Alright, so I've been here for; 9 days now.

9, 10 days now.

I wanted to talk a little bit about the internet situation here in Cuba.

The internet situation here in Cuba kind of sucks.

Because you can't really connect to anything.

Actually I wanted to show you guys, the little card that people use whenever they connect to things.

You can either. There's 2 ways to connect, you can setup an account.

And if you setup an account, then you can charge it up with a dollar 50 an hour;

at any of the Etecsa locations.

And, sometimes the service does not work so if you have no money in your account then

you have no choice but to buy a card.

It's like a little card which has a user name, which is like 12 numbers and then password

with another 12 numbers.

And you put that in and it gives you an allotted time of one hour.

And that card also costs like a dollar 50.

And you can buy it from people on the street.

Some people sell them or you can buy them at the place.

But, now let's actually discuss what the internet service is like.

The internet; the highest speed I've seen is 65 mb per second.

Which is not a lot.

But it isn't too bad.

The only problem is that it is a shared network between everybody that's connecting.

So right now it's about 9 am, and there's not a lot of people connecting right now.

So what that means, with that kind of bandwidth you can have like decent internet if there's

only like 20 people connecting.

But if you come late, like late afternoon or late night; you'll only be able to get

maybe a fifth of that, if.

I tried watching a YouTube video and I had to put it at 240p, to be able to watch it

consistently without it having to load.

So that means it's really bad.

Because at night time it's not surprising to see at least 40 to 50 people sitting here

connecting with the internet.

So yeah, it really blows.

Also it doesn't let you access certain websites, like Paypal for example.

When you try to access a website like Paypal, like a website that's protected that has to

do with financing or something; and it's from US outside of the country of Cuba.

It says something like; connection timed out, website unreachable, or this website does

not work or something with this server.

Which means this kind of server that's completely open and unsecured and all your information

is unfiltered; and non encrypted.

Is not encrypted at all.

Pretty much means.

This guy.

Pretty much means that anybody that has like a way to see your information, see any information

that goes through can see it.

I'm pretty sure it's like a way for the government to keep tabs on people.

You know whatever, it doesn't really matter.

But yeah that's pretty much the situation of the internet here in Cuba.

The worst part though is that times you can't connect to it.

I tried this morning with my aunt's account.

Which is an account that you actually, you have your account with your email and then

you put in your own password and you can connect to it.

You can charge it up with money.

But sometimes it doesn't connect for some reason.

Sometimes you can't charge it up like I mentioned.

And sometimes even when you try to connect with one of the cards you buy off the street, you still can't connect.

So you got to wait until a certain time when you can connect.

So that's the problem with it.

So right now, I'm probably going to chill for a bit and try to see if I can do anything later.

And hopefully I can connect.

But yeah, at a dollar 50 for an hour.

It is not too terrible but, it is not good either when half of the time you can't connect

and half of the time you got to load up a video at 240p to be able to see it on YouTube.

That's pretty bad.

But yeah, that's pretty much it.

Being a stay-at-home mom is like being an office clerk!

It's several jobs rolled into one!

This program taught me that I need to do something that I love.

And that's it, I love it!

I love science, and I love children.

So, I found a job that combines all of that.

Now, I'm a science facilitator.

This program is a must.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions let loose today and explained EXACTLY how he feels about the

9th Circuit Court.

Sessions' message is loud and clear — Democrats better start scrambling for cover because

this truth bomb is going to hurt.

The 9th Circuit Court is responsible for shutting down President Trump's "travel ban."

Sessions let America know that the Executive Branch is supposed to be the body of government

that ENSURES that our country is safe, per the Constitution.

The court interjecting and stopping the president from executing his power could cause a horrifying

effect on our safety as a nation (via Sessions' official statement).

Attorney General Sessions is correct on so many different levels with just that one piece

of his statement.

The Executive Branch DOES have the role of ensuring the overall safety of our nation.

Two such measures are border security and immigration policy.

If we are in a position where we need to SERIOUSLY worry about who is coming into our country

the President is within his rights to take steps to make sure that we are as safe as

we can be, ESPECIALLY considering the circumstances.

The travel ban was meant to filter through people; to vet people, and make sure no one

comes here who would do us any harm.

Instead of recognizing it for what it is, the Left decided they were going to make it

all about their feelings.

Every time you stop a terrorist from entering the country babies cry, and all that jazz.

How about we take FEELINGS out of the equation and worry about the facts?

The facts demonstrate that we DO have something to worry about.

For instance, there have been over a thousand people murdered by Muslim extremists during

the first half of their holy month of Ramadan.

We have watched THREE attacks occur in London in under 30 days.

Children have been MURDERED by savages, and the Left thinks we should have open borders?

Do they have an inkling of how DEADLY that decision could turn?

Trump's travel ban is SUCH a basic concept.

We stop people from coming here for a while so we can figure out a proper vetting process

to keep dangerous people out.

Instead of seeing it for what it is, liberals are throwing around words like "racist",

"Islamaphobic", and saying that Trump is "literally Hitler."

The Left refuses to acknowledge there is a problem, even after hearing about instance

after instance of people being slaughtered at the hands of these subhuman pieces of garbage.

We are glad that Jeff Sessions is finally standing up and saying what we all knew.

The 9th Circuit Court had NO right to stop the travel ban.

There is nothing in the ban that infringed on the constitutional rights of the people

living in this country.

It all boils down to the Left having a desire to resist anyone who doesn't agree with

them.

These biased judges need to be replaced AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

President Trump is going to keep pushing big issues like these forward because they are

in the best interest of our great nation.

Consider it your nutrient backup during pregnancy; it comes in handy especially on days when

you feel too sick to eat.

So aim to take yours every single day.

That said, a supplement simply can't replace a healthy diet.

It's vital to eat plenty of folate-rich foods when you're expecting, since they're also

a good source of many other important baby-making nutrients fiber, calcium and vitamins A and

A shooter with a rifle fired as many as 50 rounds at Republicans during an early morning

practice held in Alexandria, Va.

Scalise was shot in the hip, but his office said he was in "good spirits."

Alexandria police said the suspect was taken into custody.

However, the shooter's identity hasn't yet been released.

In the Magic Kingdom!

There's poop everywhere!

Well yeah, it's the Magic Kingdom there's like fifty thousand people there every day.

Of course there's going to be poop there. That's just how it works.

No, there's a river of poop, and if you've been to the Magic Kingdom you've probably walked on it

Where is this river of poop I speak of?

Well it's in Liberty Square, and it's not real human poop.

That would be pretty gross and really unhealthy of Disney.

Instead, it's actually a design in the pavement in Liberty Square that's meant to represent

a river of poop.

So why is it there?

Well, as it turns out, it's for accuracy.

You see Liberty Square was designed to represent colonial America from the late 1600's to

the formation of the United States in 1776.

Back then people didn't have indoor plumbing.

In more rural areas the common place to do your business was at an outhouse or a privy.

More populated and dense cities also had some privys, but with many more residents and smaller

spaces it was more common for people to use chamber pots.

If you don't know what a chamber pot is, it's exactly what it sounds like.

It's a big old pot you'd go to the bathroom in and then the next morning you'd clean it out.

You know the phrase "I don't have a pot to piss in."?

Well, that's the pot it's referring to.

As for cleaning out the chamber pot, well that was commonly achieved by opening the

window and throwing the contents out into the street.

You get enough people in a condensed city doing this every day and before you know it,

the streets develop a river of sorts of human excrement.

Now if you're thinking that's gross and must have been horrible, well yeah, it was.

This is partially why people got sick like, all the time.

Plus imagine that smell.

Let's just take a moment to appreciate that if you're watching this you probably have

indoor plumbing, and don't have have to poop in pots anymore.

Ok moving on.

So when Disney wanted to accurately portray the finer details of Colonial America in Liberty

Square they opted against putting a bunch of poop in the streets, because they're

not gross, and instead they decided to represent that river with a stream of dark

brown pavement that runs across the land in the middle of the road.

It's also been pointed out that as an extension of this historical accuracy, Liberty Square

itself doesn't have any bathrooms.

Personally I think this one is a little iffy, as there are some caveats to that.

While it's true that there aren't any public bathrooms out in Liberty Square, the

Columbia Harbor House, Liberty Tree Tavern, and The Diamond Horseshoe, which are all in

Liberty Square, do have bathrooms, since they're restaurants.

That said, the argument I've seen made is that because these buildings span the border

of multiple lands, with the Harbor House crossing into Fantasyland and the Diamond Horseshoe

and Tavern crossing into Adventureland in the back, that the bathrooms fall within those

borders, technically keeping Liberty Square free of restrooms.

Either way, if you have to use the bathroom in Liberty Square, you'd best get yourself to another land.

Just please, don't go in the streets because there's already a river of poop there.

Kashmere Gate ISBT, DELHI : The Beginning of my Spiti Trip - Duration: 10:50.

This time I am going to visit Spiti

I attempted to visit Spiti twice on a bike but failed both the times

This time I am again going to try

I have all my stuff in these 2 small bags

Actually I came to visit my family in Delhi

This was a short visit to Delhi.

So I carried just 2 T-shirts, 1 shirt, 1 Jeans pants and 1 Lower pants

With this stuff I was supposed to go back to Asansol & ....

... then start a road trip to Bhutan in my Tata Nano car

But now as I am going to visit Spiti, I must have a jacket or other warmers

So I have just purchased a Down Jacket from a Decathlon store

Now I am going towards Kashmere Gate Bus Terminal

From there I will start my bus trip to Spiti

Let's see this time I am able to make it to Spiti or not!

I am going to purchase some medicines from this Metro Station

After many years I will be exploring Himalayas travelling in Public buses

And I feel motion sickness in buses

So I am going to get some anti-emetic medicines from a shop

Long back, in college days, I used to keep such medicines with me during trips

This is 'Vomistop' (anti-emetic) & this is 'Digene' (antacid)

I have reached Kashmere Gate ISBT (Inter State Bus Terminus)

It was July 2003 when I was going on a trip to Kinnaur from this terminal

I got admission in IIMC (Indian Inst of Mass Comm) in the same month

And I wanted to travel to some exotic place before the start of the session

So I went on a trip to Chitkul in Kinnaur. The last Indian Village in that area

After a gap of 14 years, I am again back to the same Bus terminal

This terminal has changed a lot

Now I am going to get the bus ticket

A lot has changed here. Now it looks like an Inter-State Bus terminal

But the whole ticket booking system lacks transparency

Isn't this weird!

Prime Minister of our country has decided to put an end to the practice of using beacons on his car

He says - Every common man in India is a VIP (Very Important person)

On the other hand, the public transport system is still following the old & irrelevant practices

This is not fair

I request the top management of Himachal Roadways to put an end to this system

Make the system Online for better transparency

It will help you in due course
