Hello friends!

Welcome to our second lifestyle video

they have a short preparation time

less than five minutes

that they are easy to take with you

in the sense that they are not smelly

and lastly that they are healthy for you

so its very important to know

what the right serving size is for the food that we eat

Let's go see the list

Dried fruits: about a handful

Berries: about half a cup

Yogurt: 200 gr. to 250 gr.

Veggie sticks: countless

Crackers: about 10

I hope these ideas help you with some healthy snacking

I like to use glass containers I keep from marmalade and other things

Indian Thali (थाली) - Eating Indian Food (Rajasthani Cuisine - राजस्थानी खाना) in Jodhpur, India - Duration: 16:10.

Alright Sam.

Sam the man.

Yeah.

Yeah.

First off all want to show us your new shirt?

Oh yeah, love this new shirt.

Got this in Jaisalmer.

And I actually saw the artist like while he was painting.

Yeah, it is hand painted.

It is incredible.

So cool.

So cool.

Anyways back on top.

We're going out for dinner.

We're hungry.

We're going out for food.

We ate at this place called Jhankar for lunch.

Jhankar in Jodhpur (जोधपुर).

Oh, it was so good Actually it was one of the best meals we've had in India so far.

Yeah.

So we are heading back there for dinner.

And it is all about Thali (थाली) tonight.

We are going to get an original Thali (थाली) and a Rajasthani Thali (राजस्थानी

खाना).

Because we are in Rajasthan (राजस्थान ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ) and they have a special

Thali so we can't wait to try that out.

Now it is off to find a little tuk-tuk.

Alright, lead the way.

Lead the way.

Okay lots of tuk-tuks up ahead.

This is good.

Tuk-tuk-y adventure!

Tuk-tuk-tuk-tuk.

We made friends with the Japanese guy who we were in Jaisalmer and he called them tuk-tukies.

So that is what we call them to now.

Tukie-tukies.

Confession time.

We already had lunch here and the food was so amazing that we've told the waiter right

away we're coming back for dinner.

So we decided to come and sample um local Thali (थाली).

Rajasthani Thali (राजस्थानी खाना).

So that is what we've ordered.

And also one thing I should mention this restaurant is run by a Jain family.

So that means they are vegetarian and they don't eat any egg products.

So yeah, we're going to be having a vegetarian meal today.

Which is pretty cool.

And apparently 70% of Rajasthan (राजस्थान ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ) is vegetarian so the

majority of the population do not eat meat.

Which is pretty interesting.

So yeah let's wait for the food.

Meow meows.

Come let's be friends.

Meow meows.

Come kitty.

Meow meows.

So we have found a kitty and we're trying to lure him over.

There are not many cats in India.

You know this is the first cat we've seen.

Yeah, maybe it is.

We've seen monkeys, we've seen cows, we've seen tonnes of dogs.

But not a lot of cats.

And I think this one is a pet.

It is hanging out in the restaurant but it is a little skittish.

It is a little shy.

It is not coming quite close enough for us to pet.

And now it left.

It is gone.

There it goes.

Bye cat.

So a few months ago I realized I was going through our photos and Sam and I don't have

any photos of us together.

No selfies.

It is usually just like monuments and random buildings and landscapes.

And basically just sites.

Just the way I like it.

I'm not a big selfie guy.

Hahaha.

Anyways now I'm making him do selfies everyday.

This is what the selfies look like.

Come.

Come along.

Look happy.

Selfie time.

The drinks are here.

I'm having lime soda and check it out.

All that lime was in one glass but I'm sharing with Sam because that would be way too sour

for me.

Soda time.

This is such a refreshing drink.

Yeah.

Oh but Sam got an even fancier drink.

I sure did.

You should show us your lassi (लस्सी).

Alright Mister, so I got myself a saffron lassi and that seems to be the special lassi

of especially this city in Jodhpur (जोधपुर).

That is the one you got for lunch.

And this one is so thick.

They put a spoon in here.

I don't even think I can drink it.

No straw.

Let me try.

Use a spoon.

Mmmm.

It almost looks like it could be dessert in and of itself.

Oh, that is so good.

That is so rich and creamy.

And really really taste that saffron and then a lot of sugar added too.

Oh man I'm going to actually try it from the spoon this time.

Mmmm.

That is almost as thick as like a yoghurt or a curd.

That is some really good lassi (लस्सी).

Shizzam.

The food has arrived.

So they brought us over these two giants platters.

And oh my goodness it is way bigger than I was expecting.

Oh yeah.

I don't know how Sam and I are going to eat all of this.

It looks absolutely incredible.

And we also got free desserts.

So we've got our work cut out for us.

So first up I'll show you my platter.

I'm having the Rajasthani Thali set (राजस्थानी खाना).

So again it is vegetarian so lots of vegetable options going on.

We've got some biryani rice, some mystery thick rice, some ghee which is kind of like

curd or yoghurt.

I think it is called ghee.

Um, some more veggies with uh it looks like it has cashews.

Cashew nuts.

You know what I think we're just going to have to try it because I don't even know what

I'm looking at right now.

Yeah, they didn't list it on the menu.

Yeah, so this is all a big surprise.

Just dip it in.

Break off a piece of bread.

Oh, this looks like again all vegetable here.

It is a vegetarian restaurant.

I keep forgetting that.

Mmm.

How is that?

Mmmm.

What is it?

This one reminds me of dal.

Like a really spicy dal.

Spicy huh?

Lentil base.

This one right here.

My throat is on fire.

Haha.

Are you going to have some more of that?

Urrghh.

My throat is on fire.

No.

No.

Okay moving on.

Biryani with cauliflower.

This is something we had for lunch.

Oh, it was amazing.

Tomatoes.

Green peas.

It is just so colorful.

Like the way that they this is some of the best biryani.

I would say it is the best vegetarian biryani rice I've ever had.

Yeah.

That is good.

What else do we have here?

I have no idea what this is.

Just keep trying everything.

Do it all at once.

What do you think that is?

Is it good?

No clue.

It is good.

Do you have a favorite so far?

Well, even though this like this is super spicy this is actually really tasty.

Okay try the one with the cashews.

I'm curious about that.

Alright, lots of greens here.

I think I need a fork for this.

Woah.

Wow.

What could this be.

That looks really interesting.

Mmmm.

Root-y.

Rooty.

Rooty.

Not fruity.

Rooty.

Again nothing I'm familiar with.

Do you like that?

Mmmm.

And you got one more right?

At the end.

One more.

One more and then the curd too.

Yeah, you know what?

Like we actually tried to do some research on Rajasthani Cuisine (राजस्थानी

खाना) but there is just so much out there.

Oh, excellent.

Very good thank you.

There is just so much out there that it is really hard to learn the names of everything

and really know what you're having because each restaurant does something completely

different.

Mmmm.

It is all a mystery to me.

Everything is delicious I have no idea what I'm eating.

That is very rare.

I usually like to come prepared but today it is just like surprise.

Surprise.

We're eating good food.

It is a delicious surprise so I can't complain.

Okay Sam.

And you have the he called it a Jimbo.

A jumbo thali (தட்டு).

I think this is a bit more of a classic Thali (थाली).

So I'm just going to try everything.

So I'll start off over here.

Oh that looks good.

I think there is cheese on the outside.

Look at that.

Oh wow.

With curd.

Oh my gosh that looks so good.

I want some of that.

Oooh.

Oooh.

Oooh he says.

That is some wonderful curry.

It has got a bit of a tomato base.

But really thick spicy, creamy.

Oh my gosh.

All the good things in life.

All the good things in life.

That is just amazing.

And there is also chunks of yeah the cottage cheese.

I'm going in for another one.

That was just so good.

Another bite of the same thing.

Oh yeah.

That is when you know it is good.

Right.

Savory.

Savoring.

Oh my gosh when you have really good Indian food oh I don't think there is too many cuisines

that can beat this.

Yeah, this is right up there.

Next I'm going in that is the one I had.

That one will set looks like dal your mouth on fire.

That looks like dal.

I'm going.

Just give it a few seconds.

That one is not spicy.

What?

Huh.

Not as spicy as yours at least.

Okay no wait a minute.

It is going to hit you.

Oh yeah.

Whoops.

Oh my gosh.

Oh my gosh.

Okay let's go in for that curd.

Oh, that is nice a thick.

Look at that.

You see how thick that is?

Yes.

Woo hoo!

I really like that they include curd because you really need it to balance out the spiciness.

You do.

Exactly that is the one that kind of cools your palette down a bit.

Mmmhmmm.

Alright, moving on.

Moving on.

I've got something that kind of looks like Aloo gobi (आलू गोभी) and I am

using my fork here because I don't want to spill it all over the place.

I'm going to dish it up like that.

Oh nice chunks of cauliflower, tomato.

Mmmm.

Mmmm.

Yeah.

Mmmm.

Lots of mmmm going on.

What is surprising is they put a really spicy and very flavorful.

It is very spicy and flavorful and I really taste the cauliflower and the peas.

And that is just good.

That is just good.

He says.

Also we have some fresh veggies.

I totally ignored mine but right.

It looks like some cucumber and tomato there.

And last but not least.

And Sam is like uh-uh.

I'm not having fresh veggies.

I'm going in for the rice instead.

Yep.

Mmmm.

And some more.

Mmmm.

Hahaha.

I don't know if you guys can hear but Sam is like giggling to himself.

Okay so we've been traveling in India for over a week now.

About a week and half I would say.

This is my favorite meal so far.

Yeah.

Absolutely.

This place is just so good.

The food is just all so good.

I just can't wait to devour all of it.

There is going to be nothing left behind.

Those eyes.

Devor it.

Nothing left behind.

On my plate anyways.

Alright, let's enjoy.

I've been making a very slow and steady progress here because it is just so much food.

But let's move over to Sam's platter.

Look at that.

I've almost taken care of it.

He's already finished three little bowls.

He's working on the 4th.

Saving the favorite for last as usual.

As I always do.

And you know what?

I tried to get a little bit of that and he's like 'no' that is my favorite.

Stay away.

Anything but that one.

Stay away.

That is the best.

But you know what?

I'm going to need some help here.

You will.

This was just a massive portion.

And you've got yoghurt all over your lips boy.

Whoopsies.

Oh man, I had to put my hair up because I was getting the food sweats.

Haha.

I'm getting big food sweats.

I haven't even finished the mains but we've got three desserts waiting for us.

These two were complementary because we just ordered so much food and it is our second

time coming back here today.

So the names.

I believe he said this one is Rasgulla.

I believe this third one is something like Rasmalai.

Yep.

And this one had such a complicated name (Gulab jamun) he repeated it like three times and

I still couldn't get it.

So this is what we're having for dessert.

Admittedly we don't know our Indian sweets that much.

I know jalebi that is one of my favorites.

Yeah.

That spiral orange stuff that tastes like honey.

Yeah, that is one of my favorites but I don't know a lot of the other names so we're kind

of just and we didn't realize we were going to order dessert so we did not research that

either.

So sorry guys.

It looks very sweet.

This one is like floating in syrup.

Well, let's try them.

Let's grab a spoon.

Try them.

Maybe I'm supposed to use my hands.

No I'd do a spoon.

I'd do a spoon.

Ooh.

Oh wow.

Oh my.

Sponge-y.

Sponge-y.

I bet that is so sweet.

Whenever I've had Indian desserts like with syrup at the bottom it is usually.

I just want a tiny piece.

Try that.

So it looks sponge-y.

It does look sponge-y.

Like a sponge-y dessert.

Let's see.

Wow.

Is that good?

That is super sweet.

Haha.

That is like sopping syrup.

Yep.

Okay.

Wow.

Next one.

But it is really light and fluffy.

Do you like it?

Mmmhmmm.

Okay this other one.

Moving on.

This we actually had on the airplane.

On the flight to Delhi from Kathmandu.

Oh crunchy.

It sounds a little crunchy.

No it is not crunchy.

But look.

It is a little more dense than the one I just tried.

It looks thicker.

And again like it is soaked in syrup.

The texture kind of reminds me a little bit of marzipan.

Yep.

It doesn't taste anything like that though.

But kind of like a similar texture.

Okay both super sweet.

And last.

Last.

I'm going to let you try this one because I'm like on a sugar high after two little

bites.

Hahaha.

Ready to introduce us to the 3rd and final dessert.

Oh wow that is a little tough to break off.

It kind of has a bread like texture.

It looks like French Toast.

It could be.

Let's try it.

Wow.

It is kind of like that.

Yeah?

Yeah.

Yeah, it has just been soaked in it tastes a bit like the sauce tastes a little bit like

rice pudding.

It has a bit of coconut-y taste but yeah this is actually bread.

You can see the fluffiness.

It looks like a little bit of pastachio on top.

Some pistachio too.

And it has been soaked in this stuff.

It is really good.

Mmm.

But Sam are those beads of sweat from all of the food?

That is a proper Thai sweat here.

A thali (தட்டு) sweat?

A thali (थाली) sweat here in India.

Oh my goodness.

Best kind of sweats.

Well the sun has set.

The birds are chirping and we are feeling beyond stuffed.

Beyond stuffed.

And just before I talk about the price point the staff here are just so nice.

Our waiter allowed me to go up to the rooftop even though I wasn't eating there.

And it was just like the right timing.

The sun was setting you could see the fort.

Oh, it was so cool.

Anyways, now moving on to the price point.

That was 850 Rupees.

So you're talking $12 US bucks.

Uh-huh.

And that included everything.

Drinks.

So we ordered three different drinks.

Yeah.

Two different Thalis (थाली).

And they gave us two complimentary desserts but also we paid for our last dessert.

And so that was an insane amount of food.

The quality was outstanding.

Like that is one of those meals that reminds me of why I love being on the road so much.

Like we are such foodies and food is such an important part of the reason we travel.

And that like reconfirms things.

That is the best 12 bucks we've spent on food in a very long time.

It is especially I can agree.

This place is just awesome.

You have to check it out if you're in Jodhpur (जोधपुर).

We'll leave the address and the name of the restaurant in the description below.

Okay, bye. Ciao.

Hannah Baker • "I'm not who they need me to be." - Duration: 2:31.

There are reasons, why this happened.

I'm-I'm still a mother

Can I not be the mother of a dead girl for a few minutes?

Aw, mom!

No-no-no-no

Come on honey.

I'm not supposed to be your Valentine.

Oh, sweetheart. You're always going to be my Valentine.

Oh God, mom, please! No.

Good morning.

You look radiant.

I have to go.

Alright, I love you.

Thank you.

Listen, I was in high school.

Yeah, but you have no idea because you were popular. I'm not.

Hannah.

Yeah, well it's true!

I never looked so lovely for a dance.

That is ridiculous.

Hannah.

You, are the most beautiful woman in this family.

You got a new car?

You got a new car!

Maybe we can get Hannah, to pitch in?

Hey mom, you can use my college savings.

If we have money problems, I wanna help.

I don't care anymore.

About anything...

school...myself.

My parents.

I mean I care about them, but I'm not

I'm not who they need me to be.

What would they need you to be?

Not, a problem.

I thought you were more responsible than this, we trusted you.

Oh, shit.

You can have my last cheque from the Crestmont, okay? I have $200 in the bank. I can start baby-sitting on the weekends.

Hannah!

It's fine.

It seemed like no matter what I did, I kept letting people down.

I started thinking how everyone's lives would be better without me.

No-no-no-no-no, come on honey, it's okay. Come on baby.

Hannah?

And what does that feel like?

Wow, I almost didn't recognise you.

It feels like nothing.

No!

The money stays in the bank.

If it's my future, don't I get a say in it?

We have my fucking charm.

Hard to resist.

I'm so sorry.

ANDY!

I'm never going back.

Call, 911. Tell them to hurry!

And we need to move!

Anyone who knew Hannah, would know that she hated roses.

For those of you who are now looking for signs everywhere

what does it really look like?

Here's the scary thing.

It looks like nothing.

How To Use Telepathy From A 5D Perspective - Duration: 17:22.

How To Use Telepathy From A 5D Perspective

by Fred Greaves,

I want to tell you a story that affects us all, and is a roadmap to the higher realms,

and what is called Ascension.

My name is Fred, and in the late 1970s I had a relationship with a girl that was

magical yet was also tumultuous and chaotic at times.

The energies back then were thick and dark, not like they are now in the 21st century

where Believing is Seeing is understood, and not thought of as crazy.

Her name was Sheryl and she passed in 1981, yet began to reawaken me from the other

side of the veil in 2012 so we could fulfill our mission.

I was told that she incarnated only to make contact with me, and so we would reunite over

30 years later, and use our love to build a bridge between the 5th and the 3rd dimensions.

Which is exactly what we have done.

She is not only my twin flame, yet my mentor also.

She has taught me many things (hence, why all my articles say from a 5d perspective),

and as I have raised my vibration with her guidance, I have brought 3 other mentors that

I speak to daily now, into my life.

I now can speak to animals, trees (all flora), Gaia/Mother Earth, all the ascended

masters and more.

The full story is on my website, youll notice I call her Lucina now.

Well as your vibrations go up, you begin to remember things and that is her soul name,

and one I have called her for thousands of years.

Realize we are not learning anything new, just being coached to remember what was already

known.

I have been taught much over the years, yet lets start at the beginning.

We need to go to them, as they cannot come to us, so vibrations are the key.to everything

even Telepathy.

The ability of Telepathy is within us all

As much as all of us would like to just instantly manifest something as the use of Telepathy,

there is a path that needs to be followed, because we havent used it for so long,

and we need to re-learn how to use it.

You heard me right, we are not being taught anything new, we are re-learning something

we always have known, and like we take auditory speech for granted, well it is just as easy

to master the art of Telepathy.

The everyday use of Telepathy was taken from us thousands of years ago.

We were forbidden to use it here on Earth, and after several generations of not being

used, the knowledge of it just dissipated.

Like a muscle atrophies without use, well it was the same here.

Unless someone was directly in front of you, you were unable to communicate, because using

auditory speech only, we needed to be in ear shot of each other.

When you use Telepathy however, it doesnt matter.

You can be on separate sides of the universe on still carry on conversations.

Well enough of the history lesson, because we can go on all day about what has been done

to us, yet that will get us nowhere.

Actually that is a major key also because we need to know what we want (only), and focus

on that, then it arrives.

It is all in divine timing though, as we do not experience instant manifestation here

in the lower dimensions.

They (meaning all the higher dimensions) experience love and love only.

So they have and use it all the time.

Yet not usthank goodness.

Think of it; if we just saw a horror movie, we may manifest a killer chasing us with a

knife, or even a bear or lion trying to eat us.

So we have a buffer.

We can manifest here yes, yet it takes a little work on our part.

The reason being is this gives us a chance to change our minds.

Like; no I dont want a bear chasing me, I want to learn a new concept.

In this case Telepathy, and how it works.

You cannot jump from here to there

Realize this we cannot go from here to there in a single bound.

What I mean by that, is when learning something like Algebra, it cannot be done without knowing

the basic skills of math.

If you dont learn about adding and subtraction or multiplying and dividing, you will never

be able to grasp something as complicated as Algebra.

So you cannot skip step one and jump to step five.

Some would like that ease, yet it cannot be done.

You need the basics also, not sexy I know, yet essential.

On one of my websites I just recently wrote a small six step plan that can be followed

daily.

It is critically important that we raise our vibrations to accomplish anything within the

higher realms that we want to learn about doing.

Understand that much of what appears to be real to us, has simply been a lowering of

our vibration.

Case in point.

I was out walking once with my Twin (as we do daily), when she said Fred I want to

show you something, look up.

When I did I saw the beautiful blue sky and the white puffy clouds, that look airbrushed

in.

It as if Gaia is smiling, because all the darkness she has endured over the centuries

(the drilling, explosions, etc.) is finally coming to an end.

She then said, Okay now look over there to your right.

When I did, I saw dark dirty gray clouds and a hazy skymuch like I may have seen years

ago.

So I said okay, whats the point?

See she is always teaching me new lessons or concepts.

She says it is not so much as your pollution has gotten so bad, it has dont get me wrong,

although it is more your vibration has been lowered, so you cannot see what is right in

front of you.

So whether you think you need to or not, follow the six steps below and raise your vibration,

because once they begin to rise and your eyes start to see what has been in front of them

all the time, you will never ever go back, and want even more.

Trust me on thislife is meant to magical and exhilarating.

Checklist for raising your vibration

1) Meditate (quiet time).

Best time between 2am 4am.

Can start for 15 minutes at first though.

EX: You normally get up at 7am.

Get up 20 minutes early, and arrange your spot then meditate for 15 minutes.

Use the same spot all the time, as your energies get anchored there.

Make it YOURS.

Crystals, feathers, candle, incense whatever works.

This is your spotmake it special for you.

As you meditate all the things you need to do, will come up.

This is just your EGO mind fighting what you are doing, because it knows once you activate

your Heartmind (when the chatter goes away), you will not need it any longer.

So keep pushing the chatter to the side, and when it stays there (this could take days,

weeks) it is then you activate your heart-mind.

Then a whole other worldthe real one opens up for you.

I go for 4-5 hours now easy.

I started at 7am, and as my vibration rose, I moved it back 15 minutes here and a half

hour there.

I now wake and jump out of bed anywhere between 3 and 4 ameveryday.

2) Shake.

Eliminate breakfast.

Have a green drink, or I have a combination green and chocolate drink (with whole foods)

every morning.

Look at my site in the detox section for instructions.

As you slowly remove solid food from your diet, you will notice your vibration goes

higher.

Solid food, causes a depletion of energy, and is the cause behind aging.

Remember though we still have to maintain our bodies, so going without food is not the

answer.

This is why the word die is in dieting.

The shakes should give you all the nutrients your body needs, follow the labels closely.

As you move forward in time, you may add more shakes and eat less food.

Keep fruit or berries around to snack on.

Try to avoid animal products at all costs.

This is a major drain on our systems.

Thousands of years ago, our DNA was spliced with that of animals.

Think of the hieroglyphs in Ancient Egypt; that depict animal heads on human bodies.

So in essence every time we eat meat we are performing cannibalism, and it throws our

energy off, at a soul level.

As your vibration rises, you will sense this, and the thought of meat will make you sick.

I look at a steak now, and only see the leg of a cow.

Remember we are all one, so you are eating your brother or sister.

Moderation on all things though.

Never deprive yourself.

So slow down your consumption, a little at a time.

Forget what we have been told, about anythingeven nutrition.

I was told by a higher being, Get rid of all your beliefs they are all lies anyway.

3) No Coffee.

Coffee is a definite no-no.

It seriously disconnects you from the higher realms.

When I have coffee, which I do have occasionally.

My Twin who is within me 24/7, sounds like she is suddenly on the other side of the room,

or house.

Plus, I lose all contact with my other mentors until my body assimilates it.

It is the same with alcohol.

So keep both to a minimum.

4) GET SUN!!!

This is super important.

It can mean going out and walking in it, sitting on a park bench and letting it enter your

body.

Gazing at it thru a window (this protects the pupils).

When outside try not to use sunglasses.

This blocks the rays that enter in thru your pupils and feeds your soul and pineal gland

(we are light beings, after all), opening up your 3rd eye.

The 3rd eye is your ticket to seeing the higher realms.

Where most see just air now with empty space, I see much activity.

They occupy the same space as we do, just on another level of existence.

Try limiting the use of the sun visor in your car.

FEEL the energy, as it enters your body.

Soon you will come to love the Sun.

5) Drink pure water.

This is important also, as our bodies are made up of over 70% water.

Yet it must be pure and not in or from plastic (plastic is toxic), and you must Alkaline.

Google Alkaline water, and find it in your area.

I drink a gallon to 1 a day.

You can Alkaline your body in other ways alsoagain Google it.

Think of a yucky green swimming pool.

You add chemicals to balance the PH, which in turn cleans the water.

Well our bodies are the same on the inside, you just dont see it.

They are yucky green, and the Alkalinity balances the PH.

Balanced means no sickness or disease, EVER.

Dont you want a crystal clear and clean body operating on the inside?

Like a beautiful pool you just cannot wait to dive into!

6) Lastly, get the detox services I list in the Tips for detoxing on my website.

Again google it, and find in your area where you can get them.

We have picked up much debris in our travels here in 3d.

Yet we MUST remove them to raise our vibrations to enter the higher realms.

We just cannot go there with themour bodies are just too dense.

We need to lighten up, to raise up.

So the first thing to do is to remove all that debris we picked up in our sojourn

being incarnated here.

Some were useful, and others not, yet they helped us navigate a very dense frequency

and have helped protect us somewhat.

Yet it is time to move up to the higher realms and they no longer serve us.

Each and every time we remove them we lighten ourselves up further, getting closer to our

friends upstairs.

This is good for now, stick with it and above all NOTICE the little changes.

Again this will raise your vibration, and one more thing.

Get out into nature more.

Want to see how the higher realms work, I was told?

Observe nature.

Go where it exists already

Many try Telepathy out with their friends or family.

Now while that may be great in the future, when we all can easily use this ability, now

is not the time.

Think of it, it is like the buffer in the instant manifestation.

That buffer is put in there, to stop us from accidentally manifesting something horrible.

Well it is the same here, it is not preventing us from doing it, yet it makes it much harder

for us here in the lower dimensions.

Like I have said before, I have been told from higher beings that it is our beliefs

that hold us back.

This is why they say drop them all, they are lies anyway.

Well one of those lies, was when we were told if you hear voices, you are either going crazy,

or it must be in your imagination.

Another thing I was told from the higher realms imagination and thought, are one in the

same, and your miracles are our science.

So as you begin to raise your vibrations by dedicating some alone time, and listed

as number one on my daily checklist, you will begin to hear voices.

You can only use Telepathy by speaking thru your Heartmind, not your regular mind, and

it is activated by meditating (quiet time).

This is not you speaking to yourself, these are the beings in the higher realms reaching

out to us.

They have always been there, and are just waiting for us to contact them, as they cannot

reach out to usdirectly anyway.

They can nudge us, prod us yet not speak to us, until we are ready.

Raising your vibrations, makes you ready.

Speak right back to them, in your head though, and begin to carry on conversations.

This is using Telepathy.

And why not master it, with beings that use it daily?

One time in the near future youll be able to do it here from person to person, yet why

not start there at step one!

Jump to step five later.

When a friend gets proficient at doing the same thing you are, then begin the process

of Telepathyhere, with someone right in front of you.

It is easier that you think to contact the higher realms.

We have been purposely taught that it is impossible.

Well nothing is impossible, and again another lie.

Don't be a parent unless... - Duration: 1:53.

One of the things I would said to my peers who hadn't children when I had ch you know

Because theres a ten year gap between my kids so I have and eighteen year old and then an

eight and a seven year old.

And so when people ask me about being a parent I say don't do it, unless you're willing to

address, how your were parented, how you want it to be different and how it isn't for the

most part.

And you can to my point of view you can do it one of two ways you can either choose to

do what everybody else does and muddle along or your can do it consciously and be faced

every day with yourself.

And how ya your sound like your mother half the time like your father half the time, and

all the thing you swore you would never do to your children.

Yet if your willing to look at it you can change it and thats something Access has given

me is em what if you look at what is actually in front of you?

Not the fantasy of what you thought it could be.

You know be it with children, be it with relationships, be it with a work situation, what ever it

is.

What if you actually looked at what is, address what is and go OK what is it?

Can I change it?

How can I change it? and move from there.

And its.. for me my kids have, you know are my biggest facilitators have always been

I see my job as you know, it's not my..

Its my job to facilitate their independence It's not my job to live my life through them.

So with the tools I have I can ask them questions that enable them to choose for them.

I can know that, and I do know this that every time I choose for me regardless of what it

looks like it gives them more space to choose for them.

Taming the Asynchronous Nature of Node.js - Duration: 5:40.

Coming to you from Oracle Code in

New York City I'm Bob Rhubart

with the Oracle Technology Network,

bringing you yet another interview

with one of the session presenters

from today's event.

And that session presenter is Dan McGhan.

Thanks for stopping by.

Tell the folks at home what you do with Oracle.

I'm an Oracle Developer Advocate.

I work with a team of advocates.

Some of us focus on

more core Oracle technology such as

SQL and PL/SQL.

And others, such as myself,

focus on JavaScript and

open source technologies as well.

Your session here, the title is

"Taming the Asynchronous Nature of Node.js."

What is it about the asynchronous nature

of Node.js that needs taming?

Oh, good question!

Node.js is often described as this

asynchronous language or framework.

And the truth is it's a little bit more

complex than that.

Basically the JavaScript code that folks run,

that actually runs on Node.js,

is in fact running in a single thread

and this event loop, if you will.

And it's the way

in which the language deals with that,

essentially offloading things such as

timers network and disk i/o as well as

other i/o, such as communicating with the

database, this cannot be done in that

main thread in the main event loop.

And so it has to be offloaded oftentimes to

background or worker threads.

Sometime Node.js can just pull the

operating system.

But the talk was around

that and the different tools that

developers have within the language to

handle those situations.

And it's getting better over time.

In your experience evangelizing all this stuff,

what are some of the most frequent questions

you get about working with Node.js?

I would say that's a big one,

at least for new folks learning

you know, how the language deals with the

asynchronous nature.

I would say another important one is

just how to connect to databases,

how to talk to databases,

and then just doing common things

such as writing web servers and taking

the input, doing something with it then

to produce some kind of output and response.

Those are probably the core functions of note.

I think most people start by creating

web servers, learn to read and write

files, connect the databases and and then

go from there where necessary.

What's the one thing that you hope people

who see your session take home?

The thing they jot down?

Yeah, so Node.js version 7.6 got

an updated version of v8,

which is the JavaScript runtime

that comes from the Chrome browser.

That new release or that version of v8

includes something called async await,

which is a very nice feature of the language.

It's really JavaScript in general,

but we get it in Node.

And one of the great things about it being

in Node is that we can immediately leverage it.

Unlike browser- based technology where

you may be writing JavaScript code that runs in

many different browsers, many different

versions, and you can't use the latest

and greatest features immediately,

we can do that in Node.

So it's a great new feature.

And the way that it works is, essentially

there's a new keyword, "async"

and you simply put that key word in

front of a function declaration.

And then within that function you now

have the ability to use another keyword

called a "weight."

And a weight is a keyword that builds on

top of what are known as "promises" in

the Node.js architecture,

or really just JavaScript the language.

And so with this ability now, where you

would normally make a promise call and

then use the chain, you can just say

"await promise call." And on the very

next line, await the next promise call.

And these are asynchronous executions.

They're running the way they've always

run in Node, which is to say sometimes

being network I/O they're polling,

other times they're working on

background threads.

But the code is starting to read

synchronously again, and

it's far easier to use than it's ever been.

And so even something as complex as

iterating over a collection

asynchronously, which can be done using

recursion or some other techniques, other

libraries, it's just so easy to do.

You have a simple standard for loop, and

within the for loop you're saying

"await this call,"

and it takes care of it for you.

And it's essentially doing something quite

complex, some black magic behind the

scenes to make this work.

It's called co-routines, where it's stopping

execution of your code going somewhere

else and continuing execution and coming

back and going on that X line in your code

when the previous async operation is finished.

Beautiful technology that I hope everybody's

looking forward to at this point.

It's that "and a miracle happens" kind of thing?

It is. It is.

Perfect!

So what's on your calendar?

Where are you going to be speaking next?

Well, Oracle Code -- I'm not quite sure if I'll

be involved in any of the others.

Finger crossed.

But I am set up to speak at APEX Connect,

which will be in Berlin,

May 9th through the 11th.

I'm talking about JavaScript there as well.

All right, good.

It's good to see you again.

You as well.

Thanks for stopping by.

Thanks so much.

Okay, bye. Ciao.

Ode to Stephen Dowling Bots, Dec'd - Mark Twain (Poetry reading) | Jordan Harling Reads - Duration: 1:22.

And did young Stephen sicken, And did young Stephen die?

And did the sad hearts thicken, And did the mourners cry?

No; such was not the fate of Young Stephen Dowling Bots;

Though sad hearts round him thickened, 'Twas not from sickness' shots.

No whooping-cough did rack his frame, Nor measles drear, with spots;

Not these impaired the sacred name Of Stephen Dowling Bots.

Despised love struck not with woe That head of curly knots,

Nor stomach troubles laid him low, Young Stephen Dowling Bots.

O no.

Then list with tearful eye, Whilst I his fate do tell.

His soul did from this cold world fly, By falling down a well.

They got him out and emptied him; Alas it was too late;

His spirit was gone for to sport aloft In the realms of the good and great.
