Entre sus 27 platos hay un pan aéreo relleno de 11 gramos de caviar y crème fraîche, un carpaccio de cigala ibicenca con foie gras o un atún glaseado con almendras y cerezas (esto es Pachá, no lo olvidemos)

  De su cocina salen 2.500 platos todas las noches. «Nos va mucho la marcha», apunta Arrieta, por si no nos habíamos dado cuenta

Caviar no les va a faltar: han comprado 40 kilos para esta temporada. Sólo a medianoche, cuando termina el espectáculo y la cena, esta pareja cede el protagonismo

and Jerry we're gonna look at the Arabic we're gonna then translate it back into

English and I hope you learn some Arabic and if you're Arabic then you can

learn some English if you're an Arabic speaker you can learn some English so

it and we're gonna stop it as we go along and translate it as we see fit so

now to explain like Arabic is a complicated language if you're watching

Oh, yeah! And since I didn't do my whole run, I get to do burpees. Yeah...not my

favorite thing to do, but it gets the heart rate up and it's a nice little

workout. So 20 burpees. Alright. Bye!

Oh, man. So welcome to my sweaty face. I've been taking working out pretty seriously

lately and a typhoon is coming tomorrow. Well, like tonight, tomorrow, and Tuesday.

And it supposed to be pretty bad, so I was trying to get a run in today before

that all happened. And so, I decided to do it right after it's a had stopped

raining this morning, because it was like already raining for different reasons,

and yeah. I don't do humidity very well apparently, because instead of being able

to do my entire run like I normally could, I just...I just couldn't do it.

The heat with the humidity. It was just too much, so I ended up walking; running

half of it and walking most of the way back. But yeah. Um, so that's what I've

been doing while I've been trying to keep myself occupied. And um, yeah. Okay, and the

other thing I've been doing besides trying to run almost everyday and do other

workouts, is I've been planning; well I just went on a trip to Japan, and I'm

still like working through editing all that footage and figure out what I want

to put on YouTube and stuff. I've shared a bunch of stuff on the Instagram. So if

you want to go there and check that out, Viking Tantan is my handle. And then

I've been doing some new journaling techniques called strategic journaling

to come up with some other goals I can accomplish while I'm in here in

Korea, including working out. But yeah. I am in a better spot overall than I was

a few weeks ago

Okay. I got cut off because it said no

memory space, but yeah. So I'm doing strategic journaling and while I'm here

to come up with some goals to keep me feeling less stuck. And one of them is

working out. Now I know this is a goal that I've been trying to accomplish for

a while now, and I have a problem with it at the two week mark. I just get distracted

or derailed, and I just stop working out for months on end. And then I do it

every day for two weeks or fairly often for two weeks, and then stop again.

But this time it seems pretty serious, because like I'm running when it's

raining outside and I'm running when it's...I'm trying to run when it's hot and

humid, hehe, outside. And I'm doing supplement workouts with like HIIT workouts too. And

I'm trying to juice more, which is a new hobby. So, yeah. Hopefully that will make

my life better. Of course being healthier is always

making someone's life better. But yeah, I will catch you later. Oh, yeah!

looks so tasty

it's so hot for the inside

this soft texture hide a really tasty piece of octopus

the ponzu sauce is so rich with the yuzu flavor

and it's so good that there is a lot of green onion

and i'll soak it in the ponzu sauce

this sweet sauce goes so well with the crispy takoyaki

next, the new limited Aojiso oroshi ponzu
