I work at a pet hospital

3 ways to stop binge eating at night while dieting - Duration: 5:37.

hey guys Kevin Kreider more than just muscle how do you stop binging late at

night look I I used to be a constant vendor at night and it was always sugar

and candy and then I started to feel like crack and I start to feel bad about

myself and my body was starting to deteriorate and it was a little bit of a

pain point in my life where I had to overcome and what did I try to do I

found ways to overcome that because I realized there's a few things you need

to realize about binging at night first of all it's normal that you want to the

reason why I know it's normal is because your blood glucose levels drop later on

in a day and especially at night and blood glucose is responsible for brain

function and you pretty much it lowers your inhibitions especially when you use

a lot of thinking throughout the day and you're using your blood glucose your

blood glucose levels drop like I said so you want to reach for sugary fatty foods

to raise your blood sugar again and it's normal okay so one thing that I

recommend doing is actually pushing most of your carbohydrates back and it's art

called carb backloading put it towards the evening right so just know that

so also reframing it a little bit for you don't think that hunger is an

emergency for instance yes we imagine that if we

don't eat right now at night we're going to be starving we're going to break down

muscle we're starving we tell us those that probably listen to them story we're

not starving starving is literally almost close to death and we have enough

body fat and sources on us to be able to go from New York to California on a bike

or swimming we have so much energy sources on us that's an eight percent

body fat and above that is most of us part so you have enough energy sources

on you you're probably just going to be a little discomfort a little

uncomfortable okay that's about it so get that out of your head to go out and

do something the reason why we want to eat at nice because

like crap or fear world of slower and sluggish so we're trying to try to

change our emotions and food gives us that certainty that we're going to

change our emotions because we know rose tea that looks good this type of pie

looks good and then we eat it and then we still get in the me crash from it

that we feel like bad because we ruined our diet we went over the calories and

that is something that you can do easily so for instance go out and take a walk I

know that sounds like a really easy simple thing to do but most of us will

do it go out take a walk that will change your physiology that will change

your emotions a little bit also change your focus which is the next thing that

you should do go do push-ups through a little bit get your body moving you see

when we want to binge or or eat a lot is when we're sitting still especially late

at night and it's in the docks get up and do something third thing is change

your focus we're so focused on being hungry that if you just go out and do

something different in a change your focus and you won't be hungry so much

anymore call a friend call your dad call your mom just don't text call okay do

something be productive with that time or right just get your mind off of the

focus of you being starving thank you starving

don't get into that mindset all right get out of it we're just so conditioned

by commercials and outside effect like really bad information out there saying

that we need to eat so frequently else we're starving and their body of

metabolism is going to slow down and week and we're hangry and that we got to

keep eating and it's none of these people have your best interest they're

selling some of your food or food or food

something wrong to spit your guys so change change the pattern which is good

eat this is what a soft welcomes them but Kevin I thought it would be easier

it should be easier this is how you do it take action you have to do something

you take just wishful thinking your way into not being hungry and just saying oh

this should be easier that makes no sense and like you ask yourself why

isn't this easier why by starving you're going to be like a little kid that just

keeps asking why why why is the sky blue why is it like that why is like that why

why why why why why why and you're just going to make your head explode and

you're just going to reach it for that bang it shifts because you're why sugar

cookies and because you're asking yourself this question what is wrong

with this situation or what can they do to get out ask

yourself at and then start changing your body a little bit by actually doing

something physical maybe because that's behind things like rock like I said just

get out of the house it's usually happening when you're sitting still for

a long period of time anyway so get out do something make a phone call or

frighten just laugh Wow watch a comedy show laugh okay those are some tips and

ways to stop binging and I hope this helped you guys please subscribe to my

YouTube now if you want to learn more about carb

backloading and interviews helped me a lot then you can download the free
