Maybe one day, we can be that good.
The wrestling community worldwide,
when the dispute over the elimination of wrestling
from the Olympics started,
they put aside their differences and united.
IOC was then faced with a huge number of people who wanted
to save the oldest sport in the world.
Finally, with a high percent of the votes,
IOC was forced to keep wrestling.
It is not fair for the sport of our ancestors
to be eliminated from Olympics.
If wrestling is eliminated from the Olympics
Iranians will lose their spirit.
It would be so unfortunate to
eliminate wrestling from the Olympics.

Smoked Turkey - How To Brine and Smoke A Whole Turkey - Cooking Turkey Pellet Grill/Smoker - Duration: 11:10.
what is up everybody this is lyle with no hippie BBQ whatever you doing in this
video is we are going to be doing the best smoked turkey the thing that's going to
be a little bit different about this smoked turkey then the majority of my
turkeys is that instead of doing my own turkey brine I went to the store and they had
this turkey brine on sale for 50% off $8.99 so about four dollars and fifty cents and
it comes with the brining bag so we're going to go ahead and roll with this I
did look at the ingredients and it looks like it has all the stuff that you would
want and a brine so we're going to roll with this if you're looking to make your
own brine what I will do is in the description below I'll leave a guide to
what one of my typical brines would look like if you want to come up with your
own turkey brine it could be as simple as just salt and water and you can kind of get
creative from there well another thing we're going to do this different is
we're going to be brining the turkey in buttermilk
now this suggestion came from a guy that owns a company called miners mix and
they sell a bunch of different excellent seasonings over there I'm gonna leave a
link to where you could buy any miners mix products in the description below
but you know what I've never brined a turkey in buttermilk so we're gonna go
ahead and try that today first thing that we need to do is just go ahead and
get our brine mixture into our pot I have about a half a gallon of water in
this pot we're gonna go ahead and get this in and I'm gonna give it on the
stove bring it to a simmer and let it go for about 15 minutes and we'll pick it
up after that turkey brine solution I had on the stove is cooled down now
now what we're gonna do is we're going to go ahead and get our turkey into our
brining bag which I have in a bucket all right and I'm gonna close this bag up
and put some ice over when we're done let's go ahead and add our
lucien let me get at the time I don't want this bag to fall down in there
all right now we're going to add a gallon so we have a half gallon of that
brine solution now we're going to add a full gallon of this buttermilk and I'm
very interested to see how this comes out this is the first time that I've
ever brined a full turkey with anything like buttermilk
okay I'm gonna lift this turkey up just a few times just to kind of get that
solution mixed around in here and I'm gonna go ahead and close this bag and
I'm gonna put ice on top of this to keep it cool it's gonna have a chance to sit
in the garage for 24 hours before we get it out on our smoker like I mentioned
earlier the smoker we're going to be using is going to be my Camp Chef
woodwind pellet grill if you're looking to see any other smoker smoked turkey recipes I'll
put them in the iCard above and description below I have a turkey on the
weber smokey mountain have a turkey on the pit barrel cooker have a turkey on
the weber kettle grill so i have a few different turkey recipes we are
going to be cooking this turkey over 400 degrees if you've seen any of my videos
that do believe in high temperature turkeys anyway enough talking we'll pick
this up tomorrow so after letting that turkey sit in that
buttermilk brine solution for around 24 hours we rinsed it off rinsed everything
off Pat it dry and then what I did was I cut off some of the loose skin that was
on it and if you're trimming up turkey skin before you cook it leave a little
bit of extra on there because it's going to tighten up as it cooks now we're
going to go ahead and stuff the turkey what I do is stuff it with anything that
you have around the house that happens to be random any vegetables you know
like celery apples oranges lemons limes what I have is I have some apples that I
have quarter some oranges
and then I have a mixture of rosemary sage and oregano we're gonna throw this
in and by stuffing the turkey like this it expands the cavity out allows your
turkey to cook a little bit more evenly and it's going to pick up a little bit
of that essence as well as the turkey cooks
okay I'm gonna go ahead and wash my hands then we're gonna go ahead and get
this season done is the seasoning what I like to use on the turkeys of that cook
is an herb based seasoning what I happened to be using is my go to
it's called herb or herb de Provence you could use Italian seasoning or anything
along those lines I really try to stick away from anything that has salt in it
especially if I brined it because you might be over salting the turkey so
first thing I'm gonna do is we're gonna rub it down I'm using a peanut oil since
we are going to be smoking this at a high temperature butter or something
like that may not be good you want to go up the high temperature type oil to keep
it from burning we're just gonna put a nice little coat on it and now let me
have it oiled down what we're gonna do is just
go ahead and apply our seasoning to it now this oil is going to do a couple of
different things it's going to help it get brown and that's gonna help our
seasoning to stick to it as far as this turkey goes I don't really see a need to
season the bottom of it if you'd like go ahead season the bottom up and this herb
is really mainly for appearance more than it is for actual flavor
all right that is a done deal so we have the turkey seasoned up I'm gonna go
outside and get my camp chef started I'm going to be cooking it directly on this
pan since this is a pellet cooker and the heat comes directly up from the
bottom I want there be some kind of protection on it we're going to be
cooking this anywhere between 400 to 450 degrees just depending on how my smoker
performs it is a little bit cold outside so that may have a little bit to do with
the temperature they were going to be cooking it anyway I'll meet you outside
we are coming up to temp on this word about 330 degrees right now but I'm
going to go ahead and throw it on we're probably going to try to stay in that
425 to 435 area during this cook what I will do during this cook is I will
monitor it probably about every 45 minutes to make sure it's not getting
too Brown since we are cooking at this temperature the legs and the wings tend
to start getting a little bit dark so when that happens I'm going to go ahead
and foil those up cooking at this temperature this turkey should be done
in about 2 and 1/2 hours let's get it in
we'll go ahead and check this in 45 minutes see it in
we are about 45 minutes in on it I'm looking at these turkey wings and they're
starting to get a little bit dark so we're just going to go ahead and wrap
these up so I'm going to get both of the wings and then we're going to get these
legs as well
and what I forgot to do earlier with my temperature probe in so we're gonna go
ahead and get that in and if I didn't mention it earlier we're going to be
cooking this until we get to about a hundred and seventy degrees typically
you take a turkey off around 165 ish somewhere in there but since we're
cooking so hot and fast I find that the turkeys always stay moist so that's why
I've taken that extra 5 degrees so we're about an hour in on this and it's
starting to get a little bit darker so what I'm going to do is I'm just going
to go ahead and tint this it will start picking up some color even though it's
tinted but we don't want this to be overly brown
now we're just gonna tint it very loosely
so we just hit a 170 degrees and we're only two hours in on this so go ahead
and take off this and that does have the color we're looking for I'm gonna go
ahead and turn off the smoker bring it inside let it rest for about 10-15
minutes then we'll cut into
so that's it that's a done deal took just a little bit over two hours to get
this right in 270 degrees go ahead cut into it see what it tastes
like as always the breast is my favorite part
I'm just gonna kind of come down the side of the breast and then just do a
couple slices and that skin is definitely crispy and just gonna come in
the side right here here's we're looking like you can see all this steam coming
off of it whoo that's hot anyway it looks good let's just jump in
taste it all right looks good to me let's get in see what's up just to touch

지난 25일(현지 시간) 동무 전문 매체 더도도는 현재 유기묘 6마리를 키우고 있는 고양이 애호가 자스민 펠더()의 사연을 전했다.
지난해 찬바람이 불던 어느 날, 펠더의 집 앞에 깜짝 손님이 찾아왔다.
앙상하게 마른 고양이 버디(Buddy)였다.
버디는 작은 인기척에도 소스라치게 놀랄 정도로 내성적인 모습이었다.
당시 유기묘를 4마리를 키우고 있던 펠더는 한 치의 망설임도 없이 버디를 집으로 데려와 정성스레 돌보기 시작했다.
6개월 뒤, 하루는 펠더의 귀에 고양이 울음소리가 들려왔다.
그 소리가 어찌나 구슬픈지 늦은 저녁이었음에도 펠더는 옷을 걸쳐 입고 밖으로 걸음을 향했다.
펠더가 울음소리를 따라간 곳에는 최근 이웃이 이사간 빈집이었다.
그곳에는 태어난 지 5주 된 회색 고양이 한나(Hannah)가 버려져 있었다.
(좌) 버디, (우) 한나 / 며칠을 먹지도 않고 몸을 웅크리고 있었는지 한나의 모습은 매우 위독해 보였다.
펠더는 한나를 조심히 품에 안고 데려와 건강을 모두 회복할 때까지 살뜰히 보살폈다.
다행히 펠더의 간호로 빠르게 활기를 되찾은 한나는 사교적인 '개냥이'의 면모를 드러냈다.
지금까지 집안 구석에 숨어지내며 다른 고양이들의 눈길을 피해왔던 버디도 그런 한나에게 남다른 관심을 보였다.
버디는 먼저 한나에게 다가가 품을 내어줬고, 금세 친해진 둘은 서로에게 가장 소중한 존재가 되었다.
떠돌이 생활이 얼마나 고된 지 누구보다 잘 알기에 버디는 자기에게 주어진 사료나 간식도 한나에게 먼저 내어주는 듬직한 면모를 보였다.
그는 각각 아픈 상처가 있는 6마리 고양이의 집사가 된 만큼 큰 책임감을 느끼고 있다고 전했다.

Apollo's First Manned Mission Was Live Streamed in Space | Apollo - Duration: 5:15.
After the Apollo 1 disaster, NASA had to retrace its every move, piecing together the reasons
why the first manned mission went catastrophically wrong.
Three astronauts were dead and the space program was on pause.
And while it was one of the darkest times in NASA's history,
the tragic accident likely saved the Apollo Program.
Up until Apollo 1, the United States was making major progress on its mission to the moon.
But, eventually, speed surpassed safety, and it ended in disaster.
For months after the fatal fire, NASA's investigators tore apart the charred Apollo 1 spacecraft.
The exact cause of the blaze was never identified, but the final report highlighted a number
of factors including the spacecraft's pure oxygen environment, the amount of combustible
materials in the crew cabin and the inward-opening hatch.
Many of these issues were raised by the Apollo 1 astronauts.
But the crew, along with NASA, knew that the Apollo missions walked a dangerous line of risk and reward.
Before his fatal mission, Apollo 1 Command Pilot, Gus Grissom, wrote that "The conquest
of space is worth the risk of life".
To prove that the astronaut's deaths weren't in vain, NASA decided to rebuild.
The Apollo spacecraft immediately underwent major modifications.
Unlike the block I Command-Service Modules, the redesigned spacecraft, the block II CSM,
was equipped with an outward-opening hatch
that could be released from the inside in seven seconds.
Arguably, the most incriminating error with the Apollo 1 spacecraft was the fact that
the sealed cabin was pressurized with 100-percent oxygen.
This system would likely operate safely in space, but at sea-level, the high pressure made the
Apollo 1 spacecraft extremely combustible.
So moving forward, NASA would use a mixed gas atmosphere while on the launch pad and
then switch to a single pure oxygen atmosphere once in space.
Along with fireproofing as much of the CSM as possible, the agency also made structural
changes to its launch complex and mandated strict safety procedures
for both astronauts and ground control.
NASA also needed to decide how it would proceed with the subsequent Apollo missions.
Ultimately, the agency decided that its next three uncrewed missions would be dubbed
Apollo 4, 5 and 6.
The missions would carry out test flights for the Saturn V rocket, redesigned CSM spacecraft
and Lunar Module.
About 20 months after the fire, NASA was ready for another manned Apollo mission.
On October 11, 1968, Apollo 7 successfully took to the sky and entered orbit.
The mission's objective was to ensure the redesigned CSM was capable of operating
effectively in Earth orbit.
The Mission Commander, Wally Schirra, was the only astronaut to fly in the Mercury,
Gemini and Apollo programs.
He was joined by rookies, Walter Cunningham and Donn Eisele.
All eyes were on the Apollo 7 team, literally.
The crew, albeit reluctantly, put on the first live TV broadcast in space.
Nicknamed the "Wally, Walt, and Donn Show", during the transmissions, the astronauts entertained
viewers by showing off the effects of microgravity and preparing hot meals in their tiny cabin.
Everything seemed to be working perfectly, well, everything except the astronauts' immune systems.
The entire crew was hit with a nasty cold.
And in space, fluids don't drain like they do on Earth, so their symptoms were exceptionally bad.
Despite the added discomfort and difficulty, the Apollo 7 crew successfully tested the
major aspects of the redesigned CSM, including the engine, which in later missions would
need to fire the spacecraft into and out of the moon's orbit.
Once ready to return home, the astronauts fired the service module's propulsion system,
inserting the spacecraft into a trans-Earth injection.
The command module's heat shield proved capable of withstanding nearly 3,000 degrees
celsius during descent.
The parachutes deployed and the spacecraft safely splashed down in the Atlantic Ocean.
After 10 days and 20 hours, the Apollo 7 astronauts were finally able to blow their noses.
The successful end to the Apollo 7 mission proved that NASA's hard reset was worth it.
In the months since the Apollo fire, the space program reinvented itself, showing that it
was dedicated to ensuring the safety of its own.
But unforeseen circumstances would force NASA to once again rapidly change course and take
on an even greater risk for Apollo 8.
What was supposed to be another mission within Earth's orbit, wound up becoming a dangerous
trek to the far side of the moon.
In 1968, the same year as Apollo 7, NASA marked its tenth anniversary.

hey guys back with another video today I am talking about exercising and how
exercising is not where you want to be if you're trying to lose weight and I
know you hear the opposite usually when someone especially a guru exercise and
nutrition guru tells you that exercise is important not because they're trying
to sell you something because I was discussing this with a few friends and
it made a lot of sense to them after they listened to what I had to say if
you do not and I say this in a lot of videos but you guys have to remember
some of you that watch my videos on a daily basis and you kind of know what
kind of videos what kind of content that I'm putting out here I know you're
probably saying you've said this in a lot of videos but my channel was
relatively small so how many viewers are really watching my videos at this point
and I'm a small channel for them to know that this was already put out this kind
of content letting my viewers and my subscribers and my potential subscribers
know that the main way you're going to lose weight is if you get control over
what you put in your mouth 80% of weight loss that's in the kitchen if you don't
have control over your food intake if you sit still binge eating or if you're
not you know making a conscious decision to say well at dinnertime I eat two
cheeseburgers I'm going to have to have one and instead of that second serving
of fries we're gonna have to have a salad the fries in one cheeseburger food
is the silent killer food is your enemy I'm not telling you to stop eating food
I love food I'm not gonna lie to you but when you're trying to lose weight I
don't care about what anyone tells you if you're not eating less calories
then what you're supposed to consume from your weight you're not gonna lose
weight you're actually going to keep gaining weight and another thing you
guys need to know the more that you snack all through the day you could be
snacking up to seven to eight thousand calories without even realizing it and
you don't realize it because they're real small portions the stuff you're
snacking on and you're on this myth that well my metabolism keeps burning so it's
burning stored fat and also that snack that I'm eating because it's so small of
a snack and it's adding up putting you in a deficit that means you're owing
you're not that the calories is not owing you you're on the calories because
you know you might only for your size only should be eating 2,200 calories and
you're snacking all through the day and that adds up to 7,000 8,000 calories and
you don't even realize it in these small little processed snacks that they put on
the shelves that we buy in the grocery store it's no telling how many calories
are in the snacks and then you're eating meals in between these snacks the only
way you're going to lose weight and I'm going to continue to say it until I at
least get a hundred thousand per video so then I know that I'm reaching a
broader audience and I'll still say it then is if you want to lose weight it
starts in the kitchen you have to take control over what you put in your mouth
the 20% is exercising that's a bonus that's the tight and lift and tone while
you're losing weight the weight so that you can look healthy and have that glow
and you know usually when people don't work out and they're losing weight they
look sickly so that's that 20% that you want to have in your weight loss journey
is the 20 percent working off but you got to
get the eating part of you're losing weight regiment down or your weight loss
journey is not going to work and that's just the bottom line it stops in the
kitchen is what you put in your mouth so with all that being said please

What has NASA's Lunar Orbiter seen over the Moon's tallest mountains? LRO 4K - Duration: 9:29.
The lunar reconnaissance orbiter has been exploring the surface of the moon since 2009,
mapping and imaging the surface of the moon like never before.
It orbits about 50-200km above the moon's surface as there is no atmosphere to slow
it down, meaning it can really see the surface in exquisite detail with its powerful camera,
the LROC.
Due to the moon's close proximity to us, the amount of data it is able to send each
day far surpasses missions like the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, the Juno mission around Jupiter,
and the New Horizons mission that passed Pluto.
In fact, it can send back an astonishing 155 gigabytes per day, or 55 terabytes per year!
So, in a similar vein to my Mars series, I want to explore the surface of our Moon and
explain the images you will be looking at.
I'm Alex McColgan and you're watching Astrum, and in this video we will explore
the tallest mountains found on the Moon!
The LRO, unlike the MRO, has a special ability to be able to take photos from an angle as
well as from a top down perspective.
This means we are able to view the mountains of the moon as if from the cockpit of a plane,
which gives us a better sense of height and scale.
Although, our sense of scale is already seriously messed up, as on Earth we have visual clues
to help us judge how high or wide something is.
For instance, we can tell the background here must be tens of kilometres away, because the
atmosphere makes the mountains quite hazy.
Also, we can see the town, some trees, all of which help us know roughly how big something
is that we are looking at.
But on the moon we don't have any of that, no trees, no atmosphere, no towns.
Just looking at this image, how big would you say this mountain is?
How wide is the foreground in this image?
It would be fun to see your guesses in the comments.
As it happens, the foreground of this image is about 15 kilometres across, and the foreground
mountain is nearly 7km tall!
These two peaks at the back are a massive 200km away, and are roughly 4,500m tall.
Surprisingly, these peaks aren't named like they probably would be if they were on Earth
at that size.
The best way to kind of get a sense of scale for these images is to use this amazing tool
NASA have released called Quickmap, where you can see the moon under various filters,
including a topographical map.
Here's the mountain in the foreground of the image, and here is the background peaks.
You'll also notice that these peaks are found around the rim of a crater.
Pretty much all of the mountains we will look at today can be found either on the rims or
centre of craters, including these ones found in the famous Copernicus crater.
When craters form, we all tend to think of the circle they
create, but big craters often have uplift in the centre.
Surprisingly enough, this is not due to a water drop impacting a pool of water effect,
or elastic rebound, where the centre shoots up again after impact.
This only happens with material with elastic strength trying to return to its original
shape.
Rather, craters have uplift in the centre due to the surface material attempting to
revert to a gravitational equilibrium.
Copernicus crater can easily be seen on the surface of the moon by an amateur telescope,
and as a result is one of the moon's most viewed features from the ground.
These mountains in the centre look impressive, but they only rise about 1000m above the crater
floor.
Zooming out a bit, and you will see how dwarfed they are by the surrounding crater walls,
reaching 4000m above the crater floor.
Here's the crater from another angle, and one thing
you will notice is that the basin of this crater is lumpy, but comparatively flat.
This is because after the massive impact that caused this 100km wide crater, the floor was
lava which eventually solidified.
Moving on to a new location on the moon, we come to the Apennine Mountains, an impressive
range of 3-5km high mountains found at the rim of one of the biggest impact craters in
the whole solar system, the Imbrium Basin, or Mare Imbrium.
These mountains look interesting next to this mare, or a solidified lava plain, and this
rille, kind of like a gorge found on the moon.
But apart from being a very interesting view, there's something else special about this
place.
It is in fact where the Apollo 15 mission landed in 1971, which means there is also
a ground perspective to these mountains.
Here is the lunar module with these same mountains in the background.
From here it looks like they are so close, but remember our perception of things is skewed!
These actually rise about 5km high from the plain the camera is on, higher than the Himalayan
front above the Nepalese and Indian plains on Earth.
Astronauts also investigated the rille using their lunar rover.
This rille actually drops down 380m!
Rille's on Mars are a bit of a mystery as it isn't clear why they are there.
One leading theory is that they are the exposed or collapsed magma tunnels under the surface
of the moon back when it was more geologically active.
From the perspective of the LRO, the tracks left by the rover can still be seen today,
as there is no wind on the moon to cover the tracks up with dust.
So even though the Apollo mission happened about 40 years before this photo was taken,
the remains can still be seen in pristine detail.
It wouldn't be right to talk about some of the highest points on the moon without
talking about the highest point!
Sadly, it doesn't look too impressive as it has a really shallow gradient – only
3 degrees.
It's near the biggest impact crater on the whole moon, the Aitken Basin, which likely
formed 4 billion years ago.
As you can see, this crater is huge, and would have created a lot of ejecta.
This ejecta piled up all around the crater, including what is now known as the highest
point on the moon.
The basin was likely caused by a low-velocity impact with an object 200km in diameter, and
it would have been at a sharp angle as the ejecta was flung mainly in one direction.
Interestingly, the lowest point on the moon is not so far away from the highest point!
The lowest point, found at the bottom of a crater within the basin is -9106m, and the
highest point is taller than Everest, at 10,786m!
A just a side note for those of you that are curious, these heights come from comparing
the average radius of the moon with the elevation of the point.
