José Ramón Amieva y Claudia Sheinbaum, firmaron un acuerdo con la CDHDF para atender a los ciudadanos extranjeros provenientes de centroamérica

Con el objetivo de establecer un "puente humanitario" de apoyo a los migrantes centroamericanos, el Jefe de gobierno, José Ramón Amieva; la jefa de gobierno electa, Claudia Shienbaum y la ombudsperson local, Nashieli Ramírez Hernández, firmaron un convenio para atender a los extranjeros que vienen en la caravana

En este marco, dieron el banderazo de la salida a más de 300 brigadistas que acompañarán el éxodo centroamericano desde Oaxaca hasta la Ciudad de México, así como 47 unidades móviles que ofrecerán atención de salud y alimentacióna los migrantes hondureños

La presidenta de la Comisión de Derechos Humanos capitalina, Ramírez Hernández sostuvo que se trata una situación sin precedentes, y la capital del país y México deben ser solidarios y atender lo que calificó como una crisis humanitaria

El éxodo, subrayó la ombudsperson, no se debe tratar como un asunto de seguridad nacional o interna, sino como una crisis humanitaria que debe ser atendida de manera solidaria, haciéndose énfasis en resguardar los derechos humanos, como la salud y la libertad de tránsito

Al respecto, el Jefe de gobierno José Ramón Amieva, precisó que saldrán hacia Ixtlán, Oaxaca, para prestar atención médica y psicológica a los migrantes, y acompañarlos hasta la Ciudad de México, donde se está acordando el lugar para atender a más de cinco mil personas

Una vez que lleguen a la urbe, subrayó el mandatario, se tiene capacidad de ofrecer mil 500 atenciones diarias; además, se instalará un centro de acopio en el Zócalo para recibir la ayuda de los capitalinos, y convocó a las 16 alcaldías a instalar centros de acopio

Por su parte Claudia Shienbaum Pardo, apuntó que por ley la capital del país está obligada a prestar la ayuda humanitaria, pues de acuerdo con el Artículo 11 de la Constitución local, y se deben respetar los derechos humanos de las personas independiente de su estatus migratorio

Pressure Cooker Beef Short Ribs Recipe - Electric Pressure Cooker Recipes - Duration: 5:03.

what's up everybody this is Lyle no hippie BBQ and what I'm be doing in this

video is I'm gonna be doing my version of Asian beef short ribs in our electric pressure

cooker the pressure cooker I'm going to be using is a pressure cooker that was

sent to me by a company called I cook pot I've used this pressure cooker in

one other recipe and I've been happy with it so far but the one thing I

really like about this pressure cooker is it comes in this fly red color anyway

if you see a few of my videos and you like this pressure cooker link is going

to be in the description where you can buy this pressure cooker now this braised beef short ribs recipe

is not a recipe that I found anywhere this is a recipe that I'm kind of

throwing together myself I will be using an estimation of the ingredients that I

used in the description below with no further ado let's take a look at these beef short ribs

ingredients like I mentioned before I will be having my ingredients and

amounts in the description below short ribs

I have an Asian apricot apricot glaze and marinate some beef stock soy sauce

rice wine vinegar red chili pepper flakes with black pepper minced up

garlic minced ginger sesame seed oil brown sugar and I will be browning off

our beef short ribs using some grapeseed oil which is gonna be our next step so

our first step is going to be to brown off these beef short ribs and I already

have these beef short ribs seasoned with salt and pepper and we're just going to

cook them until they're browned on all four sides fat side down to begin with

now that we have this browned on all sides with about a tablespoon and a half

of grapeseed oil if I didn't mention it earlier it's time to just go ahead and

add the rest of the these ingredients this is pretty simple all we're gonna do

is add everything to the pot so I'm gonna start off with my beef broth our

pepper in our ribs or our Thai chili flakes our minced garlic and ginger our

soy sauce rice wine vinegar sesame seed oil brown sugar and then our apricot

glaze and this is pretty much a spin jelly so I'm just gonna go ahead and I'm

gonna give this a good stir now it's time for us to get our pressure cooker

set so let's get our top on our electric pressure cooker I'm gonna line this up with our

unlock here move it over to lock on this particular one I am going to use one of

these preset functions we're gonna go to meat and stew that's gonna put us at 35

minutes this should pressurize up which is doing now and we'll see you in 35

minutes so now that that's run through his full cooking cycle what I'm gonna do

is I'm gonna go ahead and let the pressure release on this on its own I'm

not gonna do a rapid release on this and that should take about 15 more minutes

so here's what we're looking like after the pressure cooker had a chance to just

go ahead and wrap it release on its own I'm gonna go ahead and plate up we'll

taste it see what we think

so that's what it looks like all plated up I tasted that saw so I'm telling you

that is going to go good with some chicken wings or something I don't know

but I'm saving that sauce let's get into this see we think and these beef short

ribs are fork tender right now this is a winner

I am proud that I pretty much came up with this short rib recipe on my own

like I said recipes gonna be in the description try this out I'm telling you

this is an awesome recipe I need to get a cookbook going anyway before I take

Uganda's New Forests - Duration: 8:52.

5,000 chimpanzees still live in Uganda.

But danger surrounds them.

A growing demand for charcoal and firewood is shrinking their habitat every day.

In the last years, chimps have even begun to leave the forests

in search of food, creating deadly conflicts with farmers.

But there is a different side to this story.

In Uganda, some people are turning away from charcoal, and new forests are growing.

They're setting up new tree nurseries, teachers are talking about the environment in classrooms,

and high-efficiency stoves are being built.

And throughout the country, chimps are being rescued.

We want to tell you the story of how the Jane Goodall Institute, hundreds of villages throughout Uganda,

and millions of Ecosia users are restoring the home of our closest living relatives.

While Uganda's cities ever increase the demand for charcoal, there are signs of hope.

In the western district of Hoima,

we met Moses, who manages one of Ecosia's tree nurseries.

When we pulled up, he was watering a bed of tree saplings.

But we soon discovered that he wasn't always the chimp-loving forest defender that he is today.

Back in 2011, I was a charcoal producer, but as time went on, trees were getting finished.

The primates, the animals were actually taking off and running away

because nature was totally cut down.

Actually, when I came into my senses [I realised] that charcoal was not benefiting me financially.

Secondly I was doing a disservice to my community by felling down the trees. That's a very big disservice.

By coming to seedling production I found myself able to get some money

to support myself and the community.

Currently everybody wants to plant trees!

Last year we have planted over 30,000 trees around the rivers.

Imagine a 5 year-old child having 10 trees. That's great!

Now whenever free days come, like weekends, they visit my nursery site.

We water the seedlings with them. At the end I give them seedlings to plant at home.

Moses taught us that you can't protect Uganda's chimps on your own.

To help him find the best planting locations, and to make sure his trees wouldn't be be cut down,

we've partnered with the Jane Goodall Institute.

Jane Goodall is the world's foremost expert on chimpanzees,

and she has dedicated her life to protecting them and their natural habitat.

The work that the Jane Goodall Institute does in Uganda is twofold, really.

One, it's about educating young people to understand the importance of trees.

So there's a lot of planting of trees in schools, that's where are planted a good many trees.

And helping young people understand the whole CO2 sequestration

and how the trees hold water in the land.

We have some wonderful demonstrations,

showing how when you bring trees back

it actually does bring a flow of water back to a place that was dried.

And then the second one is the importance of planting trees

to establish corridors between forest patches,

so that the chimpanzees can actually move as they used to, from one forest patch to another.

Thanks to the corridors that we're planting with Jane Goodall,

chimps can roam from one forest to the next; whether they foraging or searching for mates.

And the new trees have one further advantage: they're bringing water back.

I am Joram Basiima, I am a father to 15 and I'm married to one wife.

In 1996, we cleared all the trees.

In that time the water started decreasing slowly, until it had dried up.

We were very interested in knowing what went wrong.

This water source of yours has dried out, probably you cut down the trees.

You cut down the whole forest.

I planted bananas and I planted coffee.

And around we planted some avocado trees.

So as they grew, as the trees grew, the waters started to come again.

Since 2011 to date, the water has never dried up again.

A few miles down the road from Joram, we met Claire.

Claire is a nurse who volunteers as a forest monitor

and looks after the trees that Ecosia is planting with the Jane Goodall Institute.

We spent an afternoon with her, checking for illegal logging

in a section of forest that was once chimp territory.

And in that time, she taught us how forests can heal the land and its people.

The young people, for them, they think that's how the world is.

They don't know how it was before.

But these old people tell us "no, it wasn't like this before,

the environment was cool and we would receive normal rains".

But the young generation, for them, that's how they found it

and that's how they think it's supposed to be.

Some will mention school fees. We cut the forest down, plant rice and get school fees.

But again you try to also explain to them, leave the forests standing,

use these other new methods of farming, join business saving groups,

and you'll get school fees for your children. So people are now trying to wake up their minds.

If we kept our forests standing and we leave these streams flowing as usual,

life would be good and interesting.

5,000 chimpanzees still live in Uganda.

But with people like Claire, Joram, Moses,

and Ecosia users like you, there is hope.

The trees that you help us plant are not just a new home for chimpanzees.

They also create livelihoods, empower women, and restore the water cycle.

I'M GOING TO BE A GRANDMOTHER-MY SON IS HAVING A BABY - Duration: 4:34.

hey guys I'm back with another video today I'm talking about some good news I

look like of Joker I have like this humongous smile on my face and the

reason why is because my only son I have one son he is 26 years old he is having

a baby so that means I'm going to be a grandmother and I just feel so low

static I'm not an old-looking grandmother give this video a thumbs up

if you think that I'm a young looking grandmother but yes he is 26 he'll be 27

in February he waited a while before he had a kid very proud of him for that and

he is going to have a baby and I'm so so so proud of that I'm married and my

husband wanted to have another baby and you know I'm in the process of moving

waiting way and you know I'm getting older so I was kinda on the fence about

having a baby but I think that now that my son is having a baby we'll be busy

with the new grandbaby so I'm getting tongue-tied so you know maybe we'll put

that on hold or you know just invest that time into the new baby you know

just God is good you just never know what blessings are around the corner at

any time when I heard the news I was so excited I just was like oh my baby's

having a baby and I know that this is going to make him even more mature the

fact that he's having a baby and a lot of things that he has done in his life

in the past and currently is doing in his life now he knows that it's about

that baby and making that baby happy safe and secure like he was so I just

wanted to just talk to my viewers and my potential subscribers and let them know

the good news of me being a mother I'm just so so excited to see

what my grandbaby looks like I don't know it's gonna be a boy or a girl

they're going to do a gender reveal I'm really soon so we'll find out and I'll

let you guys know when I find out you guys will we'll know as well this is

kind of a weird time of the day me recording

I may usually record in the morning time so let's see how this works out doing

recordings at night I think as of this video beside me being excited that I do

like doing videos in the morning time but for now we're gonna see how this

plays out me doing it at night when everything's all you know I'm all done

for the day and everyone has wild it down and I don't have much you know

basically to do around the house and then I do my videos but yes my baby is

having a baby he's having our baby and I'm going to be a grandmother and my

husband is going to be a Papa and I'm just so happy I'm embracing it you know

a lot of people are asking me do you feel old because you're your son's

having a baby no I don't I probably look better than some 20 year olds and not

bragging but you know you gotta take care of yourself and you wanna you know

look like something decent you know what I'm sayin when you get my age I'm 43

years old not look damn good you know beside the fact that I need to

lose a few more pounds I'm doing okay with myself so I don't want to stay too

long in this video you know I like to keep my videos under 5 minutes in some

cases they're longer but I just want to let you guys know the good news please

hi guys welcome back to my channel today I'm going to be getting my house cleaned

up after our chaotic morning it's really messy in here so I'm gonna do like a

major cleaning of this house so I just thought maybe you guys would like to

check it out and come along with me get some cleaning motivation if you run new

get started with the cleaning because I only have let's see it's 10:15 right now

in the morning and the kids have to be picked up at 2:45 so I should finish up

about two o'clock so hopefully I've got about four good hours to power down and

get this house cleaned up so I'm gonna be doing it ultimate clean and hopefully

get this place looking at perfect alrighty guys so I'm just gonna give you

a little tour of the mess I made the boys a mac and cheese this morning for

their lunches I made it from scratch so I still have the pot sitting here some

leftover macaroni I'm gonna get all that cleaned up and I'm gonna have to unload

the dishwasher and reload it with the dirty dishes we still have some

breakfast items sitting on the island and a bunch of water bottles because I

filled their waters and we've got milk from cereals syrup from waffles and

Dover here's not too bad actually is there's just a few items over there so

I'm gonna get all that put away so I'm gonna get started right away

as usual I'm gonna get started with the kitchen I feel like the kitchen is the

center of everything and if I get the center cleaned up then I can start

working outwards and that just feels like the best way to go about it for me

I like to clean like the biggest mess area which is always a kitchen and then

work on out

I just wanted to give you guys a peek of these awesome beverage tumblers I got

hold anything basically wine coffee whatever you want I really love it I

used my last night to have some wine while I sat on the couch and edited a

video

all right so the dishwasher is almost loaded but I still have a whole whack of

stuff here on the island put away so I'm just gonna be putting away all of the

food items in fact where they belong and then clearing off the food that is left

on the plates into the trash and then loading those plates and dishes in it to

the dishwasher

every change has a reason baby let it come here

now I'm just gonna clear off my Island and use my thieves cleaner to spray it

down and I'm gonna let that sit for a minute because I have quite a few sticky

spots in the meantime I'm just gonna put away this leftover mac and cheese that I

made this morning and I'm gonna have that for lunch myself now that the

cleaner has had a chance to soak in for a couple of minutes I'm just wiping it

down with a hot dish cloth I do usually rinse out the dish cloth a couple of

times when I'm wiping the island especially if there's quite a bit of

food residue

Here I am just going to wash out the saucepan in the strainer that I used to

make the mac and cheese with usually I'll just rinse it out really quick and

toss it in the dishwasher but the dishwasher was full so I'm just gonna

hand wash them so I don't have any other dishes sitting around in the sink today

some more thieves cleaner over here on the other countertop I just sprayed it

down and I'm just going to make sure that there are no sticky spots or food

residues all over my countertops here I'm just removing the grate off of my

grill I'm just going to set those aside and make sure that I can clean off any

food that is gotten in there and polish the stainless steel as well

I had a few of these little bath & Bodyworks candles floating around the

house the kids really wanted me to get a couple of them so when we were there

last I got them one each and I thought that one would be really cute just right

over there on the stand behind my sake

you guys I have been loving my mrs. Myers dish soap and hand soap and I am

already done using my cleaning spray but October's almost over and it's almost

time for the christmas sense now if you guys love cleaning supplies you have to

okay so here I am just putting away some clutter that was left on the kitchen

table I'm gonna get that put away and then I'm gonna spray down my kitchen

table with my theives cleaner and just wipe it down

alright guys so I just wanted to chat about something with you guys really

quick I think there's gonna be some changes happening in my living room I'm

getting a little bit bored with the accent wall we had it like that for a

few years now and same way the couches the couches are actually how many years

old aren't they they're only like a year older than my second boy and he is nine

so oh no they're not a year older they're a year younger so they're eight

years old already time flies I don't know where that happened but so we're

gonna start shopping around for new couches and I think we're gonna change

the color scheme in here I'd like to go with white walls I'd like to go with

lighter color couches so slowly but surely I think we will start making

those changes now I'm also going to be hanging my IKEA picture ledges now I

think that we are going to be putting the picture ledges rather than just a

gallery wall I'll show you guys what I picked up to put over there I got this

just pack of picture frames now I was just gonna hang it the way it is on here

but I think I think I'll use the IKEA picture ledges because that way I could

just kind of move it around and change the way it looks I've had those big

toilet just for like a year and a half but the thing that's holding me back

because because I don't know what kind of couches we're gonna get I know where

did we get getting couches soon and I just don't know like the positioning in

the couches and where we're going to put everything so I just don't want to hang

those things on the wall and then go ahead and change my mind like maybe we

won't have a couch over there maybe the piano move over there so that's kind of

holding me back but I think I'm just gonna go ahead and do it we can always

change it we will need to be repainting the house soon because with four boys in

here they bang up the walls quite easily so we'll probably do all that stuff in

the near future maybe the next few months I'm thinking painting will coming

in the spring but for now I would like to get these put up and you'll start to

see some design changes in the living room

so the living room is really not too messy just a couple of things that I had

to put away and once I put away there was a few items I'm just going to

straighten up the blankets in here and vacuum the floors vacuum the rug it's a

usual routine in the living room I like to make sure that vacuum is going and

that my carpet has the vacuum lines and I also like to make sure that it smells

fresh in there so I will be using my homemade Febreze that I use to spray

down the couches as well as the carpet

I know in my last video that I used my homemade Febreze a few of you were

asking how I made it so I just take an old cleaning bottle I rinse it out and

then I put about a quarter cup of a fabric softener in there my favorite

scented one and then I fill the rest with water and I just use it as I

normally would with Febreze our front entryway is usually littered with shoes

and hockey gear today I only have a couple of pairs of shoes here which is

super and somebody left one bag of hockey gear up here as usual but instead

of taking it all the way downstairs in the basement I'm just gonna leave it up

at the front door there and that room off to the side because we are heading

to hockey right after school I'm also going to be vacuuming up here because we

do have an unfinished driveway so we do have a lot of sand and dirt being

tracked in I do usually like to have everybody take their shoes off outside

on the front porch but that doesn't always happen so for now I'm just gonna

make sure that it is always vacuumed so that there are no dirt pieces and sand

pieces that get into the hardwood hopefully next summer we can do

something about the driveway and get it finished off

I do get a ton of questions about my mop this is the o-cedar spin mop it is my

favorite mop of all time I have had this for about a year and I've never had to

replace the mop head they are replaceable but if anybody would like

one it is linked down below in my description box to my Amazon store you

can go ahead and check it out down there

all right so I just want to show you guys a little trick that I learned if

you have dark hardwood floors you'll notice sometimes I don't know if you do

but I get a little gouge of sort of scratches in them you know might be

because we've got some rowdy boys around here but if you end up with a little

gouge in your floor or a little scratch I have an easy fix you just take a black

permanent marker and array that you don't mind ruining and you just color

that spot and wipe it away really quickly and it will kind of leave a

stain there like a black stain I shouldn't say black more like a a dark

hardwood stain but I'll show you how it looks all right so you can see there are

a couple spots looked a little bit worn out so I'm just gonna take my marker and

I'm just gonna draw over it and then really quickly just rub it away and then

it just kind of looks like the distressed the distressed look so it

looks much better than it did before with like the worn-out look you can

almost not even see where it was worn see how much better that looks and you

have to wipe it right away because you don't want that permanent marker to like

stay like a black line if you wipe it it like blends right in with the dark wood

you see those little Nick's just give it a little wipe and it like totally looks

gone need some fixing here especially in the front and True Way where we're

coming in and out of the house and there's a lot of traffic there are a lot

of spots so but look how much better those spots look and you just rub it out

and then even after when you wash it it blends even better but it definitely

looks much better than just having mix all over the floor a knife will

scream you added colors

nice to some you don't care about the I just want to show you guys I got the

fluffiest warmest cardigan I picked this up at Walmart like last week and the

sleeves are a little bit wider they're like like kind of like bell sleeves but

I typically don't like so there's like that but this one is just so comfortable

and cute it is so soft against bare skin so if you're wearing a t-shirt and you

just put this cardigan on top they also had a mustard colored one but I just

thought that pink looked better with my skin so I got that one so yeah this is

my super comfy cozy cardigan from work I

my favorite places to clean I like to just sit down and just go through my

stuff and organize it and as you'll notice here on my phone my hobby just

called me so pretty much the whole time that I am organizing my vanity here we

are just chit chatting about stuff he's actually driving from one job to another

like he's driving around town so he's driving talking to me on his Bluetooth

and I am sitting here cleaning up my vanity talking to him on speaker so

we're just catching up on our day to day stuff now I dunno where you

unless you so God won't you come back to me I've got you in my head you're all

that I see I've lost all my chances I know that I am too late I'm saying

in our I'm sinking out here

I'm wondering if y'all thinking about me do now it's too late for my vanity near

here I'm just gonna be using my method Mint glass cleaner it is my favorite

glass cleaner it smells so great and it leaves no streaks at all keeps on

bleeding I have scars

it's my fault I messed up and

so much better I miss you so bad won't you come back to me I've got you in my

head you're all that I see I've lost all my chances I know that I am too late I'm

thinking of you

and I'll let me do now instill my bathroom countertops were pretty

cluttered with just a bunch of I guess beauty stuff and hair stuff and

toothbrushes and you know all the same old stuff that you use in your bathroom

so I'm just putting all that stuff away right now and then I will be wiping down

the countertops

Digga the glaad keeps ticking don't know what I should do unless you in the

shower here I'm just using my mrs. Meyers Mint scented all-purpose cleaner

so I'm just spraying it down and I'm just gonna use my little scrubby brush

and just scrub the areas like in between the grout and stuff to make sure there's

no soap scum and then I'll just give that a quick rinse with the shower

thinking of you

my bathtub really needed to be cleaned badly not because it was dirty but the

kids got like a bunch of bath bombs and like bath jellies and stuff from Milosh

so they had used those and they got everywhere so there were these like

little green bath jellies that were tiny but they like expanded really big in the

bathtub and they were everywhere so I had to get those cleaned up

all righty guys so that is it for your cleaning motivation for today I hope you

#46 TRIP TO FRANCE (Part 1/3) / In the World of Kalaweit... - Duration: 6:09.

Hello everyone, so im leaving today for ten days in France, for birthday

of Kalaweit. (20 years)

It's never really nice to leave behind me like this the

forest and animals but it's only for ten days

and each time the journey begins with crossing this beautiful bamboo forest

Although we protect the reserve for several years now

there's no panda here yet, and second step after the bamboo forest the

river

You see behind me it's not mist but smoke caused by

fires, Voluntary fires to convert

the forest in palm oil plantations. In 2018 it's still relevant

Muara Teweh, this is where I have to say goodbye to my little family.

After twenty minutes of speedboat, now six hours drive to get to the

city of Palangkaraya, where I'm going take my first plane

There is still at least two hours of

road, but there's a fire and I'm going to show you what's going on ... the reality of

Borneo ...

Already when comes out of the car we are caught by the smoke, we are in

a peat land area so it's the forest burns from below

it is the ground that is consumed it is for that there is no flame, almost no

flames, but smoke ... a lot of smoke and it's too late ... nothing to do

to try to stop that then companies will tell you: it's not

us and there is a moratorium on peatland areas... It is

true, except that this moratorium does not concern private owners

so very easy to get around it ...

the habitat of orangutans that has been destroy...

and you can see and this is a proof no appeal that the lands were

burned to make room for palm trees with the big trunks calcined on the ground

so then clusters to be sold to a company that is not very

far from here, and then palm oil will be able to

find even in so-called products sustainable palm oil ....

I continue because I still have an hour and a half drive

The blonde beauty often shares photos and videos to her Instagram account, showing off her latest workouts — and her super-toned body.

In recent weeks, Engbino has uploaded several posts showcasing her rock-hard abs.

She's been working hard to get her body in the best shape possible and she is very proud of her accomplishments thus far.

Back on October 10, Engbino revealed that she gained seven pounds of muscle.

"Up 7lbs! I've been stuck at 110lbs for years.

I am now at 117! I have a very fast metabolism and on top of that, I live an active lifestyle being a personal trainer.

I'm always following up with myself, tracking my progress to make sure I'm going forward and not back! Along with any goal, you have to continually put in work day in and day out.

If you fall off for a day or go on vacation here and there, IT'S OK! Keep your G O A L S in sight! Reset, refocus and recharge so you can keep the momentum going! You've got this," she captioned an Instagram pic of herself holding up her shirt and showing off her washboard stomach.

As previously reported by Heavy, Engbino works as a personal trainer at Point Loma Sports Club, located in San Diego, California.

"I'm an energetic Fitness Trainer with a strong background in Competitive Fitness Preparation and Bikini Posing.

I love working with all fitness levels and am highly motivated to help you reach your fitness goals.

Life is a journey, and to be able to impact and enhance someone's overall quality of life and their day to day enjoyment is a blessing," reads Engbino's bio on the Point Loma Sports Club's website.

In addition to being a personal trainer, Engbino is also a two-time nationally qualified NPC Bikini contestant.
