The second gen Integra arrived in 1990,

Just like Jonathan Lipnicki.

- Do you know bees and dogs can smell fear?

- It had a bigger engine,

an independent double-wishbone suspension,

which would become a signature Integra feature.

In 1992, Acura gave us the Integra GSR,

and helped usher in

the most legendary tech in the land of Honda.

(engine roaring sharply)

- [Commercial Announcer] Honda.

VTEC.

- What is VTEC, you ask, grandma?

Well, it stands for variable valve timing

and lift electronic control.

I can see why they shortened it a little.

Here's how it works.

Each cylinder has three intake lifters

instead of two, like a normal engine.

While you're cruising along,

taking it easy, the two outside lifters

are riding on a pretty mellow cam profile.

The valves aren't open for very long,

which saves gas.

But, once you put your

foot down,

oil pressure engages some pins hiding

in that extra middle lifter, and all hell breaks loose!

The lifters get locked into a more radical cam profile,

letting more air and gas into the cylinder,

which means, more power!

VTEC just kicked in, yo!

Bah!

This genius technology made it feel like

you had two different engines in your car.

A little, efficient baby one,

for driving your grandma to her boyfriend's house,

and a fire-breathing monster,

for when you want to scare the crap out of him!

Dude, Troy, I get it.

Gram-gram looks great, for a woman her age,

but if you break her heart, I swear to God,

I'ma break your neck!

The TEC-E got even better in '94,

with the release of the third generation.

It had an all-new chassis,

with the new 1.8-liter VTEC motor,

making more horsepower.

And, the refreshed front end

featured the now iconic twin headlights.

While other luxury brands like Cadillac, Mercedes,

even Infiniti, were making big, boxy couches on wheels,

Acura was turning their image of luxury vehicle

into more of a sports car.

In 1995, Acura made the GSR even sportier,

with more aggressive suspension, a spoiler,

and badges, to let people know...

Hey!

This is a freakin' GSR!

But the best was yet to come.

Because, in 1997, Acura gave us what some might say

is the greatest front-wheel drive car

of all time.

The Integra Type R.

Simply put, the Integra Type R

was a bombshell in the import scene.

Acura abandoned all pretenses of luxury,

to prove that they could make the best

sports car in all of the land.

Its entire function

was to be as light and as rigid as possible.

It didn't have A/C or a sunroof.

No cruise control, or rear wipers.

Acura was so focused on cutting weight,

that the Type R didn't even have vanity mirrors

in the visors.

This thing was a race car.

They freaking seam-welded it.

Google seam welding.

It's thing they do to race cars.

Putting the Type R on a diet

made it 140 pounds lighter

than the GSR.

In the U.S., the Type R was only available

in championship white from '97 to '98.

The car disappeared in '99, just like my dad.

- You'd know I'd take you with me, if I could.

(car tires screech)

- But, when it came back in 2000,

you could also get it in black,

and pheonix yellow.

It's not named after that town in Arizona.

It's named after the freakin' bird

that died and came back on fire.

Dumbledore's pet!

Jean Grey!

Wolverine's girlfriend!

Also, Cyclops's wife?

The DC2 Type R got its power from a very special motor.

The B18C5.

It had a lighter flywheel.

The connecting rods were torqued by hand.

The intake ports were hand-polished.

That meticulous attention to detail

is usually reserved for big-time race cars,

which makes sense because,

that's what the Type R had become.

Acura even had the piston skirts coated with mol...

Molydb,

denium.

Molybdenium?

Molybdenum.

Yeah, I really liked those condos.

In fact, molybdenum!

(giggles)

Acura even had the piston skirts coated with molybdenum.

Now, I'm gonna be honest here, guys.

I don't know what molybdenum is,

but it sounds like a freakin' X-Men metal.

And I want Wolverine claws made out of it,

to reduce friction as I'm stabbing through my enemies.

Watch out, dad!

Baby's got molybdenum.

(claws screeching)

With the Type R and NSX in their stable,

Acura was now the leader in Japanese performance.

Even though they were supposed to be a luxury brand.

The U.S. got a totally redesigned Integra in 2002.

While it was still called the Honda Integra back in Japan,

Acura decided to give all of their cars

boring alphanumeric designations instead of real names.

The Integra was now the RSX.

The RSX was completely new, from the ground up.

Acura designed the car with a

more mature market buyer in mind.

Someone with their shit together,

just like Craig, Jessica's new husband.

It no longer had

double wishbone double wishbone suspension,

which is kind of what made the Integra so special.

But, critics still praised the car's spirited handling.

In the U.S., the RSX was available in two trim levels.

The bass-making 160 horsepower,

and the RSX Type S, making 200 from the awesome K20A2.

It's a great engine, if you put it in a Civic.

The U.S. did not get an RSX Type R,

which sucks, because Japan did, and it was really sweet.

The new Integra Type R in Japan

was a continuation of Honda's proud Type R tradition.

It came with Brembo four piston disc brakes.

Red Recaro seats.

A new LSD,

a Momo steering wheel.

And, like the Type R of the 90's,

it didn't have any vanity mirrors,

because you know you look dope as hell,

'cause you're driving an Integra Type-R!

It got its power from the K20A.

It had a new version of VTEC, that,

on top of liftered stuff,

could also tune its ignition timing on the fly.

The result was a smoother power delivery,

putting down 217 horsepower.

In 2005, the RSX got an updated exterior,

including a new spoiler, and Enkei wheels, which is cool.

And, in the power department,

the Type S got a new cam shaft.

- Oh, I love it when you say cam shafts.

Whisper it to me.

- Cam shaft, and exhaust package,

giving it 10 more horsepower.

It had more bark, and more bite.

So much so, that Car and Driver called it The Top Dog

in its class.

The RSX ended production in 2006.

It marked the end of two-door sport coupes

in Acura's lineup.

Honda was free to export as many cars

as they wanted to the U.S.,

and didn't need to make up for the gaffe

with Acura, anymore.

The new Civic SI was very similar to the RSX, but cheaper.

There just wasn't room for the RSX anymore.

Today, the tuner scene

is a weird mish-mash of drifting,

time attack, and stance cars.

But, it wasn't always like that.

The Integra was a stand-out car,

from a forgotten time.

People are always talking about the heavy hitters,

like the Supra, RX7, GTR, and even the NSX.

But, the Integra earned a claim

from critics and drivers alike,

by being a really great car.

It was focused, it was simple,

it was the best front-wheel drive,

naturally aspirated car,

of all time.

Hans Zimmer: Playing Hearts from The Lion King [John Williams, Antonio Pinto and Bernard Herrmann] - Duration: 6:17.

Speak music lover!

are you all right

Do you know Hans Zimmer?

For starters he created the songs of two animations

more fucking ever made

"The Lion King"

That was part of my childhood.

and that I knew the color songs

alias in 95 he won the best track oscar

and also a golden globe with "The Lion King"

in pre adolescence

"Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron"

just remembering shivers!

Do you know a cool experiment to see if a movie really is incredible?

Are you watching again?

after adult

and these two are incredibly fuck

especially Spirit!

Songs like "Sound The Bugle" make up the most heartless people get excited

Hans Zimmer does not stop there

he is considered

one of the most incredible composers, is not it!

he made the trail for practically every Nolan movies, the Batman trilogy has songs

exciting, sometimes unnoticed,

but for more discerning ears and eyes

it is clear that the marriage between Zimmer and Nolan

brought the mastery and emotions that are impossible to explain

When do you watch? the trilogy does not realize why you admire

and is so proud of that Batman

a character which has been so often reproduced

but who won another atmosphere with Christopher Nolan and Hans Zimmer

mainly the tracks that make the sensory explode of feelings Good

images and music make the perfect wedding

in their movies

something else that I would like to emphasize is the

"auditory illusion" called "Shepard Tone"

which consists of the execution of consecutive sequences

(up - sharper - or to low - more severe

it causes a feeling of anguish in the viewer because he always

tense with what is happening, after all the trail does not relieve, it always seems

is coming at a glance, but this summit never arrives, that is, you get stuck glazed

in the chair watching the movie

Hans Zimmer used this technique mainly in Interstellar, Batman trilogy

and now in Dunkirk, pure technique!

Hans Zimmer is too talented, the guy already produced music even for games like call of dutty!

I've been studying a little and listening a lot. the tracks, wanted to share with you,

but it would be unfair not to mention John Williams who created great classic tracks

as a "Jaws"

E.T., Starwars

neither I can not quote Antonio Pinto again

excellent composer, one of the best Brazilians!

created beautiful trails like "Central do Brasil" in my opinion one of the most beautiful tracks ever made

"city of god" was his too! "Senna," "Amy," "Lord of War" Behind the Sun etc.

and last but not least Bernard Herrmann, who became a citizen

kane,, Taxi driver, created the great classic of Attack on Psychosis Shower

vertigo

And you know that hoot of kill bill?

Herrman was the one who created it.

well I hope you have liked it, subscribe on the channel not to lose new videos, then

SUPER NOVIDADE PARA 2018 - Duration: 5:55.

Hey! What up YouTube and Facebook?

It's Mairo Vergara and today I have a HUGE...

Really Huge with capital H

H-H-H-H-H-Huge announcement for you guys --

For 2018 all my videos are going to be 100% in English

What?

With of course, English subtitles, Portuguese subtitles, and a transcript for you guys if

you want to use the video as a resource for your English learning.

WOW

The reason why I'm transitioning from doing videos in Portuguese to doing videos in English

with the subtitles --

It's just because I've got to be really honest with you guys

I've done a lot of videos -- a LOT of videos

I've been doing videos for -- I don't know -- two, three, four years probably, I don't know

I started with the "dicas" -- the tips.

And the original "dicas" -- English tips -- were about how to learn the language

That's my approach to language learning.

I don't teach English itself.

It's more along the lines of coach or a guide

So I guide you in your language learning journey.

I'm going to tell you what to do, how to do it, and what content you have to use,

and then you study.

That's my approach to language learning.

You know, a lot of people like videos, especially on YouTube.

I'm being really honest with you guys.

Especially on YouTube, if you do videos like "verb to be" --

my video of all the verb "to be" almost a million views.

You do present perfect.

You do the difference between "X" and "Y."

You do a simple past.

If you do those kinds of videos, you get a lot of views.

That was one of the reasons.

Because back in the day, I really wanted to broaden my audience, and that's the reason

why I've done so many of those videos.

But again, being really sincere, being really honest --

videos like this, like this, although they are good...

If you have a test tomorrow on the verb "to be" and you watch the video and you learn

and you pass the test, that's pretty good.

But language learning-wise, if we think about it, if you really want to learn English

What you've got to be doing is watching stuff in English.

I always talk about that, and I will always talk about that, which is --

you need a lot of exposure. You need to read a lot of stuff in the language,

and you need to listen, listen, listen, again and again

and listen over and over again, and again, and over again,

to the point of exhaustion, of insanity.

It's immersion, you know? You have to listen so much.

Even if you're not in the United States, if you're in Brazil, you've got to be reading

and listening at least one hour a day

Ideally more, like two, three, four hours a day -- as much as humanly possible.

That's what you've got to do.

And going back to the videos -- when I do the videos, "simple present", "verb to be", whatever,

the subject doesn't really matter.

A lot of people tell me -- they tell me "Mairo, I'm learning English"

And I say -- yeah?

What are you doing?

Tell me what's your study routine?

Are you going through... taking my course?

And they tell me -- I'm watching your videos on YouTube.

And I think -- OK, that's nice.

You're going to learn about the verb "to be" and some phrase of verbs

But the videos are in Portuguese, so you're not getting that exposure to the language

BUT...

Let's say you watch six videos, and each video is ten minutes long.

You're going to get one hour of videos.

You learn the phrase of verbs.

You learn how to say "that."

You learn how to say "this."

But still, it's one hour where most of the time you are listening to Portuguese.

That's not ideal.

The ideal is one hour of English.

Even more...

Preferably...

This word's so hard to pronounce.

PREFERABLY.

Pre-fer-ab-ly...

I think that's proper pronunciation.

The thing is, you've got to be watching videos in English.

Just English.

One hour of English.

But Mairo -- I'm a beginner.

I don't understand the language.

"How can I watch a video 100% in English, when I don't understand 1% of the language?"

"I'm watching your video right now with subtitles in Portuguese because if I turn on English

subtitles, I'm not going to understand."

That's what you're going to tell me, probably.

What I'm going to tell you is, if you're a beginner, if you're a super-beginner

you're not at a stage where you're able to watch videos in English with English subtitles,

or without subtitles.

What you're going to do, is you're going to download my book

Como Aprender Inglês – O guia definitivo

OK, I'm going to leave the link here down below in the description of this video.

Or up here, if you are watching on Facebook.

Just download the book. The book is in Portuguese.

It's a very thin book, like 100 pages long.

You can read it in one hour, two hours, three hours.

Just sit down, read the book, and you will apply the methods,

and you will start learning the language.

Then, as soon as you are able to watch the videos 100% in English,

you come here to my channel and watch the videos.

Of course, you can watch the old videos DICAS de INGLES Videos -- tips on how to learn English.

They're all in Portuguese.

They are going to... [ My kids are going crazy... OK, no problem... ]

You're going to learn some things, like verb "to be," the present perfect, the simple present.

You can do that.

But for 2018, all the videos are in English.

OK? So that was the announcement.

By the way, we're going to continue not only with the videos in English, like this video

here, that I'm shooting for you guys

but also the English conversations, which are pretty interesting.

So if you want to learn English in 2018, if you want to expose yourself to the language

prepare yourself, because I'm coming for you with a lot of videos 100% in English.

"But I'm a beginner -- I'm not going to understand."

Remember.

I'm going to provide you with subtitles.

So even beginners can watch with subtitles in Portuguese.

If you are a little bit more advanced, you turn on subtitles in English.

And if you are really advanced, you can go with zero subtitles, which is pretty good.

I think it's not difficult, because I'm a non-native speaker.

So my English is naturally a little bit easier to understand, a little bit easier to understand

than a native speaker.

That's it, guys.

Please leave your comments down below and let me know if you like this new idea of videos

only in English for the channel.

I'll see you all in the next video.

Bye.

But, once you put your

foot down,

oil pressure engages some pins hiding

in that extra middle lifter, and all hell breaks loose!

The lifters get locked into a more radical cam profile,

letting more air and gas into the cylinder,

which means, more power!

VTEC just kicked in, yo!

Bah!

This genius technology made it feel like

you had two different engines in your car.

A little, efficient baby one,

for driving your grandma to her boyfriend's house,

and a fire-breathing monster,

for when you want to scare the crap out of him!

Dude, Troy, I get it.

Gram-gram looks great, for a woman her age,

but if you break her heart, I swear to God,

I'ma break your neck!

The TEC-E got even better in '94,

with the release of the third generation.

It had an all-new chassis,

with the new 1.8-liter VTEC motor,

making more horsepower.

And, the refreshed front end

featured the now iconic twin headlights.

While other luxury brands like Cadillac, Mercedes,

even Infiniti, were making big, boxy couches on wheels,

Acura was turning their image of luxury vehicle

into more of a sports car.

In 1995, Acura made the GSR even sportier,

with more aggressive suspension, a spoiler,

and badges, to let people know...

Hey!

This is a freakin' GSR!

But the best was yet to come.

Because, in 1997, Acura gave us what some might say

is the greatest front-wheel drive car

of all time.

The Integra Type R.

Simply put, the Integra Type R

was a bombshell in the import scene.

Acura abandoned all pretenses of luxury,

to prove that they could make the best

sports car in all of the land.

Its entire function

was to be as light and as rigid as possible.

It didn't have A/C or a sunroof.

No cruise control, or rear wipers.

Acura was so focused on cutting weight,

that the Type R didn't even have vanity mirrors

in the visors.

This thing was a race car.

They freaking seam-welded it.

Google seam welding.

It's thing they do to race cars.

Putting the Type R on a diet

made it 140 pounds lighter

than the GSR.

In the U.S., the Type R was only available

in championship white from '97 to '98.

The car disappeared in '99, just like my dad.

- You'd know I'd take you with me, if I could.

(car tires screech)

- But, when it came back in 2000,

you could also get it in black,

and pheonix yellow.

It's not named after that town in Arizona.

It's named after the freakin' bird

that died and came back on fire.

Dumbledore's pet!

Jean Grey!

Wolverine's girlfriend!

Also, Cyclops's wife?

The DC2 Type R got its power from a very special motor.

The B18C5.

It had a lighter flywheel.

The connecting rods were torqued by hand.

The intake ports were hand-polished.

That meticulous attention to detail

is usually reserved for big-time race cars,

which makes sense because,

that's what the Type R had become.

Acura even had the piston skirts coated with mol...

Molydb,

denium.

Molybdenium?

Molybdenum.

Yeah, I really liked those condos.

In fact, molybdenum!

(giggles)

Acura even had the piston skirts coated with molybdenum.

Now, I'm gonna be honest here, guys.

I don't know what molybdenum is,

but it sounds like a freakin' X-Men metal.

And I want Wolverine claws made out of it,

to reduce friction as I'm stabbing through my enemies.

Watch out, dad!

Baby's got molybdenum.

(claws screeching)

With the Type R and NSX in their stable,

Acura was now the leader in Japanese performance.

Even though they were supposed to be a luxury brand.

The U.S. got a totally redesigned Integra in 2002.

While it was still called the Honda Integra back in Japan,

Acura decided to give all of their cars

boring alphanumeric designations instead of real names.

The Integra was now the RSX.

The RSX was completely new, from the ground up.

Acura designed the car with a

more mature market buyer in mind.

Someone with their shit together,

just like Craig, Jessica's new husband.

It no longer had

double wishbone double wishbone suspension,

which is kind of what made the Integra so special.

But, critics still praised the car's spirited handling.

In the U.S., the RSX was available in two trim levels.

The bass-making 160 horsepower,

and the RSX Type S, making 200 from the awesome K20A2.

It's a great engine, if you put it in a Civic.

The U.S. did not get an RSX Type R,

which sucks, because Japan did, and it was really sweet.

The new Integra Type R in Japan

was a continuation of Honda's proud Type R tradition.

It came with Brembo four piston disc brakes.

Red Recaro seats.

A new LSD,

a Momo steering wheel.

And, like the Type R of the 90's,

it didn't have any vanity mirrors,

because you know you look dope as hell,

'cause you're driving an Integra Type-R!

It got its power from the K20A.

It had a new version of VTEC, that,

on top of liftered stuff,

could also tune its ignition timing on the fly.

The result was a smoother power delivery,

putting down 217 horsepower.

In 2005, the RSX got an updated exterior,

including a new spoiler, and Enkei wheels, which is cool.

And, in the power department,

the Type S got a new cam shaft.

- Oh, I love it when you say cam shafts.

Whisper it to me.

- Cam shaft, and exhaust package,

giving it 10 more horsepower.

It had more bark, and more bite.

So much so, that Car and Driver called it The Top Dog

in its class.

The RSX ended production in 2006.

It marked the end of two-door sport coupes

in Acura's lineup.

Honda was free to export as many cars

as they wanted to the U.S.,

and didn't need to make up for the gaffe

with Acura, anymore.

The new Civic SI was very similar to the RSX, but cheaper.

There just wasn't room for the RSX anymore.

Today, the tuner scene

is a weird mish-mash of drifting,

time attack, and stance cars.

But, it wasn't always like that.

The Integra was a stand-out car,

from a forgotten time.

People are always talking about the heavy hitters,

like the Supra, RX7, GTR, and even the NSX.

But, the Integra earned a claim

from critics and drivers alike,

by being a really great car.

It was focused, it was simple,

it was the best front-wheel drive,

naturally aspirated car,

of all time.

DROPSHIPPING Tips and Tricks: 16 Ways Beginners Can Achieve Success [ACTIONABLE] - Duration: 10:25.

Dropshipping is a great business model.

It's low risk, low cost, easy to start up, and is highly automated.

But, if you're brand new to entrepreneurship, there's still quite a bit to learn.

Hey what's up world, I'm Tommy Walker with Oberlo, and today I'm going to give

you 16 different tips for when you're brand new to dropshipping.

If you have any questions, or want to share your experiences with dropshipping, drop them

in the comments below, and I'll be sure to get back to you.

Like I said before, I'm Tommy Walker, and if you like what we're talking about here,

consider subscribing, so you can get new videos every week.

Alright, let's jump right in.

1.

Focus on Mastering Marketing With so many aspects of dropshipping being

automated, you'll have more time to focus on marketing.

Sure, tweaking your website, designing logos, and creating graphics is a lot of fun, but,

if you're not actively working to get the right products, in front of the right people,

at the right time, all that time spent making the "perfect" website will go to waste.

A beautiful website with no visitors is like a "tree falls in the woods" scenario,

where if nobody really sees it, does it really even exist?

Don't get me wrong, design is important, but, if you're not also focused on getting

your beautiful website in front of people, you're never going to get any sales.

That's why you also need to invest in driving traffic.

That could mean through Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media, video marketing or partnering with

influencers.

Honestly, there are a ton of different marketing strategies and tactics you can drive traffic,

which is why I always advise new marketers to focus on the small handful of techniques

that come the most naturally.

Fortunately for you, we've got a ton of resources in the description below to help

get you on the right path.

2.

Create Compelling Offers You know what I love about online shopping?

Sales.

You know what I like even better?

Bundle deals on complementary products.

Because dropshipping can be highly competitive, really think about how you can make buying

from YOU, and building a relationship with YOU even more enticing.

This could mean anything from selectively offering "buy one, get one half off" deals,

to bundling multiple complementary items at a discounted rate, to offering a significant

discount on your visitors first purchase IF they register for an account.

Look at your offer from your visitor's perspective, and ask, "what's in it for me?"

If the offer isn't objectively good or amazing, you should rethink it.

By making offers that are difficult to ignore, you stand a much better chance at converting

more of the traffic you're driving.

3.

Avoid Underpricing Your Products

Now, I know this may sound counter to my previous tip, but avoid racing to the bottom on price

just to remain competitive.

Offering a lower overall cost on bundled products, or through "buy one get one half off"

sales is not the same as selling your entire inventory at just above cost.

This is a massive mistake I see new ecommerce entrepreneurs make all the time, where they're

not making any sales, and suddenly everything in their store is on sale.

Offering everything at rock-bottom prices can have a massive negative impact on a new

brand, and can make the brand feel… cheap.

If you're not making sales, don't jump to assuming it's your prices that are holding

you back.

Instead, reevaluate how you're driving traffic, and the offers you're making.

It's better to find new ways to drive traffic than it is to slash prices, because first

it's hard to raise them again, and second, you still have to pay the bills.

4.

Remove Bad Suppliers Quickly While most AliExpress suppliers are easy to

work with, reliable, and offer good products, sometimes a bad apple or two slip through.

With thousands of AliExpress suppliers, you can easily replace a bad supplier.

Many suppliers sell similar products, allowing you to sometimes even sell the exact same

product but from another manufacturer.

If you notice suppliers don't use the shipping delivery method you've chosen or consistently

ship faulty products, then you can easily remove their products from your store.

Again, this isn't very common.

Suppliers know that by offering quality service you'll continue bringing them more sales.

Also, if you want to minimize your chances of partnering with a bad supplier, check out

Oberlo Supply, which is a network of pre-screened suppliers we work with that are consistent

with their quality, support, and service.

5.

Automate as much of your business as possible With dropshipping tools like Oberlo, many

aspects of your dropshipping business will already be automated, but there is always

always room to take more off your plate.

Tools like Kit can help you automate tasks like advertising, retargeting, emails and

more, while other tools like Buffer can help you schedule your social media postings.

Other tools like Zapier can help you connect your Shopify store to other tools like Quickbooks

for Bookkeeping, Google sheets for order backups, and Hubspot for customer relationship management.

For more information on ecommerce automation, check out the the link in the description

below.

6.

Make sure your website is presentable

You would be shocked to see how many entrepreneurs launch their dropshipping websites with missing

images, placeholder text, and no discernable categorization to their products.

Unfortunately, when you're sending traffic to a website that can't be navigated, it

reeks of unprofessionalism, and immediately diminishes the trust and credibility of your

brand.

Before launching your store, take a look at other websites in your niche.

What does their home page look like?

What's the format of the copy on their product page?

Do their images include logos on them?

What types of pages does their website have?

Which features or apps does the store include on their website?

After taking notes about the look and layout of different stores in your niche, browse

through the Shopify app store to find apps that will mimic the most common features you've

found in your research.

Product reviews, ratings, and email capture are among the most common features of ecommerce

stores.

You can also add pages to feature your refund policies, FAQs, shipping information, and

more.

7.

General Store vs Niche Store

While a lot of advice out there, including our own, will tell you to start with a niche

store, the truth is, sometimes you don't want to sell just one type of thing.

In reality, general stores, while they can be a lot more work, between keeping products

organized and categorized, and marketing to different demographics, are great starter

stores as they force you to think more broadly.

On the other hand, if you want to put the work into researching and validating a niche,

a niche store can allow you to narrow in on finding, and marketing to, the right audience.

The running niche would be an example of a niche within the fitness vertical.

While there's still a ton of competition for running gear and accessories, it's not

nearly as broad as if you were to sell a wide variety of fitness gear.

This really all boils down to one question, "what do you have the tolerance for?"

If you can answer that honestly, and are confident you can drive traffic, you'll be all set.

8.

Be prepared to pivot… fast There are all sorts of unexpected challenges

and adversity that will come up, because at the end of the day, you're running a business.

A supplier may stop carrying a product, a new trend may emerge suddenly, your customers

may hate a product you've added to your store, or one of your ads may be scaling really

well and you'll need to take a loan to continue supporting the growth.

Pivots aren't good or bad, really, but they do require you to be flexible and decisive

when the moment is necessary.

9.

Offer exceptional customer service

There are ways to stand out when you're selling similar products to other companies.

While you may think that offering refunds and responding to inquiries is the role of

customer service, that's just where the job starts.

Tell jokes, write thank you cards, send surprises, and go out of your way to make them feel special.

Like the poet Maya Angelou said, "People will forget what you said.

People will forget what you did.

But people will never forget how you made them feel."

10.

Use Data to Inform Your Inventory Be picky about the products you add to your

store.

Don't just add products because they look nice and you'd like it for yourself.

Look at the data – are these products getting sales and positive feedback?

When evaluating products from your supplier, check to see the order volume, reviews, and

customer photos, and seller ratings to ensure you're partnering with a trustworthy supplier.

11.

Always choose ePacket As a dropshipper, you're free to sort products

based on ePacket shipping.

Since ePacket shipping is the fastest affordable shipping method, you'll be able to ensure

quick delivery to customers without breaking the bank.

On average, ePacket shipping costs under $5 for most products, and will make sure your

customers will get your products between 7 and 20 business days, and often much faster.

If you want to learn more about ePacket, click on the link in the description below.

12.

Be Active Daily Dropshipping isn't an automated business,

and there is no overnight success.

While you likely won't need to put in 8 hours a day, you do need to spend at least

an hour every day to grow your store.

Each day you'll need to process orders, respond to customer inquiries promptly, drive

traffic, and generally just make sure everything's running smoothly.

This is not a "build it and they will come" scenario, and it requires work every single

day to make sure the business is running well.

13.

Import 10-25 items to start

Here's a problem for you - In your excitement to start your dropshipping business, you've

just imported 600 items to your store.

What a great selection you have now, right!?

But then, once you look at your store, you realize, that's 600 product descriptions

you need to edit, 600 titles you need to rewrite, a billion tags you need to come

up with, and 3,000 photos you need to comb to to see which ones you'll have to crop

supplier logos out of.

What do you do?

Most people, myself included, just give up.

Nevermind, this wasn't for me, this is too much work, I quit!

It's much easier to start with a small collection of 10-25 products, that way you can more easily

manage the workload, especially if you're doing this on your own, and after day at your

9-5.

14.

Monitor your competition

Here's a suggestion for you, start a spreadsheet, and include links to all of your primary competitors

websites, social media accounts, and wherever else they're selling online.

Sign up to their email lists, and heck, maybe even buy some of their products.

Once a week, check in on how they're positioning their products, what they're saying in their

emails, what kinds of sales they're running, and how they're retargeting their ads.

This kind of low-level competition monitoring will provide you some insight with how they're

running their business, and can help expose holes in their strategies and may also teach

you some very valuable lessons along the way.

15.

Change the Oberlo Custom Note As a dropshipper, you should change your custom

note to your supplier.

Under Settings, click Suppliers, you'll find Custom Note on the bottom of the page.

Here you can leave a message for all your suppliers.

You'll want something that's relevant to all your suppliers.

Something along the lines of, 'Ship with EPACKET only!

We're dropshipping.

Please no invoices or promotions!'

Since you're only importing ePacket products, it's good to remind suppliers to use ePacket

shipping to ensure customers receive their goods quickly.

It's also important to tell them that we're dropshipping so that they don't add their invoices or

marketing materials in packages.

If you do this, you shouldn't have an issue with suppliers adding their own invoices or

promotions in your packages.

16.

Use Oberlo Supply If you're launching your first dropshipping

store, consider using Oberlo Supply.

Oberlo Supply helps you dropship quality products from trusted suppliers with a wide variety

of products from popular and hidden niches.

The best part about Oberlo Supply is that incoming orders are immediately sent to suppliers

making it great if you're working around a busy schedule.

You'll have more time to focus on marketing so you can make more money.

If you'd like to learn more about Oberlo Supply, click on the card, or follow the link

in the description below.

Democrats' bogus Trump Russia collusion now FALLING APART, s - Duration: 6:24.

Democrats bogus Trump-Russia collusion now FALLING APART, so the NY Times is trying

to CHANGE the narrative

If you still believe that the so-called mainstream media isnt completely in cahoots with

the Democratic Party, this should convince you otherwise.

You may recall that the paper of record was all over the Trump-Russia collusion

narrative early last year, filing several bombshell reports claiming that various

members of President Donald J. Trumps campaign, as well as the candidate himself, were involved

in some nefarious plot with Moscow to steal the election from Hillary Clinton.

Central to this narrative early on was Carter Page, called a foreign policy advisor

by the Times in an April 2017 story that claimed a June 2016 visit by Page to Moscow served

as a catalyst for the F.B.I. investigation into connections between Russia and President

Trumps campaign.

That story, Trump Advisors Visit to Moscow Got the F.B.I.s Attention, left

many Democrats insisting that the smoking gun had been found: Trump colluded, here

is proof, and so when are the impeachment proceedings going to begin?

Only, thats about as far as the story went.

Page vehemently denied any collusion took place, and in any event, serious intelligence

officials noted that the Russian assets far better than Page were in place to have reached

out to the Trump campaign if in fact there was ever going to be any collusion.

Fast-forward to New Years weekend.

The Times ran another lengthy, breathless story intimating that, no, it wasnt Page

who touched off the FBI investigation, it was an even lower-level Trump campaign associate

named George Papadopoulos.

The latest story, How the Russia Inquiry Began: A Campaign Aide, Drinks and Talk of

Political Dirt, claimed that the 28-year-olds booze-induced blather in an upscale London

bar actually triggered the FBI probe.

So which is it, NYTimes?

Page or Papadopoulos?

(Related: NY Times FAKE NEWS alert: Paper claims Russia Papadopoulos bombshell

started Russia collusion probe, not dossier, but it FALLS APART within HOURS.)

Thats the same question former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy wants to know though

he thinks he knows the answer.

Writing at National Review Online, McCarthy says he believes the Times transition from

Page to Papadopoulos is part of an effort by the paper to help Democrats cover up the

real reason behind the FBIs probe: The bogus Trump dossier, a position shared

by a growing number of Republicans in Congress.

Slowly but surely, it has emerged that the Justice Department and FBI very likely

targeted Page because of the Steele dossier, a Clinton-campaign opposition-research screed

disguised as intelligence reporting.

Increasingly, it appears that the Bureau failed to verify Steeles allegations before the

DOJ used some of them to bolster an application for a spying warrant from the FISA court (i.e.,

the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court), he wrote in this weeks column for the magazine.

Lest we forget about who produced the dossier, Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, a member of the House

Judiciary Committee which is probing alleged Russian collusion, had to say about this in

an interview last month with Fox Business Lou Dobbs.

He not only believes that the dossier was used by the FBI to obtain a FISA surveillance

warrant against Team Trump under false pretenses, he believes the bureau paid for part of it.

Lets remember a couple of things about the dossier, Jordan said.

The Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign, which we now know were one

and the same, paid the law firm who paid Fusion GPS who paid Christopher Steele who then paid

Russians to put together a report that we call a dossier full of all kinds of fake news,

National Enquirer garbage and its been reported that this dossier was all dressed

up by the FBI, taken to the FISA court and presented as a legitimate intelligence document

that it became the basis for a warrant to spy on Americans.

He added: There are a couple of fundamental questions here.

Did the FBI pay Christopher Steele?

I asked that of the Attorney General two weeks ago he wouldnt answer the question.

Did they actually vet this dossier?

McCarthy doesnt think so.

He believes that senior FBI and Justice Department officials understood the dossier was pure

political opposition research but dressed it up as legitimate intelligence in order

to snag a FISA warrant.

That means the FBI and Justice were completely politicized and then weaponized to spy on

a rival campaign.

That is unprecedented and its also legally questionable.

Why?

Because, as McCarthy explains, it would mean the FBI obtained a FISA warrant without vetting

and verifying the contents of the dossier beforehand.

Also, it would mean that the Justice Department of a then-incumbent Democratic administration

did not tell the FISA court that the dossier was in fact produced by a Democratic presidential

campaign for use against a Republican rival.

As for the failing New York Times, it is patently clear that the transformation

from Page to Papadopoulos as being the catalyst for the FBIs probe is not only disingenuous

(because neither is true), but also clear evidence that the paper is complicit in a

Democratic attempt to deflect from the fact that the dossier was bogus, and misused, to

attack Team Trump.

World's RAREST Horse Breeds Ever! - Duration: 10:49.

Hi, it's Katrina!

From German horses with very hard to pronounce names to American horses that are almost extinct,

here are 8 of the rarest, most beautiful horses in the world!!

8.

Akhal-Teke This heavenly horse is also the national emblem

of Turkmenistan!

This kind of horse is known worldwide for its speed, endurance, intelligence, and of

course, its beauty.

Did I mention that it can also adapt to severe climatic conditions?

Gosh, what can't it do!?

It is also one of the oldest breed of horses that still exist today.

Maybe.

Scientists can't say for sure, because it's pretty hard to determine our own human history,

let alone horse history!

In any case, the ancestors of this breed date back to horses that lived 3000 years ago!

The famous historian Herodotus even mentioned this horse.

Some say that the Akhal-Teke is a direct descendant of the Turkoman horse, a breed that is now

extinct.

The Akhal-Teke is listed as threatened, which is extremely rare with domestic animals.

This horse is also famous for its metallic sheen, caused by its extremely fine hairs.

It always looks super glossy and shiny no matter what the color.

The younger ancestors of Akhal-Teke were golden, but now it is one of the few horse breeds

that has a wide range of colors.

The 3 main colors are black, bay and red.

The stallions of this breed have influenced many breeds and were often given to Heads

of State and important people in foreign lands.

7.

Sorraia Sorraia is a very rare breed of horse, specific

to the Iberian Peninsula, in the area surrounding the Sorraia River in Portugal.

Hence the name.

Previously the breed was simply known by the locals as "zebro" or "zebra".

This is because newborn foals, were born with hair that would lay in stripe-like patterns.

This horse is known for its primitive features and they lived practically wild on a large

estate until 1999.

When outsiders discovered them in 1920, few could believe that a wild horse subspecies

had survived in Europe for that long.

This entire breed was isolated and unknown to science for such a long time that we don't

really know much about their past.

What we've found out is that they share similar characteristics with Mustangs in the

western part of the United States.

This suggests that Spanish conquistadors took Iberian horses to the Americas during their

trips abroad and one breed must have been the ancestor of the Sorraia.

Today the breed is almost extinct, with less than 200 horses existing as of 2007.

They are mainly found in Portugal, but also in Germany, where they are used for different

things like herding bulls, dressage riding or light harness.

6.

German Forest Horse Also known as the Black Forest Draft Horse,

this horse is a small but very tough draft breed with a high fertility rate and a long

life span.

Even though they are tough, this breed is almost extinct.

They are about 600 years old, and for most of the time, this breed was used almost exclusively

for forestry work because of their immense strength, patience and gentle temperament.

They also have a dark chestnut coat with a flaxen mane and tail, their short head has

small ears and large eyes, their chest is broad, and their legs are trim and strong

with little feathering.

The most common color for them is dark chestnut, but they can also be gray or bay.

They began to decline during the 20th century when their jobs were taken by machines.

Back in 1981 only 160 registered broodmares were reported!

Since then the government stepped in to help protect the Black Forest horse breed and only

the finest stock was used, so now they boast that those that remain are of the best quality.

Today a major breeding center is located at Marbach, where only 16 from a total of 46

State Approved Stallions are located.

The rest are scattered in different private breeding facilities.

5.

Bashkir Curly Horse This breed comes in all sizes, colors and

body types, all with one unique characteristic in common: curly hair!

They are calm, intelligent and appear to enjoy human company.

They have great stamina and a tough build.

They generally have a nice calm temperament which makes them less flighty and skittish

than other kinds of horses.

My mom had an Arabian that would spook at its own shadow!

They are also hypoallergenic – so those of you with allergies to horses most likely

will have no issues being around a Curly Horse!

The level of curly-ness can vary.

This unique gene that makes the hair of Curly Horses curly can be greater or less, changing

from horse to horse.

As with other special breeds of horses, the exact origin of the Bashkir Curly horse is

unknown!

One guess was that they descended from the Russian Bashkir, a Russian breed that was

mostly used as a draft and utility horse.

However after a little research this theory is probably not accurate because breeding

was not very successful and the horses had a low survival rate.

Other hypotheses regarding the origins of the Bashkir Curly Horse exist but they all

failed to prove anything, so until more evidence comes to light, we won't know where the

first curly haired horse came from!

Its origins are one of the greatest mysteries of the horse world!

Even without a clear past, these horses are doing pretty well recently, as they can be

seen in a wide range of equestrian events like Western Riding, Competitive and Endurance

Trail Riding, English Equestrian events and much more!

4.

Falabella A pony or not a pony!

That is the question that surrounds this horse breed called Falabella.

By definition, the main distinction between ponies and horses is height.

A horse is usually considered to be at least 14.2 hands (4 ft 10 in/ 147 cm) tall.

A pony is less than that.

The fun part is that the Falabella horse, despite its size is not considered a pony,

but a miniature horse since it rarely is taller than 8 hands (32in/81cm).

So is it a horse or a pony, or something in between?

The debate is still ongoing. To me it doesn't really matter, either way it's cute!

(Although I used to have a pony and he wasn't very nice!

Falabella's apparently are very friendly and social.)

The name Falabella comes from the family who developed the breed in the 19th Century.

The breed was first established in the 1850's by an Irishman named Patrick Newtall, who

acquired some small horses being kept with Indian tribes.

He transferred his breeding methods and knowledge to his son-in-law Juan Falabella.

Then this knowledge was passed from generation to generation until this day!

Only horses that come from the ranch in Argentina that has a pedigree of uninterrupted bloodlines

originally bred by the Falabella family is a genuine, rare, Falabella horse.

Some breeders are selling mixed breed horses as Falabellas when they are not.

These little guys are small, but they are pretty tough.

They can live up to 50 years!

And despite their size, they look just like any other horse.

They are also intelligent and easy to train, making them perfect for shows, cart driving

or even guide horses!

3.

Gypsy Vanner

This horse, also known as the Irish Cob, is a breed of horse from the British Isles.

It has a very interesting story, as it was not officially recognized until the 90's.

It's not every day that a new breed is discovered!

On a trip to England in 1995, Dennis and Cindy Thompson were fascinated by a colorful stallion

they saw at a farm.

The horse had black and white markings and very hairy legs.

They met the owner, a gypsy named Fred Walker, who was known as "King of the colored horses".

He sold the stallion to the Thompsons and they all decided on the name with the blessings

of the dedicated British Gypsy breeders.

On November 24, 1996 the couple made the world's first registry for this breed under the name

Gypsy Vanner Horse.

"Vanner" is a term that used to describe a horse that was suitable to pull a caravan.

This breed was mainly used to pull carts and caravans all over Europe.

Nowadays, Gypsy horses are used in many equestrian sports!

2.

American Cream Draft Horse

The American Cream horse breed is one of the newest breeds of horses and an American native

– actually the American Cream is THE ONLY draft breed native to the US that still exists!

They come from Iowa and originate from a cream-colored mare named Old Granny.

Her cream-colored coat, pink skin and amber eyes became the defining characteristics of

the breed.

The color of her coat was so unique and beautiful that people named it "gold champagne".

The color of their coat isn't the only thing that makes this breed beautiful.

They have refined heads, wide chests, strong backs and are very muscular.

Females are about 15-16 hands and can weigh around 1600 lbs (700 kg) while stallions can

be about 16 hands and weigh more than 1800 lbs (820 kg)!

The breed is calm, making them a good choice for owners who are new to handling draft horses.

Although it might be hard to get one since they are so rare!

Like many other horses, they suffered from machines taking their jobs.

Just as the breed was getting established, the demand for draft horses dropped.

In the late 50's no more than 200 American Cream Draft horses were registered.

Because of this, the breed was placed on the endangered species list by the American Livestock

Breeds Conservancy.

The good news is that their numbers are still increasing, despite them being critically

rare.

1.

Knabstrupper

The Knabstrupper breed is one of the oldest breed registries in Europe.

Its history is up for debate, but spotted horses were bred in Denmark as long ago as

1671, descended from Spanish horses known as "Tiger Horses".

The original horses were extremely rare and only given to nobility so the original line

died out.

In 1812 spotted horses returned to Denmark with a new bloodline.

It all started with just one mare owned by a Danish butcher name Flaeb.

He purchased it from a Spanish cavalry officer, and named it Flaebehoppen, which literally

translates to Flaeb's mare.

In case anyone got confused!

The mare was dark red with white snowflakes and and white mane and tail, very unique for

the day and very beautiful!

A wealthy landowner who lived in Knabstrupgaard, a manor, bought the horse and all of the horses

today are said to descend from Flaebehoppen.

The Knabstrupper stand out mostly because of their unusual color.

The knabstrupper horse exhibits different patterns, such as the most famous leopard

with white background covered with black, bay or chestnut spots or the blanket, the

snowflake, the snowcap and so on.

They are known for being extremely gentle and are very easily trainable.

Their strength and stamina are also incredible!

Danish officers often used Knabstrupper horses during war!

They are the perfect choice for a war mount, except one minor, but very important, detail:

their color.

Yup, what makes them different and beautiful is a disadvantage on the battlefield.

Because of their eye-catching marks they were easy targets for the enemies!

In the Battle of Isted in 1850 for example, two officers used knabstrupper as mounts.

They both died, but somehow one of the horses survived.

They now come in all shapes and sizes and are a respected breed around the world used

for all kinds of competitions.

Whatever Happened To Mr. Bean? - Duration: 5:15.

British comedy can be a tough sell for audiences outside of the U.K.

But in the early '90s, almost everyone agreed that the bashful, near-silent antics of Mr.

Bean were downright hilarious.

You may have lost track of Rowan Atkinson — the actor behind Mr. Bean — since he

mostly moved on from portraying the beloved character.

But don't be fooled… he's been a busy man.

Here's what Atkinson has been up to post-Bean.

Special appearances

The physical comedy Mr. Bean required proved too taxing on the aging Atkinson, forcing

him to largely move on from his most popular creation.

Though he no longer performs as Bean on the regular, he's resurrected the character for

cameos, and told Radio Times in 2016 that he will never fully retire Mr. Bean.

Since 2007's Mr. Bean's Holiday, the last live-action appearance of the character on

film or TV, he popped up in a Snickers commercial in 2014.

Atkinson also played a silent, Bean-like version of himself in a safety video for British Airways

in 2017.

And then there's that famous Olympics cameo.

For the record, Atkinson's pitch-perfect, Chariots of Fire-inspired appearance at the

2012 London Olympics Opening Ceremony was not technically him in character as Mr. Bean,

according to the man himself.

Either way, Bean fans loved it, and Atkinson says nothing he's ever done before has "attracted

such a positive response."

That's quite a claim.

Beyond Bean, Atkinson has made a habit of stealing scenes with smaller roles in films

like Never Say Never Again and Four Weddings And A Funeral.

But none of those roles stole the show quite like Atkinson's portrayal of smarmy jewelry

salesman Rufus in 2003's Love Actually.

He only logs a few minutes of actual screen time in the modern Christmas classic, but

Atkinson very nearly steals the entire film.

"All we need now is a sprig of holly."

"No, no, no, no — no bloody holly!"

In 2017, the actor revisited Rufus in a short film titled Red Nose Day Actually, a mini

sequel produced as part of the larger annual Red Nose Day fundraising efforts by charity

Comic Relief.

Definitely not dead

As of the making of this video, Atkinson is very much alive, despite persistent viral

reports to the contrary.

The hearts of Mr. Bean fans worldwide skipped a collective beat in March of 2017, when reports

surfaced of his death via car crash — a story that didn't seem so far-fetched, since

Atkinson has long been a racing enthusiast, and has a had a few close calls.

In 2011, for example, Atkinson ran his McLaren F1 into a tree, totalling the pricey supercar

and setting it ablaze.

Atkinson managed to pry himself free and walked away with little more than some cuts, bruises,

and a fractured shoulder.

Sadly, this wasn't the first time Atkinson found himself on the wrong side of the dreaded

"fake news" cycle.

It was reported that the actor/comedian had taken his own life in 2016 after years of

battling depression.

Once again, that rumor — as well as continued claims of Atkinson's emotional instability

— turned out to be false, but not before causing an online stir.

Gearhead

Despite that near-death experience, Atkinson has remained passionate about cars, which

led to a memorable appearance on the hit BBC series Top Gear in 2011.

But Atkinson's appearance didn't see the star turning laps in one of his classic Aston Martins

or his speedy McLaren.

Rather, he took part in the show's "Star In A Reasonably Priced Car" racing segment, earning

the second-best time driving the Kia Cee'd on the track that season.

That's far better than he would have fared in Mr. Bean's custom Mini Cooper …

Serious turn

Many Mr. Bean fans were caught off guard when he landed the lead role in the ITV series

Maigret in 2016.

Set in 1950s, Maigret follows the namesake detective through feature-length episodes

as he tracks down killers and other deviants on the streets of Paris.

It's a moody affair that seems a little out of place in comparison to much of Atkinson's

work.

But after so many years of mugging and slapstick, you can hardly blame the veteran actor for

the severe change of pace.

Mr. Franchise

With his pre-Mr. Bean sitcom Black Adder's string of time-hopping spin-offs and an animated

Mr. Bean under his belt, Atkinson has built a career on franchising his TV creations.

But his franchise appeal doesn't stop with the small screen — the gifted actor proved

he had leading man chops in 2003's slapstick spy adventure Johnny English, which was a

modest success on both sides of the pond.

He returned to the role for 2011's Johnny English Reborn, and while the sequel didn't

pack the same commercial punch, it proved popular enough for the studio to greenlight

a third film.

"Ah, the Rolls Royce Phantom.

Truly the Rolls Royce of automobiles."

Johnny English 3 is scheduled to arrive in theaters in 2018, a rare case of a non-comic

book, horror, or sci-fi character carrying three films and counting.

Who does this guy think he is, James Bond?

"So when is the Prime Minister going to grace us with his presence?"

"I'm the Prime Minister."

"Yeah, you wish."

[ENG SUB] RM's V Live 'Hello 2018' 😉 - Duration: 32:20.

Since we need to wait before starting V LIVE,

I'm waiting for you.

If you replay this, you can skip this part.

Coffee tastes good.

Hello.

Hello.

Hello, everyone.

As you guys are joining now, I'll start 3 minutes later.

The alarm message may be sent a bit slowly.

I was practicing.

Today...

Today, I don't look good.

I'd like to have a distance.

How have you been?

My hair is messy.

I was wearing a cap while practicing.

It's so messy.

I'll start when it becomes 3 minutes.

Hi! Hi, everybody! How are you doing?

Is it morning? Is it night?

In Korea, it's 9 PM.

I started my own V LIVE broadcast a year ago.

To celebrate it's been a year, I started broadcasting.

Today, I'll talk about several things.

OK, it's almost 3 minutes.

First V LIVE in the new year. I tried to broadcast

but I didn't find time and I couldn't start.

I tried over and over, and finally started today.

What a coincidence! I started V LIVE a year ago around this time.

"Because all of this is not coincidence".

I guess everything falls into its proper place for BTS.

I guess an alarm message has been sent. A lot of you are joining.

Hello.

Hello. I guess I'll start talking 5 minutes later.

All right. Give me 1 more minute.

OK, this is a new year's live broadcast.

I'd like to talk about how we've been and what has happened to us.

I had many topics a few days ago.

Now I can't remember many.

I thought you would wonder what was going on behind the scene.

Finally, the year 2018 has come.

It's the Year of the golden Dog. The Chinese zodiac sign of me and Hoseok.

Those who were born in 1994 turned 25 in the Korean age.

Under the Korean age rule, we get older when a year passes.

But in other countries, I am 23 since it's before my birthday.

But I'm 25 in Korea.

I need to accept that.

I'm 25 now.

So, I visited my parents on the New Year's day.

I watched a movie.

I also visited the Ilsan Lake Park.

"I the Ilsan Lake Park more than the Han River". A light festival was held.

It was my first time to visit such a festival.

I took a lot of pictures and had a great time.

Usually, BTS has the first meal together on the New Year's day.

I got this from Taehyung. Saying "now" in every sentence.

No? When did I start using this?

I guess we do things similar to each other as we live together.

When the MBC Korean Music Festival was over,

after we rang the Bosingak Bell and performed on the stage,

I wanted to stay in Ilsan to be with my family on the New Year's day.

So we talked about whether to stay here or go to Gangnam.

Others wanted to go to Gangnam and suggested having dinner there.

I wanted to stay in Ilsan. We had discussion over the issue

but we had to go to a barbecue place since we couldn't find a proper one.

We also drank together at the barbecue restaurant,

looking back on the past year and appreciated what went well.

We didn't talk about heavy stuffs. We didn't.

We just looked back on the past year while enjoying Korean barbecue.

We ate beef after the MBC Korean Music Festival on January 1.

We enjoyed the barbecue until 4 or 5 AM.

When I drink beer, I feel so hungry and keep eating beef.

We had sirloin and beef ribs.

Beef ribs, Bean Paste Stew... What else? Cold Noodles.

I had a lot.

Others lost appetite

but I had a lot of appetite.

Anyways, we tried to spend the first day of a new year among us.

We enjoyed a meal together and had a great time.

It's not easy to gather together.

It's not easy to hang out personally.

It was the gathering to look back on the past year.

In fact, we wanted to go to a karaoke room.

You know, our favorite song in the karaoke.

We wanted to sing together but we were too tired.

So we didn't.

We decided to go to a karaoke room later.

I am good at singing and entertaining at karaoke.

I'm the life of the party. I go crazy.

It's OK if you're not a good dancer at the karaoke. So I dance like crazy.

I guess you have seen it on "Run BTS". Anyways, I know how to have fun there.

We planned to go to karaoke later.

What should I talk?

Fall Out Boy's "Champion".

I got a call from my friend. He said BTS was on "Infinite Challenge".

He said he was watching the show and my voice was heard.

I watched the show and found our dance video was played.

I was grateful.

Collaboration with Fall Out Boy... I don't know how it happened.

I don't know how it started but they contacted our agency.

I think they've heard "Change" that I worked with Wale.

Because the lyrics from "Change" is related to those of "Champion".

I guess they've heard "Change" from somewhere.

Fall Out Boy's agency or members.

So they talked about the song to remix

and asked me to rap for the song.

They pointed out me, as a featuring rapper on the song.

I was honored. Because Fall Out Boy is so famous!

It's a famous rock band. Everybody knows their song "Centuries".

"The Phoenix," too.

So...

I liked their songs.

I'm not a fan of rock, but I enjoy rock bands' songs.

I had a lot of fun from the collaboration.

The lyrics are about the champion for those who couldn't be a champion.

I loved the cynical but hopeful lyrics.

So I wrote down the rap part here, like "Champion..."

There are a lot of talks about collaboration.

It's not just about me. Other members have their own.

If all the collaboration projects go well,

I mean, when we have the track, the final result.

Please look forward to our collaboration projects.

I want to collaborate for many songs.

Please call me.

You know this, "Ban".

Some say it's Producer Bang.

But this is ARMY.

Based on the concept. I made this character.

KOYA is at home.

KOYA smiles on the recliner chair at my place.

This friend looks great in the studio.

So he's here at the studio.

Just some explanation.

We performed on many year-end shows.

Starting with MAMA, Melon, SBS, MBC and KBS. A lot of fun.

We had a great time.

Oh, right.

I suggested wearing suits for "MIC Drop".

Please give me kudos.

I watched some foreign artists' performances wearing suits.

I thought it would be amazing if we perform "MIC Drop" wearing suits.

When the song came out, I thought about that.

When we were asked about the awards ceremony,

I said we should wear suits for "MIC Drop". Others like that.

I don't know where our agency had that idea, but I asked for it.

I'm so proud that the performance looked nice.

I watch our performance of "MIC Drop" from time to time. It's nice.

I'm bragging.

I'm just rambling.

The song I played was "Honey Tea" by OOHYO.

Honey tea is delicious.

It's coffee. But our water purifier doesn't produce honey tea itself.

I like tea made of Acacia honey. But I need to buy it from cafes.

I don't have it very often but I sometimes drink it.

"Honey Tea" is good, too.

Just...

I might not look great because I practiced before doing this.

Some members are recording now.

They're now recording now, I guess.

What else... to talk about?

The WINGS tour was over.

I can't believe it still. It's hard to believe.

The WINGS tour is over now.

Anyways... Surprised.

The heating system is not working well here. So I use this.

It's not working because the carpet is on the floor.

Now it's working.

Without it, I'm going to be frozen. I'm covering myself up with a blanket.

I'm using a big blanket here.

I guess it's hard to fix the heating system.

I'll talk to the agency later.

Did I talk about myself too much?

Sorry.

I'd like to answer your questions in the end.

I watched a movie.

Suddenly.

I've watched a lot of movies. I like to watch movies.

"Along With the Gods," and "1984". Oh, "1987".

"1984" is a novel by George Orwell. "1987".

And I watched "The Greatest Showman". Finally.

Conclusion. I cried while watching these 3 movies.

When I watched "Along With the Gods," I watched it on the 2nd floor.

My seat was too far away from the screen but I cried my eyes out.

Really...

The lead actor Taehyun and others...

It was so sad.

The movie was so touching and sad.

I cried my eyes out.

Some scenes of "1987" were sad, too.

A specific scene in "1987" was so sad.

Anyways, I liked "1987," too.

I loved the theme song "This Is Me" of "The Greatest Showman".

I'm not sure whether it's the correct title. I guess so.

"This Is Me". I heard that's the main theme song.

In the scene when the song plays,

the aerialist lady looked at Zac Efron,

started singing "This Is Me".

It was so touching.

I didn't cry in the past when watching movies.

Because of the season? I don't know. I was so touched by that scene.

She looked at the actor singing "This Is Me".

Her eyes said like this is me.

Other songs were great. But I loved that song.

It was so amazing.

A lot of great movies are now on show. It's worth watching one.

I've gone through all the topics that I picked.

In less than 20 minutes.

Please be quiet. It's noisy when updating.

OK.

I'm done.

As I'm not directly involved, I can't talk about much

but I've heard Hope's mix tape tracks.

I was surprised.

Those were tracks before mixing.

I've heard some.

When I think about Hope, these two scenes always come into my mind.

In the beginning, Hope was...

No, three scenes. When he joined us.

I talked about it several times. He was wearing a grey padded coat and a strange beanie hat.

He was sitting in front of a big TV at the dorm.

Squatted like this.

Everything at the dorm was strange to him, I guess.

I remember that.

However, later when he came to the dance studio,

you know, "Like A G6" of Far East Movement.

He danced to the song and it shocked everyone.

We had never seen such a great dancer.

Everyone gasped and got amazed by his dance.

When he started rapping first,

Hope knew nothing about rap.

I talked about this several times.

Did he covered the track "Solo" by Dynamic Duo?

It was covering or he added his new lyrics to "Solo".

No, he didn't write the lyrics. He covered the song.

He choreographed himself.

Since he's a great dancer, with another trainee back then,

they practiced "Solo" covering roles of Gaeko and Choija.

We had the monthly evaluation. Something like that.

Hope did that in the monthly evaluation.

Hope who had never rapped before.

When I think about Hope from the 3rd episode, it feels like...

I've checked out his several mix tapes and it reminded me of the past.

When was it? I guess it was early 2011.

I felt now he became a great rapper who can create this masterpiece.

Before then, I couldn't hear Hope's tracks...

We don't let others hear our tracks in the middle.

It feels a bit... embarrassing.

We'd like to play it when it's complete. Suga and me, both.

We don't let others here the interim one. Hope and Jungkook, too.

Jungkook started producing lately so he plays his works to me, though.

Anyways, everyone wants to play a track when it's finished.

He played some tracks even before they were done.

I realized that he found his own color.

Because he had some concerns about his color or...

Because he started his career with dancing,

he was not confident when it comes to music.

But I realized that he made it, after hearing his tracks.

To be honest, I thought his tracks were better than my mix tapes.

Mine were released 3 years ago.

It's hard to compare both but regardless of that...

So, Hope said

it feels like he contributed the whole year to these tracks.

I wanted to hear his other tracks, too.

I was surprised.

I don't know whether it comes out or not.

I thought his tracks were great ones, art pieces.

I was saying that you should definitely stay tuned for J-Hope's mixed tapes.

I cannot say when the track will come out.

It will be awesome. I can guarantee.

I was surprised and everybody would be surprised.

That's all.

I talked about Hope for a while.

Min-pratfall?

When we practiced dance, he rubbed his behind

and said "It hurt a lot!"

I just gave a chair.

He asked me to give that chair and I gave the one to him.

Because I bought this chair.

I left that chair over there. To use it later.

But Suga insisted he would use it.

So I said, "Take it, bro". It wasn't a bad chair.

So I gave the chair and he fell off the chair while trying to sit.

He didn't blame me.

But he made me feel sorry.

Sorry, bro.

I should've bought a better one. So that you wouldn't fell off the chair.

Sorry, Suga.

I apology.

Right, fan meeting. We're preparing one now.

That's why I practiced at the dance studio.

Last year,

when we think about a fan meeting... Right.

We will have a great time.

It's a festival for us and you.

We're preparing one now. Please look forward to seeing it.

"Did you have your hair colored?" No, I didn't.

History of coloring my hair...

It's been 4 years since I dyed my hair first for "Boy In Luv".

It's been 4 years. I've dyed my hair.

My scalp is so strong. The skin is healthy.

It's strong. I've had no rashes. It was fine all the way.

If I change color of my hair, my hair breaks up.

Can you see this? Like that.

I think I need to give a break to my hair.

Time to give a break to my hair.

I guess my hair is now protesting for a proper break.

Dorm? The new house? It's amazing.

So great.

All right. I've touched everything I planned.

I'll have a short Q&A time and wrap this up.

I'll answer 5 questions.

To celebrate 2018, I'll answer 8 questions.

I almost blew a kiss.

What should I answer...

Roommates?

That's a secret. It's something to watch for.

You'll see who is whose roommate.

"How did you spend TaeTae's birthday?"

I won't count this question, the roomate one.

Roomate... TaeTae's birthday.

On TaeTae's birthday, we shared a cake

and hung out together at night, drinking beer with nacho.

Coming up so fast.

"Who suggested wearing the uniform?"

Right.

"Where's the tomato lamp that Hope gave?"

I have two bookshelves.

Since I have too many clothes, I couldn't find my pants.

So I bought a bookshelves. I put other stuffs on the one

and only pants on one bookshelf.

Mr. Tomato is on that bookshelf.

Five questions.

"Yeontan is cute?" Yeontan.

Yeontan? He's one of the top 3 cutest puppies in the world.

The cutest dogs in the world are Yamnam, Jjajang and Yeontan.

Mon is in the 4th place.

No way. Mon was so cute when he was young.

"Your heart performance. Whose idea was that?"

Everyone's idea.

The theme of "MBC Korean Music Festival" was performance with fans.

We usually perform something special when promotion ends.

So we put our heads together.

The most impressive one was Jungkook's feet heart.

Four.

Sorry. I was...

"Won't you guys dye your hair black?"

I'll talk to others.

I want to take a break.

"Is there any change at Mon Studio?"

I have more toys at this studio.

Ta-da.

Two.

OK.

"Can you rap your part of Champion?"

Am I memorizing the lyrics?

A bit embarrassing.

"Please recommend a book to read".

A book...

Sorry. I haven't read books these days.

OK, I should go now. 30 minutes.

A song for closure.

Here we go!

Happy new... Hang on.

Everyone, happy new year!

I wrote this on the fan cafe.

I said my goal for this year is

not to be cynical when someone says happy new year.

I had this thought.

People set up goals for a new year.

Like losing weight, quitting drinking, etc.

When someone says his or her goal, don't laugh at it.

"You'll give up a few days later". Please don't say that.

Like winter passes and spring comes, a new year comes every year.

If we don't have such fun,

fun from making commitment, our life would be so boring.

If someone says happy new year,

say happy new year and give a big hug.

Final concert.

In fact, at the final concert,

I appreciated well when many fans shouted my name and love you.

Thank you.

I need to go now.

I need to be back to work.

I need to work hard.

Bye.

Happy new year and stay healthy.

We can't have only good things in our lives,

but I wish you have more good things than bad things.

Bye.
