Youtube daily report w Jun 14 2017

hello YouTube this is richard founder of short-term rental secrets.com and

Airbnb super host on today's video I'm giving five tips for new hosts so let's

get right into it with tip number one I really encourage you to get into the

right mind frame and that is you're going to have a lot of fun there's going

to be a new experience you're going to meet some new people whether you

actually physically meet them or not but just get into the mind frame this is

going to be a lot of fun I speak to a lot of new hosts and they're worried or

apprehensive or nervous about you know all sorts of things and let's try and

put that aside I mean those feelings are very real but let's try and focus on

like the excitement and the energy and the positive experience because that's

what it's going to be the second thing is first impressions are huge not only

of your place so make sure it's like clean and ready for a guest but also of

you and the way that you interface so we've all had rough days I mean I know

when I host I've had a really rough day or it's raining or it's later I mean

there's a million reasons why my head isn't exactly where I need it to be but

you need to get that head on straight when you welcome your guests again

whether it's physically like you're meeting them in person or whether you're

just responding to their questions make sure that you've got that hospitality

mindset and that your head is in the right place and the reason that first

impressions are so important is that they're going to judge you in a

different lens for their entire state based on the first impression that they

make so if they have a really great impression you're going to get a lot of

leeway and flexibility and they'll overlook stuff if they don't like you

from the very beginning then all those little things that might go wrong that

they're going to hold against you the third thing you want to consider is the

key exchange how are you going to get your guests into your home and how are

you gonna get the key back when they leave and as we've talked about in other

videos there's really three different ways to do it you can meet them in

person you can have a lockbox or you can use a service like key cafe not one is

better than the other but just know exactly what it is that you're going to

do and communicate that effectively to your guests the fourth tip is to be

proactive in your communication just recognize it like these are cool people

they probably don't want to bother you but they probably do have some questions

so instead of putting the burden on them to like interrupt you just ask them you

know via communication hey everything going ok is there anything I can do do

you have any questions and often times they'll say no everything's great thanks

so much for checking in every once in a while you'll get something like I can't

find the you know coffee maker what doesn't really matter but whatever is on

their mind they're unlikely to interrupt you but when you open that door and say

hey everything good they may come back with a question which actually helps

them tremendously but most importantly they're really going to feel welcome in

like your home and that you actually care and that's huge okay and so my

fifth tip is actually the most important tip and it's the importance of getting a

five-star review you may think that you're hosting to get some income but

the first few times that you're hosting it's really about the review it's

critical it's important to build your brand it's important to build your

business that's important for Airbnb to show you on SEO and so like just think

of the first few times that you're hosting guests getting your feet wet

having a great time getting comfortable with people in your home getting the key

exchange and the cleaning down and earning the five-star review and the

simplest and the best way of doing that is to literally ask for it by explaining

to your guests that just had a great time

I've loved hosting you I hope you feel similarly it would really mean a lot for

me if you gave me a five-star review and just say five sort of like plants that

seed because if you deserve it you'll earn it and they'll give it to you

otherwise they may not have left to review it all or they wouldn't know what

a good review is right it's not top of their mind it's not that important for

them but it's critically important for you and so what I encourage everybody to

do with great results is to plant the seed and ask for it and here's a little

bonus tip once you do this a few times you get your feet wet you get

comfortable with it you're having a great time and you've got some five-star

reviews it's time to start increasing your price and the best way to do

something like that is using a service like beyond pricing which does what's

known as dynamic pricing and they adjust your price every single night based on

demand in your specific area and events and things like that think of it like

what hotels and airlines have been doing forever now it's happening in your air

Alice no País das Maravilhas e Através do Espelho - Clássicos Zahar - Duration: 10:13.

I'm recording a bunch of videos and I composed a hippster or gay look to be consistent with 'Alice in Wonderlands' today!

[ Music <3 ]

I started reading this book because of my linguintics studies at the Literature [graduation] course

I'll put the picture of another book which name is "Introduction of Linguistics"

but it's serving as a support of my tripod so I won't get him to show.

It's a "not so cool" linguistics theoretical book and in the chapter that they are talking about symbols...

...one of the authors of the book quotes Alice and I though that it would be interesting to read this.

I was already interested in buy some of these books of Zahar's Classical Collection

...and I thought it very cute!

It's hardcovered, it's not so big, the letters in the layout are big and it's a very fast reading.

There is the original illustration of John Tenniel, as the it is on the cover, and written by Lewis Carroll.

And I'll talk to you about some general and summarized impressions because a lot of people already know Alice's story.

Lewis Carroll is the pseudonym of Charles Ludwig Dodgson.

[I don't know how to pronounce]

Born on January 27, 1832, at Chesire, England.

He published... the most famous novels are Alice in Wonderlands...

...published on 1965...

...and 'Alice through the Looking-glass in 1872.

...died in 1898.

These are the informations that are in the end of the book.

And the... the one that surprises me the most, the illustrator

John Tenniel, was born in London in 1820

..and he is one eye blinded and owns a prodigious photographic memory

He used to draw without models

His illustrations are WONDERFUL

Its very nice

The illustrations are all black and white, full of hatchs

I don't know if this art has a specific name

Miriam will be able to comment below

I loved the illustrations

It's very cute and theres sense where they are docked

Theres some times that they tell you to look after some page number to see the illustration

before this or before that to you understand

So the illustrations are important and they complement whats is told here

Alice in Wonderland is an huge nonsense!

I searched the book at internet and I found somewhere...

...that the book is an nonsense cathegory representative

...and, I don't know if Carroll is who inaugurated the nonsense literature...

...or if he is one of the most known nonsense writer.

Alice is very famous

and I think that is worthy read because a lot of people like me

...has only these last Tim Burtons movies impression...

...[that has almost nothing in common with this book]...

...and of DIsney's cartoon.

I remember that I've watched Alice when I was a child...

...at a house of my mother's friend...

...in a birthday party...

...Nayara's birthday, by the way...

I watched there this movie

I was a long time interested by the story, but I only had the opportunity to read it now

...because of my linguistics studies.

"But what is the relation between the book and the linguistics studies?" you might asking me now.

[These are some of the illustration. These are colored]

It happend that Lewis Carroll was a mathematician [crazy, right?]

So you can find a bunch of logic questions.

It's very interesting this: the thoughs are developed [or built]

[SORRY!]

[The thoght] are developed using logics

and besides that...

They [the characters] questions, some times, how the words are used

The whole two stories happen in dreams

...in Alice's dreams.

[This is not a spoilers because I think that a lot of people already know]

Besides that, it is obvious...

Therefore is nonsense!

these facts justifies the nonsense

And it is very similar to a dream

because suddenly things changes...Alice is at another place...

the scenario change completealy, the characters also changes...

they transform in front of her

Above all in the second book, named Alice through the Looking-Glass [Translated to the portuguese as: "Alice through the mirror and what she found there"]

it becomes more evident that the first and the second book are drams

and a complete fantastic world of the dreams.

So following this logic...

...and using logic...

...at various times in the book they question...

...how people use the words...

...in the way they want, there's no need to make sense...

[Dreams never have sense. Rare are those who have it]

But, for example, I'll read an excerpt

...when Alice meets the cat, the famous cat.

He will justify

....about his madness.

"To begin", said the cat,

"a dog is not mad, do you agree?"

he asks Alice. She: "I suppose yes"

"So", continues the cat...

"you know that a dog growls when it is angy...

and it wags the tail when it's happy...

Well, I growl when I'm happy...

and I wag the tail when I'm angry"

"So, I'm mad!"

Than Alice answers: "I call that purring and not growl!"

"Call it whatever you want", said the cat...

"Will you play sketch with the queen today?"

So there is always these kind of question

that is even about the arbitrariness of the sign

[concept attributed to Saussure]

[I discovered that this may be a fake attribution]

...and even how people use the language in so many distinct ways.

{This is related to Chomsky's theory...

[the theory about linguistic competence and performance...

[this kind of issue...]

If you studied or if you want to study Literature, you will study this.

It's very interesting to read Alice because you notice that you can use the words anyway you want...

...and this can have a consequence: people will not always understand your words the way you used them.

Well... some other informations about the book:

There is a lot of poems!

There's a lot of poems and they are very cute.

And, its obvious, that it is sung poems...

and declaimed to children.

As the story is about Alice's dreams

she remembers these poems during the dreams

but, in the first book,

"Alice in Wonderlands"

she does not remember they [the poems] 100% [completely]...

...she forgets who she is and she begin to confuse everything

But in the second book...

...this confusions is not evident in the foreground, as in the first book,...

...but the characters of the poems that she heard to and reads

...are her dreams' characters!

So I thought that it's very cool!

Do you know when you have a dream...

...related to something that you heard or saw that day...

...and your read becomes your dream?

This is what happens here!

And this is VERY NICE!!!!

It's very interesting because he was able to capture...

...Lewis Carroll is able to show you a dream as if you are dreaming it.

This point that I told you about, that things suddenly change

and suddenly this happens, and then another thing happens, and the baby turns into a pig...

..you know? Some things that are VEEEERY absurd!

...but that has [and I think that this is something contradictory to say]...

...because is a narrative of a dream and it is very cute\!

This book, if I am right, is not expensive... [IN BRAZIL ALL BOOKS ARE EXPENSIVE!]

...I must bought it on sale

I imagine that it costs R$ 20 (os even less)...

Hardcover, full of details...

...and if you want to look inside the book, I am recording some videos named "Inside the book"...

...so you can search for it here [at YouTube] the "[Inside the book] Alice in Wonderland"

...on that video I informed the number of pages and showing other details.

So, that's it.... is a very fast reanding, as I told you, the layout is built with larger fonts...

...this is a pocket book, but it's not those pokects with those tiny letters that are horrible to read

It is very nice to read, the story catchs you...

...and they are two short books

...half and half [of the pages] to each book...

And it is very nice to read, something to really distract you

oooooor, if you want to study linguistics

[something that I'm not...]

...the read worths to you observe the linguistics or communication's questions

...communications is worthy too!

There is a lot of studies to be done about this book

or that has already been done, and people are over there declaiming Alice to the wind!

Ok? So that's it: today's indication is "Alice in wonderlads"

and "Alice through the looking-glass"

a book published by Zahar, Zahar's Classics

...written by lewis Carroll and inllustrated by John Tenniel

The last information that I forgot: this translation won the Jabuti Prize.

So it is something worthy! Ok?

So that's it: Alice and BYE! :*

Tnaks for watching and I'm awfully sorry if theres someting here at the subtitles that is very very worng or mistyped. This is my first subtitling! =)

iKon TECH Razor Beats Mühle R41-Shave & Review with Captain's Choice - Duration: 16:55.

Greetings! I'm Geofatboy. I make shaving videos and self shaving supplies. Visit

ShaveNation.com for all your shaving needs. Have A Great Shave, Have A Great

Day! Greetings Gents, I'm Geofatboy for ShaveNation.com I'm going to do a shave

and review with this razor which is the icon Tech and the reason I'm doing this

one is because a couple people commented contacted me about it and said that it's

quite the Beast, and I haven't changed with it yet and they said it was very

aggressive they a hard time shaving without nicking or cutting themselves so

I thought that I would give it a go and see how it works for me.

It's got a nice bow to it you can see that the blade will be skewed in there

and it's probably going to be an aggressive shave. It's a three-piece

razor and this razor weighs in at 3.7 ounces or 105 grams and the size overall

top to bottom is 4 inches or 102 millimeters that's with the OSS handle

that you see here. We also have it with the Bulldog handle the iKon Bulldog or

the Special Edition handle. You can get either way you just choose the head and

then you can choose the handle that goes along with it whichever one you want.

Just click the link under the video we'll put a link there and you can go

right to the razor and check it out. So as I said it's a 3-piece razor we'll

unscrew the handle and separate the top cap from the safety bar and the blade

we'll be using, is a Feather. I'm not going to try to tone it down we're just

going to leave it beastly and we'll go in full beast mode and we'll see how

this works. Here's the blade it's a Feather blade as you can see right there.

I'm going to drop that right over the post and the two pins and here's how it

looks - and then just put the top cap right on to the safety bar and then

screw the handle back on.

Tighten it all the way down you don't have to King Kong it, just so it's nice

and snug, and then check the reveal and the reveal is perfect on both sides. This

razor has very tight tolerances. You can tell that the top cap and the safety bar

they fit together perfectly there's no play in there and you can see that it

just - has a perfect blade reveal. iKon has good quality. This is a really

nice razor, I love this handle this handle this OSS handle it has fantastic

grip and it's got the cool icon logo on the bottom if you can see that we all

know and love that that icon logo. My shank today is going to be full on

Captain's Choice This is Captain's Choice Bay Rum shaving

cream and then this is my aftershave. I'll use is the Captain's Choice Bay Rum

aftershave. And these two scents if you take off the cap and smell them

they smell exactly the same and it's a fantastic the bay rum is, its just a

fantastic bay rum scent. They don't use any clove I'm not sure how the Captain does

it but he achieves the bay rum scent without using cloves and it just smells

phenomenal! I've had my brush soaking in my marble cup. And this is the - take it

out I'll shake off the bulk of the water and put it off to the side. This is the

Simpson's Cubby 1 Super the brush I'll be using. So I swirl the tips right into the

shaving cream like so. Just to load it up. I was going to use my Shave Nation

lather bowl but I might as well just stick with the Captain's Choice and I'll

use a Captain's Choice lathering bowl. And they are exactly I just put them up

this. They're exactly the same size. The Shave Nation bowl you can grip

from the bottom. And then will go directly to the Captain's Choice bowl if

you grip it like this it's a little bit slippery - but if you put your thumb on

this button right here it's going to be better grip for you. All right so I will

warm it up just like to warm the bowl up in the hot

water and I'll start swirling and get a little water on the brush takes a little

bit of lathering but you can see that-mmmm! Smells wonderful, it's awesome!

You can see lather's starting to build on the brush and in the bowl just a little

more water. Add a little bit of water as you go till you get your desired

consistency. You don't want to add too much water because you can overload your

cream with water and there's no coming back from that so it's better to add it

a little bit as you go along. Nice - mmm very good a little bit more.

So you can see I've got a good lather made up, some peaks on the brush and I'm

going to set this down now. And warm up the face most important you need to warm

up your face. If you can't take a shower first then warm it up with hot water at

the sink and a few applications of a face cloth to properly hydrate your

beard. Shaving a dry beard is like cutting copper wire you don't want to do

that! You want to make sure it's warm. Your preparation is very important.

You see that my face is turned red from the blood coming to the surface. All

right now we'll pick up the, pick up the brush and we're gonna apply some lather- mmmm!

Smells wonderful start on the right side here just under the sideburns

sideburns and just work the way around to the other side and then across the

mustache area.

With the little practice you can do it without filling up your nostrils. A

little bit of hot water because I like it warm- it feels better, and then I finish it

up with a figure eight motion just to smooth everything out. Very nice - mmm!

Amells fantastic! Okay we'll set that down and clean up

the neck a little bit. Swipe the lip with a thumbnail and you know it: "Clear The

Runways" so we can see our sideburns like that. Okay we want to do this with a very

light touch we're going to start off on the right side here and just

perpendicular-but tilt slightly upward to find the angle like that. And I'm just

going to use a light touch because if it is beastly you just want to go really

gentle and let the razor do the work. Here we go- Oh yeah! Wow!

You're probably getting good audible feedback from that oh very efficient.

Taking it- wooh! very smooth. Lets hit this left side thesame way. Perpendicular and

then tilt up slightly to find that angle and you'll you'll know when you find the

angle it will be removing the beard quickly and easily. Yes just a very light

touch you don't want to apply any pressure with this. When it's filled with

shaving cream just flip it over and carry on.

Excellent! Okay the chin area...

middle...

Nice! Just bullfrog the chin a little bit

clean out the cleft and then right down the neck line down the chin line gently,

take your time.

Just go slow with it and take your time. Now the mustache area. The head is very

thin, compact it's easy to get underneath your nose with it.

Now the right side.

Clean up around the lips.

Yeah very nice! You do a quick rinse off. It's very efficient and I could stop

right here but I'm going to perform one more pass just so you can see another

pass with it. We'll lather up again, won't need as much lather this time because

we've removed... everything :) Just about everything so you just need a thin

coating here.

And it still smells wonderful in the room

A little figure eight. Okay let's hit that down. And clean up a

little bit, and clear the runways. Okay now this pass we'll start at the bottom.

I'll go against the grain here gently and slowly don't want to be in a hurry

with it. Very nice! Left side...

Okay, rinse off, now I'll go across the grain from the ear towards the nose gently.

I think you're still getting some feedback from it.

Rinse off-now backhand it this way.

And you want to flatten out your chin- any surface you want to flatten it as

much as you can so the blade makes contact with it all the way through.

Now the mustache area, straight across with this compact head you can get the

corner of it directly under the nose which is great. Okay back this way.

Clean up on the lips a little bit.

Okay excellent. Rinse off- the final rinse and then I'll take my Shave Nation-wide

stick Alum block I'm going to put this under the cold water as well. And just

glide that all around - That will seal off any little small, slight mix you may have

gotten. It will also tell you how you did on your shave. If you get a lot of sting

then you know you irritated your skin maybe you went too deep or over the same

area too many times. Okay we put that down and it is a natural antiseptic so

it's good for your skin... Just let that sit for thirty seconds to a minute and

then we'll rinse that off. Now we'll Pat the face dry.

Very nice! That is a fantastic shave! As you can see - very smooth just with two passes.

I really I could have stopped with one but I wanted to do the second one just

to really make it glass like baby smooth. It's the BBS or the BSS, however you

want to put it. If you're just starting out with safety razor shaving you want

to go with something like this - a Shave Nation heavy chrome razor. It's more of a

mild shaving razor it's right down the road

in the middle in the mid-range. It would be mild and aggressive like this. This

razor will be right in the middle - the Shave Nation razor. And if you are a

seasoned veteran you've been shaving with a safety razor for a while then I

would definitely recommend this if you want something that's very efficient and

you have the ability and the time to just go slow with it you'll get a

fantastic efficient shave from it. And again it is in my opinion it's more

aggressive than the R-41 it's really really too tight little shaving razor. I

hope you enjoyed the video for this iKon TECH. If you're interested just click

the link underneath or go to ShaveNation.com and you can get it with

the OSS handle, or the Bulldog handle, or the Special Edition handle - Your choice.

You can choose whichever one you want. Woh! Hang on! I almost forgot the

aftershave - it's Captain's Choice bay rum. Just shake it up a little bit activate

the ingredients. Remove the cap, put that down. It's got a regulator so it doesn't

spill all over the place. A couple drops like so in your hand and I like to rub

it together just to activate the ingredients and then - BAM! -mmmm!-LOVELY! It feels

great, smells great! I get a little bit of a sting - not too much very nice.

That's awesome! Alright let's put that away. Please subscribe to my YouTube

channel and click that bell in the upper right-hand corner. I think that's the

right! And activate the notifications for my channel so they'll be sent to your

inbox and you'll know every time I put out a new

video which is going to be for sure at least once a week maybe twice a week.

Thanks very much for watching - I'm Geofatboy. Have A Great Shave, Have A

Great Day!

They are 2nd class

We have 10 carabines

We the great fun is waiting for us

Let`s test it!

We`re testing Eplosive X carabines

We have 10 carabines

We`ll burn them in a sequence

It`s really windy

I hope nothing will happen

Ok, next one

We`ll burn two at the same time

Next carabine

We have many carabines

I`ll try to connect them

These carabines are really loud

Mega loud

The last carabine

That`s all

We`ll see on a review

These carabines are like firecrackers which are exploding really loud

They are well made

Almost all burned

They have started to exploding in a really short time

They have fast burning fuses

The firecrackers inside a carabine shouldn`t harm us

Some younger people could be a bit afraid of it

Trust me that there are people who are scared when the Piccolo explode next to their ear

You can try

It`s a big strengh

It`s a big shock to hear this bang

These carabines are ok to play

You can take a pot and go on a staircase. Then you put carabine under pot, burn and escape

The people who are living in this block could have a 'nice' suprise

My note is 7/10

The fuse would be longer

It would be safer

And they could give better package

Not paper

They could make them better

The price would be higher

7/10 at the moment

That`s all

05 T2W ENG - our position compared to other countries in the EU - Duration: 1:53.

The Trans2Work project is designed as complementary with "Equal Access for All -Strengthening the Social Dimension for a Stronger European Higher Education Area" (EquiED) in SR and "Support and Inclusion of SwDs at Higher Education in Montenegro" (SINC@HE) in ME and "Equal Opportunities for Students With Special Needs in Higher Education" (EQOPP) in BiH. The aforementioned projects have been designed to improve the equal access, inclusion and support of prospective and current students with disability (SwD) at HEIs in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Taken into consideration the specific objectives of these 3 projects, the proposed project is a follow up and complementary based on the assumption that SwD often experience limited access to and success within postsecondary and higher education programs which subsequently limits their employment. Thus, Trans2Work links the outcomes from the afore mentioned projects and makes the next step by preparing SwD to meet the needs of the labor market after their graduation. Although there is a good background and some common good developed strategies there are a lot of differences that are making the mobility among partner countries not easy and in a lot of cases the implementation of those policies are still inefficient and not practically linked. A review on reports and literature focusing on the transition from HE to work life in the 3 partner countries has showed a lack of research data and information. Generally employers are skeptical about the possibility of hiring PwD since their concern relates to the ability of PwD to carry out their employment responsibilities. Important factor for positive change in the attitude of employers is the level of education of PwD. The consortium of the project consists of 23 partners from EU, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. Coordinator of this project is the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki (GREECE). Aim of the project is to improve the quality and relevance of school to work transition of HE SwD in Serbia and Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Main objectives are to (a) upgrade and prepare HEIs services to support SwD to their transition from HE to Work following the EU policies, (b) link Higher Education to "disability friendly" work environments, (c) assimilate transition opportunities and skills with EU practices and policies and (d) to prepare employers on understanding the needs of employees with disabilities in order to offer new jobs. Specific objectives of the project are to: • Identify and analyze the needs of employers and students with disabilities • Create a web based tool that will help (a) employers to identify suitable people to fill specific positions and it will be designed to account for special requirements needed by employers and (b) SwD to identify their interests and educational needs • Create of a portal that will electronically connect employers, individuals with disabilities and the person in each partner country responsible for the development of educational programs for individuals with disabilities • Inform stakeholders through seminars and workshops, distribution of booklets and/or electronic material regarding the use of the platform and its operation • Train (a) teaching staff, (b) employers and (b) SwD to manage their career • Strengthen the role of career centers and establishing the role of mentors • Raise awareness of employers regarding the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities. • Raise awareness and motivation towards transition and increase the number of HE SwD involved in world of work

How to Carry Out a Risk Assessment - Step 3 of 6 - Duration: 3:06.

Welcome back, and to Step 3 of our 6 Step process on carrying out a risk assessment

If this is your first time with us, please go to my YouTube channel

Where you will be able to watch the Introductory video to the series and Steps 1&2

So from Step 2 of our general office duties risk assessment we identified 7 hazards, these

are

1.

Spillage of liquid on the floor, 2.Poor storage of materials, 3 Trailing cables on the floor

4.Overstretching whilst lifting items, 5.Trying to lift too much

6.

Incorrect use of DSE, 7. and incorrect posture whilst using DSE

From these 7 hazards the next step is to identify

Who might be harmed and how they might be harmed

Remember that this not only applies to staff who work in the office

but also to others who might be in the office

Contractors

Visitors

Or Members of the Public

You should also remember to include those workers

Who may have particular requirements, for example

Temporary & Lone Workers

Young Workers

New or Expectant Mothers

People with Disabilities

And Home Workers

So, in our example of hazards and mapping this across to our 3 tasks

That we identified in Step 2 the following could be considered

Who might be harmed from Task 1 which was Moving Around the Office , Staff and Others

How might they be harmed?

Slips trips and falls causing an injury because of

1.Spillage of liquid on the floor; 2.Poor storage of materials; 3.Or trailing cables

on the floor

Who might be harmed from Task 2 which was Manual Handling of Items, All Staff

How might they be harmed?

Back pain and other physical injuries caused by

4.Overstretching whilst lifting items; or 5.Trying to lift too much

Who might be harmed from Task 3 which was using Display Screen Equipment, All staff

involved in using display screen equipment

How might they be harmed?

Upper limb injuries, back pain or aches and headaches as a result of

6.Incorrect use of DSE; 7.

Or Incorrect posture whilst using DSE

We have specifically applied this to general office duties, so go through

Your specific activity applying these principles

Now that we have identified who might be harmed and how they might be harmed

we now need to look at what we are currently doing to reduce harm

We will pick this up in the next video in Step 4

So, bye for now and see you for Step 4

My 5 Best Tips for New Airbnb Hosts! - Duration: 4:48.

hello YouTube this is richard founder of short-term rental secrets.com and

B&B listing so we're including the link in the description below all right cool

I think it's fantastic that you're getting started on this journey I love

being an Airbnb super host and I think you will too

DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS Armed Texans Vow To Use Any Force Necessary To Stop SICK Liberal Plot - Duration: 10:43.

DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS Armed Texans Vow To Use Any Force Necessary To Stop SICK Liberal

Plot

The Left has launched an all-out assault on things they don't like — with their main

target lately being ANY historical figure or representation of the South.

Threats were made on Facebook from an ANTIFA Texas page that promised to take down a statue

of Sam Houston in Houston, Texas, according to Breitbart.

The Patriots of Texas assembled a group to travel to the monument — armed and ready

— to protect it from those who would seek to tear it down.

An open letter from Texans promised that ANYONE who loved Texas could come bearing arms to

defend the moment.

It is SO refreshing to see a group of real AMERICANS rise against groups like ANTIFA.

Hundreds of Texans showed up ready to stop anyone who tried to harm a symbol that honors

Sam Houston and represents the freedom to celebrate history.

The Left is psychotic and thinks they have the moral authority to decide what part of

history is "right," and who people are allowed to respect.

WE ARE SICK OF IT!

The people there protesting the monument noticed something odd as they stood around, ready

to be challenged — no one was there claiming to be ANTIFA.

It was at this time that others started to notice something strange: the Texas ANTIFA

page had changed drastically on Facebook.

Suddenly, the page had all of the workings of hacktivist group Anonymous.

Upon closer investigation, the front banner now reads, "This page is not, and never

was, Antifa.

Read the Article that explains it."

Now everyone's curiosity was peaked.

It turns out that threatening the Sam Houston statue was a hoax by Anonymous, but a MEANINGFUL

hoax, nonetheless.

The purpose of their hoax was to show the power that people have when they stand together

for a RIGHTEOUS cause like preserving history.

The hoax was also a direct attack against the real ANTIFA, BLM, and other similar groups.

Anonymous is sick of watching these groups try to deconstruct and rewrite history as

they see fit.

In an effort to prove a point, they allegedly lured the patriotic Texans at the statue to

bring them TOGETHER.

If you read their post on Facebook, you will see a heartfelt message explaining why the

hoax was set up.

You can also read what they hope to accomplish, and how we all play a big role in the future.

The strongest takeaway is the following:

"We may differ in [opinion] on some issues from you, but when it comes to protecting

history, we stand united.

Destruction of History is one of the many reasons we are in an online war against ISIS;

we cannot sit by and allow American groups to do the same."

Anonymous hit the nail on the head with this one.

They are saying that the Left is pushing behavior that is almost identical to the way ISIS acts.

It is such a big problem in the world today, and we NEED to stop it by joining together

in this fight.

Managing Water in Soils, What Do South Dakotans Say - Duration: 4:14.

[Music]

The research we've seen from Dr. Tom, Al Miron and Anthony Bly in the previous

videos strongly supports the idea that no-till and cover crops actually

increase infiltration of water into the soil. But is that research reflected

across South Dakota? Before we find out Dr. Dwayne Beck poses an interesting

rhetorical question and producer Doug Sieck lays out a challenge......

I always used to ask farmers when that came up: "If you get caught in the back 40 in a rainstorm,

do you drive home across the pasture or the plowed field?" and as soon as you ask

that question........

And and you go so well no-till is like a pasture if you're doing no-till right.

It's like a pasture so why are you worried about excess water?

We need to challenge ourselves and quit saying" "it won't work here!" and we need to start

saying to ourselves: "How do I make this work here?"

Now that is some food for thought! Yes and it serves this context for three

simple stories from Vermillion, Selby and Box Elder, South Dakota.

On some of our farms we used to have waterways and our waterways are gone now because our soil

structure is holding there so now where we used to have a ten-foot wide waterway

we now farm through it and there's a little - you feel a little bump with the

planter when you go through it but that's it

and you can come back in the fall and there might be a little bit of dirt had

moved where that waterway was where it used to be a four-foot crater because

now just a six inch divot.

So we started shifting i nto this no-till not because

we're great conservationists, we started shifting into because there was an

economic advantage to doing that we could make more money and then when we

were doing that we started learning that okay here's another benefit that I never

gave any thought to look you know look at how well the water soaking in the

soil here it's it's not that it's not that we're we're just winning because

we're not tilling and losing the moisture we're winning because that

water's soaking in for some reason why that's soaking in and went up to

Burleigh County [ND] and again and they were talking about this aggregate stability

and see in your soil where it would look like cottage cheese once you were doing

things right and I went home and I thought well I I wonder how this is

working what's going on out in my field I'd never really dug in a field with a

shovel and I went out dug down in a field this picked a field at random and

lo and behold there was the cottage cheese structure there and and there

were night crawlers or earthworms anyway crawling around in the soil and I didn't

expect that at all what I was out there doing was trying to conserve moisture

and I didn't realize that I was affecting the soil in a positive way the

actual structure of the soil.

This.... water infiltration into this ground it's

so incredible that you would be amazed after an inch rain that I can be out

here doing some some stuff within you know 24 to 48 hours.

Is that very different to what your neighbors might be doing?

Absolutely, like I say with the high

organic matter and the condition in this ground right now that the neighbors

won't you know they've got some summer fallow that after half-inch rains got

standing water and I haven't got a spot anywhere out here that even holds water.

In the last five videos we've heard from farmers and researchers about the

relationship between tillage and infiltration and it looks like the

message seems to be consistent across the state: no-till and cover crops do

these help or hinder water infiltration and improve soil water management ?

Merit or Myth?

You decide!

Accounting for Beginners #29 / Liabilities / What are Liabilities / Accounting 101 - Duration: 8:32.

yo yo yo what's the business huh you know what it is man it's my classic

series AFB number 29 she know about that huh welcome back if you don't know

my name is CPA strength I am strong a CPA in Florida certified public

accountant a FB number 29 what's it all about huh we're going to do today we're

going to do liabilities CPAs trains going to do liabilities change for

beginners number 29 have liabilities what are liabilities I want to get into

that first let's say the balance sheet bass guitar equation assets equal

liabilities plus equity this is the mainstay of I would say accounting it's

the basic equation it's the balance sheet the most important financial

statement as far as I'm concerned so today we are concerned with the

liabilities let's assume that maybe you're taking this on a test or

something or taking a quiz obviously you already have DC abler written down then

from that you put debit credit asset draw expense liability equity revenue

normal balances positive balances today we're going to look at liabilities also

the DCA law it does have the balance sheet in it assets equal liabilities

plus equity and we know these equal right here so assets equal liabilities

plus equity so balance sheet here so these Sadler has the balance sheet

businesses want to make money of course everyone wants some chippers a rich

person be like money is not everything oh okay

try not having any money try being homeless and seeing if money and

everything okay then let's go to the definition in the book and this actually

this actually does make some sense to me definition of liabilities

and in the accounting book is debts owed to outsiders liabilities are debts owed

to outsiders in my head I think I'm liable for this it's on me I'm liable so

you just gotta think you don't know liabilities are debts owed to outsiders

all right let's just go over some common some common liabilities and then you

would think if it's a debt owed to outsider all these liabilities if

they're going up would go right here would be a credit on a journal entry and

on the spot let's start loan from shareholder when I started Doron Dorn

CPA a shareholder moi Jonathan Dorn loan loan Dorn CPA money

so I loaned it I loaned it ten thousand dollars so I had ten thousand dollars in

here ten thousand dollars cash I loaned it loan from shareholder saying this is

always going to equal so if you have ten thousand dollars in assets do you owe it

to somebody or does the business on it that's basically what it is

so loan from shareholder I own it the journal entry debit debit cash credit

loan from shareholder for that one as I say no this is kind of kind of a hack

for liabilities is if you see it I could be wrong I'm sure I am if you see a

payable somewhere wherever you're doing your exam homework in passing a payable

accounts payable wages payable taxes payable something payable payable that

means I owe it to you oh it I am liable for it payable it's a

I own to an outsider so if you see a table it's a liability dc-8 Lerner right

here positive credit boom count stable I get a bunch of merchandise I got a bunch

of widgets I got widgets out the door and I say oh ho I sell the widgets yeah

man I'm gonna pay you later payable accounts payable yeah so I got a bunch

of widgets ain't Hatem yet is it a den Oh down centers yes it is

boom alone from shareholder wages payable table you know it's liabilities

are payable boy let's see you know how people get paid every other week lot of

times which I call bi-weekly but by means two so with not being twice a week

come on Dawg are you doing your books every month the end of the month there's

people who haven't got a paycheck yet like maybe the end of the month lands on

a Wednesday so you haven't paid these people for three days anyway they've

worked for you and you owe them money wages payable someone's work for you but

you haven't given their money so it's payable so yeah it's downed outside or

yeah your employee tax is payable like a sales tax so the end of the month you

you figure out oh I old I owe the state for sales tax $500 or when you make the

sale you owe them but now they give you you have to figure it out and they give

you a couple weeks to pay them because you're kind of always working behind in

accounting but anyways the the gist I guess of it is taxes payable you figure

it out you owe the state taxes you haven't paid them yet it's a debt to the

outsider now look this one doesn't say payable but I guess what

councillor wage payroll taxes payable payable payable payable payable payable

payable table unearned revenue it doesn't have a

payable in there but think about it the book examples like a magazine

subscription you know outdated that is who has a

magazine subscription here like parole oh I would say basically unearned

revenue is just just slow down for a second please people unearned unearned I

did not earn revenue I did not earn the revenue I didn't earn it but that means

I have it yes are in revenue means I have the money right and do the work for

it so it's kind if I still owe somebody some diner oh I don't know the money

I own the work so I still I'm liable to an outsider for something so yeah checks

out liabilities is not that good it's what you owe somebody do you owe

somebody I guess money or work reliability hmm you know seems like I

think intuitively I don't get many questions on liabilities I'm not sure

why but it's just it's an it's integra tetryl to what i'm doing here is we're

going assets equal liabilities plus equity thanks for watching this is CP h

strengths strongest CPA in Florida I'm the biggest person on consistency

consistency consistency consistency I don't really go crazy and do a lot in a

day but I do a little bit every day for years lifting weights every day

practically for four years accounting I do a little bit of accounting every day

for like ten years now if you never start you'll never get there if you do

if you do a little bit if you take a couple steps if you take a couple steps

every day for ten years imagine how far you'll be in ten years

See The Shocking Way CNN Censors Law Professor Explaining That Trump Did Nothing Illegal - Duration: 10:43.

See The Shocking Way CNN Censors Law Professor Explaining That Trump Did Nothing Illegal

It seems that CNN will do anything to push their narratives.

They will invite a couple of people they disagree with just for show, but then censor them if

they go too far out of line.

Law professors Elizabeth Foley and Lawrence Tribe explained, using the constitution, why

President Trump was totally legally justified in firing James Comey.

Even as Foley and Tribe argued that President Trump did nothing wrong, CNN flew a banner

across the screen that said "The facts that Comey presented point powerfully to Trump

obstructing justice."

"If you care about process and the rule of law — and this is not just about the

ends justifying the means and taking down a president that you don't like — then

you need to care about what the statutes of obstruction say in this country, and I'm

telling you that section 1503 has been interpreted by every court to be limited to a pending

judicial or quasi-judicial proceeding; an FBI investigation is not that," explained

Foley.

"So there is simply no violation of any existing statute under the facts as we know

it right now.

To try to trump up an obstruction of justice statute is not respectful of the rule of law

in this country," said Foley.

So how did CNN stop them from talking?

"We're on television and this might be getting too technical," responded CNN's

Fareed Zakaria.

So basically, as a last result, call your audience

idiots

to

shut down

the conversation.

Android Application Development Tutorial for Beginners - #7 | 2017 - Duration: 7:23.

♫MUSIC PLAYING♪

what's going on guys welcome back to

another brand new Android studio

tutorial and today I want me show you

that how to use string in Android studio

so without wasting any time let's go to

the android studio we have the last

project and from the last project I have

removed the second activity and its

corresponding xml file so we have a

blank main activity how completely clean

it the file and now it's a brand new

project so now i'm going to that main

activity and simply adding some of the

things that can show a text view or text

from the string so string is nothing but

a group of text that is that can be

registered by your single name just like

a variable that we have written that we

have given for the balance so first of

all i'm adding a text view into the

sender i'm adding at the button so the

reason why add the text view and the

button is that both of these item can

show text inside that so once i have

done this one i'm going to the rest

folder and inside that going to the

values opening it and go into the string

through xml and you can see here is

actually a string it's already added

that is the string name is app

underscore name that is the application

name first application so i want to add

another or new string into read so let's

go and type a new string so for that we

how to add less than symbol than spring

so when you type string and press enter

it automatically complete all the other

things require so now you can give the

name for the string and just giving my

string as text view message you can give

any names including the numbers also so

like ways and now i'm closing with the

greater than symbol and it automatically

added the closing tag off that screen

now in

between this less than and greater than

symbol you how to type your message so

well typing the message there is some of

the best trick that you can use let me

show you so for and the photo text view

i'm typing this is my first so i have

tied word this is my first application

and if i want to show the first or the

application in the second line or a new

line we have a method that we can use

that is backward slash then yen now when

i type backward slash with including en

without in these cases between these two

you can see now when we are moving to

the I'm QED underscore main we have the

text view over into the text view text

in the same changing the text into

string value so we have simply type for

each string and when i type ii yes you

can see here it is a string textview

underscore message we definitely just

gonna select that one and well we can

see if you're in show that takes you

within two lines that this is my first

application and in the second line you

can see this a fast this is my first in

the first line and the application in

the second line so like ways you can use

backward backward slash and the end to

together to make a new line and there so

okay so now you know how to create a new

string and give a sample message for the

strings now create the second string for

the button text so I'm tapping against

ring then and now typing the string

value so now i have read you the second

string that is that the string name is

but an underscore methods with the value

of click me than symbol we now let's

move to that I'm activity underscore

middle xml add the string same as that

we have done in the text view ID string

selecting the button underscore message

and you can see instantly change the

text of this button into click me so

that's it now i will show you is that

how to set the value of string using the

main activity that is java programming

so we have declared that text view

buttons and many other things using the

strain inside the combat activity or the

activity so lightweight I'm typing the

string so when I type string can see if

you to automatically came up now i'm

selecting that one now as as we have

done before i'm giving the name for the

string that is a variable name for the

screen i want to name the variable as my

screen ok so my string equal to now you

how to enter the value of the thing that

we have been famous that we have done in

the strings or XML so I'm typing with

something else here this is my message

wow you can see the short arrows between

that we have type work so in order to

type a message in the Gamma thoughts you

have to use double quotes and in in

between that double calls you how to

type your message so let me show you

that i'm using a double coat and inside

that i'm typing the same message now

finally we are closing with a semicolon

and that's it so there is no any arrests

till now now i'm a new button or the

textview in your ear so here is my third

vid chat and you can see the ID for the

widget is text view 3 and changing the

ID into text view swing now more into

the main activity i'm showing the text

view here

now I have shown that takes you in

between de oncreate method so finally be

how to display the message of the string

in the textview so for that I tell you

how to do is simply type my text view

that's the variable name that I have

given for the text view with the ID text

you string now you have to type dot text

and ask you how to simply give the name

of the variable name of the string so

that the variable name is my string and

selecting that one and there is not any

others till this time and now let's move

to the activity under scroll main dot

XML and you can see here it shows text

view but if you're running it on your

live device you can always see the text

view will be replaced with this message

that is this is my message so I hope you

guys enjoyed watching this tutorial and

if you like this video definitely give

it a big thumbs up and if you want

tutorials like this in the future you

can probably go and subscribe to my

channel thanks for watching I don't hope

to see in my next tutorial

you

This Produce 101 Contestant Has Already Missed 3 Chances to Debut

Produce 101 contestant Yoon Jisung had the opportunity to debut 3 times before joining the show, but things just havent worked out. A curious fan accidentally uncovered trainee Yoon Jisungs training history while searching for information on the show.

Before participating in Produce 101, Yoon Jisung had quite a difficult trainee life.

She found that prior to joining his current company, he was a trainee under B2M Entertainment.

Jisung at Eric Nams promotional event. Because of that, he was even able to perform on music shows as a backup dancer with Spica.

During that time, B2M Entertainments trainees were well-known by fans, who were eagerly anticipating their debut.

But the company then merged with his current label MMO Entertainment, who cancelled their debut plans.

He allegedly tried to debuting two times under MMO Entertainment, but each time the debut has been either delayed or cancelled.

BEAUTY IS LIFE Tutorial – How to: Apply the BEAUTY IS LIFE matte lipsticks - Duration: 3:40.

BEAUTY IS LIFE is Beatrix Isabel Lied.

On her in-house produced YouTube channel,

the beauty expert shares professional tips for make-up

styling and skin on a weekly basis.

BIL: „Hello, my beloved beauty fans.

It's very nice to see you again

and I am very happy to see you again, dear Suzann.

You're here the second time."

Suzann: "Yes!"

BIL: "Suzann was here some time ago,

and we were talking about Contouring the last time.

Creating shades, hiding a double chin – of course you don't need this –

but we showed you how to contour.

This time, we're not focusing on basics, but decorative cosmetics.

We want some color – do you want to say what your wishes are?"

Suzann: "Yes, I would like to have a nice, bright color for summer to look fresh –

that's how we came up with this pink shade."

BIL: "Yes, exactly.

A matte shade, very trendy at the moment.

You will see, this color is a beautiful contrast to your brown eyes,

your complexion and your dark hair.

Of course we also have a matching liner:

Even though you're not a professional, of course you line your lips to make it look more exact.

Dear viewers, we'll show you how to do this at home:

not like the professional using the lip liner first and putting on the lipstick with a brush,

but the opposite so you can save some time at home."

Suzann: "Yes."

BIL: "You'll put on the lipstick with its rather insensitive shape first,

and afterwards you will line your lips.

This is saving you very much time and is a perfect tip for amateurs.

Let's do this!"

Suzann: "Perfect!"

BIL: "Amateur tip:

First the lipstick, with no brush, out of its container - could get a little messy.

Of course this is a new lipstick, so no worries about hygiene.

At home, you have your own lipstick.

As mentioned, it has a rather insensitive shape,

so that's not how a professional would put on the lipstick.

Afterwards, we are using the lip liner and giving the lips a very exact outline."

BIL: "Dear Suzann, what do you think?"

Suzann: "Yes, looks very good!"

BIL: "Color is perfect, right? It's called "macaron". You're travelling a lot around the world,

so I'm sure you know these are a French confection."

Suzann: "Yes, very colourful."

BIL: "Yes, exactly. Very delicious,

you also see them mainly in these rose and pink shades,

that's why we called the lipstick like that.

Easy to remember, shade number is 73."

Suzann: "73, good."

BIL: "And "c" for cold – meaning this does a good contrast to your rather warm eyes and your beautiful complexion.

So, dear beauty fans, that's it for this tutorial.

Thank you so much, maybe we'll see each other again?"

Suzann: "Thank you so much."

BIL: "We're saying good bye – bye, see you next week!"

Discovery Beach House Staff is Absolutely Incredible (Ribeye Steaks Yum!) - Craig Deane and Family - Duration: 2:07.

Hi, it's Craig Deane here on our last night, unfortunately, at the Discovery Beach House

that Evelyn and David have on the coast, on the beach in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica.

This is one of the only two, or three, four houses on the beach down here.

It's absolutely incredible.

You walk out of the house into their infinity pool, and right down that path and then you're

in the Pacific Ocean.

It's absolutely incredible and the only thing that I like a little more than that

is a kitchen like this.

I do not have a kitchen like this at home.

It turns out the kitchen is so stocked with all the spices you can imagine and the dishes,

and everything else.

And, the quality of the food at the stores down here is as good or better than the best

places in Santa Cruz, California, where we're from.

We've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and actually only had one lunch out in a week.

This is our last night here, so we're having some ribeye steaks that are unbelievable for

under four dollars a pound.

The produce, the butter lettuce, the string beans, the bacon, the beet tops.

They don't even know what beet tops are down here.

But we are eating the beet tops.

They were free at the produce stand north of town today.

Anyway, I want to thank Evelyn and David for their wonderful home and their hospitality,

and I do want to mention that their staff here is absolutely incredible.

From the cleaning staff to the outside staff, anything you need, they get for you with just

a click of Evelyn's walkie talkie.

So anyway, whether you've been on cruise ships or anywhere else, this, we've done

many of those, and this has been one of our most enjoyable vacations ever together as

a family.

And I get to do a lot of the cooking because I like it but the rest of the family pitches

in and we spend a lot of time together in the kitchen here.

That's all I can say, it's a wonderful place to be.
