Congress Traitor Rod Rosenstein Faces Impeachment

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein faces impeachment and a possible contempt charge

for mishandling the Russia investigation, Congress has warned.

The House Judiciary Committee has given Rosenstein 7 days to turn over requested classified Trump-Russia

documents following his appearance in front of the committee on Thursday.

Thegatewaypundit.com reports: The resolution does not have a penalty attached to it, however,

lawmakers are prepared to file contempt or impeachment charges next week against Rod

Rosenstein.

Sara Carter reported:

The House Judiciary Committee approved for the first time a resolution Tuesday demanding

that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein turn over all requested documents regarding

the FBI's handling of the Russia investigation during the presidential election after seven

days or face possible impeachment or contempt.

The decision to move forward with the resolution came after a year of battles with the Justice

Department and FBI to turn over requested documents.

The committee voted on party lines 15-11 to pass the resolution directing Rosenstein to

comply within the next seven days or face the consequences.

Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, who has been one of the lawmakers at the frontlines of the

committee's investigation, said the resolution is the result of the frustration felt among

lawmakers conducting oversight.

He noted that it will be up to House Republican leaders to decide whether or not to take it

to the full House for a vote.

"If they don't comply with the resolution they know the remedies the House has, contempt

and impeachment," said Jordan.

"If we don't get that information entitled to us, everybody knows that we'll do what

we have to do to get it done."

Jordan and Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows, R-N.C., were the authors of the resolution.

Both members have criticized Rosenstein and the FBI for failing to deliver documents.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-CA, has also been fighting the Justice

Department for documents and has threatened as well to hold Rosenstein in contempt or

impeachment if they are not produced.

As previously reported, Rep. Devin Nunes sent a new letter to the DOJ on Sunday.

Nunes is giving the Rosenstein and the DOJ until Monday at 5 PM to turn over the rest

of the documents on the illegal spying on the Trump campaign.

Rep. Nunes wants the DOJ to reveal when the spying on the Trump campaign began.

It is widely believed the spying took place before July 2016 when the DOJ previously said

the spying began.

The FBI gave Congress thousands of requested documents on the Russia probe last week, including

details on its use of spies and FISA abuse during the 2016 presidential campaign.

But, Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC) says the FBI only gave a fraction of

what was requested!

Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd sent Chairman Nunes a letter on Tuesday in response

to his request for the documents showing once again the FBI and DOJ continue to play shell

games which only infuriated GOP lawmakers even more.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray will publicly

testify before the House Judiciary Committee Thursday, June 28th at 1:00 PM EST.

Dodge's 797-horsepower SRT Hellcat Redeye is possessed by the Demon - Duration: 4:40.

The quarter-mile-crushing SRT Demon may be gone, but the updated 2019 Dodge Challenger

lineup still has plenty of muscle.

Apparently not wanting to let a good engine go to waste, Dodge is dropping the Demon's

6.2-liter supercharged Hemi V8 into a new Challenger model: the 2019 SRT Hellcat Redeye.

Sporting red eyes in its Hellcat badges to show that it's been possessed by the Demon

(or maybe just had to endure a late-night flight), the Redeye boasts 797 horsepower

and 707 pound-feet of torque.

That's a bit less than the Demon's 808 hp and 717 lb-ft (or 840 hp and 770 lb-ft

on 100-octane racing fuel), but it still makes the Redeye engine the most powerful V8 currently

in production, according to Dodge.

It's also more powerful than many supercars.

The Redeye offers supercar-level performance, too.

Dodge claims it will do 0 to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds, run the quarter mile in 10.8 seconds

at 131 mph, and reach a top speed of 203 mph.

Note that the quarter-mile time applies only to the Widebody version, which adds wider

tires and fender flares to cover them.

The standard version takes 0.3 seconds longer.

Dodge also revamped some existing Challenger models for 2019.

The SRT Hellcat's 6.2-liter supercharged Hemi V8 now makes 717 hp and 656 lb-ft of

torque, up from 707 hp and 650 lb-ft.

The Hellcat Widebody will now run the quarter mile in 10.9 seconds at 127 mph and tops out

at 195 mph, according to Dodge.

The standard version is a bit slower in the quarter mile (11.2 seconds at 125 mph) but

has a higher top speed of 199 mph.

Both SRT Hellcat and SRT Hellcat Redeye also get some of the Demon's electronic systems,

including launch control, launch assist, and line lock, which locks the front brakes for

easy burnouts.

The Challenger's main rivals, the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro, both offer that feature

as well.

The Hellcats also get the Demon's Torque Reserve system, which helps build up the supercharger's

boost while the car is staged at the line for a quarter-mile pass.

The Widebody option is now also available on the lower-level Challenger R/T Scat Pack

model.

The Scat Pack sports a 6.4-liter naturally aspirated Hemi V8 making 485 hp and 475 lb-ft

of torque.

Dodge also added launch control, launch assist, and line lock for 2019, as well as retuned

suspension, and a rear spoiler taken from the Hellcat.

Dodge also made some styling tweaks across the lineup, including a retro dual-snorkel

hood for the Hellcat models inspired by its 1960s and 1970s muscle cars.

Dodge will also continue selling Challenger variants with the 5.7-liter Hemi V8 and 3.6-liter

Pentastar V6 that will slot below the Scat Pack in price.

Dodge expects to begin delivering 2019 Challengers to dealerships later this year.

Pricing starts at $27,295 for a base V6 SXT model, while the Hellcat Redeye starts at

$71,350, according to Motor Authority.

The latter price includes a $1,700 gas guzzler tax, but it's still substantially less expensive

than the $86,090 starting price of the one-year-only Demon.

Update: Added pricing information

hideaway

"wednesday"

- Can I get you something to drink?

- No, thank you.

Is Vicente out?

- He's at the gallery.

Patrícia, look at me.

That day, in Paquetá...

- Malu!

I've met you alone.

Unhappy.

Hurt.

Mourning because of Raquel.

We fell in love Malu.

We got married. We got married!

- Patrícia, calm down.

- We broke up, but I really thought we'd get back together.

Let me finish!

We talked about re-building our life, our wedding.

But the truth is Raquel was always in the middle of us.

- No, that´s not true

- I am and I've always been in a relationship of 3!

- Do you think its easy for me?

- I know it´s not.

I know it must be hard to deal with her coming back.

But put yourself in my position.

Where am i in the middle of all that?

- I love you!

You know it!

- Love is not enough.

Malu...

What happened in Paquetá?

I need to know.

- We slept together

But didn´t

- I kew it.

I just wanted to hear it from you.

I don´t want to and i will not be a part of it anymore.

When you decide what you want from your life, you call me.

- Wait.

- I've been waiting too long.

- Let me sit.

Hangover or eating your heart out?

- Both.

- Raquel.

I'm getting worried about you.

- It´s alright Sílvia. I've taken some medicine.

- I´m not talking about the hangover.

Do you really think its worth it?

- It´s not a matter of choice.

- Everything in life is a matter of choice.

- I need a job.

- No!

No, you need to get out of this place. Raquel, it's getting boring already.

- Give me one good reason.

Come on Silvia, what is it?

- It's nothing.

- Come on. Talk.

- It's nothing.

- I know you.

- It's nothing.

- Come on Sílvia! Say it!

- Forget it.

- Say it!

- It's nothing!

- Sílvia!

- Malu.

- What about Malu?

- She was at another bar last night.

- With who?

- Ju and Sara.

- Nara.

- That's the one.

- Do you need to be dressed like a boy?

Come on, put on a dress.

You look like a man!

I don't understand. I don't understand!

I don't understand why you don't wear a skirt, some high heels..

- I got you!

Céu, for Christ's Sake

- Vicente!

- Are you crazy?

- Sorry.

I'm too old for that Vicente.

- Ok.

So is it a gift?

- No, I was just looking.

- It is a gift!

Tell me, who is it for?

Is it for the girl you had a crush on?

- What girl?

- I don´t know Céu. You told me you had a crush on a girl that day on Lapa.

Drunk? "Catuaba"?

- I said what?

- That you had a crush on someone!

- Oh no, it´s just..

Nonsense.

- Why nonsense?

- Because it doesn´t matter Vicente. Nothing´s ever gonna happen.

- And why not?

- Because no, Vicente!

- Do you think any woman would ever look at me?

- I do.

I think you are in fact the most incredible person I know.

- Oh stop it.

- No you stop it.

Listen, let's hit the beach any day?

- Beach? No way Vicente.

Look at me. Do you think I'm gonna put on a bathing suit?

Céu, put on anything. Top, t shirt, anything. Let's just go to the beach.

- No way.

Look! Checkered t shirt! I like checkered!

- No not checkered Céu. Look here the one with no sleeves, with flowers, all cute...

- Ju?

- Hey Raquel, how's it going?

- Where are you going?

- Me?

I'm going home.

I have to go home at some point.

- I don't get it.

- It doesn't matter.

- Come on, have a drink with me?

- What now?

- Now!

- Oh Raquel, I'm super tired.

Do you know why? I worked the entire day today.

- But we haven't seen each other yet.

Please, just one.

- Ok, one.

- Two, because one means bad luck.

'Porn Star' please, two.

- Oh my God, what drink is this?

- 'Porn Star'.

Wonderful.

- With pepper?

- Yeah, with pepper.

- I love pepper. You started off great, han.

- Thank you.

- Thanks.

I got so tired at work today, I deserve this.

- Cheers!

- Thanks!

- No, don't start..

- Don't you think..

- What I think. Right now I think anything you want me to.

- Don't you think that when these things..

- Can you bring another one?

- Don't you think that when these things have to happen..

they do?

What do you think?

You have to go? Are you sure?

- Really, I gotta go.

I wasn't even supposed to drink that much.

- And Nara?

- What about Nara?

- Her and Malu? Are they together?

- I don't believe it.

- What?

- All of this is because of Malu?

- You've always been in love with her, what's the matter?

- What?

- We'll, she doesn't give a damn to me, she doesn't give a damn to you.

Tell me.

- You're crazy.

- I'm crazy?

5 MINIMALISM MYTHS // things that are holding you back from trying a minimalist lifestyle - Duration: 5:45.

Minimalism is quite popular these days and as with anything that's popular and

trendy, there are a lot of myths misunderstandings and misconceptions. So

I wanted to talk a little bit about my views on those in this video.

If you're interested, keep watching! Hello hello! Welcome back to The Whole Happy

Life. For today's video I wanted to talk about minimalism myths. And the reason

for this is I feel that so much of what the media portrays as minimalism is such

an extreme version and it's not something most people can do. And

unfortunately it detracts people from even trying it out because there are a

lot of myths and there are expectations that minimalism has to be a certain way.

I totally disagree with that. There are so many different ways to be a

minimalist and make it your own. It's sort of like minimalism is a spectrum.

We can all be on that spectrum in our own way depending on our own lifestyle

and our own personalities. There's no one right or wrong way to do it and I think

the biggest thing about minimalism is having things in your life that provide

value and purpose and getting rid of the rest. That's basically what The

Minimalists say and if you're interested in learning more about their approach

I'm going to put their blog in the description box below. The first myth about

minimalism is that it has to have a certain aesthetics - a certain design

aesthetic. So a certain way to decorate your house and a certain way to wear

clothes and I don't agree with that because not everyone wants to have the

black and white and no color approach in their life. I don't do that. I don't have

a black and white home! I have a lot of white but there's no black and I still

feel like I can be a minimalist without having to adhere to a certain look. At

the end of the day, there are many, many ways to be a minimalist and I don't

think love for color and pattern means you can't be a minimalist - do it your way.

It's about getting rid of the clutter so if you're decorating get rid of the

things that don't provide value. It's not about decorating in a way that has to

look a certain way. Number two: minimalism is about having

the fewest items possible. I don't agree with that at all! I think we're all

different and while some people can live with less than 100

items other people cannot. That "less than 100 items" is the extreme version of

minimalism. It doesn't work for everybody. It's not possible if you've got kids, if

you've got hobbies. You're going to have more items than most but you can still

have a minimalistic approach where every single item you buy has value and you

really think about it before you buy it. So I don't think minimalism is a "numbers

game". It's not a competition! Do what works for you. Number three: minimalists

should not buy new things. I'm not sure where this comes from but I have seen

this on several blogs where if someone buys new things commenters would be like

"oh you're not a minimalist because you're buying new things"!

I don't think minimalism means that you can't buy new things. It's about buying

things in a way that's a very conscious way. So when I buy something I really

think about it. I don't do the impulse purchases anymore. I don't feel like I

need to buy just for the sake of buying. I don't have that ...what's it called?

"retail therapy"! That's not something I do that often. It's very rare but I used to

do a lot more of that. By being a minimalist I'm just being very conscious

about how I spend and where I spend my money. If something doesn't provide value,

it doesn't come into my home. That's more of the approach that I think makes sense

as opposed to not buying things at all. Number four: minimalists should be frugal

and should not spend on expensive items. I don't agree with this at all. I think

when it comes to minimalism we're all so different and we all value different

things in our life so we're gonna spend differently. I do think most minimalists

are frugal. I am somewhat frugal - I'm not very frugal... somewhat. But I don't think

that means you can't buy expensive items if they truly mean something to you.

It's about getting rid of extra material possessions - not all material possessions.

At least that's how I view minimalism. Number five: minimalists should be XYZ and

XYZ can be anything. What I'm basically saying is minimalists should be a certain

way. It's the stereotyping of minimalists. That is so far from the truth. Everyone

who's a minimalist can do it in different ways. So the most common thing

I hear is minimalists should be vegan, should be into ethical fashion and while

a lot of minimalists are vegan and a lot of them are into ethical fashion that

doesn't mean you have to be that way to be a minimalist. I'm not a vegan, I'm trying to

get into ethical fashion but I'm not quite there yet and that's okay. We can

all do minimalism in our own ways and that's really what I'm trying to drive

home in this video. That's the point I'm trying to make that there is no one

right or wrong way to be a minimalist and if even if you don't want to be a

full-on minimalist, you can still approach it in a way where you can take

some ideas from it to make your life better.

I really think minimalism has helped me because it's gotten rid of the clutter

and the chaos in my house and I spend a lot less and I'm very conscious about

what I spend. I'm very conscious about the environment, I wasn't like that

before. If I had approached minimalism in a rigid way and thought of it as a

certain way, I I probably wouldn't have tried it and I wouldn't have experienced

the benefits. So that's all I wanted to say. If you liked the video, give it a

thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe for more videos and minimalism, nutrition

and things like that. I will see you in the next video. Bye!

Looks Like Beryl WILL BE A CAT 1 Tropical Update with J7409 - Duration: 15:21.

good evening everyone time now for the tropical update and this is a look at

tropical storm Beryl as of now this is what it's looking like

folks this storm is blowing my mind I'm just gonna be honest with you the way

that it's blowing up the winds have increased since I made the last video

and it's looking like it could now turn into a hurricane let's go check it all

out okay before we get to burrow I went to I wear the little yellow XS up here

in our neck of the woods I noticed something today it was a shower the Sun

was out little teeny MIDI find rain I tell you

guys to look for with the Sun out and then to peek which well it was a little

pocket of rain actually coming off of this thing it should not be anything to

alarm anybody up and down the eastern seaboard though but if you see some of

these showers with the Sun out just a little fine sprinkle stuff like that as

little pockets is coming off of this now it's a weak low pressure system it's

located a few hundred miles west southwest of Bermuda and it's producing

disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity environmental conditions appear

conducive for some development through the end of the week while the system

moves west-northwestward and then northward at about 10 miles per hour

off of the North Carolina coast now the lowest forecast to interact with a

frontal system on Sunday which should limit any additional development 30% now

in two days 40% in five days and you guys have seen in the regular general

weather news a system moving on down and it's going to make it go just like this

it should not bother us but crazy things are happening this little fellow right

here and a little fella anymore right now this is tropical storm Beryl

okay the winds now are 50 miles per hour

they've jumped up just since I made my last video and the pressure keeps going

down the minimum central pressure 1004 millibars it's located if you're

tracking it 10.3 north 42.8 west and it's moving at 16 miles per hour now

here's something really caught me by a surprise okay

I said tropical storm probably hurricane no well I was wrong they're looking here

to a in come Saturday morning burl should be hurricane burl not tropical

storm then by that afternoon is going see it's going to intensify until it

gets to this dry air okay and it's going to intensify enough now that the dry air

and even the shear winds is looking like tropical storm strength winds and who

knows what the rain of be at this point we'll have to check it a little further

down say like tomorrow okay not today it's too early tomorrow to see how much

rain this thing kind of category categorizes around it and gets built up

but it still looks like maybe some of these islands and I'm thinking around

Martinique now okay it's changed a little bit

there's no warnings or advisories up at the moment but I'm pretty sure at some

point if that stays the way it is now you you guys in the the islands you're

going to get some okay so just be aware of it don't be afraid be prepared do not

be scared be prepared because it should the winds the winds are going is going

to encounter shear winds it's going to encounter dry air

what's happening is it's moving fast and the shear winds and the dry air systems

aren't moving as fast as this is right now that's why it's building up boom

boom boom boom boom boom but once it gets to a certain point it should ease

on down okay but there you have it right there you can see okay as of right now

you saw the picture while ago borough tropical storm Beryl it's not a huge

storm it's a tiny storm nevertheless it's a

tropical storm okay and like I just said there's no coastal watches or warnings

in effect right now now the center at 5:00 p.m. was located near latitude 10.3

north longitude 42.8 west and of course it's moving to the west at around 16

miles per hour okay fast westward to west-northwestward motion is expected

through the weekend and on the forecast track as we've looked at the center of

Burrell will remain east of the Lesser Antilles through Sunday maximum

sustained winds have increased to near 50 miles per hour with higher gusts the

additional strengthening is forecast and Burrell is has a good chance to become a

hurricane by tomorrow or Saturday now Burrell is forecast to degenerate

into open trough areas okay into an open trough just east of the Lesser Antilles

over the weekend it's a tiny storm but it's got tropical storm force winds and

they extend outward and up to around 35 miles from the center and like I say the

pressure keeps dropping

it's 1,000 for millibars or regular barometer readings like everyone's used

to 29.6 5 I wanted to share this with you guys it looks like I'm not the only

one that it's just hard to believe how fast this thing blew up looks like the

Hurricane Center wasn't expecting it either here's their key messages one due

to its very small size there is greater than usual uncertainty in the analysis

of Burroughs current intensity confidence in the official intensity

forecast is also much lower than normal rapid changes in intensity both up and

down that are difficult to predict or possible during the next couple of days

well now you see why I'm telling you do not be afraid be prepared

who knows folks it may blow up it may go on and fizzle out I'm just showing you

what it's looking like right now number two while Burrell is still expected to

dissipate as a tropical cyclone by Monday before reaching the Lesser

Antilles there will likely be some rain and wind impacts on those islands early

next week residents there should monitor products

and like your local weather office for more information well that's what I've

told them to do too well now the National Weather Hurricane Center is

saying the same things what do I think I think folks you're going to get a little

wind and you're going to get some rain how much rain I do not know yet I need

to watch and go over some things tomorrow for that weather it will

dissipate completely before it gets there

I'm not gonna say it is it might it depends on how the winds tear it apart

and it depends on if it does reach that hurricane strength as the National

Hurricane Center thinks it might that all these things have to work in

together tomorrow we should have a much better picture of all of that

information and as soon as I kind of am able to nail it down a little better

you can't nail it down right now the thing changing too fast I'll be sure and

put it up for you I want to show you one more quick thing and that my friend is

this particular model everybody who has ever followed me since last year

hurricane season night I really like the TV see in forecast model it puts

everything together we're looking now off of my coast this is where this

little area is located right now it shouldn't turn into anything let's hope

it don't because if not look I hear it's coming right straight up to my my area

but it should go off as we see some of these shot

little rain showers like I were talking about earlier with the Sun out just a

little fine nitty drizzle rain and then booths are gone and then you might run

in some more that's because they're coming from this as you can see they're

out in here and there that's why they're coming in from the east for the most

part now these storms from the West that's real rain that's not what I'm

talking about I'm talking about the little fine rain that doesn't last long

and then you might run into another patch so we've got this one taken care

of and this is so tightly compacted I'm gonna make it bigger but the black line

is the model that I really like to go by let's see if we can make this a little

bit bigger and here we go tropical storm tropical storm tropical storm and it

does have it as a hurricane and that is this coming up Saturday this coming up

Saturday I don't know if it will click on it or

not let me see what it's saying I want to see and we got it going 75

mile-per-hour winds so that should be a category 1 category 1 around 2 a.m.

Saturday morning it should be a hurricane with 75 mile-per-hour winds

then after that here it is on Saturday next points tropical storm and that is

around 8 a.m. on Saturday morning so it does begin to die down will move across

some I'm still not sure it's going to die all the way down before it hits the

islands and then here we are right in here then by 2:00 p.m. on the 8th Sunday

it's got 60 mile-per-hour winds so see it's dying down but this is a pretty

high-end tropical storm at this point ok 60 mile-per-hour winds so you know the

gusts are going to be a little more so far as the rain can't knock it down yet

can't tell you about how much rain to expect with this and you see it's not

really that far going between Martinique and Dominica all right now it's split in

two ways I think that's because they're they're waiting to see what the shear

wind in the dry air and the steering currents for the main point the steering

currents how it may affect this ok so you're going to get effects anyway

60 mile-per-hour winds you're going to feel it all over the place ok in this

area and then of course it should wind along down hopefully as it starts to

approach a little bit south of Puerto Rico and at some point if it didn't

change its track it may hit some parts of the Dominican Republic so that's what

it's looking like right now everybody be safe

once again do not be scared or worried just be prepared be prepared my friends

and look I'm gonna check everything as best as I can I will not make another

report tonight but that's what it's looking like now the one thing that's

got me and now I see the National Hurricane Center is kind of in a

roundabout way admitting it to this thing has blowed up so fast to be such a

tiny area that it covers it blows my mind okay be safe people I'll keep you

informed you just be prepared it should not get over a category one but you're

still going to have some wins I believe in the the islands and the National

Hurricane Center says it should dissipate before he gets there well

let's hope it does because if it doesn't you are going to get some wins

have a good evening I love you please subscribe click the bell get all the

latest and weather news forecasts watches warnings alerts and tropical

weather ok I want to get this out because I like to try to keep people

safe yes I can you know I do I've been doing this for a long time now and

that's my main thing trying to keep people safe and aware make sure you've

got your plans your kits your animals taking care of make sure you've got

everything taken care of now you know this thing is building you know there is

the greatest possibility and the chance and it is looking like it is going to be

a hurricane you see how close it is to the islands right in here and it still

got 60 mile-per-hour winds and the forecasts take all of this in and

anybody in the states if you've got anybody traveling I know it's summertime

everybody's buzzing around going down to the

Islands this and that anybody on a cruise or this or that or the other

please make sure they know about this and share this information okay you take

care you have a good evening I do love you all thank you so much for everything

you do for me and I will see you in the morning with the good Lords will peace

loving kindness to all

Congress Traitor Rod Rosenstein Faces Impeachment - Duration: 13:32.

Neymar: World Cup star defended by Brazil coach Tite ahead of Belgium clash - Duration: 3:33.

Neymar has scored two goals in Brazil's four matches but he has been slammed by soccer pundits across the world for diving and rolling on the ground theatrically in Russia

He has, however, also suffered a disproportionate number of fouls in the tournament so far, with his tally of 23 more than Uruguayan duo Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani combined

"I've already talked about Neymar and I've been very specific about what happened," said Tite on the eve of the quarter-final at Kazan Arena

"You should look at the videos. All you have to do is look at the images. "What makes me happy is to have him playing at his best

It's not just with the ball, it's not just dribbling. There are actions, there are transitions, defensive transitions and if you look, you see how much he has contributed

" Tite confirmed that his preferred left-back Marcelo would return to the starting side in place of Filipe Luis after the Real Madrid defender missed the 2-0 win over Mexico through injury

"I've spoken with both Marcelo and Filipe Luis. Filipe played very well in both matches

But now we are going with Marcelo again," said Tite. Fernandinho is also expected to replace the suspended holding midfielder Casemiro who picked up a second yellow card against Mexico

The dominant win over the Mexicans cemented Brazil's status as favourites to win a record-extending sixth World Cup trophy but Tite said it would take a whole team effort to get past Roberto Martinez's Belgium and their array of attacking stars

"It will be a great match. Both teams excel with beautiful football. Belgium have great players and a great coach as well

I've always put them in the group of favourites [for the title]. It's the same now

"  Martinez, however, warned Brazil there is "something special" about his Belgium side

"The two sides are very similar in terms of qualities. The difference is we haven't won a World Cup, simple as that," he said

"When you go into a tournament if you don't have that know-how of winning one you can't have an advantage on the opponent

"We shouldn't play Brazil, we shouldn't be in awe of the opportunity we have. We need to enjoy our game, be ourselves

When we do that our talent shows. "There is something special in this squad, no doubt about it

The signs are positive and of a real desire to be on the football pitch. "We can't wait

I feel we are as ready as we can be. Over the last two years we have been working towards this moment

Washington's temperature hasn't dropped below 80 degrees in 80 hours - Duration: 3:45.

Kristi Agosto, right, holds her son Vincent, 1, as Katie Parker, left, and her 1-year-old son Jack try to cool off at Beverly Triton Beach in Edgewater, Md

, on July 3. (Michael Robinson Chavez/The Washington Post) Washington is in the final day of a week-long heat wave

Since last Friday, the temperature has hit at least 90 degrees every day. The afternoon heat and humidity have been punishing, feeling as hot as 110 degrees

But the round-the-clock lack of relief from the heat has proved most notable. For 80 hours now, starting at 8 a

m. Monday, the temperatures has remained at or above 80 degrees. This lack of cooling, and string of sultry nights, ranks among the most extreme on record

Thursday is set to mark the third straight calendar day with temperatures remaining above 80 (unless the temperature falls unexpectedly into the 70s before midnight), which would rank among the top seven longest stretches on record, dating back to 1872

All of the 10 longest periods above 80 degrees have occurred since 1999, and eight out of 10 since 2010

In 2013, the temperature remained at least 80 for 138 hours. The second longest streak, in 2016, it remained that warm for 133 hours

The third longest streak in 2011 lasted 128 hours. The current streak is likely to end around 90 hours, in the early morning Friday

Because of low temperatures of just 80 Wednesday and Thursday, Washington notched record warm minimum temperatures both days

Tuesday's record surpassed the previous mark of 79 set in 1898 and 2002, while Wednesday's muggy low tied 2002

Lows of 80 degrees and higher, now commonplace, were once very rare. They occurred just 26 times from 1872 to 1999 or about once every five years

Since 2000, they've happened 37 times (including Thursday) or twice every year on average

(Ian Livingston) The proliferation of these extremely high low temperatures is the expected result of climate warming in Washington, both from urbanization and increasing greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere

The high low temperatures have consequences as they signify limited nighttime cooling which, for people without access to air-conditioning, can be extremely taxing on the body and the cause of heat-related illness

A big cold front sweeping through the Washington region Friday will put an end to this extended sauna-like stretch

Much lower humidity and cooler temperatures arrive this weekend. Low temperatures will sink into the 60s and even upper 50s in some of the Washington region's cooler areas

Ian Livingston contributed to this report.

BREAKING MAJOR ROBERT MUELLER ANNOUNCEMENT ROCKS DC - Duration: 13:32.

BREAKING MAJOR ROBERT MUELLER ANNOUNCEMENT ROCKS DC

Robert Mueller put all his cards on the table.

After a year of pretending like he wasn't out to destroy Donald Trump, the truth is

now plain for all to see.

And Mueller just pulled the dirtiest trick in the book to achieve his goal of impeaching

President Trump.

Trump's legal team has been working to negotiate an end to the Mueller probe.

Part of that strategy included an offer for the President to submit written answers to

Mueller's questions.

The special prosecutor in the Iran-Contra affair questioned President Reagan in this

manner.

But this did not satisfy Mueller.

Mueller rejected the offer.

Politico reports:

"SPECIAL COUNSEL ROBERT MUELLER'S TEAM HAS REJECTED THE IDEA THAT PRESIDENT DONALD

TRUMP BE ALLOWED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS IN WRITING, ACCORDING TO A SOURCE FAMILIAR WITH THE PROCESS,

WHO ALSO CAUTIONED THAT IT "DOESN'T MEAN THE LAST CHAPTER'S BEEN WRITTEN ON THAT."

MUELLER, WHO IS OVERSEEING THE SPRAWLING INVESTIGATION INTO WHETHER TRUMP CAMPAIGN AIDES COLLUDED

WITH RUSSIANS TO INFLUENCE THE 2016 ELECTION AND INTO WHETHER TRUMP OBSTRUCTED JUSTICE,

HAS BEEN IN TALKS WITH THE PRESIDENT'S LAWYERS FOR MONTHS ABOUT THE FORMAT OF A POTENTIAL

INTERVIEW.

IN A CONVERSATION WITH POLITICO ON MONDAY AFTERNOON, RUDY GIULIANI, WHO RECENTLY JOINED

TRUMP'S OUTSIDE GROUP OF LAWYERS, SAID MUELLER'S TEAM AND TRUMP'S LAWYERS ARE STILL FAR APART

ON THE NEGOTIATIONS FOR AN INTERVIEW.

"WE BOTH HAVE ISSUES WE WANT TO RESOLVE," THE FORMER NEW YORK MAYOR SAID.

AMONG THE TRUMP LEGAL TEAM'S DEMANDS: A CHANCE TO REVIEW THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT INTERNAL

RECORDS RELATING TO THE SCOPE OF MUELLER'S INVESTIGATION INTO POSSIBLE COLLUSION BETWEEN

THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN AND RUSSIA.

"WE HAVEN'T BEEN GIVEN IT.

WE'VE NEVER SEEN IT," GIULIANI SAID."

Mueller shooting down this reasonable offer makes it clear his only interest is impeaching

Trump.

Live questions give an opportunity for follow-ups and to catch Trump off guard.

If the President misstates who was in a meeting or what was said, Mueller can claim Trump

committed a criminal offense by lying to investigators.

That will then become the grounds to impeach the President.

Trump needs to view Mueller as a hostile force.

The special counsel is a zealot who is committed to accomplishing his mission of ridding America

of Donald Trump.

Should Trump agree to an interview, he should walk in knowing he is now behind enemy lines.

There is no more debate.

By rejecting Trump's offer for written answers and insisting on a live interview, Mueller

is an active participant in a silent coup against the President of the United States.

HEVENINGHAM CONCOURS TAKES OFF - Duration: 5:57.

While the Concours d'Elegance may have been invented by the French, and we here in America

have sort of kept the idea going for the last seven or eight decades, our European friends

are fairly recently getting back into the idea of showing beautiful cars in spectacular

settings.

The Chantilly Concours, the Concours of Elegance and, of course, Villa d'Este and both Goodwoods

are all examples of lovely automotive events held throughout Europe.

The recent Heveningham Concours, now in its third successful year, has to be added to

that list.

Appropriately enough, you pronounce it like "heaven."

"It's like heaven-ing-um or heaven-ing-ham (i.e., with or without a silent second 'h'),"

said the concours' Will Kitchener.

"Some people over here pronounce it hening-um, but the locals don't, so we go with that."

It's held on the 5,000-acre Heveningham Hall Georgian estate in Suffolk, a place like

Downton Abbey -- only larger and more grandiose.

It was built in 1778 for Sir Gerald Vanneck, 2nd Baronet, a British merchant and member

of Parliament.

It's all just like those TV shows based on Jane Austen novels, really.

The sprawling grounds are being restored to their original Capability Brown glory.

(Capability Brown was an 18th century English landscape architect whose real first name

was Lancelot.

But who wouldn't go with Capability as a first name, given the choice?)

Capability, working with fellow landscape architect Kim Wilkie, designed the semicircular

grass terraces that form a sort of amphitheater facing the main house.

They did that 120 years before the invention of the automobile, of course, so they couldn't

have foreseen their present use.

Somewhere recently, since the estate was purchased in 1994 by Jon Hunt and family as a private

residence, someone wondered if you could park cars on those terraces.

Turns out you could, after using carefully placed ramps to get the cars down from the

steep sides of the terraces.

Hence, Heveningham Hall offers a unique presentation of concours cars, almost like a giant glass

showcase without the glass.

This year those cars included everything from Nick Mason's Ferrari 250 GTO and Peter and

Merle Mullin's 1939 Delage D8-120 Cabriolet, which is seen carrying Gene Kelly into Paris

in the movie "An American in Paris," to an entire line of McLaren F1 cars.

The 50 or so entries were divided into three groups: prewar, postwar and supercars.

Prewar started with an 1896 Benz Patent Motorwagen, pronounced vah-gen; a 1927 Bugatti Type 37;

a 1937 Alfa Tipo B Monoposto; and, of course, the Mullins' Delage.

Postwar entries included an AC -- not a Shelby -- Cobra, a Birdcage Maserati, a Bizzarini

5300 GT Corsa and a 1960 Aston Martin DB4GT Jet Coupe.

And a Lister Costin Coupe.

As well as several more modern Porsches and Ferraris.

The supercars lived up to their category name, with a Lancia Stratos, a Porsche 911 GT1 Evolution,

a rarely seen Pagani Zonda C12, a Koenigsegg One:1 and an Aston Martin 6C Vulcan.

And the winners in each of the three categories were ... the Mullin Delage, of course, because

Peter Mullin wins everything; Mason's 250 GTO; and Henry Pearman's 1987 Porsche 962

done up in proper Rothmans livery.

There was also a competition at the show called Horsepower Hill, a sort of British burnout

contest for cars that wanted to shred rubber in what we would call a distinctly American

fashion.

Or maybe it was more Formula Drift?

That was won by a high-horsepower 2013 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse.

But it wasn't just the 54 cars that made up the show.

About 100 yards away from the cars was an airfield, upon which were parked examples

of all eras of flight, including a 1952 Morane-Saulnier 315, 1936 Percival Mew Gull and a 1937 De

Havilland 90 Dragonfly with the engines mounted very efficiently on the forward side of the

wheel spats.

There was even a Spitfire.

The winner was the Morane-Saulnier.

A dogfight in the skies above the concours between the Spitfire and a Messerschmitt 109

was won, we presume, by the Spitfire.

Tallyho.

The Friday before the two-day concours saw the 51-mile Heveningham Tour of Concours cars

parading through the Suffolk countryside.

And it was all held as an ancillary event next to the longstanding Country Fair, also

held on the estate grounds.

The fair features everything from old-timey farm equipment demonstrations to dogs herding

ducks.

As Alex Easthope wrote in Classic Driver, "Is there another place on earth you can

ogle a Ferrari 250 GTO, watch a Spitfire dogfighting a Messerschmitt and pet a pygmy goat in the

same day?"

No, there is not.

Until next year, then?

Imagining a Toyota Century family (that will probably never exist) - Duration: 5:36.

Just about every major automaker has had a large sedan that's resisted change through

the years.

The U.S. has the Chrysler 300 now that the Ford Crown Victoria is out of production.

China has the Volkswagen Santana, based on the B2 Volkswagen Passat, incrementally facelifted

since the 1990s.

Russia has had the GAZ 3102 and its offspring that trace their roots to the GAZ 24 sedan

that debuted in 1970.

None of these sedans is particularly luxurious, and the Chrysler 300 is easily the youngest

one of the bunch, tracing its oldest components to the W210-generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class

of the latter half of the 1990s.

Japan has a few cars like these -- sedans that have never quite gone out of production,

or ones that hung around on shelves with minimal changes for decades at a time -- just given

the sheer size of its automotive industry.

The first one is the 1987-generation Toyota Crown Comfort, which you can still see as

a taxi in Japan, Hong Kong and a few other RHD enclaves in the world.

The second one is the Toyota Century, which just received its first major redesign since

1997 ... not to imply that the 1997 version was particularly modern.

But the Century family, unlike many of its foreign counterparts, was never quite a full

lineup.

The VW Santana, GAZ 3102 and the Chrysler 300 all had station wagon variants over the

years, and the greater GAZ 24 family is too vast to be properly quantified even by marque

experts.

The most variety that the Century sedan managed over the years was ... a slightly longer sedan,

with a small insert at the B-pillar that bought rear-seat passengers a few extra inches of

legroom.

And that's about it.

So what would a full Toyota Century lineup look like, if the base 2018 were expanded

into a full range of passenger cars today, starting from scratch?

We've come up with a few renderings, to paint a traditional lineup of passenger cars in

the same manner that Toyota would have done in the 1970s or 1980s.

First up, we have to believe that a Century coupe would be the next logical model in the

lineup.

Luxury coupes have been a staple of Japan's automotive industry since the 1950s.

We're not talking about something in the same vein as a Nissan Skyline -- a nameplate that's

far older than people think -- but a large and stately personal luxury coupe like the

ones favored by America in the 1970s.

After all, Lexus is certainly in the large coupe business.

Next up, a large two-door cabriolet based on the coupe would probably be a welcome addition.

Large luxury cabrios have not done well in Japan -- most had been built for exports aimed

at the U.S., like the short-lived Infiniti M30 of the early 1990s.

The high-sided, blunt-nosed bodystyle does not make for a particularly sleek and sporty-looking

cabriolet, but this fact hasn't stopped Bentley or Rolls-Royce.

A full Toyota Century lineup would not be complete without a station wagon, a segment

that remains a little more alive in Japan than it does here.

Toyota was still into big wagons in the 1990s even though it largely gave up on them after

the Camry wagon departed, but the company has a history or churning out large wagons

that it didn't share with the rest of the world.

And the boxy body of the Century lends itself strangely well to a 1980s station wagon shape.

Those familiar with the Toyota Crown wagons will know what we're talking about.

Finally, a three-row Century limousine with seating for six is something that could easily

be offered by the automaker even today.

As in the Mercedes-Maybach Pullman, the middle row of seats would face backward, conference-style,

while the rear seat passengers could alternatively rest their feet on the second row of seats

when they're not in use.

Or an interior console with a partition and a video screen, along with a drink cabinet,

could occupy the space of the middle row, as many personal limos have done.

Such a limo would not have to be very long -- we're thinking of something barely longer

than an E38 BMW L7 personal limo -- to get through Tokyo's rush hour.

Which is every hour.

Given the relative austerity of the base Century model, a limo version probably would not add

much to the price; we're thinking something that could start in the $250,000 range, aimed

at captains of industry who like to travel in comfort.

Given the small (and largely confined to Japan) demand, we wouldn't start saving our yen for

these -- Toyota is likely to keep the Century a sedan-only model -- but we wouldn't rule

out a slightly longer limousine with a small partition inside.
