In the first activity, we will test your ability
to recognize the /t/d/ and the /k/g/ sounds in words.
You will hear 4 words, and you will have to make 4 decisions.
We start at "1".
After hearing each word, you'll have to make a decision:
turn left or turn right, based on what sound you hear in each word.
If you hear the /s/ or /z/ as the final sound of the word,
you have to turn to the left.
And if you hear the /t/, /d/, /k/ or /g/ as the final sound of the word,
you have to turn to the right.
After 4 words, we will arrive in a city.
Your job is to correctly guess the name of the city where we have arrived.
Let's do an example:
We're going to the right.
We're going to the right.
We're going to the left.
We're going to the right.
We are in Seattle.
Can you hear the final /t/ sound pronounced as a /d/ in "Seattle"?
In the first and second set of words I will say each word twice.
Are you ready?
Where are we? Write the name of the city in the comments.
Second set of words. Are you ready?
Where are we?
In the third and fourth set of words I will say each word only once.
Are you ready?
Where are we?
Fourth set of words. Are you ready?
Where are we?
Write the name of the cities in the comments.

Focusing on 16 Tips for Promoting Your Current Podcast 20181031 - Duration: 6:26.
In the sidebar there's a link for how to become a patron it sure appreciates your
support The Guy R Cook Report episode today is going to be about
focusing on 16 tips for promoting your current podcast now that doesn't mean
you have to do all 16 today okay I appreciate you taking the time out of
your day but I don't expect you to have time to do all 16 tips today but at
least become aware of them and to do that we're gonna go take a look right
now at that post on the pulse at LinkedIn
Sixteen tips for promoting your podcasts is put together by Donna PappAcosta and
if you want to follow Donna their link is there in this episode so you can get
that going right now she's saying that after you hit publish and you've got
your episode of the podcast up that's just the start that's the tip of the
iceberg there's a lot of support things that you need to get done and here's
sixteen of them for you to consider start with an effective catchy name the
Guy R Cook Report came about originally Fraser Ramsay wanted to call it the
cook report we did some SEO cook report existed as a British political show
years ago and then it's in the States there's a cook report that's on politics
and so we're trying to stay away from that and devote more to tech so the
trying to be more to the point guy cook to the point might become the
name so be sure your cover arts memorable we did some work with canva
recently and got a new cover art and I hope that that's gonna take us into the
future if we change the name of course where I got to redoing the art submit
your podcast to directories now this is submit your podcast to Apple podcast
Google podcast stitcher etcetera all the usual suspects I use pod bean as the
host for my podcast as some of you are aware if you go to The Guy R Cook Report
dot podbean dot com whoop there we are and yet automagically submits us to
Apple podcast and then I've done the work to get stitcher and tune in to
spreaker and all the rest of them so consider Podbean.com if you are the
podcast network to join a podcast network she says you need to have at
least 10,000 downloads of an episode and as much as you like and comment and
share this episode we're not gonna hit 10,000 okay
but it's coming we're working on it publish the show notes
if you go to the guyrcook report dot podbean dot com there's a link there for the
shownotes there's a link there for the youtube
video presentation and there's also a link to the PDF conversation the
captions that are taken out of youtube convert into text and then export it as
a PDF file that you can download so you can read it you can listen to it you can
watch it it's your choice think about adding a
transcript well we just talked about the transcript the SEO juice that it gives
you is huge so you want to consider that ok tell the world share your podcast
link if I've already said it enough times if I go toguyrcook report dot podbean dot com
many more times you're gonna quit listening and we're only
halfway through don't hide your podcast on your website not doing that we've got
that hosted on podbean and then it goes out from there. Create a promo
episode or episode zero we did a podcast episode zero on YouTube there's the
thing that discusses The Guy R Cook Report channel on YouTube and I'm a
transcript that to an audio I'm not sure the votes are still in or still out I
should say speaking of voting I hope you have the podcast comments that's gonna
work if your show notes are in a wordpress powered blog like ours are
then you can have comments connect with other podcasters I'm using LinkedIn to
do that that's where this came from is LinkedIn ask for reviews well I did it
and you should to use social media wisely one of the things I did recently
was I did a podcast episode a while back about one of the best social channels
there's gosh dozen social channels that I go listen
on but which ones are the best what's once gives you the most I think I
said bang for the buck well you want to fish where the fish are if you have a
lot of listeners like on Pinterest my monthly viewership is up over a hundred
thousand so I've been putting a lot of energy into Pinterest lately okay
consider an email list you get started on that with MailChimp they'll give you
two thousand subscribers last time I looked for free that'll get you started
okay seek out patrons I think we talked about
that a minute ago when I said Podbean the Podbean interface has also got how
to be a patron built right into it so there you go think about paid promotion
okay there we thought about it pay to play I don't know if we're gonna tell
you go spend money on promoting because there's so many free ways to do it you
make a decision based on your research okay I hope you've enjoyed this episode
of The Guy R Cook Report I'll see you tomorrow
it's a wrap

Restaurant Owners Book Report The E Myth - Duration: 8:16.
Hey, everybody.
It's book report day and, this week, I'm going to tell you about one of the best business
books I ever read.
My clients always report back how much they love reading this book and how much it's changing
their business and how influential this book was in my life.
Hey, everybody.
Ryan Gromfin – author, speaker, chef, restaurateur, and the founder of therestaurantboss.com as
well as clickbacon.com.
This week, I want to tell you about a book called The E Myth by Michael Gerber.
Now, I will never forget.
I was sitting at my parents-in-law's, my mother and father in law's house about
12, 13 years ago, maybe more, and I was a little bored, sitting on the couch, and there
was a book on the end table, and I picked it up, never heard of it, called The E Myth,
and I started flipping through the book.
I'm like, wow, this book has some great information in it.
So, that day, I went into my Audible account.
By the way, if you're not members of Audible, click on over and make sure you're watching
this video on my website, and right below the video is a link for you to get a free
subscription to Audible for, I think, 1 month free, 1 book free.
It's the most amazing service ever.
I love it, but I listened to this book so quick and it totally changed my life.
See, previous to this book, I had always listened to personal development books.
I've been really heavily involved in personal development for a long time but I wasn't really
reading business books.
This was the first, like, business book that I read and, wow, was it powerful.
I'm going to give you a quick 2- to 3-minute overview but I highly suggest you read
The E Myth by Michael Gerber.
I think the most recent version is now called The E Myth Revisited but either one is going
to be great.
Check it out.
Let me tell you a little bit about what I learned from The E Myth and kind of what the
whole story behind The E Myth is right now.
Okay. So, the basic idea behind The E Myth by Michael Gerber is this idea of a technician and entrepreneur
and a manager.
See, the reason most small businesses don't work is that they're run by a technician.
The technician knows the technical work involved in a job.
The entrepreneur and the manager are equally as important but very, very different.
The reason most small businesses don't work is that they are run by a technician, like
I said before.
These are separate people but they have distinct elements and different personalities.
We might be biased toward one but we all have all of them.
To successfully run a business, they must all play a role – the technician, the entrepreneur,
and the manager.
I'm going to explain what those are here.
See, the technician is someone like a bicycle mechanic, a computer programmer, a cook, a chef.
They're an expert at his or her craft.
This often leads people to go into business for themselves, right?
Like, you're a great chef, you're a great cook, you're a great sommelier.
You love food.
You decided you wanted to go into business by yourself.
The technician is happiest doing the work they're good at and ignoring the rest, which
is, in the end, a recipe for failure, right?
A lot of times, when chefs open up restaurants, they spend a lot of time in the kitchen when,
in front of the house, people open up restaurants, they spend a lot of time in the front of the house.
If you're none of those, if you're just, like, a customer person and you love customers and
you decided to open up a restaurant, you probably spend a lot of your time talking with customers,
but we're ignoring some of the other aspects of our business.
So, the entrepreneur is the dreamer, the one who sets out to do something new, who reaches
for the stars.
The entrepreneur lives in the future thinking about what could be rather than living in
the present.
You ever feel like that?
The entrepreneur is often frustrated by how slow the world seems to move.
How many times do you feel like things aren't happening fast enough, things need to move
faster, things need to move faster, right?
So, the manager is very detail-oriented.
They dot the Is and cross the Ts.
They're the one who remembers to pay the bills – well, sometimes.
Managers want a well-organized world with no surprises, a world where things happen
in an orderly and predictable manner, right?
This all sounds great.
We're all trying to hire that manager but maybe we're not doing a very good job of that ourselves.
So, let me just quickly kind of bring this all together and share with you the whole
idea behind this book.
All of these components are necessary in the founder of a business, right?
You have to be able to be the technician, the manager, and the entrepreneur.
However, without the entrepreneur, you might as well keep working for someone else as a
technician, right?
If you didn't have that entrepreneurial spirit, you wouldn't go and do this on your own anyways,
but, without the technical ability, the entrepreneur must rely on others to get anything done.
You ever feel like that, like you're this great entrepreneur and you got all these great
ideas but you're having trouble hiring a great manager, right?
You ever heard that or you're having trouble hiring a great chef?
Without the organizational abilities of the manager, the other two would find themselves
with the electricity in the office turned off because they forgot to pay the bills.
So, the whole idea here behind The E Myth – just want to go back here quickly – the
whole idea is that, in order to run a successful business, we need technicians, we need entrepreneurs,
and we need managers.
The challenge is who's filling those roles?
Are you filling those roles and are you fulfilling each role in its responsibilities, or are
you spending too much time in one of them?
I want you to read the book.
It talks about how to transition from one to the other, where to spend your time, how to do it.
It's a phenomenal book and I really, really hope you enjoy it.
Again, if you're over on my blog watching this video, you could click below the video
to get a free copy or to get a free trial at Audible as well as to get a copy of this
book, The E Myth, and you could listen to it if you don't like to read.
Hope you have a wonderful day and I look forward to seeing you next week with another great video.
I want to thank you for watching that video.
If you can do me three really quick favors right now, very quick.
The first is, if you haven't already, will you subscribe to this channel?
In a moment, some things are going to pop up on your screen, some buttons, and one of
those buttons is going to be subscribe.
So, whether you're watching this on my channel or on YouTube or on your phone, just stick
around for one second and you're going to see a big subscribe button.
If you haven't already, could you please subscribe?
Two, if you haven't liked this video, will you go ahead and click the like button?
Actually, don't just click it.
Will you smash that like button and tell the world that you really enjoy this, because
the way that I can continue to bring you all this great free training is for my message
to expand, for more restaurant owners and future restaurant owners around the world
to be watching this, and so the way to do that is to like my video.
So, again, if you're watching on YouTube, there'll be a place for you to like it, or
if you're back on my website, there'll be a place for you to like that.
So, smash that like button for me.
And then, also, could you leave a comment?
Ask me a question.
I reply to all my comments as fast as I can, usually within about 24 hours.
Sometimes it takes a little bit longer, but go ahead and ask me a question.
Leave me a comment. Tell me you love the video.
Tell me you'd like to see something else in a video.
If you need more detail on a certain area, I can film other videos about that, but if
you can go ahead – in a couple of seconds now, it's going to come out – if you can
subscribe, like, and comment, that would be great.
Also, there'll be a spot and this little button coming out in a few seconds where you can
download something for free.
I'm always rotating that, so take a look at that, some free tools, but if you're new to
my channel, if you've never seen my videos before, there'll also be a spot for you
to watch a video that'll kind of introduce you to what I do here at The Restaurant Boss
and at clickbacon.com, and tell you about what we do and how you can get more involved
and how you can get more free stuff and all that.
So, the button should be coming in by now.
Go ahead and click on those, and have an absolutely wonderful day.
Thank you so much.

What does it mean being a TALENT in JAPAN? (Eng subs) | #YurikoTiger - Duration: 14:04.
Hi Tigers!
I'm Yuriko, welcome back to my channel.
Today, I'll finally talk about what the hell is my job.
Which means, what is a "talent", what does it mean to work as an official cosplayer
and so, everything I do.
So, there have been some comments from people who talked bad about the world of entertainment
But, but, but...
I'd like to tell my opinion about it since I work in this world
At this point, I changed two agency
Of which one was private and the other one is the Twin Planet, a major
In Italy doesn't exist the world "talent", or better, "tarento"(in japanese)
And many ask me, what is a talent?
It's a character connected to the world of television
To make it really short.
A talent might be someone who is good to imitate a famous person
It's a person that has this "springboard"
in the television world
which then passes to different media
in radio, events, stage, etc.
A talent is usually a strange person or that anyways has something in particular for which people want to keep watching them
How nice the sun that now arrives, WOAAH, the sun has appeared.
Surely it's a nice sign.
The talent might be a very good springboard for different things
Usually a talent should be able to do a little of everything
It should almost not excel at anything
Or, a person that is very good at something must have that "gyap" which is something conflicting
That brings people to say: wait, what?
And, in my case, it's cosplay.
The fact that a foreign came in Japan, talks japanese, that dresses up as a cartoon, is a cosplayer
And has this cute/weird/creepy way of talking
I mean, when I become Yuriko...because Yuriko is not the character that you see on youtube but she is born as a cartoon character
so she is a lot more exuberant, enthusiastic, "genki"
crazier, in television
more in the japanese version than in the italian one, because I don't need that "thing" in Italy
In Italy I "work" only as a youtuber and cosplayer.
So, I don't need to invent any particular characteristic
In my case I never had to tell lies, either to create something that's not me
There's always something connected to me that I succed to emphasize
Good, so, I checked on Wikipedia too and of course the italian page sucks, it's really small
Here there is a huge list of all kind of talents.
Owarai tarento:people who make people laugh;Nepotic tarento:people who do sport;Dumb idols:a kind of idol that acts kinda stupid
Or, foreign talent, which is "gaikokujin tarento", and that's exactly what I do.
My job, my career, is based on the model
It's strange to say because a one imagines a tall, thing and cool girl
and then there's me, a daub
But, it's like so.
I mean I'm gaining with cosplay, with patreon, group photosets
The various talent activities.
I had a radio, I ran my own television program,I was going on TV programs, I did a show
So, I had many small proects
Also, musical projects, even if it didn't have anything to do with cosplays
So, my job is not only about cosplay but it's my strength point
Actually, I'd like to do something totally different.
Sometimes I think that I want to end it here
Not actually with cosplays but making it a job it gets stressful, even tho it brings me a lot of emotions
But I'd like to show that in reality Yuriko, at least in Japan, is not only about cosplay.
Maybe in Italy people already have an image of not-only-cosplay, but also youtuber
But, slowly, with my agency we are thinking about many things
We're also thinking about the "muromane" which means imitating someone famous here in Japan
And try this new adventure which is the only new project they have in mind now.
Because usually a talent or a cosplayer is closed in his sectors
And, actually, another job of mine is the influencer
It sounds weird, but it's like so.
What does this work involve?
You can't do part-time jobs.
Both for the visa and for the image
"Why do you do that too?"
It's a person that shows up in television and has stalking problems.
So, there are a lot of problems connected to this job.
Me, being foreign, I dont have really strict rules
Anyway, a talent, an idol, or whatever, must have a particular personality.
It must be able to entertain the public
It's not important that you do everything perfectly but it's more important that you make people laugh and stay attached to the screen.
For example, I've been called to a program to sing
In this program, no one could sing.
And they clearly told me: don't train yourself, don't take lessons, you won't need it
Because you simply have to show the phatos, the strength you put into singing, the fun
It has to be something funny.
I asked my manager and to other people why japanese TV is so stupid
Because sometimes you se really smart things and others really stupid
Everyone is making fun of each other and it's all a big laugh, that's it
Soon they won't even speak, they just laugh
And when I asked, these people answered me in a pretty similar way:
"We already have a lot of stress, we want something that remove the plug completely"
Something so stupid that we don't need to think about how, why, what
When we get out of work, we just want to make a big laugh
And so, we watch television
On one hand I understand them
Because being fan of japanese society, I started understanding their work rhythms, their life
And I can understand why the "idol" thing is so popular here
But it's not everything random, it actually has a sense
But hidden by the non sense, the random
And with so, I guess I explained enough what a talent is.
It's only a part of my job, it's not what I've been born for or why I came here
Actually, I didn't even want to become a talent, it's something they kinda imposed me saying:
"You're good at talking, to improvise stuff, you're cute, you speak in a interesting way, you make people laugh and make people want to support you"
So my old manager said that being a talent for me was better than being an idol
A lot of idols try to become a talent or actresses
It is a route that takes other routes to make you get out in one
And which one will be your final route? What's your final target?
I don't have it
I guess I don't have it anymore
Because, I mean, once I really had the "thing" I wanted to become an idol
That period has ended.
Actually I'd really like to study acting
Have more to do with acting
But it doesn't really have to be in Japan
I don't see my life in 10 years in Japan
I think
Maybe, we'll see, I don't even know what I'll be doing tomorrow
I try to live as much as I can in the present
I have my plans b c d a f z, how many you want
But I don't really have a target
Actually I have already made many of my goals
That's why I'm in a crisis
It might also be the 25-years crisis
But I've already realised a lot of things
So, more or less, I'm starting to understand what I'd like to do in the future
Through my experiences I managed to develop interest in other things
But there are stil a lot of things I'd like to try out
So, absolutely, I won't stop
So, I'd like for istance to travel the world
I'd like to go to more foreign fairs to share Japanese pop culture
And see how another culture is that faces the Japanese one
It's really cool.
Actually, I never thought about traveling the world until I got here
In fact I did not have so much interest in foreign countries until I came to Japan
and I understood how much the japanese admired foreign countries, America, etc.
Then gradually I got as interested as them
Musically speaking, I'd like to continue a project, study singing, to have a rock radio
Yes, one of my targets and dreams in reality is to show up at Fuji Rock
But it's one of those targets that you are not able to decide by yourself
I mean, you can decide that, but if you have a manager that doesn't want you to follow that way
You can't do it
I mean, maybe is something that doesn't suit you
But, so, one of my dreams in reality would be to have a rock band
Or anyway to have a musical project and make various concerts, small events, etc, etc.
Ahh, dreams, so beautiful.
Then, I'd like to re-try the dubber experience
But in japanese for a foreign character
I did that, but in the end they put my voice in italian
And I was like: "Why did you put it in talian?!"
"We like more italian, it looks cooler"
For a small smartphone game
I'd like to be more famous in Japan
I mean, I have a certain notoriety
As a foreigner
But I'd like to get closer to a world in which I wouldn't be there for "Ah, because you are a foreigner"
I'd like to do more japanese jobs like
So, for example, something as a influencer, even if it's not related to cosplay
So, to grow my japanese fanbase because I care about it
Because I'm here, that's my main goal
And then slowly increase everywhere
I'd like to be more famous here on Youtube
Lately I'm trying to keep this channel active
Even if only in italian and, unfortunately, it will remain only in Italian
I hope one day to have a springboard, because it's cool
I use it a lot only because it's a passion of mine
As "a thing I like to do"
In fact, I leave it a little bit
But, it's one of my targets
And then, to show up in other TV shows
Hell, it was really exciting
Even if the waiting, the cold and everything else were killing me
But it was really nice
So I hope to do again something like that
And to do other projects that are not only about Yuriko Tiger
I can totally become something else
But anyways, if I think: "Ah, I wanted to show up in a cosplay magazine" I did that.
"Ah, I want to show up in a TV show" I did that.
"Ah, I want to be an idol" I did that.
"Ah, I want to have a band" I did that.
"Ahh...I want..." f**k, I miss something
So I am in my fullest crisis of the 25 years old
Because, more or less, I did it all.
So, the only thing I can do is to continue and hope in other experiences
Of course, also as a talent
I'd like to sell more.
But there are things in the TV world that, unfortunately, I'm not that used
For example, I must create some really weird stuff, even if they disgust me, only to attract attention
Many do it
But, if it's something amuses me and it's real-like, okay
If it's something totally invented I'd like to create a different character
Yuriko is the classic character > Yuriko & Tiger
So, a foreign girl who wants "to become japanese"
But actually since her name is "Yuriko Tiger" so no one thinks she is totally a foreigner
A lot of them they exchange me for something else and that's totally fine with me
That is cute, because "Yuriko" has a cute and kind sound
but it's also brave, crazy, really weird
Yuriko Tiger
So, a girl that talks with a manga-like voice
So, a girl who came out of a manga, however, is Western
And has a gyappu which is doing cosplay or, sometimes, to have that radical"voice/personality change"
A bit like Junko
Maybe that's why I feel perfectly in her shoes
That's how Yuriko Tiger is born.
A little girl that had some dreams which she realised and becomes a Tiger
And then we have our little Puri-Puri-Tiger
When I will be able to find someone who can illustrate it again, I'd like to make all the gadgets
My cutie
My potato
And he has its own story that one day I'll tell you about.
Well, that's all for this video.
If you have any questions, make them under this video.
And, nothing, I send you a super kiss
Be really careful of what you want to do
Don't say "Ah, I want to become like Yuriko, I want to be a talent as her!"
Because it's really hard
It's a really really hard thing, in my opinion.
I mean, you have to be suitable.
There are things that you might be okay with and things that you might not.
For the rest, I hope I answered enough of your questions
Kisses~
Bye!~

#DėmesysEurolygai. E.Ulanovas: „Real" puolimo skaičiai – įspūdingi" - Duration: 2:37.
Still looking for their first Euroleague home victory, Zalgiris faces a tough challenge this Friday
as they face last season's Euroleague champions, Real Madrid.
Having started off the season on a very high note, the Spanish side has yet to suffer a defeat.
Zalgiris TV caught up with forward Edgaras Ulanovas to talk about the upcoming matchup.
The mood is good, it was a really tough game
we finally managed to beat Panathinaikos in Greece.
Something everyone's been waiting for for a while now...
Besides, we also won on Sunday, despite not really playing as well as we wanted to play in the first half.
The most important thing is that we got those two victories last week.
It's a new week, though - new challenges.
It starts all over again.
I guess one of those new challenges is securing the first victory at home, right?
And Real Madrid is certainly a tough opponent.
What are your memories of this team from last season?
Luka Doncic was the only big loss from last season's roster.
What were the battles like last year?
Just the fact that they've yet to lose a game this season tells you a lot.
They're putting up tremendous numbers on offense.
At the same time, we remember the painful loss against them at home last year.
So I'm sure that everyone on that roster, the whole city of Kaunas wants to set things straight.
They want a better game, sort of a rematch.
And we want to give these fans the first win in Zalgirio Arena, too.
It should be a fun sight!
Real boasts a really exciting offense, as you said.
They have the best offense in the entire league.
Is it possible to stop this kind of team, or should we just talk about looking for ways of slowing them down?
It's going to be a lot of work, for sure.
And it's going to come down to the little things.
We can't relax even for a second.
They are a talented team and their results just prove that.
We're going to need maximum concentration, effort.
If we take away their freedom, we might be able to expect a result.

[iKON 24] iKON - It's Love [Sugar Man] Reaction and Review - Duration: 8:16.
hi this is 24
so iKON 24 will be upload on Monday and Wednesday
so just like I said, Monday and Wednesday
we are also thinking bout new contents, so please wait
So iKON came out on Sugarman like unit
Bobby, JunHoe and DongHyuk
we will review 'it's love'
there is no video on Youtube
we are fastforwarding the video cause of the copyright issue
you guys can't really watch the MV anyways
there are only audio
so this 'it's love' is remaked
so this 'Sugar man' is a channel that artist recompose the original song and sing on stage
I do part time job in tripe restaurant and I listen to this song a lot
It was really fresh and nice that iKON who are my favorite artist sing my favorite song
'it's love' remake by iKON
i think the killing point of this song is
JunHoe and DongHyuk;s
harmonization of tough vocal and soft vocal
and Bobby's rap is really hard but fits well with the song
original one doesn't have the rap part
Bobby did it so well
he does it really tough
so we listened only bout two words
Jun Hoe's pronounciation of girl
YG prefer this kind of dictation a lot, and Jun Hoe is a matchless one bout this
so we listened till the 1 verse
so till this part, Bobby's rap was kind of soft
I think the killing part was DongHyuk
he does it with palseto
and turn back to original voice
that part was really nice
right after DongHyuk's part finish JunHoe come in
the way they do like this
was really good
the lyric ' it's love, even though I erase it is still love'
this sad feeling song
DongHyuk expressed in sad way
and JunHoe did it in screaming kinda feeling
the chemistry between this two was really good
I think when they send them to sugar man they considered the combination and I think the choice was perfect
this two combination really maximized the song
the combination of main vocal, sub vocal and rapper was good
so we finished listening
first thing is
JunHoe's vocal is really unique among those idols
Are there any idol singers like this?
so if we talk about idol vocal
they prefer those with soft and nice vocal
this one was big
so JunHoe prefer and love to sing Rock Ballad
Review about hidden mask will be soon
he really fits well with this kind of song
not sure what if other artist sing this song
JunHoe definitely has his own unique style
second is Bobby's rap
ono this chill and nice song
is not easy to rap
eventhough as the beat goes on the style kinda change
but still is not easy
and this song is melody based
is really difficult to rap melodically on this kind of song
his rap flow was really unique
looks really simple
someone who tried rap making will know that
is really hard
rap need to fit well with the mood of the song
and also need to show my rap skill
yeah is really hard
Bobby is a true rapper
who can rap on any song
I can say that iKON really showed there confidence of doing there music on any other songs
such as hero of the remix
and also sugar man
ofcourse iKON looks the best when they do there own music
doing the cover song is also really good
chose the song really well
I'm not sure how the outcome of sugarman ended
as a fan, I really like this
this kind of event type of stage
after this, I liked the original song even more more
I listened both original and remake version a lot
also a song that I favor to sing in Karaoke
Wish they be on the TV show more often
something that I'm sad about is that
well-known members come out most of the time
sometime as a whole member
wish other members come out more often
YunHyung came out on Jungle's rule before
I'm talking bout personal content
on Hidden Mask, Bobby and JunHoe came out
Bi and Bobby did quite a lot of show
Jin Hwan came out on Mari and Me with B.I
Chanwoo seems really less
and DongHyuk
I really didn't know about this
That Chanwoo has his own youtube channel
is a shame for me, iKONIC to don't know bout this
I knew about this only 1 month a go
I knew that recent time
it was really fun
he took that while he was on schedule
it was bit shaky
edit was a little. a little
there was a comment saying that please do the edit of Chanwoo's video
I could understand why there was that kind of comment
he does really well and was really fun
it was nice to see Chanwoo find and make his own contents
can feel the sense of kinship as a youtuber
ofcourse he has the silver button
who knows, someday we could collab
umm yeah, sorry

Death of a cat: how to overcome the mourning ❤ - Duration: 10:42.
She is the Micia, she is the cat I had before to have Lady and Oscar and lived with me
practically 15 years. Our animals unfortunately they have a life on average more
short compared to ours, so probably many of you like
they will have to face it mourning for the loss of our friend
on all fours. the pain is great and unfortunately we arrive
unprepared for this event, either a psychological level that level
practical, because I did not know, for example not even what to do for example of the
little body of my Micia. The mourning for the loss of our friend at four
paws takes time to be processed, for example, he could help us make one
small ceremony dedicated to ours animal, or have a small memory
of him. Many are asking even if it is right
then adopt another animal, there is not an equal answer for all, we must
do what we feel, there are those he prefers to spend time, who
he prefers to adopt an animal since immediately,
sure is that another animal must not be adopted to fill a void, but
he must be loved for what he is. I for example, when my Micia died
for a long time I did not want to think about adopting other cats, not me
I felt it right, I could not, then after about six months
a friend of mine sent me photos of Lady and Oscar, of this litter and when
I saw them I realized it was time quite right,
and so he adopted them, but everyone has i its times, naturally you do not have to
forcarv, you live your mourning like you prefer, which is totally a thing
understandable, we must surely respect ourselves, respect the
our pain, we absolutely do not have to be ashamed of us, it's a great pain that goes
elaborated and managed and certainly there it will take some time.
Recently I also discovered it a service that helps us manage both
psychologically that in practice this great pain,
it is about Angels and Footprints, a service of funeral home for animals,
I am from Turin and now I present them to you. Hello everyone I introduce myself to you
Valentina Tirelli and with mine colleague Erika is owner of Angeli
and Orme, a funeral honor for small animals with service of
cremation. We are in Carmagnola, in the province of Turin and
I also wanted to introduce you to ours little Raia mascot, say hello to ours
friends raia! She is a playful and today we are here to answer some
questions on a very sensitive subject that is the loss of our dear friends
Get prepared in a situation like this
I think it is quite difficult, what however the owner
aware he can do is inquire, inquire well, in time,
when death is still a distant thing, because
for the law our animals despite them
considered a family member, for the law once they fail
are classified as waste and in how much they are treated,
in fact according to the legislative decree 10 69 of 2009 the remains of animals
of affection can be disposed of in collective cremation centers, this
means that the law provides for them that are classified as waste,
treated as by-products and become feed and fuels. Choosing one
dedicated stravizio like ours you will have the guarantee to honor them and
to honor all these past years together because ours is an honor
just for animals and your friendship not it will never end.
We offer a 7 days availability out of 7 24 hours a day,
just like a funeral honor for people, so when yours
little animal is missing, with a simple one phone call we will be at your disposal,
How is this phone call? we generally ask for your data,
an address, name and data of the pet, by phone call
occurred as soon as possible we will be soon with you and with you
we will calmly plan the cremation.
Yes absolutely, we offer a support to families who have lost their own
pet, how? we had the pleasure of
know and collaborate with the doctor Pierluigi Gallucci, who is a psychologist
who wrote a book titled "Denied pain: how to face mourning
for a pet "the psychologist is a disposal of our families e
together with him we have already organized and we will organize information seminars
free for families who intend inquire well and on time about how
face mourning. And a mourning to all the effects,
and what is the best way to remember them: it is to create a ceremony for them,
we offer this type of service, we have a farewell room, which
it is really useful to give a last goodbye before the cremation, it is a ceremony a
all the effects the ceremony serves for honor them and serve for us, it serves for
be able to overcome the best moment of detachment, as well as for the
human serves to honor the departure of the
our dear dead, this ritual that we do together in this place is
dedicated, it serves for us to succeed turn the page and to better overcome the
pain when there are no more and for honor the disappearance in our dear
four-legged friend. Which way better to be able to keep his
ashes inside a urnetta. These urns we have chosen them for you, as you can
see are unique objects, because numbered and also furnishing objects and
design, I'll show you this for example,
inside it has a bag that contains, also biodegradable, which contains the
ashes of our friend, they come inserted inside this bag,
the urn will be sealed with the special glue also natural and once
stowed and closed you can keep them where it better suits you. Otherwise we have
of dispersion bags, to which inside there are some seeds that once
scattered the ashes will become one plant to furnish your garden.
I'll show you something else, they are objects all made in Italy
we have them exclusively for in piedmont, are numbered objects, this
means that there is a particular attention also at the project level,
we care a lot to offer our customers customers unique objects, objects that are
the essence of Angels and Footprints. Here, however, there are other types
of urns, from those made in a vase, to those with photography, with the photo memory,
objects of different invoice, objects in metal, more or less cheap, objects that
as you can see you can save quietly at home, they are
furnishing objects. Here we can see some jewels
ashtray, which contain their own inside a small amount of ash,
I'll show you this pendant, for example, which has its own cat, behind it
a small vine where it is inserted the ash and with a chain you can
always bring it together with you. I want to clarify that we have taken
also collaborations with a company, she also works with us exclusively,
throughout the Piedmont territory, and that allows us to create and jewelry with
the DNA and our beloved four legs, is an original memory, a modern memory,
and a unique memory, the nice thing is that you can,
I'll show you the jewel, you can absolutely wear,
here it is
this is a example, then there are many others, yes
can absolutely wear even when our pet is still with us.
I would say that this is all, I hope I have been useful, for any other
information please contact us, visit our website
or our facebook page
thanks for your attention good day to all. Of one thing, however, you must be
sure: sooner or later the excruciating pain it will pass and leave room for a memory
very affectionate and very loving of the your animal. There is also one
beautiful legend linked to death of our animals and is the legend of the
Rainbow bridge: legend has it that there is a beautiful bridge at the gates
of paradise is called the bridge itself rainbow,
and that's where all our animals go domestic when they fail, the
Rainbow bridge is a beautiful one place where our animal friends
they heal from all diseases, they live happy, they have fresh water, food,
they play and run together in the middle at the grass in hills and trees. The
Rainbow bridge animals are happy, but still retain the memory
of the special person he was attacked for life and the
they wait there, when the time comes, to run to meet him and rejoin ed
be happy again together. When the moment your cat will come
he will recognize, he will see you coming from the bridge of the rainbow and you will shake it
new, you'll cuddle it again, lo you will caress again and again
you will remain so together forever.

Whiteboard Wednesday #7: Tactical tips for Black Friday | Clearhaus Learning - Duration: 4:46.
Welcome to Whiteboard Wednesday. My name is Allan Jorgensen from Web2Media.
Today, I'm gonna be talking to you about Black Friday and giving you some insights on
the tactical aspects of getting the most out of Black Friday.
First off, I like to start in the Danish market saying we were late adapters
compared to what they do in the States but now it's booming at best and the
consumers are ready to get the full benefits of Black Friday.
That's something you should take in consideration when you prepare your own
Black Friday deals or setup, because what we've seen in particular last year, where
we tested a lot of different setups, was that we don't need to provide
50% deals to the customers we could instead give them
something that is a perceived value in the same level. Get ourself a better
earning on our selling but still get the same amount of orders coming in.
So, one food for thought for you guys is that look at your current offering.
Do you really need to remove all the margin? You can actually maybe do 25%, free shipping,
or XYZ on top of the deal and people feel still that they have the
best solution with you guys. You can also do price match, whatever, added communication to that.
So, look at your margin, don't destroy it all - you can actually get away
with offering something else than half price or what we've seen in the market so far.
Secondly, I'm going to be focusing about the tactical parts of what is
Black Friday good for. So, would you sell a lot of stuff at a zero margin? What's
really in it to be inside Black Friday? If you instead focus on doing two things
one is that obviously sell. Utilise Black Friday to get rid of a lot of your inventory,
get a lot of new customers. Secondly, focus on getting permissions
meaning if you can get permissions up towards Black Friday,
you can advertise cheaper when it's at a high rate just around Black Friday
but you can also start communicating with the customers afterwards,
and that's a potential business booster if you do that right. One example could be that you
can start communicating a month before Black Friday's coming up: "You can
enlist in our VIP section or our membership section, hand over a
permission for us to send you emails and we can send you the right information."
You could also go in and say :"a week before we open up for all our VIP club members",
and then they'll feel both special treatment but also you can start
utilising the fact that if you do relevant communication you might get
them to buy more than once. So, we've seen a lot of good cases where you do that a week in advance,
but on the day you do hourly offers, for instance. So you prepared your
customers, perhaps they already bought something from you, and then on the day
you're going to be sending them hourly offers on email. Don't fear that
they're gonna churn. We've seen a minority do that cause the fear of missing out
is intense, especially on that day. So even though they receive maybe 15 emails
in the awake hours of day, they might go in and act on two or three of them.
So, then you could in the morning end up with saying "you bought this from us
yesterday. Add this to your basket and you get free shipping," and then you can
actually get them to use even greater share of wallet on that day in your webshop.
So, that was one key insight you can take away from here.
We also talked about digital marketing. You can also start
thinking about if you have such a strong offer to your customers, you can
send them a direct email, also a direct mail, the physical part of it,
if you have their address and their permission you can actually stand out with this VIP offer a week before,
so you don't mass communicate it, but only communicate it
to the people that you actually want to treat as VIP but also with a higher
intent of buying more from you guys. So that was two tactical things you can do
for Black Friday. My name is Allan Jorgensen and subscribe here for more videos.

Create a promo
episode or episode zero we did a podcast episode zero on YouTube there's the
thing that discusses The Guy R Cook Report channel on YouTube and I'm a
transcript that to an audio I'm not sure the votes are still in or still out I
should say speaking of voting I hope you have the podcast comments that's gonna
work if your show notes are in a wordpress powered blog like ours are
then you can have comments connect with other podcasters I'm using LinkedIn to
do that that's where this came from is LinkedIn ask for reviews well I did it
and you should to use social media wisely one of the things I did recently
was I did a podcast episode a while back about one of the best social channels
there's gosh dozen social channels that I go listen
on but which ones are the best what's once gives you the most I think I
said bang for the buck well you want to fish where the fish are if you have a
lot of listeners like on Pinterest my monthly viewership is up over a hundred
thousand so I've been putting a lot of energy into Pinterest lately okay
consider an email list you get started on that with MailChimp they'll give you
two thousand subscribers last time I looked for free that'll get you started
okay seek out patrons I think we talked about
that a minute ago when I said Podbean the Podbean interface has also got how
to be a patron built right into it so there you go think about paid promotion
okay there we thought about it pay to play I don't know if we're gonna tell
you go spend money on promoting because there's so many free ways to do it you
make a decision based on your research okay I hope you've enjoyed this episode
of The Guy R Cook Report I'll see you tomorrow
it's a wrap

Tyler Perry Won't Ever Ride in the Tesla He Gave Tiffany Haddish - Duration: 5:21.
-I want to say one more quick thing,
a nice thing that you did for this actor Geoffrey Owens.
-Oh, Geoffrey. Yeah. Yeah, yeah.
-What was the whole story behind that?
-He was shamed for working for Trader Joe's, man.
You know, he's on the "Cosby Show."
-Of course. -And he had to do
what he had to do to support his family.
So when people tried to job shame him for working at
Trader Joe's, I'm like, "What are you saying, man?
He's an actor."
And the honorable part of it is that
he didn't mind going to work doing what he had to do, right?
-Absolutely. -So I called him down to Atlanta
and put him on some of these shows and it was great.
-You did? -Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
He did ten episodes of "The Haves and the Have Nots"
and he was grateful for it.
He didn't want any handouts, man.
He wanted to earn it, you know?
-Oh, I heard that. -And he was so good
and so professional. Such a man of great character.
-Good guy. That's awesome.
I like that.
[ Cheers and applause ]
Let's talk about "Nobody's Fool"
with Tiffany Haddish and Whoopi Goldberg.
Oh, my God. -Yeah, yeah.
-You know we love Whoopi Goldberg.
I love Tiffany, too, but Whoopi has a scene
where she's -- I don't know if we're going to show
that tonight, but -- -Every scene she steals.
-Dude, she really does.
And she's growing weed in her house, I know Whoopi.
-Yes, you know Whoopi. -She's a method actor?
[ Laughter ]
Okay, okay, let's say that, yeah.
But she does some scene where she's pretending
that she's cutting out on the cellphone --
-That was right. -But just having a conversation
at the window with somebody, and she's like,
"you're cutting out --" "You are not on the phone."
it's like we're talking to each other.
-"We're talking in person." "The connection's bad, babe.
I'm going -- I can't hear you." So good. So good.
-What is basically the plot of this is that
Tiffany is her daughter, one of her daughters.
-Yeah, Tiffany just gets out of jail and she moves in
with the more successful daughter
and that daughter is being catfished.
And I wrote this because I love "Catfish"
and I got the guys from "Catfish" to be in the movie.
-That's right. That's right. No, I love "Catfish" too.
-Yeah, they did a really good job.
Nev and Max did a really, really good job.
So it all evolves around them so it is really great.
-So -- and there's another line too
that really made me laugh, where it's like, Whoopi
is like, said to her daughter, "you got to take her
into your house because she took all the copper out of my house."
-Yeah, she stole all of the copper out of the house.
All the copper --
before she went to jail, she stole the copper.
She was like, "How the hell did she steal
the copper out of the QVC toaster?"
I mean, she sold all of the copper.
-That's such a good reference as stealing the copper.
Have you worked with Tiffany before?
-Yeah, I worked with Tiffany five years ago on my show,
"If Loving You is Wrong."
She was on the first season. -Oh, really?
-So yeah, so I was aware of the talent.
She was just bigger than what we were doing.
So to see this rise and this evolution, man, it's really
awesome for her. -She's got energy-plus, man.
-Oh, yeah, yeah, she does. -I've never seen --
-It doesn't turn off. -It does not.
-Yeah, no, that bunny can go to hell.
She's got all the energy.
[ Laughter ]
-Yeah, yeah. -She can beat that bunny.
Beat that bunny. -There's certain scenes
where I go, "Oh, he just probably let her go on this one.
-About 90 percent of it is the script.
Then there's 10 percent ad lib.
And being my first rated-R comedy, I had to go there,
so we got her and Whoopi
and a special guest cameo that I won't mention.
But he shocks you when he shows up.
-Dude, I went and everyone went. -Yeah.
-And at the screening, I said, "Oh, of course, it's so good."
-Yeah, yeah. -No spoilers.
-But I let them go and have fun. You don't bring that kind of
talent together and not let them have fun.
-No, exactly, that's what Whoopi was saying too about you.
She's like, "He just works so fast and you just trust him."
-10 days we shot this, yeah. -How?
-I don't have to answer to like 50 other executives saying
"Do this, do that, do this, do that."
And I know what I want and I know when I have it,
so we are able to move on.
It's not like I'm spending the whole day trying to shoot
three pages, it's crazy. -God, it's so good though.
-Yeah. -We are talking with Tiffany
and Tiffany said that she liked --
She was talking about how nice you were.
I heard that you got her a car? -Yeah, I gave her a car.
You know, she just started making money and people --
like when I first started making money,
I was afraid to spend anything.
And she's making all this money, and she wanted this Tesla.
I'm like, "Tiffany, buy it." "Oh, I'm gonna get it one day.
I'm going to get it one day." I'm like, "you can afford it
now, it's okay."
So I just sent it to her, and as a message
and a note to be like, "Listen, take this car
and know that everything is okay.
You've arrived, you're going to be around.
Just enjoy it.
at least take two or three percent, five percent,
10 percent, and enjoy it and spend it on yourself.
Because she's always thinking about others and her family.
I mean, she's wonderful, man. -Have you ever --
Has she taken you for a ride? -Hell no, I ain't going
no where in a car with Tiffany. Are you kidding me?
[ Laughter ]
Listen, Tiffany will be smoking weed, doing her eyelashes,
texting, driving. I'm like,
"I am not --" All at the same time.
No, I will not be in a car with Tiffany.
-You're smarter now. -Hell no!
[ Laughter ]
-I want to show everyone a clip.
Here's Tiffany Haddish in Tyler Perry's new movie,
"Nobody's Fool." Out this Friday.
Take a look at this.
-Check it out. My lower back gets stuck.
-Like this? -No, no, down low.
You got to get lower, baby. You got to bend over, baby.
You got to get a little lower. Get a little lower.
Yeah, yeah. Bend at the knees.
There you go. You feeling? You feeling me?
-Right here. -Yeah, right up in there.
You feel something warm? -Absolutely.
-It's a little, like, hot, little steam?
-Yeah, it's hot. Yeah. -Yeah, yeah.
Now put your two fingers in there.
You got to put two fingers up in there.
And whirl it around a little bit.
Yeah, and then move them around a little bit.
Yeah, move them around.
Now slowly, put them out.
You should feel a little click.
Go ahead and try it now.
-Mm.
-Look at that!
-Mm!
[ Laughs ]
Woo!
-Rated R, baby, rated R. -You know what I mean?
-Rated R, baby.
-Tyler Perry, everybody!
"Nobody's Fool."

Does Feeding Sharks Increase Shark Attacks? - Duration: 12:04.
Hello and welcome to my vegan experiment, my name is Katt and today I wanted to talk to you about shark feeding or shark
Now as a scuba diving instructor
I am very interested in what's happening in our oceans and shark feeding is one of these controversial topics
Which has been going around in the dive industry and other places for a few years now
So if you're interested anything to do with scuba diving veganism
Conservation. This is the place for you. Click down below to subscribe
Little belt notification button beeping so you got an overdue pin. But yeah, let's get into it
so today we're going to be talking about the safety about the ethical reasons added about the economic benefits or
negative things about the shark diving industry
the first thing I wanted to talk about is
What what these shark baited dives actually look like so I've personally been to two or three
Shark baited diets one was with the whale sharks in the Philippines in Oslo and one was in the Bahamas
Now in the Bahamas, this is Stuart Cove
Which has been famous for its shark feeding guys for the last however many years when I was in the Bahamas
And I've risen up a whole article about my entire experience in the Bahamas available on scuba news.com
It was amazing mother Janet into this ladder after everything is being pregnant
We're gonna add my stewards Cove and there were already tens of sharks now these sharks were
awaiting to get fed
so the first time we were just swimming around having good time kind of letting the Sharks know we were there because they actually
Respond to the fact that there's a boat there just like Pavlov's dogs or cats or whichever one he did
Sharks begin to anticipate the behavior and begin to associate the boats and divers with food
Now this can negative for several reasons one is they have become much more tame in the sense
They aggregate in areas therefore it might actually be easier to catch
Endangering them from overfishing on the other hand. This might also be altering their natural
babies conducted in the University of Miami in 2012 showed that tiger sharks
Did not change their behavioural patterns when it comes to feeding
They still had their hunting instincts. They still went to hunt their prey and
several organizations actually
Only use tuna heads to feed the tiger sharks because they're very low in caloric density
Therefore don't fill up the shark and don't stop them from
continuing on their natural behaviors
however in contrast in Oslo
which is in the Philippines where whale sharks come they have only started feeding them in the year 2001 and since
then the local
Conservation environmental group has found that since whale sharks are migratory animals
As opposed to the average 30 days
They generally spend in an area now
The average of the Sharks spending in Oslo is 44 with one individual actually being written down spending
572 days in this one area therefore there
We see very much how the patterns and behaviors of these wild animals have been altered by the fact that they're being fed in
Oslo this was a very small fishing town and they actually
Counted on going fishing and hunting and even hunting the whale sharks for their food as well as export to make some money
Philippines was the first country to create protective legislation for the whale sharks and the whale sharks have brought them such an enormous economic
Boom that they're now actually on the local currency
the fish that now our tour guides in Oslo make anywhere between
10 to 15 times more a day than they used to as
Fishermen, this also has provided them with enormous stability benefit
Benefiting the community and the individual families while it was a quiet fishing town
Now people from all over the world go and travel to Oslo up to dive with the whale sharks now. This is a big contrast
To domicile where they also have royal sharks in the Philippines
however
Unlike in Oslo where it's extremely crowded
There's about five hundred to thousand tourists going through this one place in this one Bay in just six hours
From the time at 6 a.m. They start feeding to midday. They stop feeding during that time
They put out a net and actually trap the Sharks in the bay of usually between five to ten sharks are
Hanging around at any one time
Getting the food and waiting while letting the tourists kind of hang out
But as you can see from this footage
The shark is almost at a 90 degree angle with their surface just with its mouth open and waiting for
the
tour guides that boat men to put food in their mouths
Unlike their natural behavior, which is very much horizontal swimming enormous distances every day
Now they have completely altered their behavior
and also as well the meeting point where the tourists are taken out is just a hundred metres from the shore and
It's about 15 meters deep. So a very shallow area for these huge enormous animals
Well sharks grow to be about 12 meters in length and can weigh up to seven or eight tonnes
Now for them to be in the shallow water is unnatural for them
Usually they travel from deep to shallow many times throughout the day
while if they're in shallow water this can cause them to heat up which puts stress them and
stress can eventually change their physiology the mating patterns their immune system and in general their health as
Well as this proximity to boats as I mentioned with the other sharks
Recognizing the boats as a source of food means they're also not as afraid of the boats
47% of all the whale sharks that have been seen in the oz web area have
propeller marks on their back from boats hitting them in certain circumstances like in the ones that the Philippines feeding sharks is
altering their behavior and
potentially causing significant risk, however
As we saw from the other data gathered for example for the tiger sharks
Their behavior isn't being altered that much and they're still very much depending on
natural prey another fear related to sharks and
feeding them is
Associating humans with shark food or shark prey for anyone who's taken any of my scuba diving courses
You would have heard me repeatedly say do not be afraid of sharks. We are simply not what they eat
It's like us going into a forest seeing a random tree and going like yeah, that's going to be my dinner
It's simply it's simply not in their instincts to attack that big
Black bubble breathing thing now there have been fears
But if we look at the statistics of all the shark attacks that have happened
there have on average been six shark attacks a year since the year 1580 to
2012
shark baiting
tourism has only starting at the turn of the 21st century and since then while there has been an
increase in shark attacks
This is probably due to the fact that there's many more people in the water than in the olden times
Plus we can also gather data better. If you look at the top three places where shark attacks have happened
from the year
2001 to 2012
The first one was Florida second one was a stray and the third one was Hawaii now
Australia doesn't actually have shark feeding in many places
They only have it in Port Lincoln
especially to attract the great white sharks while you're in a cage and
The areas which have had the greatest amount of shark attacks is actually in Western, Australia
around the Perth region as well as
Near byron bay balanar and all of these attacks have not been in related to shark baiting in
Hawaii shark baiting is illegal
so again
All of the attacks are not related to shark baiting and in Florida shark feeding was made illegal as well in federal waters
So if you look at the statistics, you're actually less likely to get bitten in a place where shark
occurs
We hear about these shark horror stories on the news
This is simply because of our fear especially
amped up by the jaws movie the
Author of the Jaws book and then later the jaws movie has actually now become one of the biggest shark
Conservationists because he understands that the fear he instilled in people
Making these out to be killing machines is actually part of the reason for some of the biggest shark calls in the world
now if we think about the number of sharks, we kill every single year the current estimate from researchers based on data from
discards caches official numbers
And projections is somewhere around a hundred million sharks per year
however
This is a very conservative estimate with the real number being able to be somewhere within two hundred and seventy three million
now you might be thinking there's not many sharks left in the oceans and that is definitely the case and that's why sometimes the
alternative of
using sharks for tourism and baiting sharks to make sure they stay in one area for the local communities to be able to benefit from
them living there is also helpful in terms of
transitioning their livelihoods from killing the Sharks to having to protect them with
500,000 people visiting various shark dives around the world per year
That means over half a million people are getting interactions with sharks feeding frenzy
So what is the conclusion?
the conclusion is
Shark feeding has shown not to create long-term effects
Especially not on tiger sharks while the whale sharks have been affected greatly in terms of their migratory
patterns in the Philippines
however
it has boosted local economies transitioned from fishing to ecotourism and has the opportunity of
educating the general public
in the Bahamas 78 million dollars
Come into the Bahamas just because of the sharks alone. Now. This is going towards the shark operators
But this also goes to all the ancillary income which is around it
So the airlines the hotel's the restaurants the shops all the people who live there
Benefit now because of this regular shark feeding program that happens just off the island of Grand Bahama
Where hundreds of people go every single day to see these sharks. Let me know your thoughts down below. What are your thoughts about?
Shark feeding. Would you prefer to see sharks in the wild? Thank you so much for watching
also
If you want to help me clean up the oceans in the Comoros to try and save some sharks and whales some turtles from getting
Hit in the face by plastic or potentially perishing due to it
Please consider contributing to the patreon fund with every dollar you donate
it can really help more clean up dives and more out beach cleanups as well as
Education for the locals of the proper disposal of plastic. So thank you guys so much for watching this video and
I'll see you next time

Leadership Principles | Book of Genesis - Duration: 12:12.
leadership principles that we can learn out of the book of Genesis you're gonna
love this so much you want to stay tuned coming up next
hey everyone welcome to Azusa crystal I'm crystal Sparks I'm so glad that you
are here on my channel hey whether this is your first time here or maybe you
watch every single week I'm so thankful that you're here if you'll do me a favor
hit the subscribe button every week on Wednesday I put out a new video and you
don't want to miss anything I have happening here on my channel so hey
without further ado let's jump into today's content today we're talking
about leadership principles out of the book of Genesis and I think you are
going to love it Genesis is full of so many incredible
stories and today we're just going to look at a few people out of the book of
Genesis and just glean some different leadership principles that I think that
you can apply to your life no matter where you're at whether you're leading
in your family in your community maybe you're leading a business or whatever
you're doing I think you're going to get something great out of this ok so in
Genesis chapter 14 we're going to find our first lesson and here we see that
Abram just had a great victory and the Bible tells us in verse 18 that McKell
zedek was the king of Salem and Mikkel said X about to teach us an important
lesson in verse 20 here he is and it says in blessed praised and glorified
bemo God Most High who has given your foes into your hand
and Abram gave him a tenth of all he had taken you know I love this so much
because we see here that there is a blessing being a given and a blessing
being received the first leadership principle that we can learn from Mikkel
Zedeck out of the book of Genesis is this as leaders are always ready to give
a blessing and a willingness to also receive see here's the thing is as
leaders I've found this that a lot of people are really good at giving things
away we're used to being the ones if you're leading no matter if you're
leading your family or in your community or maybe you're leading a business you
know that as a leader part of that is you're constantly the one who's giving
away to others but what I want you to see here is that not what made what
kills it at great was that not that he was just willing to give but he was also
willing to receive a blessing and I think so many times as leaders where we
miss it is we're always doing for everybody else and we never take time
to receive ourselves and what I love about mikela debt care is that Abraham
came and he received a blessing but he also gave a blessing in return and I'll
just challenge you as leaders like it's okay to let other people do things for
you it's okay to allow people to help you out it's okay to say I really don't
have it all together and I'm gonna need a little bit of help because most the
time we think that as being a leader we should be able to have it all together
we should have it all by ourselves that we should be able to pull it off by just
working a little bit harder or maybe trying a little bit harder but what I
love about this is Mikkel said X shows us a great leadership principle that
we're going to truly lead and do great things we have to be really good at both
giving and receiving the second leadership principle that I want us to
get is out of Genesis chapter 26 and it's from Isaac and oh my goodness I
love the story of Isaac so much and in Genesis chapter 26 burn every verses 17
and 18 it says so Isaac went away from there and pitched his tent in the valley
of gear and dwelt there and Isaac dug again the wells of water which had been
dug in the days of Abraham his father for the Philistines had stopped them up
after the death of Abraham and he gave them the names by which his father had
called them you know I love this so much because Isaac taught us our second
leadership principle here in the book of Genesis and he taught us this is to be
great we need to draw from the past I love this so much because here Isaac is
and he's about to do something great for God but what he does is he remembers
what his dad did he remembers the successes of his father's generation and
he goes back he doesn't decide to dig a new well he just went back and began
again with the success of his father and I love that it says and he called them
by the names that his father had named them you know Brian he is incredible at
all sports and all things good and he was telling me the other day that a key
to a good golf swing is not on how well you go forward but he said the key to go
good at golf swing is the backswing he said it's the backswing that makes a
good girl golfer to a great golfer and so as he explained
to me he began to show me the difference in a good backswing I began to think
about how in our lives the difference between good leaders and great leaders
is how well they look to the past on in reflecting on the people who've gone
before us and their successes to draw from what we should do next and here
Isaac is he could have chosen to do anything but he knew that the truth key
to greatness is that he had to look back to his past see what God did back there
and just decide to pick up where they left off you know so many times I think
we're trying to come up with something original and if we just look around and
look in our past and see the successes of others and just decide I don't have
to come up with something unique or something crazy I just need to pick up
where they left off the third thing that I want us to see here is Jacob in
Genesis 2530 we see the story about Jacob and here he is and he's about the
teachers our third thing and just as 2530 it says and Esau said to Jacob I
beg of you let me have some of that red lentil stew to eat and I for I'm faint
and famished and that is why his name was called Edom red and Jacob answered
then sell me some of your birthright you know what I want to show you here is
that Jacob showed us an important lesson and it's our third leadership principle
out of the book of Genesis as leaders but leaders always identify what is the
most important right now see the difference between Esau and Jacob was
this is Esau saw the immediate need and he forgot what was the most important
and if we're gonna be great leader we have to always keep our eyes fixed on
what's the most important thing not what's the urgent thing not students not
the thing that would take away the pain or the frustration right now but to be a
great leader we have to continuously be looking at what is the most important
thing in the moment it looked like Esau had the better end of the deal because
he was the one who went to bed fully satisfied he wasn't hungry
he was his immediate need was taken care of but a few years later Jacob was the
one that ended up with what was the real cries the most important thing and I
think if we're not careful as leaders we're constantly doing the things to
fill the immediate need we're sleeping in because we don't want to wake up to
workout we're spending the money today when later we won't have the money for
retirement we're making the decisions to just ignore that bad behavior right now
but the truth is in the long run that bad behavior is making a toxic
environment in our organization see we're doing what satisfies the immediate
need and forgetting about the most important thing and Jacob models to us
that if we're gonna be a great leader we have to always identify what's the most
important thing and make sure that all of our energy is going towards that the
next leadership principle we're gonna see is in Judah in Genesis 38 it tells
us the story about Judah and Judah made a really big mistake he had slept with a
prostitute and she ended up getting pregnant not one of the best stories
that you'd want told about you in the Bible right but I love in Genesis
chapter 38 it tells us about how she came forward and comes to Judah and in
this I love this so much and just as 38 26 it says and Judah
acknowledged them and said she has been more righteous than Justin I because I
did not give her to Sheila my son and he did not cohabit with her again you know
I love this because here Judah is face-to-face with his failure and he
doesn't make her as the bad one he takes ownership and takes full responsibility
for what he had done wrong the fourth leadership principle I want us to see is
that leaders admit when they are wrong leaders are the first to admit when
they're wrong and I'll go ahead and tag a little bit more onto that and they
take responsibility for it I love this because Judah and this time
and era he could have pointed fingers at her and said it was her fault she made
me do it but I love it he takes full
responsibility for the actions taken and he says listen I'm the one who is
responsible she is more righteous than I you know if we're gonna do great things
and and be great for God we're gonna have to have a willingness to admit when
we're wrong we're gonna have to have a willingness to take responsibility and
be able to move on I found so
many times when I'm leading things I don't mind when people make mistakes but
the difference between the people who lead and the people who follow are the
ones who are able to say I was wrong I mess up you know what's so beautiful is
Judah it tells us that Jesus came from the line of Judah often think about how
sweet that is that Jesus came from that linen lineage of people who are humble
and their mistakes and we're able to say you know I'm not perfect I don't have it
all together and I'm gonna mess up from time to time and I love that because
anybody can fall a leader who makes mistakes and is willing to admit they're
wrong people don't follow you because they think that you're perfect they
follow you because of your humility of your heart when you do mess up the fifth
leadership principle we're gonna see here out of the book of Genesis comes
from Joseph I love this so much and just as 4115 it tells us the story
about Joseph but I want what I want you to see out of the whole story here out
of Joseph is in 4115 is that leaders dream and help others with their dreams
I love that so much Joseph teaches us that leaders dream big
dreams and they help others with their dreams yeah I think if we're gonna be
great leaders what we're gonna have to do is we're have to make sure that we're
faithful with helping other people get to their dreams even when it looks like
our dream is it happening see what I love about Joseph is that he is in the
darkest place in the prison and he there he is being faithful to help everybody
around him flourish and get to the next level all the while he had a dream in
his heart for greatness and on the outside it looked like nothing was
happening but behind the scenes God was hard at work and he was moving things
around and I'll tell you this that in your own life if you want to be a great
leader for God you have to be have a willingness to get other people to their
dreams even when it looks like yours is lying dormant so hey I hope you got
something out of that there's so much more we could go into and the whole book
of Genesis but that'll give you six good leadership principles out of the book of
Genesis I hope it gets you into a place where you study those stories out for
yourself look into them some more and I'd love to hear which one spoke to them

Thoughts On Tipping Culture [UK/US + Worldwide] - Duration: 5:52.
So this is a video about tipping and just some thoughts
I'm a Brit, I'm living in Turkey
and I've just been out for dinner as you do
and I went to a nice restaurant, I had some salmon
it was very delicious
yep, that was a salmon burp
and I had a lovely meal and the staff were great
this was actually the second time I'd been to this said restaurant
the first time was a few days ago
when I went there, it (the food) was delicious
and I gave what I guess was considered quite a generous tip
now I went back today and I thought, hang on a minute, I'm out of cash, I've got my card, but I'd spent all my cash
the nearest ATM is a long walk
you can see where this is going
I'm there, in the restaurant, having these amazing olives and bread and water
and tea and salmon and salad, and it's all beautiful and they're treating me like royalty
totally undeservedly, I'm being treated like a prince
and I'm thinking... uhh... I'm really... I feel really bad now
because I'm kind of feeling his expectation of that
big tip, what is considered a pretty generous tip
it's going to buy him a meal or something or like a bottle of wine... I don't know
and I'm there like, 'oh no, I can't leave him a tip in cash and I'm paying on card', I'm stressing out
it's ridiculous right? And I'm there by myself, I've got nothing better to think about
than how let down this poor guy
who's a great waiter, can't fault him at all
is going to feel let down when I either don't give him a tip or certainly can't give him cash
so I'm there, I'm like, great, this is really good, and he's coming over, he's smiling, he's like 'is everything okay?'
I'm like, 'yes it is okay'
but like, everything's fine, apart from the fact that I can't give you a tip right now
now this is kind of by the by but...
it brought up a topic
which I have been baffled by when living in the US
when I've been spending time in the United States, in America
and that is... tipping. Now in the UK
we might tip our waiter/ waitress, maybe a £1 or £2 or £3
for like a typical high street Wagamama meal
like a few quid
it's great, maybe 10% or something like that
if you go to a really posh restaurant, maybe a bit more
you might a bit more of a generous tip but...
over in the United States, which maybe you're from, I don't know... leave a comment and...
tell me what your thoughts on this are
because I genuinely am intrigued
okay, I get that wait staff have traditionally been paid so little
that they actually kind of rely on their tips
now that is a totally different thing
in the UK we have this thing called minimum wage
where even, whatever job you're doing, even if you're a waiter, waitress, whatever
you are... you're paid what is a liveable wage supposedly
you can argue about that as well whether that's liveable or not but the point is
you'll be on £6-8 an hour
or something, whatever it is now, it was like £4.50 or something
when I used to work, I used to work on £3.25 an hour, that was my hourly rate
that was a while back
10 years ago now, but whatever, you get the point
okay so.... my thing is like...
okay so tipping's fine, great, but in America,
it's totally expected
so you go to a restaurant in the United States and
you are expected to leave a tip and if you don't there's outrage
it's a very strange thing to me
and it kind of... I wouldn't say it stresses me out, but it definitely...
my perfect meal is one where I go, I eat my food, I don't really have to...
this sounds weird, maybe you can psychoanalyse this
I would rather not, maybe it's a British thing, I don't know, but if you're British back me up here
I'd like to go to a meal
I'd like to go to a restaurant, eat my meal, eat food, and just like, pretty much have minimal engagement with
the wait staff, because I'm probably like
with someone, or chatting or whatever, and... or if I'm by myself and I'm reading
I don't know being anti social I guess
and yeah like, of course I don't want to be treated rudely
by staff but, what I kind of dislike
and I'm going to be very honest now is
the kind of, fake, hello, how are you today, yeah, you having a nice day?
when you're in a restaurant in the United States
so that really annoys me, and I know I'm not the only one, I know loads of Brits feel like this
I'd rather just go, get my food, and pay the price
in places like Japan, China, you know, Thailand
I think mostly Eastern Asian countries, I know it's almost considered an insult
to tip in Japan because well here's the price, this is the food, just pay the price
and I quite like that
I really like that, and I know there's a restaurant that popped up recently
in I think California
I can't remember the name right now, but I'll put it in the description
and it's a restaurant where basically tipping doesn't happen
and... it's kind of starting a new trend of no tips because
clearly I'm not the only who finds this whole thing a bit strange, a bit weird and a bit kind of awkward and uncomfortable
so they're actually starting a whole new pub based on the fact that there are no tips
the wait staff love it because they know exactly what to expect
and the customers love it because they pay a price, they get a meal, they get the standard
what's not to like right?
if you are Japanese, please back me up here, because
I listening to myself and I'm like...
I just sound really kind of like pissed off
but I'm not it's just something that I've always thought about
and now I'm sharing because it's an interesting difference between
how different countries do things and that's what my channel is all about
it's about, how do people in this country look at that country
and think about the behaviour and the little things that they do and that is interesting and different
from what you are used to
anyway, what happened with the story of guy and the tip?
I explained the situation, I was like look,
I have no cash, can I add a tip on a card?
he was like yeah no problem, no problem
so I gave him a nice big tip on a card
and I checked with him, I said, will you get this tip?
he said, yes it's fine, brought me out some tea and it was all good
it was really good
but anyway those are my thoughts on tipping
that's why I as a Brit find it a bit weird and a bit uncomfortable
especially in the United States
my name is Mike
the channel name is Arabic Mike
don't let that confuse you
it's because I started this channel in teaching
the Arabic language and that's kind of stuck
you can see more videos around here and if you want to see me again then SUBSCRIBE for more videos
leave a comment, tell me what you think about tipping
debate it, because it's something which I find
interesting, and I do see a trend potentially changing so share your thoughts
