How to read Korean in a few minutes!ㅣWooLara - Duration: 8:09.
Hello everyone! This is Woo Lara from Korea
Before I start, I want to thank OLA KWIATUSZEK (Am I pronouncing your name right....?) I'm so sorry T-T
Thank you so much for translating my video into Polish!
We can now see my this video in Polish, Portuguese, Korean and English
Those who want to translate my videos into another languages,
Please click this and help me to translate my videos into other languages!
And today! I'm making a very very special video
It's probably one of the most requested videos so far?
It's the basic Korean lesson and tips for learning Korean
Luckily I have a very close partner who learned Korean as a foreigner
Yes it's my boyf... yes it's my my boyfriend! (ME trying to speak Portuguese T-T)
He can speak Portuguese, English, Korean and Japanese too!
Also I found out that he actually used "This website" for learning Korean and Japanese!
italki is a website that you can learn every language in the world
with native speakers, and affordable prices
One important thing about learning Korean is that
text book Korean and real life Korean is very different
I know every language is like that,
But Korean is much more different
So if you want to speak very natural Korean, not like... textbook Korean?
You have to learn the language especially Korean with native speakers
Luckily in italki, you can customize your lessons, for example
If you are traveling to Korean in soon
Then you can only learn, only focusing on the lessons that has to do with traveling Korean
So my boyfriend actually used this website!
So I contacted them
and luckily they gave me a very good offer! XD
If you click the link in the description box
and if you make your first 10 dollars purchase
You'll receive 10 dollars italki credit in 48 hours
So it's like you buy one and you get one!
Now let's start the very basic Korean lesson!
So when I was in England, lots of my foreign friends said
Oh Korean looks so hard~ Looks so complicated!
Firstly let's just see this Korean sentence: 감사합니다
It's, 감사합니다(gam sa hab ni da)
In Korean, it means "Thank you!"
Well it kinda looks very complicated,
But actually it's really not!
It's like this(감사합니다) but how about this?: ㄱㅏㅁㅅㅏㅎㅏㅂㄴㅣㄷㅏ
This looks much more simpler (I guess...?)
Korean actually has only 24 characters in Hangul(=alphabet in Korean)
So compare to Japanese or Chinese,
it's just so much simpler to learn!
So we combine these characters into one syllable
So in this case, it has 감사합니다, which is five syllables!
I'll not go too deep, because this is just a basic lesson
Let's just focus on how to READ Korean!
In Hangul, there are 14.........
14 consonants!!
And 10 vowels
I'll write for you :D
So I'm gonna write Korean consonants and vowels for you
First consonants!
ㄱㄴㄷㄹㅁㅂㅅㅇㅈㅊㅋㅌㅍㅎ
These are the consonants
We only have 14 consonants
And we also have 10 vowels
Vowels are like this
ㅏㅑㅓㅕㅗㅛㅜㅠㅡㅣ
This one has "g" sound
in order: g n d l m b s
And this one actually has no sound
in order: g n d l m b s - j ch k t p h
Vowels also have one sound each
in order: a ya eo yeo o yo u yu eu i
These are the all the characters that Korean have
It's all Hangul
And let me form a sentence for you
I made an example as 감사합니다 do you remember?
So i'll write 감사합니다
감사합니다
It has, this, this and this! (G + A + M)
so it'll be g+a+m = GAM
And this one! S + A = SA
This one is H + A + B = HAB
This one's N+I = ni
This one's D+A=da
So it's, Gam Sa Hab Ni Da!
It's very simple right? (If you practice hard, it'll be quicker and easier)
Let me give you another example
Let me teach you how to read a kpop idol's name!
It's, 방탄소년단
Let's go here again!
This one here, is B + A + -
So I said this one actually had no sound
But when this come to the bottom side of here
It has sound, it's ng sound
So it's "ng." I'll just write like this: -
Next one is T+A+N = tan
This one, S+O = so
This one is N+Yeo+N = Nyeon
Last one: D+A+N = DAN
So, I said this one is "ng" right?
So it's, Bang Tan So Neyon Dan
It's really easy :D
Me writing '브라질'
Do you know what this is? It's your country. It's BRAZIL (in Korean)
And it's like, 브: B+Eu = Beu
라: L+A = La
질: J+I+L = Jil
Beu La Zil! 브라질 = Brazil
Here's the homework :D
How do you read these? 1. 포르투갈 2. 우라라 3. 안녕하세요 4. 한국에 가고싶어요
Anyway hope you enjoyed my video!
I hope that you can read many Korean sentences after some practice
Also don't forget to get a good deal on italki
it's a very great website that my boyfriend actually used
Also I contacted them for you, so there's a very good deal :D
Be connected me on Instagram & Facebook and of course on YouTube!
All the links to italki, Facebook, Instagram will be in the video description box
which is down this video :D
If you liked my Korean lesson, please click Like!
Then I'll make other Korean lesson videos in soon :-) (Tell me what you want to learn in the comment)
Thank you so much for today and see you next time!
감사합니다(Thank you) Bye!
Don't forget the homework
How do you read these? 1. 포르투갈 2. 우라라 3. 안녕하세요 4. 한국에 가고싶어요
Answers will be in the video description box as well :D <3

Rubik's cube one handed finger tricks - Mes finger tricks à l'OH ! [Tuto] - Duration: 10:14.
*Intro* Rubik's cube one handed finger tricks - Mes fingertricks à l'OH
Hey hello everyone ! It's Samy for the SamSamCubing channel and so i hope that you are fine, in any case me it's great !
So today we meet for a new video in my channel which will be the first real tutorial of my channel
Which will concern my tips and tricks with one hand
so before I start this video I would like to thank you because you are more than 500 people to subscribe to my Youtube channel
Here I already had a comment to thank you in my previous video but I repeat it again in video, thank you ! thank you greatly !
If you are not yet a subscriber, I encourage you to subscribe to my Youtube channel but I upload a lot of videos
because I have time in front of me because I'm on holiday
In view of I have no more hours of schools
here i think to those who have the Baccalaureat
and here is good courage to them !
In any case, I'm going to start the tutorial so if you ever love this tutorial
do not hesitate to let go a blue thumb on this video, to comment and share and here we start right away
Tutorial #1: My Tricks and Tips with one hand ?
so first of all the first tips to give you iIt is the maintenance of the cube
So how to hold your cube in one hand ?
Then to start, you need to know which hand you prefer
So if you use your right hand, i advise you to use your left hand
but i think that it is the hand most used and which will be the most suitable for a one hand
So to hold your cube with left hand
It is simply enough to hold your cube with your thumb on the lower left corner of the center
You see it's just in the center corner at the bottom left and so I put my thumb here
So why am I putting it here and not here here or here
Simply to release the movements of the slices R and U
Because these the movements that are going to be most used to one hand and I'll tell you about it right away
So you hold your cube like this and you hold with your index finger behind the slice U
Then here, your medium finger which will require a good maintenance of the cube
so here on the piece of the edge blue and orange
and your ring finger who will be able to release the movements of the slice D
So here after you are auricular which will allow you to do the movements of the slice R
These fingers will serve you simply handle your cube with one hand
So for my fingertricks, to make the movements of the slice R
I use my auricular who is here you see and I will push the corner which is at the bottom
Simply to push quietly without having any problem by pushing the corner at the bottom and rapidly pivoting the slice R
so after to do a R', I will push the corner to the bottom from the other direction
so after there are two ways, if you are more comfortable and well you can do this
That is, you can forward your auricular in front of the corner in front of you
and rotate the slice R down to thereby make a R'
It's a choice, I can not do it very well, So I advise you to push the bottom corner to make your R '
So here for the movements of the slice R
Then for the slice U, I will take my index finger and will push the bottom corner
after to do the movement U
so before it was to make the movement U' pushing the bottom block
to do the movement U, this time, you place your index finger in front of the corner at the top right of your cube
and you will push this corner on the left
So in the beggining, I try to push it in the same way as to make the R 'movement but this was quite difficult to do for the U movement
Therefore, to do your movement U', you push the corner to the left at the bottom on the right
and to do your movement U, You put your index finger in front of the corner and you push to the left
then a small algorithme that I find not bad to try to practice well with one hand
It's the famous: "Sexy Move"
So R U R' U'
Like this
R U R' U'
So after, It is necessary to try to limit itself to the movements R and U
It will take when you go to solve your cube, use only R and U movements !
For exception, we will have the movements of the slice D
the movements D will be used to execute plls, olls or simply put your white cross back in the right order
Therefore of the blow for the movements F and the movements B
and quite simply to make your movement F'
You're not going to do it normally, you will rotate like this to transform your F' into a U'
So like this
All you have to do is change the rotation to in such a way as to manipulate these slices in R or in U
So suddenly if for example you have this insertion to do
You have this block of f2l that must fit here
You are not going to do F' U F
This time, either you shift to the right if ever in your f2ls there are nice things to do
And you make a small rotation quite simply to transform the movements of the slice L so It is also necessary to change it's movements L
Let me transform my movements of the slice L into U or U '
So I do a little rotation and so there instead of doing my L move as I used to do,
And well I do my rotation and I make a U' then R and U in order to finish my insertion
So I think this is the 3rd or 4th trick to give you
it's really transform your movements that in R or in U and for exception the movements D.
So after, it should not be said that you will succeed in perfectly handling your cube with one hand, it's a lot of training
I think that we will make an example of resolution
Of which I would put the scramble of this solve in the description
An example solve, to show you how to solve one-handed cube
And how we chain the f2ls, the cross and how I do all the rubik's cube parts using the one-hand with fridrich method
*scramble in progress

How to Continue Dieting Through Stressful Times - Duration: 5:55.
Hey everybody and welcome to another episode of 'Walk with Me.'
This week's episode we are going to be talking about how to de-stress, the best way to stay
on track during tough times in your life, and the 80/20 principle.
Let's get into it.
So how's everybody been doing this week?
My week is going really well.
It's been a perfect mild few days here in Portland.
Things have been pretty quiet this past week.
We're about to get ready--- we're leaving for that trip to San Francisco in a couple
of days, the one that I mentioned last week.
So that'll be happening soon.
Other than that not much has been going on, things have been so chaotic for so long for
me, it's been nice to have a little bit of a breather, so I'm purposefully trying not
to take on a lot of extra projects.
Trying to give myself a little bit of a break for a few weeks.
Never in my life would I have thought things could be so chaotic and stressful and crazy,
but so good at the same time.
When you think of stress you usually think of it as a negative but things have been really
stressful in my life but they have also been really great.
I love being busy, I love working on this business, I love going out and about and doing
things and traveling, but it is stressful.
Even if it's a good stress.
I'm trying to schedule in a little bit of that time to kind of decompress and relax,
spend a little bit of time on the couch with the wife.
Try and enjoy some of this weather.
Take a little bit of that workload off.
I can get a little obsessive at times with anything.
When I work on something, when I do something I'm always all in.
I'm the type of person, I'm either going to give every ounce of effort I can or I'm not
going to do it.
So that can take a toll over time.
Having this little bit of deload for a few weeks, I think it's going to be really beneficial.
Excited, I had that trip to Bend, and we have the trip to San Francisco and I wanted to
dedicate that time in-between to just kind of focus on my day job and having some fun
and doing some relaxing.
But this brings up a topic that I wanted to talk about and that is how to stay on track
with your weight loss when times get stressful in your life.
What to do if you're feeling overwhelmed, if you're feeling like I can't...
You don't have the willpower, you don't have the time, you don't have the energy, how do
you stay on track.
For me personally, I am a big fan of the 80/20 principle.
So the 80/20 principle pretty much states that 20% of the work is going to get you 80%
of the results, and on the flip side of that, 80% of the work is going to get you that final
20% of the results.
This is something I apply to a lot of different things in my life related to health and weight
loss, everything, I always love the 80/20 principle.
So what I like to do if things are feeling just too much to handle:
Step back a few notches, focus on those core basic things you need to stay on track.
I guarantee something like prepping your food is going to have a way bigger impact than
that 6th day in the gym or something like going out to a restaurant, even though it
might not be the healthiest choice, if you can fit it into your day versus going home
and just eating random snacks or junk food because you don't have time to cook.
Going to that restaurant becomes the most ideal option in that situation.
Or skipping that gym day to make sure you have your food prepped is going to be the
better option.
So evaluate your situation, evaluate your life, figure out what those key essential
points are that are going to have the biggest impact for you to continue your progress or
even further your progress and go all in on those.
Don't stress as much about those final little things, it's a long game, you want to go for
adherence.
So that's what I like to do in those situations, if I'm feeling overwhelmed with adhering to
the diet.
You're on month 8, you've had enough, just go back and focus on those basics.
Focus on what's going to have the biggest impact to have you stay on track, to keep
going and working towards it with the least effort possible.
Just take a little bit of a break, take a little bit of a breather, and again just like
when you start, as you feel comfortable you want to add in more and more.
For all of us, we have to learn how to balance all of this stuff for the rest of our life.
It might not be as conscious or as prominent in our minds, but we all got ourselves into
this situation because we didn't have control.
So the more we learn the easier that control gets but we're always going to have to keep
that control of our situations.
So if you're feeling like every day is a struggle don't feel bad if you want to step back for
a few weeks, focus on those basics, and focus on resetting your mind going back into it
more motivated than ever.
I hope everyone's week has been going well, if you haven't had the chance make sure to
go back, watch last Friday's video.
Dana and I had been working on that collaboration for probably a couple of months now.
He's a great guy, he has some awesome info, and a lot of his content is relevant to you
guys, it translates well so make sure--- go check him out.
Watch my video on his channel too, that would be awesome.
But make sure to give the video a like if you enjoyed it, it really does help me out
a ton.
And make sure to subscribe if you haven't already, I put out new videos every Monday
and Friday.
Leave me a comment down below, what is your favorite way to relax?
I'd love to hear that, get a discussion going, but until next time I'll talk to you all later.
Have a good one.

Bipolar Dating Insecurities and No Favors Please - Duration: 3:14.
Hey guys, it's Hannah.
And right now,
I'm actually getting ready for a date.
Right now, I am actively dating;
whatever that means.
And I wanted to talk about
dating and bipolar disorder.
I did a video on it
a couple of months ago.
It was wintertime and it was snowing.
A lot of people had a great reaction to it
and had a lot of questions.
And I realized that this topic is huge;
about love,
and relationships and dating.
And there's a couple of things
that I have learned to
really tell myself
and carry with me
going into dating.
Going on a date.
So I'm going to talk about
two of those
that I really, really enforce.
The first thing is,
and I have to work on this,
is that mental health conditions
do not define you.
Bipolar disorder does not define you.
And you don't want someone ...
You want someone
to get to know your character
before revealing your condition.
And this is what I related to
because I had a problem with this.
When I readjust my medication,
for the first couple of months,
I gained like 10 to 15 pounds.
And then over a little bit,
a period of time,
I lose the weight.
But during that period,
when I'm actively dating,
I always feel this urge
to go on to date
and say to the person:
"Hey, just to let you know,
I've gained 10 to 15 pounds."
And when I think about it,
the reason that I do that
is because I'm insecure about it.
And I want to put it
on the table right away.
The other thing that I learned
to carry with me
while actively dating is
that the other person,
especially because people know
that I have bipolar disorder usually,
the other person is not doing me
a favor by going on a date with me.
I do not need to write
a thank-you card
at the end of the date saying
thank you for going on a date
with me;
even though I have a mental health condition.
We go into dating
as if we're the underdog.
That automatically the other person
has an advantage over us
because we have a mental health condition.
And that's not the truth.
There are a lot of aspects of us
that are great and beautiful,
that we can give to another person.
Because everybody is flawed
and mine just happens
to have a label on it.
And those flaws
shape me to be the woman
that I am today.
And if you can't accept that,
then carry on with yourself.
Everybody's experience is different.
I've been on both ends of the spectrum
because at the end of the day,
it really depends on the person.
But these are just a couple of things
that I carry with me.
So I would love to hear
about actively dating
or what dates have
been like for you
living with a mental health condition.
And share your comments below
or do a response video.
I'll leave the information down below.
And I'll see you next week.
Wish me luck. Bye.

How not to get shot in Brazil during carnival | How to travel better - Duration: 7:15.
- I got shot and this is what I learnt! - Holy smoke! - All of a sudden I feel
heat in my back and I'm like: "I just got shot in the back!" - I was about to make a
video telling you how much safer carnival in Brazil has become in the last few years and
I turn on YouTube and I see that Jo from Damon and Jo has been shot at Rio
carnival where I'd just come from. It's just completely crazy.
Fortunately Jo seems to be okay. Speedy recovery! So this video is about how to
avoid getting shot at carnival in Brasil and staying safe.
In the past I actually have seen people taking out weapons and shooting during
carnival in Brazil. I saw it in Salvador de Bahia two years ago. It was the
police who were chasing some guy in the crowd, they took out a gun and they
started shooting so I had already learned some lessons from that
experience. So number one suggestion I would make is minimize your time in
places that are just going to be more dangerous than others and I don't want to tell
people you shouldn't go to Rio you shouldn't go to Tijuca, you shouldn't go
to Brazil that's not the case. It's my favorite country in the world.
You should go! Areas in Rio for example like where Jo was in Tijuca or maybe
in Lapa in Santa Teresa I go there but I don't go there as much as say other
areas of the city that I feel are just more safer maybe like Leblon. I also
don't go to Copacabana as much. If you were to choose between the three beaches that
are the most famous like Copacabana Ipanema and Leblon I would stick more to
Ipanema or Leblon. Of course you have crime in all three parts but I just find
that Copacabana has an extremely high rate of pick pocketing in my experience
and I don't feel as safe there. I've seen a lot of people robbed in Brazil at
carnival in particular a lot of foreigners. So the second thing that I
advise you to do when you go to carnival in Brazil is not to keep your cellphone
or your camera somewhere that can be easily got at so what I do instead
I actually keep it in the front of my shorts, somewhere it's secure so don't
ever put it in your back pocket. Please! That's going to be so easy for a thief
to get at and a lot of these crimes are accompanied with violence they will just
grab you and maybe hit you at the same time as a distraction so you really got to
be careful. I mean you can take your camera out,
just be careful. Always look around when when you take it out so that there's no
one nearby who looks like they might be able to get at it or someone ... or
someone who looks a little bit suspicious like they're going to try and
grab it or there's a huge crowd of people because that's what happens at
carnival sometimes there's so many people you can't really control what's going on,
where you are and then you know it's very easy for someone to take it
because you won't you might even notice. So the third thing I advise you to do
when you go to Rio carnival is to take off your jewellery like things like your watch
things like expense ... anything expensive that you're wearing on your wrist, any
expensive chains you might have, take the leave them at the hotel where your
apartment your hostel where you stay just don't bring them to the carnival
because that's something that can easily grabbed, it's a value. Having said that my
buddy decided that he would take out his extremely expensive watch and we went
pipoca which means 'popcorn' in Portuguese. That means basically we on the street
which is in Salvador de Bahia during the carnival and we were
basically the only foreign who did that and it's probably the most dangerous place
to be but somehow he got away with it.
The biggest risk taker in all of Brazil tonight. Can he go two nights in a row with his fantastic
US$8,000 watch in the middle of carnival? I guess no potential thief thought
that anyone would be crazy enough to bring an almost $10,000 watch with them to
the ... to the street carnival and actually no one tried to steal it which was weird
but okay most people would have a plastic watch or a watch that's not valuable so now
the fourth thing I advise you to do during carnival in Brazil is and in
Brazil in general is if you can avoid it do not take public buses in big cities
in cities like Rio, Salvador even waiting at the bus stop is a place where
a lot of people get robbed and also on the buses and that's also local people
it's not just because you're a foreigner and a visitor to the city and the country
that happens to a lot of Brazilians. They tell me that they get robbed on the
buses. Normally I never take buses but that I was looking for an uber and suddenly
the bus actually stopped right in front of me. I'd actually been in Copacabana
and I wanted to go to Leblon so I know it's not that far. It's a few stops to get off
and actually when I sat on the bus, there was a guy beside me, young young black guy and
he said to me: "Dude, I'm from Rochina", which is a favela, which is a shantytown
in Rio de Janeiro. He said: "Even I'm scared on this bus. So man you need to get off it!"
So please if you can avoid it, take a taxi
take an uber whatever. Do not take buses if you can avoid them. It's a place
where a lot of crime takes place. The fifth thing I advise you to do is if you
see some trouble like that time where I saw police take out the gun on the
street in Salvador and shoot at the guy, shoot up some guy they were trying to,
I guess, apprehend is don't hang around. Don't hang around if anyone takes out a
gun or there's some sort of commotion! Try to get out of there as quick as
possible because you might get hit in the crossfire you might not be the
target right but you know people start shooting who knows where the bullets
will go. Don't hang around to for some entertainment because it can go terribly
wrong. So touch wood that you go to when you go to Brazil you don't have any
problems. I've actually never been robbed. I've never been beaten up. I've never
been shot thankfully in Brazil. So I really want to encourage you to go to
the country because it's just an amazing place. So hopefully there are no problems for me on my
next trip to Brazil. Considering going back for the Oktoberfest. You might find
that a bit strange. Why Oktoberfest in Brazil? Actually Brazil has the second
and third biggest Oktoberfests in the world. This is kind of like the German
beer festival. The biggest is of course in Munich in southern Germany and I'll
be going back for that in October. [Portuguese] Hello! I'm here in the south of Brazil
in Santa Cruz do Sul.
[German] - I don't know what it's called but here
in Santa Cruz we speak High German [Hochdeutsch]. - High German in the city? - In the city.
- How many people come to the Oktoberfest normally? - 200,000 - 200,000!
So if you enjoyed this video you found it useful give it a big thumbs
up and if you want to go a little bit deeper into traveling and language
learning, I have some free training that will help you with these specific things
how to avoid these kind of situations where you stand out more as a tourist
that you kind of blend in more and you have a more local experience and for
that you need to be on my mailing list. It's completely free. I have the free
training as well there so there's a link to that below the video in the
description so please stay safe and see you in the next video language!

How to cut paper with a retractable paper knife properly - Duration: 4:03.
Hi! This is a lesson from the drawing course, which you can find at www.daniil-belov.com.
Now I'll show you how to
cut a paper sheet into perfect halves properly.
To begin with, you should take the sheet
and fold it precisely into halves.
You should do it like this:
bring one edge
to the opposite edge and line them up precisely.
You should do it so that here
and here
the corners line up,
and then you push
the paper with your hand here,
and with the other hand
you make a movement like this and fold it,
putting pressure with your nails on the paper.
(You can also do it with the fingers themselves.)
Then you press down the paper on this edge,
- at this one -
you move your hand to the side,
folding it,
putting pressure on it.
And on this side.
So it will be folded straight.
It's important not to apply pressure here
before you bring the corners to each other,
or you'll get wrinkles.
And then,
when you have brought the corners together,
you can put pressure here
and flatten the sheet
on this edge.
When you fold the paper like this,
you can cut it.
Many encounter the problem
of cutting it straight.
And they take a knife,
extend it like this,
and use it like this
and start "sawing" the sheet.
This will not do any good.
The cut will be rough and curved.
To cut the paper straight,
you need to extend the knife fully,
put it inside like this,
and drag it as parallel to the edge of the paper as possible.
Like this.
Not like this,
but like this.
And now you should hold the paper,
so that it doesn't move,
and drag the knife.
And it'll cut the paper without much effort.
The knife should be
approximately parallel to the paper.
It shouldn't swing like this.
Just extend it,
place it in the paper,
and drag it in a straight line.
And the paper will be cut evenly.
Look what happens if
I hold the knife not like this,
but this way.
I'm not able to drag and cut,
I'll need to saw.
And the knife doesn't cut anymore,
it tears the paper.
And now look what will happen if I pull the knife up.
The cut will be rough again.
And that's what will happen if
you do not fold the paper correctly.
A torn cut.

Shabu Shabu. Unique Asian Restaurant in Dubai. - Duration: 2:46.
Hi guys, I'm Oksy, welcome to my channel.
Today I'm gonna show you one hidden place, where you can get a unique Asian dining experience.
We are in Satwa
It's an area in Dubai, which is known for its Filipino community
And we're gonna have our dinner here today in the restaurant, which is called
Shabu Shabu
Why this place is unique
You can customize and cook your dish by yourself
I really like this place and we have a table next to the live cooking station,
so we can see everything what's happening there
There is a big variety of asian dishes
You can find here dim sum, sushi, noodles, rice, bento boxes
and many others, but the special one I will show you later.
So guys the special dish is Shabu Shabu and we're gonna cook it now.
We've got beef, chicken, prawns, homemade pasta and some vegetables.
First you need to put vegetables, so the water will get some taste.
After you put all vegetables, you need to take meat, one piece
and keep it for 10 seconds in the water and eat straightaway.
If you keep it longer then meat can get overcooked.
So guys we just finished our dinner,
we paid 120 AED for shabu shabu, one portion of dim sum and some drinks
if you are very hungry it won't be enough for two people,
so you should order more dishes.
But overall I really enjoyed my time there, it was really interesting experience,
and you should definitely visit this place.
See you in the next video! Bye-Bye!

PDCO – Could New Management Push Shares Higher? - Duration: 1:34.
Hi, my name is Kevin Kedra, and I'm a healthcare research analyst here at Gabelli.
Today I want to talk about Patterson Companies, ticker PDCO,
a leading distributor of dental and veterinary products based in St. Paul, MN.
Patterson recently announced a leadership change with the company's CEO stepping down following several challenging quarters for the company's dental business.
We believe that this change in management could be a catalyst for the company
to not only address weakness in its dental services business,
but to also consider other strategic alternatives.
Both dental and animal health are attractive end markets with favorable demographic trends and cash-pay orientated business models.
We estimate that the company will earn $2.35 per share in 2017
and grow EPS at 8-10% annually through 2021.
We calculate a 2018 Private Market Value of $58 per share.

The London Service Corps Makes Progress in Week Two of the Programme | J.P. Morgan - Duration: 2:25.
It's week two on the London Service Corps programme, we've got some really good pointers to take forward.
I'm really excited about what the team are going to be able to deliver this week having reflected on what they've learned.
One of the things that struck me about the J.P. Morgan team
is actually that they are moving our thinking on beyond anything that we've previously considered.
Today, mid-point in our journey, we reached a key milestone because we got the feedback that we needed.
Allia is a social enterprise charity, and the main three things we do are:
social investment, business centres and business support.
One of our core activities is to improve people's financial health.
Hi, we are about to take a tour of the new Toynbee Hall location.
We've got our hard hats on and we're ready to go.
The Bromley by Bow Centre supports the very deprived community in East London
that historically has been quite neglected, and helps people to realise their potential.
It's day two of week two, we're actually dealing with ceramics/pottery class.
This is a great example of how the centre is doing a whole lot of different things
including an opportunity for some of the community members to come here and participate in pottery classes.
The scope of work is very ambitious, we've gelled as a team; we're working really hard together.
We're sort of 50 – 60% along the way.
Today we've been doing a lot of research, hit a few walls.
It's amazing what they've done to the space. They've got all the furnishings, got all the electrical outlets.
You really get an idea of what it means to open a future business centre.
Fair Finance is a social business helping and tackling financial exclusion in the U.K.
We've delivered a first draft of the annual report to the company and now we're moving on to the investor presentation.
We've actually pulled some subject matter expertise from JPMorgan Chase together
to consolidate it into a single dashboard for Bromley.
We're getting closer to what we think is the best solution.
The Service Corps team has been fantastically helpful to Allia already.
We've enjoyed working with them and made big progress in seven days
and we're really looking forward to what they're going to come up with.
It's a beautiful day here in London, see you next time.

Shoplog: PUMA, NOTABAG, BIO AMABLE, HEMA (vlog #45) - Duration: 10:25.
And if the wind blows then wow you are in your underwear.
Hi everyone and thanks for watching this new video. This time I made a shoplog for you.
Because I've got my holiday payment so I went shopping
As you maybe know, I try to live as sustainable as possible. So that means I'm eating vegan and I'm also searching for sustainable brands.
Brands who take care of the planet, But the thing I found most important is that it is good labor. So no child labor or people who get the minimum payment.
But I have to admit I don't buy everything from sustainable brands.
So lets start with something from a not sustainable brand.
I bought from "HEMA" this piama, this is the pants and this is the shirt.
I had one from the "Hunkemoller" but that one was totally ruined. so thats why I've chosen to buy a new one.
But things like underwear, I don't find them from a sustainable brand or things like sport socks.
I bought those as well from "HEMA" these ones are really soft and I've got already 2 pear so I really liked them.
Then, I know it is to bad. I bought this one from "ZEEMAN" and I saw this at "Boncolors" channel. And I really like to put it in your hair during a festival.
It is maybe not from a sustainable brand, but this is something that I will keep for like 10 years or more, I can use it as snot-rag as well :)
Then I bought more at "HEMA"
I bought these pants, and those are made out of bamboo.
So thats something that I consciously chosen. So it is made out of sustainable material.
I want to wear those pants under dresses who are a bit to short.
When the wind blows, you standing directly in your underpants, so these are pants that I can wear without shaming.
So this time it was get 3 and pay for 2 so that's why I've got 3 of them.
So now the fun part begins, if it is up to me
My sportwear
I don't know a sport brand who is sustainable, I was searching for a long time.
I workout and run a lot and I want to wear a lot of sustainable brands, But I wear clothes from brands who're getting the D label.
If you are thinking D label what? Just take a look at the website: rankabrand.nl
You can search for brands and see what kind of label the've got and what the judgement is.
There is one really famous sport brand who's get the C-label and that is really high
And that is PUMA, so that's why I went totally crazy at the PUMA store and i bought the following things.
I bought a long sport legging, It has a print on the legs.
And I bought this shirt with the same print as well
So it is a matching outfit, and I really like it. I feel really sporty when I'm wearing it, So I love it.
And I bought more, because it is summertime, so I don't need a long legging.
So I bought this short from PUMA.
And to wear on it
I bought this shirt, It is really wide, I have a lot of stretch shirts as you can see.
But I like to have a wide one as well so the wind can blow under.
Then I bought at bol.com also from PUMA
I bought this jogging pants.
I've got a three quarter legging, so I can wear this above my legging and then take this of in the gym and workout in the legging.
And I bought at bol.com these earbuds. And I have to admit I didn't have them before. And I go more and more to festivals.
So I try to live sustainable so I want to have my ears with me my whole life. So that is why I bought these ones for 12,50
And I choose to buy these one and hope that they will stay for the rest of my life. Then that I buy cheaper ones every single time because I broke them.
Because that's also not sustainable
Then I'm going to show you some things very quickly. I bought from Bio Amable, if I pronounce it correctly.
I bought some cosmetics and If I'm happy about it then I want to make a new video about that.
First a eyebrow pencil
Mascara, it says that it is water resistant so I'm going to test it.
Yellow nail polish, I've got already red vegan nail polish so this is my second one.
Face cream and hand cream. I really like lavera, so I've got big expectations.
Then i bought something that is not from a sustainable or faitrade brand.
I bought this cooker from Philips. When i was a student I bought one from 10 euro. really cheap ass.
So it was time for a new one so I hope that I can use this one for the common 10,20,30 or maybe 40 years.
After I recorded this shoplog I've got two packages and I didn't expect that they would be so soon here.
So I'm going to unbox this, well actually I already unbox it....
In the first package is the notabag, I ordered one..
You can wear this bag like a backpack or just a bag
And I want to use this for my work, because the bag that I use now is not that big.
So this is how it looks like. You can wear it as a normal bag but I want to wear it like a backpack.
So I can take my food with me and there is also a small space for keys or something. So this is going to be my new working bag.
So it is sustainable hand made and It is a nice brand, Nota bag. If you want it I put a link in the description.
I'm joining a vegan sports group and Marlies van Bloois posted a picture of a t-shirt with the tekst: vegan runner.
And I thought, wow this is amazing, because I'm a vegan runner as well. And then she said that she had a shirt left over so she gave it away.
And I was the only one who said that I wanted it, So I was the lucky bird.
So this is the front, and on the back is written: vegan runner, how amazing is this, so Marlies you made my day.
You really made me happy so I'm going to run often in this shirt..
For the last part of my shoplog I take you outside, because there is one thing I can't go without, If I can be materialistic.
I had a really old bike and it was really a bad one. But since this month I'm a proud owner of this one, with extra lock
I hope that this bike will bring me lots of kilometers and will be my friend for a lot of years. So this is the end of this video as well.
I hope you liked it so please give me a thumb up. And please subscribe my channel for free as well.
And I hope to see you next monday for a new video at 5pm. Bye bye!

Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum Exposition - Duration: 17:11.
Hello, guys
Yeah...this video is in Portuguese, but there is a good reason for this
It's because today's video involves a subject that is very Brazilian
It's about a series that left a mark on Brazilian kids from the 90's and that up to these days still leaves us with a lot of nostalgia
Do you have any idea of what it is?
YES! Our dear and beloved Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum!
Which 90's kid did not want to be Nino or live in the Castle or, anyway...
At least visit that wonderful place?
And this is what we did
Yeah, actually, I'm filming this video...in the future...
Because when I started editing, I noticed that I hadn't made a very nice intro
so I decided to film again
And here I am now
Being the Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum fan kid that I still am inside
I convinced my mom and a friend of ours to go with me to the exposition of Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum
which is taking place now at Museu da América Latina
Yes, there has already been an exposition at MIS (Museu da Imagem e do Som) sometime ago, but I lost it
So I thought it was very nice that they gave this other oportunity for those who didn't go to MIS
Yeah, although I know...it was there for a long time
Zero planning
I took this second chance
And this is what will happen in the video now
This visit of mine
If you have already been to MIS...there is a friend of mine that also went there
She said it is kinda similar, that there are many things that were in MIS, but...anyway
It is worth it anyhow...if you are truly a fan
The more times you go there the better, isn't it, because you'll be there again at the Castle
You'll be living that again, it's very cool
If you haven't been to MIS, take this opportunity
It will be on until September because it's been extended
So I think until September 30th
Rush to check the tickets because many weekend tickets end...in an instant
So you better rush
If you don't want to have a spoil, in case you still wanna go there
at Museu da América Latina to see this expo
Then...yeah, my friend, it's better if you do not watch the video, unfortunately
However, if you have already been to MIS, you already know more or less what will be there
Or if you think you won't be able to go
Or, whatever, if you just want to watch the video because you are already here anyway
you already clicked on "play", then watch it now
A horde of children, and we are scared
Look at thiiiiiis
I think my TV was like this most part of the time
THIS is very nostalgic
This image is very real
Wow! I think I had a TV like this
We placed the remote in here
Wow! I have a pair of shoes at home that turned into Tap and Flap
These are the cockroaches because we are at the Castle's pipes
Yuck!
Godofredo!...it's too dark in here
One of the biggest villains of our childhood
Doctor Pompeu Pompílio Pomposo
There come Tíbio and Perônio
Man, I had a TV of these in black!
This is getting too real! I'm reliving my childhood for real
I have a confession to make
I always wanted to open all of these little cabinets...in Nino's...house...in the Castle
Always wanted to open all of them, especially those in the kitchen, which were tiny
and probably had many little, little, little things that you could place there, you know
Yep, the kids reached us
The library! My God, this library was a dream! Look at the amount of books it had!
Can't deal with it
Guys...what it the sound?
Who knows it's name?
Meanwhile, in the Castle's chandelier...we arrived
Lana
Lara
They were so pretty
Guys, the tree is moving by itself! How come?!
Very suggestive, for you to wash your hands
This song...aaaa the tree is moving again
Man, what a crazy tree
MY GOD! I wanted to open all this...this...this...cabinets and now I can open all the little doors! (You can't!)
ARGH! NO!
Maaaaan...how do we know which we can open?
Of course, the one that is open, shining
How awesome! Guys, this kitchen was perfect! I always wanted to open this little doors!
Especially those tiny little ones, like those over there
Probably nothing fits there but, man, it's a teeny tiny door! I wanna open it!
Ah, these plates and glasses, were all so pretty
Ah! And this dishwasher was awesome
There's an episode of Easter, it's my favorite, there is a clue and it passes there behind, ah so cool
Our favorite pizza deliverer! Our dear Bongô
The fingers! I never managed to memorize a single song of them because they sang so fast, but they were very charming
Ah they are hereee
This is Morgana's bedroom...the cauldron
her bed there behind, millions of people...and she's here
Adelaide! Let's take a picture with Adelaide
Thousands of kids casting spells
The part all of us waited for: Nino's bedroom!
Who never wanted to enter this bedroom? C'mon, guys, these walls with comics pieces were the best of all
It's a little crowded, you see
I think every child that watched Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum wanted to have a bedroom like this, with walls full of comic books
And of course, with a door that spinned. You sat, pulled a soldier and it spinned. Who never wanted one?
Look, I never noticed that Nino owned a Daruma...you think he really owned it?
The 300 year-old kid most beloved by the Brazilian people
Ah, it's over guys, it was so cool...so cool
Giftshop!
I'm charmed by this
They are match sticks carved with the characters
But it's expensive, too bad, but look how charming
Celeste...who is this one?
Pedro
Zequinha...can't see Zequinha
Porteiro (doorman), he is so cute! But it costs 60 reais...
What did you think?
Ah, I liked a lot, you could remember of your childhood
Except for the part where the snake dies choking, but...it was nice
In explanation, it's because Celeste was...what was she doing?
I believe the intention was to make her talk but it didn't quite work (No)
Apart from the children, lots of children, there had to be a little less
Little savages
A too full tour group (Do you think one can get sued for saying this?)
I think so
But they were fictional children...fictional children
So that's it, guys! Say bye (Bye) Bye!
Tell them to subscribe to the channel
Subscribe to her channel (Leave a thumbs up) Like, share
AH A BEE!!! (My God!)
Well, after the near death by a bee we will go, that's it, guys
Bye!

Suffering: Why do we suffer? - Duration: 5:13.
Hi! I'm Santiago, creator of the Alma Works meditation techniques.
I am happy to greet you from Seville, Spain.
Today I am going to talk about suffering.
Why suffering? Because in a certain way, it's something that affects us all
whether we call it pain, fear or something else.
With this video we're going to understand its cause.
This is the first step to start dissolving suffering.
Before we go on, if you haven't watched my previous video 'The Toy Store', I invite you to do so.
This way, you'll take more advantage of this video.
To understand the cause of suffering, we must know that it originates in the human body;
the suit that the Soul borrows to be able to play and interact with this planet.
Suffering does not come from the Soul.
The Soul, without this human body, does not suffer.
The human body is composed of multiple bodies
but the ones we're most aware of are the physical, emotional and mental bodies.
These bodies make us feel and believe that this game is real.
That we are our physical body, not our Soul.
Through our physical body and our five senses
we fall into the illusion of believing that pleasure and pain exist,
as well as the pleasant and the unpleasant.
Through our emotional body we fall into the illusion
of believing that safety and fear exist,
and all the feelings deriving from fear such as sadness and anger.
And last but not least, through our mental body
we fall into the illusion of believing that the good and the bad exist.
Each one of these bodies makes us fall into the illusion of a different type of suffering.
We suffer physically when we experiment pain or something unpleasant for our physical senses.
We suffer emotionally when we experiment fear or any of the feelings deriving from fear.
And we suffer mentally when we experiment something that our mind considers to be bad.
Therefore, suffering is caused by anything that makes us feel fear,
and by what we consider to be bad, painful or unpleasant.
So far, we can conclude that suffering originates from the beliefs of bad, fear, pain and unpleasant.
We've reached our first key point of this video:
SUFFERING IS CAUSED BY THE BELIEFS STORED IN OUR MINDS.
Now, you might be wondering how beliefs are born.
There's two ways:
1. Beliefs can be generated by the experiences we've lived in our past
and by the interpretations we've given to them, in a conscious or unconscious way.
For example, if when speaking in public someone made fun of you and you felt bad about it,
your mind will connect public speaking with feeling bad about yourself.
So, every time you need to speak in public you'll think you will suffer.
2. Beliefs can also be generated by absorbing someone else's beliefs,
consciously or unconsciously.
You can absorb beliefs from your family, society, culture, religion, etc.
This is important because a large part of our everyday suffering
comes from the beliefs we've absorbed from others.
Some common examples of what society has made us believe are:
"Women should get married before they turn 30"
"Women must look a certain way to be considered beautiful"
"Once you're married, the next step is getting into a debt to but a home"
"After purchasing a home, you should start planning when you'll have kids"
"Humans' value is determined by the amount of money they have"
But... what happens if we don't meet some of this beliefs?
WE SUFFER.
This leads is to our second key point of this video:
OUR BELIEFS ARE BORN FROM:
1. The experiences we've lived. 2. The beliefs we've absorbed from others.
Something interesting is that we all have different beliefs stored within us.
Therefore, what causes someone to suffer doesn't necessarily have to cause suffering in someone else.
This leads us to our third key point:
SUFFERING IS SUBJECTIVE.
Even physical pain, which most of us consider it as a suffering, masochists find pleasure in it.
To understand this point clearly, I'm going to share with you different examples
of how suffering is subjective in all three fields: physically, emotionally and mentally.
Running 42 km for someone who never runs can be a complete suffering and cause him pain.
But for a marathon runner, this is a complete pleasure.
For someone who doesn't know how to swim, being in the ocean and seeing a 6 meter wave come its way
can be a reason to suffer and cause him fear.
But for a surfer, this is just a fun game.
For certain cultures, having as many wifes as you can afford is perfectly acceptable.
But for other cultures, this is not ok and it's considered as cheating or infidelity.
Furthermore, suffering is not only subjective, but it can be transformed.
If we learn how to swim, the beliefs we have about water will change.
Our fears will vanish and water will transform into something fun.
This would be our fourth key point to remember:
SUFFERING CAN BE TRANSFORMED, IF WE TRANSFORM OUR BELIEFS.
So the main conclusion of this video is the following:
Suffering originates from our beliefs, is subjective and can be transformed.
I hope that you could benefit from this video and become a bit more aware of why you suffer.
I'll see you in the next video with more interesting topics for your Soul.
