A Crazy Adventure! To The Spanish Cans Festival! - Duration: 5:26.

Sometimes I feel as if nobody understands me.

As if I had to wear a mask to be accepted

Am I lying to myself?

But What I didn't know, was that this weekend

I was going to change to a much, much different opinion.

Let me explain to you.

This weekend, my friend Stella from the US

Is travelling, right... here

( Salamanca)

And at the same time, my friend Luis from London

Is releasing his new short film... right here!

(Galicia)

And well... Me that I'm right...

(A bit more to the left)

Easy plan uh?

Uhm... I wouldn't say exactly that!

And to be honest, I didn't really want to leave my home.

But... after making up more than a thousand excuses of why I shouldn't go

I decided to close my eyes...

And to force myself to buy the tickets for this crazy trip.

So I went all the way to Salamanca with my first "BlaBlaCar"

And after not having see her in three years...

She hadn't changed even a tiny bit :)

And since we had so much to talk about

Was a better way than walking around the city?

And, for sure we did so...

Last but not least

I couldn't leave without seeing how Stella tried her first...

Paella!

Of course, she loved it!

Ups, I forgot to tell you something

Let's go back to the map

Since I have to be tomorrow to the Galician Festival

And I don't have too much money

I've chosen the gypsy way!

Going on the bus all night...

And tomorrow, hopefully wake up in the city of the Octopuses! (Galicia)

Please, tell me that is the right one...

Where are you going?

Galicia

Galicia Where?

La Coruña

Galicia...

Here we go!

I'm really glad I got to go to Salamanca and...

Not too much! We continue with the plan! :)

And while I was asleep

The bus slow but steady was heading towards

my next stop

La Coruña

Once in La Coruña, I got on a train that sent me

Straight to Vigo!

And from Vigo, I got the Bus that sent me right into the Festival

Where I met the one and only...

Mr. Luis Solarat!

Hey Brotha! What's Up!!

"Locale's" Director is getting really nervous!

Advice number one... Never organice festivals to...

to anyone!

Wait! Pause it!

Before anything!

You have no clue how the Festival works right?

Cans is a Galician Festival created as a "Joke"

From the Cannes Festival (France)

All the short films are seen from the house's garages

And its logo is a Dog

And this year, my friend Luis has decided to release

his short film here!

So, Shhh!

It's about to start

Of course, it was mouth opening!

So after working so hard, we only had one thing left to do...

And that was, to celebrate it as hard as we could!

By the way, from here on I leave my camera in the Hostal

Since I was completely destroyed

Besides

I don't remember too much anyway

In this trip I've learned a lot of things

Such as crazy plans can actually work!

That there are people that have never tried Paella!

Or that "Licor Cafe" (Type Licor) is the secret weapon of the Galicians

And that ended up on Luis' Pants

But well... that's another story

But the most important thing

And the conclusion that I had from this trip

Is that even though sometimes you have to wear a mask

Or you feel alone

Or you think that there is no one like you

That might be simply because...

You are not close to the right people

People that you can goof around

With whom the time freezes

People that you can celebrate and explore

And there is when you realize

That with them

You can be yourself

Share it with your Artist Friends

American guy learns Polish slang - Duration: 15:42.

Fu*k, it's so difficult, isn't it?

I think it would be easier for me to drive to your town

and it'll be faster

- Ok, once again - sure

*song*

'text in labels'

'text in labels'

- Hi Tony - Hi

In your last video you were speaking Polish and it was popular

(in comments) we said that we need to make something together, so here we are

- right? - right, right :)

I've prepared for you a list of slang words and phrases

And I'd like to teach you these word. We'll see if you'll find out the meaning

- so are you readyy? - ready

ok, so let's start with "jarać się"

or "mieć na coś zajawkę"

ok, "jarać się"

"jarać się" it's (also) a slang word for "burn" - "palić się"

"burn" ok

- IDK, "jarać się" and the other one "mieć na coś ..." - yeah, "zajawkę"

"zajawka" is really hard to translate because it's a typical slang word

- but I'll explain it to you - ok, so I'll make a complete guess

only by the fact that one word is slang for burning and the other one is to have something

I am gonna say maybe: desire or passion?

- kinda close, very close - ok

so "jarać się czymś" in this case means to have a hobby or a passion

F.e, IDK, what's popular?

- Do you know - fidget spinner :D

You did that just for the keyword I know it

No, but I could say "jaram się fidget spinnerem" which means oh, this is my hobby

Or what else, "jaram się muzyką, jaram się np. hip - hopem"

or "mam zajawkę na śpiewanie, na nagrywanie"

f.e I am a fan of...?

Is it good? But this is slang

Yeah, this is slang, f.e you can say: "jaram się polskim"

which means "it's my new passion", like "Polish is my new passion"

which is ok, everyone will understand

but "zajawka" is something like - something new also, you know, something you found (maybe)

I acan't think of a word similar to that in English. I don't think we have something like that

- I would say just "it's my new" - right, yeah

so remember "jarać się czymś" - "jaram się muzyką", "mam zajawkę na muzykę"

- jaram się Star Wars - yeah

Yeah, very good Star Wars or Star Trek as I know, right?

You're a big fan of Star Trek

- Mostly Star Wars but yeah - I see - Don't start arguments in the comments about that either

So tell me what do you like more, Star Trek or Star Wars?

I am definitely a bigger fan of Star Wars but Iam a fan of both

- I am curious what the viewers will say - yeah

Next one is "bez kitu", I'll send it to you

Ok, so yeah, that one "bez kitu"... so I know "kitu", because...

well I guess I'll speak in English

- no "do kitu" - "do kitu is very (similar)

kit it has the same meaning but "bez kitu" maybe we use it in a different context

Ok, So I'll say this. From what I understand the word "kit" comes some kind of old, like "caulk" for windows

- yeah, red substance - right and it was like a really terrible, cheap quality product

And it became part of "do kitu" means "it sucks"

but delicately you can say it in public

So I am gonna say "bez kitu" is like... IDK if I can say vulgar words on your channel

- yeah, you can - like "without bullshit" maybe?

yeah, it's something like that, imagine a situaton

I tell you a news, like: oh, have you heard that Ariana Grande gave birht bla, bla, bla

and you say "bez kitu", it's something like "you don't say" or..

I think it's also like "shut the fuck up"

right, well I guess that's a lot more vulgar

You could say "get the hell outta here", you could say like

like I don't believe it , get the hell outta here

so "bez kitu" I think it's quite popular

Not only amongst youngsters but also, you know, all kind of people use it

So once again. I'll tell you something like: oh, have you seen that your video got 100 000 hits?

Bez kitu!

Yeah, very good

And next one: "przyciąć komara", or "zabić gwoździa"

- how do you think? - not only are you giving me slang, you're giving me words I am having trouble, even trying to say

- so... - "przyciąć" in this case means, which is really hard to explain but "ciąć" is to cut

"przyciąć" like short cut

- "przyciąć komara" - to be honest the translation has no sense

"zabić gwoździa", and I'll give you a tip. We use it very often at parties

Some of us

Maybe, ok if it's at parties, and, IDK cause

When you say "cut" we have slang like "cut the shit" but, no...

O man, like, I don't have a clue

- all right, "komar" you know what is komar - like "mosquito"

- yes, in your last video you've used this word - right

- that you love these creatures - yeah, there are my favorite

and all right, I'll try to explain, maybe second one

"zabić gwoździa". Zabić means "to kill", but also to stick, like you know

- to punch something, you have a nail "gwóźdź" - we would actually call it to hammer something

maybe, so... yeah, probably you're right

you put it, and pshh, the nail is "zabity", you "zabiłeś" the nail

but when you are at the party , imagine: you're akinda dizzy

And you feel more dizzy, like drunk. And what do you do?

- you know, you see? - you are passed out?

yeah, it means "to have a nap"

ok, so when we talk about getting drunk, and if you are really, REALLY drunk - where you're almost to the point where you are going to pass out, you can say...

you can say like "he", like if you're talking to someone else, you can say "he's hammered"

Which means, he's like complitely drunk, he's hammered. So I guess it's kind of the same

- it's quite similar - quite similar, yeah

but the first one "przyciąć komara" it doesn't have to be only around parties

You can say "sorry, przyciąłem komara" which menas, sorry I had a nap

- can I say that "I had a nap?" - right, yeah

and I didn't notice what you say

- you know, just "przyciąć komara" - ok - that's all

And next one

"kimać" and "iść w kimono", it's also, it's about...

It's also about sleeping

Oh, I failed...

- so you gave it away I guess - yeah...

- go ahead, continue

"kimać", I don't know the story of this word "kimać" but I think that "iść w kimono" it's based on kimać

Becanuse "kimać" mans also to sleep

And "iść w kimono" literally means "to go into a kimono"

- right I was thinking is that the Japanese, like traditional dress

ok, so it's like, it's basically, I don't know, getting, but it's to sleep?

- so it's not like getting to your pijama, it's actually to go to the bed

yeah, you can say "ok, I am sleepy, I go w kimono, nara"

You could also say, "muszę się przekimać"

which means "I need to get a nap"

- "to get a nap" is it correct? - "take a nap"

All right, so you've learned 4 propositions for sleeping

And now we will be a bit vulgar

"Goń się!" or "gonić się"

- How do you think? - "goń się"?

yeah, goń się, lit. like "chase yourself"

God, if you're saying it's vulgar I don't even wanna make a guess in this one

But it's not super vulgar. It's nothing you couldn't use in public

ah, there are so many words in Poland that I hear in public that you shouldn't use, so...

- but this one is like 50/50 - ok

I think that most people wouldn't be offended

- so would you say this to a stranger or would you say to a... - no, no, if you would say it to a stranger

- this person would probably feel offended - ok, so maybe like, is it sort of more harsher way to say "idź stąd"

- like get out of here or - yeah, very good, yeah something like that

- Not "get the f* of here" - yeah,

So it's like in the middle

But also "goń się" it's also something like , I will show you a situation

like: we talk, we argue about something and I don't agree with you I could say "goń się", "spadaj", or sth like that

ok, I'll remember that one with my wife

- yeah... - maybe not

As I know she's very tolerant

To be married to me you have to be the most tollerant person on the world, so yes

probably, as long as I know you (I meant "as I know you")

Next one. I think it might be interresting

Like "obczaj to", "obczajać"

- I think the main word... - obczaj?

"czaić się" is "to lurk****" , but it's nothing about lurking

it's "to lurk" but it has nothing to do with lurking

All right, so give me a hint

I have a tip but if I use this tip, I am 100% sure you will guess

But we'll try if you remember our last lesson in Polish

- Do you remember when I was teaching you about an eye? Like "throwing an eye"? - right, right

So it's something like that

Ok, so like "check it out"?

yeah, "obczaj to" means "check it out"

It's about everything. I could ask you, like "obczaj tę piosenkę" - check this song

I can do a trick, like salto, I can say "oczaj to"

- so just "check it out", - are we gonna see any tricks? or no?

- wooow, - impressive, - we're all impressed

And the last one for toady

Unfortunately

"Zrobić połówkę" which is very, very sociable

"połówkę", I thought yoy said parówkę" (parówka - wiener / sausage)

- Now I am hungry

- I will tell you a joke about parówka - ok

I don't know , like, I guess, ok - complete guess so it's "make something in half"

Maybe "keep it short"?

"cut your story down"? IDK

To be honest, when you make/do a połówka it's not short. You're just starting to get something much longer

- but I'll explain to you why - ok, it doesn't make any sense

- you know what is "połówka" in Polish? - yeah, like a half of something

Yeah, but haven't you heard something like "idziemy na połówkę"? Like, you know...

No, I've never

All right. Połówka is very, very... popular word for vodka

Like "half of a liter", this is połówka

So "zrobić połówkę", if I would ask you"zrobimy jakąś połówkę"?

- it means... - oh, half a liter I guess?

- oooh, ok - let's drink some vodka

- half a liter - idziemy zrobić jakąś połówkę? Are we gonna drink something?

ok, that makes sense, ok I am surprised I've never heard that but then again I don't really talk to a lot of people outside of my house I guess

- but trust me that in 90% if you ask a person "zrobimy jakąś połówkę" I bet that everyone will understand you

- so it's to "get a drink" or - yeah, to get a drink

but a very specific purpose

- which means "half of a liter" - all right, ok

And the joke about "parówka", have you heard this one: do you know how to make new parówkas?

- no - from old parówkas :D (exp. parówka is mixed with everything, you never know what you can find inside)

- I don't know why it's funny - it's not

- But I am laughing anywa

All right, so I think it's all for today

I believe you've learned something new

A couple of them, yeah

And I'll try to examine you, next time when ask you "zrobimy jakąś połówkę"

- I believe you will understand me - yeah I will

ok, so if you like the video, remember about some thumbs

And remember about Tony's channel

You can find it in the edscription and probably some here

And subscrbe the guy who lives in Poland but he's American but now he's Polish

You know what I mean

So Tony, would you like to say something to my viewers?

Thanks for likes and subscriptions

- And see you next time - bye bye

How to Structure a Quarterly Client Review Presentation? 👔 [Presentation Template Included] - Duration: 5:22.

A few days ago we had a vlog go live

on this YouTube channel that was talking about

a client meeting that me and Robert went to in Boston.

In this video, I want to go through

what that presentation looked like.

And the goal is to show you how to build

a quarterly review for your client.

But first, what is a quarterly review

and why is it important?

What we did when we were out in Boston

and what we're gonna start doing for all of our clients

is once a quarter, we're gonna take a survey

of all of our services and try to look at them

from an outside point of view.

List out everything we did wrong,

and then the lessons going forward.

And come up with a new strategy.

I actually have a new account management process

that we're implementing pretty soon.

Also, based on the feedback from that client,

which we can talk about, probably in the next couple weeks.

So here's the presentation that we gave.

Quarterly report for and then we had

the client's logo down here.

We started with an Intro Q&A.

So we asked them what they wanted to know.

We sat down in the meeting.

They had a bunch of stuff to talk about.

Mostly it was stuff that was actually in this presentation.

So we lucked out there.

And Robert wrote it up on this whiteboard for them.

Then after we answered any questions they had,

we moved into the review,

which is the previous quarter's efforts and results.

And on the services rendered slide,

we listed out all of the work that we were completing,

in terms of the services.

And then we moved into the actual post review.

So we talked about what we did in the very first week

of the engagement.

Also, I wanted to give more credit to Robert.

He's the one who came up with the structure for this deck.

Then we talked about the outreach process.

Basically, what we were doing.

And actually, you might find this valuable.

This is our outreach process, or at least our old one.

Monday through Friday build the lead lists.

Send the first wave, fix bounced emails,

send a reminder, cold call, send third email.

Then week three, fix emails and then cold call more.

So we talked about the previous process,

then we moved into what happened in the first period

of the engagement.

So initial period.

Over average number of emails sent,

went exactly as expected,

we got this number of leads and this number of meetings,

happy with the results,

considered the current strategy to work.

Then we move into the mid period

and tell what happened in the middle of the engagement.

How many leads and how many meetings.

What happened?

In this engagement it went down a little bit.

And then the end period, we talked about what happened

in the last part of the engagement.

And since these are quarterly reviews,

this one would be the first month,

the second month,

and the third month.

Then we showed the improved process.

So based on what happened back here,

we changed some stuff going forward.

And actually, here's our new process

that we're testing right now

if you guys wanted to copy that.

We added this second series of touch points

in week nine, ten, and eleven.

Here's the template you can use for your review.

Here's the service name, and then what

happened in the first couple of weeks,

which tasks were completed.

Then in the first half of the engagement,

the tasks completed.

The second half, tasks completed.

And then I have this in here because

we had a bunch of different services.

Then we moved to the next part of the presentation,

which is the results.

So we wanted to be as quantitative as possible

when we showed the client what we did.

So total number of touch points that we sent out,

which ones were cold, which ones were warm.

Total number of leads, and then how many leads per month.

Total number of meetings and how many per month.

And then a nice Walt Disney quote here.

Then we do the same thing for ad campaigns.

Here's the analytics that we tracked.

And then here's the template you can use.

So results for service,

bullet points related to the service.

The next part of this presentation

is where we went through the issues we had

while we were trying to make it work.

So the general setup is what happened,

what were the issues, and then what were the lessons?

Here are the issues that we had.

Contact databases within our current

target audience were less accurate.

Email bounce percentages were high.

Touch points to meetings booked way lower

than we normally experience for this client.

And then we currently needed this many touchpoints

to get this many meetings.

That was one of the main issues with this account.

So then from issues, we moved into lessons.

So expect a larger number of emails to bounce

when forecasting.

Decision makers are simply not open

to standard outreach during this period of the year.

This was our guess.

And then we came up with solutions for them.

So find decision makers in other departments

or go with the company's standard email convention.

Increase outreach efforts to make up for

lower meeting ration.

Engage with a lead nurturing funnel for all leads

to have over three months in the funnel

and have never replied.

So basically what we talked about when

we were improving that outreach process.

So here's the template you can use.

Services, any problems the company faces with the service.

The lessons that you learned,

and then the solutions based on those lessons.

After that we move into the next quarter.

So the beginning of this presentation's talking

about what happened, here is talking about

what's going to happen.

We started by listing out a bunch of initiatives

we wanted to try for the client.

Interviews on podcasts, attend speaking events,

Orlando United Day - Pastor David Uth - Duration: 3:14.

Hey Pastor David here, and this day is that dreaded day that we remember, one

year ago what happened on this day that forever changed the city of Orlando.

I think it changed us as a church. I know it changed me as a person. I just

remember that morning getting up, and seeing an alert on my phone. And I read

it with disbelief. I mean it was early, it was 5:30am in the morning when I got up

and I kept looking at it thinking, "This can't be right.

No. No not in our city this can't be right." And all morning long, as we worshiped

that Sunday, all morning long we got the count as it was going up, up.

They were raising it every time they reported. And we were all in shock that

something like that could happen. So over these past 12 months we've kind of

grieved together, and we walked through just a time of frustration on the one

hand, a lot of uncertainty. But then in the midst of that, we have seen the love

of Jesus manifested in ways that I am so thankful. And we've seen hope, and we've

seen peace, even to those who were there, those who survived it, who were in the club,

and they made it out. We've seen them embraced by this church, and we've seen

them find hope and encouragement in Christ. We've also seen an incredible,

I think, awakening in the city: of love for one another. And as you know, we are

calling for just acts of love, and acts of service. Now the Mayor has called

for this, for this day. I just want to call us to this...every day. This is what

we do 365 days a year. We live the gospel. We live like Jesus. And so those acts of

love, and those acts of service, are one of the great ways to demonstrate the

love of Christ, and to open doors for the gospel.

And I've seen that happen this year. I'm praying that on this day as we remember,

on this day is our hearts break again, as we walk back through the events of the

day one year ago, that somewhere in there, there's going to be this sense of

hope, and also the sense of our time is now. This is the time to be the Church.

This is the time to live the gospel, because what greater time of need

would there ever be then this season. So I encourage you today as you pray, pray

for the city. Pray for all of us that we would find hope and peace, but even

beyond that, ask God that through the ashes he would bring beauty. That through

the devastation of evil, God will raise up good, and that the gospel will be

proclaimed. May the Lord bless you today as you remember the Pulse.

Dieting in Real Life | My First Cut Ep 13 - Duration: 16:28.

Hey youtube.

Welcome back to my channel.

Um, I'm making this video today because I have a confession and that confession is that

for the past about week to 10 days, I have really just kind of been not sticking to my

diet very well.

Um, as you guys know, if you've been watching my series so far, I am in the middle of a

12 week cutting phase and I was tracking my macros and following a flexible dieting approach

and I've been doing it for almost 8 weeks now and honestly the first months and even

like 6 weeks I was doing really well.

I was sticking to everything and I lost about 3-4 pounds depending on the day um, my weight

was fluctuating a little bit, but then really over the past month I've just been dealing

with a lot.

My...one of my family members died and another one is in the hospital and was diagnosed with

cancer.

So, I was dealing with all the emotions of that.

Then my boyfriend and I are moving to a new apartment so we were trying to find a place

and then deal with all logistics of moving and then at the same time um, I am a dental

student and I am finishing up my second year so, we have had a lot of exams and finals

and honestly, I've just been very stressed um, over the past month.

So, for me, I try to keep on top of everything, try to do my best, try to put on a brave face

all the time, but there---it gets to a certain point where something has to give and historically,

for me that thing that has to give is my diet.

And that started to happen a little bit over the past, I would say, a little bit more than

a week.

So, almost 10 days.

I was still kind of tracking my macros, but I would go off my diet um and just kind of

not track or track and not care if I went over my macros.

So, and I don't mean like "oh I ate like 20 grams extra of carbs" I mean like I ate a

whole pint of Ben and Jerry's that kind of thing.

So I was kind of getting into some of my old habits of binge eating before.

Um, and I just really am not happy about it.

Um, I wasn't going to share any of this on youtube.

Um, I'm still very new to this whole youtube thing and putting yourself out there is very

scary, but I was just thinking about you know, the reason that I started this channel and

that was to kind of provide a real life perspective on trying to be healthy and go to the gym

and diet down because I feel like a lot of the youtubers out there are bikini competitors

or you know, they do it as their full time job, and for a lot of us it's not realistic

to have just fitness going on in life.

Um, a lot of times life gets in the way.

So, I wanted to start my channel to kind of share that perspective and show how you can

kind of keep things in balance.

So, you know, to me this is as real as it gets so I thought I would share it with you

guys that sometimes life is just going to get in the way and you know, ideally you are

always gonna be on top of your game and do well, but I know deep down in my heart that

that is just not realistic, So, I have been taking this weekend to kind of mentally reset

and just get in touch with my emotions and recognize the stress that I'm feeling and

why I was doing the things that I was doing.

Um, and get myself back on track.

So, I took pretty much the last to days to just really relax.

Um, I didn't go to the gym yesterday.

I just kind of mentally reset.

I just came from the park and I was just reading, you know, for pleasure--not for school or

studying or trying to get anything work-related done.

Just because I feel like when you push yourself a little bit as you do when you're dieting

or trying to lose weight, if you're not in a good comfortable place to begin with, you're

just not gonna be successful.

So, I'm disappointed in myself for getting off track, but I'm also proud of myself for

recognizing that I messed up a little bit, but that I can still recover.

And that just because I may have technically failed to stick to this 12 week cut, that

doesn't mean that I'm a failure.

So, in the past you know, I would maybe take this as a setback and say "well screw it,

you know I blew my 12 week diet, so may as well just end it and go back to eating crap

because I'm never gonna be you know, as thin as I want or look the way that I want because

I'm just--I just can't do it."

So, I'm not taking that mindset this time and I'm going to learn from my mistakes and

make sure that in the future when life gets stressful that I prepare myself better and

I make a conscious effort to make what's important to me, um a priority.

So, right now this diet is going to be my priority and I'm going to focus on doing what's

best for me because this is a goal that I have set for myself and I want to not only

prove to myself that I can do it, but prove that I don't have to be perfect to achieve

it.

So, I think a lot of people talk about you know, diet plans and workout plans, but for

me, and I think for a lot of other people, you know sticking to a health and fitness

routine is really a mental game.

It's not so much um, just doing the workouts and eating the right foods, it's having that

mental consistency to stick to something and um, be conscious of what you're doing.

So you, I am still planning to continue on with the next 4 weeks of my diet.

I still have 4 weeks left cause I'm, like I said, about almost starting week 8.

So I'm just going to make sure that I am mentally prepared and that's kinda what I did this

weekend--took some time to myself to reset and I'm just gonna put what's in the past

behind me and move on, go back to tracking my macros, staying consistent in the gym,

and not use this little slip up as an excuse to blow the whole thing from here on out.

So I--obviously I'm you know, upset that this happened, but I also think that in the end

it may be a good thing because it forced me to deal with things that were important at

the time, you know I had family stuff going on and that was definitely important.

You know, my bikini body can wait.

Um, and there's just gonna be times like that in life where other things take precedent

and the thing that I need to work on is not using food to help me cope with those situations.

So, in the past I was very much an emotional eater.

I would eat when I was upset and then also eat when I was excited.

So, I think when I was under this extreme stress, I kind of reverted to my old habits

and I was eating junk and crap because I was stressed out and I told myself I didn't have

the time to make good meals or that I deserved it because I was just going through so much.

Um, and then you know, when I finished up my last couple exams I said that I deserved

to celebrate with ice cream and pasta.

So, again, that's something that I'm working on, but I think as long as I can acknowledge

that I know why I was doing those things and if I can set myself up in the future to not

make those same mistakes, then this can be a learning experience.

So, you know, in the future I'm going to find other ways to deal with my stress and not

let it get to that breaking point where I just you know, need to eat cookies or ice

cream to make myself feel better.

I need to come up with better ways of managing my emotions before I get to that point and

yeah, I am just hoping to learn from this and I hope that me putting this out there,

me sharing my experience and my struggle with this diet, um is something that other people

can relate to and hopefully you know, if not learn something from, but just get that reassurance

that they're not the only person who feels this way or experiences these kind of setbacks.

I think the important things is to not let it defeat you mentally and get right back

in there and keep plugging.

But I also want to say that it's important to realize that you need to be in a good place

mentally before you can continue to put those dieting pressures on yourself.

So, I made sure that I was through kind of those really stressful, emotional times.

Obviously, you know, I'm still dealing with the aftermath of a few family things and um

that's not just gonna go away, but my school exams have wound down a little bit and like

I said, I really took this weekend to just kind of mentally reset and not worry about

what I was eating and what my workouts were like.

I made an effort to over all eat healthier, but I wasn't crazy about my macros.

So, now I'm feeling good and I'm feeling re-centered so I think that I'm ready to get back into

my purpose, my goal, and resume this cutting phase.

So, I will keep you guys updated on where things go from here, but like I said, I am

not happy that this happened, but I think over all it will be a learning experience

and something that I can look back on as an experience that helped me to become a stronger

person.

So, I'm proud of myself for recognizing that I was kind of spiraling down the wrong track

and being able to reset and come back from it because that's definitely not something

that I was always able to do in the past.

So yeah, this video was a little bit deeper, a little bit different than my normal videos,

so I hope you guys appreciate me being so honest with you and not just pretending that

everything was 100% awesome.

So yeah, this is me and this is real life.

Dieting is not always easy and I know a lot of people struggle mentally with their self-esteem

and body image and I hope that you know, if this can help even one person recognize that

they're not alone, I will be happy.

So, that being said, I will keep you guys updated on how things go in the coming weeks

and I hope to have good news and coping strategies to share with you all in the future.

Alright, thanks for listening guys and if you're interested to see how this goes, be

sure to hit that subscribe button if you haven't already and I will catch you guys in the next

video when things are back on track.

Alright, bye guys!

Coconut Panna Cotta | Vegan | Eat for Happiness - Duration: 5:06.

Hi guys! welcome back to my channel

my name is Liza, if you don't know me

this is my channel Eat for Happiness

and I love to share with you my wholesome vegetarian comfort food recipes

and today I was planning on skipping dinner altogether and jump straight to dessert

I'm going to make a tropical style panna cotta

with coconut milk, mango and some wholesome ingredients

let's check them out

fot our mango chia jam we need a very ripe mango

a lime and some chia seeds

and for the coconut panna cotta we need one can of full fat coconut milk

a sweetener of choice. I'm having coconut sugar here

a teaspoon of agar agar powder

and this is optional: some vanilla powder

I'm not sure that I've ever had this little ingredients in a recipe before

so it's going to be very easy to make

it will take you fifteen minutes if not less

but it does need time to set in the fridge

so consider that if you're planning to make this recipe for a party or for visitors

let's get started. We start with the mango

I'm going to peel this mango with a peeler

make sure that your mango is really ripe

because we're not using any extra sweeteners

so your mango has to be super super sweet

This is just my way of taking off the meat

then I'd like to add some tang and some fragrance to the jam

I'm going to add some zest of one lime

and juice of I think half a lime

don't be fooled. This is a lime

although it is quite yellow

just make sure to skip the white part

those are really bitter

you don't want that in your sweet jam

so half of this lime is going into my jam

make sure to taste this, because you want the right amount of sweet and sour

now we're going to add the chia seeds

I'm going to eyeball this

this is a large mango. I think I'm adding four tablespoons

four and a half tablespoons

stir it well

my chia jam is ready to go in the fridge

and set for a few hours

and I'm going to go ahead and make the coconut panna cotta

and for that I'll need a small pot

I will heat up the coconut milk up to a simmer

then I'm adding my coconut sugar and vanilla powder

which is optional

stir in one direction. this will make sure

that the coconut milk will not curdle

and last but not least I'm adding one teaspoon of agar agar

and let it simmer for one minute

my panna cotta needs five minutes to cool down a little bit

before I will transfer it

I will be using my silicone cupcake tray

which I think is very convenient

because they're easy to remove from

make sure that your panna cotta is still warm when you're transferring it to your tray

the color of your sweetener will determine the color of your panna cotta

so if you want a virgin white panna cotta

you have to choose a light colored sweetener

like light honey

or you can combine coconut sugar with some stevia

so you have less of the coconut sugar

my panna cotta will be cream colored

which I don't mind

but if you want the white one, choose the right sweetener

if dinner parties stress you out

then this is a great no headache recipe

and if you go all out with the decorations

then you can even impress your friends

with no effort at all

so I hope you enjoyed this video

I hope you subscribe to my channel

and I hope to see you in my next video

bye

Biserica ARBORE Church (Arbore, Bucovina, Romania) - Duration: 4:47.

This church in Arbore village was erected in 1502 by the hatman Luca Arbore

It is part of the patrimony of UNESCO alongside six other painted churches in northern Moldavia

On enter in the courtyard of the church through a newer bell tower, from 1867

Luca Arbore was a great boyar during the reigns of Stephen the Great, Bogdan the Blind and Stefănita Voda

In 1502, Luca Arbore buys the estate from here and in the same year he builds a boyard court

The church had the role of a chapel of the boyar court and family necropolis

In 1541 the exterior of the church was painted and interior painting was restored

The painting on the northern wall has not resisted to the bad weather

From the beginning, the church had the patron "Cutting the Head of St. John the Baptist"

The irony of fate, the predestined name of the church was confirmed too soon

Thus, the ruler of Moldavia, Stefănita Voda, accuses Luca Arbore of treason

Following an unfair trial he condemns Arbore to death by decapitation in 1523

In the same year, at the command of the ruler, two sons of Arbore hatman will be killed

The mural, made by a lay painter, represents the great value of the church

To note characters in natural attitudes and sometimes uncanonical

Here, on the western façade, there are scenes from the life of the saints, episodes of the Bible and "The Feast of St. George"

An innovation is the dragon that moves from one wall to another, with its head and tail in different scenes

Important scenes on the southern facade are "The Hymn of Acatist" (left and above the door), "The siege of Constantinople" (under the Hymn of Acatist, referring to the siege of the Persians in 626)

The scene of the "Cin" (on the apse) has Catholic influences (with Christopher the Death Defender with the baby Jesus on his shoulder)

The "Doomsday" scene (on the right) has dynamic characters

On the southern side of the altar apse appears the scene "The Prayer of All Saints" (only military saints)

he interior of the church consists of a narthex, nave and altar

Here, in the narthex, on the western wall, the "Cavalcade of Emperor Constantine the Great" is highlighted (a scene with an anti-Ottoman message)

In the narthex there are also the graves of some of the founder's relatives having funerary slabs on the floor

In the south-eastern corner of the narthex is the stone ark that houses the empty tomb of the founder

In the inside votive painting, the founder Luca Arbore appears surrounded by his wife, Iuliana, and two children

From the narthex to the nave, a portal passes through a wall of 1.60m thick

In the nave, the lateral apses that form the cross are hollowed into the wall thickness

In the church, light penetrates through five narrow windows with stone frames

The iconostasis separates the nave and the altar

The paintings in the altar represent the saints hierarchs

In the votive painting in the nave, the founder, the hatman Luca Arbore, appears with his wife and five children

On the other side are the military saints

The mural painting was severely affected, especially in the 17th and 18th centuries when the church had no roof

In recent years, the whole ensemble has been repaired and restored
