Youtube daily report w Jun 19 2017

The history of the battle tank goes back 100 years.

In 1915, the British produced what is considered the first battle tank, named Little Willie,

and by 1916 the British had a fleet of armored vehicles fitted with caterpillar tracks, known

as the Mark I.

The French, Germans and Russians all soon had their early form of battle tank, although

they bear little resemblance to the tanks of today.

In 1917, America quickly realized it needed to start building tanks of its own.

This heralded the mass production of the first U.S. tank, the M1917.

Since then, the race has been on to create the perfect model of these heavily armored

vehicles.

Today, we'll compare two of the most advanced tanks, developed by the American military,

and the Russian military, in this episode of the Infographics show, The M1A2 Abrams

vs the T-14 Armata.

Don't forget to subscribe and click the bell button so that you can be part of our

Notification Squad.

Before America designed its first iteration of the Abrams, the country had seen all manner

of tank innovation, including light tanks, medium tanks, heavy tanks, to the sweet sounding

tankette.

A vast number of these tanks were deployed 70 years ago – each with varying success.

Pundits generally agree that America's M4 Sherman tank was its best invention during

that era in the early 20th century.

At the same time, Russia also created a long line of battle tanks to take on the superb

engineering of the German forces.

While Russia leased the M4 Sherman from the U.S., it's often said that its foes were

"stunned" by this beast on tracks, the T-34.

60,000 of these had been produced by 1945, and it's often suggested it was pivotal

in many of Russia's victories.

As author Philip Kaplan writes in his book, Rolling Thunder: A Century of Tank Warfare,

the T-34 "is now often referred to by tank experts and historians as possibly the best

tank of its time."

So, this brings us to an interesting head-to-head of Russia and America, regarding two of the

best tanks ever created, America's M1A2 Abrams and Russia's T-14 Armata.

Let us start with a short history of the M1A2.

This third-generation tank first entered service in 1980, as the M1 Abrams.

One of its outstanding assets was its Chobham armor, a material that has remained a secret.

The M1 has had a lot of experience, having been deployed in many conflicts between 1980

and 2003.

While vastly superior to many other modern tanks of the world, problems did occur, and

so the M1 became the M1A1, then the M1A2, while the M1A3 is still being developed.

Russia's new generation T-14 has not been in existence for very long, but is said to

have been fully developed by 2015.

While a lot is already known about the tank, it is also to some extent a secret weapon,

one which western militaries have stated is undoubtedly a fearsome machine.

Unveiled at Russia's Victory Day parade in 2015, Russian officials claimed it was

20 years ahead of anything of its kind in the West.

Moreover, they boasted it was immune to anti-tank weaponry, protected by an impervious armor.

The tank is equipped with state of the art weapons, and because it is partly automated,

it has been called the "robot tank."

Designed in direct competition to the Abrams, the T-14 is part of a massive multi-billion-dollar

injection into the Russian military under Vladimir Putin.

That said, America is the biggest spender in the world when it comes to military budgets.

While it's thought there have been over 10,000 M1 Abrams built in total, many of these

are early iterations, with an estimated number of around 2,000 tanks being M1A2's and the

M1A2 with the System Enhancement Package.

The current cost of the tank is around 8.92 million dollars.

As for the T-14, it's thought only around 20 have been built so far, with each unit

costing around 3.7 million dollars.

Now it's time to look at some specs.

We'll start with the M1A2, noting that there are variants concerning specifications.

The tank is 12 feet wide and stands 8 feet tall, with a length of 26 feet, not including

the gun.

It holds a crew of 4 people, a commander, gunner, loader, and driver.

It has a top speed of around 42 mph on road and 25 mph off-road.

The T-14 is slightly bigger at 28 ft long, 11 ft wide, and ten ft tall.

One significant feature of this tank is that there are only three crew members, all of

them placed inside an armored capsule in the middle of the tank.

The turret is unmanned, with the onboard computer system controlling what happens.

Ilya Demchenko, an Armata designer, once told the media that for the crew, controlling the

tank is, "like playing video games."

It travels at a top speed of 50-56 mph depending on terrain, and most pundits give it better

mobility than the M1A2 due to its superior power-to-weight ratio.

As for firepower, the Russian tank has a 125mm smoothbore gun with an autoloader, which some

say is a game changer.

The M1A2 has a 120 mm smoothbore gun.

The M1A2 is equipped with new guided projectiles enabling it to hit objects at a long distance,

although the Russians boast that their tank is fitted with the most advanced censors yet

to be seen in tank warfare.

It's said its Afganit Active Protection System covering every bit of the tank can

detect incoming missiles easily, at which point the automatic defense system comes into

action firing missiles back at whatever is doing the firing.

If that fails, the tank's radar detonates a reactive armor brick so that just before

a missile hits, its explosive reactive armor neutralizes the impact.

This, however, is yet to be proven.

As we've seen, the M1A2 has the improved System Enhancement Program, with more advanced

digital command and control capabilities.

There have also been a slew of improvements under the Tank Urban Survival Kit plan, which

sees upgrades such as reactive armor, as well as a Transparent Armor Gun Shield which gives

visibility and protection.

While on paper, Russia's newest tank looks to be winning the war, the secretive armor

capabilities are not proven and some experts have suggested it may be somewhat hyped.

Other military pundits have stated the unmanned turret and computerized controls are an extremely

valuable asset, yet others have said a man less in a tank is a negative aspect.

The firepower of both tanks is quite similar, although Russia states the T-14 will at some

point be fitted with a 152-mm cannon.

Some critics say Russia just doesn't have the money to invest in such advanced fighting

machines, while America obviously does, given its huge defense budget.

Some of this money will no doubt be put aside for the newest tank on America's military

horizon, the M1A3 Abrams.

Currently under development, and possibly ready to be deployed by 2020, the M1A3 is

said to be lighter and have improved mobility – possibly able to match that of the T-14.

One of the concerns regarding its predecessors is that they were seen as being sluggish.

The M1A3 will also be equipped with more advanced onboard computers, have better suspension,

improved firepower and defense capabilities, while remaining fairly lightweight.

Both these tanks appear on just about all lists of the world's best tanks, with nationalinterest.org

admitting in 2016 that because of the introduction of the T-14, "the Abrams can no longer assume

the inferiority of opposing tanks."

It's also worth noting that while the T-14 is untested, the Abrams has never been put

up against some of the world's other most highly advanced machines, such as the German

Leopard 2, the French Leclerc, and the British Challenger 2.

So, what are your thoughts on Russia's piece de resistance, a veritable champion of ground

warfare or merely hype?

Simpsons FACE MASKS by The Face Shop! Gimmick or GREAT? | What the ***K?? - Duration: 9:25.

Jen: Hello my friends, welcome back to What the ***K where we test out Korean beauty products

and flick our hair and decide whether they are worth your time and money.

Today I have encouraged my family to join me for what the ***K.

Because, Lila, why?

What are we trying.

Get them off the table.

Lila: We're doing these face masks.

Jen: Do you know who those people are, Lila?

Lila: No.

Jen: Have you ever seen them before?

Jen: Daddy, do you know who they are?

Lila: That's the wrong one, Daddy.

John: Yes, I know who they are.

Jen: Who are they?

John: They're kind of the Simpsons.

Jen: The Simpsons. (Singing theme song)

John: Let's do this!

Jen: I bought these off of Amazon beginning of May, but they are still available.

They are by a brand called The Face Shop.

I've never ordered anything from The Face Shop before, and the Simpsons thing kind of

brought me in.

My little son decided that he did not want to be part of the video, so we are just gonna

have Lila be in the video.

Lila, which one are you gonna do?

Lila:This one.

Jen: Do you know what her name is?

Lila: No.

Jen: Her name is Lisa.

And I've got Marge here.

And then John has...

John: I'm gonna be Homer.

Jen: Hooooomeeerrrr.

Homer is upside down.

John: I'd rather be Bart.

Jen: There's no Bart!

John: I wanna be Bart!

Jen: They didn't make a Bart.

John: Or the janitor dude.

The creepy janitor.

Jen: Oh yeah!

That would have been good.

Or what was the boss's name?

What was the John: Are you talking about...um...

Jen: What was the boss's name?

Jen: Mr....something.

John: Mr. Burns?

Jen: Mr. Burns!

Mr. Burns.

Jen: Okay, let me tell you a little bit about these masks.

So, I got them off of Amazon.

The Lisa one was $7.80 for two masks and then the Homer and the Marge ones were $7.69 for

two masks.

That makes them a little less than $4.00 per mask which is very expensive.

So these ingredients better be on point, right?

The only thing it says on the Amazon link is that it's a Simpson's collaboration.

It comes with 2 masks.

You're supposed to pick the perfect size for your face, so the Homer is the large, the

Marge is the medium, and then the Lisa is the small.

It also says it's formulated without parabens, talc, mineral oil, or parafin.

All of these masks do contain phenoxyethanol and fragrance so if you do not like those,

you do not want to buy these.

But there are some benefits and each mask is different.

I only went by the top 10 ingredients.

I just threw the rest of them out.

The best ingredients in the Lisa mask are betaine, panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate, and

glycerin.

And for the Marge mask we have...I'll put it right here.

The Marge mask we have Niacinamide, Betaine, Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate, and Pomegranite

extract.

And then in the Homer mask there's Betaine, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, olive fruit

extract, adenosine, glycerin.

So, lots of really great ingredients in these.

So, I have high hopes.

I have high hopes.

We may not see immediate results today, but we'll be able to tell you about texture, how

it feels, and see if we feel any difference after we use them.

So, let's go ahead and rip these babies open.

John: Are we doin' this?

Jen: We're doin' this.

Lila: Yeah.

Jen: It's very oooey gooey.

There's definitely some serum left in the package.

Lila: Ahh!

Daddy!

Jen: The directions say that you're supposed to .... cleanse our face.

We've all cleansed our faces.

Place mask smoothly on the entire face to fit the curves, adjusting around the eyes,

nose and mouth.

Remove after 10-20 minutes and pat in the remaining serum for absorption.

John: How long do we leave these on for?

Jen: 10-20 minutes.

The side of the mask with the character print is coated.

Place the face mask with the character print facing out.

Lila: How does this work?

Jen: You're doin' great.

John: You've got this.

Jen: You've got it, kiddo.

Jen: Awww yeah!

Oooh!

They've got eyeballs.

You've gotta pull the eyeballs out.

John: Hold your mask and I'll get the eyeballs.

Jen: Well, my hands are getting lots of goodness right now.

Jen: Oh no, there's a mouth one too.

You've gotta pull the mouth out.

Lila: So we can talk?

Jen: Mmmm hmmm.

Jen: Let's wait for Daddy.

Lila: Do we pull the nose off?

Jen: No.

The nose can just kinda...

Lila: Okay.

Jen: Flop down over your nose.

See, I don't understand which way is the face out because they both look the same to me.

But I'm thinking that this way is the way.

It definitely has a smell of like clean, floral skin care.

Lila: I think...Which way is it, Mommy?

Jen: I think you've got it right, kiddo.

Lila: Okay.

Put it on?

Jen: Daddy are you ready?

John: Are we doin' this?

Jen: Yes, let's do it.

Ready?

Set?

Simpsons.

Lila: It's cold!

Jen: It is cold.

Lila: It's really cold.

Jen: Oohhhh, you guys know how much I love texture on my face.

Lila: It's so weird.

Jen: Oh my gosh.

I think Daddy looks the best.

Lila: I look weird.

I think.

Jen: I don't like that they made them so that their faces were ... um... sideways.

Like Daddy's definitely looks the best, I think.

Lila: What does mine look like?

Jen: Look in the monitor right there.

Lila: It looks weird.

Jen: It does.

John: It is weird.

Jen: Alright.

It's very cold.

What do you guys think it smells like?

Lila: I don't know.

John: It smells like women.

Jen: It smells fruity and sweet and floral to me.

It's staying on really well thought.

I'm surprised at how well it's staying on.

Last time we did this together we did monster masks with the kids and they didn't stay on

very well, but I feel like these are staying on...

John: DOH! (laughter)

Lila: What???

What was that???

Jen: Lila doesn't get it.

Lila: What is that, Daddy?

Jen: That is what Homer used to say.

Um... what was I talking about.

I don't even know.

John: I just want donuts and beer now.

Jen: Yeah?

That would be good.

Here, push it around your face, babe.

John: I did!

I pushed it.

Jen: It's not staying on?

It definitely fits our faces nicely.

Lila: Mine is staying on.

Jen: Yeah?

That's good.

Jen: Okay... so... do you guys thing you can keep this on for 10 minutes?

Lila: Yeah.

Jen: We're just gonna do 10 minutes and then we'll see how it goes.

So, let's go ahead and ... we will see you in 10 minutes.

John: We're back.

Jen: We're back.

It has officially been 10 minutes.

We could leave it on for 20 minutes, but we've got stuff to do.

John: We've got things and things and other stuff.

Jen: So we can always do it again because we have enough masks to do it again if we

want to on our own time.

So are you guys ready to remove?

Let us remove and then we are supposed to rub the serum into our faces.

We can just set 'em right over here.

And just rub.

Oh it feels very slimy and you know how much I love slimy.

I don't love slimy.

Lila: It feels good.

Jen: You like the way it feels, Lila?

Lila: Yeah.

Jen: Very wet.

There's lots of product.

I'm gonna put it all on my décolleté.

John: On your what?

Jen: On my hands... on my décolleté.

This your décolleté right here.

John: You mean your neck?

Jen: No, it's your décolleté.

John: you mean you pecs?

Jen: No, not my pecs.

Lila: What?

Jen: Alright, it's starting to disappear now.

John: How's your décolleté?

John: I'm all rubbed in.

Jen: How do we feel?

Lila: Good.

John: I feel pampered.

Jen: Do you feel hydrated?

Lila: Yeah.

John: I feel very hydrated.

Jen: Do you feel sticky?

Lila: A little.

Jen: A little bit sticky?

John: I don't feel like it feels gross sticky.

Jen: Not gross sticky, no.

Lila: Just a little bit.

Jen: It's just drying.

Let's give it a second to dry.

Everybody dry.

Dry your face.

Jen: So, for me personally, I feel like it was just...It's a face mask.

It's a face mask with lots of good ingredients in it.

I feel like it is overpriced at $4.

Is it ridiculously overpriced?

No, but I mean, it does have a lot of good ingredients in it.

The ingredients are high up, so you are getting good stuff.

It's just, it's only one time use.

You know, it definitely had good ingredients it's just whether you're willing to pay $4

for a one time treatment since it is, I think on Amazon, now over $8 for the two masks.

Jen: I still feel tacky.

Do you still feel tacky?

Lila: What does that mean?

John: I rubbed mine in pretty good.

Jen: Sticky.

John: But I mean, I can still feel it.

Lila: A liiiiitle bit.

Not much.

Jen: So, that was fun.

Did you all enjoy doing the face masks?

Lila: Yup.

John: Mmm hmmm.

Jen: I enjoyed it too.

John: Rub it into my beards.

Jen: There ya go.

Yeah, yours didn't stick very well on your face.

John: That's cause it was...

It stuck to my face where there wasn't beard hair.

Jen: Yeah.

John: Other than that... and I had to like press it down here, but...

Jen: Yeah.

But that was fun.

John: Do you wanna go to Mo's Tavern now?

Jen: That would be awesome.

Let's do it.

Lila: What's that?

Jen: Go grab a Buff's Beer or whatever it's called.

What's it called?

Is it Buff's Beer?

Lila: What's that?

John: Duff.

It's Duff's Beer.

Jen: Duff.

I said Buff's Beer.

You can see how long it's been since I've watched the Simpsons.

John: You never really liked the Simpsons that much did you?

Jen: No, I did.

Well, it was very popular to wear Simpsons shirts when I was a kid.

So, I had a Bart shirt that my parents bought me in Ocean City.

It was like a knock off like Bart shirt that was like super cheap lookin' that you buy

from those like corner stands for $10 or whatever.

So, I had one because I was tryin' to be trendy.

John: He's bummed that he didn't get to do one.

Jen: Awww!

Sam didn't get to do a face mask.

John: Are you bummed that you didn't get to do a face mask?

Jen: Well I want to thank you so much for watching What the ***K this week.

I hope you enjoyed it.

If you did, definitely make sure you subscribe for more What the ***K.

We are going on vacation to New York and Canada, so there won't be a What the ***K for, I don't

think the next 2 weeks.

But we will be back beginning of July for another What the ***K. Or I'll be back.

And I'll bring them back whenever I possibly can because they're super fun so...

Thank you again so much for watching.

Mad love.

Oh, do we want to say it together?

Lila: Yeah.

Jen: Daddy are you going to say it with us?

John: Sure.

Jen: Alright here we go.

Ready?

All: Mad love and we'll see you in the next video?

Bye!

3 yummy Summer Popsicles - 3 ghiaccioli estivi sfiziosi | Cooking with Giugizu - Duration: 7:09.

>> Hi ya'll and welcome or welcome back to my channel

Hi!

today Daniele and I decided to share with you 3 easy and delicious recipes

for some lovely and unusual Summer popsicles

Which are the ingredients for our first recipe?

the ingredients are:

2 bananas or more if you wish to make more

some strawberries

some yogurt

some sugar and the popsicle molds

and we will also need some vanilla extract

As Daniele was saying you will need the popsicle molds

if you are interested we got ours from Amazon

on my blog you'll find the ingredients list for all the 3 recipes

and the link to buy the molds and where's the link to the blogpost?

in the downbar

yep! let's get started then!

First of all we need to mix together sugar, yogurth, vanilla extract and the bananas

Ok, the bananas are done, now as we are making a layered popsicle

we'll wash the mixer and we'll blend the strawberries with the sugar

The fruit is done, now we pour the layers in the molds and we can move on to the next recipe

The second recipe is a lot more refreshing and we will need

some fruit of your choice, we went for strawberries, kiwi and peaches

then we'll also need some lemons, sugar, water and some mint

First of all we need to prepare a lemonade and to do that we'll melt in a pan 50 gr of sugar and 100 ml of water

while the sugar syrup cools down we'll squeeze

3 lemons and we'll weight 650 ml of water

then we'll mix everithing together to get our lemonade

The lemonade is done, now we need to slice the fruit we chose

strawberries, kiwi and peaches and then we'll create our second popsicle

it's time to assemble the popsicle, so we'll slide the sliced fruit and the mint in the molds

and we'll pour the lemonade on top

the third recipe is the yummiest and also the easiest to make

and the ingredients we'll need are

nutella, a banana and some cream

I'll tell you the steps straight away because it's super easy

as we'll only have to blend the ingredients together

The popsicles are ready for the freezer where they'll stay for at leat one day

to make sure they'll perfectly freeze

while for you it will only take a second, so get ready to see the final result!

A day has passed and here are our popsicles

if you find it hard to remove them from the molds you'll only have to warm them a bit with some warm water

I remind you that on my blog you'll find some more pictures of the popsicles

with the ingredients for the 3 recipes

Health of Basil and How to Use it in a Smoothie - Strawberry Orange Basil Smoothie Recipe - Duration: 7:32.

Hey everybody! Today we're making the Strawberry Orange Basil Smoothie

Recipe. It's going to be awesome. For those of you who are new, welcome, my

name is Jenna and I'm the founder of GreenBlender and GreenBlender is a

smoothie delivery service. Every week we send all the pre-portioned ingredients and

superfoods to make amazing smoothies right in your home and every day we make

one of those smoothies right here with you. So if you're new, welcome to our

little piece of the internet. Please feel free to put your name where you're

watching from in the comments below. Let me know how you feel about basil in your

smoothies, if you've ever tried basil in your smoothies. A lot of people have used

basil in their - on their pizzas, on their pastas, in their salads, but very few

people actually tried it in their smoothies. It has a very strong, distinct

flavor, so I would recommend just using a tiny bit of basil to get started. You can

always start with just one leaf and add more as it goes on. So, basil is actually

native to tropical Asia. It's actually part of the mint family and it's been

cultivated for over 5,000 years. Basil gets its name actually from Greek

which means royal or King. And oddly enough, the Greek and Romans thought that

you had to yell profanities and curses as you are sowing the seeds to grow

basil for it to actually grow well. We know that to be false because basil is

actually pretty easy to grow. I was actually kind of getting my garden

together this weekend because of the nice weather and herbs are about all I

can grow. I once tried to grow a whole vegetable garden and it just turned into

a very expensive salad for the squirrels and we did not get anything out of them.

So I try to keep it right to herbs, and basil is one of those herbs that I

like to grow. They grow really easily inside and outside and if you're growing

some basil be sure to keep an eye out for the

flowers that comes with the plant and when you start seeing those buds come

through just pinch them off. When basil kind of goes to seed, it will lose all of

its flavor in the leaves, so it's important to make sure you're picking

those flowers off. So the other thing that I would like to note about Basil is its

also very sensitive to cold. So, if you keep it in your fridge the leaf will

turn black. It's not that it will rot - its not like they're rotting, it just gets

sensitive to cold it'll turn black. You can still use it but it's more - it's

better to leave them on your countertop in room temperature. If you buy basil

kind of in bunches, keep it in a glass of water on your counter top to keep

everything green and fresh. Basil also is very good for digestion and it's a good

anti-gas herb. It's high in vitamin K and A and magnesium -

sorry manganese. And it's a great addition to our smoothie! So I've been

talking long enough about basil. You know how I get about ingredients - I just love them so much.

But let me tell you what else is in this Strawberry Orange Basil

Smoothie. We're going to do a handful of strawberries, and one orange - shocker, and

a handful of grape tomatoes. I went crazy talking about grape tomatoes in our

previous video. I'll put a link up if you want to learn more about that. A

tablespoon of goji berries, and three tablespoons of walnuts, some water and

ice - that's it, easy! So I'm just going to throw in my water. I'm going to throw in

my strawberries. We're using organic strawberries, so when we're using those, I

just throw the whole thing in - tops and all. Strawberries are just one of those things that I love so

much that I literally cannot waste a single thing of that

strawberry. I'm going to throw in my basil. I'm going to do about one two

three leaves in there, just put in my orange which is going to be really high

in vitamin C. I learned this handy-dandy way to cut oranges the other day, and I

have been eating lots of oranges now, just so that I could cut them. So

basically, I score the top and bottom around in a circle and then I

connect the two circles with a few placed lines, like so. And then once you do

that, it makes it really easy to peel off the skin - or it should so but we'll see

how that goes. If it doesn't work, you can always go to plan B and you can just cut

it off with your knife, but then - then you lose some of the orange. I like to

use almost as much as I can of all the ingredients that I use. Throw that in here.

Alright

Its important to make sure you get all the pith off as much as you

can, that's where all the bitterness comes from. If you really love oranges,

you can zest some of the skin in just cut take a knife or something and do

something like that - pretty easy. The oranges are going to make this smoothie

really vibrant and juicy and delicious. We're going to throw in tablespoon of

goji berries. Goji berries is another one of these really ancient food. It hails

from China. Its been used in traditional Chinese medicines for centuries. They are

high in antioxidants. They add a little bit of sweetness. You get them dried, so

they kind of reminds me a little bit of raisins. You can also put them in tea, which is

really great! This is going to be a delicious smoothie, so let's blend it up and see

how it goes!

So look at this orangey, beautiful color. The goji berries really help turn this

smoothie red. So let's give it a shot and see how it goes! Mmm, I can smell the basil

in here. Basil and strawberries, it seems like such a great summer salad and

that's what I'm trying to - summer is almost here,

spring is here!

Very nice. You can tell that the basil's in there; it has a

predominant flavor, like I said before. If you are unsure about basil in your

smoothie, just have add one leaf, and if you don't like basil, don't add any leaves.

That's the beauty of it! This smoothie is high-energy, going to make

your skin glow, and it's immune boosting. So it's really a great way to kind of -

excuse me - just kind of work on those summer, spring

allergies, make your skin beautiful and fresh, and it is a beautiful refreshing

delicious smoothie. Please let me know what you think about the basil smoothie

in the comments below. I would love to hear from you! Until tomorrow, cheers

everybody!

How to Carry Out a Risk Assessment - Step 6 of 6 - Duration: 3:29.

Welcome back, and to Step 6 of our 6 Step process on carrying out a risk assessment

Well done for getting this far and working through the series of steps

If this is your first time with us, please go to my YouTube channel

Where you will be able to watch the Introductory video to the series

And videos going through the first 5 steps

Now that your risk assessments are complete

There needs to be a process in place to ensure that they are reviewed

And updated as and when required

Things do change over time and therefore current risk assessments need to reflect changes

Especially if these changes introduce additional hazards

There are no hard and fast rules in relation to the period required for your review

Many organisations set a 1-3 year review period

Whatever, period you choose bear the following questions in mind

Has there been any significant changes since the last risk assessment?

Are there improvements that still need to be undertaken?

Has there been an issue identified by workers which

Was not covered in the original assessment?

Has accidents or near-miss events identified things that

Were not present in the original assessment?

That's it, you've completed our 6 Steps to carrying out a risk assessment, Let's recap

Step 1 - You need to list all activities that might cause harm and therefore require a risk

assessment

Step 2 - List all potential hazards involved in each activity

Remember to break down each activity into component tasks

and then list the hazards

Step 3 - List who may be harmed and how they could be harmed

Don't forget that it's not just employees but others that might be affected by what

you do

Step 4 - Evaluate the risks by listing the things that you are already doing to reduce

harm

Step 5 - Document Your Findings - If you have 5 or less employees

this is not required, but I would recommend that ALL risk

Assessments are documented

Step 6 - We just covered this step which is the review

Thank you for taking the time to go through these series of videos

I hope that you have found them helpful in allowing

You to start the process of carrying out risk assessments

I know that I have kept this series very simple

And therefore you might feel that you just need more information or additional support, That's

okay

American M1 (M1A2) Abrams vs Russian T-14 Armata - Main Battle Tank / Military Comparison - Duration: 6:54.

Omelette flipper with built-in handle - Duration: 9:33.

Today I'm going to try to make a plate to flip my omelettes like this one.

I don't think they're used much outside of Spain, so it might not look familiar to many of you...

They're used to flip omelettes on the pan like this, and also to serve them.

And there's always been something about them that bothered me.

When you put them on the table, they wobble because the handle, which doubles as base,

has such a small contact surface.

This is especially noticeable when cutting the omelette.

After a lot of thought I've come up with a solution for this problem,

which you can see in this 3D model.

A machined handle carved into the flipper itself.

I'm going to make it slightly slanted for a better grip.

These curved rebates will be made on the sides so that we can grab it when it's on the table.

Here we can also see that the lid is a little concave, about 3mm in the center.

These are usually made with pine wood, but since I don't have wood that wide, I'm going

to glue these two pieces of maple and cherry wood, always a good combination.

First I cut both wood pieces lengthwise on my table saw.

And now I'm going to make all their faces parallel and give them the desired width with

my jointer and thickness planer.

Here I'll mark the joint between the two, and after a few final cuts, I'm going to prepare

my template to make box joint jigs.

As I said in previous videos, this piece should have the same thickness as the disc we're using...

and the template will move like this...

I made this template on a CNC, but if you don't have one, you can make a template such

as this one by gluing pieces of plywood of the desired thickness

until you meet the necessary length.

I fasten the piece to the template with clamps and start the process carefully.

I'll use this technique to join both wood pieces.

The bond will be much more resistent and pleasing to the eye.

To use this system, you must stop the pieces you want to join on one of the ends,

and the next one on the opposite end.

Also, you need to be extra cautious when the disc juts out of the back of the table sled.

Carelessness could be costly.

Time to glue the parts together.

I apply glue on all the faces of the fingers and apply pressure with some clamps.

The joints between fingers should be tight, but not too much.

If there is too much pressure, because of the large contact surface, it could be impossible

to join both pieces.

It's also important to make sure the faces are flat.

Once the glue is dry, I mark the desired diameter and cut with the jig saw.

Using the same center, I mark the exact place to screw in the lathe faceplate.

These screw holes will disappear when I machine the flipper handle.

I mount the plate on the lathe and start giving shape to the flipper's upper surface with

a roughing gouge.

As I said before, this face will be a little concave, about 3mm in the center.

Now it's time to turn the edge.

I'll try to obtain the diameter I want with the roughing gouge,

and I'll use this bowl gouge to make it curved.

As the lathe turns, I'll sand this face and edge, with P120 and P240 grit sandpaper.

I'll also apply pure linseed oil all over its surface.

I remove the flipper and faceplate.

As you can see, the tip of the lathe's spindle juts out a little

and left marks in the backof the flipper.

This will be helpful as I place the flipper the other way on the lathe.

For that, I'll also use this homemade chuck, but since it's maximum grip diameter is not enough

I'm going to remove these silent blocks.

In their place, I'll use double sided tape, which will help me avoid damaging the finished

side of the flipper.

And when I attach it, it will also stop it from moving as I machine it.

I put the stoptail in place, tighten all the screws and start machining the handle.

For that I'll use a parting tool and bowl gouge.

I'll try to give the handle the desired angle to obtain a steadier, more comfortable grip.

Finally, I flatten the lower face to make it more stable when it's on a table.

It's important to make sure the center does not stick out more than the edge.

Here I also sand and apply some oil.

Finally, I remove this wooden part by hand.

The first few tests in the workshop are successful!

I think this will come in handy.

The handle is comfortable, and avoids the unsteadiness issue I mentioned in the beginning...

If I have time, I'll try to post a video of me testing the flipper in the kitchen.

Look forward to it!

Education reform: Is technology the solution? | IN 60 SECONDS - Duration: 1:17.

Education reformers love education technology. This has been true for a long

time. The radio, the TV, the desktop computer: each was going to revolutionize

schooling. Guess what: They didn't. Technology is a powerful tool, and like

any tool what matters is how we use it. We have to use it right and that means

understanding why it matters. Technology is great at offering access. For kids in

rural schools, who don't have access to advanced placement classes, online

delivery of courses can make all the difference. Technology is great at

supporting personalization. For teachers with 25 kids, it can be hard to tend to

the needs of each and every one. Computerized assessments can make a huge

difference. But iPads aren't going to eliminate the need for teachers. Kids

need role models, mentors, and a kick in the pants. Technology can't do any of

that. But technology can make a huge difference. It can help teachers do their

job better, and it can support kids as they learn. And honestly, that's more than enough.

HUGE ZAFUL TRY-ON CLOTHING HAUL - Duration: 7:42.

Hey guys, it's Annika. Welcome to my "Channika."

Today I'm going to be taking off my clothes for views.

Just kidding. Kind of.

Today I'm going to be doing something a little bit different

than I normally do.

Normally I do makeup, yeah?

But today I'm going to be doing a try-on haul.

This is a try-on haul of clothes that I got from Zaful.

I just wanted to say that Zaful did partner with me. Eww.

I sound like such a beauty guru. Ugh.

Zaful did sponsor this video.

You know I'm so straight up with you guys.

I love telling you guys what's up with my life,

what's up with my YouTube career. So, yeah.

You know what? Like,

f-ing suck my d--

Thank you so much Zaful for sending me these clothes.

They let me pick out a few of their items,

but, yeah.

And I'm gonna try them on.

What do you want?

AUGUST: [weird noises]

You're funny.

AUGUST: I'm hilarious, dude.

Yeah.

AUGUST: Can I try on clothes?

Yeah.

AUGUST: Love me.

No.

Anyways, Zaful is one of those websites

that seems kind of sketchy.

It's actually not.

They actually make some pretty good quality sh--,

and their stuff is really cute,

and they have a lot to choose from.

My lighting is so weird.

[groaning]

Ow. My head hurts so much.

Okay. So the first thing I'm going to be sharing with you

is this shirt. The shirt looks like this.

I will put a clip of me wearing it.

Tt's called the "off-the-shoulder long flare sleeve crop top."

Essentially it's like DIY "How to be a Ho."

It's very, very cropped.

And then the sleeves are bigger than my d--

They flare out.

And I can fit my entire head in it.

And that's a big statement,

because I have a really big head.

But it actually looks really cute, honestly.

You need to make sure that you're wearing a bra with this,

because it's definitely very, very see-through.

I was just wearing a bralette,

and it worked fine.

I got that.

I really like it, actually.

The quality is nice, and I would definitely wear this out,

especially since it's summer.

This is very breathable,

and really easy, breezy, and beautiful.

Okay. Next I have this pink velvet tank top,

which is specifically called the "velvet cropped tank top."

It's honestly not that cropped.

It feels like a normal length shirt to me.

But this is what it looks like.

It's just baby pink.

The brand that it's called

-- it's sold on Zaful,

but I guess the people who made it

are called Brandy Mervillor.

Like, they're trying to be Brandy Melville.

I love it.

I'm all for it.

This is what it looks like.

It's just like a normal tank top, except

it's baby pink and velvet, which, my aesthetic?!

And I do really like it.

It's really soft.

I feel like it's a little bit big.

The smallest size was a medium,

so I guess maybe small would have worked better.

But it's a good shirt.

I will probably wear it out.

No promises. But, I like it.

Oooh!

It's like, stuck on my tripod now.

I love it.

Next, I have this shirt.

I think it's really aesthetic.

It has these plants on it,

and it just looks like a drawing of plants.

I don't know. I really like that.

I think it's like tumbler aesthetic goddess goals..

And it is called the...

It's called the "graphic embroidered t-shirt."

It's like an olive color,

but it has a little bit of blue in it.

And it's just a graphic t-shirt.

It is a little bit large.

The size, I think it's one-size-fits-all.

But I think that I might make it more cropped.

I don't know.

I feel like it's an uncomfortable length for me,

because it's not necessarily cropped,

but it's not a full length shirt.

So I feel like I want to make it a little bit more cropped.

Because it doesn't show midriff,

but it doesn't cover my butt.

Would I wear it out?

Once I cut it

-- I'm gonna cut it just a little bit --

once I cut it, yes. I would wear it out.

Then I have this off-the-shoulder shirt,

which is called like the ruffle off the shoulder...

It's called the "ruffles off the shoulder top."

There's a giant knot in my hair.

Am I brand friendly or what?

Um, okay. So it's actually a really cute shirt.

I would definitely wear it, first off.

It looks like this.

It's very soft, very comfortable.

So it has these little ruffle things on top,

which I think is really, really cute, personally.

It's black and white striped, obviously.

And then, it's off the shoulder,

but it could kind of be...

like, you could kind of tilt it upwards a little bit more.

It is pretty cropped, I think.

It shows a little bit of midriff,

but it's not that bad.

Yeah. I do like this.

I would definitely wear it out.

And, yeah.

"How to be a Ho, Part 2."

I actually really like this shirt.

I call it my "How to be a Ho, Part 2" shirt,

because "How to be a Ho, Part 1" was the white one,

and this is like, the same idea.

If anything, I like the idea of this one more.

But I feel like I wouldn't wear it,

because I'm not this comfortable with my body.

Like, basically, it's just a tube with buttons,

which I think is so cute.

And then it just has sleeves

that are basically attached by that much.

I think that it's really cute.

I think that I might wear it

with really high waisted shorts, like I did in the video.

I feel like I might wear it. I might.

I mean, I wouldn't put it past myself to wear it,

because I'm a slut.

Like, I'm literally a ho.

Me, when I haven't even kissed anyone.

Those were all the shirts.

Now I have two swimsuits and two two-pieces.

First, swimsuits.

I got this one, which looks like this.

And I actually really like it.

The bottoms are very, very small,

so I don't think I'm gonna wear the bottoms.

And also, the flowers on the bottoms

come off so easily,

that this side is like, there no more flowers on it.

So I don't think that I'll be wearing the bottoms,

which is fine,

because I always just wear black bottom anyways.

I really like the top, actually.

And I also like how it's one of those...

it's a string bikini, basically.

So you can adjust it.

If your boobs are really far apart

then you can do that...

or if they're really close together,

then you can adjust accordingly.

And yeah. I really like this.

Oh, it's tangled.

It's called the...

f--! my head hurts so much...

it's called the "halter stereo flower bikini set."

So yeah. I do really like this.

I would definitely wear it, especially since it's the summer.

I just think it's cute aesthetic goddess goals.

Then I have this yellow set.

The bottoms...

like, if I showed those to you,

this video would probably get flagged.

It showed so much.

But the top was pretty cute,

I gotta say.

Yellow is one of my favorite colors.

I love yellow,

so this kind of like made me c-- a little bit.

I feel like I need to...

the straps are really big.

Like, really big.

So I feel like I might need to take them in a little bit,

like, make them a little bit shorter.

But I do really like it.

They have pads in them,

so it's like, protection.

And the back strap is adjustable, you can tie it accordingly.

And I love straps like that.

And then two more things.

The first one, I actually like, I was pretty excited about.

But the pants just really, really don't fit.

It's called the "mesh splice see-through sport suit."

And so it's like a bottom and then a top.

And it's like an exercise material.

I guess the calf part fits me,

but the thighs are just too big,

and the top is just too big.

But essentially, it just has like a cut through,

if that makes any sense.

This is mesh.

But I do really like the top.

The top fits me.

The only problem that I have with the top

is that it doesn't have any padding,

so I need to tape my nips, basically.

And I feel like, if I'm going to the gym,

I don't want to tape my nips.

But it is really cute,

and I feel like it works. It works.

So basically it just has like a,

it just has like a mesh part where your t--s are,

and then a mesh part in the back where your shoulders are.

So...

Okay, where is the last thing?

The last thing was just a joke.

Like, it was just so ridiculously large.

And honestly, I feel like it would be really cute

if I made it way smaller.

But like, girl.

Hello!

And there's still more room.

I could fit another head in here with me.

That was a leg hole.

But yeah, it's just too large so...

No.

But then I was like, "Okay, but maybe the top will be fine."

Nope.

Yeah. All in all, I do really like Zaful.

I think that I would definitely be ordering from them again.

They do have a really, really, really, really, really cute clothes,

and they're very, very cheap.

And considering how cheap they are,

they're actually like,

most of them are pretty well made.

And there are some hits and some misses,

but really, quality is the same throughout.

It's just the size is kind of weird

on different items.

If you want to check out Zaful, I'll have the link in the description.

I will try and link everything that I bought down below.

But, yeah.

I wanna thank Zaful so much for sending me these clothes,

and thank you so much for sponsoring this video,

and I definitely will order from your company again.

I feel like such a beauty guru.

But, yeah.

Thank you guys so much for watching.

Please comment, rate, subscribe, and

keep on Zafuling!

Wait, that totally works.

Zafuling. Love it!

Am I Overqualified For A Programming Job? - Duration: 10:21.

Hey, what's up?

John Sonmez here from simpleprogrammer.com.

Am I overqualified for a software development position?

I got this question from Baba and Baba says, "Hi, John.

I have experience in these languages: HTML, PHP, CSS, Java, C, C++, Embedded C, VHDL,

Python, Pascal/Delphi, JavaScript, C#, but I am struggling to find a job.

I can't even get an interview.

Do you think I am being avoided because I look too overqualified for a graduate position?

Yes, I am applying for a graduate position."

No.

You're not overqualified.

You're not too overqualified for a programming position.

That's pretty much impossible.

You're never going to be too overqualified or overqualified for a programming position.

In fact, most—I did this video on like why it's so hard to get a job in software development

and I talked about—if we can find the video.

It's a little vague here, but I talked about this idea that people kept on asking like

all of these companies say that they're looking for software developers and I'm a software

developer, and why can't I get a job?

How could it be that there are so many of us that can't find jobs, entry level or starting

positions, and there are so many companies that say they're looking for software developers

and they're getting visas and hiring elsewhere?

I'm right here.

What it turns out is that the reason why that happens is because everyone wants the best

software developers.

Right?

All these companies, they don't want to hire beginning software developers or junior or

mid-level software developers.

They want the best of the best.

Everyone wants a rockstar or a superstar, and so that's what is in short supply.

You got to be at the top.

You want to be in top 10% of your field, especially of your specialty.

That's why specializing is so, so important.

I'm going to queue up the specialization playlist here where you can see all of that I've said

about specialization.

It's really, really important.

I'm not going to cover it here, but that's so critical.

The reason why I'm saying that is because you're not overqualified, but I'll tell you.

By looking at the email that you sent me, you started off your email and you said, "I

have experience in these languages," and then you blasted me with all kinds of stuff: HTML,

PHP, CSS, Java, C, C++ all over the board here.

There's a couple of things that come across wrong with that presentation which might be

your issue.

Again, I don't know you.

I don't know exactly what you're doing and how you're sending out resumes and things

like that, but my impression is simply this.

One, you're being a little bit too much "I know all this shit, you should hire me, I'm

awesome" without demonstrating any proof of that.

Two, you're scattered all over the place.

I think I did a video or I talked about this idea where I said that everybody wants a MacGyver,

but nobody wants to hire a MacGyver.

What does that mean?

If you watched a MacGyver show, MacGyver can do all kinds of shit.

He can like take a piece of gum and a wrapper and some tin foil and he can make a bomb out

of it and blow up a door.

He can do and he knows about everything: Science, chemistry, all kinds of things.

People want that.

They want someone that can do all that stuff.

All those programming languages you listed, all the skills that you have, great.

They want someone who can do all that stuff, but they don't want to hire someone who

can do all that stuff because they don't want to hire a MacGyver because they don't

actually believe it.

If you say you're good at a whole bunch of things, people are like, "Yeah, that's bullshit.

You're not good at a whole bunch of things.

You're making stuff up."

They don't actually believe you're a MacGyver."

What they want to do is they want to hire you for a very specific, narrow skill set.

You are an expert at this and then surprise, you're MacGyver.

That's great.

That's awesome.

It's like, "Oh, man.

This guy that we hired a SQL programmer, he can actually like pick locks.

That's freaking awesome.

He just jimmied the server room and then he rebuilt all the servers because he's also

an awesome like hardware guy and he can build his own network—artificial intelligence

android from scratch."

That's great but they would never hire you for that if you said that you could do all

those things.

They want to hire you for a very, very specific thing.

Again, you can check out the playlist on specialization, but the simplest way I can explain this to

you is that if you had a murder rap, you would want to hire what kind of lawyer?

Would you want to hire a lawyer that says he's the MacGyver of lawyers that says he

can do all of the shit that lists all of these programming languages, all of these—not

programming language in this case, but all of these specialties that he has.

He's a divorce lawyer.

He's a real estate lawyer.

He does all these things and he's like, "You got to hire me because I can do everything?"

or would you hire some guy just like, "Look, the only thing that I do is I beat murder

raps.

If you're innocent, if you're convicted of murder, that's what I do like there's no one

better in the world at this than me.

I live with this.

I breathe this.

This is what I do."

Which guy are you going to hire?

You're going to hire that guy, right?

This is your life on the line.

You're going to hire that focuses on murder raps.

That's what you're going to do.

Same thing when you're hiring a programmer, when the company is hiring a programmer, yes,

they want the guy that's flexible that can do all that stuff.

Like I said, the MacGyver, but they're not going to take the risk because you could say

you're MacGyver and that's bullshit and then you can actually do anything and said they're

going to hire you for this specific skill set.

You're not overqualified.

What you are is you're coming across as what I would say is needy because when you come

across and you're like, "Look at all that I can do."

People who come across as confident who can do a lot of things, they don't have to really—they

don't have to be try-hards.

I'm not necessarily calling it a try-hard, but you can may be come across that way.

They don't have to demonstrate like rich guys don't go up to girls and say, "Look how

much money I got.

I got a yacht."

That's needy.

That's like, well, here's this weird guy.

Instead, they're like—it's just how they're acting.

They don't have to say anything about their wealth or their success because they just—they're

so confident and they don't have to say it.

If you're like, "Well, you know.

This is—let me list my criteria and all my excellent stuff that I've done for you,"

that comes off as needy.

That's really not the main problem.

The main problem is like I said is that you need a specialty.

You need to specialize.

What kind of job are you trying to get?

Don't just say, "I could do any job.

I'll take any job."

That, again, that doesn't come off—again, I'll draw another comparison to going out.

If you said, "Hey."

If you walked in a club and said, "Hey, ladies.

I am quite an accomplished guy.

I will take any woman.

I can handle any woman and I'll take anyone.

Just give me a woman."

Not going to be appealing.

Not really, right?

If you're very specific, if you're like, "You're so special.

All the other girls in this room but you're the most special one."

That's what you want to be for the programmer.

That's who you want to be for your job is you want to be like, "Okay, look.

Here's my thing.

Let me pull out one of your things on your list here."

If you said VHDL because I don't know what that is.

Yeah, I don't know what that is.

If you said, "I am the best VHDL programmer in the world like my VHDL is the shit," and

you just—your resume is like all VHDL focused stuff and you show projects where you use

the VHDL, you've got a blog where you talk about VHDL, you've got the number one VHDL

YouTube channel in the world, you're going to get a job.

I guarantee you, they're not going to be like, "Oh, hold on.

We just want like a guy that's kind of good at VHDL.

You're way overqualified.

No, no, no, no."

They're never going to say that.

Your problem is not that you're overqualified.

It's that you're scattered out too much and you're trying too hard.

Instead, just focus and pick the thing that you're going to specialize in.

Don't try to pretend or don't try to promise.

You could do all the other things.

I believe you.

I believe you when I read your list of programming languages.

You know all that stuff.

I believe you.

Don't worry.

I totally believe you but not everyone else will.

Again, think of it.

When you're hiring a developer, that's an expensive investment.

It's like having a murder rap.

You're accused for murder.

You're going for the safe bet, the lawyer that you know specializes in murder.

Same thing.

If you're a React, if your application, the software that you're building is in React,

JS, you're going to want that guy that knows that because that's a guarantee like you know

that that's going to be a safe bet there.

Okay?

Hopefully, that helps you.

I don't mean to insult you, okay?

I'm just giving it you like it is.

This is the truth of the matter.

If you want to get a job, want to get an interview, what I'm telling you will work.

your coworkers or they coffee stay tuned alright so let's hop on into

this thing so again my name is kelly McRae I am the income project manager

and I'm helping you build six-figure recurring income and part of the way

that I did that is I spent 17 years in real estate industry pretty much doing

almost everything of in real estate from appraising properties down to being a

builder's agent and a sales agent and a buyer's agent and blah blah blah and

part of the way that I did that or part of the part of part of what I do now if

you will I've taken some of those aspects from what it was that I did

there and parlayed those over into my online business so I know a lot of

people will wonder well you know I really like my job I there's some

aspects of it that I really dig and I don't know how to turn that into an

online business I don't know how to take the fact that I work for the government

and turn it into an online business no don't become Edward Snowden I'm not

saying that that's not what I'm implying on you're saying that depending on what

you do you can turn that over into an internet business believe it or not

because what you have up here is a marketable skill believe it or not it is

something that someone else is going to want so let me give you an example guys

I'm melting over here I am burning up I just turned 2 here on so pardon me for

pardon me but listen in but anyway all right so let's use the example I just

gave them working for the government so let's just say that you work for the

Social Security Administration right and you Casey and Joe balls you tired

working for them folk although I hear they got really great benefits

unless you want to quit that job that might not be smart but I digress but

let's just say that one of the things that you are really good at is helping

people navigate like I mean applying for Social Security is a very it's a problem

it's a issue it's like you know for those that are applying for Social

Security or for disability or whatever the case may be it's a pain in the ass

and I'm not even going to lie there's all these hoops that you got to jump

through that are on fire with liens on the other side and if you can help

people navigate that you can get a fee for that because if you can help them

get past their hurdles and jump through those hoops without getting their

booties burn that is a marketable skill so if that is something an aspect of

your job that should actually enjoy and guess what you can monetize that if you

are a bureaucratic paperwork push you know pencil-pushing kind of person you

really enjoy that analytical boring side of it and you know how to help those

people get through that paperwork you know the things that would typically get

rejected on the side of Social Security that you can help the civilian if you

will get has that's a business whether you realize it or not people will pay

for that I know for me when I was told to kind of go home by my doctor and told

to collect disability that was what forced me if you will into my online

business I was told to go home in February of 2016 I'm talking to you

right now in June of 2017 and that same silanes and approved so a year and a

half later could you imagine if I that was the only thing I was relying on but

part of the reason that that hasn't been approved yet is the cause I'm still

having to jump through flaming hoops every time I go into the hospital every

time I see the doctor I got a submit submit submit so if you have a skill we

were able to help somebody with that again you've got a business I talked to

a lady who was considering coaching and she used to work in in Cancer Treatment

Centers and she didn't particularly feel Mischka she she felt bad getting to know

people and then later on some time you know they didn't make

it and it was very heartbreaking for her but there were things that she said we

know if the facility just would've did this it would have made life that much

more comfortable for the patient while they were there and if the facility

would have done that it would have made things a little bit easier for the

patient while they were there so I said to her then you should probably become

like a patient advocate where you know the inner workings of what is happening

inside of the system and you know who to talk to a lot of times us as patients

the regardless of where they were there for common cold or we're there for

something as major as cancer we don't always know who to talk to

we don't know the proper channels to go through and sometimes we are like a bull

of a china china store I'll tell you for me I know that it's a few places back in

the space that they glad I'm gone because you know you had to become my

own advocate so again giving you the opportunity think outside the box if

it's something about your job and you really like and there's something that

area of expertise that you can take and turn into a consulting business then

that is kind of what it is and I'm talking about you know having you to go

out there and do let's say that you do something physical you're in building

construction okay I know a lot of times people like well how long does it take

something physical and turn that into an online business well guess what you can

because again your knowledge is going to be what is what you're going to sell

from that aspect so if you are in construction there had to be a test like

I know that contractors have tests that they have to take I know that there are

building codes that they have to adhere to that kind of thing you can help put

together study materials for other people who are coming up who want to be

G C's or who want to be builders who want to be project managers that kind of

thing help put together study materials and help them be able to

get to that point if there are things that you feel like are that have been a

problem with every project that you've been on you can actually address those

types of things in a way to talk to the health inspector if you're building

restaurants ways to talk to the code inspector if you're building you know

how the way to handle you know hire a roofer those types of things that you

can actually take into account the proper questions to ask when building a

home you know those are things that you can actually take and turn into monetize

online skills so that is my two cents worth on today I hope that if you are

working a job that you really you know there's some aspects about you like yeah

I really dig it but there are a lot more things that you like you know what I

don't and I don't really know what else is probably myself into hopefully this

is giving you a little bit of a side hustle brain dump that you can actually

go in and figure out different things that you can do to monetize what your

your standard nine-to-five is so also I have a five day video course on

achieving the life of your dreams and overcoming fears so a lot of times our

issue isn't so much what can we do is that we're afraid to step out there and

do it so that you will find the information for that in the description

box and I really do hope this helped motivate somebody into some some

different thoughts sit down bring up write those things

down that you really like about your job you know leave out the negativity and

then figure out how you can turn that into money if you can't figure out how

to turn it into money that's what I do that's what I help you build up I come

out of the box like I did here today and help you figure out ways to turn things

that you didn't think had money into them in the money money can change the

chain David all right so if you have not subscribed already you should I try to

share something here every day if at all possible and if you haven't given me a

big ol thumbs up down give me too come on now and also please share this

out because you know that's how I grow and I really do appreciate you guys for

being here and hanging that when we near my shenanigans I'll

see you on the next show

I remind you that on my blog you'll find some more pictures of the popsicles

with the ingredients for the 3 recipes

and the link to my blogpost is in the downbar

if you liked these recipes don't forget to give the video a thumbs up so that we will know it

and if you haven't yet subscribe to my channel in order not to miss any new video

that's it for today, we sign off

enjoy your popsicles, cheers and I'll see you in my next one, ciao!
