Student Punished by Title IX After Being Exonerated Attempted SuicideSecretary of State Hillary

Last week, I wrote about a Texas student who committed suicide after being railroaded in
the name of Title IX.
Apparently, Thomas Klocke is not the only young man who lost all hope after being similarly
abused.
A Cornell student reportedly attempted suicide following his suspension from the school.
This student had already been exonerated of allegations he raped a female student.
Further, he had claimed she tried to rape him:
Earlier this week we told you about Cornell University's alleged refusal to investigate
a fraternity member's claim that a female student tried to rape him and then punched
him so hard in the testicles he feared permanent damage.
The Cornell Daily Sun is reporting more allegations in the lawsuit by "James Doe," including
that he attempted suicide right after learning the university committed double jeopardy -- finding
that he violated "Sally Roe" after exonerating him.

Only after he filed the 6.4 complaint did Roe file her own 6.4 complaint, having already
accused Doe of "choking and raping her" in a code-of-conduct complaint, which goes
to the "judicial administrator."
This is what happens when the pursuit of truth and justice succumbs to the Hillary Clinton-approved
"women deserve to be believed" process.
(Clinton later deleted her tweet claiming this after most of Twitter informed her she
was married to Bill.)
In the wake of the Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights "Dear Colleague" letter
that threatened a cessation of federal funding for schools that don't effectively kill due
process in cases involving rape allegations, it's not surprising that the school placed
James Doe in double jeopardy on something like this.
Because somehow, even with the Left's attempts to redefine gender, it's not politically acceptable
to consider that a man can be raped.
The Title IX investigator -- and her views on due process -- happens to be Elizabeth
McGrath, who once appeared in a notorious Project Veritas video calling the Constitution
"a very flawed document."
She offered to shred a copy of it.
Apparently, one of the Constitution's flaws to her is its clear stance against double
jeopardy.
I'd love for someone to explain how Title IX, created and passed by the United States
Congress for the purpose of protecting equality in educational access, isn't being outrageously
abused as a political weapon here.
If Title IX had been presented to Congress as a tool for enforcing a banana republic
justice system to destroy men, it would never have passed.
This isn't equality.
This is misandry.Japan Gives Trump A TERRIFYING Warning…
Tensions between the U.S. and North Korea have been rising at an alarming rate in the
last few weeks.
Now, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has spoken out to issue a terrifying warning to
Trump.
The UK Telegraph reported that Abe said North Korea may already have the capability to launch
missiles equipped with sarin nerve agent toward Japan.
"The security situation around our country is getting increasingly severe," Abe told
the Japanese parliament's diplomacy and defence committee.
"We have just talked about Syria.
There is a possibility that North Korea already has a capability to put sarin on warheads
to strike the ground."
North Korea is thought to have as many as 5,000 tonnes of chemical weapons, a stockpile
which reportedly has 25 types of agents, including sarin.
The communist nation has carried out five nuclear tests since 2006, including two last
year.

Cop – INSTANTLY Regrets It
During Barack Hussein Obama's sham of a presidency, respect for law enforcement and
police officers were at an all time low.
In the wake of 5 Dallas police officers being killed by an African American gunman in July
of 2016, Obama unapologetically defended the Black Lives Matter movement at the memorial
service.
Liberal minions followed suit by also treating cops like racist criminals with badges.
Thankfully, there are Americans who support our men and women in blue.
WFTV reported that a black female cashier at a Walmart in St. Cloud, Florida recently
refused to ring up a police officer.
When the cop tried to come to her station, the cashier pointed at her skin color and
said she could not service him.
Making matters even worse, another cashier saw the incident go down and started laughing.
Unfortunately for the African American woman, Walmart did not see this as a laughing matter.
She was fired immediately once Walmart learned what the employee had done.
"We take these things seriously and do not tolerate discrimination of any kind in our
stores," Walmart said in a statement.
"We value the relationships we have with law enforcement agencies throughout the country
and we've met with the St. Cloud Police Department to address their concerns.
We want everyone to be treated with respect whether they are in our stores or anywhere
in the community."
"The cashier who was involved in this situation no longer works in our store," the store
added.

Bill O'Reilly got some bad news last week when it was revealed that numerous women have
accused him of sexual harassment over the years, and that both he and Fox News have
paid out $13 million to his accusers since 2002.
Since then, over 90 companies have pulled their advertisements from The O'Reilly Factor.
Now, it's being reported that O'Reilly was one of the reasons Megyn Kelly suddenly
left Fox News back in January.
The Hill reported that Kelly was angry at O'Reilly due to his criticism of her for
publicly discussing sexual harassment she experienced at Fox.
She reportedly emailed executives at Fox complaining about O'Reilly's behavior during his appearance
on "CBS This Morning" in November.
During that appearance, he slammed Kelly for talking about how former Fox News Chairman
Roger Ailes allegedly sexually harassed her in a book she released the same day as his
interview.
"Look, it's open season," O'Reilly said when asked about Kelly's claims.
"Let's whack the Fox News Channel.
I've had enough of it.
It's a good place to work.
All right?"
Four different sources have confirmed Kelly emailed Fox News executives warning them of
the intimidating impact O'Reilly's remarks might have on women who had faced harassment.
Though O'Reilly was aware of Kelly's email, he delivered a second public scolding later
that evening.
He did this despite the fact that one of his producers begged him not to.
"If you don't like what's happening in the workplace, go to human resources or
leave," O'Reilly said on his prime-time show.
Two sources say Kelly left Fox News partially due to O'Reilly's behavior and how her
former network handled it.

The mainstream media is doing everything it can to vilify First Lady Melania Trump.
That's why they won't be reporting on this story…Breitbart reported that Melania
dropped everything on Friday morning to make an unannounced visit to a group home for abuse
and domestic violence victims in Florida.
After arriving at around 10:15am, Melania spoke with a group of seven girls between
the ages of 12 and 17 for 45 minutes.
"This is a day that the girls will never forget," said Matthew Ladika, the chief
executive officer of HomeSafe, the non-profit in charge of the shelter.
Each of the girls were removed from their families by court orders and placed in HomeSafe's
residential program.
"It was extra special and touching.
… She asked them what their interests are," Ladika said.
Melania gave gifts to the girls and handed out Easter baskets and stuffed bunnies to
other residents at the shelter.

Kyle Chapman, known as "Based Stickman" on Facebook, was assaulted this week for carrying
the American flag around Berkeley, California.
Unbelievably, he was the one who ended up being arrested…
Breitbart reported that Chapman was walking around Berkeley with the flag to promote a
free-speech rally scheduled for Saturday when a group of youths approached him and told
him to leave.
When Chapman refused, one of the thugs got in his face and challenged him to a fight.It
was then that Chapman punched the aggressor in the face.
One of the other thugs then hit the patriot with his skateboard and proceeded to call
the police on him.
Chapman and the man he punched, 33-year-old Emmanuel Hall, were each detained by police
and they both received citations.
"This is another example of left-wing thugs trying to intimidate and threaten real Americans
when we try to exercise our First Amendment rights.
We CANNOT let that fly," Chapman wrote in his video description.
