Youtube daily report Jun 15 2017

Hi Bachateros!.

Welcome to a new tutorial of our Series,… Bachata for Beginners.

We're Claudia and Carlos, teachers at the Dance School ¡Deberías Estar Bailando!.

Yes, we know it.

It's been 3 weeks since our last tutorial and we owe you an explanation.

The fact is that after recovering from the cold that left me voiceless,

I fell ill again.

That's right, 2 colds in less than 3 weeks.

I think I have already met my share of diseases for this year.

Do you hear me virus?!!.

That's why we decided to slow the rhythm a little until I recovered completely.

Stress does not help much to get well.

But, well, it has already passed, and we are here with you again.

During these weeks some things have happened, and not just good ones.

We planned to explain them, to share a little with you our concerns,

but something has made the problems disappear.

And it is that you are already more than 25K who are on the other side of this camera.

2 days later.

The truth is that we spent some time thinking about what to do if we got here.

And we think that is not enough a video thanking for your support.

We already do that in each of the tutorials.

So, we'll give you something.

But we will tell you at the end of the tutorial, because you want a new tutorial, right?.

In the previous tutorial, we show you how to start dancing as a couple with the basic step,

dance position and some other little things.

You can see it by clicking on the card above.

Today we want to show you the turns, or what is the same thing, to turn individually.

Are you ready?,…

[Carlos]: Weeeeeeeee!!!.

To start, you should know, that we have 2 possibilities when doing turns.

Turn left or turn right.

And we will perform the turn for a total of 4 counts, using 4 steps for it.

The turns are the same for men and women, so today I'm going to let my brother

explain everything to you.

Oh,… Thank you!.

You're welcome. I do it thinking of you.

What I AM going to teach you today later we will apply it to the couple dance,

but that will be in an upcoming tutorial.

I'll explain the Left Turn first, and then you just have to understand that the Right Turn

is the same but to the right.

As I said before, we will perform the Turn during 4 counts and we will use 4 steps.

1 step to start, 2 steps to turn and 1 step to finish.

With the first step we will prepare the direction of our turn, this way.

Separating the left foot a little and supporting the weight of the body on it,

we will point in the direction that we want to turn.

The torso will accompany the movement of our foot.

With the second and third steps we will do half turns, always separating the feet a little,

first with the right foot.

Supporting now the weight of the body on the right foot, we will turn with left foot.

Again we support the weight of the body, but this time on the left foot.

We end up putting together the right foot that will help us maintain balance,

but this will not support the weight of the body on it.

To continue with the Basic Step to our right.

Can you show us Claudia?

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

VERY important details.

1. You need to move, especially now that you are beginners,

because it makes the turn very easy.

There is an Start point and there is an End point.

You need to move to the End point.

2. You should keep the Basic Step line during the turn,

you can not turn without controlling the direction of your turn.

If you do not do this right, then it will be very difficult to do turns as a couple.

3. The weight of the body.

You can not support the weight in the heels to turn, you will lose the balance.

Weight always on the front of the foot, freeing the heels.

But, LOOK!. Do not stand on tiptoe.

4. And this is 50% of the turn.

The Preparation and the Impulse are fundamental.

We can not turn without preparing our body and giving it no momentum to turn.

The momentum will help you a lot.

We show you all this.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

To perform the Right Turn you only have to follow the same steps that I have explained,

but of course, starting the Turn with your right foot, to your right.

In this way.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

Before practicing together with music the turns.

We have not forgotten what we said at the beginning of the video.

You are already more than 25K and we want to thank you with a gift.

Next Monday, June 19th, we will publish a Special Video 25K Subscribers,

and in it we will make a lottery.

So be very attentive to the video on Monday, because we will explain how to participate.

If you liked the video, a Like is the easiest way to demonstrate it.

And share it with your partner, your friends, your family,… For everyone to learn to dance.

If you have not already done so, subscribe to join this incredible community,

and do not forget to activate notifications to be the first to see our next tutorial.

Dancing will change your life,… You should be dancing!.

See you in the next tutorial.

A hug.

For practice, we will do our Basic Step, you know,

starting with right foot.

The men with their left foot.

And we will turn Left or Right according to where the Basic Step moves.

Did you understand?,…

Put some music on, please.

We'll start with the Basic Step.

3, 2, 1,…

Turn.

Turn.

Turn.

Turn.

Turn, 2 times.

Once again.

Very good!.

Rentabilité / Rentability Cloud Mining Ethereum #3 - genesis mining 2017 - Duration: 4:43.

Hi guys, hope u doin well ! We are back for an other video today,

on Ethereum's rentability.

To see how me are on the june 15th.

As many of u noticed, we have a second correction.

One was June 12th, night. Thought was good after but...

one more since yesterday morning.

Prices are falling down pretty much.

We were back around 2700$ for BTC, and now we are around 2400$

Same for Ethereum, and others, falling down with price of Bitcoin.

Here, i ll show u that even if prices down,

we are still profitable with Ethereum.

we are happy in cloud-mining cause even if prices down, we still

eanr more and more, until we can sell again at good price! :)

So no panic for us !

So 3 simulations, like u already saw on others videos :

1 MH, 40 MH and 100 MH.

So price double, for Ethereum, since the June 6th.

So today for the 1 Mh, we have 0.20 $ and 0.18 € daily.

6.14 $ and 5.49 € monthly.

Under 5 months for ROI !

A little more than 21% per month.

21.14%

I did some simulations yesterday, and was less than 4 months !

When price was 50 more, at 370$ for Ethereum.

Since the June 6th, price double, we are less than 5 months, and it's super great !

Next for 40 MH,

8.19$ and 7.32€ daily and 245.6 $ / 219.6 € monthly

Very close to 4.5 months, and near 22% per month.

And for 100 MH, seems to dont have big difference...

20.47 $ / 18.30 € daily and 614.07 $ / 549 € montlhy

Under 4.5 months, and more than 22% per month !

Still amaizing ! and like i told us, with higher price, we were under 4 months ROI !!

Near 3.5 months !

It's just a correction, don't panic!

and even if price stay or go down a littl, as u can see with older simulations, it's still good !

If we are between 4, 5 or 5.5 months, it's still profitable !

And we dont cry like others, on bittrex and poloniex cause prices falling...

but good to buy more with good price, until raising up again !

If u want to buy some altcoins, u have many profitable ones to buy cheap.

Newt video on Monero cause i said i'll do the video but didn't do it,

because no big activity on it, but some asking, so i'll do.

Thank a lot to all new followers and subscribers on my channel !

Thx to all there on my last live, next one is Monday !

Have a good day, see you !! PEACE OUTTTT !!!

Dr Zakir Naik on Peace TV Live YouTube Ramadan Special Episode 13 || with very Authentic information - Duration: 13:24.

Assalamu aleikum welcome back to the show ramadan a date with dr. zakir I'm

your host Youssef chambers and today we have a

special episode addressing your questions on the topic ax recommended

and discouraged was fasting dr. zakir salam alikum walaikum A'Salam bottom 2

lubricant in our last show regarding this topic we utilize every second of

the time there were so many questions and so many issues that we had to bring

out um so what we did was he set up at this special show addressing only

questions from our audience and hamdulillah so regarding that let's

start off with the first question how can a person seek knowledge during the

blessed month of Ramadan seeking knowledge is a very good Act especially

women dun dun there are various where the Boston least acknowledge beside

Allah in the Quran which is recommended team during a man opportunity win read

the translation program he should read the book of Habib and as far as possible

you should read the book with a say the books of authentic hadith the best is

the ketubah septa if you can read that there's nothing like it that is Buhari

muslim women Timothy son abu dawood son and si edna

magia de cuba septa are the best a standards and permit at least we should

read the five books of hadith that there is disable hurry and say Muslim if time

doesn't permit initiated the summarized version of a muslim or the thermal

inversion of a bihari or at least lead the matific awake the hadith was a

common between Bihari Muslim he can read the book of the seed of the prophet and

the best book on the fear of the prefer the English language is

Rakel Maktoum the field nectar which speaks about the baggage of the Prophet

the other book on the field of the Prophet is Mohamed Salah solemn by

tireless mind even that's a good book a person can acquire knowledge by

attending programs he can go to any some organization of an lecture attend

seminars this will increase the knowledge he can

watch video graphics of summit lectures of some programs he can your audio

cassettes you can go on the internet go to attending Islamic website so these

are ways in which a person can acquire knowledge and this is a good way of

spending your time in the month of ramadhan acquire knowledge and surely

you will be benefited and will get a great deal of Road why is it encouraged

to acquire religious knowledge during the blessed month of Ramadan as far as

the kawaii' knowledge is concerned the first guidance given by Allah subhana WA

Ta'ala in the glorious quran it was not to offer salah it was not be fast it was

not the perform hajj but it was a qura an allah says in the quran in surah

surah allah chap number 96 was the one into a crisp Arabic illogical a helical

in sanam in Allah was the morning - which means read recite in the name of

the Lord was created I've created the human being from something which clings

a leech like substance the first Gaiden is given to the humankind in the

glorious quran was to read it doesn't only say read it says read in the name

of thy Lord that means reading of important acquire knowledge is important

but acquiring knowledge of allah subhanho wa taala

of our Deen if the utmost important and Allah says in the Quran in surah mu J

Dilla chap number 58 verse number 11 he that Allah subhana WA Ta'ala has raised

the rank of those people who believe and those who have been granted knowledge

Allah says in surah bakra chap number 2 was in the 269 that Allah subhana WA

Ta'ala grants to wisdom to whom he pleases and whoever he grants

wisdom he raises them in rank and it is for those people who understand and the

beloved prophet nooh alehsalaam he also said mentioning say bihari 1 number 100

number 71 their blood prophet said that Allah subhana WA Ta'ala - where were you

also do good heed makes them advanced in the

just knowledge that means you give the religious knowledge so ever allow us to

do a favor on a last man italic gives him knowledge of katene a beloved

portion of O'Laughlin said it's measure is a Muslim one member three hundred

number four zero zero faith a beloved Prophet said that the moment a person

died after he days all his activities cease except for three whatever good

deeds you get seated after the person dies except for three a person who has

done recurring charity a person who has given knowledge to other people and the

person who's pious children pray for the parents after that it that means after a

person dies all the good deed seems except for three if a person has done

some recurring surely that such criteria has been some charity form of fridges

keep on regularly rotating and helping people so that's not a criteria the

other is the knowledge that a person gives and after you give the knowledge

he imparts the NOI to somebody else and it keeps on utilizing that knowledge of

Deen in helping humanity that subkeys area and the last is the pious children

who pay for the deceased parents therefore knowledge is very important

and allow Association the Quran in stir in the hell Chapel in the 16 verse than

43 and 4 mb a-- chapter 21 verse number 7 first a look holistically in kuntum la

sala moon that if you do not know as the person who possesses the knowledge allah

says after knowledgeable people so therefore a person who has knowledge has

got a high degree and has chances to pass in the examination room and he'll

have a greater degree in the era so that it is in acquiring knowledge is what

most important and specially in this month of Ramadan you were person acquire

knowledge the chances that they acquire the knowledge is higher and he keeps put

it with the others as Allah has the answer backbiting of course is

prohibited irrespective whether in Ramadan or outside Ramadan however would

a woman who complains to her husband about her mother-in-law

will she be considered as personalized backlighted regarding backbiting being

Haram and the major thing we discussed in the last episode and there are

various hadith and Quranic verses it's one of the major things but as far as a

wife complaining to the husband Regina mother-in-law but naturally she's

speaking something about the mother-in-law let the mother-in-law

would not like anyone speaking about so it does come in the category of like

back to either the same is a question such incidences where a person complains

to someone and thinks and feels that one's the complaint is given to the

person maybe there is a correction in action like a wife complained to the

husband about the mother-in-law or the wife complained to the husband about a

son that he is doing so and so thin which are wrong so the husband will

correct being a father of the child or maybe one of the two brothers in women

come into the father that my brother did so-and-so thing which is wrong it's

speaking ill about him the end but that is so that the father can correct the

brother so these things have been permitted because the main reason while

doing this thing should not be to mock at someone or should not be to belittle

anyone but the main purpose should be that the person who the person is

complaining about they should be correction act and if you read the

commentary over mom would not be as far as the hadith of say Muslim which we

discussed in the last episode how did number 62 65 in which the

Prophet peace be upon him he said that do you know what is backbiting the shaba

said that the messenger knows the best so the Prophet said that if someone

speaks about another person hand the back Nietzsche would not like that's

called a backbiting and the Shabbos what if I'm speaking about the person is

true to prophet said then it will be called as backbiting if it's false it

could be called as slandering so based on this the commentary of the hadith of

only mama nobody he said that backbiting giveth in six conditions is permitted

number one he says that if something is told to a ruler of the land or to a

judge complaining against the act of another human being who has done wrong

to the person maybe he is storing some wealth from you taking a property away

or as an injustice to you first you go and complain to a ruler or to a charge

against another human being another Muslim this is permitted because you

want the wrong to be undone so in such case is give us this permitted katha

clean number two that if you complain to someone who you feel that person has an

influence on the person well then an evil act or a sin and you feel that he

will stop doing that evil act you're permitted for example if you know of a

friend who's very close to the person will run evil act or than a sin and if

you tell him that your friend and insurance owns the thing or drinking

alcohol and he feels that he has an influence on the other person and we can

prevent him from doing the sin it's permitted we Kiba

so the question regarding the wife complains the husband either comes in

the first category of the second category either it's and injustice done

to the wife or maybe the wife wants to tell the husband that you correct the

mother-in-law it may come in first category the remaining four categories

which Imam are no we said giver can be done the third is that issue you're

approaching a musty or a religious person fossil bridges advice so you may

say that my partner and so-and-so act or my wife had and so-and-so act and

describe that and ask me what should I do

even in this case if you avoid naming the father or the mother I'll say in the

third person that my friend's father is the influence of it is preferable but in

such cases why is taking religious advice for a fatwa for a particular act

exponent the fourth category which Imam and OB said that giveth is permitted if

that when you know of a narrator who is a liar

and if you narrates any hadith so it becomes in

but no new to tell the people that he's alive or his memories leak because to

protect the Sharia or for example if someone is selling a slave and if it

knows that there are some bad habits in the slave or maybe heat of adultery

so it's compulsory that the person who's selling it should tell to the buyer that

de slave have signs of false or if a person asks you that he wants to marry

another person and ask you how is the person so that becomes obligatory you to

tell the wrong points or the point which are not correct in that you will be your

intention here is not to belittle that you will be your intention here if not a

b-grade the person but intention is to give the right information whether for

marriage or for business in these cases this is the fourth category where imam

an OB says that is permitted as Phi the fifth category is concerned that if you

know a person is doing a major sin openly like he's drinking openly or if

he's cheating openly wife is robbing openly so then you can tell the public

at large if this person is a person Jade's or person Rob's or personal

discontinuously Buddha or there is a rigid person who you know who are

infertile and you know that is not a personal truthful so here it's permitted

that you can speak against the person and the sixth category is that the while

and defying a person if someone asks you for identification at that time to

identify the person you may have to use his nickname which is the person will

not like you made happy tell that the person who shot person who's tall

whoever you are using these nicknames to ironside the person with the person may

not like mainly find P here also if you can avoid this nickname find equation is

the best but you can't avoid you can do Amanda we have mentioned six categories

in which Gilbert is permitted thank you dr zakir inshallah we'll see you soon

after the short break

BREAKING: Betsy DeVos Quietly Makes New Move That's Crumbling Obama's Legacy… - Duration: 1:55.

Former President Barack Obama has a legacy of red-tape and regulations — and Betsy

DeVos just did her part in undoing the overreach from the previous administration.

On Thursday, the Department of Education quietly halted two regulations crafted by the Obama

administration, which "protected student borrowers" and "imposed requirements on

for-profit colleges."

"The department intends to develop fair, effective and improved regulations to protect

individual borrowers from fraud, ensure accountability across institutions of higher education and

protect taxpayers," the Department of Education said in a statement on Wednesday.

Breitbart reports: One rule, the Gainful Employment regulation,

required for-profit colleges and certificate programs at non-profit colleges — under

the threat of withholding federal aid — to show that a student's education in those

institutions would help those students receive "gainful employment."

The second rule, the Borrower Defense to Repayment regulation, clarified how student borrowers

who were defrauded or misled by their college could apply for loan forgiveness and also

created a fast-track for students who apply for forgiveness in case their college closed.

The rules were to take effect July 1 but the Department of Education under Betsy DeVos

said it would delay implementation upon further review.

The Obama-era rules were first proposed amid the collapse of the Corinthian Colleges Inc.

for-profit institution.

"My first priority is to protect students," DeVos said.

"Fraud, especially fraud committed by a school, is simply unacceptable.

Unfortunately, last year's rulemaking effort missed an opportunity to get it right."

JUST IN: Kamala Harris Is In SERIOUS Trouble… - Duration: 1:47.

They say "you are the company you keep" — and California Sen. Kamala Harris, a rising

star in the Democrat Party, has quite troubling company.

LA Times reports:

About a year before an aide to the state's top prosecutor was put on leave after being

accused of impersonating a police officer, another employee in Atty.

Gen. Kamala Harris' office was arrested for posing as a member of law enforcement.

Adrienne Mayr, 50, a secretary with the Department of Justice, was arrested in April 2014 after

repeatedly flashing the badge of a dead deputy attorney general at drivers in Los Angeles

County and in one instance, trapping a mother and child in their car at an intersection.

Mayr was arrested for child endangerment, false imprisonment, posing as a public officer,

exhibiting a badge to defraud and receiving stolen property, said Doris Peniche, a spokeswoman

for the California Highway Patrol.

Los Angeles County prosecutors charged her with one count of unlawful use of a badge

and one count of impersonating a public officer.

She pleaded no contest to using the badge and the second charge was dismissed, court

records show.

On Friday, Harris spokesman David Beltran acknowledged the department was aware of the

case.

"We have an ongoing personnel investigation into the matter.

We can't comment on disciplinary action that may be taken, but this case is serious

and troubling," Beltran said.

"After the personnel investigation is completed, appropriate action will be taken."

Cottonballs with wax as firestarter - Duration: 11:04.

Welcome to Skogfar! I'm Thor

and now we are going to make cottonballs with wax

What I need is:

Old candle wax

a tin can

and, let's see if we have something here

and cotton

I have never done this before so let's see how it goes

First we melt the wax

I have put the wax on the oven

This is exciting. If this start to burn I'm in deep trouble

Has to be careful, got my gloves on

Stirr some and keep an open eye

I think we let the oven die some before we continue to melt the wax

It is kind of melted

The tin can is hot

so it melts the wax on its own

I put it on the oven now to get the melting going

oh, it is some paper here

Here

throw it up in here

Nice color!

I think they have to cool down and then put them into the molten wax again. Just as making candles

Dip them multiple times

Now they are soaking from the wax

It was a bit more troublesome than I thought

I have twirled the balls with my fingers to make them into a little circle

I'm going to dip these more times to get a good wax coating

It would be much easier to do this at home on the stove with low heat

and super control, but it is fun to sit out and try

sit and whittle and

try things I haven't done before

learn something new

That is what Skogfar is all about. You don't have to be a world champ

you only try to get out and

experience the outdoors a little more than usual and maybe

learn a couple of new things

don't set the bar too high

You don't have to

climb K2 or Kilimanjaro to have a good time outside

I'm just a frogs jump from the cabin and tries to make wax balls

It is alright

Let us see if I learned something at youth school

There

Let's move these closer

Nooo, they are rolling!

If the balls are too long in the hot wax the wax that is on the balls melts away

I learned

There

There we have 'em

wax balls

now I can sit here and

wax my balls as long as I can muster

I am quite satisfied with my wax balls

I will use them to light my fire. Very exciting

I am going on a trip next weekend

and I will see if my balls burn

this is going to be a series

Well, I will sit here and dip my balls so we will see eachother next time!

Trying Out That Liquitex Acrylic Ink! - Duration: 4:10.

hey guys, Melissa here from yellowmelle. so I am playing with this liquitex acrylic

ink. For the most part it wasn't really on my radar until the Muted collection came

out and um it was one of the things that I really admired but never really

took seriously so when I won the hundred dollar gift card I had an opportunity to

sorta get it for free technically um so I opted for that. I got the muted grey

and the muted pink because I thought those two actually looks really nice

together. unfortunately you don't see a whole lot

of muted pink at the end of this video because I used it so sparingly and even

as a little bit of an afterthought but I intended to use muted pink with this

and then then just kind of didn't. I pretty much just did the entire thing

monochromatic in the muted grey which to me looks more like a violet. and don't

get me wrong I really like it it's definitely not your standard grey and so

I have to do something else later with the pink and see how that goes and what

I'm doing here is just a little study I wanted to do along with my main location

paintings. I've been interested in illustrating locations lately! you've

seen my edmonton version and i'm gonna do a white rock beach version soon when

i can get my stuff together. i've been back at my day job, so I'm a

little bit more scatterbrained and unfocused but other than that i did do

this little study. it was supposed to be really quick and I guess I was just a

little distracted! so just took a little bit longer than I

wanted it to. It's just a little uh squad of seagulls standing on the

railroad tracks. when I saw them all in a row like that

I thought seems *ahem* I just thought it was kind of appealing

to me like they were a little chummy. it's definitely a big part of the beach

scene is to have seagulls around especially if you are walking around with

food. You generally won't want to eat on the beach because they will sit

on the table right next to you and just wait. They'll just wait it out

maybe even steal from you, so. they are a huge presence at the beach and I

wanted to paint them. I have a whole lot to say about the artwork. the

ink is very interesting because it's acrylic ink, it's not reworkable - I

think when it dries you can't um reactivate it which is completely

different from watercolor and I kind of appreciate it. I think that there is a

time in a place for something like that. it also means that you can't make any

mistakes because you can't just lift it back off the paper I did find that it

would dry periodically on my palette and when you try to rework that it just kind

of crumbles into little bits and you have a puddle of little purple bit so

keep an eye out for that. it does dry very shiny in the really dark parts which is

kind of cool! it definitely looks like an ink painting maybe even a laser print in

some areas. it just got this really obvious shimmer when I turn it side to side

oh yeah using these is fun! I really like the eye dropper lid so I can just take out

a little bit at a time. it's really nice I like it I can dilute it if I need to get

different values. I also like that because you can't re-lift it, it means I

could put layers on without ruining what's underneath

so that's a plus! mm yeah I guess that's all I got for this video and I hope you

enjoy it and I will see you next time bye

Lake Manyara Serena Safari Game Lodge Tanzania Tour and Review - Duration: 3:59.

Hi, 'm Gary Bembridge of Tips For Travellers. I'm here in Lake Manyara in Tanzania

staying at the Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge, and let me take you on a

tour through this beautiful, beautiful Lodge. It's a magnificent looking

place,as you can see. It's very lush. It's very green and the

architecture is very interesting with a real African feel and spin to it. And as

you come in, you have beautiful entrance area and you sweep down some stairs and

you come into a central bar area which is a really cozy place to be (as you can

see). Just off the side of that bar area is a television room. So the rooms

themselves don't have televisions, but there's a television room if you want to

catch up on news, football or whatever. On the other side of that bar with the

circular seating in the middle is the very large and beautiful dining room. So

there's both an indoor area in the dining room, but also if you want to eat

the outside and take in the beautiful views across to Lake Manyara

you can do so as there's seating outside as well. So if we take a look back at the

actual property itself, as you can see it has a great feel to it. I really like the

feel of this whole place. So basically it caters obviously for tourists,

but also what they tell me is that there is not only a family focus so it's good

for families, but also it's possible to hold conferences here. Up at the top you

have the reception area and then just opposite the reception area is quite an

extensively well stocked curio and gift shop. So let's head out and take a look

at the gardens before I show you the room that I'm staying in. The real

magnificent of this place is the view across to Lake Manyara which is

absolutely spectacular. It's a magnificent view of the whole of the

great big Lake Manyara. So when we head back to take a look at the

accommodations, you can see there are all these little individual sort of

complexes which have four rooms in them. I was staying in room and number 31. So

let's go and take a look. So as you come in you can see it's a nice bright room,

with big windows on the opposite as you come in. There are two single beds

in the room, and what I did like about the room actually is that the

decor, look and feel - there's a real sort of African spin and feel to it. It has

a nice sort of ethnic feel to it. So as we take a look across the room you have

a dressing table / kind of study work desk area.

There's also cupboard, which has a big safe. Actually nice big, so big enough to

put a laptop or camera in - which is pretty good. So before I show you the

balcony and the view, I'm going to show you the bathroom. The bathroom again

is a good size, nice and bright. You obviously have a basin, you have a toilet

and a shower. And what's also nice about this particular room is it also has

plug-in sockets for shavers etc, which is quite different to the other game

lodges that I've stayed in. So this one has these features I guess because

it's close to the village and the property is on the National Grid and doesn't just

rely on generators. So let's go take a look at the balcony and the view. So this

is looking out across towards Lake Manyara.

So you have this very nice balcony overlooking the gardens, two chairs (very

very comfortable seats). Let's take another look at the rooms - a standard room I was in.

Room number 31. So there you have it that's a tour of Lake Manyara Serena

Safari Lodge. It's a beautiful property. Very nice place, it feels really upmarket.

It has beautiful lush gardens, great food, great service. Really liked it as you can

probably tell! If you liked the video, please give it a "like", watch my other

videos about Tanzania - I've got lots of very exciting things about Tanzania. But very

importantly also please subscribe to the Tips For Travellers Channel and get more

What to Do When Clients Think Your Price is "Too Expensive" - Duration: 4:15.

Has this never happened to you? you hear from a client that is so excited to work

with you but the second you tell them your price all use your back is it you

are too expensive. What do you do? stay tuned and find out! Hey guys and welcome

if you're new to me I'm Kristin Kaplan and I help small business owners make

more money in less time as a pricing and productivity strategist today we are

talking about what to do if you are constantly hearing from clients that you

are too expensive now there are a few reasons that this might be happening but

essentially it all comes back to value if you are not showing your clients or

customers the value of what you provide they are never going to pay for it so

let's go through my four reasons that you might be hearing the you are too

expensive first you might be targeting the wrong clients if you are trying to

sell a premium service to someone who is looking for an affordable or budget

option they're never going to pay for it that's like trying to sell a BMW to

someone looking for the most affordable car you have to be sure that you are

reaching the ideal audience for your product or service and that the audience

that you're targeting can actually afford it next you might not be solving

a big enough problem honestly the bigger the problem and the bigger the need that

you're fulfilling and you're solving the more money people will pay for it now of

course everybody has different needs everybody has different priorities of

what they want to spend money on but you need to make sure that the audience and

the client that you're targeting has a very specific need for what you are

offering I've got a kind of gross example for this one so a couple of

years ago for the first time ever I saw an actual bug in my child's hair yes no

parent ever wants to deal with the whole lice situation but of course it happened

to us and it was terrible now in that moment I had a huge problem I had to get

the lice out of my house as quickly as possible and at that moment I was pretty

much willing to pay any amount of money to make that possible, so you see with a big need

like that the cost was going to go up and I actually did spend a ridiculous

amount of money having someone come to our house I think it was a Saturday and

comb lice out of my child's hair and show me everything I need to know and it was

worth it I probably do it again honestly the third reason that you might

be hearing that you are too expensive is that you're not selling the benefits of

your service you are selling the features and what this means is everyone

when they first you know send out information to a potential client they

have this laundry list of things that they provide but what they're not

focusing on is the end result how was your client going to feel at the end of

working with you what is that end result that they are going to get and it's not

always you know the number of hours that you're giving them or specific items or

products that you're giving them it's that end benefit that's where the real

value is so make sure that when you are communicating to your client about your

services and what your price is that you are selling that end goal and that

benefit and not just a laundry list of features and things that you're going to

be giving them and the last reason that you might be hearing that you are too

expensive is that you haven't created scarcity you need to make sure that your

client believes that you are the only one that can solve their problem because

if there's somebody else that can solve that problems equally well and for less

money guess what they're going to go with that

person so you need to convince them that you are the only possible person for

them and that they have to have you over anyone else when that happens price no

longer becomes an issue and there you have it make sure that if you haven't

signed up for my 3 day mini course that you go check that out it's over on my website

creative business owners make if you like this video give it a thumbs up

Young Fathers Surprise Their Dads With A Father's Day Message - Duration: 4:33.

My name is Angelito Cardenas, and I've been a father since 1979.

That's a long time.

Being a dad is not an easy job.

I was a dad early in life, I became a father at 15.

I had all my kids by the age of 22.

And so being a young dad, and then having all 3 young children, and then not being able to provide at the level I thought I should

I felt inadequate, I felt like I- I'm failing as a dad.

Kris, when he was growing up, he was diagnosed with an immune disorder.

So we had to go to the hospital almost every... almost every month.

My wife is strong enough that she was guiding me through it all, 'cause...

If it was just me, I'd be going, "Forget it!"

I tried to do my best.

But it it wasn't... it wasn't perfect, because

I went to my work, I went with my friends...

But it is not easy.

Okay.

My name is Kris, and I've been a father for 18 months now.

My name is Elijah Luna - I've been a father for about 3 and a half months.

Trying to raise a kid is a full time job.

Basically all of your day, every hour of every day of your life becomes about your kid.

You feel like you're not doing a good job pretty much at least twice a day.

And that's bare minimum.

A lot of times I don't know what to do

When he gets sick or something, or he gets the flu, you know - I'm like, "What's going on?"

It's crazy because it puts all of that in perspective.

You kind of never see sort of the backstage behind being a dad, and like, I never really realized how hard it is to be that center for your family.

Absolutely. My dad goes above and beyond. From the beginning I can remember he would always just do pretty much whatever it took for us.

I know he sacrificed a lot for me and my sister and my brother.

He always invested the time in us. He was always there, I remember him always being there.

I was sick a lot growing up, and my dad pretty much had no free time because of it.

And he never, ever had any sign of, you know... regretting that.

Growing up, he would go at the drop of a hat to the hospital for me

And do whatever it took to kind of make me smile afterwards, if it was like taking me out for a milkshake, or a burger or something like that

He just always went above and beyond to just make sure that we were all happy

And that kind of thing just really makes you think, "Wow, yeah, I had a great dad growing up," and I still do.

So, Dad, I just want to say Happy Father's Day.

I love you, and I really appreciate the father you've been to me.

I love you so much, you've always been the example, you've always been there for us

Thank you for being there for me, thank you for being there for my daughter, and my future son.

I really do look up to you, and I would want to be the father that you are to me to my son.

I love you, and you really are my hero.

Son: I love you.

Dad: Love you man.

Dad: I love you.

Son: Love you too.

I'm all choked up. (Laughs)

No, I mean... it's really a nice feeling that...

Your son loves you.

All the troubles that we went through...

It's all worth it.

Happy Father's Day. Love you.

6 Signs She's Not Into You (Abort!) - Duration: 5:19.

Have you ever been in a situation where you cannot tell for the life of you whether or

not the woman you have spent so much money and time on is interested in you???

I'm Kate Spring, and I'm here to share 6 signs that she's not into you

Too many people are passive aggressive and have a serious inability to face their problems

head on.

When I was young, I would have preferred to write a Chemistry exam than to talk openly

about my feelings.

And, unfortunately, too many women are still like this today.

It's not malicious.

It's more of an act of self-preservation because we genuinely don't want to hurt people's feelings,

and we surely do not want to deal with the guilt that follows rejecting someone.

So I'm going to share 6 ways you can tell she's not into you.

Just before we get started, if you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to leave

them in the comments below and I'll be sure to get back to you, personally, as soon as

I can!

I'd say the first sign that a woman is not interested in you is if she isn't responding

to your texts.

This is the MOST passive aggressive way to let someone know you're not interested.

Ghosting is such a shitty habit of our generation How have we evolved to such a place where

this is now considered normal?

If you're not familiar with ghosting, it is the act of just not responding to someone.

Urban Dictionary defines it as "fading, or quietly disappearing from someone's life

and cutting off all communication."

Horrendous.

And If you yourself do this, don't.

Have more respect for people and their time.

Ok, rant over.

Another way to tell if she isn't interested in you, which you can tell through text messages,

is if her answers are short.

If her texting is like those one-word fridge magnet poems where you just piece one word

together after another.

And getting a full sentence out of her takes longer than reading the Harry Potter series

in its entirety, then she is not interested in you, and you would find your time better

spent finding someone else.

Another way to tell that she isn't into you, which is even worse than ghosting, is

if she makes out with someone else.

This happens in dating today, and it is a very key thing to look for.

As well, it doesn't matter how drunk she claims she was.

She is not thinking about you or your feelings; therefore, move on.

Plain and simple.

Involved in a go-nowhere relationship, having drank himself into indifference, I had this

pulled on me once.

The guy I was seeing started having a dance floor make out session.

My response was brief: "See you later, see you never."

Needless to say, I felt like shit and had to have a serious sit down talk with myself

about the type of person I wanted to be with.

It started with understanding that I had missed all of the signs and had refused to let my

situation speak until I needed to hear it as a scream!

I know that they say that love is blind, but, in the early stages, before your heart is

invested, make sure that she is into you as much as you are into her.

And that means reading the signs.

If you want to avoid situations like I just mentioned, head over to katespring.com/free

and grab a free copy of my attraction building handbook, which will help you get any girl

you want and keep her interested.

That's katespring.com/free.

And you will find the link in the details below.

The third sign that she isn't into you is if she hasn't introduced you to any of her

friends.

This might be because she's embarrassed of you or sees no future with you.

Or her friends just suck or maybe she just sucks?

Regardless, move one.

If someone doesn't want to show you off, then I think we are entering the friend zone,

or maybe she is just not into you.

The fourth sign is a lack of eye contact.

If she does not look you in the eye, you have a serious problem.

Eye contact has to do with our level of comfort in a situation.

If we lack eye contact, or it is sporadic, then that is usually a sign that someone is

uncomfortable, whereas if someone has strong eye contact, then that usually means that

they are comfortable.

And, plus, if a woman likes you, she will look at you and probably won't be able to

take her eyes off of you.

Do you guys have any questions yet?

No, well when you do, don't forget to leave them in the comments below.

Ok, the fifth sign that tells you that you should abort the mission is if she puts no

effort into her looks.

Most of the time, women will dress up for any situation where the two of you are hanging

out.

It is a way for her to show you that she is interested in you without having to say it.

So if she is putting little to no effort in, I think you have entered the friend zone,

my friend.

There is the sixth and final way to tell if she isn't interested.

An obvious one is when she doesn't pay attention when you're talking, especially in a group

setting.

If you are hanging out and you hear the word "What?"

come out of her mouth as a question and not with an exclamation point at the end, she

is not listening to you.

And as for a group setting, if she is constantly listening to someone else talk and not engaging

with you, then she is most likely avoiding you and doesn't care what you have to say.

People can be pretty ruthless, and these are some of the ways that we can see it.

People can be pretty fickle, but by being able to spot some of these actions early on,

hopefully you can save yourself from some heartache.

Women don't want to be vicious; our human nature has just evolved to such a place where

we no longer feel comfortable being honest with people if we think it will hurt their

feelings.

And this is especially true for the girl that is the people pleaser.

So it is somewhat selfish if you think about it; I did this.

I would avoid turning someone down in fear of hurting their feelings because I couldn't

handle the guilt.

But if you pursue a woman, you have to learn to face rejection and not make it someone

else's problem.

Own it and move on.

Plus, you don't want to be in a relationship with someone who exhibits these behaviours

early on, or at all because this is a sign of selfishness..

Băile MADICEA Spa - Madicsa fürdő (Harghita, Transylvania, Romania) - Duration: 4:17.

The Madicea (Madicsa-fürdő, in Hungarian) are located 4km west of the village of Cârta (Harghita)

It is a depression area located at the foot of the Harghita Mountains and practically uninhabited

A wooden pavilion shelters two springs located exactly in the bed of Madicea Brook

In the vicinity are the remains of a concrete basin and other older facilities

The two springs are collected in raised concrete rings up to the pavilion level

The western spring (from the meadow) is covered, and the one beside us is free

From this spring, the water is taked in a bucket, handled with a stick

Mineral water "boils" strongly due to intense gas releases (CO2)

It is a carbonated, ferruginous, highly mineralized mineral water (2.8 g / l total mineralization)

This water is highly appreciated, attracting local residents and occasional tourists

From the western spring mineral water flows through a pipe, but is not as good as the first spring

In the right bank of the brook is a wet area used as a meadow and in summer it is filled with flowers

On the left bank are the ruins of the former spa

Concrete rings fit the old wood captation

It may seem surprising, but the water from the mineral springs does not mix with the brook water

"This bucket is from Madicea" (in Hungarian)

We continue to admire the methodology of "extracting" mineral water at Madicea

Carbonated mineral waters, by their ascension nature, they protect themselves

Carbonated mineral waters, on their way to the surface, use only certain areas of circulation

In this way, their "contamination" with freshwater is low

In the area of Madicea Spa some poplars were planted, now sowing to park

Madicea Spa also had much better times

In this building treatment was done in bathtubs with heated mineral water

We can see inside the old cabins that functioned until about 1995

The baths were used to treat rheumatoid and heart diseases, and circulatory or nervous disorders

This is another typical example of how something beautiful and good remains untapped

In 2016, with funding from the European Union, was built this "Public Tourist Refuge"

We hope this is a first step in the rehabilitation of the spa

On this occasion, the wooden pavilion that houses the two mineral springs was rebuilt

Making Berries and Cream with a Berry Tea - Berry Dessert - DragoNate Daily Vlog - 2017-06-14 - Duration: 4:03.

yeah we got raspberries blueberries blackberries and no strawberries

water

Oh

dream

so I decided I'd filmed the making of our berry dessert that we had the other

day we had it again today and again it was delicious although I would recommend

not putting the cream into the tea afterward because the cream just kind of

curdles a little bit I mean it's not bad it didn't taste bad or anything and I

don't think it's going to kill you but it it doesn't feel the best and it's not

you know like creamy and smooth like cream should be overall today was a

pretty good day though the live stream went very well thanks to you guys and

with says it is a game that I've talked about last week where I got so mad about

it because there was a part that was extremely difficult well I was able to

beat at this time because this time I realized that I wasn't putting the game

on the lowest difficulty before last week it wasn't actually saving to that I

wasn't saving my changes I was putting it to that but I was just exiting

without saving so now I was able to put it to the lowest difficulty and it made

it so much easier so that worked very well and I'm happy about that and got

past that and now we're on to other things which is cool the only other

thing to really say about about today is that my neck was a bit stiff this

morning last night for teaching I taught a part of what I taught was on back

break-falls and so in demonstrating them I ended up jarring my neck a little bit

which you know it's not bad it's fine but it's a bit stiff to move my neck to

there or to there but it's funny because my head can go this far you know so it's

it's a bit stiff today so hopefully it's much better tomorrow so I can feel good

doing things and especially for my training tomorrow night not too much

else to say other than the fact that I had a couple of naps tonight mom and I

had a nap later on tonight and I had one earlier just before mom got home so yeah

it was a pretty good day and I hope you guys had a wonderful Wednesday as well

and I hope your Thursday is great and I will see you again tomorrow Godbless

you
