Painting Concepts 701: Glazing Part I - Duration: 8:42.

Hello, I'm Buck Paulson,

and I have something exciting to show you today.

I'm going to entitle it "Glazes,"

and you watch what I do with glazes.

First we have a canvas that has been primed

with 3 Black and 1 Yellow Ochre acrylic. That's dry.

Then I've placed upon it just a little outline,

and I have Walnut Oil on it.

So I'm picking up, this is Alizarin Crimson,

and you're not going to see much until we do more.

Well, you can see a little there, but I'll wipe it,

because I don't want it to be too evident.

[soft scraping]

This is not wrong, this is just a good way to stretch it out.

Touch a little bit against that.

Oh, you'll find as you do this how much you want to use,

and I might even have little patches

of where it's a little brighter.

Then I'll come down, the next glaze is going to be green.

What kind of green are you? You are Sap Green.

And this will go across-- oops, I don't want that.

I need to have it more pure and dark.

I'll tell you what, I'm going to change.

I'm going to go to Viridian, which is just a little cooler.

And same thing-- I'll put it on

and then I'll wipe a little bit with it.

[soft scraping]

This is all preparation for paint to work into it,

and then you achieve the results as you blend into it.

And then down below, and in this case

the below is water, I'll use Ultramarine Blue.

These are all pure colors, and look.

You say, well, that's quite a bit,

but I'll wipe with it in just a minute.

[soft scraping]

More on this side, and down there,

and then the same aspect of wiping.

Okay, I have my preparations ready.

Now it's time to play.

And I'm going go to take some Raw Sienna and White.

Here's the White, here's the Raw Sienna,

and I'm sort of-- that's almost middle tone.

It's kind of quite light.

And I have very little on the brush,

and as I push this around,

we'll establish a home where the sun will be.

Right now, these represent little feathery clouds.

But it's mixing into the glaze color,

and in this case, in this area, the glaze is Alizarin Crimson.

I will do this with the water and with the trees,

and then we'll come back and put vitality in each area.

Okay, I can blend that a little bit.

You know, when I put the Walnut Oil on,

I don't have it too runny; I kind of wipe a bit.

Okay, now let's come down to the trees,

and the trees, I have-- what are you?

You're Burnt Umber and Blue.

And this will be a little island out there.

And then we're going to have large trees on the left.

Sneak up just a little bit,

and as you're pushing up into the sky,

you certainly are watching the edges

so they're not too dark.

And I like the way you have

a little influence of the green here and there,

and then as I come over to the large tree, we go even darker.

And to go darker, I have the Umber,

and I have the Ultramarine Blue.

I will watch a little bit on the edge so that I'll have

a little alley for some splash, some foam to come through.

So I'm not quite to the white line that I set up earlier.

Okay, now I've already put the light on

in the sky-- not finished.

I put green on in the little island,

and I've put this on in here.

I'll come right down to the corner with that.

We'll have a rock there so you're not seeing this tree go

all the way down. Okay, the next thing I'm going to do

is take some White and Ultramarine Blue.

Let's see what that looks like.

Well, I think I'll put just a little Alizarin with that.

The Alizarin kind of softens it a little.

Okay, this is going to go on the position of the wave,

but in addition to that, I push this up

in just a minute, right up in here.

This is why I didn't come in too close with the tree edge,

because I want that, and the question is, what is that?

It's not necessarily the foam.

It's almost some mist coming down through there, then we'll

put highlights on the foam so it'll differentiate that way.

Okay, we don't have a lot of time left,

but we're getting this thing on as desired.

We have a little side over here,

and then down below we want to have

just a little bit of a secondary foam, a wave coming in.

So this one was there first,

but the big brother is coming from behind,

and I'll also take some of this

with just a small little foam out there

so you see a building of the next wave.

I'll take and wipe just a little bit of this so that

we'll have a dryer spot for the foam to have its highlights on.

Okay, so we're just about ready to go to the good spot.

In there slightly, just blend that down a little bit.

I'll take some, you're Viridian Green.

Are you Viridian Green? Yeah, Viridian Green and White.

I need to kind of reestablish that.

This is Permanent Green Light and White.

Now watch the nice spot you get there.

This is what they call the eye of the wave, and we want to have

a nice blend at the bottom, sort of curved,

and then you feel like the light is showing through there.

Could have one down here quite nicely too.

I'll blend that just a little more in a minute too.

And possibly a little out there.

So we have established what we want.

Now we're going to work further into each area.

And you're going to watch some magic happen. It's going to be great!

Disney Packing 6/7/17 - Duration: 4:24.

Hey guys! It's Ashley and today I don't have really a lot of exciting things

For today's video, I'm just going to show you what I'm packing for Disney

And, lets get into the video!

So tomorrow I have to wake up at 5:30 AM to leave the house at 6:30 AM to get to my flight for an 8:30 flight.

So if you have never been in a plane before, it's really cold in the air.

So, I'm going to wear like a blue top that has a cross in the front and leggings, cropped leggings.

So I'm hot and cold at the same time. Its a lot of effort to put everything on so I'm just going to show you!

This is the plane outfit that I am going to wear, and its cropped leggings, a blue sweater from Areo and a white tank top

So the forecast for Orlando, for the days I am there is all thunderstorms unfortunately so I have two outfits I am going to wear.

For example... if I spill something on something or if it rains and I get wet.

Also, I'm not going to be wearing leggings and a sweater all day so I brought an extra pair of clothes.

I have two options for the bottoms, they are both army green, and this one is loose and from Khol's and this is

the slim and tight ones, I forgot what they are called, but they are from American Eagle and they are the best shorts ever!

I highly recommend them. And this peach shirt is called the Soft and Sexy tank and it is from American Eagle, and there are like seven different options

you can chose from and recommend them because they are comfy and cute.

So the first outfitI am going to wear is a really fun patterned outfit from Khol's and also I got these light washed, stressed jeans from Khol's.

And I call this my oopsie outfit because if we get wet or if I spill anything on it, it will be my second option.

So this is my second outfit, and I got this ombre shirt from Abercrombie and Fitch and these black shorts from American Eagle.

For my first outfit on Saturday is this really cute, tribal, black and white romper from JCPennies.

And they have a lot of really cute dresses and rompers there, so this is option... number... one!

Here is my second outfit, which is my second oopsie outfit. And, I forgot where I got this shirt, I'm pretty sure Khol's,

and I also got these white, stressed shorts from Khol's too. So actually, this whole outfit is from Khol's.

But I also reccamend not wearing white shorts to a theme park, but still... I brought white shorts because I'm just that way.

And I really want to go swimming so I am bringing my purple, light blue and navy swimsuit from target

They have a lot of cute swimsuits from Target, and originally I got my swimsuits from Justice, but I don't fit in there anymore.

(honestly I don't know what I just said...)

Also, in my bag I am bringing toilettes and stuff which that is all boring.

And trust me, you don't want to hear me talking for another two minutes talking about boring toiletries and everything...

MAY FAVORITES LANCOME NIGHT PEEL & NATURAL HAIR UPDATE - Duration: 10:42.

hey guys it's your girl Shanae and I'm back with another video but this time it is not a

tutorial basically I missed a favorites month so I didn't share with you a haul or

favorites for last month.. I believe. So I'm just coming with a couple products nothing

too serious but it is something serious enough I want to share with you and as you can

tell I'm not wearing any makeup not a stitch okay! All natural and also have my

natural hair here. So even the wigs have been put away for this video because

this is all about skin care. I didn't think it will be right if I came to you with skin

care products that I wanted to share and then I had a face full of makeup.

That would not compute with it so without further ado let's just get into

this video. So Influenster is this company that will give you free products if you

products. I guess I don't know how they choose who they send what to. But they

definitely do send you free products. You don't have to pay anything it's not a scam.

I get products all the time as if you watch any of my other videos you will see that

I often mentioned them. A Vox Box! AVox Box is the actual boxes of free products

that you receive from whichever brand they're sending to you or sometimes it's

various different products in one vox box. So in the box that I receive about

maybe a month or two ago. It's three products by Lancome.

The first product being this sunscreen

It's a SPF 50 sunscreen by Lancome .... It says it is water

resistant for up to 80 minutes so that's pretty good!

fast absorbing lightweight I agree very lightweight I use it after like.. if I had

to go out after using the next product that I'm going to share with you. So this

is the second product it is a Visionnaire Crescendo peeling or progressive night

peel. So this is definitely one of my favorite products. I'm going to get right

back to it after I introduce the third product that came in the Vox Box

I'm pretty sure I may have mentioned this one already. It's just a Lancome..

I believe it's called a Matte Shaker it's a liquid lipstick its very

light almost like a I don't want to say it's like a chapstick because it's not but it is

not as heavy as any other matte lip that I've ever had. The color is called

Pink Power and I can't say that it's my favorite matte lip because it's so light

I don't feel like I don't know maybe I'm just so used to like heavy like really

pigmented matte that this just means it's too light for me like I like bam bam bam

and this is just like it's cute it's cute for the daytime you know... it's

something it's cute. But let's get back to this stuff right here I use this for 28

days it comes with two sides called phase one and then there's phase two. So I used

phase 1 for 14 days and phase 2 for 14 days. And let me tell you it BURNS..burns.

It's a night peel so it wasn't just a tingle it was like "sssss whooooo" for a little while whooo

eventually it just it stops. It subsides. Yeah, it was a very interesting experience

I will say that it is a pretty good product. I do have

some hyperpigmentation on my skin so it did not remove any of that. It did

make my skin very smooth like amazingly smooth and then I had some as you can

see where I... occasionally I get little bumps on my face probably from

makeup or brushes or those sorts of things. So I occasionally get these little

bumps and you can feel it like there's a bit of a texture to it obviously

because they're bumps. So after I use this product that texture was gone. So I still

have some discoloration but there was no texture to my skin which I love. I feel

like if you were to use this product in conjunction with the other products in

the same kind of like.. this like..In the same kind of like

series of products and that's not what I'm trying to say but in the same

series of products they have different products that kind

of align with this and are meant to be used at the same time so that you get the

best results.... There's a word for it and I can't think of it for some reason. But

yes I felt like it I just had all those other products it would be even more amazing

so this is something that even though it burns I'm not gonna lie it burns I would

do it again because I feel like after I got those results just off this product

alone that something great must happen if I use the rest right it only makes

sense to me. I would hope it makes sense to you. But yes I definitely I recommend this Lancome

it basically says.. it's in French or something so I'm just saying in basic as

hell Visionnaire crescendo and I'm going to put what it says

here because that's not how you pronounce it at all but yeah I recommend

the product. One of my favorite products that are started using and I

want to use it again for sure. For the last part because like I said before

or I hope I said before this is just I don't have that many products to share

with you it's just those Lancome products and the last part I'm going to share is

my Spatty! So I got this at Walmart for like five dollars and I love it! Ok this is

a product for makeup. Today's video has a little bit of makeup topic to it. Can't just

ignore makeup for a day right? So this Spatty is perfect because it

helps you save your makeup your foundation your anything liquid that

you need to get out of a bottle. Usually when it's low and I can't like tap it out I

just throw the bottle away but now that I have this Spatty you can just put it in

any bottle twist it and you get more of your product out and I actually almost

clean up the bottle...like anything in there I can get most of it out before

I throw it away. So that's good because you save money and you don't have to

continually buy more and more makeup knowing that you just threw away so much

because you couldn't get out the bottle. So I love this Spatty.

Let me just mention this hair right quick. So from time to time I talked about my natural

hair. You may see me wear wigs a lot so you think maybe I don't like it or I gave up on it

I have not! one I have not I went through like a minute where it was

just a little bit too thin for me. Oh it's growing though! It was a little to thin for me.

I can't wear my hair straight because is just doesn't look good to me straight

to be honest it just it doesn't just sit right for me. So I don't really use too

many products anymore from time to time I do use the products

that I shared with you previously to this video when necessary like if I want a bit more

definition I still use my eco styler. Occasionally I still use.... let me see what the product is called.

Occasionally I still use my L'Oreal Ever Curl and the whole system.

That's the word I was looking for earlier... a system it's a system of products. Ya'll know what i was trying to say.

So anyways I still use the L'Oreal Ever Clear system, I still use my Eco Styler

Everyday I still use my Hawaii Silky 14-in-1 and water.

That is my hair care Hawaiian Silky 14 in 1 and water and

that's all I do and I keep it braided. Sometimes I put it under a wig. I do not wear

wigs every day all day. Normally, if I'm home it's just like "jail braids" like

that's it. This is me... I don't do it. I don't even wear makeup everyday.

I think people think that's all I do.

because of Youtube or because of selfies..Like no this is how she looks normally . Minus the

earrings and my hair is probably not in a puff because tension alopecia will

not be my life. So yeah, no natural hair products except water and Hawaiian 14-in-1 silky.

And occasionally I dip into

products that I previously mentioned to you. Because, I genuinely do like those products.

I just I can't do it everyday. Sometimes you just have to

let your hair chill just let it be.. let it be free, let it be wild, let it be ugly

sometimes its ugly but that's just life. You just have to let it be. So thanks so much watching

hey major was up dude you're good boy yeah yeah go boy I'm going to do a

little explanation about what this new law first copy basically the way the

last six months has gone is I did about 14 episodes on this channel that series

of vlogs was just so I could learn how to use cameras I can learn how to edit

video which I really hadn't done any video editing up until the beginning of

this year 2017 after that I decided I want to do a vlog with my friends Alex

Tatro Andrew Blum we started a new channel

called recording candy and recording candy the idea behind it is a creative

collective walk listen here with recording candy and the daily snapshot

it was basically the three of us and I cut the vlog together we did 87 of them

Andrew burnt out a little way through which is understandable he has other

obligations and I think doing a daily video was really hard it was a lot of

work and adding the stress of it being the three of us and trying to figure out

how we wanted to cut all those things together it was difficult and after

Andrew let Alex and I really struggled to kind of understand the form and it

didn't really work with the two of us because our dynamic is two of us is

different than the dynamic with Alex Andrew and I all together I've been

struggling to kind of understand what I want to do with that alone one second

mmm it's good coffee so with this new vlog my goal is I'm going to talk about

music and I'm going to talk about creativity and I'm going to talk about

recording photography and I'm going to talk about making videos and I'm going

to talk about my process and I'm going to talk about things that concern me and

things that I think about and so my goal with this is to show off things in my

life that I do at the same time as discussing things that I think are

important for the creative community these vlogs it especially these first

two things are going to be a little out of order chronologically and I'll do my

very best I have no intention to try to cut things together to be like here's

yourself and be more positive because that kind of negative thinking is a

barrier to creating we don't need more of that kind of an Edmonds kind of day

dude all right so something I've been discussing today I'm curious about your

opinion Jim what is get an artist here's the scientific answer or the scientific

approach to answering that what would we not consider being an artist I want to

whereby you combine like skill and rote memorization years of practice you

combine that with like the novel or the absurd or humorous like that's part of

where creativity comes from that's what makes see good and unique and that's

what makes flavors new

look you're covered I lost my shoe here's the next day I'm going to do a

little thing some houseplants I've notoriously been pretty terrible at

understanding how to take care of them we're going to show you right now is a

Dracaena that I have been taken care of what I

did is I repotted it about three months ago I moved it from a place that was

kind of away from a window to an east-facing window and that allowed it

to get a lot of light in the mornings and I've made sure to water it every

couple of weeks with a Dracaena you don't want to overwater it which is a

problem I've had in the past then you get root rot and the thing dies you only

want to water it every couple of weeks basically let it almost dry out or dry

out and then water it again but you don't want to let it sit on water and

you don't want to just constantly be watering it so then the other thing that

I've recently learned is as you peel back these leaves here you start to form

a nice stock here they like to grow up they're not going to branch off unless

you snip that top and then that will allow it to start propagating new stems

what I want to do is I want to get it to a height that I like and then I'm going

to trim the top but that that might be still several months away and if I'm

still vlogging at that time I'll definitely blog that I'm going to peel

back as some of these lower leaves and allow it to open up a little more giving

it a haircut I'm going to go on a short run and be my first run back and maybe a

month or so I'm really excited to get back to it yeah exercise is really

important getting out there treating our bodies with respect it translates into

being able to do more things thinking more about what is an artist artist

somebody that creates is a creator that enjoys taking the building blocks and

the bricks of creating within the framework of whatever they're creating

and enjoys taking those things and pushing them around curiosity enjoyment

enjoyment aspect is important you an artist if you're not enjoying it can you

put passion into something if you're not enjoying it I'll know the answer that my

gut tells me no I want to discuss more but first coffee

I love this little cameras awesome got the coffee an artist is somebody that

engages in art and I don't know alex has a session down in the studio today a lot

of moving pieces so I'm gonna go down and help him get some drum set up a

snare drum for me okay this type would be bass to that you can use it down to

three into one of those everything I think alex is session went really well

the studio set up the band live they had a rotating cast of different musicians

think they did nine songs it was that they just wanted to cut a really raw

rough demo record kind of show off the music that they've been working on later

that day now rush-hour traffic is ridiculous terrible traffic hi

to Renton they're in setup a bagman for me we've got our eyes checked I went to

the eye doctor yesterday so my prescription my prescription is really

light I like wearing the glasses because things look a lot sharper I just really

kind of like how the world looks when I'm wearing but I spend much of my day

on the computer and the doctor told me that if I continue to wear the glasses

all the time while using the computer I'll have to wear bifocals sooner than I

would otherwise the problem with the glasses is the day focus your eye well

beyond where the computer is at a 2 or 3 feet away and where my eyes naturally

will actually focus just fine 2 or 3 feet away I need to start using the

computer with glasses less heading home it's bright I put my sunglasses on much

better

COD WW2 DIVISIONS - NEW WW2 CREATE A CLASS DIVISIONS? - Duration: 4:31.

Yo what is going on guys it is your boy Yogg here and today I have a brand new

video for you guys so guys today we're going to be talking about World War 2

and you all know we talked about it after we wrote that intro but today the

gameplay that you are watching is of a ballistic night now I did pretty key in

this gameplay I have a lot of depth and probably less than like 10 kills I'm

just using all the ballistic knife genesee holidays because I got this from

my range of weapons I don't know why would give me this because I you know

when I give new weapons I try to go in with them but instead I'm going to

poop with them so I I don't know where so anyways the gameplays of a ballistic

knife is not that good so please excuse that but today we're going to be talking

about world war 2 create a class system and obviously first of all actually this

questioned them about the create a class system and this is how they replied they

said though Call of Duty World War 2 multiplayer divisions is a new system

and fundamentally redefines how players invest and their multiplayer soldier

career the vision is workplace creative class players will have five world out

war divisions to pick from and each of the divisions have their own combat

training division training and weapon skills now I don't know guys this is

very very weird like I don't know what to understand from this because

divisions kind of sound like missions team

at the same time they felt like specialists and at the same time I can

see what they mean by a creative class now before everybody goes crazy out a

lot of people in the comments have already said I'm not buying to give me

anymore forget it's gonna be trashed it's like I'm I had one job now guys to

be honest sledgehammer is very very hyped and excited for this call duty and

they have a lot of confidence now a lot of people have also thought maybe it's

to take on a new special system but either way I'm not worried about it

because like I said they have a lot of confidence and I believe this is very

very good even Michael Condrey said that this might be one of the best company

multiplayers so I'm not really worried about anything

but what I think this division system is is that it's a way of choosing what type

of person you want to use and I think this is mainly focused for supply just

as well because amides are character what idea is going to be is this says

invest in their multi player soldier career I don't know why they were put

soldier but since they put that what I like the thing now is that five

divisions right now what I think the vision is is like you have a sniper

division of some machining of division like machining of division a or division

and you know but I don't know like you know five type of basically weapons you

can use to make it more broad what I think it is is you can choose five types

of divisions and each divisions has different weapons like for example you

have the AR you know you can choose a type of place all you want to use I

think that's what divisions is I think the visions wants to basically divide it

up on how you want your play style to be so there's different ones that you can

choose from all I really think it is is that divisions will add like a character

to the weapon that you use like kind of like black ops one and that way you can

you know customize your character more with supply drops and stuff like that

because a lot of this is mainly towards the projects could me make a lot of

money again but that's what I like to think that's what I think how it's gonna

honestly hope this is not ruin it and I don't think it will I think a lot of

I think all of us have noticed that Alex has changed a lot

Now, he's like a different person

I tried to find the reasons for these changes

I did my research

I spend hours reding various articles on Wikipedia

...in different languages

I listend to every single song Alex has written

I tried to sort out the lyrics

I tird to fing the thread

And I thought that I found it

Having collected all the facts and evidences

I've come to conclusion

Alex Turner is a part of Illuminati

Look at his nose

It's so huge and triangle

Look and his Widow's Peak

The song 'Black Treacle'!

'Treacle' sounds almost like 'Triangle'

You may say that's crazy

but look at this

IT IS IN A SHAPE OF TRIANGLE

All these signs....

I was sure that all these changes are related to the illuminati

but...I was wrong

Once, I was reading some articles on Wikipedia....again

And I came across the article about Vlad the Impaler

Who is also known as Vlad Tepes or Vlad Dracula

and yeah, he was a prototype of Dracula (duh)

And he was known for his cruelty

And there are some facts and rumours that show that he might be a vampire

And...I kind of believe that

Because rumours are almost always true

I looked at his picture and....

..his big anf lost eyes

his eyebrows

his huge nose

big bags under his eyes

All of that...it...it reminded me someone

The one and only

AlexTurner

There are rumours that Vlad's body has disappeared after his death

Well, it didn't dissappear

Because, Vlad, he didn't die

He is alive

Alex is not a part of illuminati

He is Vlad the Impaler

He is a vampire

After that everything came together in one picture

His crazy eyes

His stares

His weird behaviour

And the thing that he ages very slow

I mean he only hit puberty like...2 month ago

look at his beard

HE IS A VAMPIRE!

and...he is a threat to all of us

And, if you still don't believe me. There is a song called 'DRACULA Teeth'

yes, it was written by Alex AND Miles

But, I'm pretty sure - Alex was in charge

And, you can interpret this song how ever you want

But everything shows, that Alex sings about his teeth

What we should do now?

We are all in danger

And the worst thing is that Alex has such a huge fanbase

And that means that he has an endless resource of blood

MOREOVER, MILES KANE IS IN DANGER

Miles has succumbed to a vampire hypnosis

He is in love with Alex

And he just DOESN'T (sorry, I still confuse don't and doesn't. lol) how to escape it

And there is a low chance to save Miles

and WE SHOULD DO SOMETHING WITH IT!

IDK, Call Buffy The Vampire Slayer

or Sam and Dean

We just have to do something

We have to save Miles Kane and get rid of this vampire evil

I may skip copper here and now, but to me copper is not as useful as lead and tungsten.

I still have no idea where the crimson is, which is very scary :(

I was thinking of doing a multiplayer lets play later on, but that is for you to decide.

Painting Concepts 701: Glazing Part I - Duration: 8:42.

Hello, I'm Buck Paulson,

and I have something exciting to show you today.

I'm going to entitle it "Glazes,"

and you watch what I do with glazes.

First we have a canvas that has been primed

with 3 Black and 1 Yellow Ochre acrylic. That's dry.

Then I've placed upon it just a little outline,

and I have Walnut Oil on it.

So I'm picking up, this is Alizarin Crimson,

and you're not going to see much until we do more.

Well, you can see a little there, but I'll wipe it,

because I don't want it to be too evident.

This is not wrong, this is just a good way to stretch it out.

Touch a little bit against that.

Oh, you'll find as you do this how much you want to use,

and I might even have little patches

of where it's a little brighter.

Then I'll come down, the next glaze is going to be green.

What kind of green are you? You are Sap Green.

And this will go across-- oops, I don't want that.

I need to have it more pure and dark.

I'll tell you what, I'm going to change.

I'm going to go to Viridian, which is just a little cooler.

And same thing-- I'll put it on

and then I'll wipe a little bit with it.

This is all preparation for paint to work into it,

and then you achieve the results as you blend into it.

And then down below, and in this case

the below is water, I'll use Ultramarine Blue.

These are all pure colors, and look.

You say, well, that's quite a bit,

but I'll wipe with it in just a minute.
