Anarcocapitalismo | Entrevista a Lew Rockwell - Duration: 28:44.

It's my pleasure to welcome Lew Rockwell to the show!

That's a name you've probably heard of.

He is a very distinguished guy; he has got a lot of fantastic content out there,

I've been a follower of his for years;

he's founder and chairman of the Ludwig von Mises Institute, and publisher at www.LewRockwell.com.

His latest book is entitled Against the State:

An Anarcho-Capitalist Manifesto. Lew, welcome. How are you?

Great! I'm doing fine, and it's great to be on your show.

Well, it's good to have you. And just to give our listeners a sense of geography, where are you located?

I'm in Auburn, Alabama.

I was just in Gulf Shores, where my mom is. Just finished building her southern mansion.

Oh, good for her!

Well, there is so much going on in the world nowadays, and your book covers some great topics.

And from my understanding, the premise of your book is that

we don't need a ruling class.

We can self-govern.

Is that the basic idea of the book?

You can just think about how most of us live our lives.

Obviously there are criminals, and there are bad people,

although I would argue that the free market can handle the police function infinitely better than the government.

But most of us, if our next door neighbor has a car we like,

we don't think of going over and putting a gun in his ribs and demanding the car.

That's not the way people operate.

We operate, in fact, in an anarcho-capitalist society in our lives, in all our dealings, our businesses, our churches,

our community organizations, our neighborhoods.

Everything we do is on a voluntary basis,

and it's not because—we don't act that way because we're afraid of being arrested by the cops.

That's just the way human beings interact.

Especially in a capitalist system, where everything is to everybody's benefit,

or at least benefit both parties

This is the way society progresses, it's the way civilization progresses,

based on private property and free markets and not initiating violence.

I mean, the basic principle of anarcho-capitalism,

the purest form of libertarianism is

is that it's never justified to use violence or the threat of violence against the innocent.

That is never morally justified.

Now when I say that, a lot of people are gonna say, well, you know, that's right.

But then on the other hand, when you come to discuss specific issues,

should a bunch of guys called the government be able to tell you, I'm deciding how much of your income I'm going to take,

and if you don't give it to me, I'm going to put you in a cage?

Right. Yeah.

If you resist sufficiently being put in a cage, I can kill you.

Government does that with a parking ticket.

If you're—if you sufficiently resist paying your library fine,

they claim the right to kill you.

So, in fact, there was some poor man who was paralyzed,

shot by police because they were coming after him for unpaid parking tickets.

Which as we know, the government is becoming—as it becomes bigger and more vicious,

and we've seen this especially since 9/11,

the police have become militarized;

they're like an occupation force; we're the people they're occupying.

We're the enemy.

And I would say, this is all—those kinds of trends, although not the trends in young people's minds, by the way,

but what's happening institutionally, is entirely in the wrong direction.

From an economic standpoint, a moral standpoint, political standpoint, this is all very bad stuff.

We don't have to put up with it. We don't have to have Obama

or George W. Bush or Hillary or whomever, ordering us around!

First of all, they don't know. Right? Just from a utilitarian standpoint.

They don't have the knowledge, they can't have the knowledge.

But from a moral standpoint, who are they to tell us,

if we're living our lives peacefully, and we're not initiating violence to others,

we're not criminals, it's none of their business.

They consider themselves to be the elite class, they're the ruling class, we better take it, or else.

And at the end of the day, the last, most base form of power is the ability to inflict violence.

And Ayn Rand talked about that,

and she said, the government needs to have a monopoly on this right,

if you will. Are you saying that there shouldn't be a police force?

I agree to it becoming way too powerful and militarized, but…

No. I think the policing function is a very important function in society.

But do I believe it should be done by the government? No! Private enterprise. Just think about it.

Think about anything the government is involved in.

If you've ever been in the military, if you've ever been in a post office.

I mean, the public schools…they mess up everything.

At best, they do a bad job.

Most of the time they're doing active harm. So, we can have picked them?

There are today in American society, and there have been throughout our history, private police.

And first of all, you're not a suspect. You're not a potential terrorist or whatever; you're a customer.

Things are very, very different when you have private police forces.

So, I think, no, we don't want monopolies.

These monopolies that are created and enforced by government,

whether it's the monetary monopoly of the Fed,

or whether it be a military monopoly, or police monopoly, a spy monopoly…

but the idea that you can take some group of people and say, you get to decide what other people are going to do.

You get to decide how much they're going to pay you.

You get to decide what kind of wars you're going to engage in and so forth.

Then unfortunately as F.A. Hayek pointed up: "in government the worst rise to the top".

In private life, mostly it's the better equipped people,

the harder workers, the smarter, the more creative, who get to the top.

In government, it's the most demagogic, the most vicious,

the most principle-less, the biggest liars,

and the people who actually enjoy killing.

There unfortunately are sociopaths and so forth in society.

They're attracted to government, because in government they get to live their dream.

There are people that enjoy starting wars. There are people that enjoy

sending young people to kill and be killed.

There are people that enjoy dropping bombs on other people.

Do we want those guys running our lives? that type of person being in charge of us?

I think not.

And even just from an economic standpoint, if we think of…I think all of us

worry about what's happening with the economy.

All of us have a certain fear for the future, of things getting even worse

from an inflation standpoint, from a regulatory standpoint…

already they American standard of living has been going down

for average families for quite a long period of time.

It certainly probably hasn't increased since the early 1970s, in real terms.

Murray Rothbard said, a handy definition of government is a gang of thieves writ large.

They have exactly the same morals and exactly the same effect on society

as a gang of thieves.

The only difference, Alexander Spooner, the great anarchist thinker and writer of the 19th century said,

he said, what's the difference between the highwayman and a Congressman?

He said, there's one difference. The highwayman doesn't ask you to call him the Honorable.

So, you know, it's taking the red pill.

If you start to realize that the government is not above the moral law,

even though of course they hold themselves above the moral law,

it doesn't apply to them.

The cops can speed, government can commit mass murder…

-They don't have to be on the health-care plan either.

No, they commit mass thievery and they call it taxation, and so forth.

So, a basic libertarian principle, and I would say a basic religious principle, and many other things:

if something is wrong for you and me to do

—stealing, killing, raping, burglarizing, and so forth—

just because somebody is putting on a government suit doesn't make it okay. They're not above the law.

-Yeah Well.

So, this is—government always seeks to be, they shouldn't be.

-Right, exactly. Well, you know, I had Steve Forbes on the show, and he of course talks

about how the government always seems to, in people's minds

not ours, and not our audience, but you know, in the general out there,

they seem to somehow occupy the moral high ground.

The government doesn't get to do all this stuff without any recourse.

Certainly some governments in history,

and in the world nowadays, do, but the US government—at least it conforms to the tyranny of the majority, right?

-Well, every government requires at least the tacit consent of the governed.

It's true of Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Castro, Obama,

and it's why, by the way, they can actually be battled.

If people would withdraw their consent—if they don't give their consent,

as difficult as it may be to believe, they can't actually do things.

They seem impenetrable.

A giant walled city, and steel...everything of steel, and here we are with little wooden clubs.

But that's why they're constantly doing polling.

They worry about public consent,

because they are a tiny minority; they can't live it up,

and live in the way they have become accustomed

—by the way, if anybody's recently been in Washington, talk about the imperial capital!

They've all got limos, and mansions…

It's unbelievable. Last time I was there—

I'm not worried about them,

-I'm worried about them stomping all over our rights, for sure—

but last time I was in DC, I counted at least five police forces.

They have the capital police force,

they have the Washington, D.C. metro police—

you know, I can't remember all the names.

I'm thinking, who are all these cops with all these different labels and logos on their cars?

Why do we need five police forces?

It's insane! I completely agree with you about how the police are becoming so militarized.

I think that's really an end run around the Constitution,

that basically tells us that military cannot be used on American soil against its own citizens.

And they've just basically done it de facto by militarizing the civilian "police."

It began under the Nixon administration, when they started—

when the federal government funding, and thereby controlling, local police forces.

Now there are all kinds of liaison programs between the Pentagon and local police—

giving them tanks, and armored personnel carriers, and machine guns, and so forth.

To use against us, by the way.

J.H.: Yeah, why does a Sherriff's department need a tank?

They are in effect a military force, and the Obama administration—

and the republicans are all for this too, of course, this is not a partisan thing—

have a plan to have even tighter coordination between local police and the military.

You and I seem to agree, Lew, that privatizing the prison systems was not a good idea.

And that is leading to all sorts of scary consequences.

I mean, in Pennsylvania, these corrupt judges putting these juveniles in prison just to make money…

capitalism is great, but sometimes the incentives don't really work right.

How would it work with a police force?

L.R.: First of all, it's not capitalism. It is fascism.

A private entity getting a monopoly from the government,

and the only customer is the government…that's not the free market.

Good point, I agree.

And of course, this is the prison capital of the world.

We have more people in prison per capita than any other country,

including places that we think are more tyrannical than us, although we're quickly catching up with everybody.

So, the notion that you put people in cages, or let alone,

that the government would be able to kill people

in these ceremonies of execution—I think it's a problem.

It's a problem from a religious standpoint,

It's a problem that these people should be allowed to do it, and it is because of the privatization.

So if the monopoly privatization—

Murray Rothbard made the point that we don't want everything privatized.

You don't, for example, want the tax collection function privatized.

Then it'd become more efficient.

We don't want that.

So…it was a terrible idea to privatize prisons. It was a republican idea.

So this is a vast industry today.

I notice they talk about who are the big interests donating money and working against the

legalization, for example, of medical marijuana.

It's the prison industry!

Because they want—they don't want anything legalized!

They want everything illegalized so they become richer and more powerful.

yeah every time the Socialist Republic of California comes up with 700 new laws every year

that nobody can possible comprehend—

John Stossel did a great show on that, and I had him on to talk about it—

but, I grew up, Lew, hearing from my mother that ignorance of the law is no excuse.

But nowadays, everybody's ignorant of the law! There are so many laws, that

everything is illegal now!

-You can't possibly know all the laws.

-Especially if you're in business.

-You can't know 10% of them.

No way.

So I just want to say, when I'm advocating private police, I'm not advocating monopoly government—

city governments, state governments, whatever—

hiring a private company to provide the police function.

That would not be a good idea either.

I'm talking about private companies offering their services to customers!

We can speculate; we can't know exactly what magnificent things the market would come up with,

in terms of policing, if it were released;

you might have a company coming around to a neighborhood, and offering for a certain payment a month,

and you'd have competitive companies providing police services, fire services, and so forth.

The only thing we can be sure—we can't know exactly how these things would be provided in a competitive market,

but we can know they would be much cheaper, and much better,

more efficient, and again, you're the customer.

Do any of us, when we see the police in our neighborhood, think, oh thank goodness, now we're safe? No! You're unsettled!

And it's not because you think there are criminals around.

You're unsettled by the police!

If they were a private company treating people like customers, not being militarized,

not wearing military uniforms,

it would be a different kind of thing, and the amount of crime would go down too, by the way.

So, here's the thing that I think could happen, though.

And we don't need to belabor this point, but I just want to ask you one more thought about it.

When you have a private police force, like in a neighborhood watch

—and we have these things nowadays.

There are certain upper scale neighborhoods where you can hire,

and people in the neighborhood will pay 20 bucks a month to have the patrol,

and that type of thing. Of course they don't have the power to arrest, and so forth.

But you know, they kind of keep an eye on things, and call the cops, right?

When you have that, though, when these businesses are competing for customers,

there is the inherent need to show off, and show the customer how good you are.

And that could lead to harassment, or overreaction,

or even creating crimes that doesn't exist! I mean, we have this in the news media.

-You mean, they might start to act like the government police force?

Well, I don't think the government cops really have an incentive to do that.

They sort of have an incentive to ignore crimes and give out traffic tickets.

I remember when I lived in Oklahoma City in the early 1970s,

and it was I think the last time a major city had a police strike.

So, all the police went on strike.

And the governor, I remember, sent 50 state troopers to patrol Oklahoma City, which is a huge city,

and what happened was the crime rate plummeted.

And I think, in part, this is because it was Oklahoma, as in every other free area, everybody's armed.

So my guess is, any criminal thought, if I go in that house, they're going to be ready to shoot me.

When the strike was over, the crime rate went back up.

I think partly that's true because I think the police are criminals.

I think police commit crimes,

and it's true that they're lazy and sleeping and don't want to work, and that sort of thing—

so they don't have an incentive to do their actual job.

But do they have an incentive to take advantage of people

if they see a chance to commit a crime and get away with it, or so they think?

I think that happens.

And we just have to think about how—

does Wal-Mart do bad things to Target because they'd like to get their customers?

This does not happen in a free market.

Private companies are infinitely more ethical than the government.

Are they perfect? No! Are there bad guys in the private life—of course! But they don't act like governments.

So, you don't see the alleged cutthroat competition that the left always talks about.

That comes with governments.

They shoot bombs at each other and so forth.

So, the private market is—think about all the companies you deal with.

And I'm not a fan of some of these industries, because they're in cahoots with the government,

or the government's fighting wars for them, or whatever.

The Sunoco station owners, are they out trying to light fires in the Chevron station?

No! That's government that acts that way.

People, whether they're people working for companies,

or people as individual consumers, tend to be pretty good.

They tend not to be criminals. They tend to be decent.

When you have a free market, all the incentives are towards acting decently,

keeping your word, working hard, providing what you promise.

It's why civilization rose that way.

Government is the exact opposite. It has the incentive to be a bum, to kill, to lie…

-To have tenure, and have no accountability.

Right, I know. It's unbelievable. I mean, look at our public schools.

They're a disaster. And they act exactly the way you said.

- You know, they're not a disaster from the government's standpoint.

Of course not.

They've dumbed down the population,

decreased the amount of critical thinking and independent thinking,

and they've made people worship the government.

From our standpoint, from the standpoint of parents,

and from the standpoint of people interested in actual education, they're horrific.

From the standpoint of the creeps in Washington, they're all great.

We've got this system where of course the government holds monopolies on all these things.

But then you look at something as relatively unregulated as the internet.

The government puts the fear into us about,

¡Oh, there will just be rampant crime! and amazingly, Lew,

considering the dollar volume and the number of sheer transactions online,

there isn't that much criminal behavior! You buy something online,

it shows up, if it's not in good shape, or you don't get the service, you send it back.

If you do business on these various freelancer websites like Elance

and oDesk and Fiverr—you know,

the people pretty much fulfill their promises! It's amazing! It's really amazing.

I mean, look at eBay!

EBay must be—and of course, eBay, they have people regulating it too.

But it's largely self-regulating.

The people care about their reputation, and they want to build reputation.

Very few of the profiles on Facebook, from what I understand, are fake.

They're mostly real people. And they mostly act like decent people.

They could slander you and libel you, and do all kinds of things, and they mostly don't.

I mean, it's amazing; you got a billion people in one place, and how many fights are there? Not that many.

-Look at the wonderful new private taxi services—Uber—

Oh, I love them.

You know, you can rate the driver, and the driver can rate you, the customer!

So, everybody—like eBay, everybody has an incentive to behave themselves.

Right!

It's done without the government, it's done—there's no—

it's far better than the government-regulated taxi services, which are—

A disaster—

Going crazy trying to outlaw, and punish us, the customer.

Yeah, the union thugs—and they've driven the prices up in certain cities where they have the medallion systems.

And those medallions cost like $175,000,

so it keeps competition out, it keeps new entrants from getting in the market.

And Uber and Lyft, hopefully they're just going to cream them.

The taxi thugs—that's what I call them. It's unbelievable what they're trying to do to those companies, who offer great things.

It's true.

Talk to us a little bit about the assault on our liberties. I mean, of course we've talked about that.

The war on drugs, the war system.

You've alluded to it, but I just wanted to ask you to maybe take a deeper dive for a moment or two on that.

- I might just say that I think that the American political economic system of today is fascist.

If we look at fascism, which is not just an epithet, although it is an epithet too, of course…

it's an actual system of a partnership between big government and big business,

and it's always highly militarized, worship of the leader,

worship of war, worship of the police, and other uniform services.

No civil liberties, the ability to crack you on the head with a baton any time they want to.

And also, highly—more and more business people,

even though they may technically still own their business,

control is moving more and more out of their hands and into the hands of the government.

So, this is—it's a disastrous system. It's economically more productive than communism, but morally more productive…

and of course it includes the welfare state.

Hitler was a big advocate of socialized medicine, for example.

And of welfare. As was Mussolini and the rest of these guys.

So we've got what Rothbard called the welfare warfare state, and it's also the surveillance state.

They're surveilling us in ways that George Orwell never could have dreamed of.

I mean, every email, every phone called…hi NSA, by the way.

Everything that goes on, they're recording it,

and they can go through their files with your name or whatever, and come up with everything you own,

every book you've bought from Amazon, and you know,

everything about your life that's available to the government. Your medical records.

This is why they had electronic medical records.

Not to make things more efficient. They can put that into your dossier.

-Right. Obama is basically making it really, really hard for the doctors

who don't convert to the electronic system,

and now, everything is tracked.

You get a sexually transmitted disease, you go online, you look at something,

soon they'll then use the healthcare hammer,

and they'll say, oh, you know, you can't get treatment because of the way you acted,

or what you did, it could become very scary.

We just have to hope, Lew, that we will beat this by speaking out against it while we still can,

by using technology against our own government, to keep our government in check.

I mean, is there any hope for that?

-I think there's a lot of hope, and I deal with young people all the time,

and I just see tremendous change over the years in young people becoming aware of all these things.

They're also worried about their economic futures, which concentrates the mind.

They don't like the surveillance, they don't like the tyranny, they don't like the drug wars,

they don't like the world wars, they don't like the police state.

They're opposed to all of this, and it's very, very encouraging what's going on sort of under the surface.

So, we can think of the government as a very dangerous bunch,

but they're sort of…they're decrepit.

We have also the biggest bureaucracy ever to exist in the history of the world, the US government.

The richest, most powerful biggest government ever. That's a problem for the government.

As inefficient as any government is, when it gets this big and this complicated, it becomes sclerotic,

and even stupider than you might think.

It was just pointed out today that one of the reasons Obamacare,

they're having so much trouble with it, is that the government can't deal with information technology.

Back in the industrial days, they could function to the extent they could ever function at all.

Better than now; they're sort of lost,

and I think that's a very good sign for those of us who are concerned about government power

and government reach over every aspect of our lives.

think we have a very good chance to stop this, but this has been the war since,

I don't know, since Cain and Abel, or whatever.

Between the good guys and the bad guys.

Between those that want to lead their own lives, want to raise their own families, want to go to church,

want to mow the lawn, do their job, save money for their future, take care of their elderly parents and so forth,

and then you have the government.

As opposed to that. I apologize if you can hear that.

-Yeah, it's okay.

-That's some government sirens going on.

-Right, I was thinking about that irony. Maybe they're coming to get you.

Because the NSA is of course listening to this criticism.

-Well, also, we should remember that one of the aspects of the NSA,

and why some people think they're actually running everything in the government,

is because they've got records of the private moments of all the senators

and the congressmen and the supreme court justices,

everybody in the executive branch and so forth.

If anybody's ever said or done anything they don't want made public,

the NSA knows about it, it's in their dossier.

So they can put tremendous pressure on the other officials.

So, the government all hates each other.

The FBI hates the CIA, the…they all are virulent enemies of each other,

because they want total power for their agency.

Right, right. So, it's the infighting.

I think we do have a good future.

Ron Paul showed it with young people,

and I think the Ron Paul movement continues among young people in this country and all over the world.

There's a lot of good optimistic things happening.

Kids learning some economics, learning some real history,

learning about the kinds of things the government doesn't want them to know.

So, again, it's the fight between power and market, as Rothbard put it, has always existed.

We're never going to, unfortunately, have a perfect society.

Man's not perfect, society's not going to be perfect.

But we can be a lot less imperfect than we are right now.

-Right.

We all need to work for that. I think we have a very good chance of achieving it,

though we may have some economic bad times in the mean time.

Speaking of economics, we didn't really talk much about that at all.

What is your outlook in terms of inflation, deflation, and that debate?

-This is just my own opinion.

Clearly what we have is much more inflation.

We already have a significant inflation going on, I'm talking about price inflation.

Anyone who goes shopping in the supermarket, we know that the government statistics are all lies.

By the way, all government statistics are lies.

Right.

They use the statistics to lie to us and to fool us.

So, there's already significant inflation.

I don't think they're gonna let it go to hyperinflation,

although sometimes things sort of get out of control, but I think we're going to see a lot more price inflation.

I think it's going to be quite scary.

It's going to be worse than the 1970s. Also we're going to have the business cycle again.

They build up another humongous bubble, the third bubble in recent years, again, in real estate

in the financial markets; there's going to be another recession,

and we never really came out of the last recession.

-That means the standard of living in America for most people

who don't know how to play the game and invest for that properly,

the standard of living will decline.

I mean, the only hope is that technology

will somehow save us and be an opposing force to the inflation that's just baked into the system.

I mean, with the kind of government spending we've had,

and you know, we've just been loose at the purse strings for decades now.

And it's finally coming home to roost! $17 trillion or so in debt,

and then unfunded entitlements and mandates over the coming years

of anywhere between $60 and $220 trillion.

There's just no way we can get out of that without significant inflation.

And by the way, you mentioned worse than in the 70s.

So, the official stats, which are always understated, as we all know—

the official stats in the 70s, I think the highest quoted inflation was 13½% during the Carter era.

Or at least, as a result of the Carter era. What could we see? 20, 25% annually?

-Unemployment rate is about 25% now.

The real rate, not the phony rate.

And the Clintons said that if you stop looking for a job because you're discouraged, you're not unemployed.

-Yeah. Right!

-So it's just another lie.

-What is the definition of 'is'?

I don't know what it could go to, and again, we're depending on government measurements.

But I think people's standards of living have been going down.

As the government gets richer, we get poorer.

That's the way it goes. The government is living it up, and they're having a party,

and they're impoverishing us so that elderly Americans who have saved for their future,

they can't get any interest on their money, which is entirely an economic thing,

just because of government intervention in the money market.

Right.

All the people who did the right thing and delayed gratification all their lives

and saved money and invested,

are now being punished, and the people who were in debt are being rewarded,

because inflation debases the debt, just like it debases savings.

The psychopath of John Maynard Keynes—he said that savers were bad people,

and he wanted to have everybody spend every dime, and of course this is what—

the Keynesianism rules the roost today, even, you click on the TV financial channel or whatever,

they're wanting everybody to spend, go in debt, buy a house, buy a car, borrow, borrow, borrow,

and we know that's not a smart thing for us as individuals, and of course it's not a smart thing for a society.

But Keynesianism encourages very bad conduct. I think the tip of the 1%, the crony capitalists connected to the government,

probably most of us are going to be poorer, but can we come back?

Can things be better for our children and our grandchildren than they are for us?

We have free will. We still can control things. Our minds and our hearts are still in control.

Even with the government, even with all their soldiers,

and all their secret police, and all the FBI,

and all the rest of them, they can't actually run us if we refuse to be run.

Because they are a small minority.

So, if anybody wants to drop me a note,

I can send some articles to them if they'd like to learn some of the backup for what I'm saying.

You don't have to lose hope. There is always hope. I would argue,

hope from a religious standpoint has always existed anyway.

But even from a standpoint of our living standards in our society,

the future of our kids and grandkids, there is hope.

But we better do something.

We can't just sit back and let the Clintons and the Bushes and the Romneys

and the Obamas of the world run us.

Because if we do, then we're dead. But we don't have to be dead, and we can take action.

-Very good points. Lew, give out your website, and tell people where they can get your content,

and of course your book as well.

My book, Against the State: An Anarcho-Capitalist Manifesto, is on Amazon.

It's both a paperback and a Kindle book. It's cheap; the paperback, I think I've been selling it for $8.45.

The Kindle book is a little over $3.

It's an introductory book; it doesn't require background, and I think people will enjoy it.

First of all take a look at the Mises Institute site if you're interested in economics

and libertarianism from a more scholarly standpoint take a look at www.mises.org.

We have hundred of books for free, thousands of videos, thousands of articles, there's a whole graduate study,

undergraduate, graduate, high school, PhD, level studies in economics available there for free.

Everything is for free.

Also take a look at my daily site, www.LewRockwell.com, and that's L-E-W Rockwell dot com,

which is a daily news and opinion libertarian site, openly anti-state, anti-war, pro-market.

If somebody wants to drop me a note, they can just write to Lew@LewRockwell.com,

and I'm glad to answer questions about reading or anything else.

-Fantastic. Well Lew Rockwell, thank you so much for joining us today.

Very interesting and spirited discussion. Appreciate having you.

-Thanks so much for having me on.

Quick Updates | Fluffal Deck LINK FORMAT (JUNE/ Junio 2017) [Duels & Decklist] (Yu-Gi-Oh) - Duration: 14:23.

Presented by El Exordio del Duelista

Quick Updates

Fluffal (JUNE 2017) LINK FORMAT

Fluffal (Deck Analysis)

Fluffal Deck Stats (April 2017 OCG Format) | Offensive 10 | Defense 7 | Consistency 8 | Versatility 8 | Recovery 7

Final Score: 8 | Excellent!

Decklist Fluffal | Main Deck 40 | Extra Deck 15 | Deck Type: Beatdown

How does the Deck work? This Deck is focused on the offensive and wants to make the most damage possible

with their fusions. The Deck has a lot of ways to gathering enough resources to make it plays because of

Frightfur Patchwork and he Toy Vendor + Flluffal Wings combo

ADVANTAGES (Positive Aspects): - Can make OTKs very easily

- Adaptable to the Link Era because the effect of Fightfur Sabre-Tooth to bring out other Frightfur

- With Frightfur Tiger you can clean the opponent's field to be able to attack safe.

DESVANTAGES (Negative Aspects): - You must have Polymerization 1st Turn to make a good field.

- Too Vulnerable to Dimensional Barrier

- Don´t have too many outs to Monsters like Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon and Raidraptor Ultimate Falcon.

TIP#1 Try to play around Frightfur Sabre-Tooth and it effect of special summon 1 Frightfur from your GY

With the increase of ATK of Frightfur Sabre-Tooth and the twice attack of Frightfur Kraken, you have exactly

8000 of damage to make an OTK.

TIP#2: You can search Fluffal Sheep with Fllufal Dog and Special Summon it with it own effect from your hand.

That way, you will have easy access to Missus Radiant in case you need more space to Summon your Frightfurs.

Recomendations: The Brilliant Fusion engine could improve the Deck, because of the Extra Normal of

Gem-Knight Seraphinite and because you can send with Brilliant Fusion Fluffal Wings to the Graveyard to draw

more cards with the Toy Vendor's combo.

Recomendations: If you have to improve the Defense of the Deck, you can try adding Traps like Breaktrougt Skill

and Lost Wind, which have effects in the Graveyards to use them when are send to the Graveyard with Toy Vendor.

Drawing YouTubers As Pokémon! - Duration: 13:28.

Hi guys! My name is Anouk, and today

I am going to draw YouTubers as Pokémon!

I'm just going for the basic YouTubers like..

Markiplier.. JackSepticEye..

Dan and Phil.. and KickThePJ so.. enjoy!

First I drew Phil, because..

I found the perfect Pokémon for him!

It's Inkay!

Because I found on the internet that Inkay steals food

So..

It's obvious that I chose this Pokémon for Phil!

I drew him with his emo hair..

And some little cacti around him

And it's adorable!

Okay next I drew Markiplier, and this might be one of my favorite things ever!

I drew him as Inceneroa- what?

Incineroar- I drew him as Incineroar

That's a difficult name!

But it's just perfect for Markiplier because

He is fucking muscular

And he has a playstation remote? I don't know

And then the red hair which suits the Pokémon itself, so it's just.. perfect!

Okay next is JackSepticEye..

And..

Just like the other ones, this Pokémon fits perfectly!

You can tell by the name that it fits perfectly because it's name..

Is Loudred!

He is probably the loudest Pokémon in the entire universe?

So.. that has to be JackSepticEye!

I drew his wavy green hair..

And his little buddy SepticEye Sam, is his name?

I don't know- oh shit, I'm a bad fan

Okay the next one..

The next one is perfect, because..

It's trash! It's Dan! He's trash! This is perfect!

It's name is Trubbish, and it's basically a bag of trash

Which is just Dan!

And I also made a little note with ''Phil Trash #1''

To make things a bit more clear, but I think y'all already know why I chose this Pokémon

Okay before I searched for KickThePJ Pokémon..

I never even heard of this Pokémon, but..

I love it!

It's Xerneas! Or something like that!

It's really colorful which really suits KickThePJ because he is so creative!

So yeah, that's the perfect Pokémon for him, I guess

So those were all the YouTubers drawn as Pokémon!

Do you want me to do a part 2 of this video?

Because there are a lot more YouTubers to draw, so..

If you want me to draw more YouTubers as Pokémon, just leave it down in the comments

And maybe there's going to be a part 2!

I don't know yet!

But yeah, thanks for watching! If you liked it, please give it a thumbs up!

Mario Kart 8 Wii U Bullet Bill glitch - Duration: 1:25.

Oh, man, final lap, and I'm behind in 6th place!

I need a good item to catch up!

Please give me a good item! Please give me a good item! Please give me a good item!

Yes!

Go Bullet!

Uh, what?

Wth was that?!

Rewind! So I can see what the heck happened.

What the heck?! My bullet's trying to go out of bounds instead of going straight on the track!

Yo, Bullet! The Boos don't want you in that room! Stop trying to take stupid shortcuts!

Jeez.

The ? remains, however.

How did this happen?

Maybe the Bullet's just that stupid.

Jokes aside, here's a theory I came up with.

As you see, I hold a Bullet and start to use it in hopes to catch up.

I tried heading for the 2nd floor but couldn't make it so I called my Bullet to get me up there.

But as seen here, it doesn't look like the Bullet was able to make it.

And, my Home button's ringing. Making a video, dude!

Anyway, the Bullet didn't make it up, but it did!

For it's acting like it's at the top floor! It's heading in the direction that floor goes, but the Bullet couldn't go there!

You can see the floor above.

The Bullet kept trying, but thankfully, it stopped eventually.

As though it seems the Bullet is so confused

It realizes it's on the bottom floor as soon as it touches the floor.

As shown here.

Pretty cool glitch, huh?

This is probably able to be done again.

Cool glitch, none the less.

NOT! It costed me positions!

Anyway, thanks for watching! Leave a like and subscribe if you want! Otherwise, check out other videos like the one above!

Bye!

Wait, a minute, the Bullet IS that stupid!

Top 5 Hopes For Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon - Duration: 6:51.

A new Pokemon Title has finally been announced and I have to say I am super pumped for Pokemon

Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon!

And with the release of Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon being slated for November 17

we all have high hopes for this upcoming game.

And while pokemon sun and moon were great games I still thought that there were some

things that needed to be improved upon.

And hopefully Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon will improve on the mistakes made by its previous

game.

So today I am going to be giving you guys my Top 5 hopes for pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra

Moon.

If you guys enjoy the video be sure to leave a like subscribe and share this video with

a friend and with that being said let's get started!

5 A new feature that was added to Pokemon Sun

and Moon that I thought had great potential was the battle royal.

Now I am not saying that the battle royal mode is bad there is just 1 mechanic that

I thought was really stupid to add.

And that's the fact that the battle ends if 1 person's team is taken out.

That is a really dumb rule to have that unnecessarily shortens the match to maybe only a minute

if you get the right pokemon.

Just take that 1 rule out of the game and battle royal would be a lot more fun to play.

You can even keep the points system too I think it adds a bit more strategy than just

being the last man standing.

Let's face it we all just wanted this to be free for alls and because of that rule

it was taken away from us.

Let's hope Ultra Sun and Moon Fixes it.

4 I really hope that Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra

Moon have a better post game than sun and moon.

Not saying that it was bad or anything but I was really hoping they would use the post

game to explore into the story.

The Looker stuff was a nice little touch but besides that we got the battle tree and more

champion battles and compared to Oras's Delta episode sun and moon's post game was

pretty forgettable.

I would love for pokemon ultra sun and moon to have the main character explore more in

the ultra wormhole and find out more about ultra beasts.

I think that would be really cool

3 Now I'm one of those fans that is still holding

out hope that Pokemon Ultra Sun and ultra moon or maybe even a third game (Pokemon Eclipse)

will also be coming to the nintendo switch.

Now I know they have already announced pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon for the 3ds but my friend

collector andrew was able to convince me that there is still a chance that we could get

a Pokemon game on the switch.

Now I am not gonna go into all of what he said because it would take forever to explain

but if you want to know the full extent of what he said click the i card link to go check

out his video But if you want the cliff notes here it is.

Tom Phillips of eurogamer the leaker of the codenamed pokemon stars who has been very

credible in the past as he also leaked exactly what the nintendo switch was as it was still

codenamed the nx is still sticking by the rumor that pokemon stars will be coming to

the switch eventually.

Now I know nintendo has denied that Pokemon ultra Sun and ultra moon will be on the switch

but it's good to note that companies lie all the time about things that actually exist.

For example the nintendo dsi's existence was denied by nintendo and then 6 months later

they announced it.

Another point was bethesda denying skyrim being on the switch even though it was in

the switch trailer.

And if you want to get into semantics technically gamefreak wouldn't be lying about ultra

sun and moon not being on switch if their were a third version coming too.

Now this last bit of evidence comes from 4chan and as with all leaks that come from there

take it with a grain of salt but the contents of this rumor after the direct appeared to

give it some credibility.

This 4chan leak which was posted around a month before the pokemon direct backs up tom's

claim.

But the main point of interest of this post is the potential names of the games.

His source gave him tags to put together which were pokemon sun moon eclipse and ultra.

And some of the names the leaker had were Pokemon Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon and eclipse.

So could we see a potential pokemon eclipse coming to the switch along with ultra sun

and moon the 3ds?

I dont know man e3 is right around the corner you never know.

2 The worst feature that was added to pokemon

sun and moon has to be that goddamn festival plaza.

Whether it was online functionality being downgraded, being forced to wait significantly

longer to set up a trade and battle, or even grinding for FC which is the most tedious

and annoying thing in the world festival plaza just sucks and I hate it.

Please just bring back PSS it was a lot simpler and quicker to access and I didn't have

to go through all this dumb stuff get a battle in.

1 And finally the number 1 hope I have for pokemon

ultra Sun and Ultra Moon is for gyms to come back to the series.

Honestly I loved the fact that gamefreak wanted to try something new with pokemon and I welcome

the idea of change, but gym battles are something synonymous with the pokemon franchise.

When I was taking on trials and totem pokemon I couldn't help but realize how much I missed

gym battles.

There something about beating a person's team that feels more rewarding than beating

a totem pokemon.

Now im not saying the trials were bad or anything its just that I loved the gym battle system

more than the trials.

And with the idea of ultra sun and moon being alternate games to regular sun and moon I

hope that we can see gyms appear in this game.

Thank you guys so much for watching if you guys enjoyed the video be sure to leave a

like and let me know in the comment section below.

If you haven't already subscribe to the channel to become an Eryibro today.

I also want to say that this video was entirely my own opinion so if you guys disagree with

anything I said that's completely fine.

In fact why not tell me in the comment section why you think i'm wrong.

Who knows you might change my opinion.

If you want to check out the previous video I did be sure to click the annotation on the

left.

If you want to know what the best starter in kalos is be sure to click the other annotation

on the right.

And with that being said I will see you guys next time.

Landscape Photography - Driving rain, gale force winds, and a race against the clock - Duration: 11:46.

Landscape photography. Just so good so so good.

Hello and here we are again on another

landscape photography mission I've had some issues in the last couple of weeks

with a bad back, poor weather things like that and the vlogs that I've done

recently I've been lucky..... I've had some good weather.....but today and all of

this week in fact the weather has been really poor it's not looking good today

either there is a tiny glimmer of hope that there will be something good at the

end of the day when you look at your weather app and it looks a little bit

like this you've got rain rain rain and rain and

then you've got a nice little bit of Sun at the end.... that could mean anything

a lot of the time but sometimes it could mean something very special as the

conditions change from really poor to just a glimmer of sun. That's when you get

those some dramatic conditions sometimes and hopefully that will create a little

opening for me to get a good shot today so I'm heading up to North Yorkshire

near to where I grew up it's a place called Roseberry Topping, or the hill

is called Roseberry Topping.....I'm going to be going up there trying to capture a

couple of nice images of that and see what I can come up with.... so it's fairly late in

the day already I've got a drive ahead of me

so let's go

I've arrived and you can see from the carpark there's absolutely nobody here

it's usually pretty busy here. If you like a bit of solitude and being out by

yourself come out when it's raining because there's no one else here and it isn't

cold, it's just a few drops of rain that aren't bothering me one bit so, I feel

already like I have won. Low expectations for today so I'm just going to enjoy

myself....... Come to the top with me though.

so it's wet it's windy but I'm having a great time and I've got those 360 degree

views all the way around ....the very top of Teesside I'm shouting because the wind is pretty

extreme you can see water on the camera I'm tired from that climb but man do I

feel good. The light is amazing there's dark bits, there's bright bits.... it's gonna be tough

getting a shot but orrrrr. Am I glad I'm up here

I'm having a good time today I am now set up for the first shot of

the day I'm currently capturing a time-lapse. The clouds over my shoulder

here are just so dramatic. You can see the rain coming down and there's some

dark clouds there's a bit of bright clouds there's so much drama in that sky

you can capture good landscape photographs in absolutely any weather

and it includes wet, windy weather like this. It's always gonna be quite dramatic

but you never know when you're going to capture that really special moment it

might be a big storm cloud that adds all that drama it might be a beautiful bit

of sunshine poking through the clouds at just the right time you just never know

and you're not going to capture that shot unless you brave these conditions.

I actually don't feel I'm being that brave today it's just a little bit windy and

wet I'm really not cold at all I braved it all through the winter as well so

today is a piece of cake if I am honest plus I've come back to very close to

where I grew up so it's never a bad thing coming home now shot wise like I

said I'm just capturing the time-lapse then I'm going to try a shot a little

bit closer in probably with the 70 to 200 to really try and bring some of that

drama into a photograph to add to the time-lapse and add to the story of this

day I'm having

I'm down off Roseberry Topping ....it's now just a march back to the car... I really am

struggling at the time but the weather is looking absolutely beautiful now think

we're on.....come on!!!!

Right, second location, marching up another hill as fast I possibly can

The light now is looking tremendous. come on i'm nearly there

I think I might make it. it's going to be touch and go though

I'm in position for the final shot of the day and I've made it so I'm very

pleased about that I've got a little bit of time just to get composed before the

Sun sets but it's looking absolutely beautiful. The light is going to come down

below or the sun's going to come down below the clouds and hopefully then just

light those clouds up I've got Roseberry Topping over my shoulder here and then

if we spin around a bit you can just see that little bit of water down at the

bottom there and I've also just got the heather starting to flower in the

foreground it's all about the light for me tonight I just really hope it's going

to do something really special. Settings wise again I am bracketing because I've

got some nice bit of dynamic range between the sky and ground and I can

catch all that with bracketing there was some big opinions about my nd grads

versus bracketing video....but each to their own, kind of like I said in that video

I'm at f/8 because the foreground interest is a bit of a distance away I don't

think I need to go any more than that and my go to f11 just to try and get a

bit more of that flowering Heather in focus I'm at a shutter speed of around one

fifteenth of a second and ISO 100 like I said with a bracketing I've got the

circular polarizer on the front as well I don't think I'll need it so I might

take that off as the Sun starts to set I'm not going for long exposure or

anything like that you're gonna be a straight up shot so it's just a matter

of waiting now and what a place to wait looking over Teesside, at Roseberry topping

my home you can't go wrong, might get a little time-lapse might do

something else or.... I might just sit here and enjoy it, but, probably about 20

minutes to go and we'll see what happens

just while I'm waiting for the Sun to set I thought I just let you know about

a couple of things I've got coming firstly I'm very very proud to announce

and I think it's something you might be interested in is that I have launched a

podcast. The podcast is out now go to all your favorite podcast providers and just

search for First Man Photography and you will be able to see or listen to the

new first man photography podcast also if you head over to

firstmanphotography.com I'm now offering a photo critique service. It's something I've

been thinking about quite for while because I did the photo

critique videos they were very very popular and I'm still getting a lot of

people contacting me on a daily basis asking for photo critiques I'm not

really doing the photo critique videos anymore but I am now offering a photo

critique service over in the store on my website so go and check go and check

that out I've had a few people do it already and the feedback has been excellent

they've really got a lot out of that and if you want some honest constructive

critique about your pictures then that's something that you can consider

something I'm offering it's not going to be for everyone absolutely not and

totally appreciate that but if it's something you're interested in do go and

check it out I've also got my prints for sale, t-shirts for sale. There is a lot on

offer over on the website so if you want to support me in any way shape or form

head over there and go and buy something because that would really help me out

and like I've been saying I would appreciate that forever so that's that I

think I now I need to head back to the cliff edge for that sunset moment

hopefully the cloud is playing ball. It's now sunset time but unfortunately I

think I've lost the Sun for good behind that low cloud that seems to show

itself every single time I come to this area of North Yorkshire. I don't know if its the sea

back there that brings it in.... Or just bad luck, I don't know..... But there we go

I have still captured a really nice shot that I'm very very happy with so it was still

worth the trip it's always worth braving these conditions because

sometimes and especially if you see a little bit of Sun on the weather

forecast at the end of the day you know we could you could have those really

special occasions when that weather turns to the good and those spectacular

conditions come out because people aren't willing to brave

them, you're out here by yourself and you're capturing shots that no one

else is going to capture. It's been absolutely brilliant and I've had another great

time. Landscape photography just so good, so so good I really hope you're enjoying

your landscape photography..... please leave a comment down below and let me know what

you think of this video and if you would share it that would mean an awful lot to

Books I Want To Read Before 2018 + New Releases! [CC] - Duration: 8:30.

hey guys I'm Mel and today I'm going to tell you 10 books I want to read before 2018

so we're in the middle of the year already which means that we

have a few months left in this year to read all the books we want to read

before the next year so in this list I have 10 books 5 new releases that are coming

out in the last part of the year and 5 books that have been on my TBR for a

while but that I have been putting off for the longest time that are not on my

diversity Bingo TBR so the first book we have here is a Shadowshaper by Daniel

José Older this is about a girl who gets introduced to this whole new world and where

magic comes from art is a paranormal book and everyone says that it's kind of

the Latinx Mortal Instruments and I actually really like paranormal books

I have to support of my Latinx writers I really really enjoy books that introduce

art into the narration so beautiful and important and especially relating

to magic. The first new release that I want to read is 27 hours by Tristina

Wright this book is about a group of kids who have to save the word and have to

stop a war in night of 27 hours. It's a thrilling story featuring a very queer cast of

characters who are battling to save their homes there are so many people

that are getting arcs of this right now and that are reading it and I'm so so jealous

because it sounds so brilliant is obviously in Sci-fi book and it has like I

said a mostly queer cast of characters I hope that her writing is just as good as

I imagine it is because this book has the potential to be such a game changer

for sci-fi and fantasy and it comes out October 3rd. Another book that I've

had on my TBR for a while now is Nina's not ok by Shappi Khorasandi this book is

about a 17 year old girl who is sure she doesn't

a problem with alcohol but the reality is that she might have one because she

constantly wakes up without remembering anything about the night before I've

heard a very raw and intense journey into accepting her problem

also the author is Iranian and Nina is bisexual as well which I always love to

read I think it also talks a lot about consent and sex and rape and a lot of

very heavy issues that are also intertwined with her alcoholism another

book that I'm super super excited about is Wild Beauty by Anna Marie McLemore this is

about a group of women that are called Nomeolvides who have tended the gardens of

La Pradera for the longest time but they have this hidden tragic legacy which is

that whenever and guys falls in love with one of them he starts to disappear

until this boy mysteriously appears and he is a complete mystery to everyone

especially to Estrella because this guy doesn't remember why he is there or how

he came there so Estrella starts getting close to him and starts helping him

figure out his past I mean I think you all know by now that Anna-Marie McLemore

is my favorite writers like from all-time, I'm such a big

fan of her writing and her words and her idea they're just incredibly unique and

very Latinx in its core which is something that I never thought I would

like that much to read about but it just makes me connect with my own identity

and my own culture in a way that I had never done before because what I think

about Latin American literature I think about this past. Anna-Marie McLemore

is this present and I love her and this also comes out October 3rd

Then I want to really boost that my friend Ngoc gave to me and that The Female of

The Species by Mindy McGinnis and this book about this girl who knows how to

kill someone which I don't know if it means that she actually killed someone

but that was because her sister was murdered

years ago and that brings out a little violence in her which means that she wants

revenge for her sister's murder but there are also people that are trying to

get close to her like this boy and this other girl and together they form this

unlikely friendship until one day Alex's violence comes out of nowhere and

that night changes the lives of all of them I actually adore Mindy McGinnis'

writing because she is such a modern families that talk about the things that

we need to talk about but also maintaining is really good fiction world

and with ideas that are super unique and fascinating

another new release is Like Water by Rebecca Podos

this book is about a girl who lives in this very small town which means that

she has two options or get out as soon as she can or stay there forever but her

plans completely change when her dad gets Huntington's disease which means

that she probably has to stay in the town against her own plans and then she

meets this girl and they start a friendship and then connection this girl

is unlike anyone Vanni ever met but caring for another person is not on Vanni's

plans and and she starts bringing down this wall that she built around

herself and starts questioning a lot of things that she thought were true

Vanni, the main character also is bisexual and I've heard of this book has such

beautiful writing which really goes with that beautiful cover. If this plot is done

with it really good execution I think it has the potential to be such a

brilliant book. Also, I'm appreciating so so much

authors who write bisexual characters I'm just so happy that we have a lot of options

to read right now. This comes out October 17 which is so long from now I just need

all of these books. Another book that I want to read is Overlooked by Rose Christo this is

the sixth book in the Gives Light series and I've been reading all the books

throughout this year and I only have that one left which means that

is going to finish soon and I don't want to. This is about a Native American kid

who meets this other guy who is the guy who is the son of the guy who murdered

his mom and they start is really complex and interesting relationship and

actually in the past books we get to see the same story but in the other guy's

perspective which actually brought a lot of magic and new things to the story

which doesn't really happen when you get the same story in another guy's

perspective. Then I want to read Love Beyond Body, Space and Time

This is an anthology of indigenous LGBT+ sci-fi stories focusing on LGBT+

and Two Spirits characters and I've heard a lot of brilliant things about it I

think it's a very necessary anthology and this comes out September 30th

Finally I want to read The Girl of Ink and Stars by Kiran Millwood Hargrave and

this is about a girl who is the daughter of a cartographer so when her best friend

goes missing she is the first to volunteer to go look for him the place

where he disappeared to is unlike anything she ever experienced and her

skills don't mean that she can survive there. I've heard so many

good things about this book and I've had it for a while now and I absolutely

adore that cover so I just need to read it now. And finally a book that I don't

know why hasn't been on my radar before now but now I really really want to read

is Warbringer by Leigh Bardugo This book is a story of Wonder Woman

before she becomes Wonder Woman and honestly I didn't think I would be interested in

Wonder Woman before but after watching the movie and after hearing so many good

things about this story I just want to read this book now especially

because it's Leigh Bardugo and obviously she writes brilliantly she's one of my

favorite authors and it comes out August 29th

that's everything hope you like this if you did, subscribe and I will see you when I see you

bye

How To Speak Attractively To Men - Duration: 6:48.

Whoever said that a picture is worth a thousand words must not have known the power of seductive

speech.

Why's that?

Because out of all the tools us women possess to make men interested in us, our voice is

one of the most overlooked and unused for doing so.

Hey ladies, Amy North here.

For those of you who don't know me I'm a relationship coach from Vancouver, Canada

and author of The Devotion System — a program designed to help women find the love they

want and deserve.

Today I want to share with you some sneaky tips for making your voice seem attractive

to men.

All too often women think the most effective way to get a guy's attention is by oozing

with sex appeal or using overly forward body language.

And while these do work for catching his eye, what really does wonders for attracting men

is your voice.

In fact, the way you carry it and control your speech are just as, if not more so, effective

and efficient than other bodily tricks.

So then, how can you use your voice to attract men?

That's exactly what I'm about to teach you.

Before I do so though I'd like to quickly ask that if you enjoy this video or find it

at all helpful then please take a moment to subscribe to my YouTube channel.

Your support is what makes these videos possible!

Now that that's out of the way, let's get started, and to do so, I want to explain

what I mean by "voice," because as obvious as it may seem, there's more to it than

you may realize.

Believe it or not, voice can be broken down into five key parts or factors, these are:

tone, structure, dictation, detail and imagery.

For the remainder of this video I'm going to talk about each one individually, and explain

how you can to use them to your advantage.

Let's begin with tone.

Tone is the attitude and personality you give to your words.

The tone you use brings your words to life, and the good news is that you have complete

control over it.

Truth be told, the first thing a man notices about your voice is the tone, which is why

using the right one is so important if you're looking to win him over.

Just like the wrong tone will send him running for the hills, the right one will have him

hanging off your every word.

So, when speaking to a man you're interested in, be sure to use a light-hearted, upbeat

and positive tone.

When he gets the impression that you're an enjoyable person to be around then he's

going to want to see you more often.

Even if negative or unpleasant topics do come up in conversation — because believe me,

they very well could — try to keep a neutral tone and avoid being overly opinionated about

touchy topics.

This is especially important if you're just getting to know him.

In the meantime keep in mind that playful tones will show him you're into him, while

more saucy and seductive ones will let him know that you're looking to turn up the

heat between the two of you.

Next is structure, and just as it's name implies, it's how you control, pace and

focus your speech.

In a conversation structure is what makes it possible to flow from one thought to the

next in a smooth, efficient and sensible way.

Those who have mastered this factor know how to steer a conservation in whichever way they

so choose, which is why it's so important to perfect.

For instance, you can be in charge of a conversation without him even realizing it, which in the

long run can actually help you get what you want from the situation.

Yes, in some ways it's arguably the art of manipulation, but for the sake of this

video, let's stick to how structure can boost your odds with a man.

So, in order to keep his attention on you and attraction in full force it's important

that you avoid using filler words that can make you seem less confident or unsure of

yourself.

Instead speak steady and smoothly, and be sure to enunciate each and every word.

For examples of sentences you can use to win over any man visit my site, www.coachnorth.com

and watch the free video presentation.

There you'll learn all about my Devotion Sequences, which are sentences designed to

make men wild with desire for you.

Trust me, you don't want to miss it!

Now let's talk about dictation, which in its most basic form is word choice.

It's what gives your sentences a distinctive "you" signature.

Your own flare if you will.

Yes it can be tough to change your dictation completely from speaking with one person to

the next, but even the slightest variations can have a powerful impact.

I mean, you wouldn't talk to your dream man the same way you would your mother, would

you?

So, when talking to a potential love interest it's important that you choose your words

wisely if you're looking to attract him.

For instance, you can show off your intelligence or passion here in a way that will have him

anticipating what's next, simply by using the right terms and phrases.

Also keep in mind that your word choice can make or break a meaningful conversation, so

as the old saying goes, "think before you speak!"

Next let's talk briefly about details, which really, is where all the magic happens.

The beauty of details is that they can take many forms and create many feelings.

In fact, an unpleasant conversation can do a complete 180 by simply adding the right

details.

Unfortunately however, this works both ways, which means that a brilliant conversation

can crash and burn with the wrong details...

Now, details aren't just words.

Of course, they can be, such as adjectives to bring a story to life or emphasize a feeling,

but in this case, details can also mean accenting certain vowels when you speak, or lowering

your voice to set the mood for the conversation.

Simply put, details are the little things that make a huge difference, and believe me,

they'll take you far when it comes to attracting men.

I mean, who doesn't enjoy a gifted flirt or talented storyteller?

So don't forget to include details in your speech, it'll keep him wanting more.

And lastly let's talk about imagery, the force that gives your words power, emotion

and meaning.

The bits that cause him to remember your voice and the things you say.

The images you imprint on his mind.

Now, in a world where text messaging has become a social norm, it's easy to forget about

imagery.

But, if you really want to attract a man then it's important that you don't skimp out

here.

Why?

Because this imagery is debatably the most important tool in your vocal arsenal.

Now the good news is you don't have to be a poet to make your words sing, in fact, simply

making an effort to choose words that are bold and bright will pay off here, because

when you do, you'll have any man interested in the things you have to say.

And when that happens, the rest comes easy.

Well that just about does it for this video, but before I wrap things up I want to invite

you to weigh in.

Do you think these tips are helpful?

Have you tried them before?

Do you have your own ideas to share?

Really do post in the comments section below, I'd love to hear from you!

What is the North Korean Prison System like? - Duration: 17:54.

You're looking at the Ryugyong Hotel in Pyongyang.

It's North Korea's tallest building, standing 105 stories.

Construction began on the hotel in 1987, and had it been completed according to schedule,

it would have opened in 1989.

It's been nicknamed "Hotel Doom" and I think you can see why.

But the original idea was pretty cool, I guess.

It would have been the world's tallest hotel and included 3,000 rooms for guests, for restaurants,

for rotating restaurants, for rotating residences...bells and whistles.

But at this point you might be wondering why I keep using these theoretical phrases, it

'would have been', it 'could have been'.

There were some delays.

Construction began in 1987, but by 1989 only the frame was done.

After the Soviet Union collapsed, foreign investment dried up for North Korea, and construction

stopped in 1992.

In 2008, they tried again, and in three years the facade was done.

They wanted to open the main hotel in 2013, but that was called off.

They reduced the number of guest rooms from 3,000 to 150.

Still, nothing.

To this day the Ryugyong Hotel remains unfinished- perhaps based on a nice idea, but ultimately

a 105 story, mysterious, authoritarian-looking, empty construction.

Like the rest of North Korea, a source of endless open questions and peculiarities for

people you and me.

6 kilometers, or 3.7 miles away lies an actual operating hotel, the Yanggakdo International.

This one actually has guests, rooms, even a nameless North Korean Draft Beer you can

order.

A night here runs about $350 US Dollars.

And it was in this hotel that this grainy footage was purportedly taken.

A shadowy figure approaches, takes something off the wall, and sets it down.

If you were to get in the Yanggakdo Hotel elevator you have access to 47 floors.

Well- 46- you can see in this picture the count goes 1,2,3,4,6- the fifth floor being

staff-only and despite having a couple videos snuck out showing dark hallways with propaganda

posters, we don't know the purpose of any of it.

Supposedly, that's what is being taken from the wall is this video: a North Korean propaganda

poster from the fifth floor of the Yanggakdo Hotel.

The authorities claim that the shadowy figure is Otto Warmbier, a visiting American Student

from Ohio.

He was there with the help of Young Pioneer Tours, a chinese company which organizes travel

to places 'your mother would rather you stayed away from'.

Though we're not sure 'how', or 'why', or even 'if' Warmbier did what they accused

him of doing, the story goes like this: during his winter visit to North Korea in late 2015,

Otto Warmbier stayed in the Yanggakdo Hotel in Pyongyang.

While staying there, he made his way to the staff-only 5th floor, took down a propaganda

poster which read, "Let's arm ourselves strongly with Kim Jong-il's patriotism".

He was arrested on January 2nd, 2016 at the Pyongyang Airport as he tried to leave the

country.

The evidence of this crime: the grainy, shadowy video.

And something more sinister to go along with it.

I'm going to show you footage from Warmbier's press conference 2 months after his arrest

in North Korea in which he addresses accusations that he's 'Committed Hostile Acts Against

the State'.

Now we can doubt the legitimacy of this statement on a number of grounds.

The first being that many foreign detainees before Warmbier have recounted their statements

once released from North Korea.

Second, it's apparent to me that the statement was written by a non-native speaker of English

and given to Warmbier to memorize.

I say that because there's no contractions in the entire statement, 'wouldn't'

becomes 'would not','can't' is always 'cannot', and the phrasing and vocabulary

are just weird.

Take a listen.

Add on to the odd phrasing the ludicrous circumstances Otto describes as his motivations.

Namely, that the mother of of a friend of his from Ohio wanted him to 'damage the

spirit of Korean workers' by stealing a sign with a slogan on it and bringing it back

to Ohio so they could hang it up in the Methodist church as an anti-communist trophy.

It was a leap year and Warmbier's trial was February 29th, 2016 before North Korea's

Supreme Court. That is the topic I want to go a little bit deeper with: North Korea's

peculiar Judicial System.

It was the DPRK's Supreme Court which tried Warmbier, and that's because it is the court

of first instance in situations with criminal acts against the nation, particularly when

foreigners are involved.

And their decisions are final.

There is no appeal process as the Supreme Court, at certain times called the Central

Court, is the highest court of appeals.

Below it are 12 provincial courts, usually paneled by three judges, which have initial

jurisdiction for grievous crimes, and which otherwise serve as the final court of appeal

for the 100 People's Courts which come below.

They're called People's Court because they usually are presided over by a single

judge with two civilian assessors to oversee the decisionmaking.

They're organized at the County level and have jurisdiction over everyday civil disputes

and criminal justice (NYU Law).

The North Korean state was founded on Marxist-Leninist ideology with heavy influence from Stalin's

Russia and Mao's China.

And as such, a Marxist might see a western justice system as a repression from the bourgeoisie

upon the working proletariat.

The North Korean solution to this was to use law as a hammer to nail state policy into

society (Goedde, 2008).

The People's assessors, laymen oversight in a court of law, is a staple of Communist

Justice Systems.

Along the same line, judges are able not only to give punishment to the convicted, but to

subject them to 'reeducation' programs highlighting the value of the worker's party

and the dictatorship of the proletariat (Goedde, 2008).

Overshadowing these outside influences is North Korea's first Supreme Leader Kim Il-Sung's

personal ideology called 'Juche'.

Loosely translated as 'self-reliance', 'Juche' mixes Nationalism into Communist

ideology in order to focus on three things: National independence, economic self-sustenance,

and national defense.

Shortly put, this is how the regime aimed to justify their cult of personality that's

lasted into the present era: follow me so we can achieve communism in our own Korean

way.

Juche was first incorporated into the North Korean Constitution in 1972.

In her work, Law "Of Our Own Style", Dr. Patricia Goedde describes 5 consequences Juche

had for the North Korean Judicial System "First, the law reflects the wishes and

interests of the working people (the dominant class).

Second, the law is a State instrument.

Third, citizens and all organizations have the duty to obey the law (as opposed to having

legal rights against the State).

Fourth, socialist law shall be perfected (eschewing bourgeois law), and, lastly, socialist law-abiding

life shall be promoted (making the observance of law a moral obligation)."

In this system, national sovereignty is paramount and the laws are a tool to that effect.

Both laws and rights emanate directly from the state, and by not leading a 'socialist

law-abiding life', you forfeit your rights.

Because the laws exist to protect the state and not the rights of citizens, the Judiciary

is not independent.

The Supreme Court of North Korea doesn't exercise judicial review over the new laws,

it doesn't provide precedents for constitutionality of executive actions- rather than acting as

a check, it merely serves as an additional rubber stamp for the regime.

The entire court system is accountable to the Supreme People's Assembly, the legislature

of North Korea.

When the Supreme People's Assembly is in recess (most of the time), the courts are

accountable to the much smaller Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly.

Now stay with me, all candidates to the Supreme People's Assemblies are pre approved by

the Korean Worker's Party, which is controlled by the Chairman of the party- who is, you

guessed it, Kim Jong-un, Supreme Leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Supreme Leader controls the Worker's Party, controls the Assembly, controls the courts.

Everything from the smallest theft to an Internationally watched show trial of a foreigner is under

direct supervision.

This likely explains the speculation that Otto Warmbier's arrest was a response to

international sanctions against North Korea.

By arresting an American citizen, they gained just the smallest bit of leverage in a geopolitical

game stacked heavily against them.

Hence, the showmanship and the scripted apology:

Now under the auspices of a Supreme Court Justice and by extension, the entire North

Korean power structure, the only thing left for Otto Warmbier was sentencing.

Even with the United States Administration demanding, "...the North Korean government

to pardon [Warmbier] and grant him special amnesty and immediate release,", he was sentenced

to 15 years of hard labor.

But 'where?'.

I'm going to use some subjective terminology with you in the rest of the video, but I think

it's justified justified: North Korean prison camps are horrible places full of starvation,

inhumane conditions, torture, public executions, sexual assault, and forced abortions.

According to eye-witness testimony from defectors and satellite imagery, it is estimated that

there are between 150,000 and 200,000 political prisoners in North Korea spread across 6 political

prison camps, though this information is always in flux due to the secrecy of the regime.

Another series of 15-20 reeducation camps are run by by the Ministry of People's Security.

A report by the National Commission of Human Rights of Korea states that, "[Political

Prison Camps] can be generalized into two types.

The first is the 'maximum security camp' or 'total control zone,' in which prisoners

are detained for life.

The second category, the 'high-security camp,' or 'revolutionary zone,' consists

of detention areas from which prisoners are released after having served a set prison

term."

In addition, generational imprisonment, though less common today than in the past, is still

practiced:"The government practices collective punishment, sending to forced labor camps

not only the offender but also their parents, spouse, children, and even grandchildren."

(2012 Human Rights Report).

Amnesty International became aware of a case in which a child was contained for 243 days

inside what they called, "a tiny 'torture cell"' where it is impossible to stand

or lie down."

Another common torture is so-called, 'Pigeon torture' in which a detainee is suspended

with their arms behind their center and are then hit repeatedly.

Every escapee with whom Amnesty International spoke "witnessed at least one public execution".

In 2002, the New York Times reported interviews with 35 escapees, "31 said they had witnessed

babies killed by abandonment or being smothered with plastic sheets.

Two defectors later described burying dead babies, and two said they were mothers who

saw their newborns put to death,"

A 2014 UN Human Rights Council report stated, "hundreds of thousands of political prisoners

have perished in these camps over the past five decades.

The unspeakable atrocities that are being committed against inmates of the kwanliso

political prison camps resemble the horrors of camps that totalitarian States established

during the twentieth century."

Add to all this the weak North Korean Judiciary we discussed earlier.

According to the US State Department Human Rights Report, "Members of the security

forces arrested and reportedly transported citizens suspected of committing political

crimes to prison camps without trial.

The UN Human Rights Report backs this up: "Persons who are found to have engaged in

major political crimes are "disappeared", without trial or judicial order, to political

prison camps,"

In addition, forced confessions are the norm.

Preliminary investigations are often full of torture; false statements of guilt are

coerced to stop the violence.

And the kind of crimes for which you can thrown into a political prison camp are very broad.

As The Committee for Human Rights in Korea put it, "...presumed political, ideological,

and sociological deviants deported to and imprisoned in the labor camps include persons

suspected of wrong-doing... being on the "wrong" or losing side of a bureaucratic, factional,

or political dispute within the Korean Workers' Party...wrong-thinking includes expressing

or supporting ideas at variance with the official ideology...wrong-association is being part

of a family...whose patriarch was part of a purged faction of the Korean Worker's

Party….wrong-class," having anything to do with private property or land-owning.

As you might imagine, a system like this also leads to the imprisonment of many 'unwanteds'

from society.

Consider then, know what we know about the conditions of the camps from a variety of

sources- consider being sent there guilty of no real crime.

What became of Otto Warmbier?

As of the making of this video it remains unclear.

He does have an advantage over native North Korean prisoners.

There's no incentive for the government to keep its native prisoners alive, and it's

estimated 40% of inmates die from malnutrition (Amnesty International).

But as an American detainee, he's a more valuable bargaining chip for the North Korean

government if he's kept in relatively good health.

This is evidenced by other American detainees released early after being given heavy and

long labor sentences; most after around 150 days.

There could be a similar case for Otto Warmbier.

But there's no guarantee.

A south Korean-American Kenneth Bae was held 735 days and was sent to a labor camp during

that time.

Robert Park, a christian minister was arrested in 2010 and was tortured in 3 different labor

camps before being released 43 days later.

And if you're keeping track, Otto Warmbier was arrested January 2nd, 2016, which means

he's already way beyond the average imprisonment for American detainees.

It's absolutely possible he's been sent to a labor camp, though if Kenneth Bae is

any precedent, he's alone, guarded by a team and escorted daily for work,

as Bae was briefly allowed to explain to CNN in an interview he gave during his time in

guard, and there's one doctor," We can't know if Warmbier is receiving similar

treatment.

Since his trial, Otto's family has received only one letter from him.

"On April 23 Ri Su Yong, North Korea's foreign minister, defended jailing Mr Warmbier but

suggested that, as with past detainees, he may not serve his full sentence."

(The Telegraph).

And let me pause just for a second to clear something up with you.

I use Warmbier as a way of bringing you into this story, but don't think that this is

an attempt to micro focus on American victims.

All of the thousands of Koreans- real people- living through excruciating conditions right

now in the North Korean detention camps deserve a fair justice system.

While western leaders stress over Pyongyang's nuclear program, while South Korea low balls

the cost of reunification, while China embarrasses itself by handing political refugees back

to the North Korean authority knowing full well they'll end up in these detention centers-

while all that's going on, human crisis occurs everyday behind the barbed wire of

North Korea's death camps every single day, and we shouldn't forget it.

I think, however, it's important to just take a step back from the geopolitical pressures-

to acknowledge the hundreds of thousands of Korean victims of the broken judicial system,

and to recognize that it, like the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is ultimately

a doomed, mysterious, authoritarian, and empty construction.

Kanal Update / Channel Update (English subtitle) - Duration: 4:00.

Hello and welcome to my channel to this channel update June / July 2017

First I would like to thank all the subscribers. We have reached the 170 and this is really fantastic!

And again thanks to all the people who supported the channel and subscribed!

But at the same time I have to apologize to you.

I have less time for modeling now

I've become a father for the second time and as you can imagine i have less time

Now I want to show you what I bought. And what I am working on at the moment

This is my biggest purchase. This is the 12.8cm PAK 44 weapon carrier Krupp 1

From trumperter in 1/35 scale

This was a prototype vehicle, from the last months of the war

In addition to the Ardelt weapon carrier, they were used in Berlin.

This vehicle is for my Berlin 1945 final battle diorama. Where I have shown you the house ruins of RT Diorama

I will make a kit review for this Model

In this kit are beautiful PE parts and a Metal Gun Barrel

For the Berlin Diorama I have here

By Tamiya the German Front line Infantrymen

With Stg44, Panzfaust and MG 42

These soldiers, will support the weapon carrier in the house battle.

As well as by Dragon, a crew for the weapon carrier

Then I bought here a simple airbrush from the company AgoraTech

This is especially for very fine lines and camouflage. For airplanes or tanks

The gun has a 0.2mm needle.

I do not want to change the needles for my other airbrush. When I want to spray other things.

I have to say, until now she makes a very good impression

The airbrush has also received good reviews and I am eager to test them.

I also bought a quick clutch for the compressed air hose

And as last purchase I have here from the company NOCH. The rocky mountain meadow

This material I will definitely try. And I will use it at my near east diorama, on the Golan heights

You can see the small stones of cork here. And the different colors of the grass

But the colors I will then change with the airbrush

Now to the things I work on

On behalf of a friend, I am supposed to finish the Jagdpanzer Hetzer from Academy in 1/35 scale

He has already built it partly, but is not sure about the paint

The lower hull is so far finished and I just have to grind it.

The cannon and aperture, as well as the upper hull

I will finish these tanks quickly before I start with the Merkava and the near east diorama.

Here are some parts and the crew waiting for me

As well as an interesting camouflage scheme

This I will present you but in an extra video

As you can see, I have enough material for future projects

Next I will build the Hetzer, with varnish and aging.

Then finally I start with the Merkava and the diorama

Thank you, stay tuned your Ben
