Youtube daily report w Jun 17 2017

Hi everyone it's Kristen and today we are going to be doing a video that has been a long time

coming and it's something that I get a lot of questions about I've been doing

freebies sample survey and free products exchange for review for about two years

now and over that time I have come across a lot of fake or scam websites

that I feel like you guys need to know about so if you guys are interested in

freebies samples surveys for money or free products in exchange for review

sites and you are just getting started or you're interested in knowing which

websites to avoid , then this video is for you now all the types I'm going to be

presenting to you today are just in my opinion they appear to be scams or

things that you should avoid but I cannot give you a hundred percent

certainty that these are not real I will explain to you why I believe they're

fake and why I think you should avoid them but in in the end it's up to you

and you have to decide whether or not to think it's a scam if you think it's real and

you can definitely try it out you don't have to take my word for it

but I'm just trying to tell you with my experience and what I've seen and

knowing more legitimate sites versus scam like sites I think that I could help you

guys avoid the frustration and the waste of time if you guys have any experience

with any of these sites and you know that they are a legitimate

I would be more than happy to hear about that so let me know in the comments through this video

it's going to be a recurring theme and it seems too good to be true then it

probably is and you have to use your head with freebies and samples and

surveys if it sounds like what you're getting is going to be so much more than

you're giving it then it's probably a scam so one of the first kinds of

websites that I want to talk about is pay per click sites and what these sites

are is they claim that they will give you money in exchange for clicking a

link that they will give you and this link could be to a different website it

could be to an ad it could be to a video that you have to watch for 30 seconds it

all depends on which website and what they are requiring of you a lot of these

websites will say that they'll give you $1 per click seven dollars per

just by clicking a link and of all of you or you may have to watch this video

for however long and then they'll tell you that you can cash out after you've

reached a certain amount and that amount usually is $100 $1000 I've seen before

which is the most common and the ones that I've seen and you're just thinking

oh my god this is going to make me so much money this is so easy why are we

doing this and then you kind of come to the realization that this is a scam

how I got to this website was I was looking at different places that you

could go and earn rewards or free product and I stumbled across these sites

and along the way I had also been using insta GC and with Insta GC they have

survey and different types of little activities that you can do but they also

have pay per click on their site and it is only like 4 cents per click and you

only get a few of them and then there's ones where you can go through like a

slideshow like 10 pages or so and you get one cent and so looking at insta GC

you see over here giving you 4 cents per click or one cent per click and over

here where they're offering you a dollar or seven dollars it just starts to seem

like a scam so when I came upon these sites I kind of went thru the motions just

to see what it was about but I never got out to the cash out point because I felt

like upon what I was seeing that it would be a waste of my time but I did do some

research on them and I found a lot of mixed reviews I found a lot of people

kind of on reddit and websites like that saying that they were a scam and then I

came across these videos on YouTube there were like two separate videos with

two different people and they didn't have any other videos on their channel

which is also kind of sketchy to me that that would be their only video but in

videos they would show you the website like one dollar per click or whatever

the website name is and they would show you their PayPal account and the payouts

that they had which were like thousands of dollars and they have a couple different

times that kind of leads you to believe that they are legitimate but at the same time like

these people could be working with or for these websites to kind of mislead

people even more and tell them that it is a real site when it isn't and so I

still felt like there wasn't enough people saying that yes this was real

this is something that you should do that there are going to pay you and

so I never went through the entire thing to figure it out I felt like it would be

better to spend my time doing something I knew for sure I was going to pay me

out that had a lot more reviews it had a lot more people saying yes this is the

real thing and so I felt like after everything I have seen and just knowing

that over here this website that I know is real is giving out so much less money

than this one and you had you kind of have to think like why would they give

you so much money just for clicking on a link like if it doesn't make sense then

it probably isn't true the next type of scam that we're going to talk about is

the fake surveys and fake giveaways they're both kind of similar but they're

sort of different at the same time but first I want to talk about the fake

surveys and I think a lot of people when getting started into freebies and

samples and surveys come across these right away just because they're so like

overly advertised and kind of do a lot to try to get you to click on them that

you guys come across those and just assume that all freebies and samples

and surveys are this way and then you guys don't even try and the kind of

surveys that I'm talking about are the ones that kind of promise you something

so great that it can't make sense, I've seen some that say do this survey and

we'll give you $100 Taco Bell gift card hundred dollar Taco Bell gift cards sign

me up for that this type of survey I've seen it kind of ask you questions like

do you have auto insurance and you'll be like yes or no and if you click yes it

will take you that yes button is linked to another website that's trying to sell

you car insurance and all the questions are that way and that's kind of an

indicator of it being in a scam survey because most surveys

that are real there are some that pay you are asking you specific questions

like they'll all have be recurring around this one topic they won't be

asking you one question do you have health insurance do you like shopping a

Kohl's , they're not going to ask you all those and like our real survey they may

ask you those in order to get you to a real survey because I can think of like

pro opinion they'll ask you like a few beginner questions before they give you

an actual survey but in general if you're having a survey that's asking you

like all these different questions and taking you to different websites and

stuff that survey is not real and another good indicator is why would they

give you $100 Taco Bell gift cards Sears gift card why would they give you a free

iPhone for answering questions on a survey and I know at first you're like

oh my gosh I want to do all this stuff I want to know stuff for free I need money

from to try it and it's just a waste of your time it takes you to different

websites that may or may not be good for your computer I've had ones that have

sent me sometimes places that like it looks like you have a virus it give you like

that little like pop-up thing where you like can't click yes or no it just

starts talking to you and all that stuff so those are not good so try to avoid those

types of surveys I can you start seeing those signs like I'm telling you then

just get out of it the real survey is not going to take you to a different

website they want to keep you there to answer the survey

next is the fake giveaways and the fake surveys and take giveaways are similar

because a lot of them are just there to get your information and what I mean by

that is is a lot of times in surveys or in giveaways you have to give them your

name your number your address and you have to give them your real information

or how can they send you the $100 Taco Bell card or how can they send you the

prize that you win if you don't give them the right information it's harder

to tell what giveaways are fake because you never know you know

no they're actually going to give you a prize and giveaways in general could be

fake they could just be telling you, oh sign up to win and as you're signing up

to win they also want you to sign up for their newsletter so now it looks like

to advertisers in to whoever that they have more people signing up for the

newsletter than they actually do I mean this is a good way for a lot of

people to get more subscribers and more people to their email more people to

know about them so that's why I let people do giveaways and sweepstakes and

stuff which I'm not saying that that's a bad thing it's just that sometimes they

may not actually be giving out a prize and it's hard to know who is actually

giving out a prize because a lot of time and you won't know the winner

because the winner wants to remain anonymous

or they just don't announce it ,so it's really hard to decide what giveaways are

real and what aren't I would just again kind of look at the website that it's on

the website looks sketchy if it's not like a name brand name brand people

usually have to give out prizes because people check up on them but ever since I

started doing surveys, freebies, giveaways and signing up for them and

getting out my real number I could call it at least five times a day by random

numbers and I always block them so they're always room numbers and it's

just something that happens I guess I mean someone somewhere online has to

sell my number out for people to call it or they're doing the calling

same thing happens with your email I get a lot of spam emails and you're giving

out your full name and your address and that's a lot of information to give out

so you really have to decide is the prize is the free product is the survey

of worth giving out my information and someone could steal it

someone could use it to annoy you with a thousand calls and it's just something to

keep in mind I plan on hopefully someday getting PO

box but there again a lot of people will not send things PO boxes so you just

keep that in mind as well you don't want to give them fake information because

then if they are legit if you did win then you'll never

know because they'll be calling some random number and then you'll never get

your prize so I mean either give them your real

information or don't enter at all this one website in particular that is sort

of like this and I think this is what they do and this is actually for free

samples and sort of like a survey thing that'll make you go through a survey and

it will at the end of the surveys you'll be able to sign up for the free product

or sample .You have answer all these questions and again this kind of

survey if you answer yes or no to it will take you somewhere else and so way

back when when I first started I kind of caught wind of this and I was like I'm

never getting any of the free products or samples that they're telling me I'm

getting and I'm going through this whole thing a couple different times and so I

started paying attention out I write down like what the product was supposed

to be and what days I got it on are like signed up for it on and I never got any

of them not giving them my information again because they're obviously not

doing what they say their going to and it's probably a scam the next thing I talk

about is a little bit different and it's more on the part of the people that

participate in giveaways and sweepstakes and it's mostly contests that I see this

happen and I used to pay more attention to them like contests back in the day don't really do anything with them

but now I don't really do anything with them

because of this and it's when you sign up to do like a contest you'll take like

a picture of "cutest dog" for instance and then you'll put it on your Facebook

or put it on your social medias and people will vote on it

Well.. this can kind of be rigged

because if you know a lot of people or if you kind of like your picture if you

like my picture on this website like it'll be a different website and

different contest but like you kind of swap likes and this happens more than

you would think there are communities like Facebook groups that do this there

are just like people who do this online and are friends there's to be a lot of

drama online about this and I don't think that much can be

done if they do it like behind the scenes so with things like contests

and stuff online it can be rigged I mean you don't really know it's not

necessarily going to happen but it's just something that I've noticed that

happens and that's why I personally don't ever really enter a contest and it's

kind of more of a popularity contest and actually the picture contest sometimes

sweepstakes out this way too but usually sweepstakes and giveaway or more random

so yeah keep that in mind as well that things can be manipulated by the people

participating just as well as it can be manipulated by the people giving to

giveaway or contest lastly if a giveaway thing looks too good to be true and like

it's hard to say because you never know who's really giving away a car or who is

really giving away a vacation and I've entered a lot of giveaways in my time

and I have never won anything big I have won some smaller items which is always

really nice too but I've seen some people that I've been YouTube friends

with and they enter a lot a lot of Giveaways and one lady in particular she

got a trip to New York and she got to meet Taylor Swift and I've seen people win

different types of getaways and things like that so it is possible to win a lot

of the giveaways probably most of them are true I don't want anyone to think

that I'm discouraging you from entering giveaways and sweepstakes it's just I

feel like it's better to be informed about the certain scams that are out

there and things to look for and one more thing about giveaways , actually this

is a story about something that happened to me and I heard other people this has

happened to as well and someone will call you up and say you've won a

getaway on a cruise and you can pick someone else to come with you and you

get everything paid for and blah blah blah and you're like oh wow I've

actually want to give away like I kind of thought like maybe it is actually

worth my time and so I was listening to all their

information because I wasn't necessarily like oh yeah I won I'm just kind of like

maybe I won but I'm like i'll just hear this person out and so they're telling me

all this stuff it sounds great I get free food,I get all this stuff and so

does my passenger the only thing is is that you're going to have to pay for

the port fee or something for the cruise and like I thought I just won this cruise

I'm not going to pay you a port fee and you have to pay that right and now was the other thing

like as the person was speaking to you, you have to pay it

and I'm like you are full of it because like who has that money usually

to be like oh yeah sure let me just get out my debit card and let you have it

and who are you who are you with like it's just definitely a scam and I was

like uh.. no. because that's it sounds like a scam but something sounds like a scam

I'm telling you guys it is you can't just think that everyone's just going to

give you things and every survey is just going to pay you a lot of money because most

surveys don't pay you a lot of money um and you

have to work overtime and so it's not something that you're going to get rich

from it's not something that you're going to quit your day job for which I

think a lot of people who are looking for and it's just not going to happen

I've looked at a lot of different websites for giveaways for surveys and

it's just you have to work out a long time we have to spend a lot of time

doing it but it's something you can do as a side job or if you're a stay-at-home mom who

wants to make some extra money and you don't necessarily need a job then this

is what you should do I have a full-time job this is not my job but it does help

pay for different things that I want like makeup or what-have-you to have

extra but it's definitely not going to be a full-time job and lastly the last

category that I want to talk you guys about today is free products in exchange

for review I have a lot of different websites that I like to do this for some

of them give you the product for free and you do the review some of them will give you the

product at a discount and then you can do the review now since Amazon's rules

have changed there's not very many Amazon products in exchange for review

because now you're not required to do a review you can do one if you want

do it but there are still a lot of good websites that will get you in contact

with individual companies and then they can work out something with you based

upon your social following and a lot of different things and they're going to

decide whether or not they're going to pay you and all that good stuff there

are some scams associated with free products in exchange for review a while

back as well I was talking to a company through Tomoson which kind of gave me

a false sense of security thinking that Tomoson vetted the

companies that they work with and I don't think they really do and not

saying anything really bad about Tomoson it's just on my part I was kind of naive

thinking that whoever came through that website was going to be legitimate and

that was my fault for believing but I learned from that what happened was that

they had a couple different like small electronic products that were normal

products to be on Tomoson so it wasn't something like out of the ordinary and

then we're going to give me like three different products but all they wanted

was to pay for shipping now when Tomoson first got started and

and Amazon prime wasn't that big of a thing that's actually the way it used to be

they would give you the free products but you have to pay how are much shipping

because they didn't want to have to come out of pocket to give you a free product

and that's kind of how it was so it was it was kind of familiar to me that

something like that might happen and I guess I just believed they would

actually give me the product and I paid I believe like $15 I believe it was for

the shipping and I thought that was a reasonable amount for shipping

and I paid it thru Pay Pal which is what I would suggest that you do because

request that they refund you your stuff and that's what I did and I got my money

back but yeah the company just never sent anything never said anything else

after I paid it and I mean I knew going into it that I was going to use PayPal

in case that something like that did happen but it was just a

hassle and a disappointment to have to deal with that so that would be my first

warning to you about is about free products in exchange for review now that Amazon

prime is a thing that really didn't happen but now that Amazon is not doing

reviews or letting people to reviews that way it may in some cases be that

way but usually now they will send you the product and ship to you for free

places like Bzz Agent and Influenster they never charge you for shipping and

they give you the product for free so if you guys are interested in getting you started

those two are very good for that and the other thing I wanted to mention is not really a

scam it's just something to look out for and that's companies sort of persuading you

to give them a good review and they cannot do that

according to FTC rules and I'll leave a link down below if you guys want to read

those because there's like actually a federal government thing saying that

they cannot tell you to leave a good review that was even when Amazon was

doing their review thing they would let you if you had to disclose that you have

the product for free and you have to give your honest unbiased review and

usually a lot of people will require you to have that statement so if you guys

want to see those rules I'll put them down below if they are important

certain things could happen with your YouTube videos and things like that if you don't

tell people that you're being sponsored or that you're doing an ad or that

you've got the product for free so those are important things to keep note of but

getting to the point I've had a couple.. not a lot, not a lot of them will do this but

I've had one in particular they would give you the product as long as I would

at least give them four stars on Amazon this is before and I'm like I can't

promise you that and then they weren't going to give me the product so now if I

go fine if you guys want to be that way but they're not allowed to do that first

and foremost and then you don't want to work with a company who acts like that

because you just don't I mean they're not good people then that they're

pressuring you to give them a good review are making you feel like you owe

them a good review, so I hope showing you guys some of the

sites that I'm pretty sure are scams helps you I hope that these tips help

you avoid any of the ones that I personally haven't come across but you

might especially for people just getting started doing surveys I've heard them a

lot say "how can you find these surveys that actually pay you?" and it's kind of

hard in the world where a lot of the surveys that are scams are very much

advertised a lot of them are like advertised like in the top bar or like

on the side and I'll have like little flashy advertisements and I'll be like

earn fifty dollars one survey those are usually fake and you just have to use

your head like does it make sense that they pay you fifty dollars for a survey

I've had studies and different beta testing give me fifty dollars but never

a survey that takes me two minutes a legitimate website will be used by a lot

of different people and will probably have reviews on YouTube as well as blogs and

I also plan to do more reviews on different websites that give out free

product reviews and whatnot I have done Tomoson, Influenster, and also done

a video on Listia, you guys want to check that out so I've got a lot of

different ones so if you guys wanted a more in depth review and tutorial on

how to use them, so if you guys are interested in that then go check those

out let me know in the comments if you guys know of any other places that

you're pretty sure in the scam or and you guys stories that you have about any

of these websites if you guys know that these websites that I'm talking about

are legit I'd also like to know that I also do products reviews beauty

tutorials and special effects makeup tutorials on this channel as well so if

you're interested in seeing any of that for me that I really love it if you guys

would subscribe to my channel and like me on Facebook,Twitter, and Instagram if

you're on those thank you guys so much for watching I hope this video can I

help you guys especially new freebie hunters and survey takers and all that

good stuff thank you guys so much for watching and

you guys again soon

Respiratory Movement Control - Taichi | Full Fight Channel - Duration: 5:31.

What's up Guys,

We are together again.

Full Fight Channel in the area.

With Taichi Chuan,

Taichi Chuan , yeah, Taichi Chuan is a martial art, you do not know?

If you did not know, you are knowing now.

And today, Teacher Ari Meneses will be demonstrating an exercise of Tai Chi,

you making moves,

focusing on the breath.

very cool,

It is worth checking. you who are in need of a relaxed,

try to practice for you to see. It might work huh, okay?

Let's go to the video.

The Taichi works a lot with the movement being guided by the breath, and not the opposite,

how was in Kung Fu, a lot of times people do not know their control breathing during movement,

They tend to lose their breath, and get much more tired than normal,

for this reason.

So in Taichi we work the opposite,

Not your movement to guide your breath is your breath to guide its movement.

so now we will work three breath control exercises,

Where in these exercises, the first is in motion,

the second is already static and the third well (both will stay for another video)

which modifies the second to the third,

It is precisely the kind of breathing that you will do.

OK?

let's start with the moving.

you will work a simple movement,

which is high,

and bring down.

'' Explaining something that only students know, it was not filmed ''

When they are raising, they spray their lungs as much as they can,

let's go up pulling as much as they can of oxygen,

and drop while the air descends, flexing the leg.

no need to rush ok?

I want you to be able to make the lungs swell to the limit and empty them to the limit while they make that move.

It is not by counting, it is by time,

you will have two minutes to make this exercise.

do not worry,

you will not have to make the greatest number of times,

if you do at once, and take two minutes at a time, be good.

OK?

The idea is to improve the breathing capacity of you,

with the change of time, then

greatest inspiration, inspiring long ... long exhaling.

do not hold your breath, do not work with apnea, do not hold the air.

you'll pull ...

could no longer, loose ...

continues dropping, until you can not anymore, and restart the movement.

to try to improve this ability to you because it will be important for the application of Taichi exercise.

the better your breathing, the better the movement of Taichi with fluidity.

as he spoke, unsecured,

We arrived at the most, even though here, goes a little faster and longer still,

the more natural the better.

everyone here inflected,

* Again explaining the movement *

That's it guys, we got back.

Very good, I hope you enjoyed the video,

Master Ari Meneses, thank you for participating in the Full Fight channel,

Thank you for your confidence, we still put other videos of Ari Master, along with Teacher Nando Lee Also,

demonstrating Taichi,

now's for you to have a small idea of what it is Taichi Chuan,

You will have to keep up with other videos as well.

and of course, we always talk here in the channel,

if you want to get any martial art,

look for a gym, a closer training center of your home, a professional person qualified to do so,

we are not here to teach the martial art,

basically here it is for you to know, we put various martial arts here. and maybe you fall in love with one and start practicing?

the proposal is this.

Thank you very much. Like the video? let your like, share, subscribe in the channel,

HOW TO AVOID FAKE SURVEYS, FREEBIES, PRODUCT REVIEWS AND EARN MONEY ONLINE SCAMS | KOSMIC KRISTEN - Duration: 23:40.

What is "Questions: We Don't Have Answers"? - Duration: 3:03.

Hey, guys, just wanted to pop in here real quick

to partake in a cursed tradition I find at once horrid but relatively unobtrusive

and in my confusion between indifference and rage I deign not speak of it

and that's self-promotion.

Questions: We Don't Have Answers is a podcast I do with my friend Donovan Grant

whose writing about superheroes and comics is very compelling and you can find it… here.

And together, what we're asking for is not listeners necessarily, but creative contributors.

Voices to add to the mix.

The way the show works is we pose a Question,

for example "Is it Okay to Fall in Love with a Fictional Character?"

or "Can You Be Outraged On Other People's Behalf?"

and try to come up with talking points as part of a vague, greater effort

to maybe one day solve that problem.

And in these discussions of race, sexuality, gender, gun control, politics, news media--

we can't possibly know everything, logically, and in practice, maybe we know nothing.

We do care about everything, but generally speaking, if you had to boil it down,

Donovan is as preoccupied with issues of race as I am issues of gender,

and that leaves a lot of purely uncharted territory beyond.

So at the moment, we just throw out these talking points

and make our arguments but they represent incomplete perspectives, of course.

We're very passionate about really attempting to work toward solutions,

to come up with the language to apply to these solutions,

to get better at engaging with people about these things,

and we can't do that without, uh, you know, people, without you and what you bring to the table uniquely.

So please, take a listen, and share your thoughts on past episodes and future topics,

which I'll start posting on the Bagels After Midnight feed right here.

You can reach us at qnoanswers@gmail.com and find us at qnoanswers.com and on iTunes at qnoa... yeah.

But don't take it from me, here's a clip to play us out.

Us…?

HARRISON: And that's so why, like, really, Donovan and I should have pushed harder

-when it came to Scarlett Johansson and Ghost in the Shell. -DONOVAN: Yeah…

HARRISON: We shouldn't have been all, "Well, technically," you know.

Because it's much more-- it's kind of like the EMILY's List principle,

where it's, like, you know, they're an organization that pushes for female politicians

and sometimes, like, they promote politicians who suck or who have like harmful policies,

but it's, like, no, what's more important is that we get representation

because honestly, like, legislation can only mean so much,

especially for future generations down the road.

What matters, at its most paramount, is representation and what that means,

um, for the people watching, uh, and, uh, you know, uh…

(sighs) What the fuck?

DONOVAN: What that means is the celebration of individuals, I think.

HARRISON: Yeah.

DONOVAN: You know, like…

People don't like feeling like their life experience is invalidated

because they don't see it in media,

or if they see it in media, it's sort of misrepresented,

or there's one side but there's not another side.

Um, and that's the sort of thing that I'm seeing--

it's gotten to the point where it's, like, every day.

Celebrities With Really Good Looking Husbands - Duration: 6:08.

Many of Hollywood's most famous faces have kept their private lives — and husbands

out — of the spotlight.

Perhaps these men, who quietly stand behind their celebrity significant others, are the

secret to their successful unions.

But don't think for one minute these husbands are doormats.

From a powerful attorney to a chef and even some big name producers, here are the gorgeous

husbands you didn't know celebrities kept hidden away.

Mariska Hargitay

She may be known for her gritty work on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, but few fans

know Mariska Hargitay's got a hot man at home: Peter Hermann.

The couple met on the set of the show in 2001 when he came in as a recurring guest star.

While Hargitay attempted to break the ice by flirting with a bad joke, it didn't leave

much of an impression on Hermann.

Months later, after a lengthy discussion on religion, Hermann invited her to church.

She told InStyle, "I just about passed out when I saw him there.

I thought, 'That's my husband.'"

While much isn't known about Hermann, he is in fact a respected actor with a lengthy list

of credits, including his current hit show Younger.

He's also had a small recurring role on Blue Bloods, and had a recurring role in the short-lived

TV series A Gifted Man.

As for the couple's life at home, they're busy raising three kids — one biological,

two adopted.

Reese Witherspoon

Although most people might best remember her first marriage to Ryan Phillippe, Reese Witherspoon

loves her man Jim Toth.

While Witherspoon is known for her acting credits — including winning an Academy Award

in 2006 — Toth is a well-known Hollywood agent.

The pair married in 2011, and in the few short years they've been together, the couple has

experienced many highs and lows.

In 2012 they welcomed their first child together, a son, Tennessee James Toth, which added to

her brood of two with Phillippe.

But in April 2013, the pair found themselves behind bars after a nasty run in with the

law.

Toth was arrested for driving under the influence in Atlanta while Witherspoon was charged with

obstruction after failing to adhere to an officer's commands during the traffic stop.

"I am a US citizen and I am allowed to stand on American ground and ask any question I

want to ask."

Ultimately they've both recovered from the incident.

While they don't often talk about their love or give relationship details, Witherspoon

says Toth encourages her to work behind the camera.

She told Harper's Bazaar, "He said, 'You should produce movies.

You read more books than anybody I know.

You should just buy some of them and turn them into films.'"

Since then, she's taken up directing and producing in addition to acting.

Julianna Margulies

TV star Julianna Margulies is a high-profile actress with iconic roles in ER and The Good

Wife under her belt.

Despite all the fanfare she often receives for being an A-lister, her husband Keith Lieberthal

also gets his fair share of attention due to his dashing good looks.

In fact, it was his appearance that initially caught Margulies' attention.

She told Ellen Degeneres, "Well it was one of those things…

I feel bad because people objectify him and they're like 'Oh, your husband is so hot.'The

truth is, he is unbelievably bright and smart and went to Harvard Law."

As it happens, their meeting happened by chance.

While just beginning a new Broadway show, Margulies was invited to a dinner party that

she nearly skipped.

She quipped, "Well, when he came over to me, I said, 'Look, I just think you are so handsome.

Are you a model or an actor and are you 12 [years old]?'"

After talking, she learned he was a Wall Street litigator for six years and is Jewish — apparently

a must for her.

"My husband, who is half Irish and half Jewish, which I like to say is a man who can think

and drink."

"Ah, that's good."

The pair tied the knot in 2007 and soon welcomed son Kieran.

Neil Patrick Harris

Comedic actor Neil Patrick Harris has been a Hollywood success for years.

But his partner, David Burtka, who's both an actor and chef, makes his life worth living.

The couple, who married in 2014 and have fraternal twins together, celebrated their 13th anniversary

in early April 2017 and they're still a Hollywood powerhouse.

"You know our lives are like a Bollywood musical."

"Because it's an eternal tragedy that we were in love but are forbidden to be together by

society?"

Harris paid tribute to his long-time love on Instagram, writing, "Thirteen years and

one day ago, I crossed paths with the guy on the left.

The adventures have never ceased.

The love has never waned.

The gifts are never ending.

Happy anniversary [David].

You're the best."

Julianne Moore

Oscar winner Julianne Moore is an incredibly accomplished actress and a well-known beauty

ambassador.

But when she's not lighting up the silver screen, her heart is at home with her director

husband Bart Freundlich.

Moore and Freundlich are the parents of son Caleb and daughter Liv.

And while she's worked often throughout the years of their relationship, Freundlich kept

the ship running at home until she was ready to slow down.

She told the Guardian, "The days of doing a film where I need to be away for months

during the school year are over.

I want to be with my husband and kids as much as I can."

Jessica Alba

Actress and businesswoman Jessica Alba may be busy with her multitude of careers, but

she's got one irreplaceable support system at home named Cash Warren.

The couple, who were hitched in 2008, pulls out the stops to keep the romance alive in

their world with two kids.

When Parade asked if they still go on dates after several years of marriage, Alba beamed,

"Yes!

Absolutely.

I think you have to.

I think that's essential … I mean, even watching TV and making popcorn … Other times

having a staycation and staying at a hotel down the street.

It just depends what vacation is."

While some think Alba may be the moneymaker in this relationship, Warren is a well-respected

businessman and producer in Hollywood.

Meanwhile, Warren has said that he's incredibly proud of Alba being such a breadwinner, saying,

"Her launching The Honest Company has helped her understand what I've done for the last

11 years we've been together.

She's worked so hard and I couldn't be more proud."

Natalie Portman

Academy Award winner Natalie Portman is very low key and tight lipped when it comes to

her private life.

It seems, these days, she rarely gives interviews and dodges questions about her kids— as

well as questions about her husband Benjamin Millepied.

The pair met on the set of Portman's 2010 film Black Swan after Millepied choreographed

dance sequences in the ballet-driven film.

Their love soon blossomed and they married in 2012.

Today, they have two kids.

Millepied, who was once the director of the Paris Opera Ballet, says he and his wife tend

to keep their careers separate.

He explained, "Ultimately I think as a couple, you automatically learn from one another,

and hopefully feed each other in ways that are positive.

But I think, work… we keep very separate.

I think that's important."

The exception to that rule, of course, is the film that first brought them together.

ENGLISH "Sparkle" Your Name. (Akane Sasu Sora) - Duration: 6:40.

"I wanted... to tell you..."

"No matter where you are in this world..."

"I swear, I'll find you again."

"Your Name is Mitsuha."

"It's okay. I remember!"

"Mitsuha... Mitsuha...

Mitsuha. Mitsuha!

You're Mitsuha!"

"Your Name is...!"

"Who...

...are you?"

"Where... am I?"

"What am I doing here?"

"...I came to see her!

To save her!"

"I wanted her to be alive!"

"Who was it?

Who?"

"Who did I come to save?"

"Someone dear to me."

"Someone I will ALWAYS remember."

"Someone I could NEVER forget!"

"Who was it?

Who was it?"

"Who was it?!

Who!?"

"What's Your Name!?"

Looks like they haven't given up...

Looks like the world still wants to try and control us...

Give it your worst. I will be strong.

...Take it in stride and walk along.

As we kiss, we close our eyes...

The sands of our hourglasses fall and drift by

I know someday, we'll meet again, somehow...

I guess I'll wait for you, 'til then.

I've always hated how the earth...

It's made up of ordinary things, the same words

I've always hated this world...

...One morning, I met a girl.

It was an August autumn day...

She walked along, she put a smile on her face!

But I knew it was all a lie...

...She wore the same mask as mine.

All of a sudden it's the end.

It was just yesterday, we'd barely started!

But it's okay! Go on and dream...

You can leave everything to me.

Brushing the dust off broken faith!

I'm taking my first steps, flying through time and space!

Faster than I have ever moved...

...I'm there, reaching out to you.

When I'm asleep, I can see another life, another me!

One that could not be more than thought outside of my dreams!

Life I can't find in this cola of mine!

Warm from the day, sunlight pouring through the window of a train!

Even the way I've come to love...

There's traces of you in every one...

Even the way I walk along...

Plays the sound of your laughter like a song...

Someday, there won't be a "you" in me...

Nothing but a far-off memory...

If all you are is soon to be mine,

I will take you by the hand and open your eyes...

so I could see you, one last time...

I know someday, somewhere far away

in the clouds, not a doubt, it's a Changing Place

where fate and destiny could never take hold,

you and I fall in love in our hearts, in our soul!

The sands of time slowly pass us by!

We found what we've been looking for all our lives!

Somewhere the two of us can look to the light

and smile, not just "walk along"...

Here, you and I will live on!

Suits | Season 4, Episode 11: 'Louis Becomes a Name Partner' | 100 Days of Suits - Duration: 2:09.

(Jessica)

You know, it's funny.

We've never had a ceremony

when we've changed names before,

but Louis Litt had the audacity

to convene us all here today.

And as it turns out,

his first decision

as name partner is brilliant,

because a ceremony like this

gives us a chance

to reevaluate where we've been

and where we're going.

Perhaps you had a disagreement

with a colleague,

or there's some other issue

that's been on your mind.

The point is, with a new name

comes a new beginning.

For me, I'm hoping

we can see this as a chance

to wipe the slate clean.

With that said,

here's to our newest

name partner, Louis Litt.

[applause]

[indistinct chatter]

Nice speech.

Let's hope it takes.

It's got a better chance

of taking

now that you made him sign

the agreement.

That it does.

Speaking of which,

when exactly did you know

you were gonna do that?

Oh, um, about 15 seconds

after Donna told me he knew.

And you didn't feel the need

to bring me in on that plan?

I felt the exact opposite.

What are you talking about?

Harvey, Louis wanted

to see you suffer.

If I had told you,

you would have had to fake it,

and you're a shitty actor.

Excuse me, but I can act.

No, everybody thinks

they can act, Harvey.

The fact of the matter is, well,

you're just a pretty face.

Oh, you think I'm pretty?

Pretty stupid.

I can't believe

it's actually up there.

This firm is changing names

more than Prince.

Who?

You're kidding, right?

Purple Rain.

Raspberry Beret.

I'm kidding.

6 Steps to Experience Transformation and Emotional Healing - Duration: 10:16.

Hello So I want to share with you the 6 steps that

I took to experience transformation and how you can also experience it in your life.

So stay tuned!

So if you are ready to experience a shift that is a good intention to have but sometimes

the only way you can have and experience them is by facing your emotional pain.

Sometimes we have this expectation that enlightenment is just going to hit us one day in a stroke

all at once, but transformation is never ending so you have to face it with the realization

that is not like I got here and now I am enlightened and I am done.

I'm healed now.

In contrast, it is a never ending spiral.

I'm sharing this quote that I read once that I think illustrates this perfectly and it's

awesome.

The spiral, because in your life you will keep revisiting things that you thought you

once understood and find NEW truths in them.

So visualize your transformation as a never ending spiral.

If you are in a place now of anger because of the things that happened and get angry.

Practice validating that and honor that anger.

If that is what you are going through honor it.

It is like seasons of the year, see now in fall the perfect example on how even nature

has a period a long time that just sheds.

Keep in mind that as you navigate through all of these stages/phases you must love yourself.

On each one, even when your angry, even when you are sad, even if you are feeling despair,

even if you don't like yourself right now.

You have to learn to love yourself through the phases, all of them.

Not only when you are blooming, not only when you are happy, not only when things are going

well and this is a process.

Embrace the process.

1.

Honor your feelings/Introspection.

It is the time to purge.

Bring up.

Ask your pain, what is the message that they are trying to tell you/bring up?

What are they trying to show you?

Instead of shutting your feelings down compressing and suppressing them.

So try to have that introspection and that is the first step to transformation.

Being honest with ourselves and seeing all parts of us, even the ones that we don't like.

2.

Release.

After we bring it to light, bringing to the surface, you can release it.

Releasing it from being hidden in your unconscious, inside of you, ignored.

The goal is never to numb but to bring out.

Sometimes writing helps it surface.

When you are experiencing those feelings no matter what you are going through what matters

is what you do with it.

I would like to share with you the story of this photographer, her name is Kristy Mitchell

and what she did with her grief is a great example.

She transformed her grief while feeling it and navigating through it.

She loved her mother and had all these precious childhood memories with her reading story

books.

Thus, she was devastated when she lost her.

What matters in the end is how we deal with our feelings, what we do.

So she started to photograph herself as if she was in the stories.

She ended up creating stunning beautiful art.

Sometimes releasing can be a purge of anger, purging everything that bother us.

Write it down in paper, burn it afterwords and release it.

Sometimes that becomes a healing ritual of your own that you can go to to have a purge

to get it out.

3.

Take notice of what clicks for you.

Remember the things that click for you and work for you.

When something works and something makes us feel good, don't forget about it.

Take notice of it.

Don't just do it once and feel good.

Add it as your regular practice.

Make it part of your routine and be consistent.

Make it a habit.

4.

Keep Learning.

Keep feeding your curious mind, keep reading, keep searching, it is a quest of self-discovery

that never ends.

Keep an open mind sometimes we find answers in things that we never expected and thought

were not for us.

Sometimes we get so lost on a label.

Give yourself the chance to experience new things sometimes that is where the answer

always was.

When you have a new understanding of yourself and you have a shift celebrate it.

5.

Celebrate new shifts/awakenings.

Even if you notice that is a patterns that you have and its negative and you realize

that its not good celebrate that you notice it and you cough yourself instead of bashing

yourself for your mishaps.

Celebrate the fact that you notice and that deserves celebration.

Because we can't change until we notice what is the cause of our pains.

Those shifts of awareness are worth celebrating.

The next step is a byproduct of all this work.

This is a byproduct of experiencing all the feelings.

Acknowledging your pains, anger, etc. 6.

forgiveness.

Forgiveness is something that happens on its own when

you experience transformation.

When you realize that you have the power within you.

It was only within you and was always within you.

When you realize that, you let go the need of others to apologize to you for what they

did wrong, you don't need their apology no more.

You know that what they did was still wrong.

But you no longer have that need of their acceptance of you or acceptance of their wrongs.

You have peace now.

You know now that it was a result of their unawareness, unawareness, and it is you accepting

other peoples otherness.

Leave room to still get triggered by these sometimes, and get upset.

The difference now is that it wont have such a devastating effect on you that it disorients

you and destabilize you as before.

You will see that it is their issues and they are on them.

They are only reflecting their own unresolved inner troubles that they have not taken care

of and are spilling on others.

So it is a reflection of them, of where they are at in their live journey.

You know that you can only change yourself in your life experience you decide how you

want to live from this moment forward.

If you want to learn more about forgiveness you can watch my video on forgiveness.

This step is liberating because then you are safe within you, you reach inner-acceptance

no longer dependent on anything or anybody else.

I hope this video inspires you and clear it up for you on how transformation really works

and its experienced and know that when you experience this transformation and work on

it you are shifting and healing generations and it is a very important and sacred contribution

you bring to the world.

I want to say thank you for your hard work, and your journey.

Sending you love and light.

Bombshell: Comey Had Hillary's Backup Email Device The Whole Time - Duration: 4:00.

Former FBI Director James Comey had Hillary Clinton's definitive backup email device

during the entire charade of an investigation into the former Secretary of State, according

to court records obtained by Judicial Watch.

If there was anyone doubting that James Comey had absolutely no intention of seriously investigating

Hillary Clinton, let alone prosecuting her, then Judicial Watch have just provided them

with a big, fat red pill.

Court records show that the Connecticut-based email storage company Datto handed over a

"device" consisting of five or six disks to the FBI in October 2015.

Insiders believe the device contains "every electronic communication that Hillary Clinton

sent or received during her tenure as Secretary of State."

James Comey spent his entire FBI investigation missing many Hillary Clinton emails and communications,

according to the official version of events, and trampling on the rule of law.

He played the fool and did not tell the public that he had access to every single email sent

and received by the former Secretary of State.

Instead, he granted Hillary a free ride and conducted a fake investigation that was designed

to deceive the public and convince them justice was done.

Except everybody saw through the charade.

Now Comey is out of a job, and tenacious investigators like Judicial Watch are dredging every inch

of the swamp for the evidence necessary to ensure Clinton has her day in court.

Real court, real prosecutors.

None of this James Comey showboat stuff.

Justice Watch also revealed that the Comey's FBI handed the device over to the State Department

– which has not searched it at all.

"We don't know what the FBI did once they had the device and the information on it.

What we know is since the investigation ended in July of last year the material found on

that device has been forwarded from the Justice Department to the State Department," said

Michael Bekesha, a Judicial Watch senior lawyer working the case.

"I don't know what it suggests.

The State Department now has it.

We know that the State Department has not gone through it.

Five disks of information.

It may have been six, the number changed," Bekesha said.

"They said there are thousands of records on whatever was turned over from the Datto

device and eventually they will get around to reviewing those records and getting them

to us in response to our FOIA."

"Until the State Department releases the information, we will not know: what was on

there that Hillary Clinton did not turn over?

What did Huma Abedin not turn over?

Are there emails from Chelsea Clinton on the server?," Bekesha said.

Judicial Watch continues to find new Hillary Clinton emails on a regular basis.

Citizen researcher Larry Kawa, who brought the case to Judicial Watch, claims that the

device contains "everything."

"Platte River Networks subcontracted out to Datto which is a company in southwestern

Connecticut.

Datto backed up everything that was on Hillary Clinton's server into their cloud, which

is a series of servers," he said.

He says that the device also contains backups of her voicemails and Blackberry text messages.

Kawa is outraged at the behavior of the FBI and DOJ, alleging that they had no motivation

beyond covering for Hillary Clinton.

But has some good news too.

The contents of the backup device have been ordered to be released to the public, though

not until next year.

"They sent America on a wild goose chase," Kawa said.

"There was a hearing on January 24 and then another one on February 6.

DC district court judge Randolph Moss asked the DOJ how come you never searched it?

They said we were never compelled to!"

"Judge Moss ordered a rollout of all the Datto contents by September 2018, right before

the midterm," Kawa said.

What do you think about this?

Please share this news and tell us what you think!
