How to pronounce the /æ/ sound | American English Pronunciation - Duration: 1:34.
Hi! Today we're talking about the short a
vowel sound. This is very important for
the American accent. The British often do
an "a" sound for the letter a. And
Americans do an "a" sound for the short
a sound. So the difference with the shape
here is that the British are doing that
vertical opening "a", like when they say
the word "last", and Americans say "a" with
the horizontal wide opening of
the mouth. And the tonality is higher, you
can hear more vibration in the nasal
passage. They say "last". So British say
"Last" and Americans say "Last". Let's try a
few more examples: "that", "bad", "at", "hat", "cat".
So the real trick here is the wide opening.
Go ahead and exaggerate, open as wide as
you can, and experiment with your
tonality, going higher and lower until
you match that native sound. Go ahead and
practice on your own now. It was great
teaching you and thank you for watching!

Color LIVE(컬러라이브): YESUNG(예성)_봄날의 소나기(Paper Umbrella) - Duration: 4:08.
The moment you left me
the whole world turned its back on me
Like a crazy man
I wander around missing you
Where are you?
I am sorry that I am clumsy in saying good-bye
like I clumsily loved you
I sent you away without knowing anything
It falls through my ripped sky
The shower of spring one drop at a time
I miss you, I call you out
At dawn when memories fell like rain
I spent all night in the rain
With a paper umbrella over me
I say I'm all right
But I don't know if I can bear it
On this street without you
Flowers still bloom
Endless wait
I'm sorry I foolishly said good-bye
Like I foolishly loved you
The fact that I didn't treat you well
It is holding me back
It falls through my ripped sky
The shower of spring one drip at a time
I miss you, I call you out
At dawn when memories fell like rain
I spent all night in the rain
Like the day I sent you away
My body has stiffened up
Like that day
I cannot take another step
You disappear beyond my sight
One drop, two drops
On the flower petals that fell to the ground
At dawn when memories fell like rain
I spent all night in the rain
With a paper umbrella
over me

How To Carve Links Out of Wood! - Duration: 4:53.
hey guys today I finished a project and
I was really excited about it and it's a
gift so it's going to be out of my hands
shortly so before I do that I wanted to
share it with all of you part of why i'm
so excited is this project took a long
time and i did a few different versions
of it that failed before i completed it
successfully and the project i finished
is this necklace that I'm wearing it's
two interlocked wooden rings that I
carved from one piece of wood so they
weren't two separate pieces to start out
with they're all one piece of wood and
it was very hard and I'm going to tell
you how I did it so I did not have the
foresight to document the process of
making this as I was making it and so
the pieces i'm going to show you are
from my failed attempts but i think
you'll be able to get the idea you're
going to start with a rectangular block
of wood and on the top of it that is
a square you're going to make a cross
with pencil you're going to want to do
it a little bit more precisely than I'm
doing it right now because this is just
to show you what i did when i did it for
real i measured it out to make sure it
was you know perfect cross and then on
each side where the where the lines hit
the long side you just pull those
straight down again you want to be
really precise because then once you
have your guidelines in pencil you're
going to cut away all of the corners
until you just have a long elongated
three-dimensional cross left so all that
will be left is the thin cross section
of the cross so here's a different piece
of wood that illustrates that this is from
from one of my failed attempts so it's
not completely done but you can see in
two sides I've cut away everything
except the cross from the top it's a
very rough example but hopefully can get
the idea so then what you do is you kind
of draw the rings and you kind of have
to pretend like one of the sides that is
protruding toward you is not there and
draw it as if it's flat so you can kind
of see that there's the circle
pretending like this isn't protruding
and then you draw
the other ring on the other side coming
down and I'm a visual learner so I don't
expect anybody to understand what I just
said so here's my kind of crude drawing
of that and here you see the lower one
comes into the middle of the first one
and I didn't put away this side so you
can't really see but it would extend on
this side if I had finished this block
would which I didn't so then you're just
going to cut away everything that is not
what you drew starting with the outside
and eventually you will come to this so
you're going to have two circles that
bisect each other and I you know this is
the failed one or one of the failed one
so you can see it broke but you can kind
of tell how we get from step one to step
two or three to four or whatever the
number step we're on we're pretty far
pretty far through the steps and so then
you can see the next step was to cut
away from the middle which is where it
gets really tricky and things start to
crumble because if you cut away too much
or if you apply too much force it gets
really fragile and it starts to break
but if you go really carefully and
slowly you will eventually have two
connected rings that are loose but
connected and it's like whoa how did you
do that that's amazing it's magic and I
did that with this one but I didn't like
this one I didn't like how it was kind of
lopsided and I made it out of this
really light wood and I tried to stain
it and it kind of came out blotchy and I
didn't like that and I just I wasn't
happy with it it looked a little messy
they weren't as round as I liked you can
see they're a little bit kind of
lopsided so I decided to start over I
started over with a darker wood so that I
wouldn't have to stain it and I could
just leave it its natural color with
just a varnish so that it would really
bring out the wood grain I took what I
learned for my failures so that this
time you know I didn't make the mistakes
that I had in the past and I was really
really pleased with how it turned out so
here they are my beautifully round and
delicate interlocked rings and as you
can see i decided to loop these chains
kind of like that and then secure them
at the other end with the clasps to make
it a little bit easier I didn't want to
risk forcing something onto these wooden
rings just in case I I don't know I was
just really scared that we're going to
break
so yeah it was a lot of work but it
feels really good to have succeeded and
I hope my friend likes her necklace it
is now a combined Christmas gift and
birthday gift so she better like it let
me know if you've done a project that
took multiple attempts to get right and
how good it felt when you finally did in
the comments below and I'll talk to you
next time

What to Avoid in Gout/High Uric Acid Levels?? - Duration: 1:50.
Hi guys!
So, today we are going to learn a little more about Gout or high uric acid levels.
Gout is a metabolic disorder which is becoming very common these days.
And the general practice that we observe is to stop the protein intake completely.
Which is absolutely wrong.
As I have spoken in my earlier videos, protein consumption is really important and we Indians
are anyway deficient in proteins.
So, let us have a look at as to what exactly to avoid during high uric acid levels.
So, I hope you found this video useful.

How much time do I need to dedicate to setting up an aesthetic clinic? - Duration: 2:11.
how much time do you need to dedicate to
setting up your new aesthetic business
well we've had some phenomenally
successful delegates who come to our
courses and they've done really really
well generally it's the people who work
hard who do well so when I first started
off in plastic surgery one of my bosses
said "Adrian the 3 a's are the things
you need to focus on" so the first a is
for availability second a is affability
and the third a is for ability let's
just focus on each of these individually
availability means you're going to need
to be around you're going to need to
work slightly unsociable hours you're
gonna need to put the time in to get the
foundations of your business right so
availability number one important
affability is the second most important
thing this is a social thing this is
interacting with patients all day long
you're going to be talking a lot you're going to
be really getting in tune with
your patients so if you're not a
sociable person if you don't like
getting on with people if you don't like
talking to people if you'd rather sit
quietly behind the desk not interacting
this probably isn't the career for you
so interesting ability is the third most
important of the A's we deliver a really
great training we can train you to
deliver great treatments so at the
courses you'll be taken through the
treatments it be taught in a very
stepwise logical manner to deliver great
treatment so just to go over them again
the 3 a's are really important you must
be available you must have good social
skills and you must be able to be
trained by us to deliver those great
treatments

Stop suffering! (You can do it) - Duration: 2:47.
In one of the mothers groups in facebook
I read a post of a mother
who told about her suffer
I have a confession. I hate holidays! - she wrote
since the divorce
I need to share my children's time
in holidays with my ex
even when I celebrate the holidays with other people
it's just not the same!
because I miss them
and in the year I do celebrate with them
I'm so stressed out and depressed
by the thought that next year
they will celebrate this holiday with their father
and I will be without them again
I'm putting myself in a cycle of suffering
whoa! okay...
let's ignore for a second
the fact that there are so many parents
that would just love to switch with you
and just have a little bit of time
just few days for themselves
without the kids
this is a clear case of
God sends nuts to those who have no teeth
but this is not the point
you say that when the children are not with you
during the holiday
you suffer
and when the children are with you in the holiday
you still suffer
because you are all stressed out about
what will happen next year
when they will be with their father and not with you
the point is
that pain is given, but suffering is our decision
why don't you decide just stop suffering?
when the kids are with you
just enjoy them and the fact that they are with you
enjoy this moments! be happy!
and when they are not with you
enjoy the thought that next year they will be
it's all the opposite way
this is all just a matter
of your perspective and attitude
there is a good side and a bad side
in ANYTHING in our life
and you are the one who chooses
to look at the good side or the bad side
and even in painful situations
you are the one to decide
if to concentrate on the pain
or distract yourself from the pain
with positive things
and maybe even
to make the best out of the situation
because there is always a good side too
if you agree or disagree with me
you are very welcome to leave a comment
below the video
I hope you liked my video
please hit the thumbs up
and you're welcome to subscribe to my channel
and I hope I will see you in my next videos
bye bye

CSRF Protection - Duration: 10:00.
in this tutorial I will talk about
cross-site request forgery attack and
I'm going to show how you can protect
your forms by using some simple hash
functions in PHP
hey what's up guys in
Senaid here from codingpassiveincome.com the
place will help others to become other
developer much easier and faster than
they will do it on their own so if
that is something that interests you
consider subscribing now for some of you
that don't know cross-site request
forgery is an attack by a malicious
website will send a request to a web
application that I user is already
authenticated from a very different
website this way an attacker can access
functionality in a target web
application we are the victims already
authenticated browser targets include
web applications like social media in
browser email clients online banking and
then interfaces for network devices this
is a very simple explanation and I hope
so that this explanation will give you
the basic understanding what is cross
site request forgery now let me show you
how to import protection in PHP so now
i'm here at my sublime text and i just
create the normal index.php file so as
you can see first we need to define some
PHP code and i'm going to write here
what we need to do so first thing that
you need to do is we need to start a
session after that we need to create a
key for hash_hmac function
after that we need to create this file
token and the last thing that we need to
do is we need to accept the information
from the form that we will create in
HTML and validate this token so we
need to validate token okay so I'm going
just to create some basic HTML form
nothing special
okey I'll say he form method will be
post and action will be index.php a which
is this a file so just have one input
type will be text name will be username
username and the placeholder will be
what is your name very simple it will have
one hidden button we will store our CSRF
token okay and we will have on submit
botton
okay so this is one very simple HTML form
let's now just see so and see we have two
inputs one is here amongst our text and
then press submit nothing happends you should
already know this so now we need to
start our session okay after that we
want to see do we have already created
our session so if we are not we will
create new key that we will use for
has_hmac function and I'm going to
create by calling two functions first is
binary to hex and there I lose random
bytes and i will use 32 so as you can
see this function will create 32
random bytes and this one will covert
that bite into the hex format so we can
see what you got by using this
that's it and it is we are saving this
hash into the session because we want to
be sure that our key is always the same
or otherwise we won't be able to
validate our CSRF tokens that is inside
the form okay now the next thing is we
need to create our CSRF token
will do that by doing by calling hash_hmac
function the type of the encryption that
I prefer to use is 256 for the data we
can write any type of the string but
what I usually do is I'll write some
string and at the end of that string I
will append the name of the current file
that helps me so that if I have 10
different files on every file I will
have a different CSRF token so that we
we have protected each time on the
different way our form so i will write
here this is some string and I will
stay index PHP and we have created the
key it's stored inside the session so
does say key
and down below we need to output this
CSRF token
let's now test
it check this as you can see here we have
our CSRF token which is a very
long token and it's almost not possible
to get this string because we are
using some very powerful functions that
are available only in the PHP 7 version
so the next thing is we need to validate
token so first thing is we are going to
do is if isset post submit which
means this part of the code here will
execute only if this button is pressed
so here we need to verify our token I I
can do something like this CSRF
equal post CSRF but that is
not good enough protection so I want to
do and show you some better a bit I
will use the function hash equals and it
will compare those tokens still say
just do something here ECHO your name
is
token failed ok so now let's test this hash ok
now let's see here
and summit your name is Senaid Vwhich means
that our CSRF token is validated but
if we manipulate this token and put
something here that is not correct let's
say like this and try to submit okay
CSRF token failed and as you can
see if we don't have the correct CSRF
token we will never execute this part of
the code which is extremely important
and on this way our form is protected so
guys I hope so that this is very simple
tutorial and there really isn't a lot to
learn so just you need to learn how to
properly create key and also how to
create the proper hash and validate that
hash so there are just four different
functions that you need to know so if
you guys like this video please like it
and share your friends and also if you
have any questions I will be more than
happy to answer it in the comments below
take care

Thoughts of you. - Duration: 2:43.
look
I know it's hard to believe when people tell you
" I know how you feel"
but I actually do know how you feel.
see
I was
I was seeing someone
back in London
we worked for the same newspaper
and then I found out that
he was also seeing this other guy Eric
from the circulation department on the 19th floor
turned out that he wasn't in love with me
Like i thought
what I'm trying to say is
I understand feeling as small and
as insignificant as humanly possible
And how it can actually ache in places that
you didn't even know you had inside you
And it doesn't matter
how many gyms you join
or how many haircuts you get
or how many glasses of Chardonnay you drink with your girlfriends
you
you still go to bed
every night
going over every detail
and wonder what you did wrong
or
how you could have misunderstood
And how in the hell for a brief moment
you could think that were that happy
sometimes can you even convince yourself that
he'll see the light
and just show up at your door.
and after all that
you'll go somewhere new
you'll meet people who will make you feel worthwhile again
and little pieces of your soul will
finally begin to heal
and all that
fuzzy stuff
those years of your life that you just
wasted
that will eventually begin to fade

and eventually you will come to this so
you're going to have two circles that
bisect each other and I you know this is
the failed one or one of the failed one
so you can see it broke but you can kind
of tell how we get from step one to step
two or three to four or whatever the
number step we're on we're pretty far
pretty far through the steps and so then
you can see the next step was to cut
away from the middle which is where it
gets really tricky and things start to
crumble because if you cut away too much
or if you apply too much force it gets
really fragile and it starts to break
but if you go really carefully and
slowly you will eventually have two
connected rings that are loose but
connected and it's like whoa how did you
do that that's amazing it's magic and I
did that with this one but I didn't like
this one I didn't like how it was kind of
lopsided and I made it out of this
really light wood and I tried to stain
it and it kind of came out blotchy and I
didn't like that and I just I wasn't
happy with it it looked a little messy
they weren't as round as I liked you can
see they're a little bit kind of
lopsided so I decided to start over I
started over with a darker wood so that I
wouldn't have to stain it and I could
just leave it its natural color with
just a varnish so that it would really
bring out the wood grain I took what I
learned for my failures so that this
time you know I didn't make the mistakes
that I had in the past and I was really
really pleased with how it turned out so
here they are my beautifully round and
delicate interlocked rings and as you
can see i decided to loop these chains
kind of like that and then secure them
at the other end with the clasps to make
it a little bit easier I didn't want to
risk forcing something onto these wooden
rings just in case I I don't know I was
just really scared that we're going to
break
so yeah it was a lot of work but it
feels really good to have succeeded and
I hope my friend likes her necklace it
is now a combined Christmas gift and
birthday gift so she better like it let
me know if you've done a project that
took multiple attempts to get right and
how good it felt when you finally did in
the comments below and I'll talk to you

Dani Diez's 2016 Inktober Book - Duration: 3:50.
Hello, I'm Dani Diez, and I'm here to show you my 2016 Inktober sketchbook.
It's a very special book, an accordion-shaped sketchbook full of ink drawings
I hope you like it and enjoy it as much as I did.
Be welcome
Each and every month of October, an event called Inktober takes place
A worldwide known event created by Jake Parker a few years ago.
Any artist can participate under the same premise
To create an ink drawing each day of the month
I´ve myself participated a few times in the event, but this year I decided to make something really special
I thought of making a unique drawing for the whole month
completing one fragment each day until getting an enormous drawing, compounded by several drawings
During a trip to Edinburgh -a few months before that-
I had acquired such a curious sketchbook shaped as an accordion
It had 36 pages along both sides and, when fully displayed, was -no joking- 5 meters long!
Inktober was the perfect opportunity to use it!
So there was still just one thing missing… to start drawing!
It was such an intense month
The book was starting to take shape and it finally became completely drawn
Now that it´s all done, it´s time for you to be able to have it too!
The book will be an identical replica of the original Inktober sketchbook
Exactly the same deployable format shaped as an accordion
It´ll be printed a tiny bit smaller than the original so that all drawings look sharper.
Also the book will be a little bit more manageable
Remember that when fully opened it´s no more and no less than 5 meters long!
It´ll come with a full color hard cover
If you liked the project, it´s time for you to make it become a reality for everyone
I´ve been really fortunate to show it to amazing artists and the reception has honestly been incredible
I´ve even had the chance to show it to Jake Parker, creator of Inktober
This book will finally be able to see the light through this campaign.
Also I´ve prepared a whole lot of different packs so that you can choose whichever you like the most
Get yours now by supporting the project and you´ll receive it at home very soon!
Also you´ll be contributing for more projects like this one in the near future
I hope you all enjoyed the video, I just wanna say one last thing
Thanks a lot for your time
Thank you so much for your support
And above all, thanks for making this book possible

The Atheist's Nightmare - Debunked / Ray Comfort Exposed (3 Minute Debunks Ep3) - Duration: 3:38.
Welcome to Three-Minute Debunks, where we debunk asinine assertions within three minutes,
and on this occasion, the star of the minutes is the obnoxious Banana Boy, Ray Comfort.
On The Way of the Master, in 2006, Comfort presented what he called "The Atheist's
Nightmare".
"Behold, the atheist's nightmare!
Now if you study a well-made banana you'll find on the far side there are three ridges,
on the close ride two ridges.
If you get your hand ready to grip a banana you'll find on the far side there are three
groves, on the close side two groves.
The banana and the hand are perfectly made one for the other."
Now I'm going to spare to you the rest of this fruitful sermon, but in a nutshell, Comfort
asserts that the banana has been deliberately designed with humanity in mind, and that because
of this, it testifies to the existence of an intelligent designer – which wouldn't
you know, just so happens to be the super-specific god that he believes in…
Sarcasm aside, the banana that we all know, and most of us love, actually is a product
of intelligent design – it's the result of thousands of years of deliberate artificial
breeding… and so immediately, Comfort is wrong… the banana has been deliberately
designed not by his god, but by humans for humans, funny huh?
On the other hand, this is a natural banana; it's short, fat, littered with large and
hard seeds, tastes foul, and it's low in nutrients… but hey, If Comfort's god exists,
it's evidently the banana that it wants you to enjoy… so… enjoy… or else!
And while we're on the topic of laborious fruit, what's with coconuts, pineapples
and watermelons being so damn inaccessible?
Again, if Comfort's god exists, then presumably it doesn't want us to eat these… but,
conversely, it does want us to eat the easily accessible and tasty, but extremely deadly
Death Cap Mushroom…
You know, now that we think about it, by using Comfort's logic, the Death Cap actually
testifies to the existence of an evil devil-like being, doesn't it?
Furthermore, and to get serious, even if we were able to prove, for sure, that the banana,
or indeed anything was created by a transcendent intelligent designer, we would not be able
to infer from this alone what or perhaps who this designer is or was…
Or to put in other words, even if valid, Comfort's argument only gets him to deism, and as Hitchens
used to say, "But if you've established deism you've got all your work still ahead
of you to be a theist.
You have to show that this god, this person who went to all this trouble with physics,
cares who you sleep with or how or whether you should eat a pig or not or what day you
should observe as holy".
I mean seriously Comfort, your lack of brainpower testifies to the existence of Loki, the god
of pranks and mischief!
Anyhow, as always, thanks for kindly the view, and if you know of a asinine comment, tweet,
or clip that's gone full retard, let me know in the comment section below, and should
I feature it in one of my videos, I'll be sure to credit you as who requested it.
Until next time my fellow apes!

ADOBE INDESIGN BROCHURE FOR PRINT SETUP TUTORIAL - Duration: 4:38.
today we'll be looking at using adobe indesign
to generate print ready brochures
in this graphic design tutorial
what is that people hope you were doing
great today I'd be really busy the task
week cranking out graphic design as well
as making six videos per week for you
guys this week I have a lot coming up
ranging from heavier more advanced adobe
illustrator tutorials to type face from
hong tips a photoshop tutorial graphic
design as a courier have much much more
to subscribe to stay updated all of my
uploads we're looking today at a single
sheet brochures in Adobe InDesign you'll
be creating files to both bifold brochures and
trifold brochures the two most common
single sheet brochures that you were
going to encounter adobe indesign is
probably the most commonly used program
for generating print really brochures
and other editorial print artwork in
graphic design so firstly we're going to
tackle the bi fold brochure in Adobe
InDesign I refers to two and this is
where a single sheet of paper or pre
material is folded in half to create two
sections can design the ibook they're
only in Adobe InDesign or you can design
in photoshop illustrator and then
transfer over to InDesign after I prefer
to do the latter well I've never had
issues of this with clients or print
projects in the past I simply prefer
using the tools illustrator or Photoshop
to create the outer artwork itself if
the client wants a bipod brochure and
uses for example an a4 piece of paper
folded in half we need to set up the are
worth of money in Photoshop Illustrator
to the size of an a4 piece of paper
landscape first three millimeters to
bleed on each side so while I personally
do is generate an airport bus from it in
Photoshop at 300ppi / guide along the
edges and then the larger canvas by six
millimeters on each direction the bleed
is necessary and most printing agencies
will run with three millimeters bleed as
standard so we're just my idea to ask
that before you send in the printing
project
do we want to put a guide halfway along
the canvas to standing as the fold of
the brochure between the canvas into two
piles if you look at the brochure you
essentially have two pieces of paper
with for sanctions in total still in the
back and turn a friend if we were
designing our work in Photoshop
Illustrator to be transferred to
InDesign after we want to create two
separate for documents to finish up
illustrator as they're splinting two
sides once you've designed our work you
can have flattened and save as a JPEG
now in Adobe InDesign you want to create
document the size of an a4a landscape
with two boards and a three minute we
need to bleed around the edges
create a box covers the bleeds as well
as the entire board and the place you
design onto the outward know when it's
ready to be exported for prints remember
to contact a printing agency find out
what file format they require it's most
likely going to be PDF but into never
host asked
for the trifold brochure do the exact
same process in Photoshop Illustrator or
even completely in design if you want to
but instead of splitting up the two
sections split up to the three equal
areas remember I make two sides and then
transfer it in design so let me know if
you found this adobe indesign brochure
for print tutorial useful in the comment
section below like and subscribe for
future uploads so until next time design
your future today peace

How to pronounce the /æ/ sound | American English Pronunciation - Duration: 1:34.
Hi! Today we're talking about the short a
vowel sound. This is very important for
the American accent. The British often do
an "a" sound for the letter a. And
Americans do an "a" sound for the short
a sound. So the difference with the shape
here is that the British are doing that
vertical opening "a", like when they say
the word "last", and Americans say "a" with
the horizontal wide opening of
the mouth. And the tonality is higher, you
can hear more vibration in the nasal
passage. They say "last". So British say
"Last" and Americans say "Last". Let's try a
few more examples: "that", "bad", "at", "hat", "cat".
So the real trick here is the wide opening.
Go ahead and exaggerate, open as wide as
you can, and experiment with your
tonality, going higher and lower until
you match that native sound. Go ahead and
practice on your own now. It was great
teaching you and thank you for watching!

【MUKBANG】 800g Of Beef Flakes On Onion & Egg Rice Bowl + Miso Soup, 5.2Kg , 10100kcal [CC Available] - Duration: 5:53.
Hello its Kinoshita Yuka (Eng subs by ~Aphexx~)
so, today! tadaa I've made a fatty beef bowl on rice today (Eng subs by ~Aphexx)
I've done vids on this a few times already this time around I used 4 packs of beef flakes
I think the last time I only used 3 packs ~ levelling up my eating game ~
and I also added some 'onsen tamago' (soft boiled egg) and other stuff so today's dish is totally different from before
alrighty lets see how it was put together
tadaa I've got 8 cups of rice today to this, I'll add our frozen beef flakes
normally you'd take a spoon and sprinkle the beef flakes on top but since we're dealing
with such huge amounts I'mma dump this all over it
ahhh its piled high... almost like a beefy Hawaiian shaved ice treat
today I'll add some onsen tamago to the middle
I've added 12 of them sprinkle onions around it
and once you top it with seaweed its finished
tadaa this was given to me by someone who works at the beef flake company who saw one of my
earlier beef flake videos and in thanks he gave me this jar of fresh mountain wasabi
would you look at it... doesn't it look so delish? an addictive spicy flavor is what it says on here
mountain wasabi in soy sauce I will eat this along with our meal today
and as for sauce we have these beef flake sauce packets
tadaa the dish is complete this looks so scrumptious
on a hot steamy bed of rice lies these frozen ice cold beef flakes
I totally want to devour this right away but first lets weigh it
w/o the bowl its 4.2 kg with 1kg of miso soup the total is 5.2kg
this is an eggplant miso soup today itadakimasu
I'll now break our soft boiled eggs
~ oh wait my first bite should be only the beef ~
K, this is what it looks like so delish
its such a pretty red color
as expected its so delish
its such an amazing experience to feel both the warm rice and ice cold beef flakes in your mouth at
the same time and as for taste the meaty goodness of the flakes
is front and forward this sauce they supplied is a tangy ponzu like sauce
its so fresh tasting and so nice now I'll try the eggs
so wonderful!!! I love eggs so much
ahh when its covered in eggs its so nice and mellow
I'll now try this wasabi
wasabi goes perfectly with this stuff I've added quite a lot
its such a great match! adding the spiciness makes it so much better
~ heavenly ~ the first time I ever did one of these beef flake videos
I didn't have the right ratio of beef flakes to rice the second time I did it I used 3 packs and it
was a bit better but guys.... the more the better for sure its a way more luxurious experience
from the heat of the rice and your mouth the beef flakes just melt away in your mouth
I just can't stop eating this stuff
this wasabi is so very tasty it doesn't hit your sinuses like wasabi but
it has that spicy aftertaste
last time I made this I think I only added egg yolks to it but this time around we tried adding soft boiled egg
and I much prefer onsen tamago way more unlike the yolk dish I made earlier the egg whites on
these eggs go so great with the sauce in this dish
I picked up 4 packs of 200g totalling 800 g of beef flakes
I used up the whole jar it was very delish
since the meat is so rich its nice to be counterbalanced with something fresh tasting
(( Peeps.... Salmonella from eggs in Japan is not a concern #EggsSoSafe ))
last mouthful itadakimasu
all done gochisosamadeshita
its been a while since I last had beef flakes.... and man they're so delish ....
since they're frozen they give this lovely clash of hot and cold in your mouth at the beginning
once they start melting they take on another wonderful taste experience
and we used soft boiled eggs today and I prefer these eggs over using just raw yolks
also this jar of mountain wasabi was so delish wasabi goes so great with this stuff
things are getting warmer round' here and these frozen beef flakes would be nice for those hot
summer days and since you use warm rice its OK in the winter as well
they were so very tasty won't you all give them a try? and as always thanks for watching and if you liked
this video please hit the like and subscribe buttons BAI BAI

How to get the upper hand in an negotiation | 124 - Duration: 2:44.
One of several methods to gain the upper hand in a negotiation is to shift the focus on
timelines and deadlines away from you and onto the prospect.
Timing is either a source of value creation or value depletion.
You can either make it work for you or work against you.
Recent studies show that 87% of salespeople make it work against them.
How?
Well, by trying to make a deal close sooner by offering discounts and special incentives.
See this just makes you vulnerable to additional price pressure because what gets rewarded
gets repeated.
Instead, why not take this away from your prospect and put the focus on their timelines.
Do they need to have money spent by a certain date?.
Are there penalties associated with a late project delivery?
Be careful though....Asking these questions is as transparent as a sheet of glass……you
need to be a little more subtle.
So, ask your prospect when they want to be up and running with a new system by.
It might sound something like "Mr Prospect, regardless of who you choose to do business
with, when would you like to be up and running and in full production with the new system?
Now, whatever date they come back with, just test it by asking "why so soon?"
And the answer to that question will tell you what's driving them.
You then can further test it by gently probing……"I'm guessing Mr Prospect that you probably have
some contingency built into those dates and if it slips a quarter, there's no major
issue.
Again you can take their answer to this question a level further by asking:
"How would that impact the work you do?"
A word of caution, I have seen people apply this like a script…..it is not.
Context is everything.
If you ask a prospect when they need to be up and running by and they say, "Well we
have to be fully operational by April 15th, otherwise we lose funding and I'll look
like a jackass"…….then you don't need so many of the follow up questions.
So the takeaway here is to avoid making yourself vulnerable by focusing on your own timeline
and instead focus where the attention should always be……on your prospect and their
deadlines.
