Youtube daily report Jul 5 2018

hello and welcome to a new edition of easy remedies 24 today

We will talk about the following topic for what it is to put your feet in cold water

so do not leave and stay with us until the end of this video

where we will be developing this interesting topic now we go with the

information now

To obtain benefits, it is not necessary to have your feet in cold water during

a lot of time with only 15 seconds will be enough for our system

immune react when we are in winter we think about getting home to drink

something warm and put your feet in a bucket with warm water and some

essences or oils if we had a stressful day however studies

reveal that to enjoy better benefits we must use cold water

yes also when the extreme temperature approaches zero degrees centigrade

know in this video what are the properties of this treatment feet in

cold water and wonderful results do not worry you'll just have to

submerge them for 15 seconds just enough to avoid getting sick

This home remedy is really simple and has many properties

simply put your feet in cold water if it was summer with pleasure

but what happens in winter is when the true brave ones appear

beyond the jokes the truth is that this technique has been recommended by the

natural medicine for its fantastic results should be repeated for 15

days in a row to enjoy their properties

in a container large enough for both feet to fit

no problem and enter in its entirety places cold water from the tap to

then add some ice cubes to cool the proportion further

is 18 cubes for every 2 liters of water

when the ice starts to fall apart and the liquid volume of the container

increase is when you must enter the feet try to hold 15 seconds that you

will seem an eternity at first the effect is very cold but before

remove them you will have already become accustomed to repeat this method all the

days your feet will not feel the temperature change so much once they have

after the recommended time remove and dry with a towel wrapping well

to return to the heat finally put on some socks

cotton or wool the thickest you have and go to sleep

repeat the technique every night for two full weeks in the case

you usually get sick very often, it is recommended to do it twice a day

what is the use of putting your feet in cold water

we have already given you a clue in one of its advantages

strengthens the immune system unlike what is believed so that

our defenses are ready to take care of virus attacks and

bacteria they need to train as exposing them to a similar situation

as with vaccines when our immune system knows what

way to deal with changes in temperature of the feet the first

they get cold in winter when it rains they have the ability to avoid everything

type of illnesses related to the cold but that's not all the technique of

Feet in cold water also helps women who wear heels or shoes

uncomfortable all day even for those who work standing or sitting

for several hours and when they get home they need something to relax their feet.

People suffering from swelling or fluid accumulation in the ankles

and insteps will see a great change in their body from the beginning of

introduce your feet in cold water as well as those

of varicose veins the explanation in these cases is the following when we remove the

feet of frozen water need new or clean blood to increase the

temperature as soon as possible this body reaction can be what

we need to avoid inflammation pain and other problems in turn

allows the lower muscles to invigorate when filled with oxygen and that

the cells work better unlike what you think is not cold water or

the low temperatures experienced by the feet that heal but what the

body must do to produce heat and reverse that dangerous situation it

activates metabolism and organic change as well as reactions

nerve and muscular circulatory and if I submerge the whole body one of the

remedies of the grandmother when someone has a lot of fever is to put it in a

cold water tub some may think it is a very drastic solution but

that's the way they had in the past to

and body temperature the same effect as we have indicated for the feet

happens with the body in general however in this case you have to take into

mind that we can not take too long to return heat to the body or

we will finish sick the hypothesis that can be used to explain the

results of this technique is that of diseases can be cured better from

outside in cold water properly applied on the skin

awakens the functions of the body eliminates fever and congestion of

organs and favors the expulsion of impurities accumulated in the blood

bath contracts the blood vessels to help them become more elastic and

helps eliminate all the bad things that are inside of us, we do not have to

submerge completely in the frozen water or at low temperatures but that

it is more convenient to do it bit by bit the violent way has effects

that can become dangerous for the lungs and the heart

then it is recommended first the feet then the legs and so on until reaching the

neck the head is always left out of the water something similar we should do

When we go to the sea or to a pool during the holidays, do not forget that the more

cold be the water more caloric work should make the body but also more

effective reactions will take place cheer up a frozen dip for not

get sick and enjoy good health

you had an idea of all this share this information with your family and friends

Here's What I Think About ABS Problems in 1 Minute - Duration: 1:40.

rev up your engines,

Charles black says, Scotty I have a 2011 Impala with ABS issues the light goes on

and off constantly, can I pull the fuse and drive it without it, until I get the money to

fix it, well you got if you want, the thing about ABS is, ABS is a very complex

sophisticated computer run system, there are sensors on each wheel that goes to

the computer, it decides if the wheels are spinning the right speed or not and

then it can pulse ones that are slipping if the brakes are slipping, if one is on

wet water and ones on dry pavement, but when they break down and the ABS light

comes on, the only way you can tell what the problem is that you got a hire a guy like

me a professional mechanic, who's got to get his dealer level scan tool, hook it up

and analyze the system, I just got a new one from a companies called

X431, and it's pretty cool it's Wireless

you hook it up to the car and then you got the wireless little pad and you can

see the speed of the wheel speed sensors as you brake, you can see all kinds of

stuff and read all the codes and see what the problem is, unfortunately it's

often very expensive to fix those ABS systems, if it's specially in the

American ones, it's often a bad modulator assembly and those things could cost

hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of dollars, so a lot of guys will just

disconnect them and live with normal breaks, because realize when your ABS

system is disconnected it goes back to non-abs normal braking, it's not like

they won't work at all, so if you never want to miss another one

of my new car repair videos, remember to ring that Bell!

How To Tell Your African Parents That Black Lives Matter ✊🏿😰(Part Two) | #CreatorsForChange - Duration: 9:52.

(crowd yelling) "Hands up, don't shoot!"

- Always, you know, sagging pants.

- What?

- Some African think they're better than us.

- It's a systematic thing,

we're all taught to just hate each other.

- A hundreds of years of propaganda don't just go away.

- I think the older African generation picked up

on anti- blackness.

- You can thank Harvard professor,

Evelyn Brooks-Higginbotham,

yes, fellow Evelyn,

for coining the term, respectability politics.

I can't believe I have to say this

but it's time to tell your African parents

that black lives matter.

So, how do we even start this conversation, right?

Because screaming academic vocabulary

from Professor Higginbotham

isn't really gonna get you anywhere, right?

What's that?

- If my mom would make a comment in passing,

or something like that,

maybe over dinner but,

"Hey Mom, that's not right."

And I would try to explain respectfully

why that's not right.

And how that's not fair

to judge someone that you haven't met yet.

The same way you don't wanna be judged

before someone has the chance

to actually meet and interact with you.

- If someone from my community says something ignorant,

I'm just like,

"Mm, no and here's why."

Or, "You know, we shouldn't say that about other people."

Or, "We wouldn't like it if they were saying

"this type of stuff about us."

Or, "It's better if we're united."

- Any instances where I try and change their thinking

I only ask questions

to make them unravel their thought process.

I'm not a big advocate of trying to argue with someone.

I just keep asking why or how come,

or explain that a little bit more to me

until they realize that what they're saying

actually has no basis.

- I usually do three things.

Number one, I non-verbally express my disapproval.

It could be a head shake, a furrowed brow.

It could be that uncomfortably high-pitched sound

you make when you're trying to disagree with your parents

but you can't do so confidently

because as a child you were taught

that parents are above reprimand or criticism.

Do you ever talk about race issues with your parents,

or older African folks?

- Yeah, actually we do.

My dad's really into the news and stuff.

We have a pretty open dialogue

where we discuss our opinions pretty openly.

Sometimes, heated arguments

'cause we're all very opinionated people.

- Actually, I think I find myself talking about race

with my friends and with my younger sister,

but when it comes to talking to my parents,

I feel like I hit a wall sometimes

and I keep trying but sometimes I feel like

it's not really going anywhere

or that they feel like I may be a little bit to radical.

- My parents are really progressive,

so they're really easy to talk to

and to convince of my narrative.

It's easy to sit them down and be like,

"Okay, this is what's going on through my eyes,

"this is the world I'm living in."

So, I'm really blessed and fortunate on that aspect.

- The way they raised me,

my brother, and my sister,

was to respectfully challenge,

I guess respectfully challenge authority

which even included them.

So, that's different from other Nigerians' upbringing.

Whenever they would say something,

I would always try to push back a little bit.

- Number two,

and this is weird to have to say,

but I state that I'm black.

When you talk about those black kids,

you're talking about me.

You're talking about your children.

- I don't know, I don't know.

I feel like sometimes they feel

like they're immune to it.

I don't know if you just hit a certain age as a black person

and you're just like, "Whatever."

You just try not to think about it and block it out.

But, that's the impression I'm getting

with some of the older Africans I know

where they're just like,

"Well, just mind your business, go to work

"and don't make any trouble.

"This doesn't have to affect your day-to-day life."

Whereas my friends,

me, my little sister when we talk about it,

we're like,

"No, this is very,

"it's very intrusive to our day-to-day life.

"I don't see how it's not the same for you guys."

- Sometimes it gets really sad 'cause they just,

it's like they've almost given up, I wanna say.

So, we just talk about what's happened.

My parents will express their disappointment

but they're not really sure how to change anything.

Sometimes it gets really sad.

- My mom does not like to talk

about anything political at all.

She's like, "I'm past, I don't want to.

"That's a bummer."

I think there's still a disconnect

it's other black people not really me.

- When you're from an African nation,

a majority black country,

the concept of needing or having to identify

as your race is not as relevant or as necessary,

I get that.

But, what you not gonna do

is come all the way to the U.S.,

have kids and those kids are now black in America

and then you talk trash about black folks?

Not on my watch.

Number three,

and I do this for many different scenarios,

many different conversations and topics,

not just this one,

I just ask for clarification

and let people explain themselves.

And then you just watch them weave

a tangled web of weave and lies.

They're so confused, girl it's embarrassing.

It's embarrassing.

And from there,

you can go on to have a conversation

using academic vocabulary

like respectability politics, or not.

You can put that off till next time

because there will be a next time unfortunately.

But, at least now they know that you not the one, alright.

Allyship, okay?

Umoja. Right?

So, what does it feel like to be black in the U.S.?

- Man, it's a pretty heavy question.

- (sighs)

- Damn, I hope I don't cry.

- If you're isolated, it sucks.

- There's stereotypes and stigmas

that I have to fight through.

So, I have to be very community focused

in a world that's very,

in a country that's very individualistic.

- You have consciousness of both the pride of

being American as a member of a population of 300 million,

but also understanding some of the struggles and challenges

and opportunities of 13% of the population.

- It's hella hard especially when you combine it

with the intersections of being bigger-bodied,

of being disabled, being a woman.

Of shit, being queer, just everything.

- It hasn't got any better,

it's just the hatred got different.

It's just frustrating that so many people had to die

just for hatred to just be different

and not just be over.

- Even if you feel like it's useless

every time your parents say something,

like every time they use the term akata,

or anything like that,

just be like, "No, I don't think that's true.

"No, Mom, don't say that, that's not the case.

"We're all black at the end of the day.

"We get treated the same way

"whether we we're from Africa, or we were born here."

- Do it to the best of your abilities,

even if you have to laugh through it,

because ultimately it's our responsibility

to make sure that the people around us

and the people we associate ourselves with

are informed and intelligent.

- I think it definitely comes back to self-intellectualism,

shouts out to Malcolm X.

Definitely teaching ourselves

and being an influence on our parents.

And a lot of times our parents are stoic AF,

they ain't moving on anything they think about.

They don't care what you said,

what they say is right and you just be like,

"Yes, ma'am."

- With that being said,

energy is very finite

and if they are not budging,

save yourself the trouble

and put that energy towards somebody else you know

who just needs a little bit more schooling

or your own protesting

or just whatever you can do

that feels like there's a positive outcome

and you can make a difference.

- The idea of making people very aware

that what separates us is super small

and what connects us is so much bigger is on everybody.

First generation kids, for sure.

Yes, definitely teach your kids from here on out.

Just like you are trying to teach your kids

not to be homophobic or Islama-phobic or whatever.

Teach your kids,

no this person is gonna have a similar experience

to you for whatever reason.

So don't separate yourself from them,

reach out to anybody and everybody,

especially if they look like you.

(tape rewinding)

(lively music)

So, you are an African child

and your very African parents

just said something questionable at best.

Don't let it go unchecked.

It's time to tell our African parents

that black lives matter.

Thanks so much for watching.

In the comments,

let me know if you've ever felt this way or not.

If you've experienced this.

If you agree, or if you disagree, it's okay.

Share this video with somebody who needs it.

Tell your folks I said hi,

watch they mouth,

and I'll see you on the internet somewhere.

Bye.

(lively music)

Trump completes interviews of Supreme Court candidates, as shortlist shrinks - Duration: 3:26.

Trump completes interviews of Supreme Court candidates, as shortlist shrinks.

President Trump has completed the interview process for Supreme Court candidates after

speaking with six judges, a source with knowledge of the selection process tells Fox News.

The president and his vetting team have moved quickly ahead of an expected announcement

on Monday.

While liberal advocacy groups and others are gearing up for a major confirmation fight,

Trump is charging ahead with an imminent decision to fill the seat of retiring Justice Anthony

Kennedy, and potentially move the court more solidly to the right.

Fox News is told that Trump has interviewed six candidates: Appeals court judges Brett

Kavanaugh, Raymond Kethledge, Amy Coney Barrett, Amul Thapar, Joan Larsen and Thomas Hardiman.

The interviews comprised seven conversations – Trump talked to one candidate twice.

Multiple sources indicated Kavanaugh, Kethledge and Barrett are currently the focus of attention.

The president also had an additional phone call with Utah GOP Sen. Mike Lee, though Fox

News is told the call was not a formal interview and more to ask Lee his thoughts on who would

make a good nominee.

Multiple sources told Fox News that while Lee is on the president's broader list of

25 potential candidates he has vowed to choose from, he is not currently under consideration

to replace Kennedy.

An intense pressure campaign is being waged on the sidelines, by conservative and liberal

interests alike.

Democrat-aligned groups are pressuring potential swing senators – especially moderate Republicans

like Alaska's Lisa Murkowski and Maine's Susan Collins – to oppose Trump's eventual

nominee, arguing in part that landmark decisions like abortion-legalizing Roe v. Wade could

be at risk.

Conservative groups, meanwhile, have sought to sway the president's decision-making

– including a whisper campaign against Kavanaugh over everything from his ties to the George

W. Bush administration to a past ObamaCare ruling.

While some critics have claimed that 2011 case helped pave the way for the law's individual

mandate to be upheld by the Supreme Court, others say the criticism is unfounded – and

Kavanaugh actually spoke out against the mandate.

Kavanaugh remains very much in the running, however, while Kethledge's stock is said

to be rising.

Some conservatives have pointed to Kethledge as a potential justice in the mold of Neil

Gorsuch, Trump's first Supreme Court nominee last year.

Both Kethledge and Gorsuch once served Kennedy as law clerks, as did Kavanaugh.

Kethledge, a Michigan Law graduate, would add academic diversity to a court steeped

in the Ivy League.

As Trump prepares to name the second high court pick of his presidency, speculation

also has focused on Barrett, a former law clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia and a longtime

Notre Dame Law School professor who serves on the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Conservative groups rallied around Barrett after her confirmation hearing last year featured

questioning from Democrats over how her Roman Catholic faith would affect her decisions.

And from there,

you can go on to have a conversation

using academic vocabulary

like respectability politics, or not.

You can put that off till next time

because there will be a next time unfortunately.

But, at least now they know that you not the one, alright.

Allyship, okay?

Umoja. Right?

So, what does it feel like to be black in the U.S.?

- Man, it's a pretty heavy question.

- (sighs)

- Damn, I hope I don't cry.

- If you're isolated, it sucks.

- There's stereotypes and stigmas

that I have to fight through.

So, I have to be very community focused

in a world that's very,

in a country that's very individualistic.

- You have consciousness of both the pride of

being American as a member of a population of 300 million,

but also understanding some of the struggles and challenges

and opportunities of 13% of the population.

- It's hella hard especially when you combine it

with the intersections of being bigger-bodied,

of being disabled, being a woman.

Of shit, being queer, just everything.

- It hasn't got any better,

it's just the hatred got different.

It's just frustrating that so many people had to die

just for hatred to just be different

and not just be over.

- Even if you feel like it's useless

every time your parents say something,

like every time they use the term akata,

or anything like that,

just be like, "No, I don't think that's true.

"No, Mom, don't say that, that's not the case.

"We're all black at the end of the day.

"We get treated the same way

"whether we we're from Africa, or we were born here."

- Do it to the best of your abilities,

even if you have to laugh through it,

because ultimately it's our responsibility

to make sure that the people around us

and the people we associate ourselves with

are informed and intelligent.

- I think it definitely comes back to self-intellectualism,

shouts out to Malcolm X.

Definitely teaching ourselves

and being an influence on our parents.

And a lot of times our parents are stoic AF,

they ain't moving on anything they think about.

They don't care what you said,

what they say is right and you just be like,

"Yes, ma'am."

- With that being said,

energy is very finite

and if they are not budging,

save yourself the trouble

and put that energy towards somebody else you know

who just needs a little bit more schooling

or your own protesting

or just whatever you can do

that feels like there's a positive outcome

and you can make a difference.

- The idea of making people very aware

that what separates us is super small

and what connects us is so much bigger is on everybody.

First generation kids, for sure.

Yes, definitely teach your kids from here on out.

Just like you are trying to teach your kids

not to be homophobic or Islama-phobic or whatever.

Teach your kids,

no this person is gonna have a similar experience

to you for whatever reason.

So don't separate yourself from them,

reach out to anybody and everybody,

especially if they look like you.

(tape rewinding)

(lively music)

So, you are an African child

and your very African parents

just said something questionable at best.

Don't let it go unchecked.

It's time to tell our African parents

that black lives matter.

Thanks so much for watching.

In the comments,

let me know if you've ever felt this way or not.

If you've experienced this.

If you agree, or if you disagree, it's okay.

Share this video with somebody who needs it.

Tell your folks I said hi,

watch they mouth,

and I'll see you on the internet somewhere.

Bye.

- They are worried about trouble,

and ask for the news media's help in appealing for calm.

They're worried about public reaction

if a grand jury does not indict a white police officer

in the shooting death of an unarmed black man.

(clicks tongue)

- Why can't they just instead of burning things,

destroying things, disrupting traffic.

It's very rude.

Instead of violence and protesting,

they could, you know,

use their education.

- Aah, I don't think you can say that.

- Why?

What?

Don't go out there and do those things.

- You're talking about black people as if you're not black,

as if we're not black, so.

- Wow, so I paid for school and you're an activist.

You think you can just talk back anyhow.

- I'm not being disrespectful,

I'm just trying to understand what you're saying,

because what you're saying is not good.

I can't believe I have to say this,

but it's time to tell your African parents

that black lives matter.

(lively string music)

Hey YouTube world.

It's me, Evelyn.

I wrote what became this video back in 2015.

- [Man] Hands up!

Hands up, don't shoot!

- I had a lot of discussions, mostly online.

(keys tapping)

But by far the most hurtful and confusing ones

were the ones that I had in real life

with older African folks.

This confusing brand of prejudice is something

that really pains me, and something that has got to go.

So in this video, we got interviews,

we got facts, we got figures.

I'm getting my education on in hopes

that I can encourage my fellow first-generation Americans

to say it with your chest,

because we ain't got time, all right?

We need to come together, stat, all right?

Umoja, and things of this nature.

So what does it feel like to be black in the US?

- In America?

Jesus. (laughs)

You gotta laugh from crying.

- A lot of things.

There's a lot of emotions, I guess,

that come with being black in the US.

It can be really lit sometimes,

if you're among other black people.

There are moments of beauty,

like when we watch the Olympics

and we cheer for all the black people.

I look at who is in power,

replaced by a first black president,

so I think it's an interesting time, given the history.

- But now, we're definitely loud about it,

and everyone's being very unapologetically black.

- It's a job, man.

It's a task.

I was just talking to a friend the other day,

and we were talking about why I feel like

rappers are always really good actors.

That's just 'cause I feel like black people

in general are just really good actors.

- It can feel suffocating at times.

- You're like a reflection of all your skin folk, basically.

Everything you do is representative of being a black person.

- I feel like my whole life I've lived two lives.

What do they call that, double consciousness?

- I really enjoy my culture, my experiences,

but at the same time, sometimes I feel like

I have to suppress myself, my true self.

- [Evelyn] You are an African child.

And usually that means you have African parents.

They are solid and stern and only sometimes sweet,

but they are yours.

So imagine you visited them for some quality time.

Everything is going all right, business as usual,

but then things get a little weird.

(television murmurs)

(clicks tongue)

- Why do they do things like this, huh?

Always, you know, sagging pants,

just always being violent.

Me? I work with a lady named Sheryl,

she's African American.

She's not like that.

There's another guy, Marcus.

I work with him, he was telling me he thinks

that boy provoked the cop.

And really, sometimes you really, you don't know.

- Wait, what?

What?

Whoo, child.

Oh my god.

Let's give it more context.

Where did this begin?

African immigration to the United States picked all the way

up after the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965.

Yes, this is a history lesson.

Class is in session.

Before that, things were based on a quota system

that started in the '20s.

So for example, they would let 50,000 Germans in,

30,000 immigrants from England.

And those are countries.

Girl, guess what the quota was for immigrants

from the entire African continent in like 1929?

1,100.

Because of the act, all of that changed so much

that you can basically split the course

of African immigration to the US

into before 1965 and after 1965.

The act got rid of those quota systems,

because upstanding Americans suddenly realized

that those quota systems were intolerable.

Now what, pray tell, was happening

in this country in the 60s

that would make a president wanna act right?

The Civil Rights Movement.

Black US citizens fighting for their basic human rights

in this country paved the way for legislation

that inevitably allowed black folks

from elsewhere to come here.

According to the Pew Research Center,

the number of African immigrants

in the US has been steadily growing since 1970,

with the numbers pretty much doubling every decade.

From 80,000 in 1970 to over 2 million in 2015.

Now that's not to say that coming into this country

and getting into this country is easy,

because it's not.

I'm just saying put some respect on they name.

- My experience with Africans growing up... Minimal.

- First time I think was 17 years old,

and going to South Africa for the first time

with a group of African Americans,

and we were so happy to be back.

We're your African brothers and sisters,

and they're like what's your native language?

What tribe are you from?

So it wasn't as welcoming as we thought.

We thought it was gonna be like welcome home!

Here are your gifts.

No, uh-uh.

- My husband is Nigerian.

He's first-generation Nigerian or Igbo,

and they were not pleased when he told his family

he was dating a black American.

They were still feeling like he should've made more effort

to find another Igbo woman to date and eventually marry.

I was more concerned with how he was gonna manage that.

That's more important to me,

'cause people can't control what families they come from.

It's just about how your spouse manages that relationship,

and we're married now so (laughs) it went well.

- Actually, older Africans love me.

(laughs)

I am always, oh, my daughter.

How are you doing today?

I just feel welcomed into the fold,

so Nigerian aunties love me.

Nigerian dads don't really talk a lot so (laughs) you know.

- I grew up with a lot of kids that were African,

some of them first generation,

some of them weren't born here.

So I had a cool experience in getting

to get that diversity from a very young age.

As I got older it changed,

especially when I went to college.

- My experience didn't start till I got in college,

and I just felt othered.

I felt like I couldn't relate to them.

I felt like I was less than.

I didn't feel as intelligent.

- Well, I attended the University of Houston,

where my assumption is most

of the black population is Nigerian (laughs),

so it was like whoa.

It was a lot of culture to take in,

which I thoroughly enjoyed.

- When I went to college, and I remember there was a,

was it Black African Club or something like that?

And I was like, I'm black.

I could be in that, 'cause I'm kinda,

I mean, I don't know where I'm from, but you know.

It's gotta be from some African country,

and they were like no, you can't join.

And that's the first time I've been

around black people and I was not accepted.

- I got to meet a lot of people who were very, very cool,

and like naw man, I greatly identify with black culture.

We listen to the same music,

we dress the same way, you look like me.

Enough said.

And then I also met a lot of people

who were a little aristocratic.

- And then I realized oh,

some Africans think they're better than us.

(laughs)

And part of me kinda bought that.

I was like yeah, maybe they are better than black people.

They have a culture and history that we don't have.

I wondered why.

I was like, why do certain Africans

think they're better than black Americans,

and I think it's 'cause of the history.

- So yeah, what is that?

That thing that our elders do to black people in the US?

- Sometimes I think that they kind of wanna forget

that there are parallel issues with black Americans here

and Africans in home countries.

- Well, I like to blame the white man for everything,

so I definitely think it's a systematic thing.

We're all taught to just hate each other.

- And I think the older African generation picked up

on anti-blackness and tried to distance themselves from it.

- I feel like the goal is once you move here,

you need to rise above some of the certain stereotypes,

or some of the certain issues that are tied to color.

- The message that's been put in their head

is all about respectability.

We worked really hard to come to this country,

and now it's all about being a doctor,

lawyer, engineer, whatever.

It's all about education,

and anything that isn't going towards that goal,

or anything that isn't high-class isn't good.

- You can thank Harvard professor

Evelyn Brooks Higginbotham, yes fellow Evelyn,

for coining the term respectability politics.

She first used this term back in 1993,

and now it refers to the notion

that if people just acted better,

better being a completely arbitrary set of rules

set by the people abusing them,

that you would get treated better.

What?

- 100's of years of propaganda don't just go away,

so it's a hard thing to shake,

even if the person look like you.

- So what our parents or grandparents or aunts or uncles,

or people in our community,

do is see those images and they're like,

oh, that's what it means to be black.

That's what black people are, or African American,

whatever you wanna call it.

- If you associate yourself with blackness in that way,

then you're getting dirty with all the ugly stereotypes

that come with being black in America,

so if you have black friends,

then maybe your kids won't be as smart.

They won't try as hard in school.

They won't take math and science seriously.

Maybe they'll wanna be rappers, you know?

- If you're being taught that this what's right,

and then all these images are being fed to you

about what's wrong about these people,

even if they look like you,

you're gonna internalize that too.

- One major problem with that is that it shifts the blame

of treating someone badly

onto the oppressed, not the oppressor.

The other problem with respectability politics

is that they don't work.

I distinctly remember having a Harvard-educated,

sometimes corny-sounding, biracial black president,

and folks wasn't necessarily jumping for joy

at the chance to respect him.

I mean, folks elected a Hot Cheeto afterwards,

so where did respectability get us?

And I ain't got no Masters, okay?

All I know is that every judgmental (clicks tongue)

is a chance for us to step up

and help our African parents, our elders,

understand the way in which

they're perpetuating white supremacy.

Yeah, I said it.

Oh my god, I'm a woke YouTuber now.

I'm a woke YouTuber now.

- I get people wanting to retain their culture.

Maybe not, "I don't want you to be considered black

because of these negative stereotypes,"

even if I'm woke enough to recognize that that's ridiculous.

Maybe I just don't want you to lose your culture,

and I get that, but I also very much grew up

wanting to make that gap smaller,

'cause you may be from Kenya,

but to them, you look like you from Atlanta.

They don't give a shit.

Apps - Do I Need an App? - Duration: 3:46.

This week we are we talking about apps and whether you need one.

What's up Fish Fans!

My name is Marcus.

You're watching Marketing Madness, the Blue Fish vlog!

We regularly get inquiries for apps.

Most of these individuals think that having an app means success.

In this video, we are going to talk about why we typically push back a bit.

Before we get too far though, I want to talk to you about the differences between native

apps and web applications.

For the purposes of this video when referring to apps, we're talking about native applications

that reside in Apple's App Store or Google's Google Play.

When creating those types of apps, you have to use code specific to those platforms to

create the app.

And on iOS, once the app is created it has to be put through a verification process.

This is a tedious process that adds time and expense to the creation of the app.

And notice what I just said, you have to create two different versions of your precious, one

for iOS and one for Android.

That said, there are some nice things that you can take advantage of if you're building

a native app that are not available for web apps.

A web app often has a lot of the same feel as a native app.

If you go to Pinterest.com it should look and feel a lot like the Pinterest app.

But web apps live in the browser much like a website.

They harness code that can be used by both iOS and Android.

They are a great way to create an MVP or Minimum Viable Product.

Native applications are great but you have to keep in mind that a user only has so much

storage on their device.

Granted, storage is becoming less and less of an issue but I remember when had the 16

gig iphone.

If I was snapping photos ran out of storage, I immediately looked for applications that

i was not using and deleted them to make more space.

There are a few things that move us from a web app to a native app.

The biggest is budget.

If the budget warrants a set of native apps we'll still be smart about moving forward

but it is important to note that budgets of $10-20k are not going to cut it because not

only do you need to build the apps but you are going to also need a marketing campaign

specific to getting the app adopted by users.

One other item that would push us to suggesting a native app would be the need for push notifications.

That is not something that you want to try and accomplish outside of a native app.

Knowing your goals and specific requirements will be extremely helpful.

I mentioned that native apps are not cheap.

Building them requires wire-framing the various pieces of functionality of the application.

You then you have someone who is highly skilled in a specific programming language that is

in high demand to program the app.

And we mentioned that the verification process takes some time.

Building native apps is a VERY time intensive project.

And then to think that you're also having to develop for both systems?

Just consider if a web app is a viable alternative to get started.

It will allow for a more rapid deployment schedule as well.

One of the main reasons we wanted to record this video is to help you realize there are

options.

Just make sure that you have your ducks in a row before you start going down this path.

It'll save you money in the long run.

Well, that's a wrap for this week!

I want to thank you for checking in.

Make sure to hit that like button.

And if you have any questions or comments leave them down below.

If you want to talk about how Blue Fish can help you grow your business just send us a

using nothing but a waffle iron.

Stop waffling about what to eat right now,

and let's get started.

Okay, all you need are some eggs,

some chopped up veggies of your choice,

throw in a little cheese, salt and pepper,

and nonstick spray.

I like to call it a "wafflet".

Let's just start with two eggs.

Oh, yeah, okay.

Then I'm gonna add some onion and peppers diced up,

some cheese.

Like always.

Some things never change, guys.

Okay, we've got our waffle iron on.

Lube this bad boy up.

All you do is pour this gorgeous concoction

right into the four sectors of waffly, eggy deliciousness.

Okay, see you on the other side, eggies.

I'm gonna let this sit for about three minutes,

and while our eggs are cooking...

it's time for lunch,

and we're gonna make pizza pockets.

All you need to start with is some crescent roll dough,

pepperoni -- if that's how you roll --

a little bit of mozzarella cheese,

and some marinara for dipping that bad boy.

So, honestly, the hardest part of this whole hack

is getting this thing open.

Ah.

Just throw everything --

[ Tube pops ]

Ahh! [ Laughs ]

It was ready to pop.

All right, so you just go ahead

and start laying down some pepperonis.

Then I'm gonna add some delicious cheese.

Pop this guy on top.

Kind of pinch the whole thing together.

We're hacking a pizza, guys.

And I'm gonna throw it on our second waffle iron over here,

and, like last time,

we're gonna let this cook for three minutes.

All right, guys, eggs are done.

These guys look rad.

I'm just gonna do the old -- ahh!

Okay, that's great.

Look at these!

These are delicious, cheesy, fluffy eggs.

Best of all, you can drive and one-hand these bitches

on the way to work.

Then it's pizza waffle party time.

I mean, it looks like waffle, which is delicious in itself,

but it's filled with pepperoni!

Yeah, there we have it.

I'm gonna do a cross-section

so you can see how delicious this is.

Oh, boy.

FIVE Years On YouTube... - Duration: 9:01.

Ok

Come on. Focus.

Okay.

On June 3rd 2013 I released my first video on YouTube

A review of Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451. It's not a good video in any sense

of the word, but it was the start for me to open up my passion for books as we

explored everything. LITERALLY EVERYTHING! Good books, bad books, classic books,

books for kids, books I never read, books I wanted to read, and so on, and so on.

Because books are amazing and I want to share that to the world

Five years.

Five years on YouTube and I feel

like a failure. I don't like saying that, but I feel I need to. A lot has happened

over the last year and....

What am I trying to accomplish with this?

For Christ's sake it's another

not a current trend right now! Oh lord I just thought up a bad joke.

We all live on the depression submarine, depression submarine, depression

submarine. We all live on the depression submarine because of the pressure of

Since I was young, I felt I could never

be good unless others told me I'm good. I put a lot of my self-worth into the

opinions of others growing up and in doing so it put me in a position to

isolate myself cuz I was afraid. Why should I ruin someone's day if it

would be better if I weren't there? Why should I put myself out there if there's

the smallest chance of making a mistake? Why talk to people when anything I can

say could be wrong? These thoughts have been following me for a long time a long time.

Which is why I started a YouTube channel

What the hell was I thinking? Well I was bored and wanted something to fill

the time. Sure I did things because I liked them, but it was also so I didn't

have to deal with my thoughts. Why worry about your own mental state when you

have another video to make? And another... And another... The YouTube Gods need their

sacrifice. It's crazy and insane, but I loved it because I was doing what I

loved right?

You are right?

Who me?

Yes you still love your work right?

I... I don't know...

Your upload schedule says different

please don't bring up my

the year is half over and you made 5 videos 5

I know I know

Look a lot has been happening over here

More like you got lazy

I'm not lazy

Then why are the small amount of videos hmm? You think people actually like that? You

seem to have a habit to disappear for months on end only to come back and

think 'hey everything is fine'. It took you 3 months to do a months worth of books

Were those videos even worth the wait?

please stop

The old you want to have let this happen.

The old me suck have you seen those videos thinking he could get

away calling that content. Oh and don't get me started on the audio.

Yeah I was

there but at least he was getting work done. Why do you keep doing this? Why do

you keep doing this? Why do you keep wasting our time doing this crap?

No matter how hard I work, these little thoughts always come back. Finding all my

faults and mistakes till it becomes too much. How I wasted my time on Blip to get

noticed by people who would never see me. How I can't seem to get people

interested in my other content outside of Goosebumps.

Five years and only two thousand subs don't sound good. God I am

such a scum. I really am a worm.

God you suck

SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK PLESE STOP SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK

All these little thoughts becoming so much

I get paralyzed to do anything. I get scared to make anything.

I don't want to make anything

I started doing this cuz I was bored, but also cuz I wasn't seeing the content I wanted to

see. So many talking about movies, games, art, music, but very little of my own

passion. Also I didn't know booktube was a thing! Don't at me! I've grown up

reading since as far back as I can remember. How a few simple words can open

my mind to worlds I didn't see, people I've never met,

ideas that would mould me, change me, help me. Like all art, it teaches me lessons

and sparks ideas to create and I want to share that with the world

I didn't know what I was doing. That's why I was using Nowhere Man cuz I didn't

even think I would get past a month let alone five years. I didn't know anyone

would care or like what I did and yet there was. Now and again I get a comment

by someone saying they checked out a book I talked about and loved it how it

became their fav, how they would experiment like me outside of their

comfort zone.

I'm not saying that to be mean, but to be honest. I'm saying that cuz I want to improve to

not feel I'm just running in place and I have many times.

But now I'm pushing myself with new ideas that make me feel excited to

create. How can I stand out? How can I entertain? How can i educate? I'm not an

expert. just to fan that had too much time on his hands, but I am learning and

growing. This was my first video and this is the latest. A big change

There are people who actually believe in me

I need to believe in myself to be my weird self. It's not going to be easy

This won't change overnight and it might not be a success at all

but when those thoughts start coming in I think of that song from Steven

Universe. "Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and, trust. I can't sing

to save my life. Take a breath. You've done great things

in the past. I can do great things now

My name is David Popovich and I'm a weird

dork who loves books and I want to share that with the world. The challenge is

finding a way that truly is me even if it's weird as hell cuz books are awesome

Lighting - Importance in Video Production - Duration: 2:40.

This week we are going to cover lighting.

What's up Fish Fans!

You're watching Marketing Madness, the Blue Fish vlog!

When it comes to lighting you're really going to see 3 main types: strobe, natural, and

continuous.

The very first type of lighting that you're going to have is this big orange thing that

sits in the sky (most days down here in the south).

That is called natural lighting.

Whether you're outside or inside and you're just allowing some of the light to come in

through a window, it's not terribly easy to control.

Although you can use things like a reflector to bounce light back on someone from the Sun.

The next kind of lighting is a strobe light.

If you've ever had your portrait taken.

Maybe you are like me and you had an experience as a child... maybe you went to Sears and

got that family portrait or something, strobe lights are lights that when the photographer

presses the shutter button you see a quick flash that lights everyone in the photo up.

They look fantastic right?

But those are mostly for photography.

Next is continuous light which is a light source that stays lit all the time.

It is what you'll see used for video.

The LED lights we use for recording our videos are an example of that.

Within the continuous light family, you have different types of light.

They can be incandescent, halogen, or LED.

Almost everybody is moving to LED because you can quickly change the color temperature

of the light.

This allows you to match the ambient light which helps make the lighting appear more

natural.

So if you're on location and you have overhead lights that are fluorescent, you can use the

LEDs on a cool setting.

This is much like you would go to Home Depot and buy warm or cool lights for your space

to create a different feel!

Lighting is used to shape the picture or create a mood.

Lighting is important when you're looking to tell a story.

If it is a more serious story, you'll want to use darker moodier light.

If it is a happier, more upbeat video, you'll want bright evenly lit exposed light.

Just remember lighting is your friend even if it's just that big orange thing in the

sky.

Well, that's a wrap for this week!

I want to thank you for checking in.

Make sure to hit that like button.

And if you have any questions or comments leave them down below.

If you want to talk about how Blue Fish can help you grow your business just send us a

message and we'll get the conversation started!

Different Styles of Cabinets - Duration: 1:56.

♪ [music] ♪

Once you've decided on buying cabinets, be it custom or stock,

there's a couple different types. These are what are called inset cabinets,

where all of the drawers and doors are flush with the cabinet face frame.

This is called the face frame of the cabinet. So it gives it a nice,

clean look that, kind of, just folds into itself. I said you have this choice

in custom but you don't have this choice in stock. Stock cabinets will not sell you

inset because they say it's too expensive when really, their stock cabinets are

coming from overseas and they can't depend on the quality to get this kind of look.

Another type of cabinet is the overlay cabinet. In this case,

just a partial overlay, exposing a lot of the wood around it. And how it

overlays, it's also a soft close, same as the drawers on a partial overlay

to the cabinetry. Another style of cabinetry is what's called a full

overlay. As you can see, here, almost just totally the drawers and doors

are exposed and it again gives, like, the inset gives a perfectly clean look

with nice, very tight lines.

Divorce after 50 and Stay at Home Moms: Finding the Confidence to Leave an Unfulfilled Marriage - Duration: 10:13.

your life is right now and it is today and you don't have a moment to waste you

know some day and one day never come the moment to decide to be happy and live in

action is today thanks so much for tuning in again to our second act with

Paige and Silke I'm happy that Diane Forster is staying for another segment on

talking about we creating your life after 50 Diane thanks for joining me

again my pleasure Silke I love being here so

Diane recently we've done you know a lot of talking programming with you and with

other experts in your field about you know recreating life after 50 the best

is yet to come and we've gotten lots of you know great comments but we've also

gotten a trend of comments that I really want to address today and that is from

women who have been married a long time have been stay-at-home moms they're not

happy in their marriage that's a recurring theme but they do not believe

that they can ever support themselves and they wanted us to address that well

this is a fabulous topic and I understand the situation and I know how

massive it is because that was me you know so I while I had a job and I you

know career and I worked I was still in an unhappy marriage and had all the fear

associated with stepping out of it and what life would look like would I be

okay would I be able to support myself so I

get it what I would love to tell them is you can do anything you can do anything

and I understand that fear but if if you're being called to be doing more and

to make a change you've got to honor that and you've got

to understand that when you do not everything not every step you take is

going to be perfect you when you're a child and you were born you know you

learn to crawl and you fall and you get back up and then you learn to stand up

but you fall and you get back up and then you learn to walk and then run but

the whole time you're falling and getting back up falling and getting back

up that's okay you you're it's okay for you

to step out and try something and if it's not working out stop doing it and

try something else and paint a picture for yourself if you can spend some time

writing what do I like to do what do I really want to do what do I like to do

what am I good at doing because you'd be surprised at how many things you're

talented at that people will pay you money for it comes easily and

effortlessly to you but it doesn't to other people so you know I'm sorry I'm

interrupting you but that that's a really interesting point you know we've

we've talked sort of philosophy yes you can do it believe you can do it and

that's all well and good and I believe that obviously but I'm putting myself in

that spot with somebody that really never has worked before and doesn't know

their own value and you just I think said the first step in preparing

yourself for a change is the writing take us through those steps so somebody

can logically follow that so all right so this is the key to any change in your

life is asking yourself questions and asking yourself the right questions so

what do I want really what do I want I know you don't want your current

situation but what do you want and what am I good at you know what do I like to

do you might be really good at organizing your home or creating recipes

or running PTA meetings I mean that's that's project management that's

leadership there's a lot of things that are hidden in there so look at

everything in your life you know what what do I want really and then what am I

really good at our two great places to start and look at that and then see how

can I possibly make money doing that and allow your mind to kind of wander and

just just think you know creates a list of things that might pop up for you that

you weren't even thinking about before but it's asking the questions and

getting those creative juices flowing yes is this part of your the program

that you're coming out with or that you have come out with your free program it

is it is yes the 10-day program the first very first day is about your truth

and what's true for you and it's what I've done is I've

taken everything that I've learned from other people and it's it's about asking

the right questions I figured it out for you so it will really help you define

that for yourself so thank you for mentioning it because I'm really proud

of it like I can't wait for the audience to experience it to get that clarity

because you can leave that marriage or that relationship you can support

yourself on your own you have the tools and any tools and skills that you don't

have there are teachers and resources out there that don't help you and teach

you how to do it so yeah it is amazing the resources that are out here now in

our digital world you can just about go on youtube to any question and there'll

be videos that you know popping up yeah I knew that so you know another really

good point if you've never worked or you know look

back at what you have done being a mom be involved in school that as you

mentioned the PTAs yeah women don't get enough credit for that that that is

quite applicable and quite transferable to a business relationship yes that is a

non-paying job it is work and it is experience it takes skills and talents

to do that definitely it is there something different you know is there

something different between men and women in their belief in themselves you

know in making a transition I mean is there something that you can speak to

specifically to the women that that feel the way they do right now yes well first

of all that's cultural that's just ingrained in us you know men boys men

are grown up to believe you know they go out in the workforce they go and make a

living it's just just the way it is we're where women have certainly

obviously we've come a long long way but there's that part back there that you

know we're the nurtures we're the caretakers and maybe we don't have that

capacity as well and that is a lack of self-confidence and a lack of

self-worth that was the number one emotion that I didn't have within myself

was I didn't feel worthy of the things that I wanted and so that's the muscle

that I built up with all the tools and so I know that that is what's going on

with women they don't think they're worthy and incapable and all of that but

at the root core of it is is lack of worthiness it is and and you are so

worthy and so talented it's amazing you know we're so multi-talented women you

know multi multifaceted and I believe that we should illuminate all of those

things that make us unique and creative into everything we do including a you

know a career leaving from you know being a mom into creating you know

business on your own or going into the workforce whatever it is that yeah so we

need all of that lastly speak to the guilt that is often

associated with that yeah guilt is a nasty emotion if I could get

would have get rid of guilt worry and shame oh my god I would wipe those off

the planet don't so the guilt here's here's if you're

feeling guilty about doing this maybe because of your children your teaching

your children that their needs don't come first that they have to take care

of the needs of somebody else before they live their dreams my own personal

experience was I took the big leap and I had to look away from my children and do

what I needed to do and what what manifested out of that is they are

powerful independent people we we have a very close loving relationship and

they have nothing but respect for me because I taught them go after your

dreams doesn't matter what anybody says or thinks go after your dreams we you

know let go of the guilt it's not it's not serving you and it's not serving the

other people either it's only enabling them so oh great great point Diane thank

you so much and we are coming to the end of our segment already I could always

talk to you forever I would want to encourage everybody to

you know do click on the link below get a get the program Diane's program ten days

to your purpose and passion it's completely free like I said we'll have

sign off yes yes yes you know there's so much sadness depression anxiety recent

suicides well suicides in general is something that I'm passionate about but

your life is right now and it is today and you don't have a moment to waste

you know some day and one day never come the moment to decide to be happy and

L'omicidio di Galeazzo Maria Sforza || Milano in 90 secondi (o quasi) #52 - Duration: 2:36.

Milan in 90 seconds (or nearly so)

Are you really sure you know Milan?

Do you know where Galeazzo Maria Sforza was killed?

In front of the Basilica of Santo Stefano Maggiore, isolated on the churchyard, there is an ancient column.

That's all that remains of the portico which preceded the medieval church of Santo Stefano.

A church of which no trace remains,

completely disappeared with the restoration realized by Giuseppe Meda in the Sixteenth century.

On the morning of December 26th, 1476,

Galeazzo Maria Sforza was walking right under the porch that doesn't exist today.

The powerful lord of Milan was on his way to church to celebrate the feast of Santo Stefano.

Galeazzo was not alone.

Around him there was his armed escort.

When, however, he was approached by his old friend, Giovanni Andrea Lampugnani,

the escort, imagining that there were no problems, moved to the side.

As soon as he got close, Lampugnani pulled out a knife

and hit Galeazzo twice, at the abdomen and at the femoral artery.

While Galeazzo Maria was falling helpless to the ground, his guards, shocked by the event,

did not see two other men approaching: Gerolamo Olgiati and Carlo Visconti.

The two began immediately to hit the dying Sforza at the neck and head.

Galeazzo Maria Sforza was deeply hated by the people of Milan,

but it seems, however, that the conspiracy had been organized by nothing less than Louis IX, king of France,

who was interested by the Duchy of Milan.

The day of the attack the remains of Galeazzo were moved to the Duomo to be composed for the burial.

The final resting place of the lord of Milan was never made public

to prevent people from desecrating the corpse following the exaltation that the fierce crime had provoked.

Even today nobody knows where his body is resting.

See you next time.

My name is Rodger Koller and this video is going to be very quick

This is from a series of videos that I'm just going to speak

So, the objective of these videos is to bring you

Real Life English, so I'm not going to hold myself back

I'm going to use contractions

slangs and whatever...

I'm going to talk to you, right now

The same way I talk to my friends

ok, so...I'm not going to talk to you as a teacher, but as a friend...

and we are friends, I think :)

I hope...

I hope this video is quick, but, you know...

For this series of videos I don't write scripts

At this moment, for example, I'm driving to work again

I'm sorry if you hear some noise

but...You know...

The thing is, I started making these videos for one reason...

to bring you real life English but it was good because

I haven't had time lately to really stop and make videos because I've been working like crazy

I work in 3 different companies and these companies are in different cities, so

It's really complicated. I don't have time. I leave home at 5 in the morning

and I just get back home at around midnight

So, yes...

but it's ok. Life has been hectic but I'm alive

So, the only time I have to make videos is driving to work...

Well, without any further ado, let's get started...

So come with me...

So, I don't really know what I'm going to talk about today, because I haven't thought of anything

So let me think of some things that people ask me all the time...

Well, people ask me about my accent

a few people have noticed

Not everybody but a few people have noticed that

that I change my accent depending on the video...YES!

I've already made videos with an American-like accent

and I've made videos with an Aussie-like accent

Three people noticed that

and I've made many videos with a British acent, so

People ask me "Why do you change your accent so much?"

Ok, today I'm going to answer this question

Let me do it

I do that because I like juggling with English

Sometimes I want to speak with an American-like accent because

because I've got many friends who are American, I work with 4 American guys

so sometimes I decide to talk like them

I don't know why...Just to make fun of them

I find the American accent really funny

This is the way I really speak. This is my natural accent

but I like speaking with an American accent, sometimes

and I like playing around with it

When I speak Portuguese I do the same thing

Sometimes I speak Portuguese with a carioca accent

Sometimes I speak Portuguese like a Portuguese person from Portugal...

Sometimes I talk like a person from Bahia!

I like doing that, it's just fun

I have a good time doing that

Well, and when I speak Spanish it happens as well...

Sometimes I speak Spanish and I try to sound Colombian

Sometimes I try to sound Mexican, sometimes I try to sound like a Spanish speaker from Spain

So, I like doing that. It's something that I've always done

Yes, that's why it happens

But it's not so easy to change accents

in order to speak with an American accent

I need to focus a lot and

I think too much before doing that. It takes time

I have to warm up and start it, little by little, really slowly

and then after some time I can do that

but it's not at a snap of a finger

It's not so easy to do that

The last time I recorded a video, I was driving

I thought you would hear a lot of noise and stuff, but no

The recording was good, maybe you won't hear any noise. I'm driving

and the traffic is crazy today

It's funny because I'm talking to myself and people are looking at me

When I stop at the traffic light, people look at me

as if I were crazy

as if I were talking to myself

and I'm not. I'm talking to you!

Another thing that people ask me all the time is...

why I don't make videos in Portuguese and

My answer to that is.............. You know

A fun fact for you...When I started this channel

the first videos were in Portuguese

I think I was four months posting videos in Portuguese

and after four months I had around 7 subscribers

Nobody cared about my videos in Portuguese

so I think I got traumatized

and I hardly ever speak Portuguese, even though I live in Brazil

I don't have the opportunity to do that because I work with many people who speak English

I work with American, British people and they speak English

and I work wth three Brazilian people

and they speak English all the time too, so

I hardly ever have the chance...

of speaking Portuguese, only when I'm talking to my mother and my sister

Yeah, I speak Portuguese with my family

But that's all. Even with my girlfriend I speak English

Sometimes I speak Portuguese with her... We started just speaking Portuguese

for a long time but then i forgot about it and I started speaking English with her

and she answered my questions in English as well, so

We completely forgot about speaking Portuguese, but

We've been doing that for a long time, so

Yes, we need to speak Portuguese

I want to make videos in Portuguese, but I don't now...I don't feel like doing that on this channel

because this channel is dedicated to English

I prefer to only speak English here

but I'm thinking about starting a new channel

in which I would be more open to speak Portuguese

and do things I like, so

if I didn' have a channel teaching English, I would have a channel playing video games, because

because it''s something that I love doing

and I'm pretty good at playing video games

So, I'd like to play video games

and do some gameplays. That would be nice!

Maybe I could do that in Portuguese but I don't know

something to think about and it's for the future

I barely have time to dedicate myself to this channel

let alone starting a new channel, so

well, this video is really random

I don't even know what to say anymore

but as I was talking about accents and I've already talked about it before

here on the channel

it's not something extremely important for you to learn

You can keep your own accent forever

The most important thing is not the accent but the pronunciation

if you pronounce the words correctly, everybody will understand you, it doesn't matter where you go

if you go to the USA, to England

to Scotland, Ireland, Wales

it doesn't matter. If you have a good pronunciation, everybody will understand you

and people really like different accents

So if you speak English with good pronunciation

but if you have a Brazilian accent, it's ok!

People love it...People really like

different accents, but you need to pronounce words correctly

That's the most important thing to focus on

🔴✅Coloca Los Pies Por 15 Segundos En Agua Fria Y No Creeras Los Beneficios Que Produce A Tu Cuerpo - Duration: 7:51.

hello and welcome to a new edition of easy remedies 24 today

When we go to the sea or to a pool during the holidays, do not forget that the more

cold be the water more caloric work should make the body but also more

effective reactions will take place cheer up a frozen dip for not

get sick and enjoy good health

you had an idea of all this share this information with your family and friends

in your social networks do not forget to leave us your opinion in the

comment section of this video subscribe to our channel and give me

Tem que hidratar os pés. - Duration: 22:19.

Woman: Wow ... for God's sake ... that there is a sadness.

That's bullshit.

Woman: Hail Mary that ugly.

When the cold began I loved ... then.

Woman: I do not like it very much.

I Love.

Woman: It does not have to be that hot. It's colder ... it's twelve.

Woman: I like it like this ... wear a clothes and stay tidy .. now to leave .. hum.

Here the problem is that when it cools it rains.

Woman: It's ... it gets very moist.

Stay.

It is even easier to remove .. passing the oil ... see?

It does not stick to either the skin or the nail.

There is plenty of it.

Woman: More is a lot, is not it? My God.

Did you see that there was a shortage?

Woman: I go to the girl every 15 days for her to clean. More talk to her not to mess around.

Dont touch.

Woman: Just clean up a little.

Exact.

Woman: Not to accumulate much.

Why ... this month you were not there.

Woman: I was not. After my nail got that way ... I was not even more.

It gave a decrease in the amount of skin ... at least on this finger here.

Was he already bothering him?

Woman: No.

Of course not?

Woman: I do not feel anything ... not even when I grow up ... it starts to look like this.

Yes..

So it is not.

It's already going down a lot.

That excess skin.

The nail is growing right.

Until the skin gets accustomed .. again that .. she's being taken care of.

So she has no need to create so much skin.

That in your case was getting a calloused.

Woman: Even the one that ... hurt me badly. In the hour that cut and was rising .. Oh my God.

You saw stars.

Woman: It's going to slow ... More is the way of the person. Each has a way of working. Even the catch.

Woman: We already realize .. That even this girl that I'm going to do the foot ... she is to withdraw until the ... she even cleans.

Are you seeing? Get out much more ... It is not coming out as much .. As per the ...

Feeling and more hydration .. and emoliencia it will not create so much callosity.

And it does not get dry, right? The problem is that it gets very dry.

Woman: It's there in this corner ... you're watching when you were passing ... I already felt.

Yes.

Woman: I feel there is something there ... more not painful.

Woman: It's a callus, right?

IT IS...

The more he is hydrated .. he leaves without .. Hold so much.

Good thing .. .. is staying a month. And you're not feeling any more pain .. that's the important thing.

And you see that now she comes out more solid .. she does not break so much.

It does not get all punctured.

Woman: It used to be a clay. Before that was dry business.

This.

Before it did and did and was well glued ... now it is more calmly.

Woman: She said I cut my nail a lot.

Woman: You cut this nail a lot. Too short.

Woman: Even to penetrate is better ..

Yes..

Woman: I cut it. His fingernail was inflamed and the podiatrist had already cut.

Excitement.

Is something bothering you?

Now it is more tranquil to remove it .. are you seeing? Now let's see on the other finger.

Did she say anything about this dark that was on the side of the nail?

Anything?

Because it's trauma to me. Understood? Of poking around for a long time.

Woman: Is this what you're talking about?

This ..

Woman: I hit something on her ... if I'm not mistaken.

Why is she already?

Woman: It's been a while .. this is it.

Everything on the nail is very time consuming.

Woman: It's ne ..

Woman: I'm going to talk to her again ... something is going on to get this nail clear.

Ask her .. because of this finger.

It is from the trauma ... that the nail suffered.

Why this side she is starting to create the nail .... be born the nail ...

Woman: My nail has changed a lot.

Already.

Woman: She was like this ... hollow ... now it's opening ... because it was turning inside.

Exact.

This side had no nail whatsoever ... it was callosity ...

And she was very hurt and very hurt.

On these nails just passing the tip .. the cuticle leaves more easily ..

It's much thinner.

I'm just fixing the cut on my fingernails.

You can put it in ... it goes on her just to cut the nail ... give a clean.

Without deepening these sides and without poking too much.

Are not those sides bothering you too?

This nail has already cleared up ... you see?

Woman: It's what's being born.

This ... she's pushing ... the other.

Woman: Oh really.

Woman: And it goes down there under the nail.

Go..

The nail is already growing on this side.

Woman: I even avoid looking too much ... that sincerely makes me want to ... get a business and ...

Tease and tear it all up ... right?

Woman: Then I'll even ...

No .. she will be born this corner .. darker. OK.

It is more because of the traumas she suffered.

More .. the moment she grows up .. she's pushing this darker part.

Woman: I just wanted to stop being born .. so much this skin on the side.

Soon to.

Woman: A lot .. right?

It's already going down a lot.

It's that everything is slower now.

Woman: Is it like the wart is expelling something?

She's not that hard anymore. See?

Woman: Just to do this before ... I already felt ..

She already felt it and she was sore.

She was dry .. more going ..

You've improved a lot and you're just skinned now.

For that day I tried to get as much out of it as possible.

And with hydration .. this oil. It restores the skin. He is restoring .. changes.

Recovering this skin.

Woman: What's the price of Luana?

I have it .. I do not remember the price of head.

I see and I'll tell you.

This part here is already the nail ... that is being born .. is that it comes more weak.

More thin and then it will stiffen again.

Woman: If you could take it off, right?

His tip is here.

He is very sensitive.

Woman: So now you give me the medicine ... you do not want to take .. to go ..

Woman: Dries I do not know no.

Woman: The more you clean it, the better.

Are you feeling? Are you bothering?

Woman: I'm feeling why you moved. Why did you force him? Nothing that ...

The nail is already growing beautiful .. see? Here it is already growing. She's thinner.

The dark was due to the trauma of poking ... poking and cutting wrong.

As it has grown ... this dark will come out.

Woman: Do you think you're going to cover this hole?

Go ... she's already growing ... she's already here. she is already showing up here.

Her tip is already here. So let her grow. How have you always judged too much?

The normal nail takes about ... about six months ... from the tip array.

When she has trauma she takes much longer.

Woman: ixi .. Maria.

This is why it takes .. and people think it is not growing .. yes it is.

Who 's down here .. to see.

Plus she already.

Woman: And me with that skin ...

As well?

With that distrust.

Woman: The time I went to pass the oil. What a craving.

Woman: And it's only you who sees. just you and me...

Woman: That someone who looks will think .. that ugly and disgusting ... what a nut. But...

No..

They are only traumas ... we try to soften ... the suffering on one side and end up causing greater suffering.

Woman: More improvement so you know ... so I do not move .. no one moves and it grows slowly.

And coming good ... this is the important thing.

Woman: Absolutely.

Keep the oil running.

Woman: Monday I go there and talk to her.

You already talk to her.

Talk to her to take a look ... to see if she still has it or not.

Woman: Or else cauterize ... I do not know.

Make the ... cauterization in it.

Woman: Cauterization is something that burns?

Usually it's burning.

Today's and the first ... we see the difference well.
